When I arrived to me room it's wasn't cleaned. I found stains of a woman's hair located on the bathtub. I also couldn't take a shower on the date June 10, 2026 because the water was off. I had to attend my Amazon Summit without taking a shower. It was a horrible experience

No fuss no muss clean, safe, and comfortable hotel for single travelers. Loved the free parking and black out blinds.

Great start to our mini getaway. Parking was plentiful both on main and underground garage. Staff were kind and welcoming from the start. We had the suite which was massive and allowed us plenty of space. No issues to report. We did see a couple bugs towards the end of our stay, figuring due to warmer weather. Other than that, this was perfect, we were close to public transportation and food and grocery stores. Great time had all around.

The room was clean and had everything you needed Old furniture and not much clothing storage space if you're staying for more than 2 days
- 3/5
Hard bed, hard pillows. Tiny tv. I only stayed overnight. If i had to stay longer i would of requested a different room.
- 5/5
Easy in and out, with a nice big room and a large bathroom. Only downside is if you’re a tv watcher, there is an ad that keeps popping up on the tv.

The hotel room was clean, but the bathroom and rest of the room were somewhat run down. The carpet in the hallway was very worn and a lot of the public areas were fairly run down as well. The rooms were across a breezeway from the lobby, and it was a little unsettling to walk between them alone at night. I was impressed with the security around the entrance and parking area at night. The hotel area is mostly surrounded by a lot of boarded up businesses and restaurants, but there were several places to eat within a short walking distance.
- 4/5
The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the soap they provide for the shower is bar soap only. So bring your own if you want gel, or if you need to share with several people. The general area wasn’t as sketchy as I expected as well. It was great for a one night stay after a concert at the Wiltern! I wouldnt recommend it if you’re looking for something luxurious, or if you’re staying for a long period, but it’s a great choice for a shorter stay.

Bed was quite hard, toilet seat was loose. No blinds in the room only curtains. Shower was tepid. The bath- paint flaking off and no bath mat so this was slippy. Parking was ok , but some cars were parking in the compact car spaces I had rented a suburban and struggled to park at times.

Smell like mold and it’s old building

Hotel is a older hotel. They need to do a lot of remodeling in our bathroom. The showerhead was coming out of the wall. All the plaster was off, so I'd made sure.I called the front desk to let them know we didn't do that. And they took it into consideration. The street was very noisy in the walls were very thin. Overall, the properties pretty clean

Hotel was quiet for the most part, clean and easy to access, had to call for help the second day there cuz our toilet clogged and it was quickly taken care of The blinds in the room really did not do well to block out the sun light, making the room bright earlier and cause issues with sleeping, when checking in the lobby smelt a bit too much like smoke causing us to not want to check out the restaurant attached to the hotel

The bed is comfortable, and the room size is very decent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Basically, the hotel personnel didn't check me in because I didnt have a PHYSICAL credit card FOR a stupid $100 deposit. They didn't accept that I could use my credit card on the phone, not even cash. Regardless I had paid already via booking, the only response I got was "it's our policy". Booking already outlines that you may be asked for a credit card, but it does not specify that it has to be physical. They will not accept anything else. RIDICULOUS

Great location, with easy public transport within immediate reach. The junior suite is setup very well, spacious and reasonably priced.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, included (but tight) parking, convenient location near Koreatown. Overall, great option for a short weekend vacation.
- 2/5
Very dated hotel that needs some love. The property was old and a little dirty in a sketchy part of town. Staff was ok. They did their job. Room had a weird layout and even weirder bathroom. Sink drain was clogged and there were long black hairs on the fitted sheets. Rest of the room was clean but very dated. Staff did not ask how my stay was. Just a very odd experience overall.
- 3/5
This property felt like a motel, built on the cheap, and well below what I would expect from a Ramada. It served the purpose, but that's the best I can say. Fix the bathroom door in Room 229.
- 4.5/5
The location was accessible and the room was nice and clean and simple. But there were noises of too much door shutting and running around at night.
- 5/5

The carpets in the hallways are very visably dirty. The room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised. The floor noticably sloped in the middle of the room, making me concerned about the structural integrity of the floor. This hotel is so obviously the caliber of a run-down motel that it makes me question the veracity of the positive reviews left here.
- 4/5
The room and hotel was clean. Check in was simple and parking was easy. My only complaint is having to enter the WiFi info into the tv everytime we turned it on
- 4/5
Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Decent amount of noise from upstairs, need better sound proofing on floor. Very convenient for a show at The Wiltern, less than 5 minute walk. Free parking was nice too, getting very rare.

The rooms are nice. The beds were nice. The televisions were having problems never could get it working right.
- 4/5
Great location. It was a short walk to my venue. Great dining options nearby. The bed was comfy and the amenities were great. Only issue was the shower water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Made taking a shower longer. The underground parking was a big plus. It was secure

- 1.5/5
The size of the dorm room. SINCE WHEN ARE GUESTS NOT ALLOWED? I was refused a third-night stay because management claimed I had "too many guests," which is absurd. During a 48-hour stay, I had TWO AFTERNOON visitors for a total of roughly 2.5 hours (one guest for each day of my stay). Neither guest stayed overnight, and we were never loud or disruptive. This was an extremely uncomfortable and off-putting experience, and I will not be returning to any Ramada properties.

We went to The Wiltern for a concert and Ramada in Koreatown was a great for a quick overnight stay. Room was clean and super spacious. Lots of eateries in walking distance. Parking was easy. Area was a little sketchy but not a huge deterrent to walk around. Security guard manning the door at night made us feel safe. Air conditioning worked great. One thing to note if you are a light sleeper is that you do hear the cars and honking from the streets.
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice rooms were very clean
- 3/5
Our room was clean and the A/C was working. There was a musty smell coming from the vents of the A/C, but we were happy to have cool air as we stayed in LA when it was warmer outside (March 2026). Staff at the front desk were not very friendly, but they did answer questions. We were lucky enough to find parking in the upper level of their adjacent garage (there are only 10 or so parking spots available in the upper lot). We would rather have an elevator that is accessible from within the lobby as opposed to the outside of the building. The location of this hotel is within 20 minutes to shopping areas like The Grove and 30-35 minutes to Venice Beach.
- 4/5
Parking was a little weird. The top parking is small, but there is more parking underneath. The rooms were clean and repainted, but the furniture needs an update. The AC worked well, and the location was really close to the theater, which was nice because it only took 5 minutes to walk to.
- 5/5
Comfortable and very spacious room. The shower was also quite nice.
- 5/5
Affordable, very clean rooms, i genuinely enjoyed my stay while attending Drawn to Dawn at the wiltern, the outside may not look the best, but the rooms are really cozy
- 3/5
Parking is free for guests and I found it to to have ample room despite there being a large event going on during my visit. If you're looking for a hotel that's near Koreatown and the Wiltern, this is a decent spot. The price is mostly for the convenience of the location.

We would like to express our disappointment with what we experienced with the overall quality of the Ramada. Upon arrival there was a really bad smell regardless of which floor you went to the smell was lingering. The beds were so uncomfortable to which there was bumps in the mattress digging in to my side. The next morning I heard a knock at the door and without having any time to say anything, the door was unlocked by the cleaner and I was changing. The wifi quality was very poor to the point were you couldn't even watch a movie. Personally I do not recommend anyone to stay here. The only reason why we chose the location is because it was close to all the places we wanted to visit.

The person at the front desk was very sweet. Unfortunately when we got to the room, which was nice, the toilet didn't work. So we asked to change rooms. He was very accommodating, and moved us to the room next door. The new room was much older, not as nice as the first room, not as many amenities, and dirty. With stains on the chair, which I avoided sitting on. Not sure why we got DOWNgraded because THEIR toilet didn't work. Really disappointed in Ramada. Do better!

The staff seemed to be aware that it was a water control issue and they told me to try different lever positions to get warm water. I never found any hot water. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of K-town and not far drive from anywhere in the LA. Room was fine, linen was clean, amenities are ok. Parking is located either on the ground level or on the basement. The latter could be access with secure code. Two things I wished they could improve were 1. USB outlets, 2. light control from the beds. Overall, staff were nice and easy and I highly recommend this place.

Room was spacious, clean. Dated but worked well for my purposes. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
Parking was free and very convenient. Great place to stay if ur flying in or out of LA late. They had late check in options and would hold our luggage for free after check out if you ask. Overall good stay.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful
- 1/5
The pictures used to sell us on the room were not in any way, shape, or form accurate as to the actual room we stayed in. There was no microwave or sink in the kitchenette, as there was no kitchenette. We were genuinely duped into booking this hotel and would appreciate a refund.
- 3/5
There were a couple dead cockroaches in the hall and under the dresser, but for the most part it felt clean and nice enough for a few day stay.
- 4/5
Room climate was nice and chilly, however AC smelled mildewy. Parking was great and convenient. Location was convenient, close to the Metro. A lot of homeless people around, unfortunately.
- 3/5
It’s a much older hotel and the neighborhood is a little rough
- 2/5
A cockroach came out in the bathroom. I told the staff about it when I checked out the next day, but they didn’t apologize — they just asked for my room number and said nothing else. Later, when I went back to get my luggage, I spoke to the manager or owner (I'm not sure) about it again, but still didn’t receive any apology. I wasn’t expecting any compensation, but if they had just said sorry and promised to be more careful, I wouldn’t have written this review.
- 5/5
Air condition
- 3/5
No one offered us a cart to put our bags on, there was no microwave in the room that was an inconvenience. The glass shower door kept sliding open while using the shower. The beds said “king” but my wife and I could barely fit on it together without feeling like we were going to fall off the bed. The floor felt sticky. We couldn’t open the blinds for some odd reason so I’m the morning time we couldn’t let in sunlight.
- 2/5
The room wasn't horrible but this hotel needs serious remodeling done ASAP!
- 4/5
Nice big, clean and comfortable room. Great location by the Wiltern Theater and lots of food/drink options nearby. Free parking too in a garage.
- 5/5
This is the perfect place to stay if you're going to a concert at The Wiltern.
- 1/5
It was supposed to be a non smoking room, but it smelled really really bad, my allergies triggered an we had to leave the room early, couldn’t take it anymore
- 5/5
Friendly people! Great space!
- 5/5
Room was perfect. Would recommend 10/10.
- 1/5
When we walked up to our non-smoking room it stunk like cigarette smoke before we even opened the door. We asked to switch, and they did switch us but said they couldn’t promise the new room would be any better. Luckily the new room didn’t smell like smoke. We left our bags and went straight to our event. When we came back a cockroach greeted us at the door. My husband then saw something moving around in the bed, upon closer look it was a bed bug. We decided to check out and find somewhere else to sleep.
- 5/5
Lovely
- 5/5
Karla in the front desk was friendly and welcoming.
- 4/5
No bugs or dirt, but my socks turned black from the floors. Half the lights in the room didn't work. Outlets were broken but functional ish at least. TV was small and the picture was narrow for every station. Parking was the most annoying, as no where to park to check in, and given gate code AFTER check in. Garage stunk of garbage and cigs. Elevators up had graffiti and trash in the lights.
- 2/5
Outside the room, there is a restaurant with open patio, noisy until 2am. Site condition unit is super noisy and smelly. Room was clean. Parking lot was good.
- 1/5
There was a noisy construction going on next door on whole week.
- 5/5

- 4/5
They have secure parking in the lower level and security at night who patrol the parking area. The place can definitely use an upgrade. The beds were comfortable. Wi-fi sucked as it kept dropping in and out.
- 2/5
- 3/5
A very convenient location
- 5/5
Lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery store in walking distance.
- 4/5
Property is well kept, outstanding staff, rooms are nice and roomy(a true representation of the pictures on-line).
- 4/5
They have an area where you can sit outdoors or indoors very nice
- 4/5
Very nice and well kept
- 2/5
The air conditioning was good however we found roaches in our room!
- 3/5
The bed in the room was moving even if you just sit in on it the place rent through a remodel but not all rooms that makes no sense to me some rooms are really nice and the other rooms the showers are old and dirty there was hair in our bedroom terrible
- 4/5
Outstanding staff
- 4/5
The hotel staff are always genuinely helpful. If there’s an issue they try their best to resolving it.
- 2/5
Bed Bugs and bite marks on our bodies from a 1 night stay.
- 3/5
Front desk was not friendly at all. Rey rude employees.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the 3 nights staying at the hotel. The underground park is very convenient to use and parking spots are always available. This hotel is quite old, but the staff pretty ivied good service and the rooms are quite big.
- 5/5
An affordable hotel that is undergoing lots of improvements. The room I stayed in was one of three newer rooms and it was spacious and nice. There’s limited food options at the hotel but you’re in ktown and it’s easy to find something near by. Location isn’t the nicest, but convenient to other areas in west LA.
- 4/5
Stayed 3 nights. Clean and quiet. Good location to be in driving distance to most locations.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and very transparent about hotel policies. Parking was a little tricky as it was a narrow half U-shape driveway into it that was also connected to the lobby. There weren’t many spaces that I could see, but it was conveniently connected to the elevator. Air conditioning was great during the summer and the location was next to a family-friendly Korean restaurant with super kind owners as well as a AYCE restaurant. A Hmart and other good eateries in Koreatown were within 7-10min walking distance! Very convenient. Facilities were clean and comfy, the walls were just a little thin as we could hear people walking above and around us.
- 3/5
The bedding was really thin
- 4/5
Clean rooms. There is a restaurant on tge property and many businesses around.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
easy access to parking and alot of things to do in walking distance, the pizza place downstairs is a plus
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and quiet
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Great staff very clean
- 4/5
The beds were spacious .. AC was good
- 5/5
Our room was clean and comfortable. The decor was fine but that’s not important to me. Parking was in a covered lot and close to the building. They gave us a free permit to put in the window. The building was older but who cares? The one across the street was historic. Restaurants were a close walk across the street. There was one interesting seafood restaurant next to the hotel. The area was quiet and behind the hotel were residential apartments. I would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
A wonderful stay! The hotel is simple but has everything you need: great location, excellent and very friendly service, and, best of all, free and convenient parking, which made everything so much easier. I’ll definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in LA!

Not recommended
- 4/5
If I had to make a complaint - the room always felt DAMP while the AC was running and I'm not really sure why. Also I wish there were separate switches for bathroom light and fan, because sometimes the light took a while to actually turn on. All in all, nothing to post about on Instagram, but perfectly functional for my purposes.
- 3/5
Property is a little old and noisy outside the rooom I would bring eat plugs
- 3/5
Decor is old and dated. Rooms were fairly clean. Parking is tricky. I like the location in Koreatown. Best of all, Koreatown Pizza is connected and has great food!
- 4/5
smelled good. (I like fruity scents.) My husband and I did not watch tv, so we can’t comment on that. We really liked how the parking was secure behind a gate. The only reasons why we took off a star was because there was not a microwave in the room, and the towels were thin. There was a shared microwave available which was good.
- 4/5
Closed to koreatown
- 5/5
I'd like to stay there again.
- 2/5
That smell shouldn’t be in a hotel. Made me want to check out and hoped my room didn’t smell bad also. The tub was

Claudia, the room attendant was great! Proximity to The Wiltern and places to eat was great! Everything else was sub par. The common areas were hot and stuffy. The hotel looks worn and dilapidated. The water pressure was great but the drain was slow. I killed a couple of bugs in the bathroom. Our room was on the third floor and we could hear the noise from the street. The elevator was hot and smelled like feet. The blow dryer was super weak. Luckily I only stayed one night and would never stay here again.
- 3/5
I would give this a little bit higher but due to declined an hour extra time to check out.. front desk lady said no there will be a charge of $20 extra for each hour. I work many years with hotel industry everyone do offer an extra hour as a courtesy but I guess not at this Ramada.. during this stay..
- 5/5
Look. This is NOT the Hyatt in downtown or anything bougie. It was nice and super convenient. And thats all I needed. Stayed here with my daughter and not once did we feel unsafe. Its a little outdated but thays fine. It was clean and super quiet. Definitely my choice from here on out.
- 3/5
It's a tired hotel
- 4/5
Clean rooms and good places to eat nearby. Plenty of Korean and other food choices. Would definitely stay again when around the area
- 5/5
Great area and friendly staff
- 5/5
I wouldn’t recommend walking around in the area past dark alone though. If you’re looking for a quick and easy stay this is a good spot for you :-)
- 2/5
Furnishings are old. Rooms smell. Double sink and 1 doesn't work. Beds are ok but needs upgrading.
- 5/5
very nice area with alot restaurant around it
- 4/5
I liked that the check in area had a large lobby that was well lit and felt comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. The upper level parking was small but they also offered a gated lower level parking garage
- 4/5
Very walkable area and easy parking. I went to a show at the wiltern and was looking for a hotel close by with free parking and this fit the bill. Felt like a safe area and i felt comfortable walking home late night
- 4/5
Has enough space for 3 adults and convenient location to eat out.
- 4/5
Nice overall stay. Elevator wasn’t working when we arrived. Had limited TV stations, didn’t even have the 3 major networks.
- 4/5
The room was nice, basic and clean. The WiFi was not very good and the TV was a bit difficult to figure out - no regular channels.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious and bathroom is the biggest I have seen in a hotel. Front lobby personnel was awesome. Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
We stayed here for the weekend for a concert at The Wiltern. The location was perfect, we just walked down a block to the venue. Our room was facing an all you can eat Korean bbq and sushi spot which seemed to be very popular and there was quite a bit of noise which concerned us but it got quiet very quickly and we had no problems getting to sleep. The beds squeaked a little bit were comfy. You can tell they’ve updated the rooms but the bathrooms do need a little bit of an update compared to the rooms. Check in was very easy, we did need to ask the cleaners to give us a “please do not disturb sign” as we felt we didn’t need their services every day. We would definitely rebook this place if we needed to stay in the area
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Room was clean, but looked a little old or run down. Hotel staff were excellent. Very kind. Area around hotel was a little noisy at night. In appropriate circumstances, however, I would stay here again, depending on what I needed to do in LA.
- 5/5
Loved our stay again at our favorite getaway spot in Los Angeles. Close to all our places of interest. Loved the comfort of the junior suite and the remodeled bathroom in our room. Staff is always friendly. Parking is plentiful and the price allowed us to enjoy a mini vacation on a budget. We love the city and this place is nestled in heart of Koreatown. The attached restaurant Koreatown Pizza Company serves delicious food for those in the go. Can't wait for another stay.

Not very clean area
- 4/5
Great place
- 4/5
Quite, good parking.
- 1/5
Parking was not easy to find, bedding was old, pillows lumpy. Towel had a hole. Limited food as I was nervous to venture outside of hotel. Coffee in room was awful. Coffee carafe and some muffins offered in lobby would be better. Did not feel safe accessing elevator to room from parking garage open to street. They were painting the halls but really felt like hotel that charges by the hour. 😢
- 5/5
The staff were kind and helpful.
- 4/5
This is my third time staying here and again I enjoyed the room but again the TV did not work and I had to watch shows on my phone. They said they would have a mechanic to see why the screen always stays on Ramada screen but whatever’s.
- 4/5
None of the above are deal breakers and were easlily taken care of. I would stay here again. A big plus was the Koreatown Pizza Company restaurant onsite. Its more than just pizza, although their pizza was so yummy!
- 5/5
Our room was on Wilshire Blvd and were surprised at how quiet it was. The hotel was in a mostly residential area and felt safe. The parking was ok, although cars parked super close to each other. If you gave a larger vehicle, you may have a challenge with parking. Room was clean. The refrigerator was larger than expected, it was actually able to hold some food and beverages. Bathroom was large, a two sink vanity. Water pressure was great in the shower. Another plus, you could open the windows if you wanted fresh air. It was quite inside too. No loud guests or obnoxious smells. Hotel was close to drugstore and major grocery store, if anything was needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. Only con was that there was no television guide so you could know what channels you get and what was on, you had to scroll through channels. This was minor. Another con, which was more personal than hotel, is that the matress was a spring matress. We are used to a nonspring matress, but still slept good.
- 5/5
I found this hotel amazing. It was a little tough looking for the parking, but overall excellent. I would stay here again
- 5/5
Quiet safe large rooms, adequate amenities and delicious restaurant onsite
- 4/5
Really liked the room. Bath was spacious and very clean. Check in staff was helpful
- 3/5
I enjoyed the place and prob go back to it but the TV did not work and that was annoying.

If you need to me at the Koreatown area, this is a good place to stay. It's an older building, not much to see in the immediate vicinity (in terms of shops or dining?), but it's only a short walk to K- Town, so i didn't mind it too much. The staff were very polite & friendly and the rooms are very tidy (they actually mop the floors and straighten the rooms everyday). Overall, i had a very pleasant stay here. My rating: 4/5
- 5/5
Restaurant parking lot behind hotel is busy and noisy.
- 5/5
Very Walkable and having a restaurant/bar downstairs really made things easy.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 3/5
It was very old
- 5/5
Liked that there was security by the parking lot at night.
- 4/5
A good price and service at check-in was great. Room clean but dated. Shower head does need updating. Ice machine on 3rd Floor not working. Recommend the Korean Pizza and Craft beer bar which is part of hotel site. The surrounding area does have homeless people camped on street but I was never harassed or felt threatened- very close to subway station.
- 1/5
Homeless everywhere with tents, buildings graphite. The hotel water just shuts off on Saturday and when I called the front desk to complain the lady was extremely rude!
- 3/5
The hotel gets a 3/5. It works for what it is: you have a comfortable bed, a working fridge, a shower, and 24hour front desk service. The best thing is that you are given a space to park as LA is known to be rough for parking. Some things that I would say needs improvement are the walls, the shower, and the floors. Our room had very thin walls (not sure if all the rooms are like that), but it made it hard to sleep when neighbors were up and talking. Our shower head was leaking when taking a shower and the apartment floor was a bit sticky. If those were improved, this would get an easy 4/5 from me as it’s located near the heart of downtown LA. Give this place a shot if you just need a hotel for a night or two.
- 4/5
Convenient location. Parking is limited
- 3/5
there was hair in the shower.
- 4/5
Didn’t try the pizza restaurant off the lobby but cafe directly across the street had great morning fare.
- 5/5
Easy, quick check in. Gated parking!
- 5/5
Easy to get to and from. Like most of LA everything outside was gross
- 4/5
Depending on where you're from and what "safe" means to you, can affect your perception of the hotel. Personally, I felt safe enough because there was security on the property at all times. I would stay here again the next time I'm in LA and have tickets to a show at The Wiltern.
- 5/5
I liked the mini fridge and coffee maker
- 4/5
Room amenities are old, but the cleaning staff does a miracle to keep everything on point
- 5/5
The room was very spacious and clean. There's always someone at the front desk ( I had to check out at 4am and someone was there to help me plus security was there also).
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and quiet. The theatre I was going to was just 1 block away and an easy walk The staff was very nice and helpful.

Everything was great. Rude guard at night helped us find oir way upon check in

- 5/5
Very clean room. Quiet enough in the daytime to rest.
- 2/5
Our room tv had one channel that worked, and the bathroom was dirty with missing fixtures and grime in the cracks. Bed was comfortable and AC was nice, but overall would not stay again.
- 5/5
The place was close to everything; clean, quiet room and great service. I will come again
- 2/5
Rude front desk associate. She had a bad attitude. Dirty bedsheet. Room was next street, super loud, could not sleep.
- 5/5
I like it had restaurant and bar in hotel.
