The hotel is praised for its central location in Los Angeles, particularly in Koreatown, with easy access to various restaurants and shops. Guests appreciate the friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, and free parking with security. However, some guests have complained about the noise from the street, outdated rooms, and lack of breakfast options.

Quiet location, secure parking Not close to much choice in food locations, had to drive or user, ad there's nothing close to the property

The parking with security guard. I don't think of anything

The staff are friendly and accommodating. Especially Joann at the Front Desk and Luis the Bellman. Parking is included and it's guarded 24/7 They offer fruit, juice, tea and coffee and pastries in the morning. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean The biggest downfall is the neighborhood. There's a homeless encampment across the street and it's super sketchy at night. Also visitors are not allowed but I later understood the reason. The amenities offered are not the same as shown

This hotel is located right in the heart of Koreatown in Los Angeles, which makes it a great base for exploring the area. The room is spacious and comes with air conditioning, offering excellent value for a stay so close to central LA. It’s also surprisingly quiet, which helps you rest well after a busy day. One unique perk is the shared amenities outside the room, including filtered water, coffee, a vending machine, and even complimentary juice available for a few hours in the morning. These small touches add to the overall convenience. The staff are older Korean, and while the check-in process can be a bit slow, they are polite and have a good attitude, which makes the experience pleasant overall As for downsides, the carpet feels dated and makes it quite difficult to move heavy suitcases around. The hotel is located within a building that includes a Korean mall, so there is a fair amount of foot traffic in and out of the lobby. That said, since the rooms are upstairs, it doesn’t impact the stay too much. Like many central areas in large U.S. cities, the surrounding neighborhood does have a noticeable number of homeless individuals, which may be something to keep in mind. Overall, it’s a solid and good-value option for staying in Koreatown

The location is fantastic for traveling all around the LA area by car. It is very central. The room was comfortable. Free parking is such a big plus in terms of savings and convenience. The immediate big street near the hotel is not very nice. There is a lot of trash on the sidewalk and a stalled construction site nearby with water at the bottom of a deep pit. If you only drive, this is not a big issue.

The property was incredibly clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The “twin” beds were more on the full size and the room was spacious. I can’t stress enough how clean everything was. There was always a friendly attendant minding and sweeping the parking lot. There is a Korean restaurant in the same building next door that’s delicious. There is a little shopping area on the ground floor, including one that sells beautiful hanboks. There are multiple accessible outdoor areas on the third floor. The ice room also had a microwave and filtered water. The room had an ice bucket and an insulated water pitcher. The shower head is very low (~5’ pointed down). The coffee is instant, not brewed. The breakfast is prepackaged pastries, red delicious apples, and oranges. The outdoor areas upstairs didn’t have any seating. None of the things I didn’t like were dealbreakers.
