Friendly and professional staff who genuinely takes pride in their job. Always enjoy my stay at this hotel. Conveniently located near several concert venues. Stay always comes with bonus beverage & food credits and other fun options (ie. free bowling, etc...). Ideal for families.

First off I would like to thank JW for the wonderful stay, they were on top of everything. I felt safe there. The security guards was on top of the game. I was outside and a homeless person started to approach me security intervene so fast, the property was in excellent condition. Thank you JW 😊.

The staff was very attentative. My sonsfoot was hurting and the staff gave us a loaner wheelchair and shower chair. The room was spacious. The only problem I had was they working and the noise was loud. While I was having breakfast. The breakfast buffet was delicious and worth every dollar.

The impeccable service and hospitality of the staff made our stay truly memorable. The front desk was incredibly welcoming and efficient from the moment we arrived.

They didn't mention that the hotel lobby was under construction Checking was on the third floor! They didn't have correct signage for the checking area on the third floor! You should have been the same saying reception!! Different housekeeping staff needed to be a little bit more courteous towards the guests!"the laundry bin man !

The staff was great and my room was great. But the construction going on near the lobby was outrageous.

The staff was extremely helpful starting with Valet and front desk. The bed was comfortable but still too hard for us personally. Bathroom was remodeled not long ago.

Room was clean, but nothing spectacular except the view. But it was a bed, a bathroom, and couch. What really blew me away was the hospitality. The staff here is the best in the world. I’ve traveled all over and this has got to be the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered! I’d be back just for the interactions!

Good downtown location. It was good that we got free 1 hr late checkout since we waited a long time during check in as their system went down the entire afternoon but I had to ask for it; otherwise it was an extra charge.

The entire experience was great from the bell hop to check in to the pool staff was wonderful. I had an amazing experience.

This was my first time in LA, and I can say the hotel made the experience amazing. The customer service from start to finish was top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again. The spa was 10/10 as well, and the food was good. I only had the opportunity to go to one restaurant outside the hotel, and the cocktails and food there were excellent. This is an ideal place to stay if you are visiting that area. I highly recommend it. Thank you to the JW Marriott and staff for making my trip such a good one!

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in quite a while. Staff was so friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and there were so many things to do and see in the location it was at. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t bring our swimsuits, which was too bad because the pool looked awesome. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Los Angeles.

The bed was so comfortable, the whole room was so clean when we first arrived and we had a nice little view. The tv was great quality, it had all the streaming apps. Does not live to the name, what a waste. Frustrated about their “support” when it hardly existing.

We stayed in the room 928 and all we heard was the elevator for service all night. We ordered room service for $100 and the food was cold. When we first entered into the room, it was not cleaned properly. It was really disgusting.

Everything about the hotel is great. I mean everything.. they go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and I was comfortable. The only negative caveat is the outside surroundings of downtown LA. It’s like going to a different world, but of course they have no control over that so five stars as far as the property goes.

Very close and safe spot to stay if you are going to the Crypto arena. For the price and vibe of the Ritz Carlton, could have more amenities like having a microwave.

Unfortunately we found a flea in our bed, I did not reported because it was late and if I had found a second one I would definitely call guest services, but it was unfortunate that a hotel of this level would have this kind of issue.

Our stay was great! The room was perfect and we had a great view of the Crypto Arena. The staff were amazing! From the person who checked us in, the cleaning staff, the restaurant staff, etc all were very kind and helpful. The pool was so nice and we had a late flight after checking out and our bags stayed with the bellhops while we enjoyed being by the pool. I would definitely stay at the JW Marriott in LA again.

Excellent stay when visiting Crypto Arena

Very clean, excellent staff, friendly environment

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for attending events at Crypto.com areana, Peacock Theater or Grammy museum. Prices are so high for everything and LA gets you coming and going with sky high taxes and fees on everything. Not the fault of the hotel or Marriott.

Valet took 30 minutes to pull out our car. Thank god we were not going to the airport. They had nearly 100 people waiting!!

Staff were wonderful. Valet parking was SO easy and convenient. The proximity to Cryto Arena can’t be beat. Lots to do in walking distance. Good restaurants including a full Starbucks right out the side entrance. Such a close drive to LAX and Hollywood!! The room did need some updating. Old carpet. There were artificial nails on the floor from the previous occupant. No microwave. But did have a fridge and coffee/tea maker. I originally booked a king suite but was asked if I could downgrade to two queen beds. I would not do that again. I wanted the amenities of the suite and assumed they would be the same with the two queens. Overall 8/10. Would recommend and stay again. Debbie at the restaurant was TOP NOTCH.

Up on check in the receptionist upgrade our 2 rooms and found connecting rooms. You can tell they keep up the building in prestige condition. Our rooms were spotless, great comfortable beds. I’ll definitely go back and stay there.

It was expensive nightly rate for my stay, I guess because of demand for these dates unfortunately. I wanted to be close to venue for concert and to feel safe to walk back and forth as needed. The restaurant on site staff was so pleasant and very accommodating. They offered to prepare me Gluten free French Toast like item that was on menu, using gluten free bread. I have celiac disease and this was so much appreciated. It was so delicious too. Thank you ☺️

The Crypto Arena is conveniently located, making it a great place to watch events or games. There are many eateries nearby as well. The room was spacious and clean.

We had first class service here at the JW Marriott LA. Maria in the lounge area took really good care of us every night .Very professional, fun spirit , her graciousness to her guest was priceless. Also at the Ms Debbie in the restaurant was so good to us and was very attentive to our dietary needs.great customer service. We will definitely be back .

The check in areas were in spectacular condition but the room we stayed in was not clean. The bathroom had MOLD and things like the light switch were DIRTY. We were not given instruction on where to go for valet but when we did find the valet area we had to wait for a while to receive our vehicle. The bed was not made correctly so the duvet that is not washed between guests was visible and came undone when we slept. We also went out to the pool and were surprised by the amount of unsafe brick plates that were improperly placed. We definitely should have stuck with the simple but well kept towneplace hotel as supposed to this UNWELL kept EXPENSIVE hotel.

The room could have used a deep cleaning. The mirror in the bedroom above the desk was filthy. The bathroom conditioner, the seal on it was broken. No body wash in the shower. Hair in the tub. Sheets on one bed had a black stain on them. Generally a JW Marriott has bathrobes and slippers. I didn’t say anything because I don’t ever use them. We were barely in our room. Didn’t use the $20 a day resort food credit. The property is shared with the Ritz Carlton. Advertisements in the room (spa and restaurant fliers are all for the Ritz. Found that a bit odd. Parking was very easy in and out with awesome customer service.

Stayed here to attend the unrivaled WNBA games and everything was lux. We stayed in a huge room overlooking the water and the city. Definitely one of my best stay recently. Also Starbucks was right outside and that was a plus.

Convenient location to the Crypto Arena, especially for the KCon convention we went to. This is the 2nd time/year we've been to this hotel and have never been disappointed. The front desk, housekeeping, and lobby lounge staff are always so friendly and helpful. Our room with 2 Queen Beds are still roomy enough for 4 adults. I wish we had more time to use the pool which is on the 4th floor rooftop. It's absolutely gorgeous particularly at nightfall. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Best service I had ever received. Everyone, including the restaurant staff greeted us with a big smile and great hospitality. The rooms are clean with a nice and big balcony. The hotel feels luxurious and spacious. For the three nights I stayed, I felt extremely satisfied with the service and I was always able to get a good rest.

Part of the reason was it was an ADA room, which I would not mind, if not for it was listed as a bookable option which I did not select. The property and location were fine, but you can get better value elsewhere.

Unfortuately, it does feel like its been some time since the room I was in had that extra bit of care: the mini fridge was not stabilized and constantly rocked with any weight, and the shower's valve needed an extreme amount of force to fully close. For the amount I paid for the room, this shouldn't have been an issue.

The customer service here is literally next level - I have never been treated so well at a Marriott. Signa is so sweet and nice and thoughtful.

Great Hotel will definitely recommend to friends and family. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I will be sure to stay here again in the future. 5 stars!

The front desk, valet, bellmen, housekeeping, and restaurant workers were all amazing and so nice! The entire hotel was very clean and had a nice scent. It was very quiet in our room and the A/C worked great. Super short, safe walk to several tasty dining choices and a few were open late. The breakfast at the hotel was good and the pool was area was super well kept and clean. The hours for the pool were perfect. My only two complaints for our entire stay was the beds were not giving at all, they were very firm and the girl in the gift shop the first time I visited it was not friendly at all. It was obvious she would rather have been anywhere else (the lady that was working the next day was extremely nice). We really enjoyed our stay overall!

That hotel was great, but I am having issues with a canceled room that was for tonight. They’re trying to charge me for two rooms.

I very much enjoyed my stay. It was my first time ever at a Marriot hotel and the service had exceeded my expectations. Everything from pulling up to valet, to the front desk, to the room service staff was exceptional. Will definitely stay again.

Don’t order room service!! Terrible. It’s always a treat to get room service but it was not good. Nice staff. Repulsive, soggy French fries. $16 for room service cookies out of a bag.

The property was beautiful, the staff were accommodating and held to the highest of customer service standards. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay.

I had a suite . The room really isn't well decorated or elegant, but it was very clean. The staff service was really excellent. You really felt welcomed, and they really took care of you. The weight staff, the maids, the front desk people, the valet.
