The position was amazing, the building itself is memorable and the view is one of the best in Beverly Hills. Amazing choice of partnership with Frederic Malle for toiletries, spacious bathroom with vanity table that is a nice touch, bedroom was up to standards but nothing wow. The bed is amazing, Four Seasons never fails when it comes to making sure you sleep in cloud nine. Staff mostly very nice and polite. Unfortunately, due to the position, there is car noise from outside from time to time, but it is worth it. My only big disappointment was at the beginning when I tried to check in. A gentleman at reception informed me that I needed the physical credit card, and I had only an electronic possibility of payment. A lady, who I think was the manager, came with an attitude and gave me the exact “Pretty Woman experience,” but unfortunately it was the one where Vivian felt she didn’t belong. I kept trying to find a solution to pay online, pay double for the deposit, or anything else. She didn’t even want to listen to me. A hotel of this prestige delivers luxury through details, a large collection of small details that make your experience memorable and hassle-free. It’s not only about a nice building and room; that’s why not everyone can do it, and that’s why, regardless of so many 5-star hotel options, some are truly the epitome of luxury. I have been staying at Four Seasons hotels all over the world, but I have never had staff who looked down on me before. So yes, the noise, the payment problem, and the manager are the things that have to be reconsidered.

The service was exceptional from start to finish, with every member of staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality were outstanding. The team made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A truly first-class experience that I would highly recommend.

Restaurant was great. Food - and service. Careful sitting on the outdoor patio on Wilshire- lots of crazy folks stopping and harassing for money. Staff seemed oblivious to it.

Usually stay at the other four seasons about a mile away which is so much nicer. At this four seasons the woman checking us in was not the least bit friendly. The sheets are not the usual four seasons sheets and there was NO amenities in the bathroom we had to ask for tooth brushes. The shampoo is in large bottles so you can’t take it home. The Service is slow and hectic - would never stay there again

From valet to the front desk to housekeeping, every interaction was smooth and easy. Anytime we needed something, it was handled right away and with a great attitude, which made the whole stay feel effortless. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is about as good as it gets — right by Rodeo Drive, so you can walk to pretty much anything. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly what you’d expect from a place like this. But again, the service is what really makes it. It’s the kind of place where you feel taken care of without it being over the top. Would definitely stay here again.

Alex at the front desk during check-in was exceptional. Hugo at guest services… Well, who can’t say anything bad about him? He’s been there forever and he remembers everybody. Overall, the staff is great. A few goof ups here and there, but we’re human and people screw up. It’s not a big deal. And when errors were made, they always made up for them.

Everything was perfect. The valet staff couldn’t have been more gracious and helpful, and the concierge team was amazing with dinner recommendations and reservations in the neighborhood. Rooms are so comfortable and quiet.

From start to check out the hotel staff were amazing and catered to every need we had. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room faced the gym and hotel guests exiting the facility looked straight into our room so it made using the balcony. The complimentary car wasn’t available until 1pm. The windows in the bedroom were not clean, the bedside music centre didn’t work.

The room was fantastic with a Rodeo Dr view and the room stewards went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Definitely will return to this Hotel.

We did however have a problem with blocked drains and a strong smell of marijuana coming into our room. It was sorted out very quickly when we consulted the reception. The valet service was good . The breakfast in the restaurant was nice and service very good . The location is amazing .

This hotel is a No mistake when choosing it , Four seasons is a great option when travelling and this isn’t the one where you’ll regret staying in ! We arrived at the hotel and everyone and I mean everyone is kind always with a big smile , always helping you , we’ve had a little problem in one of our rooms and immediately they changed us and upgraded us in a bigger room and with two bathrooms so we were just so happy and perfect , breakfast is delicious , at the Blvd that treat you so well , their staff is always the best. Concierges are kind and friendly they helped and arranged us a private chauffeur who took us to the Kia forum for Dua Lipa’s concert and waited for us and at the end he kindly gave our LA friends a ride to their home and they took us back to the hotel , always with a big smile. The hotel is perfectly situated if you love shopping and dining in the area , also you don’t need your car everyday if you want to shop and dine in Beverly Hills area ! Your body will thank you for it ! The area is so safe and wonderful ! If you come to Beverly Hills don’t hesitate and choose this magnificent property you will not regret it.

We walked for coffee and sat outside in a courtyard to enjoy the beautiful weather and Beverly Hills vibe. We also had breakfast at the hotel which faces Rodeo Drive. Amazing food and atmosphere including Cut, a Michelin steak house in the hotel. Some great restaurants are within walking distance and others a short ride away. The best spot for shopping, right at the foot of Rodeo Drive. The pool is small and tucked away and there aren't a lot of seats but other than that this hotel is perfect.

I came after 49 years. It became a bigger hotel! I did not like the Swimming pool are , the Spa & Fitness. Very disappointing for a 4 seasons Hotel

We’d had a 15 hour journey and they managed to find us a room before the allotted check in time. I’d give 5 stars just for this. The suites are amazing. Among the best rooms I have stayed in. Huge. Cut restaurant and bar is great. The service and staff were wonderful. We had an issue with our room (a bath in the room above had overflowed). Within an hour of reporting the hotel team had moved us to a new room. You can tell the quality of staff by the way they respond to challenges. A great hotel.

The bathroom was very nice and spacious but the water pipe that was installed was very hard to operate. Many things, first it took them 1.5 hours to bring our suitcase which was very annoying as we had an appointment so we needed to change and we're late consequently. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable.No bkfast buffett for a five star hotel .

Checked in at 4:30 p.m. Took me to my "room". Got there. Unpacked. Noticed it was not "my room" as it did not have a balcony, etc. Called down and was told that my real room was not ready so they put me here but now my real room is ready and they would bring the keys up to the new room. Waited 30 minutes outside my "real room" before I got keys. The mindless blank stare of the youthful looking "manager" coupled with his lack of making this right will result in my not returning to this property (which I have been going to for 30 years).

Don't get me wrong Four Seasons across the street from Rodeo Drive is a nice place. I'd just expect more for the $$. We stayed in an upgraded room and it was just very ordinary and kind of small. The hotel was hosting an event so the lobby and valet was super crowded.

The only 2 things I would say is the shower in our room #487 was not very powerful and we used the cups for the coffee in our room they were not replaced and left there for 2 days.

There is a reason this 4 Seasons property is recognized all over the world as one of the best hotels on the planet. And that's not even mentioning there's a Wolfgang Puck CUT Steakhouse right on property.

Pool is small and limited day beds. Staff is the biggest let down, unfriendly and unhelpful. Property is in a good location to walk around and feels safe.

Yes we've also stayed at other hotels in other parts of the world (besides Los Angeles), Four Seasons brand out wins almost every competitors...and among all the Four Seasons we've stayed at across the world, Beverly Wilshire is definitely the TOP 3! Over the years, Beverly Wilshire have made lots of improvements over the years and definitely to the better. Keep up w/ the great awesome work!!! We'll definitely return

Not cheap - each cheque was near $120 minimum. Also didn’t get my ‘free breakfast’ as a gold member of Hotels.com as a valued member. Hotel didn’t really want to engage in this conversation which left it a little awkward to ask and have to deal with hotels.com directly.

Not a service you would expect from a 4Seasons. We often stay at 4season and this one was the biggest disappointment. No desire to help when you ask.

I brought my granddaughter for the weekend to celebrate her birthday and go shopping. Everything was wonderful. The room was large and the bed so comfortable. We were treated like royalty. The staff left a teddy bear in the room for her and she was thrilled. I have nothing but praise for the hotel and staff.

The staff were very friendly professional and accommodating to our request. The room and hotel was very clean. I had surgery near by and they went above and beyond to make sure I was as confortable as possible.

More than a thousand dollars for a night you expect to be an awesome experience. It was my anniversary and I was given a room in the back of the property that had a strong smoke smell during all night. I’m very allergic of it and had headache. Called twice to the front desk about it and nothing was done. Informed at check out, they didn’t even apologized. Bad experience, not worthy the money for a property that is supposed to be smoke free. Tried to contact the front desk manager and vice president of the property after checkout and it’s been 2 weeks with no answer as per Expedia. Disappointed. Was expecting to be the perfect day and ended up being a stressful night. Nice hotel, old room needing repairs, bathroom door doesn’t close, bad customer service for a Four Season brand that I’m used to.
