    Good facilities if you want a gym or swimming pool at your hotel. Nice breakfast, although a little expensive. I'd recommend Cafe Fresco for pancakes or similar, or Paris Baguette if you just want a coffee and a pastry. The rooftop bar is a nice space to enjoy. Rooms are the same soulless prefabs you get everywhere these days. No wardrobe, just a rail with 6 hangers and a couple of tiny drawers. In-house food at the bar isn't great but there are many good restaurants and cafes nearby.

    Stayed here for my girlfriend’s 26th birthday, and we both loved it. We came all the way from New Jersey and stayed in the King suite with the city view, the room was very spacious and clean and the hotel location was perfect and in proximity of all our excursions

    Faculty was nice. Room was tiny. City view, but tiny window looked out on an adjacent building with a small view of the city if you looked out of the window at an angle. Shower door didnt close all the way, so water soaked bathroom floor with every shower. Had to wait 4 hours for an available room, and was asked to sit on a sofa in their lobby which was their "business center". Room's coffee machine was filled with water from previous occupant, and coffee packets were never refilled during my stay.

    This hotel is extremely clean. We love the wood floors in the hotel rooms rather than the carpet in most hotels. Beds are comfortable. Staff super friendly. Free coffee in the lobby. We stay here whenever in town.

    Very noisy experience. A/C made loud clicking sounds on/off, disturbing sleep. Loud noises in the hallway and adjoining rooms also made it hard to sleep. Despite having pre-paid, staff took 15+ minutes to complete check-in.

    Everything was clean and new. All the staff was very kind and helpful. It was a great location close to everything. Close to rodeo drive, the grove, walk of fame and Hollywood sign not far. During traffic about 45 min from Santa Monica pier. Would definitely stay here again. Great breakfast too with good coffee and made to order eggs.

    It's in a revitalizing part of mid-Wilshire in Los Angeles. "Beverly Hills Adjacent" is more accurate. There are a lot of walkable restaurants and museums but the neighborhood isn't quite fully redeveloped, and there are a few homeless nearby that make it far from a Beverly Hills type of experience.

    I asked in advance the staff multiple times what the cost would be for laundry for my personal towels that I brought as I’m traveling. I was quoted multiple times ~$18-20 and then when the bill came it was over $60!!! I asked multiple people including management in advance and even requested an exact quote which wasn’t provided. When I brought this up to the team all they could say is “sorry” didn’t do anything about it which left me very much disappointed with my experience.

    I wasn’t able to check in early and when I returned later in the evening to check in, there was a very odd smell in the hallway. One of the elevators was out of service the entire time I was there. The bathroom light only worked half the time and I saw a bug on the floor.

    The check in person Ms. Rashida (spelling may be off) took extra special care of us. She’s the standard of great hospitality. She delivered excellent service and made the stay extra special. Izzy the first Isiah offered countless amazing recommendations that we loved and looked us to feel like a local. I wish the shower was tile. I wish there was a soap dish.

    It was close to where we needed to go Rooms was nice. We thought we had the parking included and I guess "we" didn't pay attention we had to add it. It was super expensive, for 1 night $60. The next day we had to wait a bit for the valet. Seem they didn't have enough people around the check out time for the valet.

    The outdoor seating area on the street. The rooftop pool even though it was small. The neighborhood is great! We went to the Peterson museum and the la Brea tar pits and would have done more but we had to leave. The downstairs areas are very nice but the room is pretty sparse but nice. Quality bathroom fit and finish Valet parking The market with a wide selection of items. The worst coffee we have had in our life. Chaise lounges by the pool filthy, ripped, faded and stained. Only one bar of soap. We like when in the shower and the sink. Would like a couple of drawers for clothing. They're only two small drawers that you could fit maybe some socks in and some underwear. And they were at floor level. The light timer in the bathroom turns off before you can finish a shower. Vanity mirror is very poorly lit. It was hard to shave. Oh that's I'm just going to say it again: the coffee tasted like plastic and coffee. You have to take care of this. This nice of a hotel should have quality coffee in the rooms! Or at least start plastic coffee.

The bed linens were of poor quality—my nightwear ended up covered in lint from the bedsheet, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the cupboard space was very limited and lacked proper coverage, making it difficult to store my belongings neatly. Overall, the room could use some improvements to enhance comfort and cleanliness.

    There is mold and the front door doesn’t open and close properly. Used shampoo, water bottle seal was broken. Creamer was sticky. No screens on windows. Outdated electrical. Room wasn’t clean. We got to the room late so we didn’t notice everything at nighttime. Poor lighting. Hard to see at night. Spiderwebs everywhere and other insects. The power went out for over two hours (just our unit) they have electricity problems and customers service problems. They refused a full refund after he said he would.

    From arrival at valet to check out. When we arrived for our check in it was about 11:30 pm and the valet and from desk were so kind. We let them know we just book this hotel online due to having a very bad experience at a previous hotel. They were so kind quickly got our room. Our room was beautiful and the view was even better. We were able to grab some drinks the following night at the rooftop bar and service was great and drinks tasted great. I absolutely loved the service box they have on each table as well. Drinks are a bit pricey. I have always been a bonvoy member and love AC Hotel and they have a forever member in me. Our room was perfect, clean and spacious. Valet was always so nice and on top of it. The hotel is valet only I believe $60 a day plus tax so make sure to factor that into your stay. 10/10 would recommend. They have a rooftop pool that is a bit small we did not use but it is nice to know that is an option when we come back.

We let them know we just book this hotel online due to having a very bad experience at a previous hotel. They were so kind quickly got our room. Our room was beautiful and the view was even better. We were able to grab some drinks the following night at the rooftop bar and service was great and drinks tasted great. I absolutely loved the service box they have on each table as well. Drinks are a bit pricey. I have always been a bonvoy member and love AC Hotel and they have a forever member in me. Our room was perfect, clean and spacious. Valet was always so nice and on top of it. The hotel is valet only I believe $60 a day plus tax so make sure to factor that into your stay. 10/10 would recommend. They have a rooftop pool that is a bit small we did not use but it is nice to know that is an option when we come back.

    I was in LA for a day and needed somewhere safe, reasonably priced and in a convenient location to the things I was in town for. The AC hotel definitely met all of my criteria. My room was clean and had a decent amount of space. It had all the amenities that I needed in the room and a great view! The staff made the check in process very good for me and allowed me a late checkout. I will say valet is a bit pricey as it’s $60/night but that may be average around the LA area. The hotel is also undergoing some relocations so that is something to keep in mind if you care. I would definitely stay here again

    The air conditioning in our our room didn't work well and it was way too hot. We called front desk and they sent an engineer to help fix it but the engineer did not fix it and it was still hot after. There was also a lot of banging and noise, the hotel is definitely not soundproof. My sleep was horrible here.

    I really liked the updated amenities like touch screen DND and housekeeping button while i was away. However, after checkout i realized I cannot find my house keys I immediately called the hotel front desk and a woman named “Rashonda”was very rude upon answering. I immediately greeted her politely and told her my situation and asked to speak with housekeeping, she immediately cut me off and transferred me. After I wasn’t connected and mailbox was full I spoke to her again where she redirected me again, mid sentence. So I’ve grown frustrated and instead of responding negatively I asked to speak to someone else would like to help me because she was evidently burdened by this request. Eventually she transfers me and passive aggressively lets me know to “have a good day” in an obviously condescending tone. Mind you, I am locked out of my apartment with a one year old and felt it was easier to locate the keys before I notify my landlord. Overall, I was helped by a kind staff member named Alisa who was empathetic to my situation and showed remorse for the actions taken by the front desk employee. This phone call was recorded as stated upon the phone dial and I do hope that Rashonda gets the help she needs because clearly she is crying for help lashing out at people.

    Staff were rude and slipped a $160 charge on the bill without consultation. When challenged they said it was because we got a nose complaint about you. But no consultation no agreement by us but they still do it. When challenged the management basically said tough that’s what we do. So be very wary of this hotel and it’s questionable business practices.

    The service when I arrived was weird and not welcoming at all. My room wasn’t ready, so I was told I could grab breakfast in the buffet they had. When I walked over there the gentleman that was greeting me said “You can eat here, but we close down in 8 mins, so make it quick.” I got my room about an hour later, and waited incredibly long for an elevator because they have 2 of them and 1 was broken. I get to the room and it was nice enough, but the walls are paper thin. I could hear traffic, people in the hallway, and the rooms around me. The shower door handle was broken and falling off. The rest of the room was clean and accommodating. Let’s also call out….this might technically be Beverly Hills, but it doesn’t compare to the other hotels in the area that I’ve stayed at. The valet pull up is extremely hard for Uber drivers, who end up just preferring to pickup and drop off on the street instead. Probably won’t stay there again.

    Not a great stay. The only parking available costs $67. We asked for a quiet room. We were put on the 3rd floor facing the street, very noisy! Cars, garbage trucks… The guy in the room next to us was SO loud, on his phone at 6am for hours. I know that’s not the hotel’s fault but didn’t help the situation. For the price they should offer a free continental breakfast.

    I had reservations for 2 rooms. Unfortunately when we arrived at 8pm only one of the rooms was ready. The other room had to be cleaned and we were made to wait a good 45 minutes before we got our second room. On the second day of our 3 day stay we requested cleaning service for our rooms but this was not done. When we returned at the end of the day we didn’t even have clean towels. A call to reception got us fresh towels and an apology for our rooms not being cleaned. Overall, a newer hotel with nice people working but not good service. Perhaps not enough personnel.

    Good location, walking distance to LACMA, Petersen Museum, and La Brea Tar Pit. Breakfast was great. Staff are friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

    If you’re staying here or in the area, the rooftop bar is a must sees. They have some of the best views of West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and the Hollywood sign. I’ll definitely be back!

    I recently stayed at the AC and had an overall fantastic experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern, comfortable rooms and an exceptional rooftop with incredible views. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met throughout my stay, specifically Jonathon at the front desk and Bobby the General Manager. The location is central and easy to get everywhere from. There was a temporary issue with TV in my room, it was quickly addressed communicated by the hotel staff which was appreciated. Top notch hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning!
