The hotel room was dirty, there was roaches everywhere. The restroom shower water was dirty, the sink water was dirty. The floors felt sticky. There were no amenities as mentioned: tea and coffee. The location was not great either, did not feel safe.

Despise of the hookers and everything around it, the parking is in a gate so your vehicle was somehow safe. There were some roaches in the restroom and on the counters

It looks family owned and the staff is really nice and it was available for a decent price compared to everyone else It’s on a hoe strip and there wasn’t Wi-Fi or breakfast and was told no in and out traffic or company because the location of the property

The staff was really nice and put a lot of attention to detail. They gave us clean towels and new soap each day and made the bed as well. They were also 24h available for anything we needed and the car was secured in the private parking lot that they have You could hear the noise of the street and the room is not in great condition since the bathroom’s door could not be closed properly.

Pros: quiet, owner/operators are nice and attentive, great service, and decent room for a good price. Cannabis store around the corner. Located near a lot of small shops, gas stations, restaurants, etc. Cons: the hot water took a few minutes to "heat up," and cockroaches. The one small gated in/out driveway entrance is difficult to make a left into from the busy street. It's much easier to drive northbound so you can make a right. Forewarning: the motels in the area make most of their business by renting out rooms nightly or hourly to ladies of the night and their johns for a bit of fun; my presence didn't bother them and they didn't bother me.

Staff was very polite and there very clean I like everything no complaints

The price was good and they did keep it clean. All the prostitution in and out passing by my door out in the parking lot. They cleaned our room daily but never changed our sheets. When I asked for more towels I had to wait until someone came and cleaned the room. So forget trying to take a shower before you go anywhere. And there were a few roaches but nothing major.

Went on a solo trip. Okay for if you just need a quick place to stay for a night. Not in the best area so do be careful. Parking is gated and owners are constantly walking outside so i felt my car would be safe.

Not the worst place if you need just a place to stay overnight. Just kinda crappy with having to run shower for 15 to 20 mins for water to get hot, a roach in the bathroom, and a condom wrapper on the floor. At least was quiet and parking was easy. Wouldn't stay here of you plan on staying in room longer than just sleeping.

I like the gate and the water pressure. The manager seemed to want to help but the rooms appear to be more of a "rent by the hour" type of place. We moved rooms because there was a used condom on the floor. It smelled heavily of cleaning product but did not appear to have been cleaned. The second room had a used condom in the trash, we had the sheets and towels replaced because the towels looked disheveled so we weren't sure if they had been used but the sheets had some type of bodily fluid on them. There was dirt (some type of soil) in the shower. The mirror and faucets were not clean. The air conditioner didn't work. After all of that, the housekeeper had the audacity to be offended that we made her give us new sheets and towels.

I felt safe. The property has a gated area for parking and my car was not messed with at all. I didn't get wifi password but it's fine as long as i felt safe.

It was cheap and close to downtown loa Angeles. There can be a bit of traffic on the way downtown but if you take your time, it’s not that bad.

One thing that some people giving bad reviews might not understand is that this is a budget hotel in a neighborhood of Los Angeles that does not appear on postcards. I personally don't mind the neighborhood but people that might have not been to LA before might want to research a little more on the surrounding area. This place was half the price of hotels next to the LAX airport, and being a short 15 minute drive from the there, this place was a no brainer for me and was well worth it.

There was cockroaches during my stay. I killed atleast 10 of them which was very disgusting. The room was dirty. Has so much stains on the room and bathroom. Walls are thin enough to hear people next door. Needed a place to stay in a very last minute. I didn’t feel safe at night.

Bathroom was neatly cleaned with fresh towels and soaps provided daily. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, everything a traveler may need. Would definitely return when in town! Had a lovely, safe and peaceful stay.

The staff were just perfect! I loved that it was gated, and that the people were friendly. I know that it was a budget motel, but i paid 90$ and when i go there they had the price at $75 so I was very upset about that. Also i see that they clean so i know they did that, but it just felt that it was still dirty. they really could spend a little more on cleaning the room or at least a better bed. but the service and the gated community made it bearable also from the airport to the motel it was $24-$30.

Worse motel I’ve been in.. can barely open the door to the bathroom because of the way they place furniture around the bathroom door, plugs on the wall was all broken and what’s worse, roaches!! We found two crawling on the walls. Gunshots heard throughout the night. Terrible neighborhood, terrible hotel. Never again.

The faint chorus of an ice cream truck can be heard at all hours of the day, and there was a particularly cute calico cat who roamed the parking lot. As far as inside, I've stayed in nicer Motel 6's, but it did the job considering we were only there to sleep. The bed sheets had stains and the bathroom door didn't shut at all. There literally wasn't a latch bolt installed. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee or sugar/creamer. They also did not leave any complimentary shampoo, soap or conditioner the first night, so be sure to bring your own. The fridge and microwave worked just fine, and there was a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board in the room as well as a mounted flat screen, but we didn't try to turn it on nor did we see a remote in the room. The bathroom was small but clean. Overall, I don't think I would stay here again as we absolutely did not like the location and did not feel very safe. You should pay the extra $5 or $10 a night to stay somewhere else. I'd give it 2.5/5 stars

Felt very unsafe. This motel is located in a small barbed wire gated complex. The neighborhood is dangerous and the motel room was run down. There were car air fresheners clipped on the curtains, the AC was old, we didn't end up spending the night as this hotel is gross. I recommend American Inn.

it was hard to find someone to give us clean towels and as well as getting back inside the parking lot it took a while since it was gated. and would only open if the owner was awake

There were roaches throughout the room, including in the refrigerator and microwave. There was also hair in the refrigerator and microwave as well (in both rooms). The TV didn't pick up all of the channels, including local channels.
