We initially had a problem with the air conditioning in our room and the hotel had no other 2 Q rooms, so we had to move to cramped, smaller room for our first night. We also discovered that "self parking available" did not mean that it is free, FYI. However, the next morning, the a/c was fixed, and we enjoyed the room for the rest of the stay. Beds were comfortable, the 2 Q room was great, breakfast was tasty and varied a little each day, and the Saturday morning staff really came through. I'm glad we stayed.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The area was beautiful. Shopping plaza around the corner (walking distance). I loved the kitchen in the room and the grill by the pool. The indoor fire place and outdoor fireplace did not work. But the grill was nice. I played some basketball on their half court basketball court it was a great time.

The location, cleanliness and staff were all great. Breakfast was ok. They sometimes had meat with no waffles or pancakes. Other times it was the other way around.

I appreciate the suite with a decent sized fridge and stovetop. The morning breakfast was decent with a good variety. One day having mini quiches and another have jalapeno souffles. I always like having granola with yogurt too. Muffins, bagels and toast was also available. The beds were a little hard for me, but my husband like them and slept well. This is our second time staying here and I would stay again.

The staff was extremely rude upon checking out. She made extremely difficult to rebook the room. She appeared prejudice as was unaccomidating After expressing her bigotry she denied me assess to the room. I was forced very quickly to exit since it was check out time. She was a horror! The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The elevator doesn’t come up to the 3rd floor and we have to call to have it sent up?! The toilet paper is low quality. I can’t believe I paid $200 for a room like this.

Very clean and a warm reception by the staff. They even gave us a choice of hotel rooms and told of us ways to save money since this trip is of a medical nature and will require additional trips to the area.

As a hotel snob I can confirm that this hotel is superb. It’s clean, well maintained and honestly the friendliest place I’ve stayed. Everyone was helpful and kind. Breakfast was great everyday, lots of options. The pool was maintained and cleaned, the hot tub was wonderful. Very relaxing. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job. We arrived early and they were helpful with giving us a place to hang out until a room was ready, they let us use the pool while waiting, 10/10 will stay here again. Samantha is incredible. Thank you for a great stay!!

The pool area really poor maintenance really poor care. It looks very neglect. I would like to suggest to the operation manager to be more. It’s looking for those things in the pool area the room everything looks right when you get there, but when you start using the things things are falling apart, my room was 303 for little things, but those are things that I don’t like to invite you to come back

I will tell you.I was quite pleased with all of the staff but in particular one lady who checked us in, was so nice.I told her about my sister's and i having a get together after nine years and she left a sweet note for my sister and i as well as complimtary gift. All the staff were exceptional.

I arrived at the property around midnight and nobody was at the front desk and door were locked. After messaging and calling the property I left across the street to a different hotel for the night. If you want to take a chance and book a room mowing that nobody will be there when you arrive then go ahead. If you want a place where you can stay for the night then look somewhere else.

Not sure why all the great reviews. The carpet in our room had sticky stuff on it through the room. Shower not clean. Hideaway bed mattress thin, janky, and dirty. No way to sleep without the bed frame bars poking your body. No kitchen table for seating ( this was a 1bdrm suite). Overall really meh. Asked if we could upgrade but they said no because we booked with Expedia. Not sure what that’s all about.

The stay already started terrible when I went to check in the employee not paying attention charged me for the stay when it was already paid for in advance and proceeded to tell me oops the money will be back in your account by Tuesday! That was very unprofessional! Not to mention the room wasn’t cleaned at least as expected nor the restroom. I then make my way to the pool and it was just so dirty so much trash in the pool I was at a disbelief. So this morning I go for the complimentary breakfast and what a disappointment! Breakfast was running beyond late and the cleanliness well let’s just say there was lots of hair all over. Also the orange juice and apple juice was very watered down. I use to like staying here but I just don’t see that happening anymore.

Location was excellent, easy to go both east and west to where we needed to be. We were lucky to get a room facing away from the expressway so it was nice and quiet. Appreciated that the hotel was very clean and pet friendly. There was a microwave sitting on the tiny counter top (replacement for the built-in that was not working), so cooking was challenging due to lack of counter space.

2021-2022 so I figured why not and I got my answers why I shouldn’t have. Taken them off of my lists of places to stay and reccommend to others. It was My Spouses Birthday weekend and I had several hiccups throughout my stay. Maybe I’m used to more upscale hotels I guess but never again.

The rooms had everything you would need and spacious, that’s more comfortable. Staff was eager to meet your needs good location because of accessibility to freeway and side roads what I did not like was the breakfast I would prefer a restaurant or the ability for them to make the food there instead of premade food. You can tell that it was not freshly made. They did have fruit options along with breads which was the safer route. If you’re gluten free, you may have one other option besides fruit. The expense to Park is always a con in my eyes. I try to avoid whenever possible. I think it’s just ridiculous to have to pay to park. We were here for almost 2 weeks. They did a great job at freshening up/cleaning our room and providing towels, etc.. overall it met our needs being a suite that had a nice size refrigerator the ability to cook, microwave, and even a dishwasher. As well as a nice size table to sit at. The staff was courteous and respectful.

Horrible experience not only did we find cockroaches here but the room that I had booked a month and a half in advance magically wasn’t available and got downgraded and not only that but I wasn’t even discounted. Absolutely worst hotel experience ever. I’ve had better luck at motels. Person at the reception didn’t even care. Never returning to this terrible location.

My tv barely worked, screen was dark and the thermostat did not work. I also missed some basic "extras" found in other hotels like lotion and a shower cap. Breakfast was lacking in options. Probably wont return to another Townplace anytime soon.

There was a noise issue from the work going on at the Marriott hotel beside this hotel. Room smelled musty from the rain, but clean. Beds were comfortable , big shower, big room. Good selection for breakfast, all staff were very friendly and helpful.

They were extremely friendly and on top of keeping breakfast stocked in the morning with two men's collegiate athletic teams and families staying as guests. The breakfast itself was one of the best we've had even at hotels that charged extra for breakfast. For the critics, there is no restaurant or bar as stated/pictured in the description. Despite the bottles of wine in the fridge, taps on display and glasses sitting out, the bar has been closed since Covid. Guests were extremely disappointed by the false advertising. The tv in ours and every room that our team was in had a blue-tint burned into it. There were holes in the room furniture that were patched or hidden with pillows; there was candy and garbage on the floor from the previous guests and the tub had issues draining. The rooms need some TLC and listing needs to be updated with the correct amenities.

I liked how the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. I didn’t like how we constantly had to ask for staff to come up to our rooms because our keys didn’t work because of the battery on our door. As explained it was out of the front desks hands but I wish whoever was in charge of that handled it as soon as possible instead of the staff going out of there way every time to come charge the door batter and us sitting outside of our room till they got there.

I have been trying to contact 4 different departments of your company and no one is responding or issuing my refund!!!

The hotel appearance was very nice. The front desk person checking us in was so rude! Like she did not want to help us. Their bar was out of service as well.

I didn't understand why they charge for parking, I think other hotels in the area doesn't. Also they offered a mountain views which I paid for only to find views obscured by a new hotel building in progress.

The room also smelled bad. At this point I stopped checking because I was tired and knew there would be more.

Very comfortable beds and rooms are clean. Close to Loma Linda hospital which is great for family that needs a quiet retreat from spending a long day at the hospital.

Very comfortable beds and rooms are clean. Close to Loma Linda hospital which is great for family that needs a quiet retreat from spending a long day at the hospital.

The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on, it would’ve been more comfortable to sleep on the floor than on that bed. My fiancé and I couldn’t sleep so we decided we were better off leaving at 4:00 am than stay there any longer

The suite door would not completely close and consequently would not lock. A complaint to the front desk and later management fell on deaf ears. The issue was not resolved.

The hotel and room are clean. Staffs are super friendly. Location is very convenient and close to shops and restaurants

Hotel was nice, loved the kitchenette, had everything we needed. Room was very comfortable, beds need updates, they were a bit hard for me. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Pool was a bit to busy for me, but nice to see kids enjoying it. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Very reasonably priced and close to shopping and places to eat.

Place was a newer property and still in pretty good shape. There were some walls in the room that needed cleaning and the carpet could be vacuumed better. I found old crumbs around some of the furniture. But overall it was fairly clean and kept up. Breakfast was general hotel fair. Nothing to write home about but not terrible either.

Front desk personnel was very helpful in getting a satisfying answer for my billing question. Breakfast is great with enough variety to enjoy.

The hotel was great and so was the room. Lots of space. Great pool for our kids. Plenty of local dining. I had a surgery at a near by hospital and the hotel was very accommodating and I really appreciated it.

Our room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. The kitchen area is top notch. The building is fairly new and in great condition. The breakfast was good. My only complaint is the freeway noise. Next time we stay I will not request a mountain view room, that side of the building faces the freeway.

It was a beautiful hotel. They keep it very clean. Always seeing people cleaning. I love that. I felt very safe there. The staff was fantastic

Every thing was good once I changed rooms. The original room overlooked the freeway and was a bit noisy.
