I liked that it was close to whre I needed to be and that there where several food and shopping options around in walking distance. I did not like that I felt the desk person checking on me every time i used the side door.

We were very satisfied, each time we've been there the service was great. We will always stay there when we in GA N/A

The location is put in the middle of many eateries, and Dunkin is literally next door, just a quick walk through the parking lot. IHOP is behind the building and across the street. Traveling to and fro was great and very easy to navigate. My daughter and I had the greatest stay. You will love the staff, the nicest people with the greatest personalities.

It was a great location for a quick stay. The hotel itself is a good space for a comfortable sleep, especially if you're having a busy visit to the city for work or other purposes.

Ankit saved our trip from disaster by rescuing my satchel with all my important stuff that I left in the breakroom and didn't realize for about an hour.

Service. Matt took care of everything from early check in request due to state of emergency in our beginning stay, to state of relaxation with provided beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon to bring to the most gorgeous beach. We also saw a Manatee at the beach! Thanks Matt Leaving?

The staff were friendly and the location was good. Noisy!!! Busy night, I guess. Staff did handle the upstairs noise after 2:00 a.m. and several complaints from many. Thanks, management! However, they could help the loud snoring we could hear from the room next door nor their loud conversation in the early a.m. Hotel needs updates. Room was a small. No 'real' sitting area. Toilet paper holder was barely hanging on. Bathroom door looked like someone 'tried' to repair it. Hinges were rusty. Shower head was loose. Dirty around the outside tub area. The bathroom door was bigger than the entire bathroom...seriously had to step in the tub to open bathroom door to get out. And....pinch bugs! 2 in our room upon arrival. I can only add 4 pics. But the staff was nice and apologetic.

Very friendly as soon as I walked it. Greeted me immediately. Absolutely adored the man who checked us in. I wish I remember his name. The location was very convenient as well. Nice location. Smelt very clean walking in. Only thing I would say is the beds being a little too firm but I really can’t say I didn’t like anything. Everything was great. Even the breakfast. Highly recommend the sausage links they serve.

Everything was clean and in good repair. Isaiah at the front desk was exceptional! So nice and welcoming. This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was great!

It was very clean, pillows and beds were comfortable. Staff were exceptionally helpful. It would be nice if snack and drink machines took credit or debit cards for payment.

The room was clean to my satisfaction. I really liked that it had vinyl flooring instead of old smelly carpet in the room. I was very disappointed that the hair dryer in the room didn't work. The place was very convenient and easy to find.

Breakfast was ok The room was old and my ac was leaking water. I still didn't get my damage deposit back and it's been 2 weeks. The staff name James answer the phone and hung up on me three times when I explained about my 150 deposit. He was very rude

The room was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. I wasn't expecting much since it was the only hotel I could find in Loganville. I was actually very pleased with everything. I would gladly book this hotel again.

Excellent stay, highly recommended. Had everything I needed— Good water pressure in the shower, a slow close toilet seat, comfortable beds, a nice little breakfast, great location next to Walmart and Home Depot, lots of restaurants. Felt safe and had a good price point.

Very Clean, Excellent staff. The only thing I would change would be the size of the bathroom...way too small. Isiah and the other clerk went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Great guys!

No elevator should be disclosed. Breakfast mediocre. Walls are too thin: I was in 103 and could hear all the adult activity in 102.

However they would still have to charge us the full amount when we checked out 2 days later and the original charge would be refunded in 7-20 days. Manager called me the next day to explain the charge qas error, but really called to beg us to give hotel a good reciew. That was in poor taste.

Just as long as you are not trying to cross Atlanta Hwy, it is walkable. Walking across Hwy 42 (Atlanta Hwy) is dangerous and there is limited option for crossing.

The drain plug in the tub was inoperable. The sink drain was very slow. The room was fairly clean. Had to reprogram the room key every evening. Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Didn’t spend much time there, but the stay was good.

The room was great! Clean and the beds were comfy….the only reason for a 4 star is because the water pressure in the shower was terribly low. When I notified the front desk, they were quick to make note of it and apologize, but we were checking out when we told them. I hope they fixed it before the next guest checked in.

I come here often for work because I know it's a safe area and it's going to be a clean room. I've never had a complaint or an issue with anything in any room that I got. The staff are also very pleasant.

Its very important for me to be comfortable in a clean quiet room because I travel alot. I have used this hotel numerous times and have had a good experience each time. Always clean and quiet. The staff are friendly as well. Great location to stores and restaurants.

The place was nice and clean not much noise. They have to definitely improve their breakfast. The hot items were cold and not much variety. Coffee was no good. Juice is no good. Get better quality and offer more toppings for the oatmeal. They need to be a little more friendly. Train front desk people skills and learn to greet in the mornings. Which that never happened. My suggestions is not to criticize is to better themselves and be more mindful. I train my personal to be mindful and nice to our customer. First impression is the last impression. My feedback is always positive.

The side door didn't lock/keycard security. I went told front desk. They went to reset and next day it still wasn't secured. Anyone could have entered property.

I was really surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of this small hotel. The queen’s size bed is really big and comfortable!!! We all slept well. Free basic American breakfast (eggs, sausages, bagels, waffles, pastries, yogurt, orange juice, tea, coffee etc), which was good. Across the street was a big shopping center: Walmart, Wendy’s, KFC, Taco Bell, restaurants, supermarkets and lots more. Go ahead and booked, you will not be disappointed!!

I enjoyed my two days stay at Quality Inn Loganville. It is 15 minutes to my Temple where I was attending Diwali celebration and right across from a Walmart and a few blocks away from a Kroger. I just wish the morning Front Office Staff was not arguing over early check in and just given me the option to check in Early for $25 extra charge!

The staff at this hotel is superb! We wanted to check in early and they accommodated us. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is very clean and we will definitely stay there again if we’re in Loganville.

The lady at the counter was nice but the guests were so loud it was hard to hear my conference calls. There were fights and children crying in the hallways during the evening. Also the room was a bit run down with patches of paint everywhere and not smooth. There was supposed to be a handheld shower head in the handicap room but it wasn't. It was clean for the most part but I was not a fan.

It was nice. Needed a place due to the fire at Bio Lab. The only problem was a little spider came out of nowhere while using the bathroom. Even though it was a white one, I don't take chances. Otherwise, it was ok.

The front desk was amazing! Helped bring my luggage to my room! Every morning made sure we were aware of the free breakfast. The rooms were spotless! Loved the the floor was tile. Smart move!
