Tru is a fun and modern hotel experience. It’s Hilton’s niche market for young professionals and families. Open lobby area has games, 24 hr coffee, etc. The front staff at Lithia Springs was attentive and positive. There was a mini fridge in the room but no coffee maker presumably so you can enjoy the community area in the lobby. Also no traditional closet or dresser in our room. Because Tru seems designed for people on the go.

The Property was clean and the Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was wonderful ,the breakfast delicious and the beds very comfortable. I didn't like that the pool was inside not outside and no microwaves in the room. I had to come out to the lobby to warm up my food.

The County Health Department had the indoor pool closed. I called hotel and inquired about their pool before arriving and nothing was mentioned about it being closed. This is the reason I decided on this hotel. The guest service who checked me in was a bit rude. Only thing she said was breakfast hours and asked if she needed to explain anything else. I would stay here again due to cleanliness and nothing else. Breakfast was not up to Hilton standards. Breakfast attendant was nice.

She was professional, friendly, and had such a welcoming energy from the moment we arrived. My daughters and I were dealing with a stressful plumbing issue at home and needed a place to stay unexpectedly. Jamesheya truly helped put my mind at ease and made us feel comfortable during a difficult time. Her kindness and helpfulness meant more than she probably realizes. We genuinely appreciated the great hospitality and had a wonderful stay. It’s in a high traffic area which can be a little noisy

The whole hotel and rooms were clean and smelled amazing. Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. If I’m ever in this area again, this would be my first choice. I have stayed at more expensive hotels and resorts and none of them were as good as this Try by Hilton location. Nothing it was excellent

The room was clean and the check-in and checkout was pretty easy. Ample free parking. Free coffee in the lobby This was our first time staying at this Hilton property. The staff seemed nice, but were consistently cussing in the hallways and the elevators. Not sure who was running the vacuum in the hallway at 7 AM while we were trying to sleep on vacation but it seemed a little early. The room was fine. A little skimpy on towels literally one towel, one washcloth and one hand towel each for my husband and I. No coffee maker. No safe so we declined housekeeping for the nights we were there. Bare bones accommodations.

The overall stay was very nice. Only issue was one of the two rooms had hard beds. Otherwise, top notch staff, especially Joshua and the breakfast staff. We will stay again soon.

Why would you build a cheap building with no soundproofing? We could hear everyone around us as they came and went or had kids jumping on beds or whatever people do in hotel rooms.

All of the staff was very kind and helpful, but Ms. Bernice stood out from the rest! Her welcoming demeanor and excellent customer service during breakfast really made my day and left a positive impression! I also appreciated the fact that this hotel allowed pets, so that I could travel with my kitten.

The service was great, the hotel/room was extremely clean, breakfast was great. My only complaint is we stayed on the ground floor next to the road and it was pretty loud. I had difficulty sleeping the first night. The area was also accommodating with lots of fast food, walmart and highway next door.

I liked the location of the hotel, it was just a couple of miles from my sons home and it was very convenient to shopping and easy access to the interstate

The only complaint was having to ask the front desk for pool towels and then be asked to answer a phone and ask people to hold while the staff went for the towels... very unprofessional.

I double-bed hotel room, with no closet or drawers made the room appearance cluttered with luggage and decreased space with all our things out. Overall, it was nice stay, beautiful property. Good lotion and hand soap and shower gel.

The bed was comfortable and shower/hand soaps with consistent hot water were delightful. We had an issue with rowdy and loud neighbors and the front office was quick to offer us a new room on a different floor. Pool table, assorted games, 24hour snacks purchases available, indoor pool and exercise room make this a good place for teens and young adults.

This place was awesome. We stayed for a family trip to six flags and couldnt have asked for a better hotel. Every member of the staff we encounter was friendly, the lobby has a nice open area for games, breakfast was very yummy, and everything was clean!

I stayed in two different in occasions in one week and the rooms were clean crisp, odor free, bathrooms spotless. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. only downside is that I would've love to take a dip in the pool but was down for maintenance for a memorial weekend, which I wouldn't have expected. I still give you a 4.9 star rating. Keep that pool ready for a complete experience.

This was a perfect 1 night stay for us traveling thru, with our small dog! It was easy to book, staff was Fri when we checked in and out. I will be staying here again next time we come thru this side of Atlanta. The free breakfast was a bonus and the coffee was good.

Hotel canceled our reservation when we didn’t show up in time. Their check-in policy is hidden and it is not immediately noticeable. No one from the hotel notified us. Expedia did not notify us. It was just canceled. Upon arrival the front desk agent scolded my husband and I and wasn’t very friendly or nice. And then proceeded to wait on the phone with Expedia before checking us into another room and dealing with the payment. They managed to put us in another room, which we appreciated but having to deal with this at 5:00am after driving all day made us never want to stay in a Hilton hotel again. Never thought I’d rather stay at a La Quinta. I want to say that the fact that the room was very clean, the hall way wreaked of mildew/mold and irritated our lungs. I have a mold allergy that hasn’t been triggered like this in years. Avoid this hotel if you’re going to be in the area for Six Flags. There are plenty of other hotels to choose from and we wish we’d done that originally.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable. My kids loved the family games in the lobby and I was able to sit and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate while they played. I’ll definitely return to a Tru hotel in the future.

Beautiful hotel. As soon as we walked in to the lobby, we were greeted and assisted by young lady quick and easy checked in. The lobby is beautiful even our room. You are close to EVERYTHING. We will definitely come back and recommend this place.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and during my stay the housekeeping did not come to my room once. Had to use just 1 towel for the whole week, and the garbage in the room was not emptied out. The only staff members here that were nice was the 1 woman that prepares the breakfast in the morning, everyone else didnt want to hear from you because you were interrupting their time on their cell phone. Social media was more important than their job.

Property was clean, friendly staff, Was short of cleaning staff, missed cleaning one day when requested.Stayed 10 days over the Christmas holiday. Overall, I would stay again due to convenience.

Clean and organized

It was clean and updated. The breakfast had a great amount of variety and healthy options. There were few options for vegans (e.g. no milk alternatives or bread products without eggs or milk), but I don’t usually expect much for a free breakfast. The gym was well maintained, as well as the pool. The staff there worked really hard!!

The hotel room card readers did not work the entire stay at the property. Was frustrating to have the front desk call someone to let you in your room every occurrence.

The breakfast was great! The key system didn’t work which was a slight inconvenience for them to have to walk people back and forth to their rooms with the master key! Customers service was phenomenal! Room was really nice as well.

Great place to stay. very clean and I found the colors in the room to be very relaxing, odd to say but I slept better there than other hotels.

Very modern and clean inside and out. Pool table board games to enhance the family experience. 24/7 snacks and refreshments for purchase. Best set up for an extended stay I have ever seen.

I stayed here for 2 days while visiting family. Very quiet, it felt safe and VERY clean. The only thing we didn’t like were the mattresses. Rock hard. The pillows are soft and collapsed easily. Both myself and my husband had sore backs and necks each night. Other than that, a great stay.

Really nice heated pool

Clean room, check in was a breeze, they even let me check in an hour early. Customer service was incredible and I will definitely be returning.

Everything was good stay, breakfast, location.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean and the property was quiet, what more could you ask for.

I emailed and called this hotel to let them know my boss was going to check in after midnight. They assured me everything was good. After traveling all night when he arrived at the hotel they gave his room to someone else. It took my boss two hours to find another hotel. At three Am he finally was able to lay down. I called the hotel the next day. All they could say was, well he can check in now…. Wow!!
