The rooms were clean and roomy! Bathrooms were clean. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great with several options. We didn’t get to use the pool because is was down for maintenance but we given a option to use a pool in another hotel right down the road. Great area and felt safe!

Ms. Tasha is an absolute gem and asset to this company!!! She is very kind and accommodating. I wish more establishments had someone like her on staff.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. The pool wasn’t working but we had the option to use another hotels pool. Our room had a few broken things and towels seemed to be hard to get. But overall, it was good for what we needed.

We had an excellent stay, room was clean and nice. The kids liked the pool. Staff was nice and helpful. They even handed out flowers for Mother’s Day. 10/10 I would stay again

Breakfast was amazing, the staff was okay, took care of our needs but not the most friendly. Pool was closed often but we understand they have to maintain it. Overall it was a good stay, and we would stay again!

Our room was in great order, super clean and even had an extra blanket and pillow available. We had everything we could need, including a wet sink by the kitchen area. We highly recommend this hotel! Great staff, breakfast and close to Six Flags!

I never got her name but the lady at the front desk was soo friendly and welcoming I was on the 3rd floor and the floors in the hall i feel like i was going to fall through.. it was soo uneven and i was feeling it move like it bad need to be fix and updated not safe

The room we stayed in seemed to be updated, however you can tell it was not done well. Cracked tiles just simply "repaired" with grout or compound. The tub drain came out completely. It was not even attached, just set down in the previous drain. Over half the light switches didn't work. The automatic shade was nice, however it was not wired correct. Down was the up button, and it would not stay down. The hallways, i don't think were vacuumed while we stayed during our 2 night stay. Being as it's a hotel near six flags, there were a lot of families, which did create a lot of noise at 8am. Would I stay here again? Maybe. Would I recommend it? Probably not. Overall, the stay was decent. Nothing necessarily abysmal or incredibly bad, aside from the shade not closing which could create a security issue, seeing as this is a hotel that attracts families with children...

The young lady at the front desk made the experience I only didn't like the breakfast area it is closed in and hard to maneuver with the amount of people that they had there for breakfast.

Excellent service. Hot breakfast with a nice variety of options. Comfortable beds and affordable price. Good bang for the buck for sure!!

Stayed for 2 nights room was very clean when we arrived all except a few pieces of trash underneath pull out bed which could of easily gotten stuck under there and not seen air conditioner rattled a little bit would freeze you out! ALL staff was absolutely amazing! Pool was very small but was clean! Outside sitting area very nice! Would definitely stay again!

Breakfast was ok but set up is horrible. Line gets backup up from people making waffles and line extends back too far and slows down the line for everything else. Only one person on staff for guest services. We didn't have towels and when called to get more we were told we have to come down to get them.. Also, room was never cleaned during our 3 day stay. We left from 9 am to 3 pm and then again from 5 to 11 and room was not cleaned. Also, you could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom., very strong odor.

Tha manager was so very nice when we chatted with her about him. But as long as he is an employee here, I would 100% recommend finding another hotel to stay at unfortunately. The hotel was nice. The elevator was a little creepy and seemed like it could use some service. Breakfast was decent, not the best or worst I’ve had.

Bathtub was cracked and rusted and staff was not aware of how to lower window shades, had to use an ironing board and cushions to block the exterior ground lamp.

The staff was friendly, large eating area, cold and hot breakfast choices, breakfast until 10, really hot water with excellent water pressure for the shower, indoor pool, good room size, excellent air conditioning, good location with being close to Six Flags and places to eat, and a later checkout than I'm used to at 12. The beds could be softer and the pool was meh.

Someone else's hair in the sink and shower, breakfast was horrible, sausage pink in the middle. Some of my lights didn't work.

It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful in fact they were exceptional especially Sebastian. Professional, caring didn’t miss a beat, he thought I’d the things I forgot. Great experience!! The price was a little high, but the property had every thing I required for this particular stay.

It was very clean and had an indoor pool and it was close to everything we needed for our weekend stay the only thing I wish was heated pool No complaints actually

This was great for our family!! We had 5 adults and a one year old. The couch bed and trundle were super comfortable and all hotels should look to add something like this and do away with the old style sofa bed. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean! Will definitely be back!

It wasn’t over the top, but it still gave the basic needs for your every day get it and go type of meal. Rooms were big and spacious.

The comforter was in a bag and had a horrible smell to it. I had to open my room door and leave it open to get the smell out of my room. I took it to the front desk and gave it to the night clerk. My refrigerator did not get my food cool.

Hands down, one of the best places I have ever stayed when it comes to staff friendliness. Even my kids commented on how amazing they were. The food was good, and the room was comfortable once we turned the AC on. That was one of the negative sides of the hotel. The room was EXTREMELY hot when we got there, and it took a VERY long time for it to get comfortable in the room. Please turn the AC on so we don't have to suffer in the GA heat during the summer! The breakfast area had locals who were eating there each day. We know this because they were bragging about it. To me, that's a form of stealing. The only other issue we had was the pool. It was really disgusting! There was some sort of film that was sitting on top of the water after there was a MASSIVE pool party there that was WAY past the bathing allowable load. It seemed like this hotel was more used by the locals than the guests at times. Kind of sad because this location could have been amazing!

We waited until the last day to take our kids to the pool for a super fun end to our trip. The pool was so murky and gross we were scared we were going to get sick if we used it. We were advised by hotel staff that it was too dirty to use. Don’t expect to be able to use the pool.

One of the reasons we picked this one was for the indoor pool. The pool had dark marks at the top along the edge. Also, in the morning as I was leaving I went to get coffee but they were out. However, the receptionist apologized right away and said they would take care of it. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at during our 10 day trip. At over$200/night, I expected something better

The staff was very pleasant. The room was A , spacious and we enjoyed every bit of it! Parking was free & so was breakfast! We loved everything about this hotel. Definitely recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

Stayed for two nights and housekeeping didn’t clean my room. I was leaving out for the day and saw housekeeping in the hall. I asked if she was coming to clean my room she stated she had two more rooms before mines. When I came back that night my room was not cleaned.

They are under renovations, which was fine. Elevator didn’t work had to go to the third floor by stairs. I think they’re housing homeless families woke up at 10:30 with kids screaming in the hallway and other issues horrible night don’t stay here.

The entire staff was amazing. From check in to check out. We confused Courtney at check out and she was so calm and sweet. Excellent experience all the way around! Would love to stay again on our next trip to six flags!

Great place to stay. Suites very nice & comfortable. Remodeling is beautiful!!! Still working on the whole 2nd floor. So some noise in the morning if you’re sleeping in. Should be perfect when they’re done. Definitely will book again!!!

We stayed in April 2024. I feel like a hotel under renovation should let people know before they book their stay that they are under construction. The lobby was covered halfway with a plastic curtain because they were doing work. It was uncomfortable for my daughter and I to use the pool because the worker men were watching us the whole time we were trying to swim. There was dust everywhere and that was messing with our allergies. The breakfast was moved to a room and was okay but there were not many seats so we were going back and forth to our room. I understand this is how hotels update things but I would have rather stayed elsewhere during this process.

Excellent shower with great water pressure, enjoyed it after a 13 hour drive. Tasty breakfast and an amazing coffee. Only complain is some screaming guest early in the morning around 3am.

Our first room was really nice but the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking. They moved us to a room on the 2nd floor and you could definitely tell the remodel hasn’t made it there yet. All in all great staff. And would stay again.

Not so good. Checking took long because no one was at the front desk took 15 mind for someone to come check us in. The rooms look worn and the level of cleanliness was not up to par. Do not recommend until after remodeling is complete especially if you have a family.

The whole trip was very disappointing! The indoor swimming pool was so dirty ! The carpet was dirty too . Construction was going on in the lobby, which we were not made aware of before we got there. We had to the 3rd floor to get breakfast out of a very small room. The staff was very friendly. The problem was; that we should of been made aware of this situation. We could of went somewhere else for less with better accommodations. Never come back again.

El hotel esta bastante deteriorado (lo estan renovando) y en general estaba OK, solo unos grandes detalles por los cuales no me volveria a quedar. Todas las alfombras estan asquerosas (eso me indica que la limpieza no es buena), el cuarto tambien tenia la alfombra asqueros y adicional tenía un olor a CACA y perfume (literal, no estoy exagerando). No soy de pelear asi que abri las ventanas y resolvi como pude. Lo peor del hotel es la seguridad, todas las puertas que pude ver estaban forzadas, los marcos doblados, puertas rotas y todas tenían indicios de haber sido forzadas. El personal del hotel fue amable y las demas amenidades estaband bien. El desayuno muy bueno y el hotel tiene buen estacionamiento. El problema mayor es la seguridad, no recomiendo este hotel para nada debido al gran problema de seguridad.

The front desk staff was phenomenal. Very attentive and kind, and respectful of their clients. The facility, however, needs major renovations. The room was musty and the carpets were dirty with sections cut out and replaced with squares. The bathroom was horrible. Hotel room smelled horrible.

The room was musty and the carpets were dirty with sections cut out and replaced with squares. The bathroom was horrible. Hotel room smelled horrible.

The sofa bed had stains and a rip on the cushions. But the bed was in great condition. The television had a glitch. I believe the remote control.code was shared by a nearby room or a ghost was controlling the channels. By the third day I am assuming whoever shared the same code had checked out because we were able to watch TV without any further issues. The beds were extra comfortable so we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was okay. I loved the coffee. Not too strong. Just right. The staff was amazing! The grounds were clean and the cleaning staff were incredibly hard workers and it showed. I would definitely book a room again.

Very nice room. Close to highway and food. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Excellent water pressure in showers. Some small stains on carpet but overall I would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends staying in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Did not have a chance to use the pool due to the storms and, although it is indoors, we did not want to take the chance. We had a baby with us and it was a bit difficult was none of the suites have bathtubs. My grandson slept on the sofa bed, and when pulled out, it was difficult to get around and I bruised and cut myself multiple times, but other than those issues, it was a wonderful stay. Breakfast was awesome.

Overall it was okay. Night time receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. Room was outdated. Mattress on the pull out sofa was disgusting. The stains on it were gross. There were some sort of red stains on the carpet in the room. The water did not get hot for a shower. We couldn’t get back in our room after returning from being out for 14 hours. It just kept flashing orange and red light when we would scan our keys. Again the nighttime receptionist was amazing and finally got us in our room. Bed was okay.

The room was spacious and everything was clean. We didn’t have to ask staff for anything! The breakfast was awesome and the staff was nice and friendly!

The carpets was stained...the lobby area was very hot...the sofa in our room was torn (Michael gave us another room)...AC wall unit didn''t work and the main unit was poor...the handle on the oatmeal lid was missing. We were on a 5 week-7 state road trip from Texas to Sourh Carolina and and back. No other property was in worse shape no matter the price. If they really care, Corporate needs to take a visit to this facility because it's bringing down your brand. Bob N. El Paso I

The conditions of the property was not up to Marriott standards. It lack in the polish and maintenance I've seen in other Marriott properties. The carpets were worn and faded. The elevator carpet was soiled and the paneling was damaged at the bottom. It lacked the usual amenities. The room coffee maker was cheap and the coffee left was old and stale. The place needs a facelift. The staff was excellent!

Hotel overbooked so cancelled our stay without notification...terrible customer service. Our flight landed at midnight and therefore we did not arrive to the hotel until 1am. I had called earlier in the day to alert them of this and to ensure we would have a room, the lady I spoke with assured us we were good to go. However, when we arrived they had overbooked the hotel and told us we could go to the Ramada Inn (which was disgusting and smelled like cigarettes). No other hotels in a 30 mile radius was available so we had to stay at the Ramada with no other options. Very disappointing service, to do that to someone is just terrible.

Overall it was disappointing. On the positive side, the sheets were clean. On the negative side, the carpet was stained, there were not enough towels in the room, the soap and shampoo were out, and the pool was cloudy and cold - which was a major bummer for the kids.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood.

Friendly staff

The staff was friendly, professional, and very supportive. However, one of the bathrooms was not cleaned thoroughly. The toilet room and shower was not cleaned or mopped properly. There was also a dirty towel left in the bathroom, maybe from previous guest.
