I was in Atlanta for a one-day event that I just needed a place to sleep. No frills, clean bed and bathroom, an iron and ironing board. There was a mini-kitchen, which may be useful if you're staying longer. Also a tv, lounge chair and small table with two chairs. Coffee enough for one day, but housekeeping service is every four days. I guess you could request more coffee if you drink more than two cups a day.

This property was awesome! Great staff and the rooms were amazing! Basically a full kitchen in there which was unexpected!! Highly recommend! Just outside of the chaos of Atlanta off 20!

We booked our room a week in advance of our arrival. The day of our reservation, we are driving to Atlanta and get a call that the room we booked was not in the proper price range and they needed to give us a different room. The differences in the rooms was it was mobility friendly, had no recliner, and had a tub instead of walk in shower. When speaking to management at the location they said it was not a down graded room that it had all the same options as the room booked on the site. The breakfast offered was only for the Werner Truck Drivers. They only offered coffee and tea for the other guests. You could purchase from their snacks if you wanted to. Room service only comes every 4 days, therefore if you wanted it sooner you had to request it. After one night our keys stopped working so we had to wait at the desk for someone to decide to come out of the office to redo our keys. Need designated smoking areas because while the building is non smoking, smokers were right outside of the door smoking.

Door Key had to redone everyday all 3 days. Floors are thin and you can hear foot steps all the time. Overall I can see they have tried to upgrade this old hotel. It’s okay..

Very strange to stay at a place that warner trucking owens but if you dont mind truck drivers this place was super nice. Very clean loved the recliner to watch some tv after work!! Staff members where great very professional.

They knew we were arriving late. Very friendly and helpful ladies at check in. Very clean and very comfortable for a very reasonable price for an overnight stay. Very convenient location for us since we needed to be some place 5 minutes away very early the next day.

I do not understand why such a low rating. Our room was clean, even though it had a toilet smell.(no fault of anyone sh&t happens lol). The property was perfectly clean and stocked, everything worked nothing was broken. The staff was so so. 1 was really nice, the others didnt or couldnt careless about being happy or making you feel welcomed. The ONLY problem i had is being treated like i had a disease because im a smoker. I didnt like that attitude at all. Had to be 25' away from property or fined 300$ if caught. They should treat guest that way and because of that i probably wont return to My Place.. but take the smoking thing away it was a perfect stay and i would definitely stay again. They dont deserve a 3.6 star review in my opinion.

Did not like that the hotel had overbooked its rooms and we did not get the type of room we had paid for. Instead of a queen bed room with recliner we were put in a handicapped accessable room instead with no recliner. Feel like I should have been given a room like I paid for.

It's not a leisure setting place it's more truck driver comfort than private away from home treat. I didn't like the air as i entered the room. I was okay bcos i had a short stay.

I woke up to being bitten by bedbugs. After further looking around the room I found a bedbug carcass. I took video and photos of the one that we could see. He was nice and full after getting my leg and ankle which is now severely swollen and the blisters just popped from the heads of the bites themselves. I was offered a discount for my inconvenience of 50%. I rejected and received a full refund. After waking up to this disaster, I attempted to call the lobby but the phone had no tone. Went downstairs and informed the clerk. The look on her face told me she wasnt new to this situation. She told us she could move us to another room, but that one side wasnt clean and that it is basically two open rooms with a bathroom in between. We then received coins to wash all of our clothing and I sacrificed sleep to do that. By the time laundry was done it was 730am. I did not get any sleep. It is now two days later and my leg has and is still going through hell. Turns out im allergic to bedbug bites and have been dealing with severe swelling, blisters, excruciating pain and insane itching. My foot is so tight that walking causes extreme discomfort. After looking at more reviews on the location I discovered that not even a month ago someone dealt with bedbugs as well. I sincerely hope my foot starts to improve because if not, im going to have to see a doctor and I can assure you that the bill is not going to be my problem. I have photos of everything.

The elevator was down. I’m disabled, and getting to the 3rd floor was very dirty difficult nearly impossible. I asked for help with my luggage and was denied. Very horrible experience..

Loresha at the front desk is amazing. Has a beautiful smile everytime you greet her. Since the elevator wasn't working for the night she offered me a drink for the trouble. Thanks for the beautiful room and the first class customer service. 👍👍

Place was the best price in the area for a list minute business trip. All the staff was very nice, hotel and room was clean, however the room smelled a little musty. It was late and I didn't want to bother so I just dealt with it for the night, but felt certain they would have moved me rooms had I requested.

Loved room, amenities, staff. Wish the heat/ac system was not so loud. It was difficult to keep steady tempareature. Had to switch between heat, ac, fan all night. The noise kept me awake. Doors slamming is loud too.

Front desk staff were friendly. I saw bugs (roaches)in my room on the second night of my stay and immediately took pictures and reported this problem. I was offered a room change which was not a feasible option given the fact that I was at work by the time I received this request. Furthermore, the shower never heated so I took cold showers my entire stay. I also did not feel comfortable with the 15 plus men sitting on the ground in front of the building smoking. This info has been shared with management and I have yet to hear from them.

It’s a really new hotel and the stay was awesome. Great friendly staff. The rooms are nice size also. You get a regular sized refrigerator and a stove top.

This is definitely a hotel for truckers...not families ...upon arrival, there were approximately 10 guys just standing around in front of the door...also when I opened the door to my room, the first thing I saw was crumbs on the floor in the kitchen area. Also the refrigerator was not clean.
