All aspects my family’s stay was good! The morning my family was to check out, the fire alarm went off, still do not know why? The police and fire truck were called! It upset my 4 year old twin Grandsons.

The breakfast was very limited. We decided not to eat there. The first room had so many bugs we decide to ask for another room. The second room had bugs also but not as many as the first. The room was never serviced. We had to ask for someone to come to the room fix the fridge, it was leaking water when we walked into the room.

Ms. Kiyanah (front desk clerk) was very accommodating and professional. She checked in with us during our entire stay to make sure we had all we needed. The breakfast was very limited. We had an amazing stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta West Lithia Springs! The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, and Victoria and Kiana were extremely friendly and helpful. Victoria truly made our stay memorable, and we look forward to staying here again.

It was okay, needed some fruit and real bacon, not turkey bacon. The TV didn't have enough channels, the remote didn't work well, the bathroom was a little cramped and the brekfast could be better.

Location was quiet, close access to all the things we wanted to do without being too close to the city. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Very clean. We got to breakfast later than we typically would and done of the selections looked tired from sitting out.

The property was very clean! The AC didn’t appear to be working from the overhead vent in my assigned room. You could only feel air coming directly from the unit closes to the window.

Breakfast looked good but I did not eat at the hotel Upon arrival everything was nice and clean. Very spacious. My room was not cleaned for two days even after I let the front desk know that I needed towels and a clean room. They told me both days it would be cleaned but nothing but .....

Close to six flags First room the a/c was broken and we had to switch rooms. Then the second room the fire alarm kept going off throughout the night. Breakfast was not good either. Definitely better places to stay. This is definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

The front desk staff was very friendly, even remembering our names! The housekeeping staff was so fast to bring extra towels and blankets and also very courteous. Will definitely come again!

everything was fine except the door basically slamming entering and exiting the room #304 and the breakfast was great... the door slamming behind me, I know you'll say hold the door and it won't slam but I shouldn't have to do anything extra. And I went to the front desk for extra towels. The guy said they were in the process of getting new sets prepared and would bring mine to my room... that never happened.

Hotel is clean as usually my experience with the Hilton brand. Had to wait way too long for fresh towels after talking to tge front desk clerk. Had a fire alarm incident that was never explained but had to evacuate for a short period. Overall, still a Hilton brand so would definitely stay again.

Overall, I think all Home2suites living areas are very awkwardly shaped with poor, cold nondescript decor. I stay at multiple Home2suites and find the outer living room of the suites all the same, not inviting at all ! Lastly, and aside from cleanliness, the most important aspect is the staff is extremely friendly, personable and accommodating. The staff would entice me to stay again. The staff was excellent. Pa: please add more variety to your snack area, such as crackers with cheese, or the refrigerated snack, cheese and crackers. Poor selection in your snack area.

I was greeted with a smile by Keyona (spell check) and explained the ins and outs of the hotel and check-in. She was amazing, and you all are blessed to have her. The customer prior to me did not understand the incidentals hold, and despite Keyona explaining as calmly and respectfully as possible. The lady continued to express disdain. It was truly shocking to see someone treat an employee this way, but it did not phase Keyona. She was still pleasant. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty. All in all, it was a nice trip. I will be back with my family as it was truly a great experience.

Nice hotel for a weekend trip to Atlanta. The facility and room were clean. We did not have any issue with noise and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We did not smell marijuana at any point while staying at this facility. That is a big deal for a hotel in or near a large city.

The stay was amazing, the lady at the front desk and the night staff were very accommodating and welcoming. My wife asked for a vacuum at 11 at night and they gave it to her with no complaints. It was great, my children, my wife, as well as myself loved it. We will definitely book again!

The entire establishment was great! Check in was quick and easy, the staff and lobby was welcoming and the room was clean comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary toiletries a d breakfast. Definitely 10/10!

Also there was half a roll of toilet paper, no conditioner, the bathroom door was swollen and our blinds didn't go up all the way. Breakfast was decent but could've been better. Overall disappointed.

This hotel exceeded my expectation and the continental breakfast was amazing not you average breakfast. They had sausage biscuits fresh fruits dried fruits waffles egg etc

It was a quick stay. Close to Six Flags. Nice big room. Breakfast was great. No meats though. That would have made it better. I would stay here again.

We stayed here because it was close to six flags. And we really enjoyed it. We also brought our 75 lbs boxer and the room was very accommodating for her and the staff was very nice to her as well.

I always enjoy the Home2 suites my Hilton! But most of all the front desk staff for their great customer service and friendliness as I checked in and out. I’ll always stay at this hotel in general but if I’m ever in that area I will be back to that location. Thank you to you all for the wonderful experience and cleaning was great as usual!

It blew my mind to see the that roof of our bathroom looked like it had fallen and was plastered back together horribly! The pillows were dirty under the pillowcase. The area is run down, trash everywhere and it felt unsafe. But the employee at the front desk checking in was extremely nice! Checking out not so much.

Overall enjoyed our stay, would stay again! Only complaint would be the breakfast ended 30 minutes earlier than advertised. We just ended up going to get brunch. Great staff and up to date furniture! Very clean!

This Hilton Hotel: our shower was not very clean and a very dirty floor. The furniture had tears and is very warn. Cracked sink, stained carpet, felt like a motel not a hotel. The breakfast is all pre-made pre-packaged food, not very good. They ran out severl times and people had to wait 10+ minutes for more to come out. I would not recommend this hotel. Front desk staff was nice.

The staff is friendly and the everything is clean and maintained very well. There isn't a walking walking option. There's a highway and expressways surrounding and I wouldn't suggest walking because there isn't a consistent sidewalk. You will need a vehicle or use ride share services.

Also, the electric charge station did not work (which was the main reason I chose this hotel), and I had to find charge stations in Atlanta to charge my car.

The bathroom didn't have a bathroom courtin, I had to call to get one, which by the way I had to install it my self, I usually stay on this hotels all around California and never had an issue until now, and the room was dirty, I stay over a week and I was disappoint it

For the price of almost $200 per night, the beds were sub par and the pool was closed for the year. The Hilton next door to us had an outdoor pool that was open. I was not pleased with the cost of the room!

Stayed on first floor when I was in the shower water started coming from the light above my shower. I assume it was from the shower above ours. Good thing I wasn’t electrocuted. Also dishes in the dishwasher were left dirty from the previous person who stayed. I opened the dishwasher to find a fork and was grossed out by the rotten food smell

I don’t know if when I stayed was an “off week” but everything was very…lack luster. When I got there, I couldn’t get my key cards until 25 mins later because systems were down. When I got to my room, it wasn’t really clean (one word…hair!), trash built up near the elevators, the breakfast was minimal, the wifi was kind of bad, the TV signal went off and I couldn’t watch anything for 15 minutes, and at one point; the main entrance doors literally wouldn’t open lol ( I had to pry it open with my hands since the automatic function stopped working!). The service was nice though and I felt safe at the property, so that’s something!

Very convenient location, in relation to Six Flags. Room was not available until an Hour and a half after the 4pm check-in time. The staff at the front desk was absolutely fantastic, very accommodating, and professional.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was beautiful and extremely spacious! There were no towels in the pool area, but I was able to get some from the front desk. No biggie. Breakfast was decent. No bacon and eggs kind of thing but they did have waffles and sausage biscuits and premade omelets that were good.

Conveniently located off the interstate and within 20 min driving distance of the Mercedes Benz Stadium. I would be willing to stay there again if in the Atlanta area.

When we got there rooms are not ready. A lot of families waiting. Kinda understandable because we got there at 2 pm. No coffee made at the lobby. Looks like a dirty hotel. I finally went to the reception to check our room. She put us in King Size bed room. Not sure if there’s a difference other than the bed. Breakfast sucked. It’s not prepared well. No biscuits, bacons, sausage. No coffee made. It won’t take long to turn this hotel ghetto. Pool needs cleaning. Water was not sparkly. The air conditioner was cranking loud. To make matters worse Uber eats did not deliver my food and they told me it was delivered. I got refunded but charged for tip $10.20 for a service I didn’t get. Don’t order from Uber eats. Bottom line not staying here again.
