I never checked in. They didn’t have the room that they advertised on the Internet. They’ll allow me to book the room with you and then call me a couple hours before check-in time and tell me they don’t have that room available and they don’t know why it was posted on the Internet that is poor professionalism so I hope I was not charged for this, but I was not able to even get a room I had a total of five people to get in that room and the room supposed to hold six the one that I booked

Need to have national Tv network as available at the hotel for sports events! Again not having CBS network available for NFL playoffs was unacceptable by myself and group of family and friends impacted our weekend plans immensely!

The facility and location was great. The purpose of my visit was to meet family and friends for a soccer weekend and watch the NFL playoff games.there was an issue with the TV package that did not have CBS network and was blacked out? This was a national broadcast and cannot figure out why the CBS game with Denver Broncos and Buffalo Bills was not available at the hotel lobby where many of were anticipating to watch. The hotel needs to rethink its TV package offering! Need to have national Tv network as available at the hotel for sports events! Again not having CBS network available for NFL playoffs was unacceptable by myself and group of family and friends impacted our weekend plans immensely!

The entire property provided great service and a great complementary breakfast we especially loved the bathroom how it was set up we even left a small thank you note for the time of our stay! There’s nothing we didn’t enjoy about the property itself.

Comfort at the front desk was wonderful. I was put on the newly renovated floor which was beautiful. Everything was very clean. While there are other floors being renovated, I have to say I wouldn’t have noticed unless I was told, meaning the noise level from the renovation was minuscule to none. Breakfast was good, and I have to say I love that Fairfield offers real cream(half and half) at the coffee bar. They’re be of the only hotels that I’ve seen offer that. I will definitely be rebooking when I’m back to the area in the future.

Location, staff, and cleanliness. The location, staff, and overall facility was great. I however did not have a comfortable stay this time around because there seem to have been some construction going on in the room above me. They was constant drilling and so much noise. The room was also located by the elevator so there was also constant dinging from that and people talked loudly on their way to the elevator, while standing and waiting for the elevator and also getting off the elevator. My last stay was excellent. This time around not so much.

Hotel is in good shape, but I could not sleep in the morning because directly above my room they decided that they’re doing construction, banging and scraping and music playing and everything so I had to leave earlier than expected because of the noise I complained to the front desk and they were going to pass it on to the manager, which there was none on staff

Everything was great from the breakfast to the comfort of the room and a great quiet location. The only complaints we have are the door to our room was very hard to open, like it was wedged. And the shower door wouldn't shut all the way, so we had to use a few towels to keep the floor dry. Other than that, would definitely stay again.

I called the front desk only to get that they can move me to another room. It’s 9:00am, check out is at 11:00! We just packed up and left! Before exiting, we decided to get a bite to eat from the breakfast bar. Please explain why everything’s COLD?! Even the grits! Completely disappointed with this hotel!

The fact that I was charged twice and haven't received my money back yet and the front clerk that messed up and charged me a second time never apologized for it and wasn't very welcoming

HOWEVER the room was too small for a family and 4, the beds were not comfy and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Thankfully we wasn’t in the room that much, but when we were I couldn’t relax due to conditions. I hope it won’t be like that IF I GO back

Access to the fwy was spot on. Great for a quick spot to complete my final for school and a night away from my family. Floor was a little noisy but no fault of the hotel it was a wedding party LOL.

I stayed 5 days and 4 nights…Thursday-Monday and didn’t receive any form of housekeeping and I was traveling with children. I had to call guest services twice just to receive some wash cloths. I was very disappointed. I should have atleast received housekeeping twice during my stay.

When we arrived, we were told we would have to go to another hotel. Once we arrived at the second hotel, no one was at the desk. The room was hot, would not cool, and the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Stayed on the Courtyard side last week. Loved the 5th floor room on the Fairfield side. Im a lil cheap so the breakfast saved me $40 on the Fairfield side. Courteous customer service. Elevators get you from the top down in no time. Clean and comfortable.

Double charged for the room due to a mistake made by the employee. The manager did nothing to fix the issue other than try to make it seem like I only paid once. Watch out when pre paying and going into the hotel to put a card on file for the deposit. They might double charge you too.

Hotel housekeeping is lacking in their attention to cleaning rooms. We enjoy staying here when in the area because of its convenience. The first time we stayed at this location, a year prior, we had no issues. Management was quick to compensate for our inconvenience and hopefully will rectify their shortcomings.

This was a fantastic hotel in a great location. Super clean and close to 6 flags. The breakfast was great, and the service was fantastic. We were sharing the building with high school and middle school bands and was still quiet. Would absolutely stay here again

When it’s 80 degrees and sunny out….. Also, our room which we booked for a family of 5 only had enough towels for 3. When we called the front desk there was no one available to deliver more to our room and when my husband got to the desk he was told they were out and the employee had to go find some from laundry. Not the best experience but the hotel was overall nice and clean.

I’ve stayed at this property several times before however, I was very disappointed with the lack of service I received. My air conditioning stopped working within the same day I checked in. I didn’t realize it didn’t work until I return to my room Friday night. I called the front desk to notify them first thing Saturday morning and was advised that they would contact a maintenance technician to see if they could come fix the issue or they would switch to another room. Well neither options happen and no one followed up with me to tell me why. I all so did not receive and housekeeping while I was there. I was there for 4 days and 3 nights, which meant I should have received atleast 1 day of a full housekeeping service. I told the front desk upon me checking out that I never received maintenance or housekeeping. They basically shrugged me off and said have a nice day. They didn’t offer me a refund, anything additional to help ease my frustration with my stay. I don’t like not being acknowledged, I consider myself to be a patient person and I gave them ample opportunity to correct their mistakes. They chose not to. Needless to stay I probably will not be returning to this hotel.

This hotel is very clean and modern. Beware that the walls are paper thin. My husband and I arrived around 9pm and were exhausted after driving 4 hours. We settled in to sleep and were awakened to a headboard banging up against our wall at midnight, which continued up until 3am. We could literally hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next to us, from conversations when we first arrived, to "nighttime activities" and alerts on an iPAD. We called the front desk to complain and were told that there were no available rooms to move to. We probably slept a total of 3 hours, and that was only after the couple next door were exhausted of one another. If a good night's sleep is important to you, it would be best to choose another hotel.

I booked this trip at the last minute desperately needing a getaway from life for the weekend. From start to finish, my stay was immaculate. Calling and speaking to Patrick who guided me through setting up my reservation, checking in with the sweetest Night Auditor to exist (I'm sorry I don't remember your name), asking random questions in the afternoon with Mya, finally getting to meet Patrick in person, calling Tawana this morning to check out, and talking to the nicest maintenance man ever on the elevator. From beginning to end my stay was beyond exceptional and extremely needed. I can't wait to come back for another getaway!!

Everything outside of the issue with the AC unit making a constant whistling noise making it difficult to sleep soundly was good. Had to get some ear plugs to make it bearable. Hotel was clean and quiet, staff was friendly. Breakfast was satisfying.

It was such a great stay that we got a chance to relax. My children really enjoyed the pool and the ambiance. My family also enjoyed tha complimentary breakfast with great variety. Very nice hotel. I have stayed here many times and never disappointed. Very clean.

No power...outage...couldnt sleep due to my medical device couldn't be plugged up....no internet so I couldn't perform work....no air conditioning...no...power. does this property not have backup? Total disaster

Horrible!!! No one was available at the front desk throughout the stay I had to go to the hotel that was adjoining! Horrible service! Just horrible!!!

Amazing stay

Our stay was great and the location was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay everything was clean and the staff was very nice

The soap dispenser on the shower wall, was empty, no soap to shower with, this should be standard practice to check to make sure all pumps are full. The shower is not being cleaned properly, all around the shower base, it’s pink with dirt build up, this is unsanitary. Not sure what else could have been found in this room, if I continued to look. Very disappointed ☹️
