Easy drive to Six Flags Drain did not work for taking a bath.

Location Desk attendant was not efficient. The carpet and bathroom were dated. There was an odd smell in the room. The pillows were low quality and flat. I didn’t eat the breakfast but was told that the bacon tasted like cigarettes.

Although it was listed as a non-smoking hotel, it was very obvious that was not always the case. The entire hotel smelled like a dirty ashtray, and we did NOT stay there

Nice basic accommodations at a good price. The facility is a bit older but well maintained, the staff is top notch. Except for the grandkids wanting a pool it’d be top of list when staying in the Six Flags area.

Fine place to stay the night. I read a lot of criticism; i think a bit harsh. Room was American standard, clean and safe. It's an old place and too pricey for that, but that's American standard too. We didn't try the breakfast; slept in.

The location was good. I think the room could have been cleaner. It didn't smell fresh. It also was muggy. The mattress had stains. The curtains had stains. It made me feel like they didn't do a full clean of the room. The lobby was great but once you get on the elevator and on the floor it wasn't as nice as the lobby.

Stay was basic. That's all. The only complaint is navigating to and from it. The main access road is VERY busy and in one direction requires a U-turn as you cannot make left turns. You'll wait 4+ light cycles just for that alone if there's traffic fyi.

The property was clean. My room did not have an iron and when I went to ask the front desk for one the man said there weren’t any more because all the rooms were booked. Eventually they found one in the back.

Stay was good no complaints

This was not a 5 star hotel but you get what you paid for. The breakfast menu was ok but Cracker Barrel was right in front of hotel. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was clean even though a bit dated. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet considering we were on the first floor. However, when taking a shower the tub was very slippery. There was a bar on the wall but it was on the wrong side. My husband and I almost slipped and there was nothing to hold on to. Be careful. We were there for 5 nights and i have no other complaints. Oh I forgot, tv/cable channels are basic. That's it. We had a nice stay to visit relatives. We were visiting from NY.

Everything was clean and smelled nice. Beds were comfortable, and water was hot. The reviews of the breakfast said excellent. We came down a little late, so we didn’t get much. Hubby thought the scrambled eggs were a little watery. We don’t do sausage so we skipped on that.

Rooms had a terrible smell, carpets were very dirty, AC units smelled musty/moldy.

For last minute booking the staff was very helpful and gave no problem with my service dog.

Room 209 smelled like mildew and smoke. Doesn’t seem like the vacuum very well near the beds. The shower shot water everywhere. The entire property just seemed a bit cheap and thrown together. No thank you next time.

Bathtub caulking was covered in mold. No drain plug for tub had to use washcloth. broken usb plugs in bed. Asked for extra pillows was told there were none. Upon check in the hotel manager was at the desk. One hello, one ask for my credit card, one key card given and room number other than that no other words spoken. No information about my charges etc. breakfast was terrible. Beds have tiny pillows. AC is noisy, smart tvs but no streaming bring your own stick,

One night about 1:30 am someone knocked on my room door and startled me. I called the front desk for them to look on the cameras and let me know what their findings was? The lady at the front desk was rude and dismissive.

Then I showed him it did on my checking then proceeded to still lie to me an tell me he didn't see it on his computer. Now today the transaction is processed on my account an no longer pending. I'm requesting a refund due to not even being able to get my room key. Being lied an told my 50$ didn't go through an wasting money on a hotel I didn't get a key for is frustrating. I wouldn't trust this hotel.

The main issue I had were roaches in the shower area and continuous wet tile floor around the door and commode. The carpets had a pungent smell after a day.

I was traveling with my sister,aunt 87 and 95 year old Mother. We requested an extra blanket for my aunt and mother and was only given one and my aunt was told she wouldn't get an extra one. I had to go to the front desk and demand one for my 95 year old mother. Otherwise no other incidents

Despite showing my Expedia confirmation of reservation, they didn't have my reservation and had no rooms available. Was told by the desk clerk there wasn't a reservation and there was nothing she could do about it! They had NO rooms available! After finding another room at another hotel, my credit card was charged by Baymont for the room I never received!

This hotel had horribly stained mattresses in the sofa sleepers. Poor repairs done to damaged walls and poor bedding and pillows on the beds. Hotel overall is very dated.

The staff was so nice, helpful and very accommodating! The breakfast was great eggs, sausage, bacon, waffle makers, juice, coffee, yogurt and more. The gym is very minimal no weights and there is no pool like in the pictures. The rooms were clean. I did smell weed often in the hallways but it didn’t bother me. I used the laundry room and that was amazing to have and they sell laundry pods for 1 dollar. I felt safe and am very satisfied.

There is a strict non smoking policy so typically the hotel smells fresh and clean but I did smell smoke once. I had one issue, I saw mold on the window and asked housekeeping to come in and have a look and she did and left to get product and returned and cleaned it all off, with that said, I do think that the management should look into checking for mold by the windows when cleaning. Overall, I do recommend this hotel for a quick/short stay as they do provide what they advertise and I appreciate that. Thank you to all the staff.

Beds were grossly dirty and sheets didn't fit or stay on and the beds were very uncomfortable. We left early but the hotel refused to refund the time we didn't use. Tried to upload photos but couldn't get the app to cooperate.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast bar was enjoyable. However, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in my room that I couldn’t identify. Unfortunately, it was intense enough that I had to leave a night early, as it became difficult to tolerate.

As to the customer service, lobby and staff was great. Now, the room had some issues. First, the shower head was filthy. The room had a bad smell. It was like recently the carpet was clean, but didn’t give it enough time to let it dry. We even found items left behind from the previous guess. My review is based on my experience, can’t speak to other rooms or guess experience.
