    STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It is undergoing renovations, so maybe some day it will be nice, but for now it's filthy, staff-less and unsafe. We actually had two men (w/ the hotel) beat on our door yelling that we couldn't use our phone to record. We didn't stay, too unsafe. It should be closed down. Took 15 minutes just to find someone to "check us in".

    The picture of the room was NOTHING like what we walked into!!! Also, the website should have disclosed that there was major renovation underway. If I had known this, I never would have booked. I am seeking a refund. We left almost immediately for an other location.

    Everything was awful. Queen beds were actually double mattresses on queen frames which would have been a serious hazard getting in and out of bed. Circuit breaker box had a loose door, hanging on broken hinges. dust bunny fuzz on the pillows and a filthy floor and the whole place smelled musty. advertised breakfast was not offered after all. front desk was not helpful and argued with us about these details.

    We did not stay. We were refused check in to my husband. Also, smelt moldy and construction on site, water shuttle off during certain times. My child is medically ill and can NOT be in that environment. Still haven't recieved my refund.

    My situation was dire due to not having a place to stay for a period of time and being homeless was very stressful. I am very appreciative that your company was able to give me a week of rest. The room was comfortable and enough for me during the time I occupied the room. My biggest dissatisfaction with the location was due to the other residents/guest who did not pick up after pets. . Pet feces were so bad and smelled bad. No breakfast as advertised, workout room was not usable due to renovations.

    The night shift front desk employee was very accommodating and kind, I really appreciated him moving me to a new room when my original room was not clean. The hotel room I was moved to was also fine, the location if it was convenient and despite it being on the first floor near the lobby it was very quiet. The first hotel room I was checked into was not clean, in fact I thought someone was in that room when I opened the door and immediately shut it. TV on, lights on, food on the floor, clothes everywhere. The only elevator was broken, so I had to lug heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs only to find my room was not touched. The room I was moved to had been cleaned but it wasn't very clean either. The floors were filthy, the shower had hair and didn't look like it had been cleaned, the sink was filthy, the toilet wouldn't flush unless you removed the lid. Someone was walking around with their dog off leash as I was going back to my hotel room. I was already having an incredibly negative trip so this just made it a little worse.

    The room was filthy! You can not watch TV because either there is no service, no channels and way too many remote controls. They offer breakfast online, but still no breakfast. The A,C unit kept kicking off and the floor in the bathroom is all broken up. This is the worst yet.

    The staff was the only thing nice It’s smelled like cigarettes and weed. I have two children with respiratory issues so I had to cancel my stay for that matter. The rooms were dirty. We couldn’t even shower because the tub was disgusting. There was roaches and black stuff coming from the faucets.

    Oh my goodness where do I begin? This place had 1 room available and it was not ready. When I was given the key the room was no cleaned. Sheets were dirty, floors sticky, raunchy smell I inside and outside the halls. The tub was moldy and no shower curtain or shampoos or soaps. The toilet oh wow no toilet paper and the cherry on top, cracked seat leaking water. Nasty pee stains around the the rim on the seat. The kitchen has grease all over. No blankets anywhere. No lamp shade. Definitely did not look like the pictures. And no curtains! Wow who sleeps with sun on their face? I don’t! And the staff was rude. Card did not work, I had to pull the door handle up and wiggle it and it opened. Definitely someone broke into it. No ID was asked or no security. Super hot in the lobby. There were the staffs kids playing and eating from the floor with their melting McFlurry all over their clothes. The kid was jump roping in the lobby while I was trying to check in. That kid hit me and everything near them and proceeded to jump rope down the hall. Don’t come here.

    I have never been given a room that has not been cleaned. Sometimes you have to stay in lower pricing of hotel. But this one will be a negative 5 review. Beds were used, trash in floor and trash bin. Did not have a handle to flush toitet. Dirty wet towels inside dirty shower. They ask you to tour before staying. Would highly recommend to take tour and do not check in at night.

They don’t clean very often and the refrigerator was filthy. Some of the people that stay, there are a little questionable and the man at the front desk assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. They should actually charge a lot less because there are better places for around the same price.

Our water froze and we wanted a shower and a comfortable sleep and there was screaming and violence in the room next to us and up and down the hallways.     However, no one was at the front desk and no one picked up the phone for 10 times once I arrived. So I had to go back to airport and had a terrible situation for not sleeping at all. When I called back for finding out a reason on next day, the rep simply said it was fully booked due to extended stay from current guest. If so, they should reach me via email or text message. It still does not make sense to me even I booked thru third party.

Waited for repair man 15 min, decided that someone would not show up, so I just left and stayed at another hotel. The room door was damaged and had a gap where someone dented it. Sketchy people in lobby and outside. Did not feel it was the safest place.

    Employees and management are genuinely amazing. They really will just go above and beyond to try and get you anything at all that you need. I just moved in and am going to be living here for the foreseeable future so my first night when I checked in of course I had about a million questions and the guy at the front desk was so patient with answering literally everything I could throw at him. Every employee I've met so far has been so nice. The one thing I will say is the pictures on the website are not at all with the hotel has to offer anymore. It definitely needs to be updated, most rooms no longer have couches, no coffee pots in rooms anymore but there is a Keurig at the front desk :). All in all it's a great place from my experience so far.

    My experience there was that it was unsafe unclean room was full of roaches there were all sorts of people coming in and out that didn't belong in the hotel the room was Deployable there were roaches in the bed on the floors and walls the walls were nasty there were holes in the door of the bathroom they did not refund me my money back after I chose to leave cuz I could not stay because of the roaches and unsafe conditions the pictures on the website are fake there was no couch in the room there was nothing in the room that was comfortable

    When arrived to check in for my stay the check in guy suggested we check out the room because he said somwtimes their rooms arent for everybody. Well the first room he showed us only had 2 double beds. I had a party of 6. So this clearly didnt work for us. So he showed us another room. That room did have the double beds and a pull out sofa. There was no extra linens, one of the beds didnt have a blanket on it and even though it was on the 3rd floor there was nothing to cover the window with (blinds, curtain, etc.) So we declined the room as well and they proceeded to keep my money anyway. If id had known that would be the case id had just kept the room and asked for the necessary accommodations.

    We paid for two nights because we had no idea the place was like this. We left a day early because of everything being nasty and broken. The cleaner was just dumped everywhere to the point my daughter threw up from the overwhelming smell. My asthma acted up because of this. They refused to refund the extra day

    I arrived 0n June 10th. I stayed for 6 days. The room looked like ther had been a fire in it. The bathroom was disgusting. There was hair in the shower. There was no working phone in the room. Water damage from the sprinkler system. I have pictures of everything. $2.00 to exchange towels and $2.00 for toilet paper. This was not mentioned when I booked the room. Website said there were dishes in the room and there were none. Only got a deposit of $3.00 out of the $50.00 I paid.

    Upon arrival the man at the desk was behind on everyone's paperwork when he. Charge me for the room and the deposit. And I had already paid for the room on the app and then told me it was some sort of a holder. Been waiting to hear back from hotels.com about the refund. The representative called the location but no one answered but I was looking at all of them behind the counter Dead roaches on the floor and laugh when it's crawling out of the wall. And dead ones in the bathtub. And every other room had a big oversized dog

    I have stayed inn hotels in most countries of world and this was the worst experience with the exception on the lady that checked me in . She was very nice and professional. I was not expecting much , I never been in a hotel did not have a shower head on the shower, tv didn’t work, internet was out whole stay.. Do obviously broken in roaches on the floor in the bathroom smoke detector ripped from the wall. Oh, I got a lot of I have a lot of photos.. I want not just a full refund as well as a free week in real good choice hotel.

    First off there was broken furniture the floors were dirty paint was all over the bathroom floor and tub there were no pillows on the bed the cleaning supplies they use to freshing the room was so strong it gave me a headache then to top it off the TV was literally not huck up it took a hour and a half to get that done so most of my time was spent on them getting the room together while I was in it was I really didn't get to rest it was 10 o'clock when everything was done almost. So a refund or a free night would be great for my troubles 😡

    This hotel was in the middle of a major remodel while trying to stay open. I was impressed when the clerk told me she was going to let me see the room before I payed. It had been recently worked on and still needed work , but was clean and comfortable. No bugs , not one. A non smoking hotel! The staff was more than helpful (new tv ,no remote). Hot water was constant. I would stay here again , after the remodel is finished. The staff made it a great stay.

    They had have my room to someone else. And they were booked so I had nowhere to stay. They found me a place to stay but I couldn't check in until 3:00 that next day. So when I went to that hotel they said they could get me in that night however I had to pay $40 more.

    Todo está fatal primero no te explican que si quieres que te den toallas y sábanas y papel tiene un costo extra Ni en NY ni vegas me an salido con eso luego reservé por 11 noches no servia la chapa de mi puerta estuve una noche 3 horas fuera no hay recepción y un ruido muchos morenitos peleando y como no ay nadie en recepción gritan y es fatal eso la verdad un desastre ese lugar

    Upon check in I was asked to check the room to make sure it was okay. I have never had that happen. When I checked it seemed okay but I was also exhausted and didn’t look very well. Once my husband went in he saw the door latch was broken, there was holes in the wall. A drawer in the kitchen was missing and there was boogers on the walls. The door to the bathroom lock was also broken. I asked if they could fix the latch and was told not until the next day. It was not suitable for a family. I was very disappointed. I’ve asked for a refund from the manager who said she would only refund me one night of my two night stay. I would not recommend this to anyone at all. The pool was also closed.

    Got a call at 8:46pm confirming my arrival time, I had traveled from North Carolina and was still 3-4 hours away but they just wanted to see when I would arrive. I thought that was nice as they told me where to find after hours number to call when I got there to get my key. I arrive and call at 12:53am and a guy says he’d be right down. He checks me in and says I’m the last customer he was waiting on now he could go to sleep. I get to my room (pictured) where I see the bed has one single pillow and no blanket. Just a thin sheet on the bed with the one pillow. The bathroom is very outdated desperately needing repair in the shower. I tried to turn the tv on with the remote and it wouldn’t work, pushed button on tv only to see foreign language french I think. That’s when I realized (pictured) the cable box is missing from the room so couldn’t even use the tv. I’m tired, it’s late and I decide to deal with it for one sleep. Bed was not comfy, one pillow made my shoulder hurt because it was not comfy either. Was really cold all night with only the sheet. About 9am I pack up and go downstairs to ask for a refund for the second night as I did not want to stay there again. Explained about the tv and bedding and was told I should have asked. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and never have I needed to ask for a simple blanket and more pillows it should have already come with.

    Room was filthy, towel rack hanging on wall, exposed outlets with wires protruding, no blankets, no bedspread, paper and debris on floor, staff that didn't give a crap. Refused to stay there.

    The bed linens and towel (there was only 1 bath towel, no hand towels in either the bathroom or kitchen) were dirty. As I had already accepted the room, I chose not to complain about this issue. Instead, I went and bought my own stuff. There was only 1 pillow which was hardly a pillow at all. The floor was not carpeted and I understand that this means that it gets dirty easily. The next day, after my shower, I noticed that the bottoms of my feet were dirty from walking on the floor barefoot. The second night I was there, I had been out with my sister to see a movie and came back to find my keycard wasn't working. Luckily, someone had failed to lock the main doors. The emergency contact was hard to get a hold of, I called 20 times before I got an answer. My last issue was the lack of handicap accessibility. Not in the room, as I didn't have an accessible room, but in the parking. Few handicappe parking spots and none were ADA.

    We were given another room where we pull back the sheets and noticed at the foot of the bed there was blood on the mattress again. We ask for a full refund but have not received it as of now.

    The front desk is not man ed 24 hrs. The room comes with 1 towel 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. I traveled with my wife...not enough towels when i spoke to the front desk they said they were short towels. The room had 2 beds we only used one and it sank in the center very badly. Also first time i have gone to a hotel when they do not have a comforter, but a crappy blanket. Mold threw out the bathroom. Full size fridge was nice along with the microwave and stove top. There was a glass in the room. . Not at all clean. Lamp shades missing...would i stay again...yes if traveling alone

    This property the beds was dengy.. the beds had on sheets on them no blankets they called the flat sheet a thin blanket. There was no tissue nor towels in the room . I will never stay at this location again

    Arrived at the hotel at 1:00 p.m. to check in early. Was told I could not check in early came back around 5:00 and they had canceled my reservation because they had overbooked the motel was not very happy. I reserved my motel a month ago and still did not get anything more than sorry find another motel

    I did not even get to stay. Upon arrival they had the wrong room for me because it was the only one available, and it wasnt even clean. It was infested with bed bugs. It was probably never cleaned so a wasp nest was forming on the roof. The bed had lots of bed bugs blood on it and stains as well as fingernails and hair from someone else.

    EXTREMELY HORRIBLE AND RUDE STAFF. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL. THE WORST ENCOUNTER WAS THE HOTEL MANAGER MELISSA, SHE WAS THE RUDEST STAFF MEMBER, AND DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS/ETIQUETTE. I RESERVED WITH DAYS IN ADVANCE AND WHEN I ARRIVED FOR CHECK IN THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY ROOMS AVAILABLE. I CAN NOT DESCRIBE HOW TERRIBLE MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE WAS. THIS HOTEL REALLY NEEDS TO RECONSIDER THEIR CHOICE OF STAFF.

    This site was a run down hole. If i had not prepaid and driven 500 miles. 1 pillow, dirty/stained thin bedspread. Paint fumes permaneted all clothes. Old used appliances.-10 visit
