Loved the larger room. Everything was clean. Just wish they had a better breakfast and a pool for the kids.

There is no way this up to code and definitely not ADA compliant. 2. The remote did not work properly. Went to front desk to be told no one available to look at, gave an another remote which didn’t work at all.

Close to the hospital. Comfortable bed, large room. The tv didn’t work the first night I was there. The new desk clerk didn’t know how to get it fixed.

Staff was friendly, our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The internet was very slow or non existent. We where their mainly for leisure, but had a few hours where we needed to actually do work, and that was very hard to do with such slow internet.

I had an absolutely lovely stay! Everything in the room worked, I could regulate the temperature, the bathroom was clean and included great products. I do wish the room included a safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and hot, and the breakfast room was bright and friendly. I'd definitely stay there again!

I stayed there for 10 days with my boys during a moving transition. I had a suite and my 2 boys had a suite. Our rooms were a really good size and comfortable. The beds are amazing, it was so relaxing. Housekeeping came by daily which I appreciated! I kept my room pretty spotless, but it was nice to get fresh towels and make up wipes daily. My boys loved the complimentary breakfast. The staff were very friendly. It’s definitely my go to hotel when I need time to myself.

It was clean, quiet, comfortable, plenty of parking…rooms well lit, good cooling system. It was near the medical facility that I had come to Lawrenceville to visit. TV channel selection was awfully slim…breakfast adequate but no more.

We were not happy with the wimpy shower pressure and the ability to hear everything in other rooms. Sounded like a family of elephants were above us.

The beds are really comfortable. The room was good sized and the shower was warm and good water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine and the coffee was good.

The staff were super nice and excellent !!! The water pressure was non existent, and every time I went to shower there was no hot water, mostly cold or cold ish warm.

The battery in our door died and we were locked out of our room at night… The front desk lady was very nice and said we could get a partial refund. There was no one on call there to fix the problem so the guy with me had to break into the room himself. It was really convenient and easy to find

I like the fact that it was clean and newly renovated. The room we were assigned was on the first floor near the public restrooms and staff area. This is the second booking.com hotel booking that placed us in a similar room.

The environment, the housekeeping , I can tell their mothers they always know what to do and how to add to our sta. They always make me feel so comfortable!

Accidentally booked a handicap room did n tvrealize how convient this is with 3 independent toddlers everything actually worked in the favor of motherhood only thing didnt have was a desk but that was understandable Eggs and sausage are the only hot meal foods besides waffles ? its only repetitive because we've stayed there a few times but overall A PLETHORA OF food options!

Stayed there during the ice storm bc I live close to Athens and work at Northside Gwinnett. The room was spotless, bed was really comfortable (I like a soft bed) and breakfast was great every morning. I appreciated having a place to stay other than the hospital.

We were not in the room with the additional pullout sofa. The heat and air unit was extra loud. The mini fridge kept sounding like water was coming out of it and you had to brace it to open it because it didn't fit it the opening and roced back and forth.The door was very hard to open and close. The door handles on each side were filthy.We woke up to the bathroom ceiling pouring water diwn where the 2 guests were showering above us.The breakfast was little to none and cold and watered down. The only issue I had was we were late arriving which I called and told them. When I got to my room I opened the door and there were towels lying on the floor and the bed had been slept in. Obviously the room hadnt been cleaned from the night before. Front desk was very sorry and got me in another room very quickly.

It’s a very nice hotel, but the site when I booked said there was a pool. That was false advertisement and I was upset about it. Looking forward to relaxing in the pool that was never that to begin with.

Housekeeping went in my room without permission. With my do not disturb sign on the door. They kicked me out for having CBD and a black and mild. Nothing was ever smoked in the room. But because they saw it in plain sight. I was kicked from my room.

I have a small, well-trained service dog for medical reasons. When we walked in the lobby the clerk immediately asked if he was an emotional support dog. I get this a lot; I answered politely, no, he is a medical service animal. She asked for his papers. I handed her my certification credentials & she disappeared to “talk to her manager”. We waited & she returned & quite bluntly said that if there were any damages or accidents we would be charged. I said of course (that’s typical) & then she said if we hear any noise complaints you will be asked to leave. Her tone was now coming across offensively. I smiled & said there won’t be any problems. We checked in. We take him out about every 2 hours when we are in a hotel just to make sure he has plenty of potty & exercise time. Every trip outside we were scrutinized & watched like a hawk. It was very insulting. Our reason for being in the hotel was b/c we were closing on the sale of our home there before moving out of state. The winter storm was headed to that area & so our closing was pushed up a day & we needed to leave asap to avoid getting snowed in. I mentioned it to the front desk but they would not help. The morning of the closing maid knocked, my husband was on a teams mtg, I told her we were staying, & did not need a clean to get rid of her so as not to interrupt his mtg. Front desk calls asking if we were staying or leaving! We had another day paid for, WTH? This hotel is service dog UNFRIENDLY & wanted us gone. 0/10

After check in i went to check my room. There was a problem with the door. I went back to the front desk and she changed my room with no problem. After not letting my cousin check in cuz his ID wasnt the same as mine, even thought he has the same last name.(Fine), i get a phone call from the woman at the front desk, Apparently paying guests are not allowed to use the sitting area and she wanted me to tell him to leave. He was waiting on his brother to shower and meet him downstairs to go eat. Again, paying guests using public space, not being loud, not walking around, just sitting. I literally asked her if he was disturbing anyone and she said no, and stumbled over some words like policy says someone cant be down there for too long. Will not stay here again.

We had a 2 queen room and it was more spacious than we had expected with a couch. Everything looked very clean and the front desk staff were nice. My only issue was the lack of parking as the back lot was blocked off for construction. That being said, we would stay here again next time we are traveling in the area.

Left our room at 530am and did not return until afted 11pm. While we were gone our room was cleaned at some point and we came back to our room door being open. I understand whoever cleared the room probably engages the lock to allow easy access in and out while cleaning, however it was left like that for i dont know how long allowing anyone to walk in our room. I immediately went to the front desk and they said i would be contacted by the manager. Upon check out i double checked there was a note for me to be contacted and there was not. I still have not heard from anyone.

Loved the room and liked the location. Disappointed with the constant noise during the day due to on going construction. No gym. Dust factor is an issue. I have no issues with hotel making upgrades, not disclosing current conditions before booking is my issue.

Our stay was horrible, we had to clean hair out of the tub....the toilet paper spool came out of the wall. They had no ice, and at checkout, they tried keep our $100 deposit because we took baths and the towels were dirty. Would not recommend.

Convenient location for my destination, but the hotel was undergoing major renovations. Lobby was not accessible. No ice machine available at all. Breakfast was extremely limited.

When we first arrived, we thought the hotel had been shut down. They were is the process of pulling things apart and fixing it due to a water pipe bursting. Most of the hotel was still in bad shape and under contruction. However, our room was clean and in good shape. The halls were a mess, there was not a front sitting area ready, and the breakfast area was now in their small work out room. The first night, until 1 AM, there was someone right above us stomping, slamming things around, dropping heavy items and rolling carts on the floor. When i spoke to the front desk, they said no one was in the room above us. Didn't sleep the first night. The tubs do not have non-slip bottom so my neice fell in the tub and hurt her hip very bad. She was bruised and hurting for the rest of the trip. Told the front desk and it was brushed off. Even though the room was clean and beds comfortable, it was not a good place to stay. When we first arrived, we thought the hotel had been shut down. They were is the process of pulling things apart and fixing it due to a water pipe bursting. Most of the hotel was still in bad shape and under contruction. However, our room was clean and in good shape. The halls were a mess, there was not a front sitting area ready, and the breakfast area was now in their small work out room. The first night, until 1 AM, there was someone right above us stomping, slamming things around, dropping heavy items and rolling carts on the floor. When i spoke to the front desk, they said no one was in the room above us. Didn't sleep the first night. The tubs do not have non-slip bottom so my neice fell in the tub and hurt her hip very bad. She was bruised and hurting for the rest of the trip. Told the front desk and it was brushed off. Even though the room was clean and beds comfortable, it was not a good place to stay. Maybe once they finish their remodel.

The ceiling in the bathroom leaked. They said they did not have another room to put us in and was gonna discount the stay. But they did not.

While the staff here were friendly and accommodating, the place is under construction and looks terrible. It is dirty and ugly, and they should be giving huge discounts for people staying there while there is construction dirt all around and there is tape with the number of the door above, and the view outside the window was of a chaotic construction site.

The property is getting renovated and it could be done in a much safer manner for guest that choose to stay there.

Did not like the "grab 'n' go" breakfast when hot breakfast advertised. They should have told me on one of the 3 occasions I called the property. WILL NOT RETURN.

I would stay here again once all the rehabilitation was completed to give them a review so I could see how they do when things are up and running

The hotel is under renovation which you can tell as soon as you pull up. The are no amenities available at this property. We were told that we could go down to there other property if we wanted to enjoy their amenities. The shower water barely came out the shower head so you basically had to rub against the shower wall to wet and rinse your body.

I wanted to give 5 stars but housekeeping obviously doesn't check under the pullout to see if someone slept on it, there was trash left under the pullout (a little gross) The grab and go breakfast suggestions would be some non-beef/pork options in breakfast sandwiches or oatmeal. Oatmeal wouldve been perfect for the grab n go. Everyone was professional, spoke.

The front desk staff was kind and courteous but the condition of the hotel was a construction zone. This really should be stated when guests are making reservations. I suffer from asthma and the ENTIRE ceckin, lobby and breakfast was covered in dust! I would have chosen another hotel if Inhad been made aware when making reservations

Came to hotel for reservation, no notice the hotel was under renovation. Lobby and many rooms covered in plastic including over your head when you walk in. Reception was kind and states they are refunding stays for people unaware of renovations.

The property is under construction so the hot breakfast wasn’t available. Besides that, everything was good.

She just asked me :Do you want to get another room? Like it is something regular for them. At the 3rd night found another type of bug . Hello???? Besides ,breakfast is the cheapest,lowest quality of them all! Damn! How can someone be so cheap??

Breakfast was bad news, hotel was being renovated but our room was like new. Should have disclosed about the renovation.

I like how quiet it is in this particular area. They keep the room very clean and i like the fact that my room has clean carpet. However, the toilet was a bit small for a large person.

It smell of mildew outdated hot water took too long to get hot ac smell like mildew mix with fire

The room smelled of strong cleaning chemicals trying to disguise other smells … smoke, mold? The room did appear clean but it is hard to cover up odors. I have stayed at many hotels in the area for work and not only was this the most expensive but it was my least preferred. I will mot stay here again.

The first thing we noticed was a "remodel" mess in the lobby. The blocked off area had white plastic sheeting that looked similar to what would be used for a crime scene! The front sliding doors were acting up as well. Our room did not have working air and maintenance had to be called. That did nothing, so after a night of terrible comfort, we had to switch rooms. The free breakfast consisted of prepackaged muffins, horrible coffee, with sugar packets so old that they were hard, and an out of order juice machine. There was a gazebo area, where my husband got stung by a wasp, and then we noticed nests in the roofing. This was a terrible stay, and we couldn't be more disappointed with the whole experience.

The room had a weird stench and the comforter corner tucked under the matteess was torn which we noticed pretty late at night. The plumbing wasn't working properly.

The property was under renovation supposedly due to a pipe rupturing. Half the hotel was covered in plastic and all the amenities listed was not available.

The quietness of the place was super nice.

Staff very accommodating and quick. Very clean room and well stocked. Good area with lots of parking.

Renovations were not told about. Other clients were noisy.

Great location for our needs. There was a lot of construction and limited breakfast.

The stay was great. Everyone was nice, helpful and very understanding.
