    Staff was great. Cleanliness excellent. Wi-fi could not sustain streaming on my computer. Bed needed a new mattress. It sagged in the middle and sheets and pad were too big, so they bunched up in big wrinkles while sleeping. It seemed that what the manager and staff could control was excellent. But beds and wi-fi need investment.

    The staff were helpful and friendly. Our schedule didnt allow for us to participate in the complementary breakfast, but the spread looked nice. If we're in the Fort Meade area again, we will likely return to this same location

    Nothing and I have stayed here when it was under a different name! Everything! It smells like marijuana from the front door , in the elevator and hallways! The breakfast is free which is a joke, the few oranges that were out were rotten! Nothing in there looked fresh!

    Gosh where do i start….let me start with the positive we had been up since reqlly early and flew in that morning went to the hotel hoping we can check in early andrea at the fd was very helpfull and helped us out by getting us a room told us to come back at a spacific time and it would be ready and it sure was. Now alllllll the negatives….elevator dirty food on the floor not mopped, hallway carpet just a nasty, the secound we opened the door a nasty muggy smell, bathroom sink was cracked and leaking underneth to the cabinet, mildew all over the shower, hair on the towels, we had a 2 queen room 1 bed had hair under the blankets and on a pillow, the other had a drop of blood at the bottom of the comforter by the feet area, the breakfast was nasty eggs seemed to be mixed with some powder or something and sausage seem like 3yrs old carbord gross, parking lot people smoking weed (not that i have a problem with that) but a drug deal also taking place in front of my face in the parking lot. Very very very disappointing not what i was expecting from what i saw on the internet i tried to spend very little time there needless to say.

    The only thing I liked was that it wasn’t overpriced. There were ants in our room, no management available on weekends and no management spoke to me, hotel smelled like marijuana, stains all over carpet, no fruit at breakfast. Ice machines not working, staff were young and didn’t know how to deal with customers. Poor customer service.

    The room is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The internet did not work at all. I cannot connect my phone to it or anything else. So it really put me on a bad disadvantage when it came to taking care of work online. Unfortunately because of that I can cannot get that room again

    The staff were never at the front desk and you had to dial "0" for someone to answer the front desk phone and then they would eventually show up but did not appear overly excited to have to do so. We asked if we could change the channel on the TV in the lobby and were told no. Asked if we could all gather at the outdoor table/chair area in the back by the pool on an amazing sunny day (as the door was locked) and were told no. The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled so badly of pot the entire time, it was disgusting. Breakfast was minimal, with zero fresh fruit. After waiting for the eggs to be replaced on the buffet, they came out and were ice cold. We do not recommend this facility and will not return.

    I was given a room.with wet paint and no one warned me. First of all its wrong and it's a health hazard, it was stinking wet paint which we all know its toxic. Secondly environment was not clean, ants in the room, crawling around, weed smelling in the elevator and hallway. Not satisfactory at all. Building not well maintained

    Staff was rude and dismissive. Extremely loud guests in the middle of the night. Hotel maintenance and cleaning carts up and down the hallways and banged into my door at 3 am. Very clean, but rude, breakfast was trash, broken desk in the room, and poor AC.

    Location was good if you have a cat to drive to DC Visible thick dust in the bathroom below the sink, no soap tray, they bring a small portion of scrambled eggs for breakfast and you have to wait for a refill for a long time, same for bread or coffee mates but they get refilled sooner. Khiya in reception didn’t bother to say a word when she handed the keys, not even a direction to the elevator or our rooms. Room view was blocked by a large sign, so annoying! I also read reviews about bed bugs in other rooms afterwards and had to deep clean all my stuff out of fear! Will avoid next time!

    We go to visit family every 6 months so stayed 4 days. Every night there was issues with noises at any time of the night whoch was disappointing as we Liked the hotel in general. The hotel we normally ztay at was packed so we wanted to try this on this last minute trip. Could we stay there, yes…would it be our first or second choice, not necessarily. Not bad per se but not amazing. Maybe for a night but not for and extrended period.

    We arrived to our room and the door was wide open. The toilet didnt work. Moved us to another room and it was dirty. We had to clean the shower and bathroom walls. The bathroom walls had black stains on them. We never seen a housekeeper the whole stay. We had to ask the front desk for towels and other items.

    Booked via Expedia but could not check in on the first day so I called the hotel. They told me that I could check in the next day. When I showered up to the hotel they told me my reservation was canceled and I couldn’t get my money back because I booked through a third party. The female I spoke to was also very rude and was in the elevator therefore the connections was terrible. They also didn’t mention the 25 dollar pet fee when I booked. Very frustrating experience.

    I LOOK FORWARD TO VISITING THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THE LOBBY AND ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE BREAKFAST WAS SERVED HOT AND COLD (AS DESIGNATED) AND THE AREA WAS VERY CLEAN. I ENJOYED MY BREAKFAST VERY MUCH. ONLY ISSUE: WAS ICE MACHINE ON 3RD FLOOR WAS OUT OF ORDER.

Breakfast are had plenty of seating, food was good as with self made waffle option, sausage, eggs, toast, muffins, cereal, yogurt, milk, juices, and coffee. Area was cleaned, restocked by attendant frequently. Has a gym with treadmills, stationary bike and small weights. Added value for staying several days. Has a pool, but unavailable due to season (It’s cover was covered by snow.) Quiet area and felt safe area for the car, The road had little to no traffic during my stay. Staff were responsive to reasonable request and professional.

The most concerning issue was a serious safety and coordination problem during check-in. The guest list was not updated, and the room showed as vacant even though someone was already staying in it. This could have led to a very uncomfortable or unsafe situation for both guests. I’m sharing this feedback so the hotel can improve maintenance standards and, most importantly, ensure proper room assignment and guest safety in the future

    They need to fix the fire alarm system. The fire alarms kept going off during the night. First night we came downstairs at 1:30AM to evacuate. They told us to go back to sleep. Second night we ignored them, but it went off twice during the night. This is totally unacceptable.

    This was my worst hotel stay in quite some time. Check-in was quick and the staff courteous. However that was quickly overcome by a room that smelled odd (was willing to overlook as it was an older hotel) but then the bathroom sink drained straight onto the floor. Looking at the pipes, it appears that a repair has been attempted previously and had failed (there was also obvious water damage on the cabinet under the trap, so this wasn't a first time occurrence). To their credit, the staff very quickly moved us to a new room which was in good condition. Unfortunately there was a room on a different floor, which made it difficult to determine where it was coming from, that was playing loud thumping music that continued until at least 4AM. Breakfast was also disappointing: no concentrate in the juice machine but there were also no cups, so maybe the lack of concentrate didn't matter.

    The location They have bed bugs in our room I went told somebody at the desk the next morning . They said they will check we came back that day nothing has checked or bed sit no changed . I went again told an other lady at the desk to at least change the bed shit she told me no room service available. Our second night was horrible with the bites will never go back there or recommend anyone else. Becarful before you book this place .

    The elevator was not working most of the time and we were on the third floor. Breakfast was ok but limited and they were not ready at 6:30, it took them until after 7am to get everything set up. There were questionable stains in the hall carpet on the third floor but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. They did not have a laundry which was disappointing because we needed one and the nearest place was a mile down the road. The outdoor pool was also closed despite 80*+ temperatures.

    Got to hotel at 12am , having a room reservation week ahead.Room was dirty the men working at night was polite and helpful trying to give me a decent clean room ,he try giving us 4 different rooms but all of them were not clean , bathrooms dirty with hair that looked like the previous customers had shaved. Bed sheets were dirty looking like foot prints, and garbage on floor. 1 of the rooms had a really bad smell that u couldn't even stand to smell . At 1:30 something i was offer a king bed on first floor i had to accept it because of my 21 month all . Had a 5 hour drive and was really fussy ready to be in bed sleeping. The room at first was seemed to look clean but bathroom wasn't the shower floor towel was really wet and counter was dirty with toothpaste as well the doorknobs. The following day once we worked up went to front desk to atleast have back a day of refund ( we made reservation for 2 nights) and was told they couldn't do anything about it because i accepted the last room and also because my reservation was made thru a 3rd party like Expedia ect.. and had to call them to see if i could have a refund. I call orbitz and explain my situation and what was i told , they call the hotel and told me the lady that they spoke to didn't want to release or give me any refund back since i stay that night. I just did had time to be arguing or trying to get atleast one day at a clean place and had to clean it my self .I try to just deal with it . Never had this experience

    The breakfast was good. They didn't have any forks or knives, so that was difficult for us to eat the waffles and the sausages. There is a church in front of the hotel, so one of the nights when there was service, there was no room for parking in the parking lot, because apparently the church goers parked in the hotel parking lot. As I said, the hotel is ok for the price we paid.

    We checked in and all the rooms they offered had plug ins so we were told we would not be charged and we could go to another Comfort Inn. The reason we could not stay in the rooms is because my wife has chemical sensitivities also known as Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. They put the plug ins to cover up a cigarette smell from another customer. In any case they never returned our money for the 3 days or the points we used for Chase Travel. The property owner is a liar if after his employee guaranteed a return or no charge then he would turn around and tell Chase Travel that he charged us.

    My room wasn't as clean as I thought it should be. There was leftover food under my bed that my dog was able to get ahold of. There was no extra toilet paper in the room, aside from what was on the roll. The vending machine on every floor was empty. The ice machine on the third floor was broken. The phone in my room didn't work. I would not recommend os stay at this property again.

    Room was absolutely disgusting, pubic hair all over bathroom and in sink. Mattresses protectors had nasty stains all over them. Food in fridge, food splatters in microwave, food and hair on tables. Horribly smell in room and hallways. Two families we were there with were told they over booked and had not rooms. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $50 to sleep in a clean facility!!

    Uninhabitable. Left shortly after check in. TV remote had stuff all over it. Counters in room had food crumbs all over them. Despite being a nonsmoking room, the room smelled like a smoking room that was heavily sprayed with cleaner to mask the scent and triggered an asthmatic attack. No hand soap in bathroom. Carpets covered in debris. Black hair on bedsheets. Wet untidy towels thrown under bathroom sink. Pool had a 6inch metal spring in the deep end, surrounded by a cloud of rusty water. Elevator had wet floors and condensation along the bottoms of the wall. They did not appear to be functioning properly, making significant noise and delayed opening. Cabinet in bedroom was sticking and hard to open. Gentleman checking me in was very nice and apologized. He told me the GM would contact me to refund my stay. It has been 24 hours and I have yet to be contacted. Health department needs to shut this place down ASAP.

    All day all night the fire alarm kept going off. The last straw was when it went off at 5am and scared me and my girl out of sleep. They said the alarm was fixed so I was relieved to get some sleep. 15 minutes later it went off again 2 more times. We had to leave the next day

    I would not recommend staying at this property. There was lots of late night noise. Slamming doors, flushing toilets, etc. Dog feces on the sidewalks and in grass. I will not return to this location.

    This was ok. It smelled of dope which isnt my preference. Mostly clean. There was no soap when i first arrived, but staff helped out. Price was righteous!

    Breakfasts was small and they didn’t cook more once it was finished . I was lucky that I was still able to get some food. Also a receptionist was never there so I self check out . I only stayed because I had to . Next time I’m booking another hotel

    Bed Bug Infestation! I woke up to numerous bites on my back and, upon inspecting the bed, found bed bugs crawling on the bed. I reported the issue to the front desk before checking out, as immediate action is necessary to address this serious problem.

    There was an extremely strong foul odor, like too much perfume, throughout the entire building like they were overcompensating for all the other strange smells in the building. It was nauseating & I’ve never smelled a hotel smell so horrible. The elevator is rough & “jerky”, dirty & the buttons stick when you press them. The initial room I was assigned smelled like cheap perfume & smoke, there were random stains on the carpet & bed & the bathroom was not clean. I asked to be reassigned & the man did not have a problem with that. The breakfast was a joke. It was some strange version of an omelet, it was flavorless & the texture was gummy. The towels & wash cloths had what appeared to be pubic hair all over them & I'm glad I bought my own. It’s 2025 & this hotel needs some improvements. I have never stayed at a hotel this bad & will not be staying here again.

    This was not a very good stay. We arrived in the evening and there was no lighting outside in the parking lot area. There was also no lighting in the open seating area so guests were sitting in the dark chatting with family/friends. Perhaps they had an electrical problem. Also, the bedsheet had blood stains. Upon arrival, the hallways had the smell of weed. During our last night, the pot smell entered our room.

    The room was not clear as we think it was supposed to be. The bathroom cabinet had dust on it and the room floor. The room had smoke smell inside. They had dogs on the floor we was not pleased about that. We thought it was no pets for pets. I’m sorry but just don’t want pets been in the same place as me and family are.

    This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we continue to be impressed. The nightly rates are very reasonable, and we love how quiet and clean the hotel is. It makes for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Additionally, the location is perfect for accessing the subway with convenient parking just a short drive away.

    The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. The service not so great. Granted we arrived almost at midnight on Christmas day, so felt bad for anyone having to work, but there was a sign at the counter that said "sorry for the inconvenience, but we'll be right back, we're helping another guest". So we waited about 10 minutes and decided to ring the bell. And to our surprise an associate obvious awoken by the bell comes from behind the wall to assist. There was a sketchy young man walking around outside and coming in and out of the building. I'm assuming to get warm. When we were attempting to check out, a young lady was helping (I think) an elder gentleman. I heard her say, "you probably have the stomach virus that's going around, you'll be sick for 24 hours". As he walks away,, she follows behind him and looks at me and dats, "Hold on". Not "I'll be right back or I'll be with you in a moment", but "hold on". I felt that was rude as I never received any acknowledgement prior to.

    I had no expectations, but was truly disappointed upon arrival. Was given a room with either someone in it or uncleaned. I didn't have to step inside to see the room in disaray. The next room was empty, but it hadn't been cleaned properly. Food and hair on floor, black sediment in the toilet and the tub area has mold. The tub drain collected water during the shower. Also saw a sticky trap behind the tv area. Arrived after midnight for my 2 night stay and wasn't in the room at all in the day. There were no other rooms in the hotel to switch to with 2 queens, so we made the best of it. It's a shame because generally speaking it's a nice hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows, quiet and near everything you'd need. Wouldn't stay again though unless they start cleaning properly and correct the mold problem.

    This is an ok hotel. The bed had a dent in it like someone layed in one spot. The bed sounded like it was about to break. The male front desk agent was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was basically gone and the girl had an attitude when we asked about breakfast. Overall I would give this hotel a 6.5/10

    I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Rooms were so clean and beds were comfy. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff kept it stocked and clean. Something for everyone . Great location. Free lemon water station. Loved staying here!

    The front desk was left unattended most of the time. We stood outside the hotel in the cold for over 20 minutes waiting for the front desk to left us in. I addressed my concern with Manager. She brushed it off as if it was not as if it didn’t need a dressing.
