Not bad just looks old it seems they were working on a few rooms on our floor maybe they were renovating. The staff were very nice and helpful

Good stay for a good price. Beds were comfortable, AC unit worked well, shower was good. Breakfast was good.

The room was outdated and very, very poorly maintained. The curtain sheers were torn. The bathroom grout was disgustingly. There was a hole in the mattress. The lamps were sticky and dirty. The room was musty smelling and on and on. My husband and I couldn’t leave fast enough come morning. Needless to say, we will never book at “Best” Western again, more like Worst Western.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were friendly and genuinely helpful, providing me with all the information I needed about the hotel’s pet policies and nearby parks for walks. Overall, my stay was fantastic. The combination of a clean, comfortable room and attentive service made for a stress-free experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with pets. I will definitely return for my next trip!

This was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in…only positive wa the staff….condition of the room was terrible…the tv was very old and didn’t have a clear picture….AC was loud and didn’t work properly…i didn’t attempt to eat the breakfast because of the hotel/room conditions…i asked about a room change and a staff member told me basically they are all going n the same condition….missing tiles on the floor, unpainted walls….no stopper in bathroom sink which had a horrible smell…..the room smelled old…the bed was horrible you could feel the springs and lumpy….it was truly the worst hotel room i have ever had..

Although the pool was listed as an amenity, it was not available. Should have been noted on the website. No fresh water fountains in operating order. Pretty bad if utilizing gym.No foot bands on functional trainer. Had plenty of hot water in coffee area but NO TEA??? Could understand being out of orange juice for one breakfast but all four nights of our stay?? The Mrs. Requested an extra towel but was refused!! Really?! Staff were the high point. Can’t see us considering The Best Western on future trips.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were also very helpful when needed. Room was clean, amenities were great. Felt like a nice comfortable place to relax and recharge for a few days.

Cleaning staff was very noisy in the early AM which was causing our dog to growl and bark n waking us up very early after a 9 hour drive to get there

Make sure you bring sandals or flip flops. Do not walk barefoot anywhere.

I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. The room, beds, and bathroom were all very clean, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. The only downside was that there was no safe in the room. Because of that, I had to carry my cash and credit cards with me instead of being able to store them securely.

The overall stay was good, everything was clean and taken care of as it should have been. My only issue was the jet tub in the room. It was a very dated tub which could definitely but upgraded to a newer one. But aside from that it was fine, the issue was the debris that was in the water after I turned the jets on. Before I use anything like that I’ll fill the tub with water and cycle the jets for a bit and after I did so there were alot of things floating around in the water. So needless to say I didn’t use the tub, which was very disappointing because I paid extra for the room with the jetted tub. I wouldn’t get that particular type of room again unfortunately unless something was done with the tub. At the least take measures to make sure that the tub is completely cleaned out and sanitized.

Was not notified on check in- got to our floor where police were in the hallway with guns pulled. Not ideal with little children who were terrified. Then had to fight for refund!

Then on 2nd day was told we could use it only the heater was broken and that the light hanging out of it was ok it wouldn’t hurt anything. A lite under water hanging out is a little concerning. Have to say if I had known pool was not available I would have chosen else where

Very outdated rooms and ours smelled of either cigar or cigarettes. The hotel did have older carpet in the hallways that may have caused the odor. The front desk staff was accommodating. Pool was closed and we were not aware until checking in. The breakfast was average. It wasn’t terrible but I would not book again.

Our only complaints the mattress in the room was way too hard for us. Didn’t get a good nights sleep because of that. All the shower was lacking that the faucet/shooter mechanism didn’t work well so there wasn’t much water flow out of the shower head.

The only complaint I have is all hotel rooms in the South need a dehumidifier when the AC is blaring. My floor was quite slippery if I had my sneakers on. Other than that, I would recommend this place.

When getting into our room there was something white & dry on the chair (gross!) the shower walls were dirty brown looking and the towels had stains. :( The breakfast was not appealing unfortunately. The breakfast attendant was there on her phone in the back room and another guest was struggling with the waffle maker, the breakfast lady did not bother to help nor pay any attention at all, I went to try to help her as I wanted one myself since it seemed to be the only thing that looked remotely edible. Overall there can be a little more initiative in the work being done here. :/

Our door didn’t open in the morning after breakfast and had to get maid to let us in still an hour before checkout time. Other than that it was a cheap overnight while traveling Route 95.

Me , my husband and 2 pups were traveling and only stayed one night but the staff was awesome. The woman at the front desk moved our room to the first floor near the side exit so it would be more convenient to take our dogs out . The room was clean and comfortable!

The location was great for a nearby wedding. Ample parking. The staff were super friendly during check-in and check-out. I didn't have the breakfast. The hotel had very thin walls and was definitely very outdated (popcorn ceilings, worn carpet, shower fixtures, etc). For a very budget-friendly price, you get what you pay for with this hotel!

The lady at the front desk during check in was great. Super friendly and very helpful. The lobby was fine, but the floor my room was on was rough. Stuff missing on the walls, needed cleaned. My room door clunked back and forth while closed. The bathroom was legit gross. Slimy something all over the floor. Shower was gross and the shower head hadn’t been cleaned in years. Had a tiny super old tv.. which was fine, but just funny how old and small it was. The bed was shockingly comfortable and clean, but that mattress was ollllddd. Sunk in the middle and bouncy… but comfortable. Plus side was my truck didn’t get stolen and the front desk lady was really nice. Thats about it.

We had a room with a jetted tub and the tub was super filthy! The room was not clean properly and found on the floor several pubic hair from previous guest on the floor and it was simply disgusting! Dust on the picture frames and floor. We showed the pictures to front desk clerk for proof and we requested a refund and left that same night. Its a shame because we really were excited to stay there!

It was okay The kids wanted to go to the pool and we went, it was poo left by the pool and I told a worker. Unfortunately we couldn’t go back to the pool because the poo stay the whole weekend we was there. And the pool water was cold. The lady told me that breakfast was over at 10, I sent my kids down bout 9:23am. My kids came back up round 9:38am saying the lady was mean, and she cut off waffle maker well fixing her food. First and last I will not be back.

When I arrived shortly after 10 PM there were no carts to help with moving my luggage. I was told that all the carts were currently being used and that I would have to wait. After waiting some time I reminded the room clerk that I needed a cart. I am in my seventies. The clerk was not helpful at all in trying to retrieve any carts for my use!

Clean, no frills, safe environment. My needs were basic - a place tonrest for the evening. It served that purpose. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

Amy front desk receptionist went above and beyond helping us . The power had gone out causing internet issues . She kept trying , calling and texting until she found a way to accept our online reservation. She found the right person for help , got us checked in , room is great . Amy made us feel like we met a new friend . Amy rocks!

We stayed here for a night thinking we’d be able to use the indoor pool; however, we were informed the heater was not working so the pool was not usable. Upon exiting the elevator there was a strong stench of sewage and cleaning products. The sewage smell was not in the room, but the cleaning product fragrance was strong in the room. Overall the room was clean but with obviously stains in the carpets and bathroom. Would not stay again.

Quick stay off the highway & they accepted our miniature poodle which was as a big plus. Per room close to the front door for walks. Overall, a nice stay for a quick overnight visit.

Pool was closed and had a broken window on one of the panels that was busted out. Gym smelled bad. Pillows were like they were chopped in a blender and put back in the cover. Bathroom toilet seat almost came off the seat when I sat down it was so loose. The whole room looked old and band-aid repairs for whatever was cheapest. Shower curtain was off too, only fabric,no liner? And was too long, just gross sitting in the water and standing on it in the shower. It beats sleeping in the car I guess.

We were very satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to return in the future. We need a pet friendly hotel for our small dog and he was welcomed for a small fee. Room was quite comfortable, clean and quiet. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Hotel offered us what we needed for the evening. However, while The lobby area was clean the carpeting once you got off the elevators was less than clean. The room was sufficient, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. My complaint is there was this awful noise that came from the hallway all night long not sure if it was an alarm that kept going off, but it did keep us up all evening.
