All amazing and very clean

The Wynn Las Vegas hotel was excellent in the cleanliness of the room, the staff was very friendly and polite. We could not have been happier with our stay at this hotel!!!

The house keeping and dining staff were very gracious. I felt badly having to ask for a bucket of ice since the ice machine on my floor was broken. I had hoped to be able to get a workout in but was disappointed that you have to book sessions with an instructor, whether it’s a personal trainer or a class, there was no option to just utilize the facility. Everything cost $$. The layout of the room was awkward, the TV couldn’t be watched from the bed. The room when I first entered smelled like smoke, had to spray the room to remove the scent. Not sure if it permeated from the elevator.

My only problem was at check-in. Encore staff failed to mention that the room is operated by Alexa. We had to figure this out ourselves. Finally we were able to operate the system by voice and by lPad. Staff should always review the system with customers. Can’t really see how this detail got by Management. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Booked a room at the Wynn tower specifically, but when I checked it at 3:00 pm, the front desk assigned us to a room at the Encore. In addition, a non-smoking room was unavailable AT CHECK IN. The front desk told us we would be added to the queue for a non smoking room. We drove hours and didn’t want to wait, so we accepted a smoking room. The smell right out of the elevator was HORRIBLE. On top of that, the loud music from Encore played until 4 am! The front desk said they would offer us ear plugs!!! This was exactly the reason we booked a room at the Wynn vs Encore! I understand they are “the same” and all that BS, but this experience was horrible.

We upgraded to the tower suite and absolutely loved every single second of our trip. The room was absolutely spectacular with over 1800 ft.² of space it included brunch and we were able to skip all the lines with the VIP pass. The spa was also second to none and my husband and I cannot wait to go back.

This hotel is a 10 all the way!! And walking to the sphere is really easy and indoors. Wouldn't wanna stay anywhere else!!

The Wynn is a huge resort hotel, which necessarily involves a lot of walking. My main concern that if you are not booked into a suite there are no in room coffee making facilities. This means a long walk to one of the cafes that sell coffee and return to the room. It is very unusual to encounter this problem but it does increase profits for the business but offers little in the way of convenience or value for money to the client, a further gripe is the ‘green’ policy which means your room doesn’t get serviced unless requested. Again this helps the bottom line for the business but not the client. Reception staff top notch and extremely helpful.

The hotel is exceptionally stylish and well-maintained. The casino is excellent, and there is a great shopping area featuring a wide variety of well-known brands. The hotel also offers several outstanding restaurants, providing plenty of dining options. Overall, it delivers a very enjoyable and complete resort experience. While the hotel itself is stylish and offers good facilities, the service is extremely disappointing. The staff seem completely uninterested in helping guests and show very little concern for customer satisfaction. We had an issue with our Booking.com reservation, and the response we received was essentially, “This is what we see in our system, sorry. Go talk to Booking.com.” After considerable effort, we finally managed to get our room. Instead of taking ownership of the problem, the hotel simply pushed us elsewhere. Even basic operations such as check-in and check-out are poorly managed, with guests being lined up and processed with little regard for comfort or efficiency. The valet service is equally disappointing. After handing over your car, you’re simply told where to go and get it yourself, with virtually no service provided. If you are looking only for a beautiful building, this hotel may meet your expectations. However, if you expect genuine hospitality, guest care, and professional service, you are likely to be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel and the buffet delicious soo many options to choose. We live the rooms and beautiful pool complete with changing rooms and showers , massage parlir and unlimited towels . We will be back

The room was spacious and the view looked out to surrounding hills. There are several good restaurants (including SW Steakhouse and Delilah's), and the staff are friendly. The hotel lobby smells like cigarettes. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but this was offset by loud nightclub noise below. It was a holiday weekend, and this noise was probably unique to that. We requested to be moved to a room on the other side (the Strip) of the hotel, and that was quiet, but we lost a night of sleep on a short holiday weekend and were exhausted as a result.

We passed through a number of hotel/casinos during our stay, and the Wynn was definitely one of the nicest (and least tacky -- I won't name names, but some of the older ones verge on seedy). The Wynn is immaculate, with almost too many amenities, stores, restaurants. It's like a city unto itself. The pool is first rate, with a relaxed, well-heeled grown-ups kind of vibe. Worth the stay just for that part of the property alone. I'd definitely stay here again. First rate accommodations. Just be ready to part ways with your cash, in the casino and out lol.

Favorite place to stay while in Vegas! Rooms are nice and clean. The hotel staff is so helpful and nice. The breakfast was amazing. I needed a fridge for my medication and they provided me with one. I can't say enough good things about my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wynn Las Vegas. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The buffet was amazing with a large variety of food. I would highly recommend Wynn to anyone planning a trip to Las Vegas and looking for a comfortable, upscale hotel experience!

Room facilities did not include a kettle which was disappointing. The buffet breakfast which was included required a 1 hr wait in the line. Check in and out required a long queue too.

Property and room was clean, staff at checking (David) was amazing and thoughtful. Wait staff for room service was professional and worked hard, but the food was a bit inconsistent and not great flavor or quality for the nachos with wilted cilantro, terrible flavor, chicken was bland, as was the Caesar salad just dry and wilted lettuce. My concerns for the pool: younger staff with little professionalism and some had the utmost professionalism, we experienced both. The waitresses ignored several guests and lost countless opportunities to make sales. I flagged down about 5 staff members over 2 days to get service, after waitresses walked the long outer perimeter away from me and other guests. A lady was getting a NUDE (no, not a thong, bare naked top and bottom with the cabana drapes wide open massage near the view of the pool, 3’6” kiddie pool closest to the spa entrance, my child saw her and ladies walking with g string and thong bikinis- this is still a FAMILY resort!

The Wynn is probably one of the best Luxury hotels in Las Vegas. My room was very nice almost like new. The housekeeping staff was always working. The amenities were very nice. The casino was not too crowded. The shops and stores in the casino were all very nice. The food was delicious. The concierge staff was a little standoffish, but otherwise it was very nice.

Kenneth at the bar was very friendly, fun to talk to and discussed places to visit within the property, Oscar was thorough and so speedy with our orders. The room was recently remodeled, completely beautiful, spacious, modern and COMFORTABLE. We had an excellent view of the strip and an amazing time. Mizumi is going to be a must visit next time. CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK

We stayed to go to a concert at the sphere and loved everything about the Wynn. Priced are high for everything, but that’s true in all of Vegas now.

It was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. We were by the pool and there was a DJ until 3:30. We were too tired to request move and were flying out next morning early. I wouldn’t stay here or in a room overlooking the pool.

Paid extra for Panaroma city view king and got resort view king room. Very disappointed . Don’t upgrade your stay since they don’t give it to you . Waste of money

I want everyone to see that this is what was on the bathroom floor and all over my room at The Wynn Las Vegas on 5/12/26. I called and they do didn’t offer to change my room. I Called again and they say they “serviced the room.” These are their standards. Unsafe conditions. Not properly cleaned. BEWARE! They are cheap and won’t refund one night.

This is our go to hotel whenever we are in town. The staff and facilities are always top notch and accommodating. Minor quibble, the water closet light is too dar and TV has no available streaming or premium channels. Can't wait to stay here again.

We had the best experience staying at the Wynn (Encore) for our 10 year wedding anniversary! The staff was super friendly and handled our requests promptly and with care. We arrived before our check in and the front desk gave us an early pool pass to enjoy the spa and pool amenities. Our room was on the 51st floor. (E5148) - which had beautiful panoramic views and a direct view of the sphere! It was amazing! The room is upgraded, clean, spacious, and very techy! They had automatic lights, drapes, and a tablet that controlled everything even the TV. Alexa was also available to play music at our timing. The bell desk delivered our bags within 15 mins of arriving to our room. They helped us understand the features of our room. We enjoyed a nice dinner at Mizumi. The food was delicious and the staff so impressive! The view of a large waterfall was just the best setting for our special occasion. We enjoyed two breakfasts at the Terrace Cafe - their steak and eggs were soooo good!!! We loved that we got to do so much within the Wynn/Encore hotel property! We even walked from our hotel to see No Doubt at the Sphere. The whole experience was amazing!! Highly recommend.

It took approximately 45 minutes to receive any assistance at the pool (then about 45 to get our food!). When I attempted to flag down available staff, I was informed they were not assigned to my area and that my designated server would return shortly. This inefficiency extended to the pool bar, where wait times to place an order were equally excessive. Along with long wait times to ride the elevators, needing to wait for multiple elevators to pass before we could get on. Given the Wynn's reputation for excellence, these service lapses were unexpected and overshadowed an otherwise beautiful property.

I was called to checkout but there was some confusion with the guest in front of me as to which front desk associate was helping who. Customer service wasn't what I expected. We arrrived at the front of the Encore with 2 huge suitcases and carry ons and asked where the front door was. Doorguy pointed at the door 15 feet away but didnt open the door for us. Get to the front desk at 2:40 and asked if we could check in early. They said no and then told us there was a room available facing the sphere for a 140 dollar/ day upcharge. We said no, and then said we'd just wait 20 minutes. Desk clerk tells us, " well, your room wont be ready at 3" and well text you when the room is ready... ok. Felt like a slimey attempt to hard sell us a sphere facing room. Then we asked if a bell hop could hold our bags until our room was ready.... No bellhop and we had to schlep all our luggage back outsidethe hotel near the valet to hold? This was our first 15-20 min at the property. Not what we expected for 700 a night. Poor customer service continued through out the weekend. Will not stay at a Wynn property again.

My family and I stayed in Encore Resort for one night. The room was really spacious and family friendly. The carpet is light tan without a single spot or dirt on it, which showed the amazing level of care it received. Service was instant and amazing. The hotel lobby and casino are designed modern yet warm and elegant. Our room had the view of the Sphere which was a plus. Great stay.

This was our first time at Wynn. Would never go back. Checking in was not a good experience! I felt like I was talking to a robot. They didn’t have the room we booked, offered a different room, didn’t accommodate anything like we had reserved. The person checked us in was like either this or leave it. Very weird. I had never felt this way at a Vegas hotel! We had breakfast with our room, at the cafe they said no walk in because they were busy! So honestly not sure if I wanna spend more time to write more about the unwelcoming hotel and staff. So we would never go back to Wynn when we have so many other options! No wonder hotel was not that busy. Walking around was like not Vegas at all.

You cannot go wrong with the Wynn casino. It is such an amazing experience. Staff is nice, hotel has everything you need, it gets lively at night and stays that way into the wee hours of the morning. It has become my go to hotel stay when visiting vegas

We specifically requested a quiet room. Instead, we got a full-scale audio experience from the club below that ran until around 4:00 AM. Not distant, not subtle, fully immersive. The bass wasn’t just audible, it was physical. From the 62nd floor, the walls and bed were literally vibrating. Sleeping wasn’t just difficult, it was unrealistic. At one point, the only place that offered any relief was the bathroom. That became the quietest spot in the room. It’s hard to square that with the price point or the “five-star” label. What stood out even more was the response. When we called the front desk, we were told this is something guests should be aware of. That raises an obvious question: why isn’t that communicated proactively, especially when a guest explicitly asks for a quiet room? This isn’t about the hotel having a lively nightlife scene. That’s expected in Las Vegas. It’s about a clear lack of transparency and guest consideration when assigning rooms. If your goal is to be as close to the party as possible, this place will absolutely deliver. If your goal is to sleep, recover, or have any level of quiet, you should seriously consider other options. Encore does a great job for the party crowd. It does a poor job for anyone expecting a restful stay.

Excellent upgrade provided as an Expedia Gold tier! Love the hotel. Views were amazing. The room was very spacious. Only complaint is that I couldn’t request to check in early when I called before flying in, they told me that because I booked with a 3rd party, they couldn’t open my reservation and I even couldn’t pay extra for an upgrade even if I wanted to because it was booked via 3rd party. When I got to the hotel, the receptionist said I could have called to request to check in earlier. There is some type of miscommunication between the person who took my call and the front desk receptionist. Other than that, loved this hotel.

While the property was excellent and the rooms spacious and clean, it was the staff that made the stay wonderful. My only recommendation is the lighting in the rooms. There should be light switches near the beds to control the intensity of the lighting and the only choices available is all the lights on at once, all the lights off, and dim. But the dim is too bright to allow one to sleep and the other work. It is a small issue and the only one we noticed. Great stay.

This is our favorite hotel. We come here every year. They are still able to maintain the facilities even if it has been years. Looks like new after more than 20 years. There are a lot of good restaurants in the property you do not have to get out. The spa experience is amazing. Facilities are topnotch. We have been to a lot of countries in the world, and this is topnotch. It is a little expensive but like anything else you get what y9ou paid for.

The pool was closed and we were sent to the Encore pool that was partially closed, completely overcrowded and devoid of wait staff. Very disappointing!

Waiting line at the breakfast, we paid extra for bed and breakfast and we need to wait in the line to be seated. At the last day we couldn’t get even a breakfast because mmmmmm

Staff support lacking

The room was fantastic!! Took a while to figure out how to operate the TV, and never quite figured out how to leave some lights on, while others were off. The buttons all say All On or All Off. But overall one of the best rooms we've stayed in. Comparable to the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong!

Overall everything at the hotel is luxurious. Room was very clean and iPad provided which controlled everything from the lights, drapes, television was amazing. The bed/breakfast buffet was marvelous. The Awakening show was spectacular. Having cocktails at the AFT deck overlooking the waterfall was magical. I will most definitely stay at this property again but will make sure to book a WYNN room instead of Encore.

Beautiful hotel, spacious clean room, nice gym with a variety of machines and weights (could be bigger) but disappointed with the lack of food options. For such a big hotel you’d think they would have a variety of foods and price ranges.

Great overall experience. Service was warm, professional and seamless. Self check-in process was quick and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The room was beautifully designed with great views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities felt luxurious and well thought out. The only minor note is that I could faintly hear music and bass from the Encore club up until 3am, even from the 54th floor. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was noticable if you're a very light sleeper. That said, it didn't take away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay.

Booking here was a dream come true. The property is beautiful. My room was very basic and my room upgrade was a higher floor but same standard room. I was expecting better quality bedding, pillows and toiletries from Wynn. Service at Delilah and SW Steakhouse were also not what I’d hoped and unfortunately not worth the money. 10/10 cleanliness, 10/10 ambience, Awakening 7/10. I would visit this property again but choose to stay elsewhere for the price.

The Encore was clean and beautiful but one of the glasses on the bar was broken and sharp. The tablet had a learning curve but was pretty cool. Maid service came when we were out all day but didn’t take the room service table and items so I guess you have to make sure you request that separately. The safe did not work which was a bummer. Room service food was incredible. Great view, clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I wish the suite was more of a suite but it served its purpose. My friends and I had a wonderful Galentine’s Day. Hotel was walking distance to Sphere.

First of all, the cleaning service was not fully satisfied. I found the previous guest garbage in the drawer and the left over food package on the shelf. And most importantly they don't offer a kettle or any sorts of hot water for free. When I ordered through in room dining service they charged me 11 dollars even though I ordered chicken soup and paid separately. I feel like with the price range they charge these service should be included.

Amenities were great and ths staff were exceptional anywhere in the resort at every role we encountered.

They refused to allow us 1 hour late checkout when we did not get to use our expedia early checkin reward.

The stay overall was fantastic. Couldn't have been better.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was mostly very good. The one serious glitch was at The Buffet. With neuropathy and tremors, I worry about dropping food/drinks. The 1st day a server helped me get my food and others got drinks as necessary -- that was good! The 2nd day, the helpfulness was gone and my wife struggled to help get the food -- not good.

Wynn as always is the best place to stay in Vegas. Fantastic restaurants, service and overall ambiance. Just make sure to check you receive all credits due with your booking ie free breakfast buffet and drink credits we had to check twice with front desk as we were not credited accordingly.

I had a magical time! Allen who helped us check in first quenched our thirst and began the check in. He helped us get into a room closer to where we intended to go for our stay to make us as comfortable as possible. He was also interested in saving our time by asking important questions. Everyone else who helped us out was just as fantastic. 10 out of 5 recommend the Wynn at Las Vegas. The parking was also a breeze and free with your stay. The building is 1000% aesthetically pleasing as soon as you walk through the front doors all the way to the windows of the 60th floor Allen put us in to make my dreams come true. Will be staying here again.

The encore king is huge. Theres a separate sitting area. I personally liked the entertainment setup they had… it’s all run on an iPad and is so easy to work. As opposed to fumbling with an old remote and not having access to streaming like other hotels! Everything felt super nice and very worth the money. Front desk staff was great too!

Recently came to Las Vegas for New Year’s. I stayed at both the Wynn and the Bellagio. If you are deciding between the two, let me help you out. Stop your research and just stay at the Wynn. It wins every time hands-down. I’m not even kidding you and I’ve been going to Vegas for a long, long time. Service is five star, staff is five star, food is five star drinks or five star. It doesn’t have the vulture crowd as I call it. Very professional and elegant. You can enjoy your time in peace and have a lot of fun! I would highly recommend the Wynn if you were looking for a true biggest experience, it is one of my kind!

The front desk staff member handling check-in was very bad-tempered.

The room has an 1/2 drank waterbottle and cleaning rag next to it. When I checked in the cleaning service ladies were bickering Nextdoor about something. I let the front desk know all the details and they said they would look into it. I’ve stayed there before, but for a nice hotel, that should happen and with no remedy. I’ll probably go to Fontainbleau next time when looking for a 5 star.

That's why it cost so much but its worth it. I was staying originally at one of regular room but when i arrived they upgraded me to there tower suites and it was fabulous i really enjoyed it! Staff are amazing all of them they know how to serve their guest, always a beautiful smile on their faces that will make up ur day 😃, rooms are so clean and had a nice view to the strip. Room service was great and very friendly, i couldn't believe that the room service was cheaper than the buffet 😳 so i had a very nice dinner on a very beautiful awesome view! 😀 😋 Seriously i had a great time and definitely i wil go back again. I really love that hotel and i would recommend it to everyone. Definitely i will go back again! Thank you Wayne, thank you Encore. The challenge was the need to plan for restaurants- everything is busy or booked out always. The point of staying in a good hotel diminishes as you need to always walk to other hotel areas - in our case Pallazzo/Venetian and it adds up quite a bit. Elevators were not optimized for convenience and they are always busy. Not specific to Wynn but the lack of complementary bottled water forces you to buy outside or buy expensive bottles from the hotel. As basic as water should be free and abundant. You get a whole create for a few dollars in Costco…

Paid extra for a luxury experience at the Wynn and was just ok. Was assigned the lowest room despite AMEX Premium VIP room upgrade which was not honored and honestly was no better than any of my other stays at Palazzo or Venetian, etc. Wynn is a premium price point that did not feel worth it to me. Nice hotel but nothing special.
