Reviews
The hotel is generally clean and spacious with beautiful rooms, but there are frequent issues with check-in times and room readiness. Guests appreciate the quiet and non-smoking environment, but many find the additional fees for parking, coffee, and water to be excessive.

Spacious rooms, great views, everything you need in one casino!

Very nice hotel but the parking garage experience was the ABSOLUTE WORST that I’ve ever experienced in Vegas. We will not be back.
- 5/5
The W is beautiful. It’s shares the pool with the Mandalay bay hotel which is connected. But requires a nice walk to get there.
- 3/5
The restroom is not what I expected.
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious and we enjoy staying in a place that doesn't have a casino directly downstairs.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and I was surprised that it had a half bathroom. I would stay there again. And waking distance from the stadium helped a lot. Staff was friendly. I would recommend this to family and friends. Thank you for a great stay.

The room had grease marks on the wall, the bathtub had soap scum in it that you could see and feel while in it, and carpet/baseboards caked in dust. There was hair inside our ice bucket. The A/C can be set as low as 65F, but for the whole 3 days the room sat at about 75 despite being set as low as possible with fans on high and curtains shut. The only amenities this hotel really has to offer are the ones at Mandalay Bay making them a bit of a walk to access. The corner suite overlooked nothing impressive and we were given a pretty low floor even after paying over 800 dollars for just a room. The booking came with a 100 dollar food and beverage credit for the entire stay, and we didn't use the whole thing. Upon checkout, we were told it was covered and owed nothing. Then that night I was charged the money from my card anyway. I had to call (was given the wrong number the first time) and wait on hold forever (twice) just to talk to someone to have the charges refunded. I've stayed in many hotels, and this one was just not worth the price for how much of a hassle everything was and how few amenities there were.

We were treated terrible by the front desk person. She was rude and acted angry not helpful at all. We were told to come back at 3 for check in which is normal, but they didn’t offer us to have an early check in even if we would pay. We came back at 3:45 and were told there was no room until maybe 7pm, too many people were there and they didn’t have rooms available! I had booked and paid for my room with 2 months in advance. Other people were getting rooms as this was happening. Finally talked to a manager and she said she had to steal the keys from another client so we can get a room! And of course they gave us the crappiest room facing a wall and air conditioners. We were too tired to complain and change rooms. Never staying there again! They need to train their employees in customer service.

Location, pool, walkable. We went for BTS concert. Getting into the parking lot on Saturday afternoon was terrible. They closed the left turn lane into the lot. On top of waiting for an hour+ we had to make a u turn to be able to enter the lot. The parking patrol/police were no help. There was a lot of construction going on. We were late to the concert bc everyone was parking in the lot. Prior to that, upon exit of the parking lot the gate arm did not return our key. Once I was able to get back into the lot I had to line up at the front desk to get a new key. The whole parking situation was not favorable at all that, weekend.
- 3/5
Our room's natural air vent would not closed and the high winds made our time to sleep pretty challenging. The 34th floor ice machine was empty and not working and the soda machine wasn't either.
- 5/5
Room was very spacious and clean. Location was great.....walking distance to the Allegiant Stadium. No dislikes. Everything was to my expectation and more. Location was in walking distance to the Allegiant Stadium where we attended a concert. Would definitely stay there again.

They defiantly need to hold a meeting with housekeeping, I couldn’t believe how low level their cleanliness was. I don’t believe a deep clean happened since it opened. Hair, dust, grime, smears, dust. You name it, it had it. Disappointed that with deposits, and fees the hotel equated to less than the room size.

The structure of the hotel is at par .The staff is ok not excellent you could tell if it's a five star hotel for customer service. They cleaned the room but still a lot of hair on the floor.Coffee is $16 per day , water is $18 before it was complimentary . Las vegas is expensive now not affordable as before.Too bad.

I appreciated the vip room. It gave us a place to sit while they checked our party into the rooms we booked. Took them 90 minutes. Long story, big mix up lots of hard feelings. Ugh When we checked into our room I found a purse with thousands of dollars in it. The room had been double booked. I called the front desk to have someone come and retrieve the purse. No one answered the phone. A housekeeper came to aid me in getting the purse to its owner. While she was helping me the owner of the purse showed up. She was also checked into the room. It was a bit of a mix up. She and her party graciously agreed to get a different room.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was spotless when we arrived, with fresh linens, clean floors, and a bathroom that looked carefully cared for. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay, and the overall cleanliness made the visit feel comfortable and relaxing. Parking was not great made guest park on top floor while sporting event guests took all other parking levels even though we had to pay for parking daily

Spacious rooms They charge you for everything and it’s so expensive The staff are unhelpful
- 4/5
The rooms were spacious and nice but the mini bar meant there was no fridge space. Coffee in the room was $16 for a Keurig, which wouldn’t have been a big deal since there was better coffee at the coffee shop in the lobby, but that was a construction zone when we woke up our second day. It’s far from all of the Mandalay Bay amenities. Some rideshare drivers will not drop you off or pick you up from W, only Mandalay Bay. We came back to an unexpected room service delivery but there was no charge for it and they said we could keep it and the cold quesadilla was appreciated, honestly. The views were stellar and having multiple bathrooms was great. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to different floors to find it. I’d probably stay there again for the price though.
- 5/5
What I appreciated was the disconnect from the Casino. The transition from was great and the overall decor made you feel calm. The hotel overall gave a great vibe and it was decorated beautifully, felt like a boutique hotel on a grander scale. The amenities were great, loved the gym. It was a little far from the where the convention was being held but it was worth it!

The room was amazing, but check-in was terrible, even with the resort fee everything is an extra charge, the bottles of water, coffee cups and refrigerated items all on weighted sensor. You were not allowed to take a bottle of water into the pool area, it had to be empty to refill once in or purchase in the shop or bar. Advertised as the best pool, it was overcrowded with people sitting in any available space.

Location Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at W Las Vegas, which fell significantly below expected standards. Firstly, I experienced extremely poor customer service throughout my stay. I waited over two hours attempting to reach the concierge by phone, with no response. This lack of accessibility was particularly concerning given the urgency of my situation. At one point, I urgently required hot water or an electric kettle to prepare baby formula. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reach any staff member for assistance. This was an emergency situation and the lack of support was unacceptable. Additionally, the bell service was very slow. After requesting assistance, it took approximately 30 minutes for a staff member to arrive to collect my luggage. Basic amenities were also lacking. No drinking water was provided in the room, which is a fundamental expectation for guests. Most concerning, my credit card has been charged twice for the room. When I raised this issue with the reception team, I was not given any clear explanation or resolution. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing, particularly as this was my first stay with your hotel. I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. I request: - An immediate investigation and refund for the duplicate charge - A formal explanation regarding the service failures - Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of these matters. Kind regards, [Your Name] [Booking Reference] [Contact Details]

the room was very spacious, clean, lots of closet space, and nice and quiet. The view was also great. The split lifts setup made it easy and quick to get a lift to your room. The ability to use your phone as a digital key was really efficient. Easy and quick access to Allegiant Stadium for events. Will definitely stay here again. The TVs are not able to let you stream things like Netflix. You can only use the channels they have. The windows were really dirty so the view was a bit obscured. There was also nowhere to fill up your water bottle except in the gym which had limited open hours. Gym was a bit basic and didn't account well for people who wanted to use mats/stretch etc.

MGM's priority seems to be reducing costs and personnel and when technology doesn't work, they run out of customer service capacity very quickly and it becomes very time consuming achieve anything. Self-check-in through the app worked for us. However, when we needed an extra key the next day, the kiosks were not working and had to stand in line for 30 mins to talk to a person at the front desk, who did not smile and seemed to hate their job. The shower was unbearably hot, even at the coldest setting. We complained but it was a plumbing issue that was not fixed. Another room on the same floor had the same problem. Fridge at the room was locked. We complained but this was never fixed. Safe deposit box was not working. They sent someone but they could not fix it. Only 1 out of the 3 pools was working which was pretty crowded. We pre-paid for parking, but the system to enter/exit using the room key was not working. We had to call the attendant every time. Entrance to self-parking was closed due to an event at Allegiant Stadium. The hotel sent a check-in email that could have contained some directions, but did not. We drove around for 40 minutes before finding it. There were some positives. Room was super clean, very up-to-date and super comfortable.

The room was pretty, but it seems Vegas has a new standard in that there are charges for even opening up a room refrigerator. It has a sensor, so I would be charged $70 if I wanted to put a cold drink in it or leftovers from a restaurant. Absurd. I was also surprised that the room had no amenities other than lotion and the shower stuff in the shower. But there was no bar soap, or makeup remover cloths, or Q-tips or cotton balls, things you would get at a Holiday Inn style hotel. It was also surprisingly noisy on the freeway side, overlooking the stadium and the mountain view, which was beautiful, but even on the 29th floor, the freeway noise was crazy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows, and I loved the clean white decor.

It was a very unpleasant experience. Before my arrival, I received four separate messages saying “check in before you arrive,” which felt rude, repetitive, and unexpected. The room facilities were extremely poor and offered only the bare minimum—no shower cap or basic amenities at all. The room itself looked very old, and the curtains appeared cheap and poorly maintained. I will not be returning. The only positive aspect of my stay was the receptionist, who was kind and helpful

Though the room was large it seemed rather tired. Worse yet were the extra charges. Apparently, if you so much as move an item in the mini bar , you will be charged for that item ! Also there is no price list for the items in the mini bar or anywhere else !! Furthermore, the bottled water on the counter and the coffee pucks are not part of your “ stay” but are also charged !!! Since when is coffee not part of the room ‘s package This is absurd and leaves a very bitter taste ! Shame on you.

Thieves broke into our Suite room while we were sleeping in the adjoining bedroom and stole our wallets. Since you must show your room key to security to get to the elevators and in the elevator, it all seems very suspicious. The security staff said there are no cameras in the hallways and have done nothing to investigate. The hotel has not called, compensated, or done anything.

The staff isn’t helpful. I got the wrong charge on my account. There were three additional staffs, but only one staff was assisting while more that three groups are waiting. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The staff was polite and professional, however I checked in online, and when we arrived we had to wait over an hour to get into our room. I don't think that if you are staying in a hotel you should have to pay to park in the garage.

Stayed one night and regret not booking for entire stay. Room was spotless and had an elegant vibe and everything felt luxurious. There was no cigarette smoke scent at all, unlike other properties on the strip. Would 100% recommend and will most def come back to Las Vegas and stay here.

Staff at check in was extremely kind and helpful. The room was gorgeous and super clean. We had the Stadium view and it was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was big and spacious. And best location to get to Allegiant Stadium! Close you Mandalay and House of Blues.
- 4/5
So the hotel is very nice and clean and the lobby is very modern and well-decorated. However, I had a few issues. First, I entered "W Las Vegas" into my Tesla navigation system and this address took me to the entrance of the 4 seasons. After parking in the large garage shared by the W and Mandalay Bay, I wandered into the Mandalay Bay only to get lost for 30 minutes before realizing that the W has a small, tiny entrance on the side, next to the Mandalay Bay. Also parking becomes expensive as it's $25 to enter and leave the garage every time. It is a very convenient walk over to Allegiant stadium which was what I needed since I was watching the Raiders game on Sunday. Overall, it's a nice and very luxurious feeling hotel just slightly inconvenient.

Emelia at the front desk was great. Even got me an upgrade to a fabulous suite. Everything throughout the property was top-notch. Couldn’t find anything to complain about if I tried.
- 2/5
Not a good experience. The room was decent but the customer service the amenities the resort fee for no resort services was extremely disappointing. It started with checking when they didn’t add the food credit we had bought and had to come back. They said it doesnt show up normally. Why offer a food credit if you want to try to get out of it at every check in. Then we couldn’t use the credit and the staff was very unprofessional. The spa was closed most of the days we were there without notifying you upon check in. To have a resort fee on a hotel with no resort services is very sad and to be at a conference and add late check in charge before the conference is over. Overall I’ve never had a worse experience. Be better. Vegas has gone downhill and the W is leading the pack to be the worst.
- 2/5
Got in late. Checked in with app. Digital key didn’t work. Mini bar locked. Terrible water pressure. No instructions for anything. Stayed 12 houses and was charged a $50 resort fee (not previously mentioned). Used 1 keurig pod and was charged over $17 for “coffee service”. Explained all problems on check out to disinterested employee who simply responded “Hope next time is better”. Was a way better hotel when it was the Delano. Will never stay there again
- 4/5
Great hotel offering suites/living room separate from bedroom. A little noisy from planes flying nearby. The only thing I did not like was that the coffee was not complimentary and on top of that was a crazy price.
- 5/5
Wonderful property… very super clean
- 3/5
The check in experience was smooth and easy. It was easy to walk to the Mandalay Bay and beach, and the property itself is very nice and feels modern. My only issue is that despite selecting a Stay Well room for our asthmatic daughter, the living room section of our suite smelled like smoke. Other than that; the room was nice and spacious.
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
More like a motel than hotel - waste of money
- 5/5
Great location and connectivity to nearby hotels
- 4/5
I'll echo other reviews. This hotel is a rebrand of the Delano. the rooms are a bit tired, but still nice and roomy. I liked that there is a separate living room from the bedroom. Bathroom is very spacious and plenty of closet space. The hotel lobby is quiet which I appreciated. I wish there were better signs to find the pool (I never found it after searching for over 1/2 an hour) and tram hours. It seemed that every time I went to go use it it was closed.
- 5/5
Staff was outstanding. The front desk helped us switch rooms when our first room smelled like cigarettes. It was nice being so close to everything on the Strip but also being in a quieter and calmer hotel, away from the noise of a casino. Would stay again!
- 5/5
The W was very clean and every staff member we interacted with was nice and helpful.

The spa should be open to guests without a fee due to the fact that you have no pool in your building…
- 5/5
Great spot next to Mandalay Bay. Convenient to everything on the property.
- 5/5
Hey it’s Vegas and it was a quiet nice room and the staff was excellent. Easy peazy
- 5/5
Best hotel suit to stay while in Vegas.
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay. Only issue I had was the cleanliness of the bathroom. But overall, the room was super nice
- 4/5
No water cooker for tea in the available on request. Pool was closed. Stuff is friendly. Good location.
- 5/5
Was in town with the hubby for a conference, so it was a nice posh respite from the din and hubbub.
- 3/5
room service shut down early and had to spend 100.00 on water and snacks in the room.
- 5/5
This is the closest hotel to the football stadium and is well appointed with comfortable rooms and good dining options
- 4/5
Everything was amazing except for the $25 bottle of water. Honestly- that’s beyond outrageous.
- 4/5
Decent
- 5/5
This place is amazing….south end of the strip away from the hustle and bustle. 101 degrees outside but their A/C is so elite you have to turn it off cause you might freeze…..This is a must stay place with great views and it’s connected where you can access the raiders stadium from inside this hotel complex
- 5/5
Very comfortable stay. Getting to the pool is a bit of a hike but I enjoyed the quiet and the break from all the Vegas stimulation. We were given everything we needed and housekeeping came by daily which was fantastic. The app was a nice convenience too although the digital key was inconsistent so we went and asked for a physical copy.
- 4/5
The hotel itself was in lovely and great proximity to Allegiant Stadium, however, we were surprised about services closing so early (the hotel bars closed early) and also the pool is not located in that venue, but connected to the Mandalay Bay so quite a walk only to find there was no place to sit so we did not get to enjoy the pool. Which brings me to the $50 per night resort fee; it's such a scam. There was nothing we did that justified that fee. I'll be looking for hotels without the resort fee from now on. It would be different if we could have used the pool, but I can't think of any other useful reason to have to pay that.
- 4/5
Room was clean and spacious with a great view
- 5/5
Really enjoy this property. You can stay on the property an entire trip and have fun. The room is soo nice and big. And there’s two toilets so that’s also nice. Just to note. There is no microwave, refrigerator or streaming for the TV. Also the WiFi is great since I have been in a training for 9 hours a day and it’s been great
- 5/5
The AC are not working properly at elevators it feels warm
- 4/5
The in-room dining options are very limited.
- 4/5
Great property overall but didn’t like the smell of the hand/ body wash or lotion. The room size is great
- 5/5
The W is always a great and enjoyable time! Luxurious and accommodating. Although we would have loved to see the lobby bar open more often, we stayed Friday-Monday and saw it open only once.
- 4/5
Nice plce to staycay.
- 1/5
I gave a call hotel ahead and front desk said yes we will give you adjoining rooms. But no recollection of that convo or any empathy towards a family with young children.
- 5/5
Fabulous
- 5/5
So many amenities and things to do at this gigantic resort!
- 3/5
We stayed two different weekends. Both times they were very short staffed at the front desk and the two separate times we checked in the scanning to get one’s key card never worked. We had to wait for help after many frustrating times. The first weekend we were there we did not get our room till 5:45pm. We checked in at 11:00 am knowing it would be till 3:00 for check in time.. but 5:45 was ridiculous and the man at the front desk was very rude and said well you get your room from 3:00 to 6:00pm No where was that on any web site or info. If we hadn’t made reservations for the next weekend and they were not refundable we would not of come back.
- 3/5
I stayed for 2 days from 6/19-6/21.The process to check in and out was great using the digital app. Housekeeping responded in a timely manner. AC worked in the room and the tub was huge. Only issue I had was access to the Sky Lounge. The elevators by my room when I pressed 64th floor didnt work and I was left going floor by floor so by the time I got back to the Lobby to try the direct access elevator the front desk refused to let me up because it was 11:34 and they said after 11:30 they dont let anybody up. I told them I was stuck on the other elevator they told me to use that didnt work. They refused and I was unable to check out the Sky Lounge before my flight the next morning.

We had booked at Park Inn by Radisson, Las Vegas Boulder Hwy Park for the 12th June night. On reaching Las Vegas airport on the June 12th night we were unable to contact the hotel. On reaching out to Expedia over phone, we were to our dismay informed that the hotel was permanently closed. It was late night & as an via media we were provided accommodation at the W Hotel Las Vegas. On reaching the hotel we had a tough time in registration as well as were charged an extra of US$56/- over & above the agreed price that too without breakfast for two which was earlier included in the package. The whole experience was a very unpleasant one including the extra charges we had to pay for the stay and additionally for the breakfast the next day morning. This was not the exciting travel experience we anticipated when we booked it through a professional institution like yours.
- 5/5
Always a great stay.
- 5/5
I loved everything about this property. Only downside is that they charge you to use the mini fridge.
- 5/5
Great place and customer service. Super close to the stadium.

Great hotel 5 star
- 5/5
Had an amazing stay
- 5/5
We normally stay at the Four Seasons nearby, but we weren't going to be in the room for very long and this was the next best thing. I like that it's non-gaming and it's quiet. It's no Four Seasons, but if you're looking to stay somewhere that's non-gaming, this is a good option. The rooms are suites, so we also had a living area that was separate from the bedroom, which is nice. I do wish I could've used the Four Season's pool instead of the Mandalay Bay. I would pay extra to use it and the Four Season's gym.
- 2/5
Staff is terrible, as if everyone murdered their parents , unexpected at vegas.

It was overall great.

- 5/5
Everything was nice and clean. Only thing i didn't like was there was no microwave or free complimentary fridge. Everything in the fridge youbjad to pay for which was understandable but at least have a free fridge.
- 2/5
This hotel can not find on GPS.. Actually is a part of mantalabay hotel
- 3/5
At first glance it seems to be better than some of the others on the strip as it is more quite but beware of the “looks like” free water and coffee in the room that when you check out the bottle of water is $25 and the bad coffee pod is $16. Insane there is no sign saying this isn’t free. Then the bed is a bit of a mess with a top sheet used as a bottom sheet which doesn’t stay in place for even 1 night. Then we left our room at 2:30, put on the housekeeping sign which doesn’t seem that late for Vegas standards but of course no one came. Overall it was fair but being overcharged for water to the tune of $25 is just highway robbery. No thanks I felt taken advantage of.
- 3/5
Checkin could have been much better. They kind of leave you hanging. Here’s your room. Good luck. Great deal though. Rooms are very nice. Would stay again. But you’re on your own after you check in. It’s basically an extension of Mandalay Bay. Not a W hotel.
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 3/5
rooms need to be updated, showing its age.
- 2/5
The hotel asked to download the MGM APP for faster check in, and a remote key, but that was still not available when we arrived at 2:15. We waited in line for a half hour and was told at 2:45 that housekeeping was currently in our room and a text would be sent as soon as they were out and we could check in. After 4 pm, I finally checked back at the front desk and our room had been ready the entire time and they “forgot”’to text me. Not acceptable for the price of the room.
- 5/5
Super close to the stadium. Worth the price.
- 5/5
Very clean affordable rooms .
- 5/5
perfect stay
- 4/5
There is information on the website stating the pool hours are Fri/Sat only. A pool experience is available daily, but the pool is at Mandalay Bay - a solid 15 minute walk. Yet we still paid resort fees for an off site pool experience. Even the coffee maker in the room required a fee. For an upscale property this is tacky.
- 5/5
Need more eating places
- 3/5
W hotel is just another building within Mandalay Bay by MGM resort which defines the service. There was no complimentary water in the room, in-room dining had only pre-packaged options offered by MGM resorts (W doesn’t have its own dining options either), bathroom didn’t have vanity kit, and pool didn’t have staff to help set up chairs and had only limited number of chairs available without paying extra fee (after you pay $50 resort fee), no food service at the pool either. That said W didn’t offer 5-star hotel service
- 5/5
all good
- 5/5
Very clean and polite at the front desk
- 5/5
Check in and room were amazing. Beautiful hotel...
- 5/5

Didn’t have a room for me even though I payed. Terrible service and moved me to a different property.
- 4/5

- 4/5
Good
- 3/5
Nice rooms. Weird check-in. Never got a text that our room was ready. Finally came back from the pool at 6pm and they said that our room was never listed as ready (even though we saw them cleaning it and saw them finish because we were staying in a room next to our friends who already had their room)
- 1/5
The rooms are lovely but every other aspect of this hotel is poor. The pools are overcrowded with too few loungers and parasols. Worst of all the hotel seems to be geared to ripping you off whenever it can. The two coffee cups it helpfully puts next to the coffee machine in the room. Free in every other 4 or 5 star hotel will set you back $32. The two bottles of water with collars saying ‘drink me’ are $50! Just a cynical ‘screw you’ attitude to its customers. Only partly redeemed by a very nice check out lady who agreed to drop some of the charges - she seemed utterly embarrassed by the expediency of the hotel. Avoid.
- 2/5
Service across different departments felt disconnected and inconsistent. To top it off, their stingy policy requiring guests to pay for basic in-room items like coffee capsules, cream, and sugar felt out of touch for a property of this caliber. The room itself was dated and in need of a refresh. For a hotel under the W brand, I expected more polish, better service, and less nickel-and-diming.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel need better friendly employees at the front desk. There was only one at the time of check in and she was not friendly at all
- 5/5
It was a good experience.
- 4/5
We enjoyed the size and cleanliness of the room. The location to sporting events is a plus for us.
- 5/5
Affordable room suites with two bathrooms
- 4/5
Lovely rooms, great views, very modern hotel with good amenities, attached to Mandalay Bay. Watch out for the $400 hold fee and the resort fees with tax which aren't mentioned in the description when booking
- 5/5
Great location. Super easy checking. Beautiful room. Great restaurant choices
