Reviews
Guests generally express satisfaction with their stay at the hotel, highlighting the cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetics of the rooms. The staff is frequently praised for their excellent service. However, some guests express dissatisfaction with the noise levels, particularly from neighboring rooms and hallways. The hotel's location is seen as both a pro and a con, with some guests appreciating its proximity to the airport and the strip, while others find it too far or in an unsafe area.

Very clean rooms
- 5/5
Very clean and beds super comfortable! Definitely recommend
- 5/5
Nice big room with super comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
WARNING: This is where the porn convention is held, and the decor reflects that. Rooms don’t have a refrigerator or a coffee pot, and there’s only one set of towels. The restaurants are all terribly expensive. They didn’t offer to correct any of the problems we had. If you’re coming to Vegas, do yourself a favor and stay on the Strip where you have options. Very disappointed in this stay.
- 5/5
The price was fair. The service and environment was welcoming. Great stay. Will definitely use again.
- 4/5
Overall, it was a great stay! The room was very clean, but the only complaint is that the AC seemed to be struggling even at night after the sun went down. The pool was nice and the staff were friendly. Pool food was great and the portions were huge. Lucia, where we had dinner, was delicious with mostly friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely return as we are locals and there are more perks than we realized! Overall a great hotel!

Wonderful room for a great price

Staff was super unhelpful and unfriendly. When we went down to ask for towels, they wouldn’t give them to us. They said they would send someone else to bring them up. They ended up bringing them when I was in the shower with no knock or announcement. This was a major invasion of privacy, as I was in the shower at the time with no one else in the room. I also asked for a pool key at checkout since I had only stayed for one night and wanted to get lunch and drinks at the pool. The staff member refused to give me a key and said I would have to check back into the hotel. I’ve stayed here before and never had a problem with the staff or getting a pool key after checkout. I will not be staying here again and won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone else.

If your looking for room service, it’s only for breakfast, you can pick up food, but you can’t have it brought to the room.

Muy bueno
- 4/5
1. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The sheets were great, and the robes/slippers felt luxurious once requested. 2. The staff was a highlight. Rosa from housekeeping was especially kind, and the cleaning staff was friendly, responsive, and thorough. 3. The pool was incredible. The weekday cabana was $99 with no food or drink minimum, which felt like a great deal. The two Stephanies helping with cabanas were especially friendly, personable, and genuinely kind. 4. Food options were good, though priced like most hotels. 5. The main downside was the casino smell. It smelled like old smoke compared with other hotels that felt fresher. 6. If you valet and drive in from a nearby state, ask them to park your car underground or it may sit outside in the sun during your stay. 7. I also wish there were more visible staff helping first-time gamblers understand rewards and table games. Overall, I would stay again. The room, pool, staff, location, and value made it a great stay.
- 4/5
We had a great time here. No splashing, floaties or handstands allowed in the pool.
- 5/5
Clean room and was cleaned every single day. Only downside for me was the fact that the walk to the reception area from the rooms was really long.
- 5/5
The outdoor pool is well maintained, and the pool is heated. The food in the hotel was amazing and the staff working in all the locations I visited were very helpful and nice.

Great place to stay we enjoyed it!
- 5/5
My family (four kids 15 and under) really enjoyed the hotel, the pool, the pizza and the rooms. It was perfect for a five night vacation. I am so happy as a parent that I chose this hotel as it was crazy crowded and didn’t smell of sooo much smoke like the other hotels can. We also did breakfast at the Kitchen Express one day which was just so so. Otherwise great hotel! Thank you all! The front desk staff were especially helpful.
- 5/5
So nice!
- 4/5
Better than I expected, and certainly beats Resorts World. The pool is great. Rooms for clean and functional.
- 4/5
The stay was great. Staff was great. Lots of stores on sight. Enjoyed my time.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay off the Vegas strip.
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay and would definitely book here again! The hotel was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. My room felt more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly sweet, helpful, and polite throughout my visit. I also loved the pool area it was a great place to relax. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

I recently stayed at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas in the Ruby Tower while attending a fencing tournament with my daughter, and I highly recommend it.The property was fun, colorful, modern, and felt very new. Our room was spacious, with an enormous bathroom and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Getting around was easy, with quick access to Lyft rides and convenient transportation options. The breakfast juice bar was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again for future tournaments and trips to Las Vegas.
- 5/5
We loved the place
- 3/5
This resort is massive and is fairly easy to navigate around. Our main complaint is that the pool deck and surrounding amenities close in our opinion way too early at 7:00pm. Especially in summer when it’s so hot and there is plenty of daylight left you should be able to enjoy the pool a couple more hours. Not good when a resort fee is tacked on to your room rate!
- 5/5
It was a clean room, very spacious and quiet. Will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
I love everything about this spot
- 5/5
Great hotel, good location just 20 min walk from the strip. Close to Ellis Island for cheap pizza, food and drinks. Fab pool areas and plenty onsite to keep you occupied. We will be back
- 4/5
One of the specific restaurants is not open 24 hours was looking forward to that and changes that were done to the menus on certain restaurants
- 5/5
The room was beautiful and clean. Front desk staff was super friendly she was the nicest person I have ever met in Vegas. Only issue was we went to Vegas during the Furry convention and they kind of showed inappropriate acts in the pool area around small children. But other than that I would stay at that hotel again. Never knew about Furries before then but next time I’ll make sure our coaches know for our baseball travel team not to book same time.
- 4.5/5
Very nice room and good facilities Bit further from the strip. Walking is not an option because of the environment with lots of dirt and homeless people. We used Uber which was fine.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, pool areas, options for eating, spa, room space Having to pay transportation numerous times to see/do anything
- 3.5/5
The bed was very comfortable. There was a great view and the staff was incredible. There was no fridge, not even a small one. No microwave to hear up my leftovers from dinner.
- 5/5
It was so clean and smell so good, I was impressed. The room was so beautiful and roomy. My family and I enjoy the kind and helpful staff. - Everything was awesome!
- 3/5
Had room facing pool. Furniture was from the 70-80's and overused. Bathroom was very nice!!
- 5/5
Pool was amazing!!
- 5/5
Awesome place. I’ll visit again.
- 3/5
I booked a room with a king-size bed and paid an additional fee for the Strip View. The hotel exaggerated the “Strip View,” as it was nothing special as you could see only the tops of some buildings on the Strip in the background. The French doors open about two inches and overlook the courtyard of the resort below where events may be held. Music can be heard consistently throughout the day until approximately 11:00 PM. The room was generally clean; however, both air registers in the bedroom and bathroom were coated, nearly plugged, with the thickest layer of dust, dirt, and grime I have ever seen in a hotel. The biggest issue I had was the “resort fee” added to my bill each night. I understood that a resort fee may apply, but it was not clear whether it was included in the booking price, how much it would be, or what it covered. I learned at the hotel that the fee is a mandatory $56.69 per night and covers amenities such as the pool, gym, Wi-Fi, and small bottled waters. The fee is charged regardless of whether you use any of these amenities. This practice is deceptive because the hotel advertises one price but later imposes a fee that was not clearly disclosed before the reservation was made. Guests have no meaningful opportunity to evaluate the true cost of the room

Thank you!
- 4/5
Great stay, room could have been cleaner and better maintained, but overall we were happy with our short stay. Nice to have plenty of food options on site, and nice to have a heated pool with sand for a beachy feel.

- 5/5
Great and nice hotel!
- 4.5/5
The overall aesthetic of the property. I stayed in the Ruby Tower and it was such a lovely chamber suite and styled so cute! I thought everything was great! Wish I had had a longer stay!
- 1/5
Very poor
- 2/5
Bed was terrible. Mattress is super hard like it been there for years. I couldn’t sleep all night.
- 5/5
Love the vibe! Great room and pools!
- 3/5

- 5/5
The accommodations and clean rooms
- 5/5
pool amazing n strip club across street
- 5/5
No coffee machine in room. Also fridge was full and you couldn’t put your stuff inside or you would be charged.
- 5/5
Sumptuous, cheeky, fun. Sand bottom pools are the over the top Vegas experience you’ll remember.
- 2/5
My payment also did not syn with hotels.com so for a day now I have been trying to get my refund corrected. Not really something I want to take care of after my vacation.
- 3/5
Good but far from the strip
- 5/5
Nice pool and hotel. Got some small wins
- 5/5

- 5/5
Lala was amazing at check-in and throughout our stay. The corner suite and view were fantastic.
- 4/5
The staff were friendlu especially the front desk agent who checked us in. Very informative and patient. Outdoor pool was lovely, the kids enjoyed it a lot. We rented a cabana and it was definitely worth.
- 5/5
I always stay here when I go to Vegas. There’s free parking. It’s very clean. It’s a short uber ride to the strip. And it’s very reasonable. There’s restaurants inside the hotel.
- 5/5
I like my room, clean, near and no sound from outside. Staff very helpful
- 5/5
Absolutely loved my stay! Will be back!
- 5/5
The Virgin Hotel is an amazing place, especially for locals.
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful throughout my stay. They were very accommodating and understanding when my flight was delayed, and I had to check in later than expected.
- 3/5
- 2/5
I chose this hotel because I am a Hilton Honors member and this is part of their Curio collection. The hotel refused to honor any of the Honors program of my status. On top of it, the hotel staff was very ambivalent towards service and me during my visit. This was an uncharacteristically poor Hilton experience. The hotel itself was tired and worn down. The food choices were just OK and the drinks were overpriced based on what else is available in Vegas. The pool was nice and I give it good marks! I will stay elsewhere on return visits to Las Vegas.
- 5/5
One the destination and property. Rooms are super clean and chic!
- 5/5
Super nice. Definitely one of the nicer rooms Ive had. The upgrade was totally worth it. The pool was beautiful. Everything was excellent. Could not be happier
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great pool with food and drink service, and the room has unique furniture that combines beds, a couch, couch table and a chair all in one unit. on site, restaurants are out of this world. highly recommend this place. Close to the airport and close to the strip. The strip is easily walkable, and taxi rides to the strip are inexpensive.
- 1/5
We booked and paid for the room 2 months in advance. Selena, at the front desk coldly checked us in to a handicap room without our knowledge. We have asked the hotel to investigate why the room we had paid for in advance was not held for us and why we were not told by Selena and placed into a handicap room without our permission. The manager did not apologize and expressed no concern when we told him we were not pleased. We have filed a complaint with Hilton and await the results of their investigation. We have asked Scott the manager for a full refund.
- 5/5
The pool was our favorite part, the kids loved it. The staff at the pool was great!
- 5/5
Many types of alcohol was available but not breakfast so we order led calzones to go. When we arrived to pick up our order we were told the kitchen was down due to maintenance & inspection. We were not notified of this when we placed the order that morning so we left for a 12 hour and multiple flight connection day and no breakfast or food due to many tight connections to back east. Not good.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very clean and the breakfast was amazing!!
- 5/5
Property was beautiful. The room was clean and I enjoyed the extra space.
- 4/5
My only concern is the staff at the hotel pool - we had two issues with our cabana rental. The first was when a staff member shared that the cabana was $250.00 FOR the weekend which we understood to mean Saturday and Sunday - when in fact it was $250.00 ON the weekend - had he been more clear we could have planned better. Secondly, the pool staff has to be more tactful, they should not approach guest ASSUMING anything. We were promptly told that our cabana was for available for guests who rented it - which we had... his approach should have been more proactive such as "excuse me, just confirming the name on your cabana rental"..... how you approach things changes everything.
- 2/5
They were super under staffed
- 2/5
good, our typical Vegas go-to property.
- 5/5
Great hotel, clearly still working to open some restaurants but over it was very on brand for Virgin and we loved all the little sitting areas. It’s off the strip but a short taxi to everything: would stay again. Rooms were clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Wonderful stay! Maybe have microwave in rooms and mini refrigerator.

The swimming pool was great. And rooms nice and clean Smell of cigarettes
- 3/5
Multiple pool areas, bell staff were helpful, free parking was useful Reception/ management refuse to resolve any issues if you make booking via booking.com. Stating they don’t receive the updated reservations because it’s third party and won’t do anything about it. By their records we should’ve checked in a day earlier even though I amended the booking 2 months prior. And despite supposedly checking in from the day before our room was dirty, dusty, stains on bedside tables and mirrors. Make it make sense? If your system doesn’t communicate properly with booking.com then I’d suggest you look into fixing that or don’t list your hotel through their website. Never had an issue like this before.
- 3/5
$10.00 for a bottle of water at the mini bar? Don’t move the drinks out of the fridge or you’ll get charged even if you don’t drink them. Of course they’ll adjust your bill at check out. It’s just a little inconvenience
- 5/5
Fast check in. Clean room.
- 5/5
Beautiful pools, but they didn’t open until 9 am and close in around dinner time. It was frustrating as adults to not be able to use them as our schedules permit it.
- 5/5
Very clean, very comfortable, not too far from the strip, and all the staff was friendly and helpful will definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Very clean. Had housekeeping every day
- 5/5
Amazing!!! Clean ✨✨ loved my stay!!
- 3/5
The free valet and free parking is great
- 5/5
The Hotel and surrounding property were spotless. 10 out of 10 on upkeep for sure. The pool was spectacular. Plenty of day chairs and the sand bottom was just amazing. The room itself was spacious with a comfy bed and plenty of storage options between hanging clothes and drawer space. The showers were plenty large with great water pressure and next to zero wait for hot or cold water. Definitely going to stay here again when we come back.

I highly recommend this hotel cuz it was nice and friendly staffs! And the room is clean and they upgraded us to suites room!

Beautiful property in great location. Staff was helpful and informative about near by attractions. The breakfast buffet was a great surprise! Shoutout to the custom omelet chef! Awesome water pressure in shower and perfect mattress.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Towels were clean but did look a bit old/used. Disappointed that they did have slippers in the room.
- 4/5
Very big and vast, had a need to explore property The pool felt very private, didn’t feel welcoming due to all reserve sections and little to no public areas.

Location is great Ridiculously massive room and bath Price quoted was inclusive of resort fee when I made the booking No breakfast. I guess nobody is awake during the day in Vegas anyhow

Passable
- 5/5
I prefer a more quiet setting in Vegas compared to the strip and this is a great option
- 5/5

El hospedaje fue de lo mejor, la habitacion limpia y con todas las comodidades necesarias, tiene una buena ubicación, me senti muy comoda
- 5/5
Our second return to Virgin hotel. It’s like an escape island! Multiple pools for different vibes. Bars, restaurants, vibes. 2/3 towers so far and the rooms have been clean and spacious with a view. We will be back next year with our crew.
- 5/5
Very close to the strip but not as packed with people.
- 5/5
Finally found a CLEAN hotel in Vegas that isn’t $600+. We got one of the last rooms of the day and ended up getting a complimentary upgrade to a suite. We only stayed one night but wish we had more time to enjoy the various pools. We went to one of their restaurants, Kassi for dinner and it was excellent. (Just a little too loud of music). Overall, the stay was a 9/10. Will certainly be back.
- 5/5
Always a good stay here! Came for the BYS concert and didn’t have to pay premium price for the service, location, and aesthetics. Will continue to stay here and also free parking!
- 5/5
Great rooms!
- 5/5
The courtyard is amazing.
- 5/5
We decided to check in at the Ruby Tower after arriving at the hotel because there was a long line at the other check in desk and we were already running late for the concert. The lovely receptionist there—I can't remember her name—helped us and showed us how to get to our room. After the concert, we arrived at our rooms, where the shower was much needed, and the plush bed immediately put me to sleep—possibly the best sleep I've had in a long time.

When I checked into the hotel, I found pubic hairs in the bathroom. I immediately requested a room change, but I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and it would be impossible to accommodate me. The cleaning lady was very kind, and I spoke with her before she even received the note from the front desk to clean my room. Overall, the hotel is decent, but its location is too far from the Strip, making it not worth it if you want to go out.
- 4/5
Great parking, not overcrowded
- 5/5
I love this hotel. It’s modern and the design in the rooms is like a Pinterest board!
- 5/5
We are extremely happy with our stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its great amenities and modern, comfortable rooms. Free parking was a huge plus and made everything so convenient for us. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The rooms are exquisite and definitely would come back soon
- 5/5
Pool area was nice especially the upper level with the deeper pool and covered sitting area Taxis frequently available at the front door.(too hot to walk during our visit.)
- 5/5
All was wonderful!!!
- 4/5
Nice clean room, good place to stay.
- 4/5
Pools are well separated-for families vs 21 and older. Location is a down side as we spend a lot on ubers to be at the strip. Ubers have an assigned area to pick and drop off so ubers might not be able to pickup at your location we most of the time still need to walk . Staff at reception was really un friendly. Seemed tired.
- 4.5/5
The internet connection had poor quality. There was no connection in parts of the hotel.

Musty old dark casino where people smoke cigarettes you have to walk through to get to your room and leave the property every time during your stay. Bring your own water or water filtration bottle, water is so overpriced in the resorts/casinos and malls nearby.
- 2.5/5
Pool and outside areas are nice, clean room, quiet room at night Musty old dark casino where people smoke cigarettes you have to walk through to get to your room and leave the property every time during your stay. Our stay was absolutely perfect from beginning to end with late checkout!
- 5/5
I stayed at Ruby Tower room, very clean. Beds are very comfortable.
- 5/5
Unlimited supple of chargers around the room including the Sofia, wonderful view and seemed to have sound proof walls. Very lovey stay, will continue to stay when visiting friends in Vegas.
- 5/5
My only complaint is the refrigerator situation. In a suite of this size, guests should have access to a refrigerator for their own drinks and snacks. Instead, the fridge is stocked as a mini bar, with charges for removing items. I would much rather have a usable refrigerator than an overpriced mini bar. It's a small issue, but one that would significantly improve the overall guest experience.
- 5/5
Stay in the Ruby tower, use the private check in and valet. You’ll feel refreshed and taken care of.
- 4/5
I knew I was checking in later than midnight because of a flight delay and just commuting here, so I called prior to my reservation date. That part was easy! Stay was great, no complaints! We love the bed and the spacing of the whole room. The room next to mines was pretty loud in the middle of the night but we were so tired, it’s all good.. I have 2 issues: 1) not knowing there’s no empty fridge, there’s a fee to have their drinks removed if you want to use the fridge- so my leftovers had to be thrown out, also the drinks on the counter also can’t be touched without getting charged... 2) getting a charge for something I never went to go eat from, but glad it was brought up to confirm and waived.. Would still prefer this hotel if you want to be a lil bit away from the strip!
- 5/5
Favorite place to stay in Vegas. Close to the strip but more amenities than strip hotels. Restaurants are great, pools are great. Will keep returning!
- 4/5
Nice rooms. Very clean. Multiple pools, so kid friendly. Would have liked more food options .
- 3/5
Stay was ok, rooms were very roomy and clean. Wait times for check-in are long. Funny Library Coffee shop also had long lines, and coffee was murky. Had an incident where a bandana was left on my door handle, called security and they were to look into it. I asked to have my room switched, and the approved but only moved me down a couple doors.
- 4.5/5
Mostly Every thing BF not included Long walk to Opal tower from concierge No confirmation regarding void of deposit for the second room..?

I have been visiting this hotel for a couple of years and I always come back because the staff is so friendly and the rooms are big
- 5/5
Front desk staff was rude when asked if there are restaurants and other general questions.
- 5/5
Beds are very comfortable and staff is very nice overall a very nice experience
- 5/5
I’m coming back for sure! The best hotel ever!
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay. This was my first time visiting Las Vegas but I decided a nice trip for my birthday. I got a suite and loved the decor. I was disappointed my room was facing the parking lot. My room was cleaned daily and the hotel was really pretty. I would totally recommend and stay here again.
- 3.5/5
Full secured because security was everywhere in the building. Pet friendly. A lot of restaurants and fast food inside the property. Also, fun activity and outside the property a lot of food as well you can check it out through walking distance. Front desk wasn’t smile and slow to check-in. I wish there is kiosk and easy to check-in and out. Also, front desk didn’t tell me where to park easily go to my room from hotel registration to Opal Tower. I was glad the lady security was in charge by high limit room helped me where should I go to opal tower that I parked in Harmon Parking Garage. Bedsheet wasn’t clean, hair dryer was broken and one of the wall plug didn’t work.

Overall this is a wonderful resort for a 20-30's age group. Wouldn't recommend for a family who needs access to fridge and microwave.
- 2/5
2. The "Resort Pool" allows locals to pay a fee to use it. By 10am every single lounge chair was taken by locals. I was told basically, "oh well, nothing we can do about it". 3. There was a non-stop barking dog in the room next to us. This dog barked until 1 o'clock in the morning. I called the front desk repeatedly about it but nothing was done. They kept saying that they would send security but the dog just kept barking. Overall, it was one the worst 7 days stay in a hotel I've ever had. Generally miserable. The front desk staff seemed remarkably disinterested in solving the problems. The manager, Micheal, did credit 2 days of resort fees and a meal credit to cover it but it was totally inadequate.
- 4/5
Loved the remodeled rooms

great workout facility and restaurants.

Loved the sand-bottom pool. The staff was great and friendly. AC was strong and the room looked well-kept.

They helped us out a lot because they help reduce the deposit and waived a day, they will work with you, can’t wait to stay here agsin

Great suite loved the hotel. Pool is very expansive and plenty of seats. Loved the bathtub in the room so amazing. All around great stay for the price.
- 4/5
I like my stay but they say two free waters so when I walked directly to the room the only waters were at the mini bar for which I was charges 10.83. The free waters are small and near the bathroom area which I did not see until after I already drank one water from the mini bar. Yes, I was disappointed that they were not placed next to the mini bar to make it evident those are the free waters so I incurred a separate charge above the resort fee. Other than this my stay was very wonderful! Thank you!

This hotel is beautifully taken care of and has a great look. Our room was extremely clean and spacious, we also had a wonderful view of the strip from our room. I would 100% stay here again.

Couldn’t enjoy the pool area - the DJ blasted over 90dB. talking was impossible and relaxing was a joke. Seriously? That loud with the place is full of families, small kids and mid afternoon there’s a DJ.
- 5/5
Got upgraded. Great experience!
- 5/5
Great, quiet space to stay in Las Vegas. Plan to stay again soon.
- 5/5
Large efficient rooms.
- 2.5/5
Room illumination was good - a lot of options 1. We had a door to another room right in front of the bed. I mean another room - other hotel's guests. A lot of noise and hard to sleep - you can hear every word of your neighbour. 2. The fridge was full of stuff, and you couldn't put your stuff there, so it was useless. 3. The size of the water bottles was a joke

Johnny at ONE STEAKHOUSE and Bernard at The Bar At Commons Club are valuable to the property.

Great hotel! Free amenities were great, but beware of mini bar in the rooms as usual

Very close to the Strip. Free parking. Spacious room with comfortable bedroom. The doors to bathroom are a bit in awkward place. View from the room was very nice! It can get loud during night due to people coming back from casino.

The hotel is off the strip, but still close enough to get to quickly and is quiet. I liked everything about the hotel.
- 5/5
The room was amazing with great views, nice and quiet
- 5/5
The rooms are modern, attractive, and spacious, with useful dressing areas. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were the best I have ever used. The lighting controls took a moment to figure out, but they worked well. Virgin has clearly reimagined the hotel room experience, and the room felt like home. The pool was wonderful and spacious, which made the stay feel especially memorable. One drawback was the lack of a refrigerator, which was inconvenient. We would gladly stay here again.
- 4/5
Okay
- 5/5
Everything was great!!
- 2/5
The TV in the room did not work at all. We repeatedly called for help, but every call was just transferred to the front desk and nobody ever answered. After wasting 1 hour and 30 minutes trying to resolve the issue, we finally requested a room change. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout the entire process. Even though it was a weekday and the hotel was not busy, they moved us to a room right in front of the mechanical room on the 3rd floor. It was extremely noisy all night and we could barely sleep. Very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.
- 4/5
Pool, room, and main hotel areas were well maintained. Food taste and options left something to be desired. Staff were cold, unapproachable, snappy, and unwelcoming. Felt as though I was an inconvenience when asking simple questions.
- 5/5
Comfy bed and clean room. The view from the room was also nice. I liked the style of the decorations
- 5/5
Hotel in the ruby tower were great, bartenders were pretty okay but not impressed with their customer service. Especially since they expect a tip starting at 18%… Pool was the main reason for staying here and it did not disappoint. Kid friendly

Location is good. We personally didn't want to be on the strip. The Valet parking was a turnoff for me. One of the reasons we didn't want to be on the strip. It is just a pet peeve of mine that I should be able to park my car and get it without having to give a guy a ticket (expecting a tip). It is probably to be expected, but because we weren't on the stip, I thought we might avoid it. Everything in the room is very modern if you like that type of thing. The refrigerator you couldn't use because it is full of the hotel's drinks, and it was very pointed not to move anything around because you would be charged--it is a sensored refrigerator. They charged a 50 dollar resort fee for all the extra great things they provide---I didn't know that until a couple of days prior, they sent an email letting me know. These are probably all things expected in Las Vegas.

Very clean room and the staff was amazing!!!
- 5/5
Perfect stay at a great price near Las Vegas Strip. The hotel offers excellent amenities, with bars and restaurants all located on site. Getting around is easy, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed. The free parking was a great bonus. Overall, it’s a relaxing property— quiet, not overcrowded, and a nice break from the usual busy vegas hotels.
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel. Great staff!
- 5/5
The ideal Las Vegas hotel and resort in my opinion. Cleanliness and staff are among the best anywhere on top of having the coolest ambiance, the best pizza shop, and nicest casino on one property.
- 5/5
Unreal stay! Best spot in Vegas… no strip BS … easy parking too

Housekeeping left some pillow covers from the previous customers staying in the suite. Found it strange that there were no cups available for use in the bathroom like most hotels. Staff were quick and helpful. Close to the airport and everything else.

I usually love staying here but was disappointed with my last stay. we always stay in the same room (just the regular king room) and normally the room is huge- so that's why we always so back. but this time the room we stayed in was tiny compared to the previous rooms.. even though they are all considered the same room type which makes no sense. won't stay here again because of that, if you advertise something you need to keep it consistent.

I love the virgin hotel but this last trip left me feeling like they need to find a way to provide what the customer pays for. I booked my room for a ruby tower with strip view and the only view I got was of air conditioners on rooftops. I brought it to their attention immediately and they said there was nothing they could do because it was EDC weekend and everything was booked. That’s not my problem I booked this room well in advance and the fact that it was available in your inventory at the time of booking you should have made the necessary adjustments to ensure the room I booked would be available. I have been a long time and frequent guest of the virgin hotel because it is an absolutely wonderful place to stay and the service and staff are amazing every time I’ve been there and they were amazing this time as well, but when you expect to have an amazing view from your room while in Vegas and have nothing but air conditioners to look out at it takes away from the experience. I’ll be back in a month do better.

The room's decore was very nice, coordinated and, fun for an adult overnight. It was unique. Very clean with lovely bedding. The pool area was beautiful. I would stay there again. Close to the strip but not right on the bustle of things. Staff was warm and happy to help.

The staff was excellent, the outside areas were awesome as always. I did feel like they rushed the cleaning of my room though. There was hair present in odd areas around my room. In all fairness though there was a special event being held that weekend so i can imagine the time constraints the staff were facing. All in all though this is one of my favorite hotels in Vegas and they have never disappointed me. Looking forward to my next visit.
- 4/5
Huge room, really clean and modern. Looks of self parking and good location for driving around Vegas or walking to the strip We didn’t realise the hotel was an official “EDC” festival hotel so we were unable to use some of the facilities like on of the big pools. The hotel was also decorated for the festival which took away from the Virgin hotel branding. We weren’t told about this at check in, so Next time we will definitely check so we know we can use the facilities.

Everything was great u til 7am when construction workers were hammering/doing work on the floor above us. Unable to sleep we called the front desk finally and they got them to stop but at that point it was too late. Did not appreciate the early ‘wake up’ call!

You had better know the hotel layout because their was limited staff visible to help and there was little to no signage to help you.

The rooms are so beyond what I expected. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the products smelled great. The staff was very helpful and polite. The casino doesn’t stink of cigarettes, the parking situation is easy to navigate, free and convenient. The front desk staff was efficient and accommodating, guest services was helpful. The design of the entire place is amazing. Compared to what it was when it was Hard Rock, this is so much better and cleaner. It makes you feel happy just walking around the halls, the retail and casino area. I REALLY feel like we lucked out on this stay. Plus, it was EDC weekend and we got some fancy souvenirs to take home. I’m definitely gonna make an effort to stay here whenever I come to Vegas. It’s definitely my favorite stay so far.

I didn’t get in the pool, but there was plenty of seating, attentive staff and comfy seating.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. We stayed there two nights. Thing that I didn't care for is that our room was never cleaned. We pushed the buttom in the room requesting room service and we even asked a room attendant to clean our room and Nothing. Thank goodness we grabbed some extra towels off of her cart.

Modern, large rooms. Nice free parking. The blasting rock music at all hours. It doesn’t suit the theme at all and means you have to shout over it to just check in downstairs. Way, way too loud and enough reason to avoid staying at this property. Far walk from the strip.

What a welcome break from the manic Strip! I love that check in is right by the front door and is next to windows. The staff is so friendly and the vibe is relaxed. Smoking is allowed on the casino floor but you can't smell it so the arrival just feels fresh and clean. My room had a lovely little juliette balcony and is well-appointed with the comfiest bed. I enjoyed everything about staying here Wouldn't change a thing!
- 5/5
Easy location for my conference needs and can’t wait to try the pool in the summer!
- 5/5
Mostly in the room. I don't generally stay in casino hotels, but this was lightly one was lightly tracked and smoke free. The staff was very accomodating.
- 5/5
Virgin got a lot of things right during visit. Top notch customer service through out the facility. The staff was very accommodating and helpful during my stay. We thought the was a heating issue with my shower. They sent a technician to my room immediately to help resolve the issue. My room was so comfortable. I did want a higher floor for a better view. But my room worked out. Parking was a little distance but I am not complaining. I planned accordingly. I am thankful this facility didn’t charge a fee like most competitors in the area. Will definitely return to this hotel if I need to go back to Vegas.
- 5/5
The pool was awesome. There is another pool that is not accessible to normal clients. That was a mystery

The pool is fantastic- it is a beach pool. Half sand half pool! The common areas as well as rooms are kept in immaculate condition. All staff are super friendly and eager to accommodate.

We loved our stay! The rooms were nicely decorated with plenty of lighting, comfortable beds and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The restaurants in the hotel were nice and fairly priced and there were multiple restaurants directly across the steeet from the hotel. The hotel is only a 5-10 minute Uber ride from the strip which made it very convenient for us. Highly recommend staying here.

The rooms are nice and clean, the facility is very big. However, I was disappointed with how early the pool closes and having no option to turn away room service without being physically in the room.

Room was clean and ready early. Online check in was super easy!
- 5/5
definitely be back!
- 5/5
The rooms were a standout—spacious, thoughtfully designed, and super comfortable. I especially appreciated the layout with separate areas for sleeping and getting ready, which made it feel more functional than most hotel rooms. Everything felt updated and well-maintained. The pool scene was lively but not overwhelming, and there were plenty of options for food and drinks throughout the property. Pizza and claimed shop is open 24 hrs along with the express kitchen for burgers and fries. Service was consistently friendly and helpful, from check-in to dining to general staff interactions. Another big plus is the location—close enough to the Strip to be convenient, but just far enough to avoid the chaos and crowds. It made getting around easy while still having a bit of a retreat to come back to. Overall, a really well-rounded experience. Great for anyone looking for a stylish, slightly quieter Vegas stay without sacrificing quality or fun. Highly recommend.

Love the juice bar. Room was perfect I was in a corner queen/king strip view in Opal Tower. Friendly staff!

A lot of options for grabbing a bite. Rooms were a good size, comfy bed. Spa looked nice but did not get a chance to book a treatment.
- 4/5
Always a nice stay, the rooms are great! Glad they are adding some new dining options it appears, need a few more mid-priced, quick bite type places. I wish they would get a better check in system, as it can take longer then it should. Probably 20 minutes this past time, with only a couple ahead of me. Plenty of computers, butonly two staff. Really like the hotel, as its size is easy to manage in Las Vegas, and will stay again. Self Parking is also great!!

The hotel is quite nice, the room was spacious and clean but we got a bad view to the back of the building Zero service, the receptionists terrible. They don’t look at you in the eyes, they don’t engage, nothing, just robots. Upon check in, we mentioned we were there to celebrate my partner’s birthday as the start of a roadtrip and the agent didn’t even say a word, just smiled while looking to the computer and it wasn’t busy because it was like 8:30pm. This is not hospitality at all, is like a 2-3 start hotel in that regard, check out same not even how was your stay? Everything good? Just hi and bye. So if you’re looking to have a nice place to stay and you don’t need any service at all then yeah is ok. Fortunately it was only for one night!

Much to offer with variety of restaurants Check in lines very slow, disorganized with special key pick up line that’s used by initial check ins. TV in rooms do not pair easy with devices. Need a better sync process for Netflix and Prime with QR Code.
- 0.5/5
Easy check-in. Our stay was extremely disappointing. We were assigned a room on the 11th floor, and unfortunately, we barely got any sleep due to constant noise from the elevator brakes throughout the night. It was loud enough to keep both my husband and me awake. The following morning only made things worse. Despite being told at check-in that checkout was at noon, the cleaning staff repeatedly attempted to enter our room early, which woke us up again. There was no functioning “Do Not Disturb” sign available, which is something I’ve never experienced at any hotel before. I even tried to signal that we were still inside, but it didn’t work. I ended up having to use the top lock to prevent anyone from coming in. Overall, we left feeling exhausted and had to drive six hours back home in that condition, which made the experience even more frustrating. This stay did not meet basic expectations for rest and privacy.
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable. Room was nice. Like the automatic light that came on when going to the bathroom. Room service was quick. No towels when we got there. remote to tv didn't work. Room was hot and no fan. Sheets where scratchy. no microwave, fridge or coffee.
- 4.5/5
Quick to uber to the airport, nice outdoor area and multiple pools, Nobu entry from lobby, not smoky or stinky Closet/Bathroom vanity desk layout felt awkward (auto-lighting of closet, vanity shutter/chair crowds the walkway)
- 4/5
No coffee maker in the room.
- 5/5
many amenities, central location, Casino inside
- 4.5/5
Loved the pool and beach club Bonus for the Dunkin Shag room Far from the strip No during day room service
- 4.5/5
Beautiful inside. Updated rooms. Comfortable beds. Located off the strip but a close uber/Lyft to everything to do on the Strip. Enjoyed the restaurants on site and the coffee shops on site. Not having glassware and enough towels for each registered guest on arrival was inconvenient. Our check in time was 7:30pm and for some reason concierge wouldn’t bring us glassware when I called down. We had to walk down to the pizza restaurant on site (not close by) just to get a vessel to drink out of. After a long day of travel. I found that to be bit ridiculous when the rooms are quite pricey compared to a regular hotel. I expect the small touches to be part of the stay. If a guest asks for something reasonable. You bring it.

Everything, location to the venue . Clean and comfortable The expensive minibar. But it’s Vegas
- 4.5/5
Not a crowded casino kinda felt like I had the whole place to myself

Bad service … they advertise as pet friendly hotel … they saw me get into the facilities and check in with my cat clearly visible .. and they called me 2 days later at 11 pm in the middle of the night to demand to take out my pet because they are only dog friendly. My pet was no causing any damage or disturbing. But they say I was breaking their policies by having a cat . And I had to check out immediately. Very disturbing situation an horrible management. Why did they let me check in in first place when they saw my cat getting in with me ?
- 3.5/5
The room was nice and clean. The hotel was clean and easy to find the theatre venue. I didn't get to use the pool, but the pool area looked nice. I like that there is free parking. The girl at the front dest when I checked in didn't seem to know her job too well, and didn't listen when I spoke and talked over me. I'm hard of hearing so that is very frustrating. When I walked up and gave my name, I gave my last name first then my first name. She said she couldn't find me under that name. Apparently she looked it up by my first name because when I haneded her my phone with the booking info she looked again and said "ohh, it's because they put your last name first". I gave her my information in that order, so apparently she wasn't listening. The Pizza Forte was just as frustrating. I first tried to order online and it wouldn't go through. We went downstairs to order and pick up food and it was completely confusing. There is no direction on where you oder or what to do. I finally got that figured out and one of the "Chefs" asked me to verify one of the items, it's really busy and loud in there so I didn't hear her (like I said hard of hearing) sso I said "I'm sorr, I didn't hear you?" and she looked at me with a very impatient look and then repeated herself. This is the worst experience I have had at that hotel. We also had problems with the TV (or cable) in the room. The picture kept breaking up.
- 5/5
The pool and a lot of food spots within the hotel The city view was looking at the top of a building it wasn’t what we expected
- 5/5
Room was clean
- 5/5
Like an oasis in Las Vegas. Everything you need is there and it's a nice base to see the strip and other sites.
- 5/5
We love staying at Virgin! Great place
- 5/5
Brilliant stay!
- 5/5
Rooms are modern, clean, and very spacious. Great stay!
- 5/5
The room was great, spacious, clean, staff was excellent hotel was very peaceful!

Buttons on the bedroom wall controlling the lighting were on some sort of board that wasn’t fastened to the wall. Door of bathroom looked like it had water damage at the bottom on the inside of the bathroom. Vinyl flooring starting to come up from the concrete base in a couple of spots in the room. Also, the elevator buttons at the ground floor also on a piece of metal that wasn’t fixed to the wall. I was unpleasant surprised at the state of the room given the positive experience I have consistently had with the same branded airline.
- 5/5
The room was excellent, the casino was nice and the experience was better that we imagined. Thank you,
- 3/5
Average room and casino. Not bad but not the best. Loud location from proximity to airport runway; bring earplugs.
- 5/5
Virgin hotel is the perfect place for me. I like to have all the amenities of a strip hotel but not be in the mix. All of the restaurants are fire and so are all of the suites
- 4/5
Room was clean. Had a TV issue. And they fixed it right away. Would stay again.
- 2/5
The first day we arrived the room did not look clean. Especially the bathroom it fid not look clean. The shower walls looked dirty. There was no drawers to store my clothing or my husbands clothing. Our dogs food has to get warmed up there was no microwave to warm up my dogs food. So we had to purchase food from the hotel to feed my dog which my dog has allergies and a sensitive stomach. He cannot eat chicken or beef. He can only eat salmon. My husband and I requested to have our room cleaned which never got cleaned the day we requested to get it cleaned. The cleaning service came later at night the next day when we were in the hotel room resting.
- 2/5
The room they gave us was on the third floor and the view from the window was the roof area hvac. The airline take off flight path was right over us so it was noticeable every 30 seconds or so. We have stayed at this hotel before and never had this issue but the location of this room is problematic and should be discounted accordingly.
- 4/5
It was great, I got a free upgrade and was not expecting to have so much space and such a good view! My only complaint was that the bathtub was dirty and that the lotion provided was conditioner.
- 5/5
The cleanliness, food choices, hospitality. Thank you Robert for the great service when checking in
- 5/5
The rooms were clean, nice and newly redone Definitely a nice hotel.
- 5/5
Muy limpio, excelente

The room was very clean and inviting.
- 4/5
Great room overlooking the sphere.
- 2/5
My room view was a parking garage.
- 4/5
Decent hotel, would stay there again
- 4/5
Massive room! Got a complimentary upgrade to a suite even though it was just for one night but the room was very clean, bathroom was big and bed was sooo comfy. The view was great overlooking the huge pool. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. My only gripe was there seemed to be some maintenance or something because there was loud noise/banging that sounded like pipes but price was great and I will definitely be staying here again.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Staff and Room was exceptionally awesome and rooms was spotless will come back again!
- 4/5
I understand it Vegas so I’ll make sure to book something a bit more family friendly next time ie a room with a fridge (not just mini bar) and microwave.
- 4/5
Nice room, relatively quiet LV hotel
- 5/5
Beautiful room, received an incredible room upgrade at no cost!
- 5/5
Welcoming and helpful staff, clean room and the style of the room made us feel at home away from home.
- 5/5
The room was very nice. I loved the shower and the vanity. Very clean nice comfortable bed and pillows
- 5/5
FREE PARKING!
- 5/5
This is my favorite hotel. It’s close to the strip but not on it. Parking is free as well!
- 5/5
When we checked at front desk the room was booked but upgraded us to a suite, the room was very clean. The service staff were amazing very helpful, this is my second time coming to this hotel and won’t be my last I’ll always stay here when visiting Vegas I recommend staying here!
- 5/5
The room was great! The separate makeup station was great and the electric blinds were such a nice touch!
- 5/5
Great room, close to everything (but not in it), great breakfast buffet, pizza at night, Dunkin Donuts for a snack ….Will stay here again !
- 3/5
Rooms updated rest not
- 5/5
The bed was so comfortable!! The mini bar had limited stock. PLEASE PUT BACK THE CENTER BAR!! The Canyon tower decor is absolutely hideous! Pizza Forte hit the spot late night and the bath products were quality and refreshing.
- 3/5
As a Hilton Diamond member, I didn’t realize Virgin was part of the Hilton family. I was unable to get an upgrade or food credit, no a biggie. The hotel and room were nice, clean. I didn’t use any of the amenities- so I can’t comment. Unfortunately the rooms are not sound proof and I was given a room next to a yelling child. I could not sleep and was woken up very early by these screams! If you want a quiet room, make sure you make that known at check in.
- 5/5
Why didn't we get clean glasses everyday?
- 3/5
All in all, wasn't a bad stay. A couple stars were knocked off though by the fact that the television in the room was glitching, or just refusing to work at all. A technician was sent up 4 times over 2 days, and it never fixed the problem. Also, the HVAC was either arctic or sweltering, and wouldn't allow you to just run the fan for air circulation. 71 was about 80, and 69 was 60. Ended up getting moved to another tower (Went from Opal to Canyon), the room in the canyon tower was better HVAC wise, but the TV was still glitching. I usually wouldn't care about the TV, but I am a nerd for the olympics. Positives. Pretty good food options, if i was a richer man, I would've hit up NOBU for sure. But $35 for one piece of Toro is a bit ridiculous. Great entertainment in the lobby bar, the open mic night was extremely entertaining, as well as the badass completely hilarious horn player / comedian. Room was clean, air well filtered in the casino from the cig smoke. Negatives Besides the TV/HVAC. RESORT FEES. Vegas is down about 10% on visitors. Theres a reason why. The fees and insane prices on a bottle of water are ridiculous. Honestly you have people come to the desert, and charge that for water, it's more expensive to stay properly hydrated if you get water at the shops on property than it is for your entire room fee (Not including the resort fee). This isn't just a "Virgin" thing, It's citywide pretty much. I used to go to Vegas multiple times a year. No longer.
- 5/5
buenas habitaciones, comodas
- 5/5
Staff was amazing! Restaurants were great! Room was super comfortable. Highly recommend if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of the strip!
- 4/5
This hotel is generally lovely because of its modern and artistic aesthetic. Overall clean. The rooms are spacious modern and fun, have hard flooring (no carpet) and the comforter is white. Its also close enough to the strip without being in the chaos. However, here are the downsides of staying here - its in an area where the surrounding is a little suspect. Inside the hotel, not all restaurants are open all day- we got in at a time where most restaurants were closed and only reopened at 5 pm so the options were very few. We ended up spending $70 for 2 people at the chinese spot, which was decent but not amazing. Then, the room appeared to be clean but upon closer inspection there were some disappointing things: a clipped toenail on the bathroom floor, the white comforter with melted chocolate stains and a small piece of broccoli smooshed into it which tells me they don't wash those comforters (EW). The patented beds which are fabric looked like they had seen some things. They need a cleaning. Tiny hairs decorated the shower. There is also no coffee maker in the room - Virgin should look into getting Bruvi's for all the chambers. The front desk agent, Ashley, was very responsive and apologetic to my complaints and rectified the situation immediately with housekeeping and by refunding a night of resort fees for which I was immensely grateful. Opal building is close to garage but corner views not great in Opal. Would I stay here again? Maybe, if they correct the cleanliness.
- 5/5
My favorite hotel in Vegas; love the rooms and the vibe. Had some technical issues with the casting feature in the TV. Overall can’t wait to visit again
- 5/5
Very, very nice.
- 5/5
Always a great experience. Staff is helpful and friendly. Love the spa. Mary the spa attendant isaamazing
- 4/5
Room for as clean. Was disappointed that the fridge shown in photos was packed with extra cost snacks. Would have been nice to have room in the fridge and access to a microwave in the lobby or eating area? I was told be a staff member that there was no access because management wanted customers to keep buying food.
- 4/5
No pool until March. The resort fees is not worth what you’re getting. The TV casting didn’t even work for us. We stay in an adjoining capable room. That was the down side. You can hear everything. Woke up at 1-2am due to loud talking. Dunkin’ Donuts is $6 for a small coffee. FYI. Loved the atmosphere, cleanliness and attention to detail. Nice entertainment. I would definitely stay again and ask for a different type of room.
- 4/5
The room was great! We bought our dog along and he was very comfortable in the hotel.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Nice rooms, great staff, and a variety of good food!
- 4/5
Room was great, staff so nice. There was no hot water, it was luke warm at best. Other than that would stay again.
- 4/5
Nice room .
- 5/5
A solid choice with a few quirks. The room was incredibly clean and the free parking is a huge bonus in this area. Just a heads up: the lobby layout is a bit of a puzzle.

They cleaned the room each day, and it was spotless. Great location for a walk to the strip, free parking, and lots of staff around to ask questions of. We would definitely stay again.

- 5/5
Room was spotless

Great hotel. Rooms are clean. Parking and valet parking is free. Casino is big enough. 24hr pizza is good.
- 1/5
We are being double charged for the resort fee which we paid while on the property
- 5/5
The view was really nicend spacious
- 3/5
it was random how some things were so great and other things were not. the room was large and the bathroom was excellent. furniture and decor were weirdly placed. housekeeping was also great. the $30 breakfast was interesting. what was the resort fee for? casino was good. the drinks were ok. elevators were consistently dirty. the casino floor had strange perfume scent. far from most things.
- 5/5
Staff is really nice, the entire hotel is super clean and the location is really convenient regardless where do yo go during the day or night.
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
There was nothing special about this place. The rooms were average.

Everything was great

Nice spacious clean room, nice amenities, good restaurants!
- 5/5
Absolutely wonderful stay! Will be back! We only live a couple hours away and this would be our go-to place when we come to Vegas for appointments and whatnot
- 5/5
Very clean. Quiet.
- 5/5
Staff was lovely!
- 5/5
Room was clean
- 3/5
First night and day had no hot water. Rooms were not very clean. First experience there and as of now I will not stay here again. The restaurants were delicious, though and the staff are friendly. But the room was less than ideal.
- 5/5
Yes the entire stay was excellent, very nice and clean hotel ... staff were very fruendly
- 5/5
Beautiful property, staff were very helpful and friendly. Great amenities.
- 3/5
No fridge or microwave in the room. Plus the adult entertainment convention was being held there :(
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Very clean and room was very nice
- 5/5
I love the hotel it was amazing! I definitely will be back.
- 5/5
Our room was comfortable and clean and the floor was very quiet. We had plenty of space for a family of three with a toddler. The employees were friendly and helpful. Our toddler loved running around outside and exploring the recreation area. The hotel is in a great location near the airport, near lots of places to eat including the Las Vegas Hofbrauhaus, and there is a CVS across the street. The breakfast buffet in the Kitchen restaurant was pretty average and the coffee wasn’t great. The cocktails at Nobu and the bar by reception were great, though. As was the pizza at the 24/7 pizza place in the resort. I was sad that the pool wasn’t open as I had enjoyed the heated pool during a previous visit but the resort is still worth the money even without pool access. This hotel is great if you’d like a relaxed stay in Las Vegas.
- 5/5
Off the beaten path a very beautiful hotel. Seem to be a little short staffed but still a great stay
- 5/5
I’ve stayed in rooms that cost five times as much per night that weren’t as nice as the Virgin Hotel. I would definitely start there again and recommend this hotel to anyone that doesn’t want to stay on the strip!
- 5/5
This is my new favorite hotel! Easy check in, not massive walk to my room, great restaurant choices & beautiful rooms.
- 5/5
Great room
- 5/5
Great Hotel! Very Clean rooms and very roomy.
- 5/5
The room was clean and front desk was helpful
- 1/5
The hidden costs due at check in. An additional $600 was due and my card declined. The hotel locked us out of our room and my husband lost his phone. We had to figure out how to get money transferred because our wedding rings and clothes weren't accessible. The hotel locked us out and didn't allow charges on my room after we paid.
- 5/5
Loved staying at the virgin this is my 3rd time in 1 year they are the best off strip!
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Loved our Ruby room ! Definitely would come back again.. Everything was clean and the room was so comforting! Thank you to the staff !
- 3/5
The room was great. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming.
- 4/5
Room was clean, bed was soft, furniture about dumped me on the floor as it squished down lol. Check in took a hot second. Overall it was ok but i didn't like that the fridge was full of stuff to buy. Since it's pressure sensitive you can move anything. No way to keep anything cold in our room. The room was nice and new but the toilet paper holder and garbage can look like they belonged in a cabin. Weird design choice
- 4/5
Nice clean updated room. Loved the lounge sofa that was included in our standard room. Lot's of outlets to charge devices. Casino needs a burst of energy. Seems dated and dark.
