Always a Tru experience! Never bad no matter what city Ive traveled.

Everything was great. Our air conditioning was really noisy. They did offer to move us and send maintenance but we were checking out the next morning so we stayed. They were very nice. He was sending maintenance the minute we checked out so it would be fixed.

The bedding was very poor-quality polyester and so staticky that it clung to our bodies when we got into bed. The room refrigerator was clunky and so loud we had to unplug it to sleep. The AC was also loud. The furniture in the room felt like the bare minimum. None of it was very nice or useful. The shower was unnecessarily complicated, and the water pressure was low. Silverware and bowls for breakfast were either not out or not totally clean.

The room was clean and comfortable, we liked the many outlets to plug devices into. The room had a roll up darkening shade and a second regular shade, we enjoyed being able to block the sun but still see outside and a completely dark room when we wanted to sleep While this was a plus, we found it more annoying. In order to use the elevator, you had to scan your room key. It's nice for the added protection, but it meant having to o meet our food delivery in lobby along with keys being finicky about working.

Lobby was little warm. Staff was very helpful, especially front desk staff. Had answers to all our questions.

The hotel does not charge resort fees. I would stay here every time because of that. They also have breakfast for free. Very clean property.

Was only there for about 5 hours after a late flight and leaving early the next morning. Close to rental car pick up which was nice so we didn’t have to travel far to get to our room. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean. If you didn’t want to stay on the strip this is a decent place to stay.

The hotel feels very comfortable, I really enjoyed the breakfast and the complimentary coffee, tea, water etc.. in addition their shampoo toiletries are great! In addition, they have free parking which it's a big plus! Unfortunately, the pancake machine was out during breakfast.

Five minute free shuttle ride from LAS airport at 1:00 AM. Easy in-person check-in at the hotel. Keycard requirement in the elevator was an appreciated security measure. We were able to adjust the room thermostat to our comfort level. Black out shades helped us get enough sleep after sunrise. Hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were good quality. Found a hair when I flipped a pillow. Another stuck to the shampoo bottle. Both dark and easily visible. Cleaning details matter. Good thing I'm not super squeamish! My partner would have liked more light for ironing a shirt.

The main issues we experienced were the poor water pressure in the shower and the noise level during the night. We were on the 6th floor and could hear yelling and doors slamming for much of the evening. After it finally quieted down, the noise started again around 6:00 a.m. with children screaming and yelling loudly enough to wake us up. Overall, the room itself was clean, but the noise and shower water pressure negatively impacted our stay.

This property is located right across the street from the rental car return; therefore, we love it's convenience. You can return your car the night before you fly out, and then walk a few blocks back to the hotel. It is also very clean and great free breakfast 😋

-Clean bed, no bugs -Clean bathroom -Good, hot shower with decent bath products (and usable size too, not tiny portions) -Good bathroom lighting and counter space for makeup & hair -Comfortable bed -Room darkening curtains -Mini fridge was available but was so loud at night that I had to unplug it- not an issue for me since I didn’t have food, but something to keep in mind -Decent breakfast with hot food -Coffee & tea in the lobby around the clock -Shuttle to the airport is available, but make sure you ask the times because I believe it only goes once an hour -Food available at the counter but it’s very expensive, so bring your own snacks -No wine or alcohol available for purchase at the counter, so bring your own if you want it Overall, this was a great and convenient location: close to the airport, Allegiant Stadium and the strip, and direct next to a bus stop.

the staff at front desk was not the nicest. the elevator needs a deep cleaning. other than that the hotel is okay, breakfast needs to be more diverse. this hotel is great if you want peace and quiet from the strip

We needed a hotel with a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was very useful for us especially since we had last minute flight changes. It was clean the staff was helpful and friendly. The provided breakfast was very delicious and we all enjoyed it.

Francisca at the Front desk was delightful and all of the staff who helped with our bags too!!!! Best hotel breakfast ever! Loved the coffee maker in the room and comfy bed. Only complaint was wish there was a proper closet but appreciated the few hangers on the pole. Loved the experience and so close to everything via vaporetto or the people mover and walking. Thank you so much!

Really enjoyed Deborah checking us in. Very friendly. We also took the free shuttle from the airport and appreciated that. Breakfast was good. The staff worked hard to keep the area clean and stocked.

Nice hotel, very near the airport, walking distance to Town Square Mall. No pool in a city where it is hot!!! Room was nice but far too cold, had to completely turn off the air conditioning. Although the room looked clean the floor was dirty,, couldn’t be bare footed. Had a nice breakfast.

I loved everything about the property in April at the front desk was very helpful.

One tip -be sure to reserve space on the airport shuttle. We were glad we did because it can fill up quickly. Highly recommend!

The hotel offers a full hot breakfast, the staff is friendly, and the facility is clean. Additionally, it is in a very convenient location, close to a public bus terminal.

After camping and sleeping on the ground for 7 nights, it was a nice welcome to sleep in a bed! The property was clean and very well maintained.

Check in was effortless. Staff was friendly. Free transport to the airport the next morning.

First room we were assigned had a noisy AC. We requested for another room then the lady said all their ACs make noise as "they work hard" (because it was hot that day). Second AC in another room still made noise but more tolerable. Not going back to this hotel again.

The room could have used some cleaning we stayed in room 518. There were no bath towels. There was no alarm clock. There was no decaf coffee for early risers you had to wait until breakfast opened at 7:00. And the toaster for the bagels and the English muffins didn't work. I asked the young man at the desk in the morning if the rooms normally had bath towels and an alarm clock and he said yes. But he didn't ask my name nor did he ask what room I was in so I doubt he reported it to housekeeping. Very disappointing.

This hotel seemed to know what we want for a short stay in Las Vegas: a water bottle filling station, coffee available at all hours in the lobby, free parking, a delicious set of hot options at the free breakfast buffet (including almond milk—you get FIVE STARS from us for that), a refrigerator in the room, and more. Conveniently located a 10-minute walk from McCarran rental car center. You have to walk to the lobby if you want tea or coffee. There is no way to heat water in the room. It’s next to the airport so it’s not a silent retreat.

They said the reservation didn’t cross, staff couldn’t find it, instead of helping me, made me get out of line and rebook it myself while then continuing the line and helping others, and charge me $30 dollars more. Bathroom had black spots in corners and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain no matter how hard I tried. The outlets to the L side of the bed where I slept by windows were not working and my phone wasn’t charged. I told them I was very disappointed in the service and hotel room. Told them I was a Hilton member. The guy (Willy I think) was polite, took notes. Said he would leave a note and I would have to wait for a response from the manager. Different Manager called me back and was trying to tell me how everything happened, I explained that is not the order in which staff approached me and handled the situation. He wasn’t there. Not even on property. Told me I was wrong. I explained the situation with the room and the sink backing up & not usable in trying to wash hands after using the restroom and brushing teeth, etc. Didn’t seem to care. I was told I wouldn’t be compensated for the room. Then said thanks for being a Hilton member. I said how disappointed I was in the property as a Hilton, they usually have standards. Just very disappointed.

Most importantly, I would stay here again. Room had a ton of outlets including USB outlets, as well as space/shelves for luggage & other items. Comfy pillows & bed. Great light in bathroom; roomy shower & vanity/shelf space; good hair dryer. (Could have used a towel rack to hang towel to dry vs using a hook behind door. Also a hand-towel rack or loop by sink vs only behind door.) Breakfast had a nice variety of tasty items. Self-serve coffee & tea available in the lobby. Kind & helpful staff. Great recommendations for restaurants, etc. in the area. Close to both the airport and rental car return.

Close to the airport , and down the street from the car rental return. We were able to return our car, walk back to the Hotel and get a Hotel shuttle to the airport the next morning. We used it at both ends of our trip to Utah Parks . Very nice facility and all the staff were very nice and helpful.

All it needs is a pool, or guest access to the partner hotel Homewood Suites right next door. It’s Vegas…..gotta have access to a pool. Other than that, everything is great!

Priced well. Good complimentary breakfast. Liked the ample counter and table space No microwave or pool. Hilton should include those at all Hilton properties in Vegas.

Airport shuttle is every hour by the hour. Less convenient when you arrive later in the evening and you have to wait.

This is our choice of stopover hotel in LV. Pickup from and to airport is reliable. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms clean making the best of the available space. Breakfast is a bonus and it is fairly quiet but near the airport and major roads / car hire centre. Overall a good choice.

Bathroom needs more attention to cleanliness & fresh grout/silicone. Bed was fairly comfortable and linens were fresh and clean as were the towels. Staff were wonderful and super helpful. Location was exactly what we wanted as it was close to the rental car center and not on the strip.

The property was convenient for us from the rental car facility. Adventurous souls with light luggage load could walk to the TRU. Staff was friendly and the shuttle was on time and driver was polite. Room was quiet. Had to eat tru ‘convienience’ store in lobby because there aren’t any places to eat, our complaint, within walking distance later in the evening. But hey, tuna salad in a box set got us through the night!! 😆

It's a good location very near from the airport. Hotel was clean and it was a convenient stop for us before heading to Page the next morning. They offer shuttle service. But our flight reaches almost midnight, and we had to wait around30 mins for the shuttle to come and pick us up. Break fast was included but it wasn't really great. Very limited variety

Fantastic "budget" hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful facilities and useful design--lots of outlets AND charging ports, nightlight in the bathroom, plenty of parking. I will be looking for this brand in the future. The breakfast was "meh". But that's such a tiny thing in comparison to the overall wonderful experience.

The staff here are pretty exceptional, including the shuttle drivers. The room was plenty functional, but the floor was not clean and there were lots of hairs between the sheets and the top blankets/coverlet. The breakfast area is laid out well with great food options and plenty of space to sit. The bed was ok.

Luckily had a shuttle at 0430, close enough to car rental return area to walk!

The hotel lobby was very nice. It had a pol table and some snacks for purchase. The parking was easy ro grt to in and out. They had a trolley for us to bring our luggage in. They offered an alternative to Uber with a taxi company they use.

Stayed there for 1 night/ less than 8hrs. Front desk staff was nice. We did not get to explore the amenities or eat breakfast there so we cannot comment on it. The room was a bit small, but the bed was very comfortable.

The king room was a tad small but clean and comfortable. They do charge an absurd amount for a pet though. It was close to the airport and the strip. I would stay again.

This is an efficient and affordable hotel near the airport. Offers airport shuttles. We got in late and left early, but the room was new, clean, and comfortable. We were exhausted and check in was quick and easy. We had everything we needed, including a basic, quick breakfast in the morning. Would stay again.

I had a decent stay overall, but the bed was a major downside. Every time I moved—even slightly—it made loud creaking and squeaking noises. It was disruptive enough to wake me up multiple times during the night, which made it hard to get proper rest.

The worst hotel , they said over the phone that shuttle comes every 10 min , ended that I wait 45 min because the shuttle serves 2 other hotels and they have to go to 2 terminals . The reception response “ I am not the bus driver “ . I reach the hotel almost midnight and then the system was down . When I reach the room, the heating system is not working. Terrible service.

The front desk lady didn’t greet us when we arrived and didn’t speak until I greeted her. Overall the room ok but the walls are paper thin. The people in the room next to ours were partying at 4 am so we decided to get ready to checked out early than planned.

There are 3 things that are absolutely essential in a hotel room - a clean bed, hot water for a shower, and a coffee maker. If this hotel provided a coffee maker, I'd give it 5 stars.

Close enough to everything. Clean rooms and public areas. Love the free parking. Breakfast is okay. Pancakes are excellent but the machine is a bit slow. Would recommend adding in home fries/hashbrowns and bacon some days! Other than that, nice/convenient place to stay!

Highly recommend this hotel- it was clean and breakfast was nice. There was a small selection of food and drink items of which we took advantage of and it was not overpriced. I also enjoyed being away from the strip. The hotel was so quiet and offered a far off but pleasant view of what I believe is Spring Mountain Ranch State Park. I get up early for a brisk morning walk and it was a nice area to do so.

The good thing was the customer service, nice ladies at the front desk. It was nice to have water and popcorn as a courtesy and coffee and tea 24hrs in the lobby. It was very comfortable to have a “mini market” in the lobby to get some late night snacks. I usually have good experiences with Hilton, but I wont stay here again.

The heater/fan in the room had a high-pitched squeal. We changed rooms, but experienced the same noise. Even the HVAC near the elevators had the same sound. Our 2nd room was a bit dirty, didn't look like the bathroom floor had been swept. Breakfast area was very small and overly crowded.

The last time I stayed here we had a problem with the AC this time the water wasn’t running. The showerhead wasn’t working. I was trying to fix it. Why not before I left I let them know and they said oh we’ll send somebody later but they never did probably won’t go back First time should’ve known second time. I was giving hope nothing.

It was impeccably clean and comfortable.The staff were efficient and friendly. But it is a bare bones hotel! No coffee maker, not even plastic tumblers for water next to your bed. The breakfast was standard continental and a bit sub par. It is in a very isolated spot so no eateries or restaurants within walking distance. 5 stars for the staff, 2 for the amenities and so I give it 3.

The staff was amazing and room was nice. The only criticism is that they need to make it very clear on their website that they charge $20 a day to leave your car parked there if you’re flying out.

Very high security here. Getting on the wifi was tricky and not intuitive. We never could figure out the tv but we quit trying after 10 minutes. I would have liked an extra blanket Nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel and it would be an excellent choice for a pre-flight stay. Compare it to budget European brands.

Didn't find the front desk staff friendly. Short answers

The AC wasn't working. Staff worked on it in the small room for 2 hrs. Even brought a replacement. Still couldn't get to work. Said would switch us rooms. Return w new keys. Never came back. Called front desk and they said there were no rooms. Was going to make us switch hotels! Terrible experience! Told them we would take 2 kings. Was told we could do that with adjoining rooms. Then told no adjoining rooms which was not true. Never was able to speak to manager

Room was great. Breakfast was a good start to our busy days. Room was in need of a little cosmetic fixes but nothing that interfered with our stay. Staff was accommodating and welcoming. Perfectly located for our visit and so convenient for the rental car return which was right down the road.

We stayed at Tru two years ago in 2023, and it felt like a new hotel. They never opened during COVID so in 2023, it felt new. When we stayed here this week, we learned that the hotel was partially renovated and was still being renovated. My husband noticed right away, but I thought why would they need to update this hotel? This hotel is very clean, modern, bright and in a safe area with complimentary parking and a light breakfast. Be sure to book your airport shuttle ahead of time because they do get busy in the morning. They run hourly or every 30 minutes before 7am and share the shuttle with their sister properties next door.

Room is very, very small. There is no coffee in the room. You have to go downstairs to get coffee. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast could be better.

They did get maintenance in quick though to fix that issue

The strip is maybe a mile away but bus transportation is nearby and a day pass is only $8. Definitely easier and cheaper than parking at the strip.

It was convenient to the airport and I mostly booked it for the shuttle service to the airport which was on time. It was the 5 am shuttle and it was full. The room was tight but it was clean, bed comfortable, so it was a quick one night stay. People at desk were nice. Left too early to eat breakfast.

Booked this hotel because we’re currently moving from NV to another state. Stayed for two nights and it was great. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, rooms are very clean and much like another review said- it does not reek of bleach and the sheets are actually soft. Came in with my pup and the staff was very helpful with him and they have relief areas in the parking lot as well. It’s basic but has all we needed and the bed was super comfortable. Another plus is we could not hear the highway, maybe a plane now and then but nothing crazy.

The hotel itself is decent, 24x7 coffee and filtered water downstairs. But if any issues arise—you’re on your own. Got a welcome text but when asked the welcome person for partial refund due to all-night loud construction right under our windows, the welcome person ghosted me. No usual “how was your stay?” at checkout. Wouldn’t stay here again unless had no other options.

The ac is super loud. It’s like a freight train in your room. The front desk staff is unhelpful in resolving any issue. Their answer was that all ac’s are same and noisy, cannot help. I am not sure why this property is rated 9. It’s not even close. This is not up to Hilton standards. The hotel, although has a modern look , it is easy to spot that it’s getting tired and dated. I would not recommend staying here. Was glad that we had booked only one night and could escape from this horrible property.

The hotel was located incredible close to car rental returns and made an early flight and car drop iff so convieny and easy. The hotel condition is fair. When I walked into the room, there were water leaking like in between the room floor right next to the bed, which was made with lumber (LVP) like material. I called the front desk right away, they sent someone with couple of towels and he said the housekeeping person mopped the floor and still had water left over. Therefore, he put couple of large white towels on top of that to dry out. The common areas like hallway, elevator and doors were discolored.
