Terrible customer service. This hotel has forgetten that not only do they sell a product but they also provide service.

Well it's Vegas !! It's always exciting no matter what you're doing or where you're located , I was right off the strip , and even though on a Wednesday , the night life never lets you down . I'd recommend staying here to anyone the staff was amazing , the front desk lady was very helpful found my reservation quick and check in was smooth ... Grounds were clean and rooms were as well

I like being able to step outside the room and your outside. Being right on the Vegas strip made it even better. For these style motels I would probably expect less. The room was clean and I slept good. The whole place seemed like it was being kept up with TLC. -

Location is nice for going to the convention center and near to other, more expensive hotels such as casinos. Good for a single person. A good, inexpensive option for a trip to Vegas. Walls were a little thin.

Right next to the Vegas fairground event area and circus circus, clean, simple motel

Location was great everything was within walking distance. Food, gas stations etc very convenient. Small stores to grab random things like energy drinks souvenirs etc are right around the corner. Staff were extremely friendly and available if I needed anything. Fast food places and nice sit down restaurants are around as well and of course many casinos are walking distance too. The shower was a bit small for me but functional so is what it is other than that no other issues.

The ceilings/floors are really thin. I heard every single step and word of the guests upstairs

The concierge at the Venetian recommended Travelsuites when we arrived a day early for our reservation. We stayed for one night and found Travelsuites to be a great place to stay. The room was clean and updated. The front desk manager was friendly, cheerful, and efficient.

The staff was courteous and very polite. Nothing in the room was dirty, just standard wear due to being an old building. It is located right across the street from Circus Circus, so it is well located and easy to get to food and games within walking distance. Cleaning staff came everyday to tidy the room and replenish amenities, which was very nice. The bed was comfortable and spotless. Overall a very cozy stay!

Both the beds were hard as a rock. While checking in they were very rude.

It was clean but with minimum amenities: no coffee maker, no fridge or microwave in room. Also so breakfast at all (prior reviews mentioned there was some). Cannot complain for the price. Not really well insulated for planes/street noise but there was not too much and hotel itself was quiet while we were there.

Very close to Las Vegas Convention Center. The room was clean and well equiped. The staff was very kind and helpful. The roofing is too thin. I could hear the neighboors above walking.

The hotel was easy to get to, and the staff were friendly and handled the third party booking issues quite well. The room and facilities were exactly as advertised, simple 1960's era with tile floors, clean and neat, beds were rather soft, but comfortable after a long drive. We had a corner room and it was very spacious. AC worked great. Water pressure in the shower was good, and the water got pretty hot very quickly. More outlets near the bed or a power strip would be nice; we were three people who needed phone chargers, and one that used a CPAP, but we could make due. Also a mini-refrigerator in the room would have been welcome, but we had a brought a cooler and the ice machine wasn't too far away.

The area and the fact that the building looks quite old, including some broken furnitures.

The room smelled of air freshener. They offer smoking rooms, but our was not. The shower was tiny and the entire place needs updating. Better yet, Tear it down.

I was really surprised on how great the room was. it was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. furniture was out dated, but it didn't ruin my experience.

We did have an issue with our door key cards not working during our stay. I guess the door lock batteries died so we had to wait about 45 minutes to get into our room. Once they fixed the batteries the key cards worked well the rest of the trip. If you want an affordable place, I'd recommend it. It's not fancy but it's priced right.

I didn't know that the place served breakfast. No one at the hotel counter told me about it.

Very friendly staff, room was clean and loved the location. Our bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked but it wasn't terrible and worked.

The location that was near the hotel of my conference The mattress and blanket were not clean and had a bad smell. It was clear that they had not been washed for a long time. There was no refrigerator in the room. The room size was suitable for one or two people, but it was a four-person room, so the space was too small for four people.

Parking was good and safe. They give you a card to place inside your car so no other cars park in the premises. Gonna stay there when I visit Vegas again.

Clean rooms, surprisingly quiet for being right off a main road. No fridge or microwave in the rooms was a disappointment, meant we had a lot of leftovers from restaurants just go to waste since nowhere to put them. Parking was plentiful and being right there north of the strip was perfect location since we saved so much on parking by just walking.

The staff were unhelpful and simply told me I could book a new room—at three times the original price I had paid. Thankfully, Travelocity was able to secure a partial refund, so I do appreciate their help. Eventually, I gave in and rebooked, as I was exhausted and on a tight schedule. The room itself was mediocre—dated and run-down. The motel seemed mostly empty, though there were a few campers and vans in the parking lot with people sleeping in them. Looking back, I regret choosing this motel. There are plenty of other options on the Strip, and I feel like I was taken advantage of.

Great location at north end of strip. Free easy parking on site. Very comfortable beds. Shower dribble and creaky floors above were only let down. Otherwise definitely recommend.

They scammed me for an extra charge, and while the place looks decent during the day, it is dangerous at night

Ive stayed in half the hotels in Vegas and this is by far the worst. Security and the manager harassed me immediately about parking because I couldn't show them a room key. (I HADDEN CHECKED IN YET). I didn't get the room I pre paid for, and they put me in the worst smoking room ever. To top it off, when I tried to respectfully talk to the morning manager about my stay, she plainly said: "I dont care, you already checked out so you can just leave........... PLUS MOLD....

Solo dormimos una noche pero estuvo tranquilo, estácionamiento gratuito y fácil acceso a los departamentos, se siente un poco inseguro ya que hay mucho homeless alrededor pero no tuvimos inconvenientes, se encuentra a un lado del circus circus, limpieza buena y buena atención del personal.
