We really like the property and have nice stay there. This is quite near to maximum tourist places. We will definitely comeback whenever we are planning to visit Vegas.

One of the best parts is the location—it’s within walking distance to Allegiant Stadium, which made getting to events super easy without dealing with traffic or parking. Overall, a convenient and comfortable spot if you’re in Vegas for a game or concert. Would stay here again.

Was visiting LV for my daughter’s Cardiology appointment. She has seen the same Dr. for 26 years after open heart surgery. Our stay was easy relaxing super comfy. The only worry we had was the appointment. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The rooms and lounge area are very clean and the hotel is very quiet. It almost feels like you aren’t just a couple blocks away from the Vegas strip. If you are looking for a quite place near the bright lights of Vegas this is it.

We exclusively booked this hotel to have a family friendly atmosphere and breakfast. The breakfast staff was more like security guards, getting at everyone after every scoop and person. I would not recommend this hotel. They did in fact disturb our breakfast multiple times at different occasions to different family members. I have never had any issues in all the 30 years I’ve traveled like I did this time. To make it worse they were a bit racist and would only greet another race. I would have tipped but I did not have the best experience and felt targeted. They even told us we could take food upstairs to our special needs brother and smaller kids. Please train staff to have hospitality manners and not be rude.

Location and the front desk was good The breakfast server - Nora on 12/6 morning was rude. I was holding a personal diaper bag with me while I was taking my plate. She came yelling at me "mam. No bag ok". I said to her the bad wasn't for me but for my baby to hold personal items. She expect me to put my bag in the public desk while I am taking my foods? What the heck is she going to safeguard my bag for me ? Another thing is she seemed very upset while serving and use the same dirty mop to wipe the desk. She ruined the whole experience of mine and disgusted me for her attitude. I never was treated with such disrespect. Will never stay again.

The staff provided great customer service. We were early for the 4:00 PM check-in time but Jennifer accommodated us and checked us in. We even got a room upgrade. The breakfast was really good. Nora was very nice and did a good job in preparing the breakfast by herself. The room was nice and clean. The property is also close to the strip and the bus station.

The hotel was great, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly. The road was a little confusing to get in and out of the hotel and the only downside was the parking. Using the app and paying separate was inconvenient as there wasn't a good internet signal in the area. Otherwise the stay was great!

EVERYTHING and EVERYONE was SUPERB! Chris, Pamela, Nora, Alejandra and the entire staff were excellent and went above and beyond! The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. It truly felt like home away from home. The complimentary breakfast was extremely delicious! We do not eat pork and Ms. Nora made turkey sausage for us right away without us even asking. Chris was very kind and professional answering all of my questions prior to our visit and even during our stay. The location of the hotel was 10 minutes away from Allegiant Stadium (Beyonce Concert) so we were able to walk to the venue. We were already excited about being in Vegas and attending the concert. This beautiful hotel and staff were the icing on the cake. Also, there were plenty of eating places within walking distance if you're looking for someplace to have lunch and dinner. It was an amazing and incredible stay and my husband and I will be staying there again! Whether you are in Vegas for business or leisure, this beautiful hotel is THE place to stay. The hotel staff was so nice! The room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. It’s not on the strip, so it’s fairly quiet. There is a shuttle to the strip as well (although Ubers are fairly inexpensive). Walking distance to a gas station and a few restaurants for quick meals. I would recommend this hotel.

i asked to cancel my reservation because of an honest mistake about the wrong location. i was helpless to get my refund and didn't check in at my reserved location. i called the towneplace and i was asked that i could cancel them but through the Hotels.com customer service who told me that i have to cancel them theough the actual hotel to get a refund. I will never use hotels.com again for not getting my refund.

The staff at the property were amazing super nice and polite. The breakfast was okay. There was a lot of construction going on right next to the hotel, I had to switch rooms because you can smell raw sewage in some of the rooms. The staff was very nice and accommodated me to a different room which smelled and looked so much better. Other than the construction I give this hotel four stars.

It was such a pleasure to stay at TownePlace by Marriott. The staff were so friendly and welcoming I loved their service from the ones in the morning to the one at night . The room was beautiful very big , clean I loved it . They accepted my request over where I wanted my room and that was the cherry on top , made my stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was very convenient, lovely to have breakfast right in the lobby and not have to go out and look for food elsewhere. Overall best stay I had , if I go back to Vegas I know exactly where I’m staying . Thank you so much for that excellent service

Though we reserved well in advance, they cancelled our reservation and moved us to some random hotel. We went along with another 4 Family. It was for an important gathering and our family alone had to move to diff Hotel to stay. So totally it messed up our plans and also my friends family plans. Space room Restrooms at the lobby with no running water, things at breakfast not replenished and the answer as no bread, no waffle. Orange juice machine out of order. No enough tables for the families.

The sign said Turkey sausage, but they added pork sausage on top of it & it all got mixed. I knew by coincidence it's pork because I asked the lady while she is putting it. They kept the sign as is throughout the buffet time. I complained to the front desk employee & explained that some people don't eat pork for religious reasons and that we should know, she said she will let someone know who can speak to the kitchen staff about it. That's it, no apology or anything. 20 minutes later, nothing changed. The sign still the same while turkey & pork are mixed together.

Check-in/out time not correct in communication from Expedia. It was an hour later than stated to check-in and hour earlier checkout. There was a lot of construction around the property which was unsightly and made it difficult at times to get into the property. The pool was dirty and not very full. Been to the area for hockey games great location but a lot of homeless people around the hotel area. Never had an issue but it could be for families. Great hotel and rooms are quiet. Breakfast is also a nice to have.

Also, our room wasn’t cleaned for the entirety of our stay. Looks like it’s only cleaned when requested by the guest. Overall this is a good hotel to stay with family. It’s mvery closely located to The Strip as well as I-15 highway and airport.

The property and room adequate. This property offers free breakfast, but unfortunately the breakfast is not available as advertised. Breakfast is allegedly available from 6:30-9:30 weekdays and 7-10am weekends. If a customer doesn’t arrive to breakfast within the first hour and a half the options are virtually nil. Truly a disappointment!!

I liked the price and size of the room. I didn’t like that the front desk attendant helped the 10 person flight crew check in before me, when I was waiting patiently in line before they even arrived.

I paid $720 for a room with pungent ramen noodle smell. The smell was so bad that I woke up in the middle of night and could not go back to sleep in the disgusting smell. Tthis is the worst night i have spent in any hotel.

Stay was awesome, quick check-in, clean room and pet friendly. Walked to Allegiant for the game and breakfast was just right the next morning.

Stay here. Great location, clean rooms, very comfortable, and well maintained. Super nice people too! Oh yeah, the breakfasts were pretty darn good too!

Great experience with check in, staff, and even the complimentary breakfast, however, the door to our room would not lock unless it was pulled and yanked a lot. It seemed like it’d shut, but wouldn’t lock on its own. (Room 413)

This is a great location away from the noise and smoke of the casino hotels. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious, breakfast (included) was satisfactory, the pool is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The downside of this location is that the food options are limited to fast food joints (Jack in the Box, In n Out, McDonald's, Wendy's). There is a small grocery store about 2 blocks away that offers sandwiches and salads that kept me fed for the 4 days I was there. The hotel does provide a complimentary shuttle to and from the Aria by reservation (after their contractual obligations to shuttle airline folks to and from the airport). I recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff Very nice and clean rooms

Excellent customer service from all the receptionist and staff. They went above and beyond to help me since airlines lost my luggage. Room was quiet, very clean, comfortable bed and I love having a kitchen for extended stays. Good breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay again if opportunity arises! Thanks for friendly service!

Also, they changed the checkout time to make it an hour earlier than what was on my booking confirmation. They told me that they just changed it, and kinda seemed put off by the fact that I needed that hour, since that was what I booked. All in all, a great place to stay off the strip with a shuttle or a small Lyft fare to get you there. I definitely would stay here again if I don't want to be in the madness of the strip.

Would’ve been a perfect stay if not for the Day1 Shuttle driver, Brian who immediately (almost made us feel it is required) told us he will very much appreciate tips. He made us feel he’s doing his job as a favor to us. On top of that, he was 35 minutes late into the night picking us up (35minutes is a big deal for diabetic seniors like us) and to make matters worst when he tried to give us excuses that insulted our intelligence. He could’ve just been straight with us, end of story. Overall, the property is perfect especially after all the road constructions around are completed. I will come back again but will try not to use the “free” shuttle when Brian is on duty.

TV was slow to load Apps. Breakfast was awesome.

I will definitely go back. The only thing I didn't like is the parking fee of $10 which is minimal but should be complimentary.

Easy checkin, close to the strip and airport, cheap Uber/Lyft. Additional charge for parking. Nice kitchen.

I never do reviews but definitely was worth my money, very clean hotel, food was excellent, close to everything I give it five stars 😊
