Quiet rooms and loved the views from the balcony. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the main MGM but being able to step out the room on to your own private balcony for fresh air and a gorgeous view makes up for it. Tower 3 has quick access to the strip too

Staff here is not very helpful as a matter of fact our first day while sleeping we have someone knocking on our door asking for us to checkout but I told them I just arrived last night and we dont checkout until Monday morning which is 2 days ahead. I called front desk and they told me its miscommunication and not even sorry or whatsoever. Another thing that's the issue is that it's impossible to get uber on this place or taxi because they blocked the whole entrance to enter the tower where we are staying at.

Located one street back off the Strip, it was an easy walk back up to the Strip and well located to be able to get to either end of the strip without major difficulty. My room was large & well appointed with a spa-bath in the bathroom. It was advertised as having a "View of the Strip". It was more of a glimpse. The balcony wasn't suitable to be used in the afternoon as it faced west.

I was charged a nights stay even though I reserved and paid through expedia. They reversed my $113 deposit and charged me $289. My receipt(which i had to request) stated a night stay. I tried for weeks to reach customer service and could never get through. Online dispute came back stating it was just a hold which wasn't true but gave no way to follow up for additional resolution. As of today have not been refunded or had the issue resolved.

Mold in the shower and our balcony door wouldn’t open. They said it would be taken care of. We left for 5 hours nobody came fix it. We had to go back downstairs and argue with the person behind the desk. Finally they got us another room. That one was fine.

I don't think we will ever stay here again. The staff was pleasant and the room was comfortable and clean, however, the amenities lacked. There is no in room dining which was a real disappointment. We love to order room service, and when we found out that they did not provide this as a service we were highly disappointed. We arrived after 6pm and the restaurant was already closed. It was very inconvenient to walk over 10 minutes to MGM just to get a bite to eat. The food was awful, very dissatisfying. We had a pull out bed for the kids and there were no blankets. They only provided us with 3 towels for a family of 4. We had to call for blankets and towels and it took forever to even get someone to answer the phone. :(

The room was fine. We upgraded our room by paying $25/day. Room was clean, but i think you will need to make requirement to clean your room. We stayed for 2 nights so it was not very necessary. I just do not really like the staff helping me check out. They were not very nice.

Worth it just for small stove top, big microwave and big mini fridge with small freezer. Monorail station and main mgm pool and spa are actually closer than if stay at main MGM. Multiple moving walkways. Free valet parking. Security and gates for safety.

Have to ask for kitchen supplies (plates, etc) but housekeeping delivered within 15 minutes of request. Only have access to signature pool 1 & 2 and the MGM Grand pool (not other MGM properties), which was fine except you have to purchase (or bring your own) inner tubes for $25+ to use the lazy river, which was not stated ahead of time and seems a ripoff. We just walked/floated along without tubes and it was fine. Convenient location to the strip attractions. Very nice, clean hotel room. Make sure you’re booking The Signature directly, and not a third party like The Jet at Signature, because the front desk and housekeeping staff can’t help you if you booked with a third party (both options are available on Hotels.com). We witnessed several people needing assistance with rooms and being told they needed to call the third party directly.

Room was fairly clean. There were spots on the sheets and No bath towels or trash bags in most of the trash cans. I got charged additional charges once I arrived in hidden fees adding up to almost $500.00. The TV only had a couple of channels and you couldn't access any apps on the TV to sign into to watch shows. There were No chairs or anything on the balcony so you could only stand to look at views. The view was amazing.

This was a really nice stay. The view from the balcony was everything! The only issue is that we knew the entire room wasn’t cleaned as there was still old food and drinks left in the fridge from someone before us. The staff was extremely helpful after they were unable to find our Expedia reservation. Overall, this was a great stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Check-in staff needs more customer service, and smiles. Kitchen doesn’t come stocked and you need to call for everything. Walk to MGM grand casino can be lengthy (approx 1-mile) if you’re in tower 3. Lighting was dimmer than usual in the room. Bathroom makeup mirror was too low and needed to bring in a kitchen chair.

The indoor air was a lot cleaner compare to other hotels with casinos. Showers and toilets were outdated. Otherwise staying at this hotel was a good choice and definitely consider coming back on next Las Vegas visit.

Overall it was okay. We took an upgrade towards the STRIP, it wasn't that special. You can see the buildings from the back, I don't think it would be worth the money. Large room with a kitchenette. But no dishes, nothing! Only after you ask did they bring plates, cups, cutlery... a different method than other places. Also the issue of cleaning the room, even though we indicated that we wanted cleaning at noon when we returned we had to call again for them to come.

Unfortunately it was a disappointment. This hotel is rated 5 starts but in reality is more like a 3 star hotel. Recommend staying somewhere else in Vegas. - Hotel is dated / old luxury / was probably nice 15-20 years ago - room had a kitchen but absolutely no utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses so you cannot actually use it. It is pointless. - Had a balcony but no seats or outside furniture so you can’t really use it. - Has a Pool area, and you pay an additional “resort fee” but this doesn’t actually include the pool area. It is a bit of a joke. - Valet parking only. No self parking. The staff were arguing in front of us, not what to expect at “5 star” hotel. - Staff are not very friendly. You are one of 1000s of people staying there and it is apparent.

The room was clean and as described. Weirdly for a suite with a kitchen, you had to request crockery. Issue with checkout - had agreement with the hotel for late. It wasn’t recorded properly and we were subsequently treated like liars. Eventually sorted out and I think, although we offered to pay the agreed $50 on the spot, the hotel decided to charge it later and it bounced. I would be more than happy to pay it if they contact me. Pool availability was poor. Pools closed often. No complimentary water in room, unlike all other hotels I stayed at this trip.

The lazy river pool at the MGM Grand facility was fantastic. It’s a little bit of a walk, but totally worth it. I must admit I was shocked at the resort fees. Expedia needs to do a much better job at making resort fees transparent I honestly would have chose a different hotel if I would’ve known about the resort fees when did resort fees become a thing? Is it only in Vegas again, Expedia please do a better job at letting us know when we’re getting involved with a hotel that has resort fees and let us know in a clear, obvious and transparent way how much they are!

Each suite has a private owner so be aware of this fact. It was reported that the hotel isn’t pet friendly but owners will bring their pets.The linen on the bed wasn’t very clean. It is my perception that there was possibly some type of pest infestation on the mattress such as bed bugs, fleas, dust mites, etc. because I experienced what appeared to be bites all over my body. I could not sleep due to this issue, therefore requested to switch rooms but was essentially dismissed by the Front Desk Staff. It wasn’t until the next day after speaking with the manager that I was permitted to move to another suite and somewhat remedied for my sleepless night and physical discomfort .The hotel is reportedly having the suite inspected but it is too little too late for me. Although the hotel is centralized to the Vegas strip and overall the staff was friendly. I would not choose to stay here in the future because of my bad experience.

We enjoyed our stay, as always. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it was adequate, and additional kitchen items were quickly delivered upon request. The only downside was weaker Wi-Fi in the bedroom, though it worked better in the main living area. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would return.

The penthouse was spacious and offered a great view of the Sphere. The TVs were a bit small for the size of the space, and the TV in bedroom did not have a signal during our stay. The pool area was well maintained, and overall the property was clean and well kept.

Very clean very comfortable Lack of employee interaction very impersonal nine+ dollar bottles of water in the room your snack bar in tower two makes you take your own order refuses to take cash only credit card then ask you for a tip !!!!!!!! and not see a human. You don’t offer decaffeinated coffee you close early. The spa is only open till 6 PM. And why would you charge more money for the spot on weekends? What are you giving except for an overcrowded spa for more money? It is an extremely horrible, impersonal experience staying with you. I use the express checkout box to leave. It was jampacked to the top with cards. Nobody obviously empty it. The app continually sent me messages to check out, but I already expressed checked out. It’s just you guys never checked the express checkout box in your lobby. The Uber pick up and drop off is nowhere near your lobby in building three.

Mixed feelings about the free valet parking, it was nice, but also a little inconvenient at times. Do not expect any assistance from the staff other than checking in and checking out. They seemed to have no knowledge or are trained to not provide any concierge type assitance. The MGM pool facility which you get to us was excellent, our son had a great time. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for people travelling with children.

the staff didnt inform us that we had to self park at 11pm when we came back from a show. we had to walk past the first tower to the next block with our groceries including a gallon of water. we should have been informed so we could have coordinated our stay better.

What stood out the most was at the end, the gentlemen helping the customer to my right fully explained to them how to find the room and how to use the elevators. The Signature at MGM Grand is an excellent property with friendly and helpful employees. The suites are spotless and comfortable. Ours had two bathrooms and a kitchen which was convenient. Quick walkways to the MGM property with close access to the Tram, pool and show area is really nice. Appreciate the plentiful coffee in the suite. Both TV's were great with nice screen size. We had a few guests come by and seating in the suite was comfortable. A quick walk to the MGM provides many food options. We used the valet for parking which is a major cost savings versus other properties. After departure we discussed what a wonderful time we had and the benefits of this location. The building was constructed in a way that we never heard any guest noise which is a big plus.

Bathroom TV from the 70s, sound broken. Unbelievably substandard little coffee machine with terrible coffee and decaf only. Simply not a 4 star hotel. I've stayed at budget hotels that were far nicer.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. The location is great, and the free valet parking is a rarity in today’s Las Vegas. Everything was a bit rough around the edges, though. In our first room, the carpet near the kitchenette was soaked due to a plumbing issue. We were quickly accommodated with a new, dry room where the sinks drained very very slowly. On our last night, the valet crew from our tower had to manage for the whole property, as the other two crews were offline. It took almost 30 minutes. Overall, it felt like upper management were trying to do more with less, which stretched public facing staff, and made so things like broken lamps and dodgy elevators possible. We had a good stay overall, but we’re likely to look elsewhere next time.

When we first checked in we had to go to the other tower even though we were directed to goto tower 3. The front desk people were very friendly and nice. When we got to our room it was uncleaned, dirty bed, trash everywhere, dirty towels…they happened to give us a room that someone previously used before with out cleaning it. So I had to walk back down to the next tower (2) over and wait at the front desk for them to assign a new room. The front desk people were very pleasant but it was just a pain having to switch rooms and tower when I had my kids with me.

Casino is a little walk through connected hallways but other than that I love this hotel. Just down the street from the Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas too if you’re into great German beer and cuisine from the heart of the original location in Munich.

The real disappointment was our last morning: loud hammering and drilling started at 8 AM from the room next door. When we called the front desk, they told us it was a privately owned unit and there was nothing they could do. For a hotel of this level, it was surprising and pretty disappointing that they couldn’t help with such a major disturbance. The room was in tower 3. It was very big and comfortable. We had a balcony with the view of part of the strip. The night view from the balcony was amazing! The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. Negative points: there was a kitchenette, but there were no plates, cutlery, pots, pans… there was nothing inside the cabinets in order to use the kitchenette. We had no water one night and no one informed us that they shut the water for some hours during the evening, so we couldn’t shower. On the second night we had no cold water in the shower. Manager was very nice and helpful when we brought these issues to their attention. But it would have been better not to have the above issues, especially as we were there only for 3 nights!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Walls in the rooms were very thin and you can hear everything from The hallway and next rooms. On the balcony it reaked of somebody smoking marijuana from another balcony. Buffet was ok..some of the food was a little too salty

Beautiful room, excellent service. Would have given excellent review but front desk staff was rude and unhelpful at checkout. I just wanted to make reservations for a future stay but she was not interested in helping. She obviously was not happy with her job.

Cons: Breakfast isn't in the tower, you have to walk to the MGM. The interior is slightly dated, but still nice. Most of the staff is nice. You have to walk to the pickup point for ubers/lyfts, but that's most hotels.

A little far from the strip. Parking was also an issue. It was free, but filled up so you had to park at MGM main parking, which was a significant walk. Large room with full kitchen was really nice to have. Will stay here again.

The suite was very impressive, it looked luxurious, was huge and spacious, and made me feel special. The two bathrooms was great, as well as having a separate bedroom as I sometimes snore it allowed us to sleep separately when needed. The look was sophisticated and fancy. It was the nicest room I have ever been in.

Check in, apparently begins for this hotel at 3 PM, meaning your room might be ready at three, but it also might not be ready until midnight. We arrived at 1:30 thinking we would just have an hour and a half to wait. That’s when we were told the check-in begins at 3 PM and we weren’t guaranteed anything. We were told we would receive a phone call when the room was ready, we did not. By 530 we went to go check and they said our room was ready and we didn’t get a text or call because we weren’t MGM rewards members. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Although it was a pleasant stay, there isn’t anything ‘grand’ about this property. I must say the room was very clean and everything was in working order. However for the price we paid, it felt dated and slightly gloomy. We stayed in tower 1 for 3 nights and spent most of the time out of our room as it didn’t feel special, or inviting. We were celebrating a special occasion and didn’t receive so much as a congratulations. The water bottles in the room are extremely overpriced and there is no in room dining. Although there is a kitchenette set up, one must call ahead to order the item/s they would like to us - which really defeats the purpose all together. The valet parking wasn’t great during busy periods, and of course tipping is expected for this service. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is not great and away from all the glitz, glamour and fun. We wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

Entrance is well maintained and staff are helpful with little or no wait at reception. Pro-active. Rooms are of excellent repair and quality - if you have vertigo then avoid the penthouses! No USB ports in rooms, reflecting the age of the building Access to the main MGM Grand is through a corridor - most food outlets close at 10pm save one that closes at midnight, but if you are later then a 24hr restaurant is available over the road at New York New York via a footbridge. Smoking is allowed in the main casino area.

Stay was great! Room was clean and had everything we needed. Fridge, microwave bathtub and roomy. We were in town for an event and just a hop skip away! Keep up the great work. Maybe time to modernize the rooms a bit. But comfort was excellent.

The Hotel was nice & staff was wonderful. The pool closed at 7 & you couldn’t use the elevator without your room key which I didn’t like. We had a quiet week but on the last day a group of guys stayed next to us and was extremely loud. Overall it was a good week but I would maybe pick another hotel next time.

The pools for this property did not have enough shade around them. Everything costs extra. To get to the MGM Grand pools is a schlep. If you want to use a floating device in the lazy river. you must buy one for $30. Of course, you can bring your own. The room price was great, but I felt gouged on everything else.

I think the staff was amazing and very helpful. However, Tower 2 in the PH is quite dated. In my room (705 on the 34th floor), the toilet barely flushed and there was an old, smoke-like odor. Upon arrival and throughout my stay, the smell of marijuana was noticeable around the property even when I was sitting on the balcony. The view was not directly of the Strip, but more of rooftops and buildings behind it. Overall, my stay was peaceful, but the constant marijuana smell was a drawback. There are lots of children as well.

You can't park on property yourself, you have to use valet which is "free" but we got forced Into tipping. Like akwardly. They have online check in which was a breeze but I couldn't add late check out or any additional services.There is no on site food, no room service, the rooms are from the 90s, the whole property is smoke free but one of the few that boast a balcony in the city. I still had resort fees? For what. The rooms had a kitchenette which was nice but no utensils pots pans etc... Ubers and food delivery cant get in and out easily. Its location wasnt great. We had a show at mgm grand, i wish i had just made it easy in myself and stayed there. I was under the impression I was booking a fancy suite with all the amenities. This property maybe is nice if your staying long term and have the money to drop on an over priced efficency.
