I would definitely stay here again. Only one issue was trying to get our request for some extra room amenities resolved. It took two days and still was missing two items. Be careful with the MINI BAR! If you move one item, you will be charged! To be fair at checkout you be asked if you in fact did consume these items. We needed a refrigerator so that was an issue. We had to remove items out of the mini bar frig which caused chargers to our room for items we did not consume. I had to explain to the front desk the reason we move items in the mini bar was due to a promised refrigerator that took two days to get. Overall, a wonderful experience. Nice Job MGM! Looking forward to staying here again.

The reserve side was wonderful. The overall property was very nice and it just had a really nice exclusive feel and vibe. Las Vegas has changed a lot, but NBM Park has managed to bring a little bit of that Boutique feeling and vibe to their establishment. The wife and I had gotten a debit for the day at the pool and it was perfect. There wasn’t any trashy people and it felt very classy. The staff was great and very accommodating and helpful.

I enjoyed the opportunity to see Mary J Blige at your hotel/venue. That was the purpose of my stay. I must say that housekeeping did a great job cleaning daily. Thanks for the courtesy waters in the room as well. I did not notice but if you stay in the reserve section, there should be postings that there is a different check in area. I waited in the regular line to be escorted to the Reserve check in. I am also thankful for the birthday credit that was offered. Overall it was a good stay and I would return.

Formerly the Nomad hotel, the Reserve preserved the sleek, sexy atmosphere successfully. Friendly staff, extremely comfortable beds, beautiful bar, and a great on-site gym and pool. My only issue was that the hotel seemed understaffed as it took 25 minutes to get through to the bell desk and request assistance with a luggage cart. Otherwise, had a fantastic stay- thanks!

The room was beautiful and clean. It felt like a quiet oasis in Vegas. When we turned down cleaning service at 9:30 in the morning, they didn't return when we hung the sign on the door a couple of hours later. Wouldn't usually matter but we were hoping to have coffee supplies refreshed.

Spent a wonderful weekend at the Reserve. My room on the 29th floor was a welcome respite from the chaos of Las Vegas. well appointed, quiet and very comfortable. We agreed to just stick w/ this new room set up as we did not want to have to pack up in the middle of our stay to change rooms. However, when we were out for a day trip we received a call from the hotel that they made another mistake with the bookings and we could not stay in the current room they upgraded us to. We were offered a nominal food credit for all of the inconvenience. By this time, we had already eaten our last dinner in the hotel and paid with a credit card, so we decided to use the credit for breakfast. In the morning, the restaurant was unable to seat us. They suggested room service, but after waiting 3 HOURS for our order, it was time to check out. So we cancelled the order and tried to purchase packaged food from the gift shop. We weren’t allowed to use the credit for that either! So left starving and very unhappy. RIP Nomad

One of the few properties I stumbled upon on this trip where not everything reeked of cigarettes -- there is a no smoking policy in their casinos. An Eataly branch is located on the east end, next to a Lady Gaga museum. There's also charming, tasteful art throughout the hotel. Great pool for NoMad guests only on the 4th floor. A spacious/clean gym. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. We wanted to store our water in the cold and was given an extra fridge within an hour, wow! The only minor complaint that seemed to echo around the floor were people requesting more toiletry bottles everyday instead of the bathrooms being stocked for stays longer than a couple of days. Would definitely stay here again for future trips.

The only minor complaint that seemed to echo around the floor were people requesting more toiletry bottles everyday instead of the bathrooms being stocked for stays longer than a couple of days. Would definitely stay here again for future trips.

The hotel is quite nice - especially if you don't want to walk thru a casino on the way to your room. But the real stand out is the staff. Tatiana at the front desk is excellent. She solved a small problem for us- something she absolutely didn't have to do. Also - the doorman/bellman whose name I did not get - was excellent as well. He helped us re-route our Uber and stood with us in the heat until they came. The service at NoMad is really a differentiator. I will book there again if I need to be in LV again.

I can only give this hotel an average rating. I rely heavily on reviews when choosing where to stay, so I want to be transparent. Our room was very run down and was much smaller than expected. Housekeeping never showed up, and after being on hold for service for a long time, we finally gave up. Every time we went downstairs, there was only one person working at the front desk, leading to long lines and little chance to get help. The gym also needs some attention, it's very small and overcrowded with equipment. This is a pet hotel, if you're allergic and/or don't want to hear dogs barking in the room next to you, skip this. On the upside, the location is great, the staff were all incredibly kind in our few interactions, and the pool area was really nice. We got a great rate, which helped, but with so many unique hotels in Vegas, I don't think we'd choose this one again

NoMad is a medium sized hotel centrally located at the foot of the Las Vegas Strip. It is big and subtle design styles throughout. Connected to the larger MGM Park resort and has good dining options all around. The room was a spacious suite, although oddly, the toilet was at the room entrance and separate from the en-suite bathroom. Service was good and overall I would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks!

I absolutely love this hotel and try to stay here every time I am in Vegas. The rooms are amazing, it’s a quiet oasis on the strip attached to the Park MGM. I always travel here with my dog and they are so dog friendly! Just remember no matter what the front desk says, baggage valet will take about 20 minutes to arrive prior to check out. I was told there was no wait and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I had to go downstairs to request it. If you are in a rush, don’t wait until the last minute. Just a slight annoyance but I give the NoMad A +++++++++ regardless.

I thought I was getting a quiet, elegant, hotel but I guess that was on me. Room service was expensive but that is probably to be expected. The food choices are limited and boring for room service. Burgers, fried chicken fingers, fried other stuff. The macarons were delicious. You get a box of coffee and/or a box of tea. It is mostly like glorifies take out. I realize that it cuts way down on costs to have everything served in to-go paper and plastic containers. Our breakfast took over 2 hours to arrive which made us cancel our other activity as we had a wedding to go to later on. There was a literal line at least 30 people long get on elevator with some abusive and loud and drunk people cutting in line, after we returned from the wedding. The staff is lovely, when you can find them. I didn't realize when I booked the place that it was all gambling downstairs and that the Nomad sits atop the MGM hotel. At least the upstairs was non smoking. The cleanliness of the upstairs place was great. The bathrooms are well appointed and the water pressure is great.

The room was large, comfortable, and charming, with exquisite details from hardwood floors, a sitting area, beautiful area rugs, electric curtains and drapes, a Nespresso machine, and little details like plush towels, robes, and slippers. The finishings - from furniture to bathroom faucets - are high-end. The view was good, given its height (32nd floor) and location. One odd thing is the shower. One might expect a room of this stature to have a full-on soaker tub. The shower was very disappointing: although large and beautifully tiled, the shower head was mounted on an adjustable pole, too low for a 6' tall person and constantly sliding down, so my chest was well-rinsed! It was just an average shower head in a genuinely exceptional bathroom suite. Expected more. The lobby is a little confusing because it is connected to MGM Park property, but once you figure it out, you realize you have the boutique feel of the Nomad and the far-reaching resources of MGM Park. I wasn't wild about the ultra-dark motif on the lobby level, but the details are all high-end. The digital room key was glitchy. We went out for a late dinner, and here is where the connection with MGM Park paid off—all the eateries in the Casino were open late and accommodating.

Upon checking into our room there was a constant buzzing noise and when we notified the front desk they said it was probably the wind and there’s nothing they can do - rather than offering to switch rooms they just sent someone up from maintenance who upon acknowledging the disturbance just offered us a voucher for $25. I arrived in the evening so when I went to order room service around 21:30 never having stayed at a luxury hotel which doesn’t serve until at least 23:00 if not all night, I was told the kitchen closed at 21:00 a fact which would have been useful to be advised of at check in because I subsequently was left to starve since The Nomad Bar was also closer the first day. Subsequently, The Nomad Pool closed both days we were here - something completely unexpected for Las Vegas - forcing us to hang out at the Park MGM which was not our taste. Had we been made aware of all these restrictions at the time of booking we would have definitely chosen another hotel.

Honestly, I'd prefer to keep this gem of a hotel a secret, but ours was too good a stay not to sing the Nomad's praises. From check-in to check out, the staff were positively professional sans the stuffiness of other L.V. properties. The husband and I kept our visit low maintenance, so no housekeeping or room service of which to speak. What I loved most was the hotel-within-a-hotel vibe. The Nomad is magically nestled within the Park MGM. The vibe is dark and cosy, which if you're like me and the sensory experience of the Las Vegas Strip can overwhelm, the Nomad is a calm and quiet respite. The rooms are modest, reminding me of an East Coast boutique hotel. The best part are the wood floors, because really, do you think these megas hotels frequently steam their wall-to-wall carpeting? The only let-downs was in the bathroom. The mirror was too far back, making tweezing and makeup applications challenging (I ended up using the closet mirror); and the toilet paper....in a word-- chaffing. I kid you not. I'm truth, I will bring my own roll next time. Really, I liked the Nomad that much!

NEGATIVES: Housekeeping staff is rude, which felt off-putting. Robes were dirty. There were gigantic bugs in the bathroom and living room area on separate days. Small stains on the walls in bathroom areas (ew). Trash in bathroom area found upon checking into room. Speaking of checking-in… the check-in area is very disorganized and chaotic. They do offer you miniature water bottles though? Self-parking is charged at $18/night as a hotel guest, which feels ridiculous. Casino floor is good. Restaurants on site are great (Best Friend, Eataly, etc). Location on the Strip is wonderful. Not sure you can call it a luxury experience, and I’m not sure I’d stay here again. If I did, it’d mostly be for the restaurants on site and location on the Strip, not because of the hotel room/amenities/service.

The whole ambience of the NoMad is classy, calm and relaxed, a world apart from the rest of the Park MGM which is bright, noisy and very bustly. In my opinion this gives the best of both worlds as you have a calm oasis to retreat to but still gain the advantages of the large resort. The NoMad has it's own check-in area and lifts which was very wlecome as the Park MGM lobby was chaos. Rooms are large and well appointed with plenty of amenities and the staff were really friendly and helpful. This will definitely be our hotel of choice when we return.

nice and quiet, non-smoking great restaurant and bar options on site with convenient access to many other options nearby. Easy access to tram that runs to Bellagio. Very handy to have room key, check in and out on MGM app on phone.

Loved the location and the staff. It was dark in the lobby and hallways, but otherwise very nice

An amazing stay, the room was much more modern and newer than the ones we had stayed at on the strip and clean too. The room had a coffee machine which was a nice touch and the staff were extremely helpful. I definitely would stay again. We watched shows at the MGM so it was also not a far walk from where we were.

The nomad hotel is connected to the park MGM it is one of my preferred properties when I go to Las Vegas since it is smoke free. Getting to, and from other areas on the strip is easy with their designated pick up area at the back of the hotel.

Check in was a disaster. We arrived around 2:45 and were told our room should be ready shortly. Over an hour later - still no room. We were continuously told that they couldn’t give us an estimated time because “if they’re wrong then they’d be in trouble”. We watched another patron complain incessantly, which was followed by getting upgraded for free to a room that was available.

Loved this hotel-my favorite in Vegas so far! Small, easy in and out, cozy, classic, elegant, artistic-and a coffee maker. Literally sang, “I think I’m gonna like it here,” when I walked in.

At the time of our visit, this hotel and casino was a non smoking property and was very present to be at and sleep in
