Nice hotel. Pleanty of parking and electric vehicle charging stations. Location was great, we were in town for a show at the Sphere and it was an easy indoor walk to the venue. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean room.

my room was dirty the bathroom was covered in gross grey pubes and there was urine stains on the toilet. I've stayed here multiple times and I never would again, save your money go to a different property.

We had a good stay only complaint is I’ve never stayed in a room where I couldn’t use the refrigerator. They have it stuffed with things you can buy and if you move anything around you get charged for it. Found that out the hard way.

The Palazzo is beautiful, and very luxurious! We loved our room with the view of the sphere. Room service took a very long time and my daughter was asleep by the time her dinner arrived. I’d also recommend self parking, it’s much faster than valet! There were some clothes in one of the drawers in our room, which makes me question how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned. I was a bit surprised by the lack of updated outlets for usbc chargers for phones and tablets. Aside from all of that, we enjoyed our stay, and would probably stay again in the future.

Our favorite restaurant is the Grand Lux Cafe and there are 2 of them, the smaller one is open 24/7 and the bigger one until 2am. This is our second time at the Palazzo and highly recommend it and will choose it again next time.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Venetian. Upon checking in, my room in the Palazzo was not ready by check-in time. The very nice desk staff offered me several options (for an upcharge, of course) or the same suite in the Venetian at no cost. I chose the Venetian suite, and my friend and I had a wonderful stay. The room was upgraded with a mini fridge and had a newer facelift than the suite at the Palazzo (per staff), so it ended up being a win! The location is one of the best (imo) on the strip with everything so close, including the sphere! Overall have no complaints from my stay! :)

Beautiful room - very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly- the pools were nice but all were in direct sun. The whole plaza had tons of shops and wonderful restaurants without even leaving the grounds!

There were no amenities other than the shower soap & shampoo. There is a beautiful tub, but no bath amenities; a refrigerator, but no where to even put water or a bottle of wine; no coffee maker, etc. A beautiful, very clean room, but I’d rather stay somewhere cheaper so I can at least have coffee in the morning without waiting and paying an outrages price for room service.

Check in was a breeze and our lovely check in agent helped us out with a higher floor and some comps. Room is beautiful and spacious, although bathroom amenities are not what they once were. Nice having robes in the room and the soaker tub is nice as well. The pool is great and the adult only pools are nice to use. Pool service was not great. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

My view from the room was amazing.

The check in process was not good, I asked for an upgraded room for my family, the clerk went into the back room and left us waiting for a very long time. He gave me an upgraded room option…I agreed to the price, he reserves it for me, then disappears in the back again. Eventually he comes back and lets me know that the room was pulled by one of their VIP’s. Super unbelievable. They really don’t deserve the 3 stars that I gave them. The staff directing self parking was a joke too.

Classic property in great condition. Well located and one of the best pools on the strip. Love the pool cause you can find a location in the shade or sun about anytime of day which isn't the case at a lot of pools. Good shopping and places to eat. I've stayed at a dozen hotels in Vegas and this is among the best.

Our room was very spacious, nice big bathroom. Our bed not so much! It was old, hard and you could feel indents of where the body’s sleep. I have had better beds at a 3 Star hotel. So we didn’t get good rest.

We had a room with a Sphere view and it was beautiful. I chose the Palazzo because we were going to the Wizard of Oz and a show at Voltaire, but I would definitel stay here again, even if I'm not going to a show! The only complaint I had was that our room wasn't ready until 4:30 (check in time was 3) and we needed to get changed for dinner. Aside from that inconvenience, the customer service is excellent, all around!

My wife and I had an amazing time staying here. The guest service staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable gave us quite a few recommendations of things to do and best times to get out amd about. We tried a few of the different restaurants in the food court and inside the grand canal shop area. The pool options were huge but I suggest if you want a place to sit you get to the pool early and claim your spot.

I would for sure stay here again.

It’s been a few years since I stayed at the palazzo. It’s similar to what I remember, but it is certainly looking more run down than I remember. The rooms aren’t as opulent as previous - they have aged. The carpets need to be replaced. But the restaurants are still good and the dealers are friendly. I’d go back, but it’s definitely not the grandiose adventurer used to be.

The only downside was the mattress was too firm.

Pools were great

Only things I disliked was the tiny ice bucket, way too small. Useless. And all the pillows are really thick. I am a thin pillow person but even my wife said all the pillows are too thick. Should mix in a couple thinner pillows.

The room and facilities were fine, but shortly after checkout we were accused of smoking in the room and faced a potential $1,000 smoking charge. We disputed the claim because no one smoked in the room, and the charge was eventually removed. The situation was stressful and unnecessary.

The Palazzo is a beautiful resort with exceptional staff, amazing location and amenities of all types. It can’t be beat. We enjoyed our Sphere view suite tremendously!!!

The highlight of my trip was being able to access The Sphere within the hotel to attend a concert.

We had a late check in and discovered bloodstains from the pillow and sheets. Took several calls for housekeeping to come and clean the room as we waited for over an hour. I expected better for a 5 star hotel. They refused to move us to another room. We did get compensated on resort fees and $75 for food within the Venetian own restaurants but then had another incident getting applied as they were requesting a code so management fail to provide excellent customer service

Everything about the hotel was excellent, except that there was no coffee machine or kettle in the room. We loved the pool and appreciated coming back to a clean room everyday. The luxury two queen suite was the perfect size for our group of four women.

This resort is huge!!! Be prepared for A LOT of walking to get to just about anything. Dining options on site are mostly high end with the exception of a handful of restaurants quite a distance from Palazzo. Casino, of course, smells of smoke. Also, as is the case with most resorts, any sort of soft drink or non-alcoholic beverage will cost you in the $7 to $10 range. Nice resort, just not easy to navigate and waaaaay too expensive on incidentals.

Beautiful room, very spacious and grand, huge bathroom, automatic shades!! Just luxurious. But would have loved a coffee machine in the room. I know this is luxury and they want us to go and drink coffee in their stores but for many people a cup of coffee on awakening is a habit and putting a keurig or even a simple coffee machine in every room would have made much more satisfied customers! Overall though, fantastic room and amenities!

The room was amazing with a spectacular view as well as welcoming and peaceful. All amenities were clean and well designed. Everyone from front desk and concierge to wait staff were wonderful and attentive.

The suite was amazing. Especially for the price. Thank you Expedia!! Did have a small issue with the light in the restroom going out. Called the front desk, maintenance was there in less than 15 minutes and fixed the issue right away.

If you are looking for an amazing place to stay look no further. The Venetian is awesome! So much to see and places to shop and eat. The casinos were great and fun! The location was nice with parking in the self parking garages. $20 a day with in and out privileges was great! Can’t wait to stay there again!

If I had a complaint it would only be that the temperature in the hallways of the room floors is very cold. Water pressure in the showers could be bit better. But these are small things compared to all the positives!

The staff at check-in on were not friendly . The service they offered was not at the standard I have come to expect from a hotel. Our room had hairs in the bathtub and sat and coloured confetti in the corners . The light switch on my bedside table lamp did not work . All in all a very disappointing experience and would not go back

A hotel I can always trust and rely on for a stay. With its friendly staff and prompt service, it offers a truly rejuvenating experience.

All aspects of our stay were excellent, starting with the check in process and ending with the check out kiosk. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and spotless.

There was a restroom leak and noisy. But the staff were quick to help. And the resort fee for one night was removed.

The room is amazing! It is huge and the bed is comfortable! The view awesome!The room looks clean, I would like to give it a 5/5 however we found a used cotton buds at the carpet near the corner of the bed. There were no toothbrush and toothpaste too. Overall stay was great!

One of our favorite properties on the strip. It’s in a great location, and the rooms are always incredibly clean and comfortable. Very beautiful resort with endless restaurant options and a one of a kind mall for shopping. Also, direct and easy access to the sphere.

Staff was great. But the price is not worth what you get in return. The rooms barely have anything. And it’s all about getting money out of you and not providing any actual service or value for your money.

This is a great property if you want to relax and not go far, there is a lot to do in walking distance. The room was very nice, was told it was newly renovated. It was not the room I booked, I was told I was upgraded and the resort fees removed on check in, it was at the end of a busy hall and there was a lot of noise at night, people not realizing maybe that there was a guest room there talking very loudly. When I checked out I commented on it and they (again) removed the resort fees, which means they were actually never removed the first time. Over all my stay was nice although maybe not as relaxing as I would have liked. The restaurants and location was very good.

Best stay with my girl. I loved it. Favourite part about the stay - had all the food restaurants inside the hotel and they were so good. Specifically Grand luxe cafe and Sushi Samba

Resort was nice and the room was beautiful, staff was great! But check to see if there are other activities or meetings going on before you go. There was a large event going on and while we were there the pool was closed most afternoons, many of the bars and restaurants were booked for private events. They give you "coupons" to use when you arrive but we were unable to use ours since the establishments were not open to the public for most of our stay. Also, check your bill closely, we were overcharged on the honor bar. It was only $20 so on check out day I did not want to go through the hassle of fighting it (and I have should have checked it closer at time of checkout!). Just check your bill closely before finalizing.

Very comfortable stay. Love the large size suites. Lots of great places to eat on the property. Don't even ever need to leave the premises. I love that it is connected to the Venetian as one large resort and has a direct walkway to the Sphere. We've stayed here twice to watch shows at the Sphere. Had trouble finding an ice machine on our floor even though housekeeping staff tried to direct us. It wasnt anywhere near or accessible to our room.

Another big plus was the variety of sit-down restaurant options between Palazzo and Venetian that are actually reasonably priced for Vegas. We really enjoyed places like Buddy V’s, Yardbird, and Grand Lux Café — great food without the ultra high-end Strip prices. Overall, Palazzo felt comfortable, polished, and easy to enjoy for both the rooms and dining options.

The Palazzo at the Venetian was a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful and friendly, and there were lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We were going to the Sphere, so the location was perfect. I just wish they didn't allow smoking in the casino. You have to walk through it to get anywhere. Also, I wish there were coffee makers in the room. But other than that it was an amazing stay!

This was amazing. We checked Jesus L. and he was helpful and so kind. We were treated as if we were VIP’s (and we are not). My son has just turned 21 and we stopped in Vegas on a road trip. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Vegas. Highly recommend.

The suites are spacious, staff are warm, friendly and helpful, and there are several food and beverage options. The pool area is heated with several pools and two hot tubs. I really enjoyed my stay!!

The rooms are dated and severely overpriced for what you get. We paid about $800/night for a basic room so that we could be close to the Sphere for a concert, and our room had no refrigerator (other than the one stocked with overpriced drinks -- the lady that checked us in said that if we even touched something in that fridge we would be charged). The bathroom was sad, with an old shower, and a lack of linens. The pool was okay though.

Unfortunately, the room I paid for didn't have that view, namely the sphere. To see it, I had to stand in the left corner of the window. I think this is abnormal. When I complained, the hotel told me that I should have booked through them directly and then I would have had a better room. But since I booked through a third party, I got what I got. I have all the photos and screenshots of our conversation, if you are interested, I can provide them.

The Palazzo is our favorite and best place to stay in Vegas.

I don’t understand why there is no coffee in the room. It’s actually a big deal to many of us.

Prestige Club had good and bad, It was certainly a nice relaxing place, and free cocktails nice. Hot appetizers were bad. Cold ones werent good either.. Just eye candy. Breakfast was passable, but only thing pretty good were the granola yogurt cups and fruit cups. Eggs no taste, hash browns were like rubbery pancakes, no taste, sausages were bland. Bacon was extra salty WOW, cant win here. All average. So cant justify extra $75 per person per day. Spa was sooo spread out, had to walk miles in 'catacombs' which is not what I was hoping for. LONG LONG barren corridors detracted from spa experience.

The rooms are immaculate and are like mini penthouses. Everything was comfortable from the beds to the sofas. The rooms were the best sound proof I have ever stayed in. The entire accommodation is safe, with staff relatively engaging and incredibly clean. Would definitely come back. Unfortunately the indoor phones did not work in the rooms (despite paying the resort fee to have them) and the mini fridge in the room makes a rather loud sound when sleeping.

Be aware that even though check in is advertised at 3pm, Palazzo says that they can withhold your room until 6pm. In our case we got there at 5pm and were told the type of room we reserved would not be ready for another couple of hours, rather than wait we decided to downgrade to get an immediate room. We were not offered any type of compensation until I complained later. They waived one day of resort fees. This place is not what it use to be. The staff were kind but its just their policy so I feel like this is another desparate grab from this hotel. Would not recommend.

The Palazzo was clean and well appointed as expected with no shortage of dining possibilities. Forget about leftovers as there is no refrigerator other than the pay for nonsense and no microwave. The poolside Capri Cafe was nice relaxed outdoor dining with average at best breakfast items overpriced poorly prepared before considering the price to quality aspect. The crowds on the concourses were crowdedly clueless and obnoxious at times with no clue where they were walking or anyone in their midst in their path. My biggest gripe is the concierge help on information on how to park or where to unload in my oversized vehicle upon arrival. My rig is only a 23' long truck camper and 11.5" high, obviously too high for any parking garage and nowhere near being a large RV. You'd think i was the first traveler in an oversize vehicle to stay at the Palazzo/Venetian. I called weeks in advance knowing that and when I could finally get through to a human on 2 calls they were arrogantly of no help or advisement and said I would have to call Harrah's for which they won't give you the time of day unless you are booked there. Basically the concierges did not concierge and indicated I was on my own. I had to do my own research and a little AI to find the reasonably 1 mile away LINQ Promenade outdoor Parking Lot at 100 Albert Ave for $20 a day. That,s all they had to tell me. I wasn't advised me where to unload after 3 times round the block and was not welcomed to do so after I figured it out.

This is the property to be at on the strip. Luxurious without feeling pretentious. Lots to do and see. I really want to to stay at all the strip hotels but this is the second time I've not been able to bring myself to do that. Excellent location and what makes me lean Palazzo over Venetian is I don't have to navigate a maze of elevators to get to my very spacious room.

Absolutely fantastic

My only suggestion is that the 'smoke free' walkways in the casino do not work. If someone is sat on an aisle machine/game, then the walkway is no longer smoke free. I do think that there should be smoke free areas of the casino to allow for all guests to enjoy. As a non-smoker, it is extremely unpleasant when a smoker appears next to you and you then have to move to avoid.

The room was dirty. Hair in the bathtub, buttons on the floor. I was given a handicap room ( closet was short for wheelchair ) manager lied and said all closets were the same, when my friend’s was normal. Service was minimal and everything took forever! Not sure I’ll be returning anytime.

When we arrived, the minibar in the room was not working. Everything in it was warm. The water bottle was already open and half full. Our reservation included a welcome drink, but they didn't send it to the room. The staff at Prestige Club who processed our check-in said they would send it tomorrow, but they never did. They fixed the minibar the other day. They never refilled the water bottles. We asked to have it refilled, but it was never refilled. But the worst hasn't come yet. They charged everything in the minibar to our card.

Clean room, pool and poolside service was great. Amenities like the spa and gym were amazing. Staff was very helpful and even though the property has been around for a few years, it’s still very well maintained and looks new. Very convenient location!

If staff was pleasant, we were unhappy finding out about $55 plus tax for a fee, which gave us no benefits. This was after paying everything out front prior to the visit. maybe that’s the fault of Hotels.com. The room did not really come with any extra amenities as one might expect from a five star hotel, such as bottled water, coffee maker, extra towels. The only offer was $20 to use in the casino if I opened an account for $20 to use at a bar in the casino, but not at the restaurant. The premises are beautiful and perhaps a bit overwhelming. We had an excellent dinner at one of the restaurants.

It was the clean room and convenience of everything for me. And my woman was happy with it, that’s all that really matters.

When we checked into the hotel, there was two agents one was helping me and the other agent was restocking water. Then another guest walked up, and the guy that was restocking water helped them. The employee who was helping us had to check with Manager to see if our room is ready, even though it was 9 PM. Meanwhile, the other employee was offering his guest an hour late checkout gave them to gift cards for two glasses of free champagne each and then gave them options for their room. After we checked into our room the next morning, we woke up to take a shower and discovered that the shampoo and body wash containers in our shower were all empty and used and left in the shower, which made us feel like a shower was not cleaned. We left that morning to go to our trade show and when we returned that evening to shower for dinner once again, the containers were still in our shower empty so now the person who cleaned our room twice failed doing their job! Also the room seems like a disconnect from how the actual casino in lobby looks the suite looks tired!

The room was clean, except when we pulled out the sofa bed, the bed sheets were not that clean, so we did not use it. For amenities, a complimentary toothpaste would be nice. Also bottled water. The front desk did not explain well where the elevators were going to our suites so we ended going around and around looking for it. No clear signs either.

We were surprised by the staff, especially at check-in/checkout; they were not friendly, more mechanical & not listening to my concern about a booking error upon check in. The bartenders, waiters at restaurants were terrific, helpful friendly & professional. Housekeeping was very impressive, friendly, always saying hello to you as they pass you in the hall, making eye contact & always and helpful.

We had to wait over 4 hours to get a room. It was very frustrating and set the whole vibe for the trip. It was not worth the money at all. I will not be staying there again.

All of the staff were amazing and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint was the lack of power outlets on both sides of the bed. I did the Christmas Suite Experience from the Venetian floral shop where they set up your room with decorations while you are out. It was a total surprise for my wife and we both loved it.

The Palazzo at The Venetian is gorgeous and a lot of fun. The slot machines are great, the service is super friendly — staff came by often offering drinks — and there are plenty of restaurants with a great selection, tasty food, beautiful atmosphere, and fast service. Since we already pay a resort fee, it would be nice to have at least a bottle of water and a coffee maker in the room, and parking should really be free for hotel guests. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

We paid more for the Prestige Club at the Palazzo. It was very disappointing to find out in our second evening (they offer Hors d'oeuvres from 5pm to 7pm) that it was 6pm when we arrived and they didn’t have desert. I can understand if it is 20min before closing but 1 hour before closing I don’t find this justified… We decided to go to the Venetian and they had plenty of desert. I won’t stay here at the Palazzo because the way they treat us and not even apologized for it. The customer service at the Venetian Prestige Club is way better even though they are the same but the manager and workers at the Palazzo are inferior in customer care.

Checkin was significantly delayed until 7p but offered first night resort fee waived.

Due to the nature of my visit I was staying in a two queen suite for two nights and then switching to a king premium suite for two nights. I went to the front desk to ask if I could have a 1 hour late checkout to cut down the time between the two rooms. Manuel, at the front desk, was amazing and allowed me a 2-hour late checkout rearranged some room configurations so that my next room would be cleaned soon and I would be able to transfer to the new room on the same floor. Everyone from the security guards, hostesses, wait staff, to housekeeping have been so friendly and so accommodating. You may pay a bit more to stay at the Palazzo, but it is worth every single penny!

The room was lovely. The bed was comfortable. The room darkening drapes and quiet made it easy to sleep. The room was clean. The shower was hot. I would have appreciated a coffee maker and a fridge to keep a purchased drink cold.

I arrived at 10pm and my room was not available. My correct room was ready 2 days after. The 39 floor aisle one day was flooded and next days with noisy fans to dry the carpet. The hotel mentioned Expedia has low priority vs regular clients.

I refused unless an upgrade was provided. Due to a dinner reservation, I was forced to store luggage for six people and asked the staff to resolve the issue. I also immediately contacted **Expedia**, who confirmed they had reached out to hotel management and would hold our rooms. When we returned around **11:00 PM**, we were again faced with a **30+ minute check-in line**. After waiting again, I asked to speak with the duty manager. The manager on duty, **Daphen**, was dismissive and claimed she knew nothing about the issue. Despite both rooms being booked together, we were assigned rooms **911 and 838**, at opposite ends, with no consideration for guest experience. This hotel showed **no accountability, poor management, and a lack of integrity**, prioritizing over-selling over honoring reservations. I strongly advise travelers to be cautious and prepared to
