Reviews
The D Hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating its prime location on Fremont Street and friendly staff, but expressing dissatisfaction with noise levels, cleanliness, and room amenities. Some guests also report issues with room availability and hidden fees.
- Great location on Fremont Street
- Friendly and helpful staff
- High noise levels, especially from Fremont Street music
- Cleanliness and maintenance issues in rooms

The staff was very accommodating from beginning to end. The stay started off a little bumpy with the first room being on eastern side of the tower. While it was great to see the sunrise in the morning the weather during the time we visited, a poor decision. For context temps were north of 108 degrees every day we were there and room stayed fairly warm day and night. The temperature in the room was so uncomfortable, I had continually requested that the air conditioning be serviced or looked at on four separate occasions. Eventually, on the fourth attempt, the changed my room location and the AC worked perfectly. Aside for this the hotel was perfectly located on the strip close enough to the fun, but far enough not hear it. The hidden gem of this stay is the access to stadium swim. Room was clean, food options on site, and The D and Circa have by far the cleanest restrooms on Fremont.

Air conditioner didnt work well at all. Which made the trip super uncomfortable. The slots are looser than other casinos.
- 1/5
Liked staff at check in. Disappointed in that personal items were stolen from the room while left with privacy sign on door knob. Filed a security report and LVMPD report. Todate, no items were found nor returned and no updates from security regarding their investigation.

The hotel is not fancy but very comfortable and clean for a vacation in Las Vegas. I had a vehicle and the parking garage isn’t difficult to get in and out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again and will recommend to anyone who’s not looking for a upscale hotel.

The room was okay..It was very dark..The light bulbs were very low or LED. The staff were wonderful, especially the front desk..They were so very friendly and helpful..There were n ot enough restaurants and none with l ate hours..The hotel is just okay..

This hotel was awesome! First time visitor of the D and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, elevators were always clean and functional, lots of choices for gambling. My minor only gripe is I wish the hotel had more food “barsie” food options and not just sit down joints. Also, need more ATM to redeem casino vouchers. I found myself walking around a lot looking for one. Back to the food. Freemont is literally a 2 minute walk to the door and you’ll see a ton of options. Anyway, I highly recommend this property!

I got to hotel, parking was awful. It was so bad that I didn't stay! No signs to help people. Basically fo4cing people to do valet. I will never even attempt to stay here. No mention of $40 parking a day until after I booked. $40 parking fee when I couldn't even park. I had to call because I was checking in later. Person acted like my room wouldn't be available. You charged me well before my stay. I was told it would be 72 hours prior. I wont ever go here or use booking.com. WASTE of money & had to drive home tired.

The staff were great, and the coffee shop was excellent!! Very good place, would recommend staying there! One criticism, the pool was dirty. Maybe if they had someone clean it daily, that would take care of that problem.

We enjoyed the stay. If it is your first time, be aware that the hotel is next to a main stage, so you will hear the Fremont music as if you were part of the concert. I would recommend staying in the rooms on the back side of the hotel if you're looking for a quiet stay. We didn't mind the noise. The staff was great, and any issues that came up, they took care of them fast and did not give us any hassle. For example, we wanted to utilize the stadium pool at the sister hotel, and I did not know I needed to have everyone's name on the reservation (2 rooms, they check ID), which was my fault. I was given the customer service number, made the call, no wait, and the lady on the phone added the names and had us on our way in less than five minutes. Great affordable room in a great location. We will be back.

Where do I start? One of the rooms' doors did not lock. 2 days our rooms didn't get cleaned. No fridge, and I specifically looked to see if the room had one. Traveling with an infant we need fresh milk. Day shift staff when asked for towels, my niece got yelled because she waited for the towels, and the lady at the desk yelled at her about taking the towels up to the room. Towels did not arrive till an hour later. We were really surprised how things went because 3 of us work for our tribal casino and we do do not treat people like this.

The D never disappoints. In my opinion you get the most for the buck. And by far they have the most convenient parking.

I would not recommend hotels.com at all to book a hotel. We ran into a major issue the day of our stay. The hotel we were staying at could not find our reservation and we almost were left without a place to stay. I was very disappointed by the front desk personnel at the D Hotel in Las Vegas. Upon checking in the gentleman that attended us was rude and treated us like we were undeserving of our stay. Then upon leaving we needed a shuttle back to the airport to which we were told by the concierge that it was not recommended because it was to early in the morning. We were guest at the hotel and were refused complementary drinks because we had just moved from one slot machine to another and the waitress said we were not playing so no drinks. The pictures of the rooms on the app were not a good representation of what we actually got.

After staying at multiple properties in Las Vegas, The D was a refreshing experience. While the rooms are older, they were clean, comfortable, and, most importantly, free of the lingering smoke smell that’s so common in many Vegas hotels. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the staff immediately made us feel welcome. Every employee we interacted with throughout our stay was friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant. The property itself was noticeably clean and well-maintained, which really stood out compared to other downtown casinos. Overall, The D delivered exactly what you want in a Vegas stay: an easy check-in, clean accommodations, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again. N/A

I liked the convenience of being close to downtown We did not get the room we reserved. The first night my sister and I were given 1 bed and a pull out couch. We were told our room was an upgrade, but it was a standard room and the location was awful. We got no sleep because our room was located over a stage in downtown - the music might as well have been in our hotel room - that’s how loud it was. I had to complain and they gave me the 2 queen beds the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay. The manager was rude and argumentative when all we were asking for was for what we had originally reserved with our booking reservation. The queen room we got for the rest of our trip was also a very bad location where we heard everything downtown until around 5am every night. We really did not rest and this impacted my birthday trip unfortunately because we were so tired. I will never stay here again!

Stayed at The D for the first time because they were offering the Canadian dollar at par. Enjoyed our stay and there was lots offered in the hotel. Oddly enough there was no safe in the room or a fridge, which was odd. Other than that, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Some loud noises as the walls were quite thin from other rooms up late partying.

We would have scored higher if not for being charged $12.00 two separate times for two cups of coffee made with one single purchase. We tried to remediate this immediately by going down to the coffee shop and showing them that the charges had shown up twice on our credit card. They refused to remedy the double charge on our card. We paid $24 for 2 cups of coffee!! BE AWARE!!

The hotel is missing some qualities. Like a fridge and microwave would be nice. We kept the AC at the lowest cold setting, and it was still extremely hot. The staff varied from nice to semi aggressive. I almost think one of the girls that helped me last was tweaking on coke. She was rude for no reason. I wouldn't come back to this hotel.

BRING EAR PLUGS! I misjudged the property location on Freemont - essentially, it sounded like there was a BASE Speaker sitting on the outside of my hotel wall. The music from Freemont was so loud, all night. Check-in was easy. Valet & Parking are included, and the Valet employees were really great. I just made a poor decision trying to save the company some $$ by booking cheap - lesson learned. Unless you plan to be highly inebriated to the point that the ringing in your ears supersedes the outside noise level - I would NOT recommend. Also - took the house keeping to about 3:00 to service my room, which was kind of a bummer because I was in and out getting ready for work events and was in conflict with their service time. Also - the sink in the bathroom was clogged and Engineering came right before I was going to get in the shower. They didn't call with a heads up - so it frightened me to get a solid knock on my door mid-day. He was fast and efficient, but as a solo female I'm not a fan of having a surprise visit like that. Buyer beware... unless, of course your inebriated beyond shock or despair. Ha!

This was our first time staying at the D Las Vegas and we'd likely book again. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the complimentary access to Stadium Swim was an added bonus! The room was basic but was quiet and served its purpose. There was a minor plumbing issue that was fixed almost immediately when we called the front desk. We've stayed on Fremont several other times and couldn't sleep well due to the outside noise - this was not the case here! It was in a great location, had great table games and slots, and easy access to Fremont Street.

- 4/5
Unfortunately no pool on site yes there is a sister site but it's not practical maybe just not for me. wish I would have known there was a rave at the other corner but I guess I didn't research enough.

Nice updated facility. Reasonably priced. Vallet very nice, fast, and friendly. Front desk and concierge very nice. Housekeeping too along time to bring up towels and toothpaste
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Close to Fremont. Having access to the stadium pool at Circa was super cool! Room was very clean and staff was amazing!
- 4/5
The elevators kept shaking scary and the breakfast area where we went to eat breakfast on the second floor couple people that was kind of rude and that was it and I didn't win any money either need more bathroom had a hard time finding them the cash out machine was down alot

I liked the room window view…the beds were very comfortable and accommodating! The cleaning staff were very nice and accommodating! Liked the passes to use the Circa pool area…which was really nice! There was a situation with the staff entering room unannounced with a knock concerning a report of our TV needing service. Hotel granted $30 credit for drinks at bar. We got cokes, ice and water…Stay was given. grade B. Would stay there again…
- 1/5
Terrible experience! When you book a specific room( nothing even extravagant -2 queen non smoking) and they can’t provide either to you that is absolutely ridiculous! Will never stay here again! Terrible customer service! Rooms are disgusting!
- 5/5
The D is always the place we stay. Good enviroment, great staff.
- 5/5
I’m really glad that we were able to visit The Circa hotel to go swimming. Their pool was AMAZING!! We thought there was a swimming pool on the roof or somewhere upstairs but we found out it was only one pool in the hotel. Which it didn’t work out for us.
- 5/5
Everything was great here. Clean room and casino. Very nice and helpful staff. My second stay here and enjoyed it both times. Definitely recommend.
- 4/5
I liked the placement of the hotel. I liked that it's right on fremont where you can enjoy the street scene or get food and listen to good music.
- 5/5
Clean room dan nice room
- 2/5
Booking through a third party booking like Expedia does not guarantee you a booking. That’s not something that is told to you when you book. We were left without a room and could only get one if we paid extra to “upgrade”. Upgrade was a room with one bed and a pull out couch. Un-acceptable.

Very clean. The staff was very friendly. I don’t have anything to say bad

Nice place. Rooms clean. No problems.

Everyone was extremely helpful, check in was so fast. The room, vibes and bar were amazing
- 5/5
Comfortable and very friendly staff.
- 1.5/5
The hotel was very close to Fremont st. The room was a bit outdated and the layout was awkward. It lacked cleanliness, our closet smelled like body odor, some towels were dirty and there were tylenol pills under the sofa. The outside music was very loud and made it very hard to sleep and rest. The pool area was very disappointing as well.
- 5/5
Bed was comfortable and the place was located in a perfect spot for us
- 5/5
Bed was comfortable and the place was located in a perfect spot for us
- 4/5
No fridge in room
- 3/5
Property itself was ok. It was great to be able to use the circa pool, but it was a hassle trying to check in. Mydelf and others in my party, our hotel rooms were not ready, there seemed to be a lack of communication between different departments. The from desk didn't really have an explanation for any of it, and seemed annoyed when I was asking questions about it.
- 4/5
The property is simple compared to the other big resorts on the strip. The rooms are simple but very clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Due to the location of some of the rooms, the noise from the street can be very loud. The hotel is reasonably priced and if looking for something that is right on Fremont street this is a great hotel. The D is a partner with Circa hotel so you are able to use the pool facilities at Circa, which is great on hot days. Overall it is a good option for someone looking for a place reasonably priced and comfortable.
- 4/5
On Fremont street It was good, not much to dislike
- 3/5
Our room was near the elevators which was good for getting around without having to walk a mile, which was great. The noise from elevator traffic wasn't bad, but it was right above the Main stage so noise was pretty loud until midnight, then got less and less until about 3am when quiet would reign. I expected this, so it was not horrible, but just be aware that if you want a view of Freemont, it comes with a price. THE POOL AREA.....I understand that there is an agreement with Circa which includes use of the Stadium Swim (AWESOME), but that is no reason to have a freezing pool with only 4 chairs.....yes, I said 4 chairs! It was a beautiful week and the weather was wonderful, but in order to sit outside and enjoy it, I had to walk several blocks when there was a perfectly decent pool within several hundred feet. While there was a hot tub, it was in sore need of a scrubbing because it was green and gross, although it was warm so.... The pool was like a polar plunge....so relaxing...NOT!
- 3.5/5
Parking is great, staff pleasant, rooms clean and roomy. Good value....no sleep The rooms need soundproof glass.windows. The very loud music does not stop until 3:00 am. No sleep til 3:30 am each night.
- 5/5
Great hotel casino for the price
- 4/5
Hotel is very adequate but it’s missing the mark in a few areas. 1 They should have a coffee pot in the room, my husband likes to have a cup while in the room. 2 There should be a refrigerator in every room 3 The safe is is a weird spot and you need to bend over to get in it. 4 The pool at the property is something to be desired, the pool at the Circa is very nice but it’s a block away and it’s like Fort Knox to get in the pool area! I can see an ID check, but you almost go through a strip search to get in! 5 The loud music at night is unbelievable until 3:00 in the morning! Yes they provide ear plugs but if you’re a light sleeper go elsewhere!
- 5/5
Great location that is walking distance to everything on Fremont Street. The room and bathroom were clean, the shower had good water pressure, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. This wasn't a bad thing for me, but be warned it's on Fremont Street so the outside is loud until 2 AM or so.
- 4.5/5
Location Even on the quiet side still could hear the music until late night hours
- 5/5
I loved the location, the beds were comfy, we had access to Circas pool(which was amazing) and we were able to check in early! The casino also wasn’t very smoky like others I have stayed at. The only thing I didn’t like was that the coffee shop was very short staffed and so it took awhile to get coffee and there was always a long line. Their iced coffee was good though!
- 5/5
It was on the Fremont Street experience, so downtown and local spots were closed. It was super clean and easily accessible You can hear everything that is going on outside your hotel room. We were at the 16th floor and we were able to hear clearly the music
- 3/5
I enjoyed the location of The D. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. The casino was a bit too smoky for me and the cocktail waitresses were somewhat absent.
- 3/5
The shower in the morning was Luke warm, bummer, TV channels cut out, free internet was horribly slow. Coffee from Zingermans was great!
- 5/5
From the ease of checking in to the helpful staff navigating around the property everything about this property is top-notch; and you cannot get closer to Fremont Street. Plus, you have access to the best swimming in Vegas. If you’re hungry American Coney’s has you covered: the best gyro and brownie in Las Vegas hands down!
- 2/5
We stayed for 4 days and everything went ok until the morning I went to leave I noticed that the cleaning staff had stolen my YSL cologne. These things are hard to prove so I didn't report it but I will not stay there again for that reason.
- 1/5
Among a lot of other issues with this hotel...I found a giant dirty toe nail clipping stuck to my bed sheets.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel
- 5/5
We loved our stay at The D! The staff is always so kind.
- 5/5
Coffee pot in rooms is needed
- 5/5
They only cleaned our room when the sign wasn't on the door, which was nice. Room was clean and the AC worked well. Only downside was that our room was right above the stage where bands played until 2-3am so we had to fall asleep to loud music (but drinking helped with that lol).
- 5/5
Love them! They have a bar inside and outside and full casino. Everything you need in Vegas at ya door step. It is 21 and up after a certain time.
- 5/5
There was no breakfast menu
- 1/5
Came to my room. It was a smoking room with one king bed. Not what I reserved. For me and my 3 friends. Then after being in the room for an hour I realize there is dog poop on the ground with a decent amount of pee next to it. Also left my bag unattended for 15 minutes downstairs and someone went through my bag and stole an item. I will probably never stay at the D again. Only stayed for the sister property Circa.
- 4/5
Just make sure to ask for a room with refrigerator.. been a long while that I haven't had on of those in my room
- 5/5
Good hotel
- 4/5
This was my first time staying at the D on Fremont Street. The hotel was clean the room was nice. Had no issues. Our room was on the Fremont side so as expected was little noisy at night. Really enjoyed it being on Fremont Street mad it really convenient, food right out the door, liquor just a building or two down. Over all we really enjoyed our stay at The D.
- 4/5
The room was very clean. The Hotel is very well run. It is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. Right outside the elevators is the snack area and it’s very convenient.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location
- 2/5
Was upgraded to “VIP” when we arrived. Apparently VIP means they sell out of your pre-paid room type and expect you to pay to “upgrade” to another room. Not my fault they overbooked their property, and there was no way in hell I was paying for their mistake. I spoke to a manager who “upgraded” us for free. The upgrade was to a room with ONE bed (mind you I booked a double queen room) with a rollaway. The rollaway was a plastic covered piece of hard foam - not suitable for a fly to sleep on. I did get some free champagne though..it sucked, but alcohol is alcohol lol
- 5/5
Best experience ever
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Great clean place, great location, easy to get in and out
- 5/5
Check in was easy, however, the room they gave us initially had a slight smell in the AC unit didn’t get cold. They sent someone to fix it, and it still never worked properly. They did a great job though at moving us to another room. Everything was clean, didn’t smell old, the AC worked, and the process was simple. This is my second time at this hotel, and would do it again repeatedly. The bartenders at the long bar inside are always amazing, the waitresses bringing drinks throughout the casino are very friendly and attentive. If you’re an ice chewer, the bar on the outside if you show your room key will give you the best cubed ice.
- 1/5
Ridiculously loud all night! No amenities in the room. No place to sit, small tv, no fridge. Awful. We checked out after the first night
- 5/5
Casino was livley
- 2/5

The hotel’s location makes it very hard to sleep at night. You can hear everything on Fremont street and surrounding areas all hours of the night. Maybe sound proof windows???

- 5/5
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay..
- 1/5
Did not have a room all out there told us they were upgrading our room. They did not upgrade our room. We were two females that ended up having to share that even though we booked a double queen room they had a concert going on and our upgraded room was directly over the concert for two nights in a row with fireworks walls shaking etc
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
Room was not ready at check in time.
- 2/5
Plumbing issues bad!! Had to move rooms for the sane thing wrong in the new room
- 4/5
I stay at the "D" often and its an affordable fun hotel to stay at located on Fremont street in Las Vegas. There's plenty to do within walking distance and is a sister property to the Circa. Circa has one of the best pools/Etc, in Las Vegas!

It was an ok stay had a little problem but staff fixed it immediately.

- 5/5
Staff is really great, super nice- everyone!
- 4/5
Had some weird things going ok in our room. Super Natural!!! Smoke detector went offsnd alarm clock kept making radio noises at night.
- 3/5
My suggestion would be Supply earplugs in the rooms that are right next to Fremont Street.
- 5/5
Great location. Very accommodating!
- 1/5
No parking for large vehicles had to park somewhere else and paid $85 for two and a half days. Will not be returning to the D felt very unwelcome from the beginning.
- 5/5
Awesome place
- 3/5
Didn't really offer breakfast
- 3/5
Elevators were a nightmare this last week.
- 3/5
Bacon nation food was sub par. Seemed like they didn’t pay the employees enough so quality was garbage. Cant blame them. Im sorry for there toilets. Rooms were great but maybe not say this place is family friendly lol. Music was so loud it shook our room on Saturday night. Great staff- they knew before I said anything at the desk at 1 am that we all needed earplugs. We all know this isnt a family friendly place. Our fault for bringing a 10 yr old to a hotel on fremont st I guess. Pool was freezing. Hot tub jets shot out cold water. If I didn’t have a kid and didnt want to eat this place is amazing.
- 1/5
Another issue was the smoking policy. Even if you choose a non-smoking room, it doesn’t seem to matter—the smell of smoke carries throughout, which made the stay uncomfortable. The check-in process was also stressful. The staff was not very helpful and seemed to make things more difficult rather than easier. Additionally, the rooms do not include basic amenities like a mini fridge or microwave, which is inconvenient—especially for families. Overall, this is not a family-friendly hotel. It may be more suitable for single travelers or couples without children, but for us, the experience was disappointing. We ended up leaving a day early and were unable to enjoy our trip to Las Vegas
- 1/5
I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night I will never use yall
- 5/5
The hotel is perfectly located in the Fremont area and I will choose to stay there again and from check in to waitresses and dealers to bartenders were all professional and will recommend it to family and friends

- 1/5
We were told when we checked in that they could provide earplugs but that was the best they could do. There was vibrating and loud music/announcements until at least 3 am.
- 3/5
I was able to hear the music all night
- 5/5
Clean rooms ,staff are great. Great location for all atractions. Ill stay again.
- 5/5

1st- They charge you a resort fee and tell you parking is included when I’m very sure a high percentage of people do not drive here and therefore do not need parking. There are no other amenities to be used on location that would qualify as a resort in taking an extra $36-$40 per night for what? 2nd— They tell you they do wellness checks. if you do not answer the door, even though you have a do not disturb sign on your door they will enter the room. I was asleep in my underwear when security comes knocking on my door and because I didn’t answer right away was ready to enter my room and told me that. I had my do not disturb sign up for two days. So if it was a true wellness check, you could’ve called the room first or called my cell phone, which you have on record to verify that I answer. So that’s BS, and I’m not sure why you’re going into peoples rooms during their stay. I don’t like people meddling in my items. I wasn’t aware of the entry into my hotel room until one night I came in and I noticed some of my things had been moved so that indicated to me they went through my items. 3rd- you are required to pay a security deposit of $50 per night of your stay instead of just one flat security deposit. So when I get to my room, all the lamp shades are broken. This is my first time staying at this hotel, I travel to Vegas about five times a year and stay for a week

- 5/5
Loved everything!! Def will be back!!!
- 5/5
Everything was clean and staff very friendly.
- 4/5
The room was great , it was what I requested. staff was great and courteous. I was somewhat skeptical on why they held me out on getting a room earlier unless I paid 20 dollars up front. Didn't appreciate that when I'm a returning customer serval times.
- 3/5
Rooms are decent. Too loud due to the ongoing concert till 2/3am. Unbearable noise and hard to sleep. Do not get room facing the Fremont Street experience.
- 1/5
All of the above, have been to Las Vegas several times and this is the worst hotel experience ever. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 5/5
Room was good for price. I left something in the room after checkout and security was able to recover it for me.
- 4/5
Great location. Amenities in the rooms were lacking but a nice stay nonetheless
- 3/5
The room was ok I wouldnt stay there again though. Guest make sure to check your room prior to getting comfortable. There could be extra little bugs staying as well.

- 4/5
Nice hotel but our room was on the corner above the main stage. It was loud music until 3am.
- 4/5
Check in was easy. The hotel staff were all very nice. We had mentioned prior to check in that we were celebrating a birthday and they left a card in the room for us. We liked the messages prior to check in welcoming us and providing hotel information. The room was clean but a little outdated. Very small tv. We enjoyed the hot tub. Andiamo’s was EXCELLENT! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
- 5/5
Amazing evey time good vibes
- 4/5
Great room, great value for price, noisy room if you are on the street side. Which is ok if that is what you are there for!!
- 5/5
Clean and the view from corner king was great
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 4/5
Staff was great. When we arrived we had a late check in, we were to have a non smoking room. Unfortunately one was not available, the smoking room we had was not up to date, the water from the shower head would not stop leaking. We were advised that we would be moved the next day to a non smoking room, which was true thankfully! The non smoking room was much nicer and quieter.
- 4/5
But no microwave no fridge. No coffee pot My electrical outlet didn’t work but they didn’t send someone to fix that.

We received 5 star service the ENTIRE stay. I can’t say good enough things about the staff here. Well done!!! Don’t let the pricing per night scare you away. While it’s super inexpensive, the rooms were clean, and service is spot on. We’ll be back!

- 3/5
Room was nice but our neighbors in the next room were extremely loud all early morning and when we called security they went to speak with them but it persisted. Other than that the stay was fine
- 3/5
Service at check in was not great. Beds not comfortable. View was parking structures. Only 2 towels and not bath size.
- 5/5
Everything was great as always.
- 3/5
The room wasn't clean right the head board had fingerprints.
- 5/5
Room was perfect, clean! Staff were attentive and happy!
- 5/5
Our room was perfect, bed made perfectly, fresh towels, and the staff were so helpful and kind. Even gave us some free drink tickets for my man’s 50th birthday. Loved the location and the bar Canada staff were so much fun!
- 1/5
Gave me a non-smoking room, front desk assistant manager was very rude and dismissive, as was the front desk agent. I have lung issues and asked for an alternate room. The rooms also was not ready at check in time and I had to wait an hour and half longer to get a room.
- 5/5
Great service! So nice to experience customer service and hospitality! Thank you! And what a great value...we became members and will be back!
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful!
- 3/5
I was a bit disappointed with my stay. I was not able to get my room until after 4 PM, which was inconvenient and caused a delay in my plans. The room lighting was also insufficient, making the space feel dim and uncomfortable, especially in the evening. Additionally, I noticed some hair left on the bathroom sink upon arrival, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping standards and room readiness for future guests.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room! We have stayed here multiple times and will stay again in the future!
- 5/5
Staff was excellent. Very nice
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 3/5
Nice room but very loud from the street performers and we were on the 34th floor
- 4/5
Nice room, friendly staff. Music from downstairs is a bit loud at night and rattles windows.
- 5/5
Good price good location
- 4/5
Close to entertainment, check in was excellent, clean rooms
- 1/5
Our room had bed bugs! Hotel was not willing to clean our clothes for us before we left to avoid transferring the bed bugs. First manager I spoke with was not helpful and just kept telling me I wasnt trained to say it was a bed bug. Investigation was done and guess what..IT WAS A BED BUG! Had to spend $100 at laundry mat to clean our family of 6 clothing. My daughter was bit by the bugs on her leg. Ruined our whole vacation.
- 5/5
Yay
- 1/5
By far, the worst hotel experience ever didn't have a hotel room ready for me. Didn't know when they would have a hotel room ready for me. So they downgraded me and then they put me in a corner room. 1023, which is right up above a stupid stage. The music plays till 3:30 in the morning. I checked out the following day. Never again.
- 5/5
Just a great spot!!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Everything was perfect.
- 5/5
Had a great time
- 3/5
Just too loud… room right above stage… loud music till 2:00 am gets old fast
- 4/5
Housekeeping was not consistent
- 3/5
It smelt like smoke on our non smoking floor. someone was smoking near by every morning.
- 4/5
Clean room, good housekeeping.
- 4/5
Was great just wish I had a mini fridge in my room
- 5/5
the bathroom was amazing and new shower area. Room was very nice too! Def stay with D again!
- 5/5
The facilities were clean, housekeeping did an outstanding job each day freshening up the room. Community spaces were always picked up, trashes emptied, bathroom areas clean and nice.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. Room was very clean. Loved it was right at freemont and plenty to do. Only thing i wish they had a fridge.
- 3/5
The fact that I was almost turned away because I have a cash app card that is verified and secured put a damper on things especially since I've traveled over 4 hours. There was no iron in the room at first. Minimal towels were given and TV was not working. I felt like so much went wrong and there is no breakfast there. There are other hotels that will give you all you want for the same price
- 5/5
Good experience

Our room didnt have a fridge it cost extra to have one put in our room, no microwave, they dont offer conditioner, the music was way to loud so we couldn't sleep, they charged us extra fees when we arrived to the hotel, they dont offer breakfast which we did know but we could have pickd a nicer hotel that had an indoor pool and hot breakfast with the extra we paid for the fees (that we didnt know about and neither did our friends)

Not the cleanest. Lack of food options. Loud as hell. A/C heat didn't work well. I did enjoy the casino floor and variety of games though.
- 5/5
We were given a wheelchair room with a king bed and spacious shower right off the elevator.

We didn't have breakfast, i was unhappy my husband as well i was hoping to get a good rest but wasn't able too due to loud music and the people next door to us were loud until 7am i understand it was a holiday!! So we will not stay at the D anymore!

We had a great view of Fremont Street and the overlook of the city and mountain views.

Ok 👍. Not bad .
- 4/5
Le falta un poco de limpieza sobre todo en el baño
- 3/5
The rooms are average at best. There are no safes, refrigerators, or any amenities, despite the resort fee. Housekeeping didn’t even clean the room each day so garbage was overflowing. The location is good but the hotel is lackluster.
- 5/5
Room was clean but a little dated. Bedding was too firm for me but good.
- 5/5
My favorite place to stay in downtown.
- 5/5
Yes perfect

The room was okay. The loud noise from Fremont street was unbearable. Can’t sleep or relax
- 5/5
Decent stay. Ac was broke they was quick to come fix it replaced the whole unit. Great after that was pretty quiet too on 21st floor
- 5/5
Clean room, right on the Fremont Street experience, efficient staff, free parking, great value considering free admission for 2 each day to Stadium Swim is included (otherwise tickets are $25 each).

Great hotel and location!
- 4/5
My room was clean with the exception to the bathroom sink. It didn’t drain properly which caused backup/grime left behind. Overall, wonderful stay
