Reviews
The hotel generally receives positive reviews for its cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff. Guests appreciate the spacious rooms, free parking, and variety of amenities. However, some guests express dissatisfaction with the smell of cigarettes in common areas and the lack of certain amenities in the rooms.
- Spacious and clean rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Smell of cigarettes in common areas
- Lack of certain amenities in rooms (e.g., coffee maker, microwave)

Also technical support was excellent. Thank you very much.
- 4/5
Its was good but under construction in some parts. Pool sauna could have been cleaned better( found few bees). Overall good for 1 night stay.
- 4/5
Interaction with the maid service was wonderful and accommodating. The double sink in the bathroom was great. However, while they have a very nice toilet, it is very low to the ground. The shower pressure was amazing and the water controls were very easy to get it to the exact temperature. Valet was a good feature. All the restaurants are really good food, and for the most part reasonably priced. The issues which are very minor was there. There’s no pen in paper in the your room to take notes or write things down when you’re getting directions and what have you also, there’s no coffee maker in your room so you’re required if you want coffee to buy it either in one of the restaurants or scan the code to place an order on your phone straight to their Starbucks store so we skipped coffee, but it’s a good feature to have a coffee pot in there so we can have coffee as soon as we wake up without having to get dressed to go downstairs to get it Overall I say it was a wonderful place and very accommodating even their self parking is close by if you don’t use valet and it wasn’t super smoky smelling.
- 3/5
The property was great. The room was so out of date. It still had yellow fixtures in the bathrooms. That was very disappointing.
- 4/5
We chose the Suncoast mostly for its location near our daughter's home. It is very spacious, and offers many of the same amenities you'll find at hotels on the strip. In terms of cleanliness and maintenance, I gave it 3 stars because it is showing its age in some ways, but they are doing renovations right now which should perk the place up. I didn't care for the cigarette/cigar smell permeating the main floor (smoking is allowed pretty much everywhere in Vegas), but the rooms are non-smoking and didn't smell. We would have liked to be able to access the pool for longer - currently it's only open until 8 pm. Other pros: self parking was included and there were plenty of spaces in the parking lot, a Starbucks in the lobby as well as a good variety of other restaurants, check in and out were very easy, and our room had beautiful views of the golf course, ponds, and mountains. Overall, I recommend the Suncoast!
- 5/5
Very nice property outside of the crazy strip. Love this place.
- 4/5
Second stay at Suncoast. They are currently under going a renovation to the casino and soon to be the rooms. They say it should all be done by the end of the year. So you may see some construction. Everyone was super nice and helpful however. Good location and has everything you need.
- 5/5
Ate at cafe twice. Food was decent. Portions were large. Servers were good. Ate at steakhouse one dinner. Service was good. The food did not compete with other local steakhouses in this price range.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff helpful and great location.
- 2/5
The cafe front person seemed more interested in managing logistics despite two customers standing in line to order. I walked away and made other plans for that meal. Hopefully these upgrades bring the revenue needed to remodel the bathroom bathrooms, because the yellow 1970s-like toilet and tub are hard to look at, even though they’re clean. I would urge Suncoast to do better and adjust their pricing while this construction is happening. I won’t be back unless the prices are are more commiserate to the experience.
- 5/5
Clean room. good selection of restaurant. Casino was good. staff is professional and courteous.
- 2/5
The TVs in the room were so small you couldn’t see the program that you were trying to watch the bathroom towels are so hard. They feel like car towels, sheets, bed, linen, hard and old need fabrics softener, shower tub old, tub drain fails to drain, no Kleenex no shower body-wash nor hair / conditioner , pillows so fla they should be thrown away
- 5/5
Nice but all the construction was noticeable
- 5/5
There was a lot of remolding going on but other than that nice off the strip hotel with good views.
- 3/5
It is better for guests who stay longer time in a hotel if you can provide A kettle, slippers, cotton swabs, a tissue box for the bedroom, and simple ceramic cups, plates, spoons, and cutlery.
- 5/5
My mom liked it.
- 5/5
Remodeling. Hard to get to the rooms.
- 5/5
Resort was clean and great place to stay. Plus very reasonable,
- 5/5
Excellent place to relax. Good food and pool also was great.
- 3/5
It was just okay, for how much it cost to be off the strip, I would have hoped for a bit more. We've stayed at other off-strip hotels in the vicinity at the same price point that had more/better offerings.
- 4/5
This is a very nice place to stay, they are currently doing some renovations so there's that, but they are doing it in a way as to keep disruptions to a minimum.
- 5/5
I was very surprised by how clean it was, the restaurants options the friendly staff; wasn’t too excited about smoking on the main casino room but overall was a good experience
- 5/5
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They have a huge parking lot next door which is very convenient.
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
Under major construction
- 4/5
Beautiful place, bathroom outdated, cleaned, staff friendly, good food places
- 5/5
This was my second time staying at Suncoast. Room was great; great view of the golf course and mountains. Bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade, but it was clean and the room was spacious and quite comfortable. The choice of restaurants was good. The taste of Asia needs some work. The staff was efficient, but almost intrusive. Once the upgrade is complete, I suspect I’ll have to reserve way in advance next time. All in all, enjoyed our stay and will stay again.
- 3.5/5
The room could have been cleaner. There was dust inside the cabinet
- 5/5
duh
- 2/5
Dated decor Wouldnt stay ther again
- 5/5
N/A
- 3.5/5
Terrible pillows and the bed was not very comfortable
- 5/5
This hotel is under serious re-construction. The hotel is near the back of the property, but it took quite a while (with full bags) to wander around to find where to get to the elevator. It would have been nice if they would have signs pointing to where to go! You can tell they are taking great strides in all of the construction, but it might help to invest in signs.
- 5/5
We were pleasantly surprised at how large and nice the room was. We had a lovely view of the golf course and the mountains. We had a blast bowling and the cafe had a wonderful staff and great food! We will be back!
- 4/5
The down side is construction is ongoing and disruptive when trying to get to elevator banks, and unfortunately the smoking which can’t be avoided at this facility.
- 5/5
Dupar’s pancakes, location across Tivoli Village, parking, Angel Park GC.
- 5/5
Everything you need at a reasonable price.
- 5/5
Nice size room overlooking pool. Good breakfast with friendly servers. Went bowling in facility. Long distance to parking garage because of construction. Only complaint is smell due to smoking in casino.
- 5/5
The view of the golf course from the large window in our room was spectacular! The room was clean and comfortable. There were several restaurant choices. The property is undergoing some renovations, it will be even nicer when complete. The staff was great at check in, the restaurant staff and management were all very friendly. Parking was easy. Very nice place to stay. Did not feel overwhelming like some of the huge resorts in Vegas. We will be back.
- 5/5
Rooms great and location convenient but under construction 🏗
- 4/5
Same is the shower. You are standing in the bath tub full of water and can’t rinse down the soap. It’s all getting stack in the ankle deep bath tub. Needs to be addressed ASAP
- 5/5
Great stay. Small pool. Quite setting. Beautiful Mountain Views.
- 5/5
There’s a lot of renovation and construction in the casino
- 5/5
.
- 1/5
It’s a motel.
- 4/5
Room was spacious and clean. Typical for a casino, it was quite noisy. We only stayed as a stop-over to another city.
- 3/5
Vending machines didn’t work! Construction was annoying Why are there not any bag carts available except with valet and tipping? Didn’t like that we couldn’t have housekeeping upon request. I really appreciated the staff- Good kind and friendly-
- 5/5
Very nice alot of things to do which is amazing in a hotel. Breakfast Down stairs was so good. Casino was fun and loved the pool
- 3/5
We brought out a candidate for an extended job interview and booked on Orbitz. The property ended up making him pay with his own card rather than using the card we used to book the reservation.
- 4/5
What’s with these hotels having the thinnest toilet paper on the planet?
- 5/5
We prefer to stay off strip when in Vegas and this perfect.
- 5/5
Location was great in Summerlin, 15 minutes from the “strip”. Easy access on the parkway. The surrounding community has anything you may need. Will stay there again
- 4/5
Stayed here a number of times & my first time in a suite - very lovely! I think I may opt for a suite when I can. Quiter overall on the suite floor, but had a couple of loud neighbors down the hall on my last night & it helps to have a living area so that I can shut my bedroom door & it’s not as loud as if I just had one bedroom.
- 5/5
Smelled like smoke everywhere
- 3/5
It was locate in a quiet neighborhood. I was disappointed that there were no coffee or tea makers.
- 5/5
Great!
- 3.5/5
Very uncomfortable beds and old sofas in the room
- 4/5
Large view windows in quiet rooms.
- 4/5
Check in sent us the wrong direction. Got lost. She sent us the wrong way. Had to ask other staff how to find rooms. Not clearly marked. We ask for our room to be serviced each day. Was not done. Hot tub was warm. Not hot. Almost same temp as the pool. Ordered the same drink at bar each time. Got a different one each time? Lemon drop? Bathroom very dated. Bathroom needs different lighting system. Ight light? Valet and luggage carriers. Very good kind and courteous
- 5/5
We love our room. Definitely will go back
- 5/5
Great room, great restaurants and the prices are incredibly reasonable
- 3/5
The hotel is nice. However the bathroom is so outdated. The tub is old and needs to be changed
- 5/5
Clean room. Delicious food at restaurants. Nice pool. Bowling, Bingo, & movies in addition to casino gambling.
- 5/5
The rooms are fantastic! Very roomy! Loved the view from our room! Definitely will be back!
- 5/5
Clean room, staff at DuPars, kind gentlemen at valet, great pool area
- 5/5
Loved the food and hotel staff
- 4/5
Staff were very friendly and attentive and housekeeping was thorugh.
- 2/5
rooms very old
- 5/5
I was very satisfied with my stay; the housekeepers were very polite and professional. The property is very clean. I was very satisfied.
- 5/5
My husband and I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
- 4/5
Construction was negatively impactful, but only very minor. Otherwise, the hotel was great and the staff very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Golf course side room was spacious and had a nice view.
- 5/5
Rooms were kept clean and restocked with towels and tissue. Loved the view from the room. Also the large sink was so nice to lay out all our beauty treatments. Really enjoyed my stay!!
- 4/5
Quick check in and out. Had a few maintenance issues, they fixed right away. Shower head couldn't be adjusted. Water came out too hard.
- 5/5
room was great, view was amazing, the PANCAKES where worth the stay alone
- 3/5
I was pretty surprised there wasn’t even coffee in the room. Fortunately there was a Starbucks downstairs. There was no breakfast, so I’m not sure what you’re talking about. There is a restaurant in there. I suppose where I could’ve gotten breakfast. It was pretty low level.
- 4/5
Plenty of onsite services and restaurants
- 5/5
Clean room and nice staff
- 5/5
Great hotel and awesome staff.
- 1/5
I booked the wrong date and immediately called the hotel with a request to change the days. The woman at the reception was very unfriendly and rude. As a result, I was told to contact the manager, but as a result, no one could help me with my request. Manager Nina was very indifferent and showed no understanding of my request. Housekeeping was knocked in the door at 9am and immediately started to open the doors when I was still sleeping. Not pleasant experience with this property.
- 5/5
really enjoyed my breakfast
- 3/5
There’s no coffee machine in the hotel room and the vanity items are very few
- 1/5
Room not cleaned 😪

- 5/5
Absolutely loved my stay and I love all of the new changes and improvements. They are making
- 5/5
comfortable stay, quiet excellent shower flow! The windows looking out to the golf course and to the north were horribly filthy, only critical comment.
- 3/5
Clean quiet rooms. "Resort fee" is robbery.
- 5/5
Stay was good. No complaints.
- 5/5
Loved our stay, the casino is in a beautiful spot in Summerlin. If you don’t want the strip experience then this is a good alternative. Staff was great, will stay again.
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful. It was a great
- 2/5
We have been going to this place for 25 years and the last few years have been a mess. The continued construction going on in the casino is a joke with parts of the casino walled off everywhere, we couldn't even find the elevators to the rooms because it was a maze of walled off tunnels. Gift shop and some restaurants closed, they even had the top 3 floors of the hotel rooms closed for some reason. This has been going on too long and is a major inconvenience to the customers staying in the hotel or just visiting the casino. There are construction workers everywhere in the casino, parking garage and behind the casino by the pool/golf course with lots of construction noise. We had a golf course view room but the window was so filthy we could barely see through it (see photo). The chair in room by the window looked like they drug it out of a dumpster (see photo), didn't even want to get near it. Contacted Nina the supposed "Hotel Manager" but she didn't seem to care about any of it. Unfortunately this is how all of Vegas is now, they charge you ridiculous room rates, resort fees, parking fees and could care less about customers. This place should have discounted room rates and waived resort fee's during this construction mess, you are basically staying in the middle of a construction zone. Sad because we liked this place but ever since COVID everything has changed for the worse, I think they need an entire new management staff running this place.
- 5/5
Only one issue. There was construction near our room which made it a little loud in the room area.
- 2/5
This hotel was under complete construction I was never forewarned about it when I booked the hotel my room was dirty the tub didn't drain while you were taking a shower you stood in 2 in of water the people who worked there were really nice though and the vending machines on every floor were nice also. The pool area was beautiful and very peaceful
- 4/5
I also ate at Briggs Oyster Bar, the lobster bites were excellent. I enjoyed a morning bloody Mary at one of the bars on the floor, and enjoyed playing poker, while I drank my bloody Mary. I
- 5/5
Good hotel with great staff. Nicely done on the upgrade!
- 5/5
Very happy with property. They were doing renovations and keep everything very neat and clear directions Everyone was very nice and helpful Had fun gambling and did not win big but kept giving us enough to keep playing Will stay again when in the area
- 2/5
The rooms were moderately clean but very old and kind of falling apart. There was updating going on in the hotel, which was fine but not advertised or noted on the website (hotels or their own). The staff were amazing and helpful but the amenities were almost nonexistent and the room not more than ok
- 5/5
Clean rooms, quiet, big spacious room
- 5/5
Our “go to” hotel in Las Vegas
- 4/5
Every morning breakfast and dinner was good.., housekeeping was on time when everything
- 4/5
YES
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Clean room but outdated couch and furniture. No cover on some of the electrical plugs. Under constitution. Pool was not clean, so we decided not to swim.
- 3/5
As for the casino floor itself, sucked! Not a single machine paid even a little bit. They are remodeling, I don't fault them for that, the hotel/casino needs it, but at least let the customer feel like they have a chance to win a little something. I have never played machines that sit with all markers full and never pay a penny like the ones here. Hopefully when this place finishes it's upgrades it will be better. For now, stay elsewhere. This year was the biggest disappointment we've had.
- 5/5
The only issue i have and it's a big one is that the curtains don't close all the way letting the early morning sunrise light up the room. Need blackout curtains.
- 4/5
Good value for the money. Rooms I’ve stayed in are a little dated but roomy. Du-par’s for breakfast is great!
- 3/5
Disappointing experience overall. The room was far more outdated than I expected. No fan or vent in the bathroom, and the pocket door for the water closet and shower room was hanging on by its last legs. Rarely ever need to use the iron in the room, but of course I had to this time and the iron being attached to the ironing board with a short cable was ridiculous and made it impossible to use anything but the middle part of the ironing board. Housekeeping barged into the room twice despite the privacy sign hanging on the door. They were very rude. The room was clean and the view of the golf course was nice. Though not the fault of the hotel, the service at the oyster bar and Dupar’s restaurant downstairs was painfully slow. In hindsight, I would have just dished out the additional couple of hundred dollars to stay at Red Rock.
- 5/5
Reasonable price for clean room helpful staff clean overall
- 5/5
I liked how clean the room was and how big it was. The hotel was very clean even with the ongoing construction inside.
- 5/5
To have a shuttle ride to and from the strip or other casino.
- 4/5
Room was spacious and clean. Window was filthy. Impcted the view that we had.
- 5/5
Friendly staff definitely!
- 5/5
They were doing some work to the building. Lots of card poker machines.
- 5/5
Clean hotel. Lived in Vegas for 10 years 1st time staying at the Suncoast. The water didn't drain that well in the shower.
- 3/5
Stayed in 9th floor - you can smell the scent of cigarette on the carpet and inside the room.
- 5/5
Gambling personel were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Will be returning soon Great breakfast too
- 4/5
A fine property for the price but it is under construction, so that should be accounted for, but guessing after it is complete, this will be a top notch property.
- 4/5
They had a very clean room. Only got one drink at the bar and it was great!
- 5/5
Beat place to stay outside of Vegas. Clean spacious rooms nice restaurants and very affordable loved the slot machines and location highly recommend Sun Coast
- 4/5
Currently undergoing renovations. Air somewhat dusty. Beautiful location with good restaurants.
- 5/5
We had a great time, had everything we needed. One of the dealers was pretty bad as he almost didnt pay me out 3 different times, I had to call him out each time. Said he had only been dealing a year, maybe keep a closer eye on new dealers.
- 5/5
The hotel room was very clean and roomy! I had a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. The pool area was very nice.the staff were very friendly and always willing to help! The pancakes at Dupree"s were huge and delicious. I am sure I will be back!
- 4/5
The food in the bowling area was terrible,.. and I'm a chef. The hot dog that I had had to be at least 3 to 4 hours old and the fries were too greasy
- 4/5
Where was the free breakfast bar? We were never told at check in….
- 4/5
Didn’t use either.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
Room
- 3/5
The rooms need an upgrade the bathrooms are really outdated.
- 3/5
Additional $41.80/night resort fee makes it too expensive
- 5/5
The outdoor pool was amazing,I was able to spend a relaxing afternoon there! The SPA offers a lot of services,I had a stone massage done by Elvira and She was very knowledgeable and friendly like the rest of all the crew of the property!!! One thing missing was a Shuttle bus that would have been very much appreciated from airport, however UBER was extremely easy to use.
- 4/5
Staff were very friendly, bed was very comfortable, but the casino smoking was rough.
- 1/5
It was under construction, one elevator worked, the sink clogged and made noise with every use, the endless jackhammering noise whether inside or out was terrible. Pool bar was closed. 1/2 the restaurants were closed. The company should have been upfront about this and we would have booked elsewhere. It was TERRIBLE!!!
- 5/5
Great little Oasis. Had everything you need and away from the huddle and bustle of the rest of Vegas. Located near red rocks so perfect outpost. Great food and Casino and beautiful rooms!
- 4/5
Close to my golf clinic. Clean rooms. Food should be available later. Won money gambling.
- 2/5
$50 resort fee and I can’t even fill my water bottle up anywhere.
- 5/5
Clean room. Very helpful and friendly staff.
- 3/5
Dupars was not good. The room wasn’t the cleanest.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 2/5
Lack of amenities all the way around.
- 5/5
Very comfortable
- 5/5
good
- 4/5
Strip is about half hour away and it's not walking distance to any restaurants or entertainment. This worked for us because we are low key and were only there for a wedding.
- 5/5
Casino under construction but rooms were clean and staff was excellent.

- 3/5
This was my second stay. They are going through a remodel which is definitely needed. I would score higher if there was another place to go sit outside when they close the pool at 8pm and there is no other outdoor seating area except for the Porte-cochere. Mountain View is recommended. They just added a Starbucks in the main lobby area, but there is no coffee maker in the rooms, however rooms do have a refrigerator. The resort fee is high, especially if you don’t use the pool or exercise area. They should reduce the resort fee, this is not what I would consider a resort. The area across from the hotel, Tivoli Village, has great restaurants. Very close to other shopping areas by car. Beds and pillows are not comfortable. Rooms are a decent size. There is a bowling alley and movie theater on property. 20-30 minutes to the strip or Freemont street and airport. Close to Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff!!!
- 5/5
Dupar breakfast is always good
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Love the spa
- 4/5
If you go to conferences in LV and like to hike. Perfect spot to get a morning or evening hike in at Redrock and still make your conference. Clean, low-key place.10 minutes from Redrock hiking and 25 minutes to the Venetian conference center. Note 10 mins away there is 50m pool setup for short course most the time. Great restaurants in the area.
- 5/5
The staff were the real asset to the hotel. They are friendly and helpful. We had three rooms. One was a suite. Other than an HVAC issue in one of the rooms, everything went well. The restaurants were good and casino was nice. Although the hotel was full, it didn't feel overcrowded. I've stayed at the Suncoast in the past and I definitely will again.
- 2/5
If we would’ve know the casino was under remodeling conditions we would’ve stayed elsewhere. We should’ve paid less for our stay because of this. Also, the whole table reservation thing at the sports book area was so unorganized and we feel we were misinformed/under informed on the whole thing. Service was horrible and the server was nice but they only had two servers at the sports book during round 1 of March madness. BIG MISTAKE.. All of our neighboring tables were complaining about lack of service as well. It’s totally the casinos fault and not the servers. They were overwhelmed. I even overheard the bartenders complaining about how screwed up everything was. We don’t plan on ever returning to suncoast.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, casino smells like smoke. Easy parking, good location for Summerlin.
- 5/5
Super comfortable room, impeccably clean, personable front desk staff, very helpful and attentive. Second time in 3 months that I’ve stayed here and I will definitely come back.
- 5/5
clean everything was good
- 3/5
Did not appreciate getting hit with additional charges per day. Also Wifi would have been nice that I did not need to pay $10.00 a day. The construction was only a little annoying when trying to have breakfast the jack hammering was a bit much. The room was nice and spacious.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent, room was clean.
- 4/5
rooms where great
- 5/5
Very nice!
- 5/5
434 and one of the managers helped us out because we had to add an extra day and let us stay in the same room. We can’t remember his name but he was great. All the staff was great check-in process was quick and easy. Love the new renovation you guys are doing.
- 5/5
Rooms were big and clean and the movie theatre downstairs was an easy way to get out of the room and enjoy a show. The Starbucks was easy and delicious although a little more money than driving to one.
- 5/5
Room was clean, quiet, and nice.
- 5/5
Check in excellent
- 5/5

Clean room
- 5/5
Their rooms are very nice, especially for a reasonable rate. Bed was comfy, staff was friendly. Great place to staycation.
- 5/5
Very good….. would recommend to all of my friends and family.
- 3/5
The entire place including elevators and hallways reeked of smoke. Will not stay here again because of this.
- 3/5
The location was convenient to another event I was attending. The room was large and the bathroom was exceptionally large. Cons: We had a $10 credit that could not be used at the gift shop. Water is not provided in the room. The lobby area has construction making it a long walk to your room. The lobby and corridors are exceptionally smoky and dingy.
- 5/5
The room was spacious and good for my stay.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
The room was huge!! It was very well put together. Much better than anticipated. I dont think the photos matched the room from what I remember when booking but what a pleasant surprise. The staff were all super nice.
- 5/5
Helpful and friendly staff. Nice restaurant.
- 5/5
Room was big, organized and very clean…
- 5/5
- 5/5
All you need it’s a little bit more of pillows and blankets and a little bit more security locks for the door of the room to locked .Everything was great. Enjoy stayed there for the weekend.
- 2/5
Room is warn out , also no coffee maker, no microwave, television selection terrible old school cable, cabinet door where refrigerator is doesn't shut
- 5/5
Great stay. Clean rooms. Good food and would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
It was nice
- 4/5
9 days stay was great. Services were excellent. Room was generally clean except the tub and plumbing were fairly old. Some black color around the tub grout and caulking, shower head was old and many holes were plugged (water came out strong though). Sofa was fairly old and we need to cover it with a bed sheet to sit on. TV is small (48"). Besides that, Overall stay were pleasant.
- 3/5
This casino DOES NOT HAVE POKER TABLES.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. Place needs updating.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 5/5
Yes staff was exceptional brood st Duoras was excellent as was lvi pm staff
- 1/5
It was impossible for me to sleep after that. I had a business meeting that morning, and I needed a good test after a long trip to Las Vegas. The next morning I made a complaint at the front desk, they replied, we know about the construction noise, the contractor knew that they shouldn’t start working that early. We are sorry…
- 5/5
Huge room and very clean and quite … love our stay
- 4/5
Nice View. Pillows were quite uncomfortable.
- 5/5
a very nice room, check in was a breeze
- 5/5
Clean spacious room. Very friendly staff! New remodel is great!
- 4/5
Good older property with a friendly staff. They are performing a major renovation so it will be exciting to see it completed.
- 5/5
The Suncoast is a great off-strip hotel. We enjoyed the dining options, convenient location and friendly staff.
- 3/5
Room and staff were fine. Construction was bad. Food options could be better. Went to Dick's Last Resort. Aptly named. Horrible. Hard to find my way around. Signage or staff could help..
- 3/5
The room was outdated, the building was under construction.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4.5/5
Not didnt like but wish there was at least a coffee maker in the room but other than that it was great!
- 4/5
The room is spacious and the golf course view is fantastic.
- 4/5
Nice
- 3/5
The construction. Was very inconvenient and we should have been notified prior to our stay. I stay there a lot for my business and personal travels and I did not appreciate no having been notified at the very least I should have gotten the upgrade I requested for free and not for $500 which I did not accept.
- 3/5
Nice spacious room, nice view. Hotel is undergoing some renovations (not really an inconvenience though). Gambling and smoking are prettyy gross though. I guess I just don’t like Las Vegas.
- 5/5
The room was fantastic for the price
- 4/5
All needed was coffee pot in the room!
- 4/5
Comfortable room. Great Views. Good selection of restaurants.
- 4/5
Clean room, attentive staff
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, my room was big and comfortable compared to others I’ve stayed. Look forward to staying here again
- 5/5

- 4/5
Nothing to complain other than smoking in Casino
- 5/5
Extremely kind and thoughtful staff rooms really clean.
- 5/5
Spotless room, great staff and amenities. Will go back again!
- 2/5
Beds are too hard and pillows are too flat
- 4/5
The room was a good size and very clean. The hotel/casino was spacious and also clean, in spite of some construction going on. Good value for the price.
- 4/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Pretty good quality for the price. Big spacious rooms and good location. I know they’re renovating so happy to see that happen.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Highly recommended.
- 5/5
Room, bathroom were roomy and very clean
- 4/5
Room good. Resort under renovation.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Easy check in nice room
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable rooms.
- 5/5
We stayed here because it was near an event we attended. The price for the room was very reasonable. We had a king room with a view of the golf course. The room was clean and seems up to date. The bathroom was also clean but very much in need of an update. It felt like a throwback to the 70's with the yellow toilet (with the timeless gold handle) and scalloped sinks. They are in the middle of renovating the rooms--hopefully they get rid of the tub shower and put in walk-ins. The beds were fairly comfortable but if you don't like pillows going flat on you then bring your own. I know it sounds like I'm complaining but I'm really not--we were very happy with the room. Foodwise, There's a Starbucks in the hotel if you want to overpay for mediocre coffee. There's also a cafe serving full breakfasts/dinner. The food is basic, nothing you'd want to go out of your way for, but not overly expensive. They do have a steakhouse, Chinese and seafood restaurants as well (we didn't go to any of these). The casino area is spacious and well-lit, not dark like a bunch of other casinos. A nice sportsbook as well. The alcohol is fairly priced as well. 2 beers and a Ketel One/cranberry was only $15!!! If you are staying in the Summerlin area, this is a great choice. It's about a 20 minute drive to the strip and downtown if traffic is in your favor (it won't be). Again, overall we were very happy with the experience and will re-visit it again if we are in that part of Vegas.
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious. The view was very good as well.
- 5/5
The staff was very kind and welcoming and the room was clean and spacious
- 3/5
The room was large, but in need of an upgrade to furniture, bathroom, and carpet. Also, the wifi was either not working or very weak.
- 4/5
Quick and easy. Very nice front desk staff.
- 5/5
The Suncoast hotel is an excellent place to stay and play when visiting Las Vegas.nvisiting Las
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Very spacious room, clean and tidy. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
All of the above.
- 5/5
Clean room outstanding staff members.
- 5/5
Rooms were wonderful. Check in was fast and the receptionist at check in was super nice. Beds were really comfy. Briggs Oyster Co. had delicious food.
- 4/5
Could use wash/dry cleaning services on site, resort fees make staying anywhere in Vegas very expensive. Hadn't been back in about 8 yrs. Next will head to warmer climate, no resort fee.
- 5/5
Large rooms. Great views. Remodeled bingo rooms. Starbucks for coffee.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Love love love the Sun Coast even better with the renovations
- 4/5
The bed sheet too old and some has a hole.
- 5/5
Clean room.
- 5/5
Great room
- 1/5
I called to confirm my reservations, and they told me I didn’t have one. So I didn’t stay there. I had to make reservations at another Hotel.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Very good customer service.
- 3/5
The room was wonderful the casino was great however it took 15 minutes for someone to get to valet to take our luggage while it was raining. Upon checkout I called for the bell service to come and get our luggage. Disappointed no one showed up and we had to take all our luggage down to the lobby don’t think I’ll stay there again
- 5/5
It’s nice
- 5/5
Great stay plenty of room in the suite!
- 5/5
Hotel check-in was absolutely amazing with notification on at 2 PM checkout?….. that was the game changer of this little stay here front desk valet crew were amazing
- 5/5
HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TV REMOTE AND WITHIN 10 MINUTES IT WAS COMPLETELY TAKEN CARE. I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT SUNCOAST FOR OVER THE PAST 20 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. I WILL CONTINUE TO STAY THERE AS WELL!!!
- 5/5
Nuce hotel and casino. Beds were comfortable and had great amenities with friendly staff. Food was reasonable
- 4/5
The suite was clean and very spacious. The staff was exemplary and made our stay a breeze! My only complaint is that room service is only offered on the weekends and when your stay is during the week you can’t take advantage of that perk. All in all though, it was a fabulous stay and will definitely be back next year!
- 5/5
Friendly, clean, good place to stay.
- 3/5
Rooms are clean, a bit dated. (Renovation underway). Great Summerlin location. Easy to navigate.
- 5/5
Rooms are large, beds are comfortable. There is small fridge and safe in room, just wish they would have had a microwave so you could warm up takeout from restaurants. Bathroom fixtures a little dated but have large double vanities. Toilet and tub/shower are separated by door. Hot water is instant and very hot. Shower has a strong stream which is nice for people with long hair. Rooms are clean and the air conditioning is very efficient. The staff from registration to housekeeping and all in-between were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient area for the sports event we attended and would stay there again.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was good. Quiet place overall it was a great experience
- 5/5
The rooms were very nice
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
I understand that you're under remodeling. But the front desk could care less about our issue. Came up with excuses. Toilet would not flush. A bathroom sink that had a bad leak from the pipes. I had to put towels down.
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
Clean stay & great prices!!
- 4/5
Fair
- 4/5
Bad wifi
- 5/5
Room is large and clean. Staff is helpful
- 5/5
The stay was will
- 3/5
Clean room
- 2/5
You can smell the cigarette smoke 20 yd from outside. It gets much worse as soon as you walk in the door. It was so bad I didn't even hit the casino floor other than to walk through it to the elevator. Just awful.
- 4/5
Love the new entry and registration area;
- 1/5
Room is clean. Front desk agent was superb. All well
- 5/5
Love Dupars!!
- 5/5
Very impressed with this hotel. Very nice room. Great food. Well equipped exercise room. The price was also much less than all the other hotels in the area. I’ll be back.
- 1/5
I had gotten stranded in Vegas and lost my phone and wallet. The property was contacted by the Strat to inform of my situation. I did not expect any kind of help from the hotel to get back to the location. What upset me was the hotel was made aware of my circumstances and then threw that information away. I had a my wedding party contact the location and they stated they did not hear or know of my location. The hotel clearly only cares about profit and not the safety and happiness of their clients. Aside from my terrible circumastances, the hot water takes awhile to turn on, room locations were a bit confusing to find, the resort fees were a bit sneaky, and the location is bit far from much tourist amensities.
- 5/5
It is always a pleasure staying at the Suncoast casino in Las Vegas. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable
- 5/5
We love the new renovations in the main floor. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is fantastic for visiting locally and avoiding the chaos on the strip. But still close enough to all the great shopping and activities.
- 4/5
Great location
- 3/5
We stayed in a suite and the room was very nice and very spacious, but the toilet was not clean at all- it looked like the bowl hadn't been brushed in weeks. The bathroom sink and counter were not clean either- there were rings where the previous guest had left bottles or cups, and there were pieces of bar soap on the counter and in the sink. We did not use the tub and took quick showers because we questioned when they had been cleaned last based on the cleanliness of the rest of the room. There was also an old pod in the coffee maker from the previous guest and the pods were not fully stocked either. It was a cheap Keurig and I expected a better coffee maker based on suites I've stayed in at other hotels.
- 4/5
The room was very nice. View was spectacular. The man let me check in early with my PTSD requests. The only problem I had was DuPars restaurant failed to let people know that they have a limited menu on the 1st Monday of the month and are limited to staff and food closed for “deep cleaning.”
- 5/5
Clean room. Good dining options
- 4/5
It was clean and staff was great, pleasant and helpful. The place is old so we didn't give a 5 rating. Also didn't get any free play when I signed up for the card so that was disappointing. Asian restaurant yummy! The seafood place was good also, will try oysters next time. Our niece lives in Summerlin so will be staying again. Send hotel offers and free play!

- 5/5
Quick checkin, VIP perks provided, clean and spacious room
- 5/5
Great casino and rooms were also quite nice. Friendly staff and lots of wonderful places to eat within the casino
- 5/5
Nice place, very clean
- 4/5
Hotel was clean. Restaurant was great.
- 5/5
The rooms are huge, comfortable, great staff attention, and priced fairly.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Rooms were cleaned every day. Good deal with flights. Hotel upgraded and doing even more to modernize.
- 5/5
- 4/5
Nothing in particular.
- 5/5
Excelente!
- 4/5
Was a very clean room… would have enjoyed a coffee maker though
- 5/5
Room was clean, check in process was very easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly!
- 4/5
Staff very helpful. We were disappointed that Dupar's was closed for remodel.
- 5/5
We stayed in a suite on the 10th floor. The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating when we needed a rollaway bed for my son.
- 2/5
Room had black hair most times on my bed sheets, the gym absolutely sucks, water was cold during my shower at least 2-3 times during my stay in 1 week.
- 5/5
Dupars opened durjng our stay very nice to grab a bite
- 5/5
Yes -all of the above . Clean even during remodeling.
- 4/5
Yes room was very clean.
- 4/5

- 1/5
Property looked rundown. Had no hot water one morning had to take a cold shower
- 4/5
It was good
- 5/5
Loved our room! Beautiful!
- 4/5
Very clean room, helpful staff and good restaurants.
- 4/5
Check in staff were very nice. Room was clean. Wish there had been more sun at the pool! It was blocked by the building. Restaurants were good.
- 5/5
Overall we had a pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Smooth check in, clean rooms, no riff raff. The Casino restaurants were nice and affordable. Everyone here is nice and helpful.
- 3/5
No real selection - room service wasn’t working - hotel is old and dated - cigarette smell is terrible can’t get away from it on casino floor - bed mattresses are so old and worn - really bad will not stay again
- 2/5
Staff was helpful and friendly.
- 3/5
The king room was very large and had a great view. The restaurant downstairs was expensive and food was just okay. Service was great though.
- 5/5
Clean , even during construction.
- 5/5
Yes - everything was just perfect for my needs .
- 4/5
Clean room courtesy people
- 4/5
Not all the restaurants were open so there was less of a choice where to eat. Escalator going upstairs was broken the whole time we were there. The staff was friendly and the hotel is very clean.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Everything was fine!
- 5/5
Hotel is very nice! Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is renovating so there is some things closed and being remodeled but that didn’t make the stay any less enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back again and checking out the renovations! Definitely recommend and will be staying again!
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Satisfied with my stay
- 1/5
The customer service is horrible at this hotel
- 5/5
Satisfactory stay. Consistent housekeeping.
- 3/5
Not really kid friendly was there for a wedding, smelled like smoke when coming and leaving , had to walk through the casino to get to the hotel elevators. No other way around, bowling for 4 was$70 for one game, pool was freezing ( went in October) rooms were out dated and nothing special
- 3/5
The Ninety 99 restaurant had a good hamburger. You need to figure out what you need the hotel for. If you are a tourist, then maybe you should splurge to stay on the strip This hotel is nice and safe, good for families and locals. Easy to park. But it is a drive to get to the shows and things on the Strip. Roulette was not lucky for me. The pool bar needs better staffing. No coverage at the bar for periods of time. Bartender wasn’t especially friendly.
- 4/5
No complimary breakfast clean room and big
- 5/5
The daily fees are very expensive
- 5/5
I alway enjoy staying here its a quiet and save place to stay
- 3/5
As always the staff was friendly and tentative. Was unaware of the construction going on and was disappointed that our favorite restaurant and bar were both closed during our visit.
- 3/5
Bar
- 4/5
Room was spacious and clean, and the parking was excellent
- 5/5
Clean room. Staff was great. Restaurant for breakfast was closed for remodeling. Parking was great.
- 5/5
I love it
- 5/5
Excellent. Helpful and friendly staff
- 5/5
Free parking, great staff, good food and comfy rooms! Can’t ask for anything more! We always stay here when passing thru Vegas
- 4/5
Enjoy the valet, room was very comfortable for the 2 of us. Nice double sink!
- 1/5
zero customer service
- 4/5
Clean rooms and great service cashiers super helpful and even during there construction was clean and quiet
- 4/5
Everything was comfortable and clean. We got a late check out because of the current construction. I will stay again. But I tried to call housekeeping and the front desk many times but there was no answer. Other than that it was very good.
- 1/5
horrible customer service
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff at check in was friendly and at the 9090 restaurant also friendly. Ordered breakfast but room service was only on the weekends. Parking was close quick and easy.
- 5/5
Needs cafe like breakfast restaurant more for catering to seniors.
- 4/5
All the staff we encountered were very nice. The bathroom had a bad smell to it- otherwise room was fine.
- 4/5
Not much to say, my stay was ok. Front desk staff was not the greatest. The 90 restaurant hostess was very helpful.
- 5/5
- 5/5
Nice rooms.
- 5/5
Only stayed for one night. The view was great and wonderful shopping in walking distance.
- 1/5
Horrible time at this hotel, stay somewhere else.
- 5/5
Excellent service!
- 4/5
It’s good
- 5/5
It was convenient to everything! Comfy rooms, great staff, nice activities and good restaurants.
- 4/5
It was good. Some remodeling being done.
- 4/5
Spacious room. Fairly clean. Bed was not overly soft like many hotels. Offered free coffee in the morning by the elevators. Nice, but when you consider many hotels in this price range offer free breakfast, not a big deal. But appreciated.
- 4/5
It’s a work in progress looking forwarding to staying again hoping they will update the rooms soon.
- 5/5
Didnt shop, internet was good
- 2/5
The room was clean the first day but we had to call for towels the second day. There was 3 restaurants and they rotated so i was thankful there were restaurants across the street. They need to step up their game.
- 2.5/5
A lot of renovation and construction happening. Many restaurants, Starbucks, front desk, amenities are under construction
- 3/5
Very smoky but the room was clean and not smoky
- 5/5
VIP benefit I don't know what that is. I did not get it. Easy to get from registration desk to the room elevator. Valet at no charge (maybe this was VIP not sure) but they were good. Not crowded
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
There is no coffee shops at all n no places to buffet , hot dogs etc .
- 4/5
hotel was under renovation, did not know. Also, housekeeping forgot to show and when they did, never vacuumed.... other then that it was ok - Bingo room was great - food that was available was great.
- 4/5
The property is undergoing a renovation, but other than that it was good. However, the smoke is the casino was terrible.
- 5/5
Rooms are spaciously sized. Check in and check out was simple.
- 2/5
The pros: clean, bed comfortable, free parking, good Cobb salad and service at Briggs, decent Chinese food, free Tesla charging. Otherwise, outdated, smoky, over-chilled. Under construction. Rubbery cheese on the omelet.
- 5/5
AMAZING, ALL WAS GREAT
- 4/5
The valet staff was very nice/helpful
- 5/5
The beds were very firm and comfortable. The room temperature was very nice as well. Large size bathroom very much appreciated.
- 4/5
Would have been nice to know about the renovations being closed coffee shop and restaurant.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 1/5
They know exactly how they treated me. I needed a place to stay while my house was up for sale. Ive been a GREAT patron. All of a sudden ...months later I have notices on my car, 'no longer welcomed' there. I get to the counter one day and all of a sudden 'you are no longer welcomed here'. No explanations why! Ive spent thousands of dollars there and tipped well for hospitality. This hotel will never be on my radar again. Dont stay here if you want compassion, kindness, the money you have to spend is NOT worth it, no variety of decent food either. No one cares. I thought this was the best hotel. Not anymore. End of.
- 5/5
Very nice resort in a great neighborhood. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Free parking. Nice pool.
- 5/5
I have stayed at this Hotel many times and have been very happy with the rooms and front desk service. The value for the costs of the rooms is what I have been most grateful for as they have always been clean, well kept, and look very presentable.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Was quiet. The casino was under construction which was unfortunate. Front desk friendly. The added resort fee is quite high. Makes me reconsider staying there again.
- 5/5
Staff is accommodating they’re really kind. I guess there are two different versions of the grand suite. One has a hallway separating living room and bed room, the other is an open layout. I got the hallway one I didn’t like that one. I went downstairs and they switched me to the layout I wanted. They have complementary coffee for hotel guests only serving outside and Keurig coffee in room is free too. They give a lot out more than other casinos
- 5/5
Nice place
- 1/5
Nv70s
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 4/5
It's clean and convienant to a lot of things around the area.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly
- 4/5
The parking area had no lights. Felt unsafe walking there at night. The casino was under construction with no notification to guests.
- 3/5
Booked a one bedroom suite. Room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was huge. Unfortunately, the central air conditioning was so loud that we couldn’t sleep for two nights, even with earplugs. We had to leave a day early, even though we had paid for three nights. Just couldn’t go another night without sleep. We had stayed at Suncoast before, and have never had this problem. Maybe it’s not an issue in the standard rooms, since they are not on the top floor.
- 5/5
Very pleasant and economical stay.
- 3/5
Remodel happening so not very many foods options. Room service food is waaay over priced for what you get. The maid opened the door and started to come in unexpectedly. She was asking if we were checking out that day. I’m pretty sure she was not supposed to do that. The hotel has records of when ALL the guests are checking out. Had a nicer room and it did not have a microwave (odd)
- 5/5
Everything was Great.
- 5/5
From the moment we stepped into our room our stay was unbelievable! Sun Coast definitely delivered a great experience during our stay from the bowling alley to the food and the gaming. We wanted something low key and away from the strip but we were blown away by how much the Hotel/Casino had to offer.
- 5/5
Very nice!
- 5/5
Property was quiet.
- 4/5
Right now, august 2025, lots of construction so some things are limited due to this.
- 5/5
Friendly staff.
- 4/5
It was close to outside shopping and restaurants.
- 3/5
I was misled about the price of the property from Expedia and the hotel. I was told a total price and yet I had a pain additional $40 a night for amenities. That adds up when you stay several nights. How can I rely on a total price when I'm not giving the total price? I'm very disappointed. Second I've never been in a hotel where I don't have a coffee maker in my room. When I asked whether I could get one I was told there are none anymore. I was given a credit of $10 for my VIP access that barely covers one cup of coffee and that's especially troubling when there wasn't even coffee machine in my room. Yes the room was lovely and there was so much construction that you had to walk through a casino.
- 3/5
Although we have stayed here several times in the past, it had been quite a few years. We were disappointed to find that the hotel was under renovation in certain areas and that Dupars coffee shop was closed. Since we arrived on a Tuesday, that left us with only the bar and grill to eat that night, as the other restaurants were closed that day. The casino reeked of smoke and room freshener and the room also smelled of smoke, even though the rooms are all non-smoking. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping, which we said yes, but the maids only brought towels and emptied the trash. They didn't even make the bed. Although the prices are reasonable, the furniture is old and worn, as are the bathrooms. However, the bartenders at the bar were great and we had a good time playing video poker.
- 5/5
Areas in side casino are being renovated .
- 5/5
Actually a great value, everything you needed and nothing you don't. Nice rooms. Pleasant staff. Our only gripe was no signage anywhere, so hard to find registration, self-parking, elevators, etc. the first time.
- 4/5
Solid
- 5/5
The pool very nice
- 5/5
Had a great time at a bowling tournament @the Suncoast lanes. The food was great and so was the room. Wound Definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Love staying at the Suncoast. I can feel safe and secure here at 72 years of age with the valet service. Additionally the price is budget friendly.
- 5/5
Affordable, convenient location, clean rooms/facility, nice staff.
- 4/5
Great for what we needed, and this was also the hotel venue for the wedding.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel,
- 4/5
Good location for quiet family stay. Hotel is going through some major renovations.
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 5/5
The room at Suncoast Hotel and Casino was very large, very clean, and offered a beautiful golf course view. The staff was very nice, and the free valet parking made our stay even more convenient. Located in a nice area, far from the Strip crowds, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience in Las Vegas.
- 4/5
Good place to stay in LV off the strip. Near good restaurant and Red Rocks. Only 20 minutes from the airport. If you are visiting LV and want a quieter place to stay this is a good option.
- 3/5
The bed was very uncomfortable and we only got three pillows with all three being very flat. Also, it woiuld appear that room service came, gave us new soaps and towels, but did not make up the bed.
- 4/5
This property was excellent as far as service, location and convenience. However, they were doing a lot of remodeling and it was quite noisy at times. It should be absolutely fabulous when they get done remodeling.
- 3/5
It kind of seems like a dead casino nobody really cares just kind of wandering around waiting for the inevitable. It reminds me of a business that is about to close so everybody's kind of lackadaisy and just whatever. It used to be my favorite casino I would never want to stay anywhere else. This time it was just ugh not for me anymore. Vegas is trash now overpriced garbage I'll be doing something else once a year now not going to Vegas anymore.
- 5/5
Made a late same day reservation and was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. I needed a smoke free room and it was perfect. Even though it’s in a casino and smoking is allowed there the room was smoke free. Staff was professional and personable. Great place to stay.
- 4/5
It was currently undergoing construction inside during our stay but we still had a lot of fun. This was our first stay but won’t be our last. Rooms were clean, staff was great, and the surrounding area has a lot of good food/entertainment options.
- 1/5
and very noisy Thank you
- 5/5
Most restaurants were closed. Casino under construction.
- 5/5
The casino is undergoing renovation. It looks like it’s going to be gorgeous!! They are doing a great job of staying out of heir customers’ way. The hotel desk is tucked away for the moment, but the staff is awesome as always.
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
Beautiful away from the strip. When somebody checks in at 9:00 at night and leaves at9:00 they should not be charged a fee or damage deposit. Of 100.00. No clear sign of hotel entrance so I had to walk with luggage thru casino and escalators.
- 3/5
Old property. Did not have basic bathroom items. No face wipes. Counters very low, no separate shower. Lots of construction noice. Escalator and walkway out of service. Carpet very old, furniture old still was expensive without any updated amenities.
- 5/5
..
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Property was inder construction
- 5/5
So beautiful and clean it felt like I went somewhere out of Nevada I would be coming again with my family
- 5/5
The new renovations are great, it seems like the property is trying to re-establish itself as a mainstay in the Summerlin area, dining options have improved, I look forward to seeing more after it is renovated.
- 3/5
We have stayed at the sun coast before & always enjoyed our stay, although we were aware of some works going on during our stay we were disappointed in our stay this time . No coffee facilities in room and the coffee shop wasn't always open ,pool was nice as usual. But overall was disappointing
- 4/5
However the ongoing renovation was quite unpleasant to navigate and the housekeeping being reduced to alternate days was disorganized and disappointingly handled.
- 4/5
Need business center
- 5/5
Recommended by family, and they are still considered family. Great place to stay. All amenities available. Can’t beat it.
- 5/5
I like everything about this hotel I can recommend it 👌.
- 4/5
Great parking, open spaces, decent prices
- 5/5
The Person Checking us in Patrick was very nice. The security on the premises was very nice and friendly.
- 5/5

Room is clean & spacious. Beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, we had to disconnect the TV and could not use it for checkout because it kept turning off and on on its own. Have stayed at the Suncoast several times and this is the first glitch ever.

Rooms are decent. But very old looking and couch looks disgusting. Won’t sit on it. Bed sheets aren’t great. But look clean. Pillows are crappy.

always enjoy our stay here. Great people who appear to enjoy their jobs and take very good care of us. Thanks!

Overall a great easy, clean place to stay for what we were looking for with nice views. We just needed to be near Summerlin for an event. The EV charging was a big plus for us. My only negative comments are the cigarette smell in the casino and that the only way to get to the elevator was walking through the casino.

The sheets and towels were very low quality for the room price. I found them to be scratchy and there was no comforter, just a thin blanket sandwiched between two scratchy sheets. Additionally, bed was not made one day of my 3 night stay.

It did not have a coffee pot. (Or anything to make coffee)
