When we got there, we ran into a guy who was waiting to check in, said he had been waiting almost an hour already and nobody was there. We ended up waiting ourselves to check in for an other hour at the front office area, no one ever came. We ended up going out to eat and came back, still no one there to check us in so we ended up staying in the car for another hour waiting for someone to show up. Finally a man showed up and was very rude, no apology or explanation so we ended up leaving to stay somewhere else

The property was extremely dirty. The rooms were decent, but not all the amenities listed were actually available in the room. Additionally, the washroom had a very unpleasant smell throughout the stay.

There were cockroaches in my room, no towels, no pillowcases on the pillows when I arrived. The bed did not have a fitted sheet on it. The countertop had coffee stains from the last person, and was not clean. Around the fridge was filthy with dead bugs I could see light through the door jam to the outside. It was so dirty. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower there.

Overall, cleanliness was bad, they had me "check" the room but kept my id in the office in plan view of others, which meant I ran in did a quick check and said it was fine without truly looking, there was no fitted sheet on the bed, no blanket, shower was dirty, etc. The checkout process was non-existent despite it saying there is 24/7 staff no one was in the office at 9am when I wanted to checkout nor did they discuss changed hours for the holiday. So I left my key on the desk took a timestamped picture, since there is a fee if you checkout late. Overall for the price paid not worth it in the slightest, it was truly a place to sleep and even then with all the children screaming and right by the road it was loud.

Please do not stay here. There was roaches crawling up the walls. Cigarette burns on the sheets. No towels not that I would have used that filthy restroom. There was hair all over the restroom. It was the most disgusting place I have ever set foot in.

Booked this hotel for one night thinking it couldn’t be that bad. Check in was sketchy. He only wanted my id to take a picture of it like this is the hostel movie or something. The walkway outside was extremely dirty.. matter of fact the whole building is dirty. The room smelled awful, bathroom reeked of urine, the entire room was disgusting! The tv didn’t work, the floor was sticky, bath tub dirty. I didn’t even shower.. I refused to get in that. Some Indian guy was sitting outside on the phone for hours yelling in Indian and around 3am a big fight broke out in the parking lot. The cops came but at about 5:30am they started fighting again! I cannot make this shit up. This is not a safe place to stay at all. I am TRAUMATIZED. Just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The room had holes in the wall and the tv didn’t work the door had been kicked in and they tried to fix it. Crackheads walking around asking us to get them rooms. I only stayed one night and I will never stay there again.

Rooms are terrible. Door jams were broken from probably being kicked in. No change of sheets and no towels available. Room smells of cigarette smoke.

Sadly my room was dirty. They only made the beds and put new towels. There was stains in the refrigerator and in the microwave, crumbs on the counter, the toilet bowl had hairs around when i lifted the toilet seat, there was roaches we got to kill 3. I was looking foward.to have a restfull day befor3 my daughter's wedding and instead found myself having to books another room.

Nothing at all Management was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude. I had no AC for two days and they refused to switch my room when it’s 100° in Las Vegas so I requested early check out which they did for me, but I’ve yet to receive my refund and I doubt it’s coming because the service was shady as is.

Ditry pillows no pillow cases or blankets. No towels in room. When we asked they said non clean till morning. Next morning went and rang bell 4 times had to yell for somone to come to front desk to get towels

The room had the appropriate furniture and appliances. It was better than nothing. The first room we were given was not clean. There were long hairs on the floor between the beds. The bath tub was covered in some mystery substance and was not clean whatsoever. When I tried to clean it myself, the water would not drain and it turned out that the mystery substance was hair. It was very late at night and we had three kids with us, so we did not want to switch rooms at that time. However, my step daughter threw up on herself so we were forced to bathe her in the dirty tub. She got a skin rash. We were finally get a new room the next day at 2pm. We had to miss the first half of the even we travelled for because we couldn’t take a shower. The second room was dirty and had food in the fridge still. The tub seemed to be at least cleaned but had damage. When we showered, again the water would not drain. When we were showering, the water was at ankle height. The faucet on this tub was broken and was squirting a large amount of water out the sides and would SOAK the bathroom floor. Then roaches were appearing in the bathroom. The fridge in the second room did not shut correctly, so the food didn’t get the cold it needed. I honestly want a partial refund.

The room was very clean and had all amenities as stated on the site Near Smith's grocery store, Walgreens, Farmers Boy, and 7/11. Easy to find. In a bad neighborhood. A lot of homeless people in the area begging for money, food, and to crash in my room on the floor Staff mentioned that Cox cable had a power outage in the area, which meant no satellite cable tv.

I’ve always stayed here when I’m in the area I rented this place for almost two weeks and then I’ve rented it 3 more times and NEVER had an issue but this time…this time…I got hives really bad hives after night one so I checked the blankets and they appeared clean but the under sheets were stained with something so I was like.. what the hell? So I went to the bathroom and a FOUL ODOR was coming out of it so bad almost like sewage was leaking from the sink the smell was horrible we had the bathroom door closed every day we where there we had the sink covered from every hole just to stop the smell house keeping never came either and they only provided one blanket and 2 pillows for both people in the room.. normally we got 4 an 2 sheets so that was weird.. not to mention the towels in the bathroom were dirty as hell or severely stained.. I’ve stayed here so many times with my partner And family and this time it was just not okay.. the toilet seat was broken the smoke alarm wasn’t even on the wall and it was detached and placed on a shelf and the bathtub faucet? There was plenty of parking space during my time but the environment you’re in is extremely sketch. The man working the counter did his job as best as he could. I was given room 216 initially and that room was suppose to be a smoke free room, but the guest previously who stayed there smoked in the room and the room smelt like cigarettes it was horrible. There was ashes on the headboard, burn holes in the blankets, and knife slits as well, so I’m not entirely sure if my room was cleaned prior to my stay other than the trash being taken out and the bed being made. I was laying on my bed taking everything in and the room cleaners were trying to come in to clean I suppose. I had to go to the front desk and request for a different room of equal value of some sorts and I was able to be relocated to room 206 which was way better and it did not smell like cigarettes. I am very thankful for the gentleman who at the front desk he was so accommodating for the poor initial room.

However, communication with the staff was unclear. they charged my card on file instead of letting me pay cash as I wanted when checking in, but didn't even tell me (I had to figure that out in the morning). The smoke detector was off the wall and without a battery. The stench from the rooms was horrible. The towels were stained. Probably signs of mold in the bathroom. TV had to be unplugged in order to shut it off.

Very strong chemical disinfectant smell in the room. The so called A/C unit turned on and off every few minutes. It was so loud it made sleep impossible. The TV did not work. Also, the refrigerator smelled like mildew and also did not work.. I would strongly not recommend this as a place to stay. Better off sleeping in your car.

To be fair, we went to Vegas for the AC/DC concert, and all of the hotels had jacked their prices way up so this room was the only one less than $200 a night and no one bothered us at all. But the area was questionable. The room only had one working light, beside the bed, so maybe it was hard to see the surfaces that needed to be cleaned. The sheets on the bed were clean, you could smell that they were clean. There was no shampoo and only bar soap. So bring your own supplies. It served its purpose and we had a great time and nothing bad happened. But we will plan better next time. PS the hotel was busy and full and had no vacancies.

Room wasn't very clean. The bed was very comfy and at least it was clean. Staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. When I checked out and left to return home, I called to find out if any of their staff had found a tablet in our room, that was missing when we got home. Just wanted to see if it had possibly been left behind by accident and if their staff may have found it. They were rude and hung up on me several times in a row and I never did get an answer to my question as to if my tablet had been found.

When I checked out and left to return home, I called to find out if any of their staff had found a tablet in our room, that was missing when we got home. Just wanted to see if it had possibly been left behind by accident and if their staff may have found it. They were rude and hung up on me several times in a row and I never did get an answer to my question as to if my tablet had been found.

There is restaurant very close by and the area has lots to do. What I wish I knew before booking, the whole hotel faces the busy street, a lot of road noise. A LOT of people walking around and homeless. A lot of actual guests were outside there rooms smoking pot in front of their door or just staring. I canceled and booked at the Mardi Gras and had a good experience there.

Well other than the stains on the bed linens, and the hairs on the bathroom towels, and the hair found on the bed pillows, and the trash everywhere outside, oh and the toilet plunger, that was actually located on the kitchen area countertop, it was a terrible experience.

The experience overall was fine efficient we need somewhere cheap and quick. We were pleased with the accommodation… everything smelled clean. No smoke just strong bleach clean. Bed was comfy.

It was okay. The service was nice, the staff was friendly and accommodating. When I checked in there was an issue with the card key and the door would not open, they tried to fix it and it still wouldn’t work. They moved us to another room. But the curtain was ripped and didn’t even close all the way. One side had someone’s chewed gum stuck to it and there was also chewed gum in the peep hole of the door. The kitchenette light did not work either. Also, the key card worked but the door wouldn’t always close all the way without slamming it, we only found that out after we left all day closing the door behind to come back to the door cracked open all day long. Luckily our stuff was not touched. But it made me extremely uncomfortable to have to stay another night before having to leave the next day. Staff was polite and willing to check the cameras but still the low quality of the doors and rooms did not make us feel secure. I appreciated their efforts but would personally not stay again.

I would not stay again if you paid me. We just couldn't find other occupancy for the evening or we would have gone elsewhere. No trash can in the bathroom. The towels look like they were just tossed up on the shelf. The room smelled like cheap mens cologne. They also allow pets and they're was a dog that barked all night.

Not all light switches worked, and there was a stank pervading the room upon entry: On a very chilly day, the very noisy air conditioner was on when I entered the room. That may have been the source of the smell, so leaving it off for a couple of days did improve the air quality. The television, shower, and bed were OK., but the surrounding area was noisy with traffic and sirens, and other customers hung out outside their rooms to smoke and socialize. This was definitely a 'one and done' for me, particularly because it was not that inexpensive a stay.

There was bugs, when we told the man at the front he just said sorry. TV didn't work, none of the outlets to plug our phones in worked and the floors were completely filthy our feet turned black. I would like a refund because this is NOT the experience they listed.

Over all it was pretty clean but we did have at least 10 roaches in the room under the towel in the bathroom just not ideal we couldn’t leave our bags on the floor but over all good experience except for that and they only have one small trash can for the whole room

The room smelled awful. I had to buy actual cleaning supplies to clean small areas and get rid of the nasty musty smell.

Up front when you look at this motel it’s like any other motel 6 . Not horrible but not the Ritz. At night when the lights are out and it’s still the roaches come out. I have never seen so many in my life. Took video and pictures and went to the office to get our money back so we could go to a different place and the man basically told me I was scamming him because we had already stayed one night with no issues ( because we had just drove 14 hours with a toddler and the only thing we did was go straight to sleep) and I would have to talk to the manager. He would not give me any contact info for the manager at all when I requested it. Overall I was not impressed and very unhappy with the whole situation. Beware to anyone who does book there.

Not much to say.. everything convenient closer to work and access to public transportation..

When I was choosing a hotel on expedia I went to filter and chose must be a 7 plus seven or better for me to be even interested in renting the room but later I just found out that this hotel is a 5 out of 10 and the booking has this property filtered incorrectly and I went to this property after looking at the pictures which look to be photoshopped now after being to the property which is very old dilapidated in the bathroom the faucet was literally falling off you could move it all over the place and I don't just mean a little loose I mean falling off okay it was gross it was dirty you felt like you didn't want to touch anything without using some kind of antibacterial product on everything but I was exhausted and had arrived in at in town at 2:00 in the morning for a late check-in but was going to stay there for 3 days as I just arrived in Las Vegas and the hotel was so gross and all hotels in the area were not checking anybody in until 3:00 p.m. that next day so I had no choice but to sleep in the the gross room on the very uncomfortable bed and I don't recommend this property to anybody that wants above five stars of a review score between 5 and 10 I recommend you do the same thing as me and choose seven or better and hopefully this property doesn't even show up again cause Expedia is now fully knowledgeable about their mistake and have refunded the other 2 nights that I canceled.

hot water took to long to get hot. tv didnt work.

There were flies in my room. I saw the first one, and I thought I killed it and more kept coming from who knows where. The light fixtures on the walls and exhaust fan in the bathroom were all barely hanging on. I went to kill one of the flies on the light and I hit it with a stack of napkins, and the glass dome almost came crashing down because it was barely hanging on by a rusty loose screw.

Bugs came out after the shower was ran. The window was unlocked upon our arrival. When are room was not made up we were told it was our responsibility to notify them we wanted our room made up. There was no signage and we were not told this at check in. Instead the clerk wanted to argue with us about this issue. Had we known - it would have not been a big deal to ask. It was loud, people were hanging around in the parking lot after dark - it did not feel safe. Would never come back to this property.

Door hard to secure. Water took forever to get hot. Is across the street from the police department though

This place was a dump. Towels were like shop rags with holes and stains. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Towel rack was bent up and barely hanging on the wall. Cigarette burns in the bed comforter. Tv did not turn off had to be unplugged. Curtains were broken and didn’t close without falling of the rod. The floor was sticky, hot water took for ever to get hot. Total dump would rather have slept out in the dirt.

We were just there overnight and it was perfect for what we needed: something quick, clean and quiet. Front desk agent was very nice when I checked in, however one could not be found for check out even hafter ringing the bell and calling the phone mumber. I ended up leaving a small note that we were chexking out. Room was clean and well stocked. Our only issues were that the front door tended to pop open if you didnt push/pull it closed and the cable went put in the morning.
