I actually stayed here for three nights. This is a decent, affordable hotel; a great value for money. Friendly staff. There really wasn’t much in their fitness center aside from two treadmills and an elliptical machine. Their dumbbell rack was…lacking. Fitness room also had a musty smell.

The hotel was close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Emily and Angie at the front desk were cordial and professional. The noisy A/C unit in the hotel room. A lot of “stuff” in the hallway (there was actually a trash bag left in the hallway for 5-6 hours until I brought it to front desk’s attention. The fitness room smelled like mildew.

From check in, deciding to stay an additional day, to check out, this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were all so helpful, welcoming and just awesome. We interacted most with the night staff and they were fantastic. I wish I could remember the names to publicly recognize them. You won't find a better hotel This was a quiet, comfortable, relaxing hotel. Defeats will be our choice always! Thank you to each staff member I met while there. You all are awesome!

The neighbourhood was a little run-down and the hotel itself seemed very outdated. The room definitely needed a face-lift.

the lobby looked nice, inviting the room was not expected , carpet nasty dirty, sheets had stains, bathroom light didnt work had to press buttom on electric socket imput,the bathroom looked in bad condition, tile tub floor had rust i couldnt get myself in there to shower, i just couldnt sleep thinking how dirty it felt, by the tv there was smudges of something .

The room was unexpectedly spacious with very high ceilings. Everything I needed was at arm's reach and in it's respectable home. I honestly want to return to this hotel next time I come to Vegas

We were very comfortable & loved the location & yhe staff was so great & helping & friendly! I would maybe say more towels needed in the room, but when I asked for more there was no hesitation.

The warm water for a shower took forever to arrive. The cafeteria was never open. The grounds have not been kept up. Water dripping from the hallway ceiling with the drip bucket overflowing.

The room wasn’t that clean and we were only give one towel for 2 adults who checked into the room.

This hotel was a convenient stay. We were allowed to check in early, we had a concert to attend so this was a stress relief. Uber wasn't terrible cost from here to the strip. Felt in a safe area. On our second night someone had a dog and it peed in the lobby area. The pee was still there the following day.

The staff member at the front desk announced my room number out loud. As a woman traveling alone, I was uncomfortable with this because it's a big safety concern. The room was very hot and the AC unit was not manually adjustable. I had the mobility accessible shower, which leaked water everywhere. This would have been fine except that the tile with the drain is raised above the other tiles, so the water pools on the floor without actually draining.

The rooms are nice very clean everything smells fresh, the staff is amazing, clean laundry rooms, close to store, gas station restaurant, parking is great quiet peaceful if you like to get out have a little fun palace station casino 5 minutes away love it here👍

Good thing about it, there were no resort or parking fees. Staff is friendly, speedy check in, however, found a tick crawling on the bed since the hotel is pet friendly. Gentleman at the desk apologized and moved us to a different room. Cleanliness needs work.

The mini fridge melted all the ice build up on the rug, but nothing horrible. The pool was open but the water was ice cold since it was recently opened.

I did not purchase extras and to be clear, the guest wifi was included in the room rate. Main concern was level of cleanliness of the whole facility. Lobby is mainly clean and has a nice scent. To get to the elevator, you must walk halfway down the hall past some rooms that emanated cooking smells. Dust visibly collected in the corner of the wall and carpet, random particles on the carpet in the hallways and in my room. You can tell the facility is older but it also looks as if certain details in the presentation are overlooked.

Ours was a quick business meeting. The ladies at the front desk were so polite and efficient. Location, price and no-no sense pricing are greatly appreciated.

Great location and easy check in process. Didn't get to explore much of the amenities but the room was spacious. I booked a king bed and it came with a sofa bed as well, mini fridge and microwave.

The hotel was in a great location, nearby, restaurants, shopping, and freeway access. Parking was free, which is a plus. And the staff was very friendly. The hotel was not luxury, the hallways stunk of odors, consisting of marijuana and a strong food smell like curry but the rooms were clean and I had no issues.

The hotel was filthy from the hallways to the rooms. There were stains on the bed, the walls, the carpet. The stench in the lobby and the hallways was terrible. The staff was very unhelpful. I was told that there were no other rooms available then right after I watched them tell another couple that they had a FEW rooms available for them to choose from. Would not reccomend

Do not accept room 175 as its next to an outside door; the outside door started slamming at 11pm as people came in and out all night long. Ear plugs did not help. It was a nightmare. I did not sleep at all so I was exhausted for training in the morning and moved rooms for night 2 & 3.

I would choose this place again if i ever came back to Las Vegas. Right next to highway easy access. Next to lots of shoping and foos spots too

When we first arrived we tried to locate a whirlpool and was later told they didn't have one and needed to take the sign down. We asked twice for towels and toilet paper to be changed as well as the room had no conditioner or lotion. It's big pumps on both. I had to go down and get them. We didn't need to room cleaned and took our own trash but still had to go get the bare minimum after staff told us it would be handled. The hallways smelled like smoke even when it says no smoking.

The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helped get a refund when we checked out a day early due to personal reasons. The amenities are great and the hotel is very clean.

I like the smell of the interior, as it’s always a pleasant aroma. The rooms I booked time and time again have been clean, organized, and pleasant. Parking has been great, and the staff has always been great to work with. There’s great food choices around the hotel, that’s all in a walking distance. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Property itself is a bit run down. The front desk staff, “Justin” was absolutely amazing and made sure we felt welcomed. The room itself was large with two nightstands and plenty of plugs on each side. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I got a 91 sleep score, which was very high for me. Parking is free and easy. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The parking was easy, but the trash container was overflowing with garbage. The young lady at the reception desk was very kind, professional and helpful. The tub had a permanent thick ring.. The carpet was stained in several places. The service phone was not connected. The microwave was placed on top of the refrigerator, that was on the floor. I placed my coffee on top of the microwave, when I opened the door of the microwave it tilted towards me and spilled the coffee. It should have been placed on the desk or a stand.

Do not stay here! This hotel has animal defamation odors. The carpet was smells and has big stains. I had suggested my family stay here in order for us all to be together and hang out. We had 5 rooms. There was no coffee in the morning and at night there was no bar area for us to gather. The pool was also closed but did not state that in The description. I can not recommend this facility to anyone.

My room smelled of animal urine. It was awful !! The floor had big stains where animals defecated. When I brought it up to the management, they told me they could not move me because they were sold out that they would just spray freshener in my room. They did not offer any discount or any such thing. In addition , They put us right next to the exit that everyone in the facility used to exit to smoke. So then door was sling all night. He actually had suggested to my other family members , five rooms altogether. We chose to stay here so we could all be together. There was no coffee. There was no bar as advertised and the rooms were awful. I was pretty embarrassed. No one had anything good to say about this facility! The pool was also closed which was not mentioned in the description. Do NOt stay here!

In town for one night for a show, this was a great place to have a shower after camping the previous two nights, then get a peaceful sleep after the show. I chose this Sonesta because they didn't have the sneaky "resort fee" that the hotels closer to the strip would add to the advertised room cost. Highly recommended.

If you don't mind not having a casino downstairs this is a nice convenient place to stay. Its clean and for the most part the rooms are quiet. I had some noisy neighbors this stay but in the past I couldn't hear anything.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge with an entire separate room with a couch, tv and bar area. The carpet needs a refreshing as it is older and stained in areas. With a remodel this would be a great hotel.

The sheets were dirty upon arrival. It had what looks like foundation stains. I also got the package with breakfast, the hotel did not have the cafe open during breakfast hours so I could not even get any breakfast that was included in my stay. If there was no breakfast available it should mention no breakfast. Very misleading

On entering the room we noticed that toilet paper was low and that the room smelled very moist. The phone and alarm clock were plugged in but didn’t work. The rooms were a good size with a microwave, mini fridge, small.coffee/tea maker and the showers had nice warm water..

A new interstate highway runs right behind the hotel with trucks, motorcycles and car noises reverberating throughout the hotel all night long. First room was super noisy and the front desk kindly changed my room. Second room was still quite noisy, but not as bad as the first room which backed up against the interstate. Rooms have neglected repairs. Second room had a circular 4" piece of carpet missing in the bathroom. Many spots and stains in the room carpet.

Staff was very friendly and helpful - we requested a room that didn't face the freeway because it was loud and they accommodated. The room did have a vape smell though. It was clean but there were stains on the ground.

As we know, you get what you pay for. I was in town for a family party with my 20 yo and my 17 yo. I booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. The hotel is not in a great part of town to start. I sort of knew this based on feedback from someone who used to live in Vegas although it listed Summerlin in the hotel name. Very misleading. Additionally the bathroom was so smelly and gross. It smelled like mold and mildew. The shower curtain stunk and the ceramic tile floor needed to be ripped out as many of the tiles were black with mold. Grout too. It was really disgusting and we needed to keep the bathroom door closed. There were zero linens in the room for the sofa bed sadly. I called and was brought a bed pad and sheets. No blanket or comforter. When I again called downstairs for blankets they had none. I asked 2 more times over several hours and the next morning. No blankets arrived. My son slept with a bed pad as a blanket on night 1. Completely unacceptable. Finally on night 2 we got 2 blankets. Hallelujah. The sofa bed mattress was thin of course but he could feel the springs in his back. Carpet was gross. Towels were thin and ratty and stained. Would not recommend. Honestly I feel like due to the blanket situation there should have been some type of refund. The cushions on the sofa bed were so incredibly dirty I was almost nauseous. Rooms need much more deep cleaning to say the least. Parking was easy, water pressure was good, water was hot.

No breakfast

the room was barely cleaned. housekeeping failed to take out old dirty towels still wet in the closet trash left under the sink. Fire alarm battery was bad so the alarm chirped every 40 seconds all night long. Paid for a suite but had to sleep in hide a bed in living room and close the bedroom door to lessen the sound of the alarm chirp. front desk said the hotel was packed so could not give us another room and did not concern themselves it was keeping is up all night or send anyone to fix it. Ceiling was too high to reach it to disconnect it as well.Hallways smelled like burnt Mediterranean food and there was a sign at check in that informed of pool being closed until further notice, when i Called before booking to find out if they had a pool but was never told it was closed. I mentioned to the staff at checkout and they both said “oh man” and wished me a safe travel. I wish the alarm wasn’t annoying me all night because the bedroom bed was amazingly comfortable location was good but that did not make up for the smell of food cooking, the alarm , the dirty linen and there was no linen for the hide a bed so i had to strip the main bed and down to make the hide a bed.

Hotel isn’t a fancy resort, but rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff and customer service was outstanding. They were super helpful. Perfect for a business trip, or off-strip stay. I travel to vegas for work multiple times a year, and this will be the hotel I use for all my future stays based on the customer service alone.

Staff was not friendly at all. Rushed check in. Was not given information where to park or check out time. He said the room number and pointed to the elevator. That was pretty much it. The room was semiclean. When we entered our room. The bed was not made. The bed was missing its blanket and the pillows were at the end of the bed. I think they were in the middle of cleaning the room but forgot to finish. When I called the front desk, the guy just said he will bring the blanket. He just handed me the blanket and walked away in the middle of me saying something. Very rude.

The Cafe was closed for no reason. No coffee to be found anywhere. The fitness center was a joke. One towel, not a single complete pair of dumbbells, and just depressing.

The staff was very friendly and explain that I could charge the snacks and drinks to my room deposit. I stayed 2 nights in 2 separate rooms. Then one had a fridge and microwave, both head large televisions and we're very clea. I didn't mind that the carpet had stains on it. The bed was comfortable, and that's all I cared about. I like the lobby. It is close to every way, so you get freeway noise to what. But for the price, it was a good stay

The room was quiet, clean, roomy and well stocked. The front desk staff was exceptional. For the most part the property was very clean. The trash cans outside were overflowing and dog waste was everywhere as people didnt cleanup after their pets. There were waste bags so there was ne excuse. Everyday we could smell the odor of Marijuana when going to our room.

The first room they gave me had a few big round dark brown stains on the carpet. When I called down to the desk, the staff person said, "Well this is a pet hotel," as though I should expect filth on the carpet. The hotel adds a charge of $25 per night if you bring a pet, but it appears that money is not used to clean the rooms when pets soil the carpets. When I pressed, they moved me to another room where there were no visible stains on the carpet. Also, the lobby food service area was supposed to be opened from 7AM ro 11AM daily. One morning, I went down to buy coffee at 7:15, and no one was there. When I checked at the desk, two staffers said they were opening it now. They both walked to the food area, and I followed behind them, thinking I could just get some coffee. To my disappointment, they both went into the area behind the food bar and never came out. I waited a minute or two but nothing ever happened. I went back up to the room to get my jacket and keys to go out for coffee. On my way out I saw the staffer at the front desk and asked where the coffee was. It was now after 730 AM. He said, "It's brewing now." I told him i couldnt wait and went to McDonald's. Clearly this facility is run by inexperienced, incompetent people, and I think the Nevada Department of health should probably do an inspection.

We are so happy that we were given a suite for our wedding stay. We are so grateful for the management as we were given a welcome package. We are so thankful.

The carpet in the room was absolutely filthy- grease and grime that is beyond the tools of the cleaning crew. Coffee in the room is poor quality and the “breakfast bar “ does not open until 7am. On Saturday, the 1 person on duty was busy at the front desk and unable to simultaneously serve at the cafe. We checked out a day early due to the general discomfort.

We have several friends in the area and were in town to see them. It is always so hard to find a clean, good, non-gaming hotel. We'll be staying here every time we need a place close to our friends' houses and need to bring our fur baby.

I was booked for 3 nights definitely wanted to cancel right when I walked in the hallway smells like cat urine and cigarettes and on the last night I went and my key wasn’t working for my room so I got it renewed at the office just to be supervised when someone was in my room they said they checked in earlier I didn’t trust the location so I took my belongings with me everyday but I was furious and went to the front desk again and the hotel staff told me I was first in the wrong room I showed them my card holder with my room number and then said oh you checked out today to which I showed them on my Expedia that again she was wrong and she said oh my computer showed differently would you like to book another room haha NO place was gross anyways but didn’t want the hassle of canceling and booking another one after my long work day so I dealt with it and got that at the end so unless you want shady characters yelling from balconies and not able to trust leaving your stuff there then to have them double book your room out of nowhere I suggest any place but this one it was so ridiculous. Save yourself the headache go anywhere else complete joke.

I definitely recommend staying here i promise you won't regret it. Oh plus they are pet friendly! They even have two water bowls in loby as well as dog treats at the counter when you check in.

No, room needed an update.

The bathroom smelled like pee. I asked for cleanup multiple times. They cleaned it but the smell was still there. It was in the shower curtains. We ended up checking out a day early as the smell was really bad and it was bothering me alot. Iam hoping they will credit me for the one night I didnot stay. I asked but the person at teh front desk said he doesnt handle it. He said he doesnt even give me confirmation that I checked out early and I need to contact expedia.

Stayed here one night. Pool area looks nice and probably is fun during the warmer months. If you don’t need any frills and want a basic room, this is a good value.

Excellent customer service and beds were very comfortable. This is in a great location off the strip. The carpet in first room was very stained so we asked to be moved and the next room was much better! Downside: there is no food on the premises and the store items are very pricey. We had to go out every day for food. A restaurant would be nice.

First room that was given to us had such dirty carpets and a strong odor in the room, we had to go back to the front desk and ask for a different room. Second room was a little better but still dirt in several areas on the carpet and less of an odor.

This is a old courtyard marriott hotel turned into. Sonesta property. It is old! The only good upgrade is the 55” TV. My room smells like cigarettes and furnitures are outdated and worn out! I will not stay here again.

Upon our arrival we were Greeted by a friendly staffer ( Victoria) and filled us with all the information the hotel offers. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative thing was the tile in the shower. Needs deep cleaning. But other than that our stay was Good.

The hotel is just old and the furniture in the room old. The actual room was very clean but the carpet had stains and the sofa in our suite had rips and stains on it. Staff was amazing. But overall property cleanliness was lacking. We stayed 5 nights and the stairs had a fake nail all week just sitting there. No one vacuums the hall or anything in 5 days to see it. Also the amt of dog poop in the grass and smeared on the walkways out back in the courtyard is gross.

Lobby hosts were pleasant but hotel is very dated and dirty. Carpets were filthy and stained, tile floors were filthy also. They offer a breakfast/coffee bar that was so limited it was not worth waiting for the desk attendant to run over and help you. Only had soy or coconut milk available. Just sad. Never again.

They didn’t clean my room during my stay (I stayed 3 nights and 4 days). I’m not sure if they don’t do daily cleaning or if it was just an oversight, but there was no sign to request cleaning — only the “Do Not Disturb” one. I asked the housekeeper, Imelda, if she could give me some towels because my room hadn’t been cleaned. She gave me some, but when I asked for another one, she didn’t seem pleased, which was a bit uncomfortable. Also, I wanted to mention that the door on the side that leads to the street doesn’t have a lock, so anyone could come in. Other than that, everything else was excellent. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the pool was very clean (we didn’t use it because we were there for a softball tournament). I will definitely stay there again.

It was my first time staying here and I really enjoyed it. The surrounding area is quiet and safe. There is sufficient parking and I love that it’s free! Check in was easy and quick, the girl who helped us was very kind. The rooms were nice, bed is comfortable BUT the carpet/couch were pretty dirty and had stains. Our towels were changed daily which was nice. The cafe on the main floor was closed for the 3 days I was there but they did have self-serve coffee and creamer which I enjoyed. Overall, this is a great hotel for a good price. I would definitely come back!

The tub was stained with dirt and leaky. They gave us another room to use for the night. They said leave your luggage in the original room and use the new room. The next day, before we went out of hotel, the from desk told us was ok to still have our luggage in the original room and use the new room. But when we came back to the hotel we found out our luggage were moved out of original room without our permission. Someone need to look into this hotel.

Our stay was nice! The room was okay and had everything we needed. The parking lot was spacious, and the staff was friendly both when we arrived and when we checked out. We were in town for my daughters’ wrestling competition, and this hotel was a convenient and comfortable choice.”

Honestly unless it’s a last resort like it was for me, don’t stay here. They slap you with a $100 fee that they say is for insurance for the room, but never refund you. The floors were stained and parts were even missing carpet. The toilet barely worked as well as the shower. The whole room had a bad smell as well. I’m grateful for no bugs, but that shouldn’t be the expectation of a hotel, especially not one I paid a decent amount for. Disappointing and expensive for being so far off the strip.

1st night noticed the toilet draining slow. Then got clogged the next morning with just fluids being flushed. Bathrooms have no fan. They offer breakfast at their lobby kitchen from 7 AM to 10 AM but only had two portable coffee pots, which were both empty at 8:30am, and no food was available, not even muffins or croissants or bagels. Very unaccommodating.

Had a good night sleep in a comfortable bed. Easy walk to retail area for dinner and shopping. I woke to a beautiful sunrise outside my sliding glass door that open to a small balcony. Didn’t have much interaction with staff, but registration experience was very pleasant.

Ethan and Will, were at the front desk when I arrived. They both were very efficient, double checking on room I had reserved. Beds were comfortable, best part is the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion this hotel has, it is from Not Soap Radio, I highly suggest giving it a try. Hotel is not close to the strip, parking is well lit, and secure. I personally did not see people lurking around in this area. At the time I was there, the coffee shop was closed in the hotel, the closes place to get donuts or pastries is Chevron. As for lunch, there are various restaurants around this hotel, better than a $30 buffet on the strip. If I go back to Las Vegas, I'd stay at this hotel. Very small refrigerator in room, and a 1 cup coffee maker too. Pool and hottub looked clean, didnt get a chance to try them out.

I stayed on the third floor, it had a dog urine smell in the hall way and not air circulation. Also, the ice machine for that floor was broken, had to go to the second floor to get ice.

Beautiful facility with great amenities. The only negative is the carpet in our room. It looked as if someone had been working on the roof or a construction site and tracked grime all over the carpet. This should have been given attention by housekeeping and cleaned prior to assigning to a guest.

I stayed here 2 yrs ago around the same time and I see there is no longer a jacuzzi. Its been filled in and now sits a table and chairs..the pool area is still quite stunning

We enjoyed our stay. It is a very pet friendly hotel, with treats and water bowls in the lobby, however, I didn't hear any dog noise during our stay. There are great hang out spots in the lobby. The room was nice; very large, with a balcony. It was clean. The thermostat was nice in that the fan can be set to high, which effectively blocked road noise and hallway noise. The parking lot was well lit.

My stay at the Sonesta was great, and I thank the staff for the great accommodations.

It was our first time at this Hotel. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. What I didn’t like was that I ask for housekeeping and our room was not serviced. We stayed 2 and I would stay again because it is very convenient to my family and friends.

It was a cool affordable hotel minutes from the strip.

Awful. Dirty, run down, tired space.

The staff was very nice but the carpet in the room was horrible. It needed to be cleaned badly. Outside the front door was a cigarette extinguisher station filled with sand. People were trying to use it for trash and there was trash all over the area in front by this. They weren’t very diligent about cleanliness there.

The first room we got smelled like sewage so they gave a new room which was good. We paid extra on hotels.com for breakfast but they don’t have a breakfast. They do give all guests a coffee, apple, pop tart and muffin so I paid extra for nothing. Athon at the front desk had terrible skills and was condescending. The other front desk folks were great.

Beds are comfortable.

I felt it was a good price for the room you get. My room was the biggest they have with the separate bedroom and living room and the suite was huge. This used to be a Marriott Courtyard until about 10 years ago. The furnishings could be updated but the beds were comfortable. The evening shift staff were very helpful and friendly.

Stopped here for the night on a road trip to Oregon. Staff was very friendly! Room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows! Recommend!!!!!

Pool could use a good cleaning. Front desk was friendly & helpful, especially Anthony.

The property was in good condition. I didn't realize you need to ask for housekeeping services. The place is animal friendly and our neighbor had a puppy that was not quiet at all. It definitely makes me realize I dont want to stay in pet friendly locations if I'm not traveling with a pet.

We had a great time for a quick turnaround trip. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was kind of nice being off the strip for once.

Property is a little older, however served our purpose for what we needed. Breakfast is a necessity and should be added in ASAP.

It was okay. Nothing special and nothing horrible either. Just okay. Does the job of giving you a decent enough hotel to sleep in. They could do better with housekeeping though. I don’t see why it can’t be daily.

Overall, the place looked really nice inside—modern and clean. Check-in was a little awkward, though, as one of the staff members was pretty intense about the payment process. It felt a bit uncomfortable having to listen to a strict explanation about which cards they accept. Also, the bed was quite firm, which made it tough to get a good night’s sleep. Still, the property itself was well-kept and visually appealing.

The whole hotel decor is outdated and looks like something from the 70’s The WiFi didn’t work. Even took my laptop to the front desk so they could connect it. The red and gold decorations in the room made it look like something out of a 70’s film. No continental breakfast although the area is there. Instead the push the snack area with rip off prices. All in all I would not recommend staying here unless this is all there is because for the price the overall experience should have been way better.

Nice stay

The shower curtain was about 6" above the floor. This coused water to get on the bathroom floor.

Very dog friendly. Near many shopping and restaurants. We got to check in early. The property is mediocre but good enough. Has good amenities. Overall great experience.

This property was ok, considering why i was in vegas and only gonna sleep there anyway.

I liked the location. I liked the room but the bathroom was a let down. The air conditioner was outdated. I would return because of the staff.

Staff was amazing but the room we got didn't have a shower curtain. I had to request one, however, it was handled quickly.

The smell throughout to the room halls was weird. My room was not suppose to be handicap. No place to put my suitcase no rack available, bathroom stunk horrible. Like sewer gas. Couldn't handle going into pee or brush me teeth. A very Nosey AC unit. The bed was very nice and comfortable.

It was very clean and the staff was very nice.

First, hotel doesn't offer housekeeping to clean rooms. The said housekeeping service is only available upon request. I stayed for 4 nights, and didn't request the service unti the second night. The front-desk was polite and assured me that service will be performed the next morning. I left the hotel in the morning, expected the room would have been serviced when I return in the evening. To my surprise, nothing was done. I went back to front-desk to notify them that the room was not serviced. They were apologetic and, once again, assured me that room will be serviced the next day. The next morning, before I left, I stopped by the front-desk to remind them of the room cleaning. They said the room will be serviced. When I return in the evening, well you guessed it, nothing was done. So frustrating that the management of this hotel is so poor. Second, the mattress is very old, it sinks in the middle. Very uncomfortable to sleep.

I never thought I was going to be so miserable with the strong smell of disinfectant since we enter this place I have allergies and it was hard for me to controlled I’m so glad we only stay 2 nights and they don’t do any effort to accommodate my son with disabilities I hope I never have to stay here again

The rooms were okay. Not super great but clean. The pool was great. Nice, quiet, beautiful. Property was nice. Staff was mostly nice. Had a weird experience during check-in where they kept telling me it was my card that was having issues but it was totally their system not working. They kept saying it was declining, declining, declining. Nope, card worked fine everywhere else. One of the elevators was down pretty much my entire stay. The hotel is laid out really weird. It's not symmetrical so it can be hard to get around at first. I had a good experience here though. I'd come back.

The photos and name of the hotel are misleading. The property is very run-down… carpets and upholstery throughout are stained and dirty, and the plumbing is in poor condition. Definitely not what I expected based on the listing.

A/C was super noisy I couldn't sleep

I was sure if I would enjoy my stay because of how affordable it was. I have no regrets front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have a little nice lobby area to hang out. It’s a little far out from the strip but worth the stay for the price. I will definitely consider staying here again.

The sink is draining very slow. The faucet is loose. Shower tub is slippery, it’s dangerous.

I recently stayed at this hotel.. one of the elevators was broken.. the king/suite had strange smells, carpet in the room as well as the hallway were dirty. Please don’t waste your money as I did
