    This has to be the weirdest hotel, it's supposed to be double occupancy and they only give you one set of towels, they're still using actual keys for the rooms ( even the most low budget hotel use key cards) there were no cups in the bathroom. For the price I paid I think I should get a refund or something because this hotel is pretty bad.. I definitely will not be staying here again and definitely will not be recommending it to anyone

    The area around looked rundown. Hardly anything in the room. It looked dilapidated and bare. The floor was very dusty and dirty. It felt like I stayed in someone's garage that had a bed and a bathroom.

    Well they had to make a key for the room 1 and that it had one lock on the door. The bathroom was in poor condition and my car got hit in the parking lot the guy at the desk wasn’t friendly

    I was using my rewards free night. Made the reservation. Was not told about deposit having to be paid up front. was called the day before my trip and told this info. Was never told before I reserved the room. Because of HOTELS.COM Error, I could not stay ther, thus loosing out on my free room. HOTELS.COM is a HOT MESS with all the EXTRA! I'm a Gold Member too! I'm about done with this company! Give me my room back!

    I had a basic Double room. It had everything I needed: beds w decent linens, a small table, dresser, microwave, fridge, and adequate bathroom facilities. No frills, but that was fine with me. I also arrived late, so my check-in was remote, but that was a smooth and easy process. All standard check out, as well. Quick return of my deposit, easy overall. There were a few slightly weaker spots: the bathroom paper roll was partially used when I arrived, with no spare. Had I stayed a bit longer, I would have considered getting my own, as I was working during the open office hours. The floors (no longer carpet, but now a nice vinyl plank) were a bit sticky and dirty in spots (hard to see w the eye, but bare soles and socks gave it away, so no ding on the place). The in-wall AC, while extremely effective in a record heat wave, was also a bit loud. If you are a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good move. Overall, I got what I paid for, felt secure, and got the sleep I needed on my trip. This isn't the Ritz, but they make a good effort to provide good accomodation and I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!

    The next morning i discover over 12 bed bug bites. I tell the girl on duty at the desk. She decided after inspecting it herself, there are no bed bugs. She then says a professional will look at it "in the morning. I said im no longer comfortable staying here and i want my money back. After a full week of chasing corporate managers on the phone, i still have not even received a phone call. I will not stop pursuing this, until I'm made whole.

    you have to get there and check in by 8pm or you lose whatever amount you paid expedia to reserve the room. this is not a hotel but an apartment complex that offers rooms if they have availability. Expedia will not refund your paid in advance expense if you get there after 8pm. This company is not a hotel and if you try to check in after 8pm you are screwed and will lose your money. do not book this hotel under any circumstances.

    I did not notice that this hotel only allows you to check in between 3 PM and 6 PM. That is quite literal. There is no staff available outside that time, even to call. I tried contacting them before hand when I found out about their limited check in time, but I couldn’t get a hold of anybody. When I finally did, they flat out refused to work with me . When I said I would need to cancel my reservation they hung up flat without even so much as a goodbye. Honestly, given their terrible check-in window I would not list this hotel on Expedia if I were you. I don’t have the luxury of life to try to hit such a limited window for checkin.

No way to secure the room from inside except their keyed deadbolt. Beds look like they’ve been there since 1970. Frankly it was one of the most scariest unsafe experiences I’ve ever had.     One room had no running water abd another room the bathroom door was put on wrong and would not close. It took 2 hours to check in and there were so many mistakes with the wrong keys. Some of the people checked out right away due to no running water.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in a hotel up he street for edc and it was perfect no problems whatsoever. However this hotel, I seriously thought we would be robbed or even shot.     We were not given time range for check in. Our email stated 3 pm. They shut down at 6 pm. No where in our info were we given this message. We arrived at about 7 pm, only to be turned away by Security. He also informed us is wasn't hotel but an extended stay facility.

The electronic key lock was removed and door only held closed by conventional deadbolt. No phone, no coffee maker. Extra "Resort Fee" above original prepaid charge.

    Well to begin with they stated they had "recently renovated". Not sure which decade that was but room had mismatched furniture, very badly stained walls and carpet, the window ac/heating unit was from early 80s and I know this because I worked 25 years in hotels and recognized it. It never worked properly and made the whole window shake when it was on. And possibly the worst part was I was never able to get hot water. I was lucky to even manage to get it barely lukewarm. Maint. said they would turn it up but it got worse by my 3rd day. The tv got grainy picture and never did figure out the channels. The casino did not have television reception at all for almost 6 hours Saturday while the NCAA tourney was going on. The best I can say is the staff overall was pleasant and did the best they could with the product they were given. All in all one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in many, many years.

    This place is a dump! The staff is rude and is more concerned about singing to the radio then customerservice. The area is very scary and very low income renters. We did not even stay either night...lost out on mobey but was too scary to stay there! *** stay at your own risk!...to theft and life***

    People hanging in the stairwell. Casino reminded me of in Texas juke joint. The word my son would use is ghettoooooooooo. And property down the road is even worse. Oh yeah, the bed was sunken in very uncomfortable.

    Broken door locks and the window didnt shut all the way has big air gap in it, a man was outside screaming at 12:45 am and he was in his underwear, there are no phones in rooms so if you needed help you couldnt call for help, i was by myself and im a woman and i didnt feel very safe and i booked it online and i thought i had paid for it online but when i got there i was told i had to pay $4 so i handed her a $20 and i was told i had to pay a $100 deposit in cash if i was paying the $4 in cash so i just paid it by my atm card, i wont be staying there again and the front of the heater unit kept falling open

    Front desk clerk was courteous, checked us in after closing at 6:06 pm. First room had bad tv and running toilet. Changed to another room with working tv and heat. Clean linens, dirty carpet, and loose toilet seat. Front desk clerk failed to change our room in computer system and notify night security. Night security banged on our door at midnight accusing us of illegal entry. Had to show room receipt to avoid police contact. On check in was charged almost $10 extra from expedia charges. Husband was confronted by blood gang member in am while walking his little service dog. Sketchy neighborhood with gang activity. Busted out door locks, only deadbolt. Great Chinese restaurant next door and friendly staff at bar.

    Longer check-in than I expected, but very friendly staff. Rooms are older but very clean. Frankly, I was surprised at how clean and comfortable it was. Can not say enough good things about the staff, they so caring and helpful in so many ways.

    When we finally got to our room. The water to the toilet was turned off but thankfully my husband was able to figure that out. The shower had very low pressure and very small. The knob to pull the shower on was broke so that was difficult to get on. The room was dirty and gross. The beds were beyond hard and stiff. I think I would have much rather slept on the floor or in my car. I will never stay here again.

    I stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible . The people who are working were nice but their customer service wasn't really good I felt like every time I asked a question and I was bothering them . Also every time the people upstairs took a shower our roof late a lot of my stuff got damaged over $250 worth of my things. While we were gone the roof leaked and got all over my make up in my suitcase many of my clothes are ruined from residue from the ceiling and my make up is absolutely destroyed . When we informed the service people they didn't even offer to change our room until the last night of our stay , and there was very poor communication within the stuff because no one knew of the leaking issue even though we told people in the office multiple times . The overall cleanliness of our room wasn't satisfactory. Overall the area was pretty sketchy I asked for a refund and they would only give me one night stay worth which I don't think it's very fair Seeing how there was significant damage to my personal items

The only way to close and lock the door was with a dead bolt.The carpet on the floor was, I guess ,brown but it was so dirty it looked like black carpet to me. There was no toilet paper at all in the room and the towels were like sand paper.The office staff was non existent, and the whole place was like a bed dream.

    This Motel is in what appears to be a seedy part of town to begin with, it also appears to also be a weekly/monthly destination for transients, definitely not a happy family destination!..I am unable to review the actual room however, because I was unable to check in! The front office I was told closes at 8pm and outside office hours it is impossible to get a room! We arrived at approximately 10 pm only to find the office closed with no one around, and no instructions for late check in! I've never seen this before at a motel/hotel! I went into the on site casino to look for answers, all they could tell me is look for the motel security guard, that he "might" be able to help. When we couldn't find security after looking around for a bit, I called the hotel phone number listed on my itinerary. I was able to get through to a woman who said she would contact security for us and we waited 15 minutes, no security arrived. I called back, same woman answered, told me she is only a dispatch who contacts security, and couldn't help beyond that, but that she would try to contact them again. We waited another 20 minutes for security to arrive, only to be told there was nothing he could do to get us our room. All he could suggest is that we come back in the morning when the office is open!...YEAH RIGHT! We had to find other accommodations at 11:30 pm!..Beware!

    First off I chose the pay at hotel option however the hotel charged me half the rooms price a couple days prior to my visit. Which was fine except it explicitly says on hotels.com you won't be charged till you get there. A little upset about that. Second I had tried to call the hotel to inquire about this and no one answered the phone for over an hour. I ended up emailing the general manager who was nice but only ended up telling me this was Expedia's policy and hotels.com partners with them so I was kinda SOL there. Once we got there desk staff was nice and courteous. However, this place is very seedy and our room had a foul odor and graffiti on the bathroom door. I reported it to the front desk and I was given free wifi for the night. Not a great solution but better than nothing I guess. Also there were splinters on the floor from furniture chipping that weren't vacuumed up and I stabbed my foot on one. There were people loitering around pretty much all hours of the day and night. As well this hotel or motel really is over 12 miles from the strip as opposed to the 4 that is listed on hotels.com. Be prepared to spend at least 45 minutes driving into Vegas with traffic. If you're not going to be in your room and need a cheap place in a pinch this place is OK. But beware of the area and be prepared for a not great room.

    Dirty room. One operational Chanel on an old style CRT TV. No daily room cleaning. One bed was broken. Room smelled dingy like it had been smoked in for 40 years. Overall the room is comparable to the motel rooms seen in movies used for criminal activities.

    The amenities were nil. For three adults (known when I booked the room) one roll of toilet paper (not a full roll and no spare) one small bottle lotion and shampoo. We had to asked for toilet paper (was told they would bring over 2 rolls only got 1) it took 2 hours.

    Booked a 2 Queen Bedroom, there was only one bed. The staff including Janella gave an unwarranted, terrible attitude. There were random and suspicious people loitering around the parking lot during the night, raises a safety issue. Air conditioning did not function at all, and when I confronted this issue to the front desk, the response was "I'm sorry to hear that." Thanks for nothing. There was no trash bin. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke. 2 out of 3 my room keys did not function. The vertical blinds had missing slots, had to improvise to give me and my guests some privacy. I would not stay here again. I'm a simple person, and my group and I are very adaptable. It's just unfortunate that what the hotel offered through its website and pictures and promises, it or they did not live up to the agreements proposed. And that is why I'm disappointed. We would have been better in a hostel because at least we wouldn't be surprised with unexpected lack of accommodations.

    At check in they didn't have my reservation or any room left. I was stranded. They were very rude too me. I called Expedia back spent 30 minutes on hold and another 15 of process for Expedia to call the hotel and confirm. Finally Expedia said go back to office and get my room. I went back to office and the rude ladies finally gave my keys to the room. Very unsafe area... lots of Crack heads roaming around and gun fire. DON'T STAY HERE.

    At check in they didn't have my reservation or any room left. I was stranded. They were very rude too me. I called Expedia back spent 30 minutes on hold and another 15 of process for Expedia to call the hotel and confirm. Finally Expedia said go back to office and get my room. I went back to office and the rude ladies finally gave my keys to the room. Very unsafe area... lots of Crack heads roaming around and gun fire. DON'T STAY HERE.

    They did have a working AC unit which helped out quite a bit on a hundred degree weather, and there was a small but quaint casino next door so if I wanted to get a drink or something to eat, the casino was there.
