The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly. The pool was under construction, which we did care. The breakfast area was too crowded and not enough place to sit. They charged my credit card $22.00 (3 days after we left) and will not answer me why. We went there for BTS concert. Dressed in our room, went to the concert, slept and left.

Staff was very kind and helpful at the front desk. The property is a very big place. Plenty of parking space. Pretty close distance from the strip. If you want to stay a little off the strip with less traffic I'd highly recommend this location.

The only drawback was the pool and spa were under construction. It was a hot day and we were able to walk to the courtyard Marriott, but would have preferred not to do that.

The room was very clean, the area we were at was very quiet, we had a nice view of the sphere, housekeeping checked in on us everyday and the free complimentary breakfast was decent. Its not far from the strip at all if you’re driving! Would definitely recommend staying here Only tip i would give you is their entrance is also the exit, you just have to drive up really close to the lever and it’ll go up

Staff was excellent, They did anything they could for you. The rooms were half updated, they need better faucets, tile by bath sink area, not carpet, new updated countertops and kitchen cupboards, I always check the bathroom tiles to see if they were clean and they were. And a few touch ups to paint etc. new bath doors, updated toilets. Come on Marriot!!

Staff was amazing! An example of the great service was a tech that was working on the grounds saw I was heading towards the lobby because we thought our keys got demagnetize and I lead the tech to our room and they were able to assist us getting into our room instead of me having to go back to the lobby. If there is ever another convention in the area in the future, this will be my hotel of choice!

Amazing stay. Food was great during breakfast. Staff are so helpful and you just can’t beat the price for a 2br loft for 5 ppl. Loved it. And best of all, no resort fees!

The room was clean, quiet, and large with appliances. It was also pretty private. The staff was great and the hot breakfast was superior. The rooms were directly across the street from the convention center and the monorail station. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. I liked the location since I prefer to be off of the strip. I enjoyed the breakfast but felt that the scrambled eggs were way too runny and needed to be cooked slightly longer and I think the addition of flavored creamer would be a nice touch to your coffee bar.

Great location , good area that’s pet friendly. The upstairs room floor boards squeaked with every step, you can hear it loudly in the room beneath it and it kept everyone up. Also there’s no mention when booking that the suite is upstairs, which is not necessarily a problem but be prepared to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs.

Custodial went in although I'd asked them not to. Had some receipts that were tossed. Overall, it was nice.

The bedding for the pull out couch was flimsy at best. The blanket was so thin it provided no warmth, but If we turned up the temperature the upstairs loft was too hot. I asked for another blanket at the desk and the agent brought me two saying’ they’re really thin so you’ll probably need both.) If it’s apparent to staff then the problem is known and should be corrected

The breakfast was really good they have alot of variety of food to choose from, a good comfortable bed room was clean great staff in general They charge for parking $20 they charge me $39, but said I will get the difference back after I checkout

Stayed with three people for the weekend for a Sphere event. We walked and took us about 25 minutes. Everything was very cleaned and maintained. Staff was friendly. They have a good selection of breakfast items; eggs, tater tots, turkey sausage, baked goods, yogurt, oatmeal and the fixings, pancakes. Laundry & pool. A wide variety of amenities. I enjoyed having bigger bottles of shampoo/conditioner stationed in the bathroom (ones they refill). They also had a makeup cleaning wipe and soap. No lotion though. Bring your card key if you plan on going through the front entrance late at night as you have to key in. This place is great for families, business travel, solo travel or with friends. Just a heads up this space is like a two story apartment building--A loft suite on the top and a queen bed/sofa bed on the main floor (not connected just two different rooms). I didnt see an elevator so you would have to haul your stuff up stairs if you stayed in the loft. We stayed on the ground floor. I loved having a kitchen and a full size fridge with an ice machine! Helped us a lot as we drove. The air conditioner makes a big klank sound every time the cycle turns on.. If you are a light sleeper this will be difficult for you so bring ear plugs. I also wish that breakfast was until 10am not 9:30. Our bathroom sink also made a bunch of clinking sounds most of the time. This is being nit picky, but the people above us in the loft bedrooms kept dropping things and were not very quiet. No hair dryer in bathroom that I saw.

We stayed here for Jiu Jitsu Con 2025. It was close to the venue, provided a wonderful free breakfast, and was both comfortable and equipped with friendly staff! We will be staying here again in 2026!

Property was great. Super close to the convention center with an easy gate out to walk directly to it. Last day a homeless guy was walking around the complex but there seemed to be additional security at the lobby to talk care of any escalations.

The rooms needed repairs and upgrades. Also, there were no sheets for the pull out sofa, which defeated the purpose for staying in a room for a family of six. Usually Marriott hotels are a sure thing. Not this time.

Our unit was located adjacent to the dumpster area and we had the joy of multiple dumpsters being dumped early several mornings during our stay. No need for an alarm clock in these units.

The property itself is top-notch! Each house has got only 4 units. So much space! Location for the Convention Centre is ideal! Literally, both South and West Halls are across the road! Will stay again! Top job everybody at the hotel!

Conveniently located across transit station but longggg walk to it due to the property’s size and we were specifically housed literally in last back building staring at back fence of property. We love staying here especially in the loft rooms during our tournaments.

The swimming pool was nice, clean and easy to access. Breakfast selection was very good, however, the breakfast room was very full and there was no seating space so we had to sit outside in the full sun - there were no parasols provided. Also, the outside furniture had not been cleaned recently which unfortunately spoilt our breakfast experience a little. Other than that we were happy with everything and would book there again. Good and easy access to the monorail which is only a short trip to the Las Vegas strip.

Pool and hot tub were nice, just as pictured. Shower was hot with AMAZING water pressure. Breakfast was a little lower quality than another Residence Inn we stayed at previously, but still nice/sufficient. Full kitchen including stove/oven which i didn't expect. This Residence Inn was condo style, with all the rooms a very short walk from the main building, where the breakfast and pool were at. Getting there the evening of our arrival was a bit of a challege due to road construction. GPS didn't know about all the areas blocked off, we drove in circles around all the adjacent parking lots until we FINALLY found a way in. Would have been nice if they'd place signs for how to get there from the back.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an included breakfast, but I never ate it, as I woke up too late and had to be somewhere or wasn’t very hungry. Overall, a good bargain and pleasant stay.

It’s a great location near the Westgate which is where we had to be daily. The rooms are nice. Only problem I find is the downstairs room only has mirrors in the bathroom so if someone is showering the other person cannot do any dressing or makeup application until it is free. We do take a small mirror but it’s not the same. My little dog has a place to potty with bags available in some areas for pick up. The breakfast is varied so we are all able to get something we like. The laundry is convenient to the breakfast area swimming pool and gym so we were able to do laundry while we used the facilities.

Comfortable, plenty of room to spread out. Sitting area and kitchen were clean and comfortable. Full size fridge for Vegas was a great feature to store beverages to stay hydrated. You'll need to Uber around to get groceries given the heat but having the full working kitchen gives you options.

Staff was friendly and helpful

If there’s any suggestion I would make, it would be to consider placing solar panels on top of the basketball court. Since hardly anyone uses the court during the daytime, providing a little shade and generating electricity with solar panels would be a win-win for everyone.

There was supposed to be a sofa bed but it was just a sofa.

Overall my room was fine however there were no ADA Accommodations and the stairs were difficult to navigate for my spouse who is on a walker

The property was quiet for the most part aside from the occasional road from road construction during my stay. I had no issues the entire stay, the front desk was helpful and friendly along with all the other employees I encountered at the property. The suite had what I needed for my extended stay, a full kitchen and access to laundry.

I hope to go back to a cleaner and better place for my next vacation

This place was clean and is a basic hotel. There is not much right around it but it is convenient to the convention center.

Stayed 3 nights for my birthday.. I really enjoyed the room we selected (2 bedroom loft ).it was spacious and clean . Staff was friendly. Great value for the money .

Great stay

The room was large and clean. My main complaint was the $15 / day parking charge tacked onto my bill that was a surprise. Breakfasts were very good.

I like that you need your room key to enter the property.

Great place. It’s away from the strip, but near the monorail. I find that this place strikes the balance between near the strip’s activities and away from the strip’s chaos.
