Our stay was excellent, couldn’t have asked for better services at the hotel, staff was so friendly and helpful will come back in the future

Clean, good location-close to the strip but away from the loudness, lots of amenities, fantastic service from staff when we needed help. The only drawback was the terrible cell phone service which made it hard to call an uber/lyft.

Bedding was not so good as had several holes in the top sheet. Our room was very big but noisy as the hotel aircons were outside our bedroom window on a flat roof.

We loved the clean rooms. Quick walk to the Sphere and great breakfast! The Wi-fi was very slow and didn't work at times.

The queen studio suite we stayed in was extremely spacious with a stove, fridge, sink, microwave and a decent sized comfy couch. We only stayed for one night as we attended the No Doubt concert at the Sphere which was super close walking distance. The location of this hotel is very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but still beats spending money elsewhere. We will have future stays here for sure.

This is a really decent hotel. Priced fairly, well appointed, great staff, and good continental breakfast. Best option near the Sphere that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Would stay here again!

Housekeeping staff called Bri was extremely rude, impatient and racist towards customers. Dropped off clean towels onto the living room desk and did not even bother picking up dirty towels from the bathtub. Rolled her eyes and sighed each time she was called to deliver something, only called her a total of twice during our stay of five days. Gave us hard stern glares each time, extremely unprofessional and should be fired.

Well from what room I got to what we walk in too was a lil bit off, room really didn’t get clean as proper & the door knob from the room came off the hinge. For what we pay for little to much.

Breakfast and friendly front desk staff. we stayed in a 1bdrm queen suite and you have to go into the bedroom to access the bathroom. This is not convenient when sharing this space and disturbs those in occupying the bedroom.

Really nice spacious room very near the Sphere. I wanted to ride the monorail and asked the woman at the desk how to get there. She really didn't know and sent us off in the wrong direction. By the time we got to a monorail station, it was time to get off at the next station and walk to the Sphere.

No matter the time of day, the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. We needed maintenance late at night to fix a chirping alarm. They were there right away. We enjoyed the variety of options for breakfast too. We appreciated the quiet off the busy strip.

Your reception staff was at best grumpy and disinterested. The Reception Desk Manager was rude. There was one exception: Rena Kastris. She was superb, friendly and professional. For $350/ night, I got very little value. Breakfast was below average, not well cooked and with very few selections of dishes. I have always enjoyed Marriot hotels in other states and in Europe. This location was a LEMON. A dud. Everything. You need to either close the location or do a complete overhaul.

Very friendly staff, we were offered a late check out which very helpful since it was raining and we had a late flight. Breakfast was amazing. Very convenient location. The walk to the strip was not bad at all.

Quiet hotel 1 mile from the busy strip! We were comfortable, felt safe, and never had any issues with getting to and from the strip. Breakfast was good and the room was clean! We walked back after seeing the Backstreet Boys at the Sphere and it took us about 15 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff friendly. The floors in the rooms are carpet, my children’s feet were black black when walking without socks or shoes. They should not have to have shoes on constantly. On night 2 of my stay, going back into our room at 11 pm smelt terrible of weed. It was strong in the hall and the. Smelt as if someone was smoking In the living room. Not acceptable when I have small children. I made comment to the clerk when checking out. She didn’t care.

Our stay was extremely pleasant at this location. The staff are very polite and helpful. They also have good spread for breakfast, all freshly prepared and felt very much like home food. The rooms are clean with a good size kitchenette which was very helpful with our toddler. No extra cost for parking. It’s very close to strip although not walkable distance. I would definitely stay here if I visit Vegas again. Reena was very helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure we have all that we needed.

The room was very dingy. No lighting in the rooms. It’s too hot to open the curtains and the lack of lighting makes it impossible to see anything.

Overall it was okay stay. We stayed for 4 nights . The morning breakfast buffet was good. The properly was overall neat and clean and the location was also great. Though we had few issues. Our room sink garbage disposal started leaking same night we came. Water spilled around the kitchen area. A Maintenance guy came and looked and it was fixed next morning. The day before we checked out the dishwasher started leaking and water spilling out all over again. We complained again and no one took prompt action and we stopped using it. Initially we told them for cleaning room daily then 3rd day no one came and we had all trash cans filled. When we asked for cleaning they said all housekeeping staff were busy.

Two beds, a sofa, a desk, an eating table with chairs, a full-sized bathroom, plus a large refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, and cabinets with dishes, cups, glasses, including silverware. Best room we could have asked for.

We had an issue with our forst room and they both rectified the situation immediately. Kudos to them both!!

This property is nice and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's a 20 to 30-minute-walk to the strip. Breakfast is pretty standard and you get some good options. The area around the property is quite nice and quiet. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting a more quiet area but close enough to the tourist spots.

My Queen Suite was great. Really appreciated having a kitchen which was well appointed for a hotel room. I was here to run a marathon and cooked in my room every day. Not applicable for most people, I appreciate. I took my cutlery down to breakfast to avoid the disposable plastic (banned in the UK where I am from). The staff were all really great. The location was ideal for me but I don't mind walking and getting buses. The fitness centre is good for a hotel and open 24 hrs, which suited my unusual hours. I'd stay here again.

We stayed for 7 days and we had a wonderful time! Nice distance to the strip, hot tub for those cool mornings and evenings, lots of hot and cold breakfast choices but the best was the friendliness of each staff member we encountered . From maintenance - housekeeping - front desk - they were so friendly and helpful! That was the very best part ! They also had a dedicated outdoor a space to let our dog out .

Hi, staff at the reception area were extremely helpful, Blanca and another lady covering morning shift excellent. Clean facilities and good breakfast. The only downside that we noticed are the bathtubs’ faucets were dripping.. water is being wasted.

Friendly front desk staff!

Our room was not available for an early checkin so the front desk clerk (super friendly and professional) let us store our bags in a secure area and upgraded our room. The room (two bed/bath suite) itself was nice, the location was close to the Sphere (we were in town for an event there) and the rooms very comfortable. The room did show some evidence of wear & tear (a footprint on the curtain in one bedroom, clean but dingy tub bottom and other similar items you would expect). We did have some issues with the AC not cooling the rooms but did not report it to the hotel as we were in and out too much. The hotel is in the in-coming plane flight path so you won't want to open your windows. Though off the strip, you can walk across the street for Panera, Chipotle and even a block from fine dining options. And, it felt like a safe area. The hotel serves breakfast daily - standard fare but plentiful, well-stocked and a decent selection. Overall my family felt it was a 4 / 5 star stay. Some of the negatives mentioned were not big enough deals to warrant less.

I escaped the fires of Southern California. Unfortunately, I had to bring my dogs with me. Even though the hotel is pet friendly, I had to find a dog sitter because they would not allow my dogs to stay with me. It caused inconvenience for me as well as my dogs who were distressed due to the fires we had to experience. I was disappointed by how the front office make me feel stressed about the situation.

I like it because is smoke free in the entire hotel, friendly people and clean areas.

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our stay- the sleeper sofa worked for my son, and each room had a tv so we could each enjoy our own entertainment. Very comfortable, and close enough to the action. Will definitely be back!

The property is very clean and the staff was kind. The breakfast area was very clean and the food was nice and hot. The main road outside of the hotel is very busy so it took a while to get out of the area during heavy traffic times.

Very Convenient to airport and the strip. Breakfast was a plus.

I was able to check in early and even though there was an issue with the room, the staff promptly solved it and even offered us an upgrade. Would definitely recommend!
