Reviews
The Red Rock Hotel and Casino is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and great dining options. Guests appreciate its location away from the bustling strip, yet close to Red Rock Canyon and other attractions. However, some guests have issues with the resort fees, smoking areas, and certain aspects of the rooms.
- Location away from the strip but close to attractions
- Comfortable beds and clean rooms
- Resort fees and extra charges
- Smoking areas and smell in certain areas

The room wasn't very clean. When I first entered the room, the bathtub was dirty, and there was a water bottle and some small trash left in the corner of the room by the previous guest.
- 5/5
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby and hotel room hallways are overly fragrant; not that it’s a bad smell, but it’s very strong and not for those sensitive to smells.
- 5/5
This was our first time trying the Spa services, we loved it!
- 5/5
Loved the pool day. Go early to grab your lounger. Rooms are nice and spacious. Beautiful bathroom with robes and plenty of towels.
- 5/5
Would def stay here again!

Very nice
- 4/5
Pool was a disappointment. No where to sit or lounge, unless you wanted to pay more money for cabana. Walked around and left. Let down. Pool area did look nice. Just frustrated that you are charged extra for amenities and then you can’t even use them.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the VIP upgrade and the coffee setup

Nice resort
- 5/5
It was a perfect setting for our 35th anniversary! Great view, great pool, and away from the strip. It was quiet, clean and had all that we needed. We were sent chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday that was coming up in a few weeks! We absolutely would stay here again.
- 5/5
The property is beautiful with an amazing spa that offers many services and use of pool after service. Many good restaurants at the resort. The pool is huge with lots of chairs.
- 5/5
Great options for restaurant you don’t have to look elsewhere and the staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and comfortable. This Is the only place I stay when I’m in town.
- 3/5
I didn’t like that there was not a refrigerator that we could use for our own items. There was a refrigerator, but it was stocked with items for purchase only. I felt this place nickel and dimes you to death.
- 5/5
The room was very nice. My only complaint was the distance from the elevator to the room. It's a loooooooong walk. If you have mobility issues, request a room near the elevator.
- 5/5
Property was in excellent shape and breakfast prices were reasonable.
- 5/5
A perfect place to stay for an off the strip Vegas experience. They have everything you could want and need, in a much more relaxing environment. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location.
- 4/5
I liked that the property was very personable.
- 5/5
Nice experience if you are tired of the strip and just want to relax.
- 5/5
Given how hot Vegas is all that you might need is there on the property. I traveled alone so it was great for me. RR is family friendly so kids can walk thru the casino. Im staying there next time in Vegas.
- 4/5
The hotel itself was lovely, the rooms/beds comfortable and large enough, TV worked well. It would have been nice to have a map of the property (paper or online) because it wasn't obvious what restaurants were inside, where they were, and where the parking garages and their access points were located. We got lost several times on the first day. Getting lost often meant having to walk through the smoky casino, as did eating at the hotel because all restaurants were adjacent to the casino. We understand that casinos are the real money makers, but we'd gladly pay extra to find a hotel that had non-smoking casinos (or a nice, convenient hotel without a casino at all). We loved the pools, but the inability to find shade was a definite problem. The umbrellas were sparse, and many areas that had them were only available when one rented a cabana. Guests were not encouraged to remove their towels from chairs when they left, so it was hard to know which chairs were available, and the staff did not help us find open chairs or shade. There are NO WATER BOTTLE FILLERS ON THE PROPERTY, which we found outrageous as all other hotels on this trip had them. So LOTS of plastic bottle waste flows out of this hotel (and perhaps others in LV). This was the biggest disappointment, second only to have to inhale smoke in order to eat at the property. So, we will likely not be be back to this hotel, which is disappointing since it is located near our friends' home.
- 3/5
We had reported that only very hot water water was available for the shower & tub. It was too scalding to use. We were very disappointed to not be able to shower the morning we were leaving. They gave us a $50. Credit but we felt it should have been a larger amount but we didn’t feel like arguing / escalating. Some kind of electrical issue they told us. Everything else was good but just be aware you have to walk a long way to the pool & restaurants from the hotel rooms. We didn’t find any luggage carts. The outdoor pool is great but the staff didn’t take our order we had to go to the outdoor cafe window by the pool for drinks & food.

Always love staying at Red Rock, spacious rooms, great restaurants and pool.
- 5/5
Fantastic staff in every department
- 5/5
Hotel and stay were great. Plenty of food options. Key cards were a pain getting into elevators if you forgot or lose when with family of 4. What about ome sort of wristband room key option??
- 5/5
Red rock is the perfect family hotel to have a vacation. It has all the amenities and staff and rooms are very excellent. We love every thing about it.

- 5/5
The hotel and resort was absolutely beautiful. The pool was wonderful and very relaxing. The entire staff was polite and friendly. The service was impeccable. The only issue i had was that smoking was allowed in the casino area. I left that area smelling like an ash tray. Not very pleasant. The restaurants and room service foods were world class and delicious. The house keeping staff were courteous and did a great job making sure my room was clean and water was stocked. I would and have recommended this hotel to friends, family or anyone wanting a great stay while visiting Las Vegas. Thank you for your hospitality!
- 5/5
With every feature you could want or need. The food court is great and the staff attentive. Housekeeping was on the spot and marvelous
- 5/5
Excellent staff rooms only thing was one elevator bank far from the rooms but doable
- 5/5
Red Rock Resort will always be our place to stay in Las Vegas.
- 4/5
Red Rock was a great place to stay and we enjoyed the trip very much. The proximity to the Summerlin shopping and restaurants was convenient and good quality. The restaurants at the casino while nice, the prices were very high for the quality. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Loved it here will definitely come back

Great place to stay, the more you're willing to spend the more perks you get. VIP treatment was worth it.

The country concert at the pool was amazing! Sharing up close memories with my daughter was worth it! No Vegas crowds just fun loving country people.

- 2/5
The room itself was great. But like with all casino hotels, they route you through the 'smoking' casino to get to everything else. Access to the pool was difficult and convoluted, but once there, the waters were divine. We got lost constantly because the traffic flow was not well thought out, having to change elevators and floors to get to our destination. I would not stay there again if decent alternatives were available.
- 5/5
Some rooms are too far from the elevator

We stayed at Red Rock to start off our road trip to Monument Valley and Arches National Park. We stayed there last year and looked forward to returning. We decided to stay 2 extra days to see a concert there. The hotel was very accommodating and also suggested checking online sites for us to get better rates. We didn’t have to change rooms. Staff was polite, helpful and courteous. There was a small storm in the distance that caused the electricity in the casino to go out, the rooms and elevators however weren’t affected. The only slight inconvenience was it blew the fuse to the water pumps so they had to turn off water to repair the pumps. They were apologetic and gave us a couple nights credit for the resort fee. By the time we got back from the pool the water was back on in time for us to shower to get to the concert. It was a wonderful start to our road trip. Looking forward to our next trip.
- 5/5
The staff were fantastic at check in The room was not clean. Good thing I brought wipes. To clean the chairs which were covered in something. Also I couldn't use thr mini fridge to keep anything i brought cold. It was full fo their stuff to sell.

We always enjoy our stay at the RedRock resort. Unlike most visitors to LasVegas, we don’t come for the gambling, but rather to get away and visit sights like Red Rock Canyon and Mt. Charleston. We enjoy the Red Rock resort because it has a wide variety of dining choices and pool for outdoor relaxing as well.

We live in Vegas and enjoy going to Red Rock often. This was the first time that I booked a room for family to stay there while visiting from out of town. I was really excited about the stay and talked up the resort but ultimately, the stay was bit of a let down. While, I would recommend, it wasn't to the level I expected; this is why: I received emails about upgrades, but when I went there the day before to make sure everything was set, I was told the upgrades were not available. Day of check in, we were told I can choose between a room on a higher floor but really far from elevator, or lower floor but close to elevator - either of these sounded very exciting. We took the room closer to elevator. The bathroom was not clean, and the toilet did not flush. You had to open the lid, and adjust where the water came out, I wanted to call to repair but my family is no fuss, and said it was not a big deal, but I was really embarrassed since I had told them how great I heard the rooms were. They wanted to sit out by the pool before seeing a movie, but for some reason was told they could not. I'm not sure what happened there. I would recommend Red Rock because as locals we love the location and we enjoy the restaurants. But for how much the rooms cost, I just wanted them to have an elevated and high end experience, that didn't happen. I wish I could have been able to do something different to assure a better outcome. They were "okay" with the accommodations, I was not.

Front Desk is not that helpful. Charge extra hour check out, Ridiculous!

I didn’t like how the elevators were only on one side of the building and I had to cross the entire building to get to my room.

What I liked about the property was the security with the elevators. I really loved how spacious the room and the bathroom were and how private it could be. I didn’t like how the elevators were only on one side of the building and I had to cross the entire building to get to my room.

A home away from home for us and many people we know. We will come back time and time again!

Love the easy in easy out free parking
- 5/5
Property is gorgeous and parking is convenient and free. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Searched for a room close to the elevator for us. We are looking forward to returning.
- 5/5
Great location away from the madness of the strip. Easy transition from casino to calm luxury hotel. The restaurants (Italian, Thai, noodles, seafood, oyster bar and breakfast cafe ) were all four and a half to five stars.
- 4/5

- 2/5
Our room was nice until we realized that the shower handle that controls hot/cold broke off and it was not secured by any kind of bolt. We stayed in room 151 on 7th floor. Wife and I had trouble turning shower on/off and controlling temp of the shower as a result. Also checkout is at 11am, however your guys’ housekeeping staff decided to open our door around 8am as wife and I were laying intimately on our bed. We were pissed! Last but not least, clock in our room was off by around 12 mins, and cuz of that we were late to our 9pm dinner reservation a T BONE STEAKHOUSE downstairs

As a solo travel, I felt safe in this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the concierge team were very helpful and accommodating. The views of red rock canyon from my room were amazing! I really loved my time spent here. My trip was too short to lap up all the amazing facilities in this hotel.

Our room was beautiful, on the 15th floor with views of the Red Rock National Conservation Area. Dinner at Hearthstone was amazing, with great service. Breakfast at the Lucky Penny was . . . interesting: The person who seated us, who ended up being our server, was gruff, and didn't seem happy. The person who brought water, tea & coffee brought the wrong tea bag, and it took quite a while to get the attention of one of them to ask for the correct one, which it turns out they were out of - English Breakfast tea. Even the food wasn't that great, and service was so-so. It just felt like no one working there was happy. On check out, the bellman who came was REALLY helpful, even going so far as to suggest using the laundry bag for ice, and showing us where the machine was on our floor. He waited for us to get as much as we needed, brought it downstairs and waited for us to switch it to the small zip bags we had been using for our small cooler, as well as our water bottles. We only wish we had his name! All in all, this was a great experience and I hope my husband and I will stay there at some point in the not-too-distant future.
- 5/5
Always a great stay and great time at Red Rock Resort. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and poolside drinks are memorable
- 4/5
The spa was amazing with a full day use with purchase of service! Staff was very friendly and attentive from bell hop to valet to spa employees. Massages were excellent. The rooms are in a bit of a need of a renovation as the hardware is worn in bathroom and shower stall did not drain very well. No coffee pot and no microwave in room. If you need to keep anything cold you would need to clear out the mini bar fridge as there is no space for personal items. The food court and restaurants are wonderful with many options from Italian to frozen custard. We enjoyed our stay and will come back. Shopping is close as well.
- 5/5
Always clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Very nice resort in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shops on site as well as in walling distance. The location is much more relaxing than the strip which is only a 20 minute drive away. My only wish is for an in-room coffee maker and fridge.

The outdoor pools, cleanliness, & wonderful restaurants.

We will return again and again. A world class experience in the perfect Summerlin location.

Majority of staff were very nice. Property was okay clean initially, but upon closer look it’s not super clean. Wasn’t 5 stars experience. Pricey for the experiences, no standard amenities, charge for everything except water.

I didn’t realize just how nice this place was. Next level everything. Beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Great amenities. The VIP lounge, the restaurants / bars in the casino part were all fantastic. Valet was quick and friendly.

Everything you need for your stay, the hotel provides, and they are quick to respond to your requests, especially for any amenities or housekeeping.

Bed was pretty broke down, looking a little worn in the room. Disappointed the pool closed at 6:30. We had a problem with a poolside band at 11:00 pm, it was so loud it was vibrating our windows and floor. We could hear every word of the singer. I thought we must be on top of a nightclub. It woke us up out of a dead sleep. They wouldn’t move us to the other side of the hotel facing a different direction, said there were no rooms, but offered a room on a lower floor, still facing the pool, which made no sense for the noise problem. We were also told the band would be playing til 2:00 am. Finally after several calls, we were informed the band was moved inside. It quieted down finally. We decided to stay in the room. This sleep disturbance was really frustrating and affected our travel the next day. A positive, the pool area is beautiful, unfortunate it closes early. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are large and beautiful.
- 0.5/5
I did not like the property The staff was rude. The price of 1 night is way too much. The food is over priced. 400 dollars for 1 night is crazy
- 2.5/5
Location is great, entry is ok to get to. Valet service is prompt and respectful. Super simple to check in. Rooms are very large and well appointed. Value for the dollar on a weeknight is incredible compared to other locations in Vegas. I didn't get a chance to play or eat there, but it also had a variety of good restaurants and was located centrally to other attractions and eateries in the area. I would look into staying next time I'm in town (but with a caveat). The Thursday night super loud DJ playing to an empty pool. I understand Vegas is an entertainment city, so if you're looking for pure music vibes and dancing then please, stay. But when you book a room with a view, on a weeknight, your expectation is that you might get some serenity. Instead, you're listening to bass pounding dance music for hours while trying to get some rest. It's one thing if there's a crowd and people are enjoying themselves and you just missed the concert announcement when booking. The pool area was literally empty save for the music playing where you can hear it in full even on the 18th floor.

I stay here often, every other month or so. This last visit I was met with a staff who was not interested in being helpful. Except for check in & the spa I was provided with zero customer service. Valet did not greet me and watched as I unloaded my bags and took them to my room. They did the same thing upon my departure. Watched me load my bags and then stood there waiting for a tip. You need an overhaul on bath towels, they are paper thin and yellow. Lastly the "VIP" lounge has zero snacks, coffee was disgusting & it was super messy. Hopefully Red Rock starts to do better, I love the location & spa.

Poolside was nice, make sure you get in line early as the line starts to fill up. Also, can not bring food into the pool. Rooms are nice, make sure you upgrade to VIP. Pool could be a little warmer was not that warm. Lucky Penny Cafe is the place for all meals. Bowling, and movies are fun! The only downfall to this casino is the slots are not that loose.
- 5/5
Poolside area was great but did get very crowded...go early. Very family oriented, lots of kids. They did not have the 21 and over area open so our only avail area was by a lot of splashing kids. Wished the staff was a little more diligent with asking people not to reserve chairs for more than 30 minutes with towels if they are not going to use them (a lot of that...towels but no people). Poolside restaurant was slow to serve but excellent food. Entire hotel and restaurant staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Beautiful resort. Very close to downtown Summerlin which is worth walking to.

The casino had a great vibe with plenty of tables and games to choose from. The pool service was great and there was plenty of food options. Lucky Penny definitely saved our $$ and time getting a late night snack. Spa was pricey but offered several treatments. All day access with service was a plus.

This is my second time visiting Red Rock, and yet again I’m extremely pleased with my experience. The resort truly has everything you could want and never need to leave the premises. I made my trip with the intent to relax and destress, and that’s exactly what I was able to do. Definitely consider Red Rock one of my happy places. Can’t wait to come back, i’m already missing that pool.
- 5/5
Signage needs improvement. Hard for us to figure out which parking garage to use for self parking. Also hard for us to find the check-in desk.
- 5/5
The room was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were great.
- 5/5
The room / cleaning service was outstanding. Some places do not clean your room until you have been there for two nights. So it was a pleasant surprise to see that our room was clean with fresh towels and all the first day. Will stay at the Red Rock again.
- 5/5
Clean room, bed comfortable
- 4/5
Waited 1-1/2 hrs after check-in for our room. Crazy long!!!
- 5/5
Clean, Friendly Staff
- 5/5
Room needed little touch-ups here and there. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The main pool was crowd but there were other pools to chose from that were relaxing. Very convenient hotel has pretty much all you need in one place. Lots of things to do and plenty of food options.
- 5/5
Beautiful property with great amenities.
- 5/5
Great location, fantastic amenities. One of the nicest, most complete hotel fitness studios I've ever seen. The spa was lovely and our massages were wonderful. Excellent dining options and attention to detail. A luxurious stay!
- 5/5
Property was clean and staff was super friendly
- 5/5
Gorgeous pool, excellent resteraunts, fun bowling alley, beautiful property
- 5/5
Everyone was so nice and offered to help with anything I requested? Was a drive to get to the strip, but was totally worth it
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Super close to Red Rock Hiking! Lots of Delicious Food Options and great entertainment with bowling and movie theater! Beautiful Pool! Would Highly Recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there again! :)
- 5/5
Room service breakfast was outstanding
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and efficient. Our stay was comfortable
- 4/5
Too many fees. We were charged resort fee and didn’t use any of the amenities. Room got cleaned late but was done well. Restaurants and staff were the best.
- 3.5/5
Lack of refrigerator in the room (only available at extra charge and not guaranteed)
- 4/5
Quick trip in and out. Good room, overall helpful service.
- 3/5
Checking in mid-week, was put on the 4th floor with a lovely view of the parking garage across the street. Hotels not full, why? Water in the shower came out scalding hot, period, had to let it run for a few minutes for it to cool down, took me a day to figure that out. Traveling alone, given a room with 2 queen beds, why not ask what I wanted. Housekeeping was great, friendliest people I encountered during my stay. This is my go to place when I go to Vegas, but this trip left me flat. Wasn't good, wasn't bad, was just "ok". Also, why not include resort fees in the hotel cost, why is it separate. At over $50 a day, service levels should be better. Morning team at Starbucks was super friendly!
- 5/5
Check-In was a breeze. The room was great and clean. And a special request was accommodated.
- 3/5
The beds were too soft and uncomfortable... and too low.
- 5/5
Great service, great location, very nice property!
- 5/5
Lovely room with a great view.
- 3/5
Shower in the bathroom broken pool closes at like freaking 4 PM when it’s hardly even getting dark, but that is not advertised anywhere on the website or booking service so when booking your stay and pointing for a hot tub or a pool, you’d think that would be a part of the higher pricing even when it’s not even available for use and then they want to offer you like a $10 credit on a 300+ dollar reservation
- 4/5
Elevators far from my room
- 4.5/5
I think the pool should stay open later than 5:00pm. I stay for work and would like it to be open until at least 6 or 7pm.
- 3/5
The property itself was nice the room, the pool the common area clean nice. The staff is horrible namely Charles at your bar was the worse the dealers are bad no personality or fun to play with just straight face and not welcoming at all.
- 5/5
We ate at the Italian restaurant and the Thai restaurant and we’re very happy with the quality of food and the ambience at both locations. The service was exceptional as well. We especially appreciated the quality of the Fitness facility. The equipment was clean and functioning very well. We will definitely come back to your hotel. It was over the top.!!
- 5/5
Immaculate and beautiful. Minutes from both the Strip and Red Rocks Park. Lovely pools and excellent restaurants. Our favorite resort in Vegas!
- 5/5
Property was clean, staff friendly/attentive, and pool had plenty of seating.
- 5/5
The food was excellent and checking in was quick and staff is always wonderful
- 5/5
This hotel is beautiful with so many options for dining and entertainment. Parking was very convenient.
- 5/5
We had the best time! Very quiet and family friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.
- 2/5
It’s a great resort, close to the park and with lots of good restaurants and shops near by, a fine choice if the strip isn’t your thing. However it’s missing things even cheap hotels have like free complimentary breakfast, not only that but on top of the prohibitively expensive price there are significant hidden “resort fees” that are charged before and after the stay. The price I paid on Expedia was doubled after check in and check out. Surprise expenses are never fun but especially so when it could have covered the cost of several hotels around town for the same length of stay, other hotels that technically have more on offer. Honestly if I didn’t get charged all the resort fees this would probably be my Vegas go to and I’d go there every time but sadly it’s way too overpriced for me to ever return or recommend to anyone. It makes me feel bad when I think about how much I got ripped off and I regret not voicing concern over these hidden fees but one shouldn’t have to, ideally you pay once before your stay, maybe a deposit on the room is fairly customary but not this, this is just plain bad value.
- 5/5
Very clean and spacious room. Poolside area is excellent. Great views and everything you need to have a great time.
- 5/5
Ordered "eggs over medium well" ... First morning eggs served over VERY easy ... Whites were exceedingly runny, VERY under cooked. Second morning same order, eggs served over very hard, whites and yolks cooked solid, hard, and dry with high temp crackly skin on egg's surface. Third morning same order, eggs served medium well, whites cooked through, and yolks still wet in the middle, almost perfect. A little uniformity here would help.

Mmm
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 2/5
So I did not come for the gambling ok. I came to the area for the Con Expo and did not want to stay on the strip. The down side of the whole stay is simple things such as having a coffee maker in the rooms, having a refrigerator that you could store stuff in (not one that is timed, or weighed, etc.). Basic room amenities is a 2- star...sorry. Probably just not the place for us due to the cost, little that we kind of expected, especially being non drinkers or gamblers. I think it was just a bit to much and over priced. We did not feel that we could just "stay in". So not only did we feel this way, our walk to just to get down stairs was a forever journey considering the length of the hotel and lack of operating elevator in the middle...lol.
- 5/5
The room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. A soaking tub was a complete luxury.
- 5/5
Beautiful pool
- 5/5
very clean room, nice staff, great environment
- 3/5
I didn’t like that it was $15 a day to rent a fridge which were not even available. Or the $50 a day pool fee. Or that they had to hold $450 for a week
- 4.5/5
We were there 3 nights and our room did not get cleaned at all. We had to call housekeeper to ask for bath towels and water. Water was never provided for different reasons( the housekeeper does not deliver that, the reception desk did not have any?!).
- 5/5
Stayed for a function. Clean room, staff excellent, will be back.
- 3/5
Staff was good or bad, not consistent
- 5/5
Staff was extremely helpful!
- 5/5
Just a one-night stay-over, but we had a great time, great food, and perfect service. Great place to stay!!!
- 5/5
Very clean. Our view was beautiful, friendly. Huge resort, bowling alley movie theaters. Lots of restaurants!!
- 1/5
Elevator broke down trapping my girlfriend in elevator. She was scared. Elevator phone went to centralized voice mail. Her phone at 8% battery left. She was repeatedly asked what elevator was she in. She didn’t know the number. I ask when you visit a bank of elevators, do you know what number your elevator is? The power turned off in her elevator, it was dark. A passing employee heard her. She was able to get out but what a gong show
- 5/5
Large spacious room with amazing views
- 4/5
Great room but it was mile from the elevator. If I stayed again I’d request a room much closer. Also, had a problem with door lock that took quite awhile to fix. We were locked out in the interim. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Nice casino but I wish they would go smoke free.
- 3/5
Cater to high end folks
- 5/5
Very nice staff
- 3/5
spa was noy so impresive, pool was less
- 5/5
Very beautiful hotel with lots to do on property. The rooms are clean and comfy beds with good pillows
- 1/5
Trash was already in the room when we checked in. The toilet was constantly running and extremely loud. Walls were paper thin, we could hear the shower and toilets from the next room. Beds were uncomfortable, including the bedding and pillows. Overall a very disappointing stay
- 5/5
very nice people really clean really good food
- 3/5
This hotel and casino is dated. Really needs a refresh. The carpet stinks and is worn, we walked into our room and there was a crazy smell in there too and we found a used towel left on the bathroom floor. The view of the strip in the distance was very nice, but that was about it. The slots were tight and when you did get a bonus it was tiny. We didn't see anyone getting any handpays either. Just won't be back. There are better places to stay for the money. We stayed at the Durango the day before and it was WAY nicer for the same money.

Great staff. Nice amenities.
- 5/5
All kind of things to do inside and good food
- 4/5
Clean room, staff are helpful and friendly, easy parking.absolutely highly recommended
- 5/5
I absolutely love this property more and more each time I’m there. It is the perfect place to stay when I’m in Vegas.
- 4/5
Everything was great but the bed was not super comfortable
- 5/5
Everything was nice
- 5/5
Good location, rooms are spacious and good amenities on site.
- 2/5
Very pretty and glamorous resort. Close to downtown Summerlin. Nice, safe area. Close dining. The cigarette smell is overwelming. Every piece of clothing and luggage smelled terrible upon leaving. I was not aware this was a smoking resort when booking.
- 5/5
Great hotel and amenities, restaurants and staff. Super place to be off the strip.
- 5/5
Very clean room with extremely courteous staff. Lovely views. Quiet resort.
- 5/5
Love staying at Red Rock. The staff and accommodations are amazing. Definitely will stay again.
- 5/5
Everything was nice & neat.
- 5/5
Great welcome experience, helpful and friendly staff, clean room. Will be back.
- 5/5
Great ambiance. Staff made us welcomed and special.
- 5/5
Amazing place! Can't wait to go back!
- 5/5
The service was exceptional from start to finish…check in to concierge, housekeeping, valet and servers at the restaurants. Service was a standout. We enjoyed the restaurants. The breakfast at lucky penny, blue ribbon sushi, osteria Fiorella and tbones for delicious steak. The bonus was the free valet. We had a lot of fun at the craps table and enjoyed black jack. However, we don’t appreciate the changes to the slot machines… making it impossible to even get a streak. We have yet to use the pool and spa. Perhaps at the next visit.
- 5/5
VIP treatment, room upgrade, great restaurants, comfortable beds…we will be back!
- 5/5
Room was perfect and staff were very helpful.
- 3/5
The staff is always wonderful! However, we ate at TBones and the food wasn’t as good as in the past. The staff was superb. The room needs either a renovation or a deeper cleaning. The carpet was dirty and showing its age. Also the bed was so bad, my sciatica layed me up for a week after our stay.
- 1/5
My flight was delayed, I did not make it and could not stay and now I have to beg for a refund through insurance.
- 3/5
Excellent valet staff but service elsewhere was lackluster
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Didn’t eat breakfast or use the bar
- 5/5
Very convenient off strip property. Love the offerings and pool here
- 2/5
They charged a $45 resort fee per day when you check out. I asked what the charge was for because the pools were closed. They said that one pool was open 4 hours a day and that the rest was for internet and little bottles of water. I had to pay an additional $50 to spend a half hour in their spa whirlpool and sauna. What a rip off!
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The room was perfectly clean, and it was quiet. The food at the various restaurants was excellent.
- 5/5
Rooms are modern and very clean. Very spacious. We had a huge bathroom and plenty of space for luggage.
- 5/5
Traveled for business. One of the things I really appreciate about the Red Rock is you can easily come and go, enjoy restaurants, relax etc and never set foot in the casino nor smell cigarette smoke.
- 5/5
Clean room. Plenty of room. Staff was always polite, cheerful, and helpful.
- 4/5
Nice room. Courteous staff. Overall enjoyed.
- 5/5
Beautiful clean room and great staff! I will stay there again.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing the staff the room the whole environment overall was amazing
- 4/5
Staff is great, amenities are alright. The refrigerator I asked for was also very used and scratched that I never ended up using it. It was not worth the ask. Otherwise the hotel is great.
- 3/5
Staff was polite and helpful, casino is clean and well maintained although smokey from cigarettes (which is expected since smoking is allowed). Overall our room clean except for the end table which not been cleaned - it had drink/glass residue on it. The electrical panel in the closet was off as well. I have stayed here three times and the resort is holding up well, though you can see some wear and tear showing up on the carpeting and some of the walls/cabinets/furniture - still, it's a nice place, especially for the money spent. The restaurants & food court are terrific and the movie theater & bowling alley are great. We still enjoy visiting the Red Rock and will be back again soon.
- 3/5
The only thing that really bothered me was the pool closing at 5 pm. Otherwise our stay was great.
- 4/5

- 5/5
It was the last night of our trip in Vegas, we checked in late at around 10pm, and we were extremely lucky that we got a free room upgrade. The front desk lady told us that due to the busyness, the type of room we booked originally is gone, so we've been upgraded to the Luxury two bedroom suite, which I believe that is the best hotel room they have, and is also the best experience I've had so far. I would recommend the Red Rock is not because the luxury suite, I have stayed 4 nights on the STRIP during this trip to Vegas, I don't see a huge difference between the Red Rock and the ones on the STRIP. Although the location is not within the main areas and may be a problem if you don't have a car( about 20mins drive to the STRIP), but it is still a 5-star hotel. The casino is not that crowded comparing to other ones, if you prefer to have some quietness. We really enjoyed our stay there.
- 5/5
Very nice property, comfortable rooms, lots of amenities.
- 5/5
Room was clean and well maintained. The only thing that needed attention was the loud shower head. Other than that all was great.
- 1/5
The room looked nice but no coffee maker and everything cost money. No free breakfast either. The resort fee is ridiculous and all the restaurants are over priced and have terrible service. The staff had no clue how to split a check. The whole experience was terrible.
- 5/5
We made reservations at the T Bone Steakhouse. We had the Tristan lobster tail, Salmon, garlic spinach and the taste did not disappoint. Each bite was delectable.
- 5/5
Fabulous upgraded room for NYE. Super helpful front desk. Not sure how I got upgraded but it was wonderful. 18th floor. VIP elevators and lounge. Spotless, enormous room and bathroom. (Huge tub) LUXURY STAY for sure!
- 5/5
Nice !
- 5/5
Great property but slight cigarette smoke smell that you do t get at the newer casinos. Other than that great property.
- 5/5
Did not eat breakfast or drink anything from the bar
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet! Parking was free!!!
- 4/5
The room was clean. The walk from the parking lot to the room was far. But, there are 3 Starbucks in this place. Very yummy dinning. I like the Noodle place. They have the best boutique there. I went to two bars also. Everyone was great and friendly.
- 5/5
No issues
- 5/5
The hotel had many dining options and amentities. Location was exceptional and had shopping within walking distance. The view of the Red Rock Canyon from the hotel is phenomenal. Outside pool area was beautiful and mot crowded at all.
- 5/5
Red Rock is a beautiful hotel. Our room was fabulous. I will definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
I only stayed here for one night so we didn't really explore the amenities around the resort. For the price per night, I shouldn't have to pay extra for them to bring me a fridge. I did like the free valet parking though.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Everything I needed in one place.
- 5/5
Amazing resort! You never need to leave. So many great dining options and entertainment besides gambling. It was so nice NOT being on the strip. The housekeeping staff were great. They actually clean the rooms, not just make the beds and replenish towels and tp. I would highly recommend Red Rock.
- 4/5
Hotel room had a beautiful view. The room was not spotless upon arrival. Housekeeping staff was too aggressive with constant knocking at 7-8am…
- 5/5
Love this place, so clean and friendly staff! They really take care of you.
- 5/5
Room was spotless, staff was friendly, layout of resort was fantastic.
- 5/5
Fabulous rooms! The girl who took care of us in the front desk was marvelous, wish I remembered her name!
- 5/5
I didn’t eat breakfast there but my stay was expected. Excellent service clean room great facility.
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff very friendly
- 4/5
Room was clean, and there were plenty of dining options. The only thing that was a bummer is that I did early check in and got a room with no Strip view (as I had selected). I had a view of the parking garage instead.
- 4/5
Staff beautiful hotel & casino but the room was very very dusty. Like hasn’t been dusted in weeks dusty. Besides that all good
- 5/5
Lovely resort. Amazing Spa! VIP and large room is the way to go!
- 5/5
Pleasant and quiet room. The hotel is connected to multiple restaurants, movie theaters, and a bowling alley. A very short drive to major hiking trails Red Rock and White Rock trails.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Great rooms and features. Cocktails suck!
- 5/5
We did not stay for breakfast. Checkin was smooth, but the host new it was our first time, and we were not directed to our room and ended up wandering around trying to find the elevators for a good 5 min.
- 5/5
Did not eat BF
- 3/5
If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing stay do not pick the canyon view. We overlooked the pool and the beautiful mountains however it didn’t not outweigh the fact that there was club music from the indoor out door night club blasting starting at 5pm. We got back to our room around 930 and the place was vibrating! When I called the front desk they weren’t very friendly or accommodating. They said they were closing the patio area at 10ish which did reduce the noise but you could still very much hear the base until 2am. I wish they would have maybe mentioned this at check in so we could have had the option of a quieter room. I get some people want to stay up and party, but there are others that would like a quiet relaxing stay.
- 5/5
You can’t beat the location if you like to hike in the red rock Canyon.
- 4/5
Breakfast wasnt free but Lucky Penny was good. Pools were closed. That was disappointing as the website did not mention that. Carpet in hallways are due for an upgrade.
- 4/5
Clean room. Good food options.
- 5/5
The view was terrific. Kind and professional staff. The only downside might be that the elevators were quite far from my room. Still, it was definitely 5/5
- 5/5
The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The potatoes and eggs tasted like OLD grease
- 5/5
Newer facility with high ceilings, good ventilation and reduced tobacco odor was a plus. Nice selection of restaurants and shops, TBone Chophouse was superb! Surprisingly expansive casino which did not feel crowded and chaotic like most strip facilities. Slots were a bit tight but nice variety of gaming choices. Rooms were clean and well kept) Bed super comfortable. Only complaint was the distance we had to walk from the elevator to our (opposite) end roomEnjoyed immensely. Will likely return soon. Good choice away from strip in Summerlin
- 3/5
What a joke this evening. Man jumping on hundreds of thousands of dollar cars in the hotel entrance, man in the hotel lobby butt naked (ok he was wearing a t shirt) yes his front business was visible unless he held/pulled the t shirt down which he was doing now and then. Fire alarm went off in hotel (someone smoking) but that’s not the resorts fault. What was crazy was we went to the front desk and was like hey um all the doors are shut and the fire alarm in going off by the hotel elevators, and I was just looked at like are you sure? I even pointed and said yes your hotel elevators 100 yards that way. By the spa. No one communicated or seemed in any rush or hurry. Then elevators did not work. Thankful for some VIP guests who invited us to use their elevator that was working. And this is only night 1
- 5/5
Room was great and spacious.
- 5/5
The Red Rock Resort and Spa was AMAZING!!!! The property is clean, quiet and offers plenty to do on the property and off. The staff was fantastic everywhere we went. Definitely going back!!!!
- 5/5
Great place. Very comfortable rooms.
- 5/5
All perfect except housekeeping left dirty coffee cups in room.
- 5/5
Yes, staff were very accomodating!
- 5/5
Good option away from the strip
- 5/5
I didn't even go outside for 4 days. Bingo was on point. The restaurants were on point. Shout out to the starbucks in the lobby
- 5/5
Excellent view from our room. Every staff member I talked to were very nice and answered all of my questions.
- 5/5
Really nice place. Great service. Better than most places in Vegas.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Everyone is so nice and the accommodations are amazing
- 5/5
Great family property
- 2/5
Frèe Breakfast not offered, no local discounts, soap scum, maintenance not available until next day, tv did not work. Had to change room 3 times before I could enjoy all amenities vs being told next day it would be fixed and only offered 50 off or change rooms
- 5/5
Liked it
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean rooms and the pool area was great
- 5/5
Room was great. Clean
- 5/5
This is one of our favorite stays in Las Vegas. Everything about it is superb.
- 5/5
Everything was great per usual from check in great service to clean room and great food.
- 5/5
Love this hotel spa and casino. It’s off the strip which is wonderful. The staff could not be more nice and accommodating.
- 2/5
The day was OK, but in true Vegas fashion, you are nickel and dimmed to death. You have to pay for a refrigerator which seems pretty unusual compared to the rest of America. And then to receive a $50 “resort fee“ at the end of our stay was a really lovely surprise. I hope you can detect the sarcasm in my voice. Expedia absolutely should include that information or that price in the reservation fee because that is a bait and switch. Not happy at all! Honestly, I won’t stay there again because of that!
- 4/5
Friendly staff! Resort is within walking distance to downtown Summerlin shopping. Great and safe area!
- 4/5
I reported it three times and talked to four different managers about it. On the fourth day it’s still leaked but not as much. My room charge was adjusted appropriately for my having to mop the floor and worrying about falling and breaking something, me!
- 5/5
Staff at check-in were friendly and welcoming. Room was fresh and clean (actually the entire resort was spotless). Our view of Red Rock Canyon was beautiful. TV worked, bath and shower heated up quickly. The bed amd pillows were comfortable. Plenty of restaurants, with bargains if you look for them. The casino sections were again clean, with very little smoke. The pool area was AMAZING! The concierge helped us make our reservation for a Pink Jeep Tour, and even saved us some money. Very? VERY pleased with everything. We will absolutely come again.
- 5/5
The room was huge and comfortable. Great choices and prices for the premixed cocktails offered in your mini bar. The staff, everywhere we went in the resort, were friendly and seemed happy to be there and help us have a good time. The other patrons were super nice/neighborly and the entire place had a relaxing atmosphere. We ate at Naxos for dinner twice and it was exceptional. We had an awesome healthy & hearty lunch at 8 Noodle Bar, and one full breakfast and a morning "to go" coffees and pastries from Lucky Penny. You have to have one or more of their pastries. Everything was so delicious. Pool & the pool attendants were the best also. Fun times. Will be back!
- 5/5
The staff is always above and.beuond.
- 4/5
Staff was great. Rooms were clean!
- 4/5
Room smelled of smoke
- 4/5
Loud music by the pool made it feel it like i was at an 18-30 holiday in Ibiza!
- 5/5
Very clean room and water pressure is excellent
- 5/5
VIP check in and staff throughout were great. Especially the valet and bell teams. Food is always great in the restaurants and close to many great places as well. If this resort was non smoking it would be a 10/10 instead of a 9/10
- 5/5
Great place to stay while in town for event.
- 5/5
Clean, easy to get in and out. Lots of dining options
- 4/5
Difficult to navigate the public spaces. Couldn’t find way out multiple times
- 4/5
This hotel is far too classy to have this kind of music. I feel like I’m at an 18 to 30 holiday in Ibiza 1995! Please turn it down or off Thanks
- 3/5
The lighting in the room and bathroom was poorly planned - lots of shadows. One of the bathroom light switches stuck. The phones were static-y, causing us not to order room service more than once. The TV cut out about every 5-10 minutes. The room itself was clean though, and the bed comfortable.
- 5/5
It was great having do many good restaurant options on-site.
- 5/5
- 5/5
The check-in was easy. The staff were amazingly helpful and kind
- 5/5
Casino and shopping were all great.
- 5/5
Once I got my bearing the resort was very walkable. It had all the amenities and more. There were plenty of places to eat that were top notch
- 5/5
Lots of options
- 4/5
Staff friendlt except at the bars, bar staff were not that friendly except for 2 bars, sports bar they acknowledged and wrre busy and middle large bar staff were friendly
- 5/5
Na
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful
- 4/5
I liked the entertainment and friendly staff
- 5/5
Excellent! Clean and awesome staff!
- 4/5
The pool hours were also disappointing — it closed at 5 p.m. despite the beautiful weather. The property was very clean overall, though there was a noticeable smoky smell throughout. The VIP area was comfortable, clean, and offered a nice selection of snacks.
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
Easy in and out. They let me check in early & we’re super friendly!
- 5/5
10/10 hotel we can't wait to come back!
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 4/5
Plenty of food options
- 5/5
Exceptional service and clean room
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
I’ll only ever stay at the red rock casino. If you want a quiet get away and want to stay away from the strip this is the spot. Super super clean, very upscale and the staff are all amazing. I’ll be back soon

Has really gone down hill since the pandemic.

This property is so nice and full of amenities. My only complaint was that none of our room phones worked, some of the lights were not working, and the outlets by the bed didn't work either. I couldn't call the front desk to let them know. :)
- 5/5
Thanks for the stay
- 5/5
Amazing experience. Concierge was so helpful . I would highly recommend Red rock if you are looking for a great experience off the strip.
- 5/5
the peoples that work there was super friendly.when ever i return red rock is the place to stay.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
The food was excellent everywhere we tried. Pool is great

Beautiful hotel and surroundings, however there are things I'm used to at hotels that were absent here. If you need hot water there is no way to get that in the room. If you need to heat up food or beverage; there is no microwave. If you need to keep food or drink cold you must request a refrigerator be brought in and you're charged for its usage. If you even touch the items in the mini-fridge thinking you can use that space for your items; you will be charged automatically for any item you touch; everything is monitored. Therefore if you're careful about what you eat and drink and bring your own food or snacks, or you have a child or baby that has specific needs then this might not be the hotel for you.

We were upgraded to the Presidential suite without warning- what an amazing treat for my husbands 60th birthday trip!! It was stunning, plush, posh and super comfy.
- 5/5
We did a staycation. Enjoyed the T-Bones Steakhouse, the gaming and the beautiful pool!
- 5/5
Beautiful area clean and quiet
- 5/5
It’s spacious and clean, which is nice.
- 5/5
Nice staff and the hotel room was really nice.
- 5/5
My first time at Red Rock Resort and I will be back. The resort is clean and everyone is very friendly. The prices are good and the service is top notch. My room was great with full amenities (except a coffee maker) but that’s a small negative for so many positive qualities.
- 5/5
Staff was great. I didnt like the 100 per day incidental hold. That was a big surprise.
- 5/5
Things were great. Always stay at red rock
- 5/5
Beautiful resort. Gorgeous views of strip and red rock national park. We are at lotus of Siam. It was delicious! And great prices. Concert at pool was a blast!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and the pool was amazing. The rooms are spacious but outdated. Could use a remodel. Food choices were great. Will stay again.
- 5/5
Property is absolutely amazing that it is incredible price is fairly reasonable for a resort and you’re off the beaten path in downtown Las Vegas on the strip super quiet, laid-back with wonderful food, enjoyable gambling, and the staff is incredible!!!!! Absolutely love being Expedia Gold member VIP baby!!!!
- 5/5
Definitely will stay again great alternative to the strip
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The location was perfect for our trip… we were checking out areas in and around Summerlin. The staff at the hotel and restaurants were friendly and helpful!
- 4/5
poor valet service, guests are not allowed to phone ahead to have car pulled up in advance. INSTEAD Red Rock has disconnected valet phone, forcing guests to walk downstairs and stand in line and wait 10 minutes to recover their car from valet parking. Manager said they do this for staff efficiency
- 5/5
Thoroughly enjoyed this off the strip Hotel. Super clean, really well-trained staff. Felt like a luxury hotel. Beautiful upgrade. Great food choices. Nice pool. The reason why I give it a four is because I had to lay check out at noon and they were banging at my door at 9:45 a.m. fantastic place to try if you're tired of the crowds and the grime of the strip
- 5/5
VIP lounge is a nice reprieve. Pool layout is the best in Vegas. Dining options exceptional!
- 5/5
I stay here when I travel for work once or twice per month. Nice rooms with large bathroom and plenty of counter space. Walk in shower and separate large tub. Toilet room has its own door for extra privacy. Netflix login & room service, or select one of the many restaurants on the premise! Bonus!! There’s an amazing shopping district within walking distance.
- 5/5
Loved everything about the Red Rock!!
- 2/5
Staff was rude at check in, at the pool and at the VIP concierge office. Toilet didn’t flush properly, low quality toilet paper and barely any soap or shampoo. They skimp at everything, but also charge premium prices for drinks and food. It’s a very unwelcoming place. Very strong cigarette and marijuana smoke at this resort. Very disappointed.
- 5/5
Friendly staff! good place for family vacation or just staycation I would definitely recommend it!!
- 2/5
just an other casino, expensive for what you get. Charged me twice. staff gives limited information. Nope
- 5/5
Extremely nice casino and hoel
- 5/5
If you’re looking for a relaxing peaceful get away, this is the place. Everything you need you can find in the hotel and around.
- 5/5
Great place will be back!

I paid for a king bed and they gs e me 2 queens. The person next door played the TV til 3am. Very loud neighbor. Room was nice. Bed was alright. Good pillows. Nice bathroom.

Most beautiful resort in Las Vegas

The way Vegas used to be. I will never stay on the strip again . And they are building others around the area .

LOVE THE COVERED SELF PARKING
- 4/5
Spa was great, room was nice. The only dining option that wasn't expensive, had a bad meal 2 out of the 3x tried it. Still, overall, would recommended the property overall.
- 5/5
Would highly highly recommend if you want to be off the strip. Very clean, beautiful pool area, staff were lovely. The mall across the street is very accessible and has some great stores and restaurant options, the national park is close by. Overall, much more relaxed feel. I stayed here on my own after staying on the strip with friends and it was the best detox and relaxation. I felt very comfortable and safe as an individual woman staying there.
- 5/5
Great place to stay and enjoy the amenities offered, easy valet parking , staff friendly.
- 5/5
Red Rock is a hidden Las Vegas gem. After staying at two other hotels on the strip, this was by far the better option in terms of convenience, modern amenities and pretty good customer service. The pool area is great for families, but there is enough room for people who travel without kids, too.
- 4/5
We don't like staying on the strip...so this was a nice option.
- 5/5
really good resort
- 5/5
Awesome!!
- 4/5
Good staff, everyone was very nice. Little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Room was clean and very comfortable. If you don’t plan on buying anything from the fridge or dresser don’t pick it up. I was charged $12 for “mini bar” when I called they so if you pick something up for more then 15 seconds then you get charged. Hopefully they take it off my card, lad I spoke to said if it was consumed or damaged then I would. I would def recommend

Resort had everything,
- 5/5
First time visiting the resort and found staff everywhere super friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
More cowbell
- 4/5
Really nice property. Staff was friendly. Great restaurants. I thought it was petty that a hotel this nice would charge you $300+ a night and expect you to pay $25 to use the refridgerator in the room.
- 5/5
Property was very nice and clean. Decor was nice. Bathrooms were amazing with the marble tiles
- 5/5
Great location!! Love the bingo hall!!!
- 5/5
I really love the service all around.
- 1/5
Horrible service - would never stay here - especially if you go here for the pool- management did not care about the way people/kids behaved running/screaming/jumping and splashing guests - also shut down 3 pools and 2 hot tub pools for a concert they were setting up which wasn’t for 2 and half days later - they crowded everyone into the main pool and didn’t give one care about how many people book this place for the pool experience - would never ever give them my money every again - not to mention the rigged gambling going on here - this is money grab and you can feel it when you’re here unfortunately people get sucked in with the flashy pictures and advertisements- don’t fall for it :( sadly we did. - I included the pics of the pools that were sitting empty all day for multiple days ….looks great but don’t touch!
- 5/5
Nice hotel overall I will be back

Family friend environment

It was very good ....again good

VIP check in was fabulous. Loved the room!
- 5/5
Clean, family friendly, great for kids
- 5/5
The red rock was breathtaking, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was exceptional, making our stay truly memorable. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by the restaurant options, which offered a wide variety of delicious dishes.
- 5/5
The bed is amazing
- 4/5
This is a good solid option if you want to stay away from the noise of the strip, (but still close enough to Uber). Large mall next door - walking distance. Rooms are decent. Lots of food options on site. Some good deals if you get a players card, (which is free). Pool can be a little windy and then they don't allow umbrellas which means you have zero shade in 115F...no good. (Unless you want to spend $$$ to rent a cabana....) Also, pool security is a bit too over the top and not friendly - makes you feel unwelcome when you're already a paying guest! Search bags, empty water bottle, can't even bring in hotel food, (except from one or two places). Bar prices are pretty high by the pool too but typical Vegas and music was a bit too loud to fully enjoy. It spoils what could be a really 5 star experience.
- 4/5
Red Rock Resort is in a great location away from the strip. Great service by everyone we encountered: front desk, Casino workers, Osteria staff. Lots of restaurants and quick bites to choose from. Bed was comfortable. We felt the shower was a bit dated and it had a musky smell. Didn't care for the toiletries either. Casino was too smoky for us too. Couldn't find any area that was smoke-free.
- 5/5
Convenient parking clean rooms, easy in and out of the hotel
- 4/5
Amazing all the way
- 5/5
Very impressed with the property. Spacious room, looked modern, clean. The casino had much to offer gamewise. Pool was nice. Friendly staff
- 5/5
Great stay as usual! Fabulous property!
- 3/5
When we got to our room the pull out couch was clearly dirty. We pulled the sofa bed out and the sheets were dirty with dirt and pubic hair. We called the front desk to come and change them and when they pulled the cover off the mattress, it was completely stained/soiled. They ended up proving roll away beds for the night. This was the VIP king suite and for it to not be kept clean was a big disappointment. The staff who helped remedy the situation were extremely helpful, and I will give them credit for that. I just hope they change the mattress and pay more attention to that.

The resort fee of $50 is a bit rough, but everything else was great. The staff is friendly and amazing.
- 4/5
Locked out of my room and waited for 45 mins for maintenance to arrive. Was late to our event.
- 5/5
Have not been here in years. Just as nice and clean as the last time. Great place away from the Strip.
- 5/5
We will stay at Redrock again
- 5/5
Rooms are excellent !! Large, quiet, beds & bedding are amazing, shower is excellent ! We very much enjoyed our stay !!!
- 5/5
stayed at Red Rock Casino and Resort during a recent work trip, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff made everything super easy from check-in to check-out, which really helped take the stress out of traveling for business. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for getting rest after long workdays. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. Whether it was grabbing a quick bite or unwinding after meetings, everything I needed was right there. I highly recommend Red Rock for anyone traveling for work or leisure—I'll definitely be back!
- 4/5
The cleanliness and staff were excellent!!! Dining options were fantastic!!!
- 5/5
Hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy. The pool is amazing! So many restaurants to choose from. All of them were great. Shopping is nearby. I will absolutely be staying here again.

It was a great experience.

it was a wonderful stay I really liked it

Checked into a room that smelled of raw sewage which was confirmed by the maintenance staff, unable to switch rooms due to being fully booked on a Wednesday night. They did remedy the smell but the damage was already done to the mood of the trip. Almost stuck in the parking garage elevator which is like a hot box, a group of 4, my friend and I and 2 elderly women, while trying to go down from floor 4 to the casino on the elevator it decided to go up a floor then down a floor randomly and then jostling up and down more while all the floor buttons and screen went dark for another minute. The elevator was in limbo for a couple of minutes. Not pleasant at all imagining ourselves being stuck in that inferno, but we all had the thought. Finally the elevator opens on the floor we had originally borded on, we all jumped out, looked at each other and proceeded to the stairs. My friend and I gladly helped the women down the stairs which they never should have been basically forced to take due to fear. Pretty wild stuff for a supposedly high quality resort. Should have had a full comp for the 2 nights, but do due to booking on Expedia were unable to have that done.

nice resort; hefty resort fee tho
- 5/5
Great spa. Pools are very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Foods choices are good. Gambling was fun.

A nice break from the sketchy Downtown LV. Something for everyone. Great food and activity options.

Pros - free parking, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, great food options in the resort, wonderful off-strip location with tons of shopping and dining options available, and great pool area. Would consider staying again.
