Overall, good. Staff was very nice, hotel was nice, room was nice but the a/c in the room was not working well at all. It was very hot in there. We didnt say anything as we were not in the room at much but when we got back, it was just way to hot in there, uncomfortable to sleep.

When I first got there I asked the front desks man if he can help us get a room earlier and he stated that I needed to wait till 10am and that he was in the middle of shift change. So I left and came back when I got there there was a lady and she said I can book an early room but that it comes with a first come first serve basis. And the way to book it was in the computer booths that’s hey have. If the first man would have said that from the beginning we would have been first in line but he sent us away because he didn’t want to deal with explaining that to us. I was super annoyed and mad because we had to wait till 12 to get our early. This is with him knowing we had children with us. Terrible experience for sure.

On a positive note, the location is convenient and close to many popular attractions, including shows, excellent restaurants, the Bellagio Fountains, and the Sphere. The hotel also offers a great variety of dining options, and the food was delicious with excellent service throughout our visit. Overall, I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. Its location and restaurant offerings are definite highlights, but the outdated facilities and lack of cleanliness significantly impacted our experience.

From the beginning of our stay we were disappointed. We were attending a military graduation dinner. When we turned onto the driveway to the check in area….we went to the Valet lane and waited 20minutes only to be told all the Valet parking was full and for us to”pull over” then check into our room and then “go self park”. None of where we were to do all this was clear. We finally found parking…and had to drag our large suitcases from the parking area….down an elevator…through the casino on carpets…which did not help as I have been diagnosed with 2 vertebrae issues. Once we finally arrived at check in…we waited 25 minutes. No one available to assist with our luggage. The pillows on the bed were horrible…lumpy and felt like an afterthought. Planet Hollywood has much to offer but….a lot of things need improved.

Nice separate tub

The room was clean, staff was good. Maybe 2 complaints. Not enough chairs by the family pool. You have to rent everything. Also, the plumbing in my room, not so great. My shower and tub took FOREVER to drain. Other than that, it’s a lovely property and I would most definitely stay here again. Also Cafe Hollywood has some amazing food!!!

We had an amazing time there. We explored other hotels/casinos while we were there and there are some really cool ones but we are so happy we chose planet Hollywood. It’s connected to the miracle mile shops. It’s in the middle of the strip so easy access to places. Highly recommend staying there.

We had no water 2 out of 3 days, The room was dirty we had to use the Clorox wipes I keep in my purse to clean the floor. The temperature was freezing in my room and an inferno in the hallways.

Great stay and location. Staff is very helpful and friendly. After paying resort fees we were told we had to pay extra for the steam room and sauna. I would expect resort fees to include these. Rented a cabana for a day. Great time and staff was great but the cabana was dirty. Great place to stay but could use some cleaning and updating. Room was clean and having Miracle Mile shops attached was a great thing. Had a problem with the AC the first day(due to a completely clogged HVAC filter)but was taken care of fairly fast. Would recommend staying here

On the bright side, the room was comfortable and clean, and it had a large soaking tub, The best feature was the wonderful view of the Bellagio fountains which we almost missed out on. The employee at check in was very gracious in giving us the room with that view when I said the view was important to me! She explained that the room with an “attractions view” which I had booked was actually the back of the hotel and the mountains! Who knew… All in all, her one act of kindness made the stay enjoyable and was most appreciated.

Caesars has put a lot of money into Planet Hollywood including updating all the rooms. I stayed at PH a decade ago; it was run down and the rooms were beat up. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were and the improvements in the pool area. The price was excellent compared to others on the strip.

My spouse and I stayed two nights. Check in night, the water was shut off while I was mid shower. It was off for a few hours. I paid $10 for a bottle in the lobby convenience store. Check out morning, it was off again. We called both times and were told we could use the casino restrooms. It would have been nice to at least be offered bottled water. We also had issues with the toilet, the handle was very finicky. The shower could use a good grout clean. The check-in, security, and convenience staff were all friendly. The location on the strip was good. However, my overall experience was not.

We stayed in the hotel from Thursday until Sunday and the room was cleaned only once. We couldn’t make any coffee or warm up our leftovers because there was no microwave.

I pre-booked a room and paid for it on Hotels.com and because I did not check in until after midnight they gave my room away and said I would have to go through Hotels.com to get a refund. So I had no place to stay for the night.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location right on the Strip was excellent. My only comment is that the cost to rent the poolside cabanas is very high—$140 and $180.

Beautiful view, Great Concert Venue

There is a spot on the wall near the ceiling that looks like a roach. Every morning is scared the bell out of me.

The staff were a bit aggressive asking for tips for even just storing our bags. One night our water cut off for some hours, we went to bed because we couldn't shower. Ok stay though, great location.

The hotel is in a great location. Staff was friendly. However, the room smelled like drainage due to water plumbing issues; the sink would clog, the toilet would be "flushing" on its own several times throughout the day and night, the mini fridge did not work as expected.

I stayed in room 2288 and slept in the bed on the right side of the room. There is a huge metal piece sticking out on the left side next to the nightstand, camouflaged with a thin white fabric right where I stand to get into bed. I hit my right ancle there 4 times, to the point of bleeding twice, my right food and ancle was extremely swollen. It has impeded my ability to walk around during the rest of my vacation. I hit my left leg 3 times, one of them scraping drawing blood again. I have pictures to show my injuries. I love this hotel and would love to stay at planet Hollywood in future but am hoping we can find a resolution to this situation as it is still effecting me currently.

The only improvement that is required is the wait time to check-in to the hotel is too long! They need to improve check - in time.

if you are on a budget, good place to stay, overall good facilities, the elevators could be cleaned more often, we saw food spill in the elevator and it stayed there for almost 24 hours..... also our rooms were not cleaned daily, they beds were not made up daily nor the washrooms cleaned/refreshed.

Great location, roof top pool with an adults only pool was great.

Only complaint is the front desk. Tried to check in on the kiosk to avoid waiting in long lines, but the kiosk malfunctioned. Only let me check in 1 room out of 3 so had to wait in long line to check in the other 2 rooms. Almost everyone checking in on the kiosk had problems which caused them to interrupt the front desk so they can be helped which delayed the lines. One persons ID got eaten by the machine, one ran out of ink so blank paper printed out, etc. People waiting in long lines upset because of short staff (2 people checking in guests). Recommend waiting in long line to check in instead of using the kiosk!

Everything was great with the hotel. Except how rude the room service house keeping ladies were. We paid extra to check out at 3:00 pm. And she was in the hallways ruching us asking what time we were checking out around 11-12 . Before 3 she comes again to knock at our door. She was waiting outside for my family to come out. When another house keeping lady walks in between me and the lady that was waiting to clean our room. They started complaining to each other how guest would check out all late without even paying and stuff. And i interrupted and told the lady we paid to check out late. She answered me i know you did. I felt that was so disrespectful from both of them. Other than that hotel was great.

Have asked to change rooms but again got in so late and originally thought it was helicopter tours going outside. Then we realized what it was from and then you get to listen to it go on and off each time the elevators run. Hopefully it was a better experience for those that do not have rooms by the elevators. If we were there more than two nights I would have made them change our room.

The floor in bathroom was dirty. The toilet looks to be 20 years old and the televisions on the wall even older. The television kept interrupting me trying to watch it with an "access error" and then it would default back to the menu. I accessed the internet with my personal computer and then I accessed it with my work computer. It wasn't as if I had multiple devices at the same exact tme yet PH wants to charge another $14.99 for internet. The bathroom was a huge disappointment because the bathroom can be a hub for germs and bacteria. To management have room 5142 bathroom floor cleaned please.

I was honestly disappointed with planet Hollywood got an upgrade didn’t get no complementary housecoat slippers no dentistry.nothing at all The casino was absolutely disgusting. Take take take not once did we win any money didn’t even give us any bonus and we spent over $1000 on the floor. But the view was the best part not worth $3500 US dollars

It was really clean and did not smell bad. Check-in was fine. It was quiet. My negative would be how difficult it was to navigate into the room. From the parking garage on the opposite side and then through a casino with young kids. If there was a better way, it was not shared with us at check-in.

Location is perfect, rooms are great. We got a view of both the Paris and the fountains from our room. Perfect room and just an overall great hotel. Only downside we had is two charges were taken at the start of the stay, which we knew about. Resort fees and deposit. Only concern was we asked about deposit refund and the woman at reception couldn’t help us and two charges still are on the credit card.

Room was clean, no coffee making facilities. Flat pillows on the bed, 1 per person. Asked for more and decent pillows were provided. Under 21yo couldn’t walk through casino easily as walkway had been blocked off in sections. Lift repairs each morning started at 4am which could be heard in the room. Instead of taking correct resort fees on check in they took some daily without explanation so incurred more banking fees. Parking on site was reasonably priced. Security seal on bathroom product was already broken and tube half full when we checked in

The hotel was clean and staff were great. My issue is with the pool. You get charged a daily resort fee and the pool is really the only resort-like perk. However, there are only ~10 chairs available for free use at the large pool. Others chairs and all shade tents cost extra-even for hitel guests that pay a resort fee! This is cruel. Vegas heat makes shade necessary and by not providing shade or seating, they make the pool unuseable. Very disappointing.

Parking situation was terrible and staff were not helpful. I added Parking with my stay but was charged again at Parking garage a couple times. No amenities! Pool is always closed with triple digit degree weather. The resort also charges for a whole day stay but check in is at 4 pm and check out at 11 am, that's not a whole day.

I had booked two rooms for a one-night stay, and had entered a request for adjoining rooms. When we arrived, we were told that not only were adjoining rooms not available, but they could not even get us on the same floor in the hotel. The check-in agent came up with a plan to put us in a two-bedroom suite for more than double the price of the two basic rooms, and not wanting to leave the kids alone in Vegas, we took that offer, thinking it would be a fun upgrade. The two-bedroom suite was in a great location, but the carpeting in the room was VERY worn. We also found one of the toilets clogged from before our arrival and tried to call for maintenance at around 1:30 AM, but after two calls over the next 90 minutes and promised that someone was "on the way up now," no one ever showed up to help (we did receive a call at 7 AM asking if we still needed help, but after waiting up so late the night before we were deeply sleeping at that time. I guess the good news was that the suite had 2-1/2 bathrooms, so we had a backup plan! The hotel is in a great location, but we were super-disappointed with the reservations and service during this trip.

The rooms were ok, but not the pillows, they were very tough to sleep, no coffee machine, the pool area no where to sit, just the cabins were available and you have to pay over 200, pool was too hot, instead hot tub was cold , and not working properly, blowing up instead of blowing on your body, very unsatisfied, i wanted to leave from there the second day, but as it was just one more days we stayed, besides the location nothing was worth it to stay at that hotel, I will never come back here and will not recommend anyone else.

Check-in went smoothly. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. We had a fountain facing room which was awesome. Our room also had a mini fridge so we were able to get a few groceries too. This hotel is in the perfect central location. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

My flight got in early but when I asked if my room was ready, they told me $30 for early check in, I understand if its not really ready but they were telling everyone this, then I had to give my bags to the bell man and he made a big deal over a tip, I was going to tip but after I got my bags back so I had to tip twice. I didn't feel valued as their customer.

Great customer service and cleanliness. Valet parking was not offered for regular guest, only “Diamond Members.” That was disappointing!! Room services was horrible; online orders didn’t work and didn’t get assistance over the phone. The representative was no help at some point I thought it was robot.

How close it was to everything we needed to get to. Also enjoyed the pool. We were ALMOST on the top floor but ended up right under it with not a very good view & it constantly sounded like a helicopter was flying over us because of the elevator being next to us. Last time I stayed there I was upgraded to the top floor multiple room suite for free so it was a much better experience as far as planet Hollywood goes.

Hotel was a perfect location for us. The room was clean and had a view of the sphere. Me and my fiancée are not big gamblers so we pretty just walked the strip and explored. The staff was really friendly and we got our money’s worth staying here.

La propiedad como tal está bastante aceptable el problema es desde que uno llega la mala atención de los valet parking que solo están buscando ganarse unos dólares en ves de ofrecer un buen servicio , además en los pisos de las habitaciones hay una máquina de hielo pero no funciona como tal , el horario de piscina ahora en el verano es solo hasta las 6 cuando debería ser hasta las 8 pues ha esa hora es cuando en realidad le dan deseo de bañarse a las personas pues en el horario de 12 a 4 es imposible por el calor y el fuerte sol en las vegas

Disappointing

Music at the adult pool. Very blah and boring. There were also towels left everywhere by the pool. We left and went to The Flamingo and had a great time at their pool(bonus, it was free entry there). Also check in was pretty slow. Tons of self check in kiosks(not a fan) and only three people checking in at 3pm. There was a line of guests who were waiting to check in.

The Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas is a hotel I keep coming back to—I’ve stayed there about 12 times. The rooms are enormous; I stayed in a room with two queen beds, which are truly comfortable for two guests, and up to four people can stay, making it perfect for families. The hotel is very pleasant and well-suited for this location. However, a negative is that recently, the glass cups have been replaced by paper ones, which doesn’t really contribute to the comfort of a four-star hotel.

The check-in process took 40 minutes with a short line. There were 5 employees behind the counter but only 3 were helping people and they weren’t the most friendly especially after waiting so long to be helped. The room was really nice though!

Extremely difficult to find the lobby to check in. After parked in the self-park garage, we walked with baggages through the mall like idiots for 20 minutes until finding a long line waiting to check in... There were no sign indicating the path. The room was not clean. The quilt was sweaty and the AC was extremely loud when operating.

They do advertise TWO POOLS, but......they are only open until 5:00PM and YOU HAVE TO PAY $75 TO RENT A LONGE CHAIR! I understand renting out cabanas, but come on, having to pay to sit by the pool??? There are many, many nicer places to stay. Don't waste your vist on an antiquated hotel.

Check in was easy since everything can be done on the kiosk. All you need is the booking confirmation number, your ID and credit card. The property is gigantic. I booked this stay for a wedding, they were able to put me up in a room close to my party (which booked separately). Thanks to the front desk staff — they were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of the Vegas strip. The casino has got a lot of different slot machines as well as table games; many options to choose from.

I ask for a quiet room however the room they gave me was very noisy next to an elevador and had a malfuctioning bathroom door Maintenance came after more than 2 hours later. In was very tired from a 12 hours trip and i could not sleep the first night. Next Day they moved to another room, but my first night was a mess, and asking for a refund of that night

I love that when we checked in early the clerk comped us the extra charge and put us in a high quiet room with a fabulous view of the Sphere. Quietest stay in a hotel ever. Loved it for this alone but all was clean, and enjoyable.

Had to call for towels as our room wasn’t serviced for 2 days during our stay. There was no iron in the room so we had to call to request one. The conditioner in the shower was never refilled.

I was very disappointed in Planet Hollywood. They have a resort fee but you get nothing for it. They didn't even provide 2 complimentary bottle waters in the room. As well as frig was completely empty, also nothing on the table top, so no option to purchase from the mini bar. We called down and they told us to use the vending machine that didn't work. When I went to the front desk, he was unsympathetic and said their policy is to have nothing in the room.

The thermostat actually worked, as did the blackout curtains, so I slept reasonably well each night. The pool staff was incredible — thank you to Megan, Rhonda, and Blake for being so friendly and attentive! The only downside there was the food, which felt a bit convenience store-esque (cold wraps in clamshell packaging), but it did the trick in a pinch. (You can't bring outside food or drink, so plan accordingly $$$) Cafe Hollywood, one of the casual dining options inside the hotel, offered eggs benedict (my favorite), which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the breakfast potatoes were very undercooked and basically inedible, which was disappointing. The casino itself isn’t especially swanky, but it didn’t feel dirty or run-down either. The staff throughout the property were consistently friendly and helpful, and I loved the variety of slot machines. Overall, this was a great stay with an amazing location — right on the Strip, centrally located, and directly connected to the Miracle Mile Shops.

It was a clean place, room was small, bathroom good size though. There was a thudding noise that never went away, water pipes, so annoying. The bathroom was hot, hard to get ready in due to being so hot in there, it needs a vent. The best part was in was in a great location. But I probably would not stay there again. The resort fee was crazy for what you got.

PF Chang’s Restaurant fab and great value Requested a quiet room with nice view, actually got allocated a view of the roof/pipes on 6th floor along from pool entrance and elevators so not very quiet. Pool area and sun loungers very dirty, no shaded area at pool for loungers unless you paid. Room not made up on 3 occasions and had to contact housekeeping several times for towels

The room was big and clean. Amazing bathroom with both a tub and a shower. Long time to wait for a check-in. Very long. Also, if you leave your luggage after check-out for a couple of hours, expect to give tips.

On the strip Valet parking only for diamond folks. I'm disabled and had to walk to far to get to my car. No one would help with the luggage so my 5 foot wife had to drag everything from the car to our room which was so far. We didn't even get out of the room the next day. Because we hurt too much. Never again at this location.

Good value for the price. The property itself isn’t the easiest to navigate but it’s a good mid level hotel on the strip to stay on and location is pretty central to everything.

It was actually a lot better than I expected. Solid room, nothing lavish but clean and nice.

I love the property an my room.But the water would not get hot and then the shower stood in water.We could not get it to drain out in water, would that light back cold?It would not stay consistent.I tried to take a bath to shave my legs and the water would take ten to fifteen minutes to get hot then, it would turn cold while you were in the shower.The faucet was leaking in the bathtub.The first night so I did not use anymore.In the shower just would not drain out.We stood in water to shower and had to cut off the water numerous times to try to give it a chance to pump up and get our water hot.Otherwise, it was a beautiful view and nice but I don't know that I would stay in the rooms there again.

I did a early checkin first time staying at planet and the front desk lady was very nice and helpful my room wasn’t ready and she was able to upgrade to a junior suit and it was very nice room and clean. Definitely staying again

During our stay, the regular pool was closed, and the adults-only (21+) pool ended up being shared with children, which made it noisy and less relaxing than expected. There were also very limited lounge chairs available by the pool, so if you didn’t get there early, you were out of luck. It seemed like this was intentional because the pool area was filled with cabanas and daybeds available to rent for an additional charge. On top of that, the pool was only open from 9 AM to 6 PM, which was disappointing considering there was still plenty of daylight and time for guests to enjoy it later in the evening. On a positive note, the staff was helpful when we had issues with the internet, which I appreciated. Overall, though, the extra fees, limited amenities, and pool situation made the experience disappointing.

Planet Hollywood Hotel was a Lovely stay - room very clean and spacious floor was wonderfully quiet - beds were comfortable and enjoyed the safety of in room safe for valuables while visiting! The pool area (has its on designated floor!) took me by surprise and enjoyed some relaxing times enjoying fresh air and sunshine! Everything you are looking for is in this hotel - also enjoyed the spa amenities was worth the $! I will look to rebook this hotel next visit to Vegas! Staff also very pleasant, responsive, and professional and there is no lack of finding good food and shopping (also mall in hotel!) - not to mention of course fun in the casino! Vacation all in one place can’t beat it! *****

Our stay was great. Only one problem, we got no housekeeping during our stay.

Very friendly staff the self parking is confusing which because of the holiday weekend that was my only option and have to walk the entire shopping plaza to check it. Other than that the two shows I attend were terrific. I try two of the restaurants the strip club steak house and their small breakfast place inside the casino they were both very good clean excellent staff friendly. I did the zombie burlesque show and the Chris Angel mind freak show they were terrific. I rate you a 9 out of ten for my weekend. Thank you I would stay at planet Hollywood again.

This was the first time I stayed at Planet Hollywood and it will be my last time. The room was not cleaned and there was no water or soft drinks in the room. I was told they don’t provide water for guest. This was a horrible experience and I wish I could have cancelled my reservations.

Atmosphere Price was decent Fees. All the BS fees resorts add to the bill. At least be up front if your going to add them.

Room had funny smell, lights were constantly flickering, bathroom faucets leaked and didn’t work. When called they asked a ton of questions and made me feel like a bother, extra to check in a little early and ridiculous fees for late checkout. Not a pleasant experience. Much better hotels

Planet Hollywood is a great choice for those who want a hotel that is central on the stip. Great variety of shops and the high end shops are right outside of the hotel. We will stay again.

Our first time experiencing Vegas and we're glad we got to stay there for it! We plan on coming back in the future for sure.

Requested a room away from the elevator. However, got a room that all I heard was elevator noise all night long disrupting sleep. Could’ve done better on that. Everything else was OK. Showroom was nice and no coffee maker in the room was a bit of a downer. Hands-free shampoo and stuff on the wall shampoo and stuff on the wall in the shower was good also.

When i checked in at the property the room had only one bed . I requested 2 beds and had to pay extra out of pocket . The kids only pool was shut down for the second day of my vacation. My kids had to settle to swim at the adult pool, which was incredibly inconvenient as it was full to capacity. I will definitely not stay again at this property as the staff did not offer to comp anything for their mishaps.

Friendly staff when we had questions! Pool area was great with fun things to do! Room was clean, but wasn’t what we were expecting. Average room, but had beautiful mountain views! Enjoyed our stay and all that Planet Hollywood had to offer!

I paid for a late checkout to get extra sleep before a long drive, cleaning staff was not notified, they came in to my room and told me I was supposed to be out by 11am when I paid for a 1pm check out, I was not able to go back to sleep, so I basically paid for a wakeup call vs. a late check out.

If you rent a car it’s a lot to get back and forth to your car but that might be same for all hotels on the strip. Security in the garage are jerks for some reason. Everything is overpriced there….everything. They put us in a room right up against the elevators - they should make that a storage room as the elevator mechanics are absurdly loud all hours of the night. Not enough loungers by the pools. Other than that was fine I guess. No longer get your moneys worth on the strip. Will stay off strip from now on.

The rooms are fine but less attention to detail than other properties on the strip I’ve stayed in (lower quality bedding, towels, toiletries). There was some mechanical duct or large piece of equipment running on the other side of my rooms’s wall that would clank all day and night. The pool is sub par compared to other Vegas properties.

Unfortunately, the worst service on the 4 week tour of US and a contrast to the high level of service received elsewhere. It was clear that the entire waiting serving team did not want to be there.

Our room was lovely, clean and roomy. Bathroom was large, beds comfortable and attractively appointed. We enjoyed the Planet Hollywood Cafe for a late breakfast. The hotel is right on the Miracle Mile that has an ABC store for a variety of extra needs. We came for a show and enjoyed it immencely.

Planet Hollywood is in such a great location. It's like you're close to everything on the Strip. The restaurant and casino on site were very convenient 👌. The store in/near the lobby was very expensive though. Overall it was a good stay and whenever I go back to Vegas, I'd definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay! Perfect for a one-night stay! Right off the strip! Walking distance to the concert we had planned (15 min walk through the strip). Did not give 5-stars for the parking, it is a long walk from the hotel rooms. Something to keep in mind when heading out and allot for the walking time. Also, at some point the TV did not have service/connection. The adult pool is great for those looking for relaxation and quietness. Would definitely return.

My room was amazing. It was huge very clean. The stuff was so great and helpful felt super safe traveling alone. My only complaint is the Pool. Both pools are just so small and the music was not lively and not like Vegas.

Room was large and comfortable, great location on the strip. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had on the strip. Paid for late checkout and was then charged twice, had to call customer service to get it fixed, THEN got locked out of my room and had to waste 30 mins in line to get back in. Also got very rudely kicked out of the pool for bringing in an outside drink that I bought IN THE CASINO after security let me bring it in. Absolutely awful customer service and I will never be staying here again.

We only stayed 1 night before our Mighty 5 trip to Utah. Close to a lot of restaurants and venues. Only issue was a complication with paying for parking. However, customer service app was quick to answer all my questions.

Easiest remote check in I’ve ever experienced. Needed more towels and all I had to do was text and they were there within minutes. Enjoyed the cabana at the pool. The misters were a lifesaver as the temps reached 100 one day. Location was excellent. The middle of the strip so was able to walk to almost any casino. Even walked to the Sphere for the wizard of oz!

This is our second stay at Planet Hollywood and again it exceeded our expectations. The staff was so helpful, we loved the pool and I always love the facts that if i don't want to walk the Strip to find food I can always go in the mall.

Clean room, it was vary spacious when it came to the restroom which is a plus for the girls. Room had a lot of space as well along with table and couch! Great location and businesses in the area!

Comfortable rooms, bed, spacious. View over casinos. Restaurants and bars decent. We were near the lifts and they make a lot of noise into the night.

The hotel is massive with easy access to the casino and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. We got two double beds which was great. Overall the whole experience of parking there and checking in is pure madness. There is so much going on, starting from not knowing where to park before arranging (after check in) that we'll opt for self parking. Bear in mind self parking means that you can park in a parking 10 minutes away or something. Had I not checked in online I would have to stand in a queue that went for ages. This is not the place for people who don't want to stress.

The room only had one table lamp, amd one floor lamp...No lights between the beds so it was very dark, almost too difficult to see things. The bathroom, however, was very brightly lit. Very spacious and clean bathroom.

The check is terrible. Long lines 2-3 people working desk. Self check in not working. The bathroom in our room not working. We called and they said someone would come and 8 hours later no one came. It fixed it self. Then we called to get it cleaned n again 2 hours later some came to clean it. The whole area smelled like smoke, even non smoking area. The pool was mediocre. The whole hotel is cheap and not Vegas for sure. We where trying to save some bucks when booking here but take my word for it don’t stay here and spend the extra money somewhere else.

Overall, our day was great, but I’ll break my review down into pros and cons Pro: The view was awesome. The size of the bathroom was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were great as well. The staff were attentive, especially Marcus, who was our housekeeping attendant. Cons: The sitting area of our room was very dark, and the lighting was poor. There was no lighting on of above the counter which held the coffee maker. There was no way to make the room, totally dark. There was no door that separated the bathroom in the bedroom and there were no blackout drapes., The hotel could use some updating a renovations to modernize it. Lastly, the lobby was not very impressive, and the lobby doors were very heavy and not automated which made it hard to manage luggage and hold the doors.

I have stayed at the property in the past and had a fantastic room this time I was somewhat disappointed. It would be good if a non-smoking area in the casino was available. The very positive thing is the location. Right in the middle of the strip with lots of choices for eating in the Miracle Mile Shops that are reasonably priced. Check-in was not too long and the agent was pleasant. The refrigerator in our first room was not working so we had to change rooms. It might be a good idea if housekeeping staff would check that appliances are functional. All in all I would stay at this property again in the future although it does not seem as luxurious as some other hotels in the area.

Other than that, we enjoyed our stay quite a bit. Pool was great, and the casino bar was awesome as well. I only expected the room to be a bit nicer for a “suite”.

Ive stayed at many resorts in Vegas, this was my first stay at PH and it was awesome! They let us check in early, the room was spacious, the bathroom was big, the housekeeping staff was very friendly & helpful, there was plenty of food options in the resort, including a convienence store in the miracle mile shops. The location was perfect for walking to all the places we wanted to go to and a short uber ride to the airport and the sphere. Definitely going to stay here again.

Nice for price

Our room was clean but kinda out dated. We only needed the staff once and they were very helpful. My husband and I went because it was our 1st year anniversary and my husband called ahead of time to see if he could arrange something sweet for me like flowers or champagne. The lady he spoke to on the phone, told him that he was one his own for that. I wish they could have had some sort of conceirge service for special requests for an extra fee. But we still had a great time!

Just bad overall first and last time I stay here

Here’s the GOOD, BAD and UGLY about our stay at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino: GOOD: A good, central location with plenty of amenities/restaurants within walking distance. Conveniently attached to shopping area scored high with my wife. BAD: Pricing on hotel rooms was ok. Rooms are starting to show some definite wear and tear…I would suggest a renovation should be started within the next year or so. Casino was ok. And I truly hope Vegas (as a whole) does away with the BS “resort fees” which are a total cash grab giving you access to items that are free in almost all other cities (access to internet, fitness facilities, and local calls - LOL!). UGLY: The check-in process is the WORST I’ve ever experienced at a hotel in Vegas or anywhere! I stood in the “Self Check-in Line” while my wife stood in the LONG line to see an actual person. It looked like I was going to get to the front sooner, but apparently the kiosk (automated machine) ran out of room keys just before I got to the front. At least 3 of the machines were “out of order”! I then went over to her and we finally got checked in after an hour of waiting! Totally unacceptable!

Satyed for one night with family. Room is ok, but not even provided basic toiletries.

Got to stay on the strips to get all the perks and amenities and all the things that should be working as it should be!!! Great stayed.

Staff is friendly. Elevators are crowded and slow. Art in rooms is not family friendly and casino workers dress sexually both men and women. Pools are crowded and restaurants are expensive as is the entire Las Vegas experience.

The property is pretty nice and located right on the strip. However, our room was downgraded, and that was quite disappointing. They called it a "free upgrade" but it was honestly a downgrade and not what we paid for.

The hotel is in a great location on the strip. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was pretty much clean. The bed was made. I think they need to clean a little bit more. The tables and the air conditioner during the day is not the best but overall it was a good stay.

Only complaint was the length of time it took to check in! We used the kiosk but it only gave 1 of our 2 rooms so we had to wait in line for over a hour for service desk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, conveniently located on the strip.

Great location, center of strip and arts he’d to a mall very well kept. Our room was very spacious and clean. Great customer service we didn’t have an Iron but one was delivered very quickly. The casino smelled like smoke but was very open and spacious. The water pipes was very load when the neighbour was having a shower thought there was a flood happening. We also had sewage smell from the toilet happen a few times. We had a great time and would definitely go back to planet Hollywood.

The location is perfect for a lower priced hotel. There are so many restaurants and stores in short walking distance and connected to hotel. My husband uses a wheelchair and we did not get an accessible room but they were spacious enough to give him room to move around.

Room good size Room was decent size but there’s no light switch for toilet room there’s no curtains that can block the daylight in restroom all the lsun daylight also comes in from main window right next to bed? also ac isn’t working it was a little bit too hot not a good experience definitely won’t be booking there again look for a better option with same price somewhere else

Great casino. The rooms do not come with coffee. They limit your internet so don’t plan to be able to work or use more than two devices.

check in and out is a pain. Location of my room was in a place that sounded like a helicopter was landing on your room every few minutes, extremely loud.

All in all we had a fabulous time!!

Booked two rooms. Upon arrival paid for early check in. One room was right beside the elevators and ir was unbelievably loud the entire time. Sounded like a roller coaster. Upon check in both rooms choose daily housekeeping. One of the rooms only received housekeeping once during the four night stay. I would not recommend this hotel due to the inconsistency’s we experienced. The rooms were basic. Mid level clean. The empty mini fridge was the only plus. The hotel location was great. The casino was very tight with players cards not reading properly on the majority of the slots.

Room needs some updating and the thin sheet comforter was not a comforter. Odd noise in room

Great location, clean and quiet when sleeping. Only a minor issue, our shower drain did not empty well at all. Took about an hour per person. It did not overflow or anything, just very very slow to empty.

This was my 3rd time staying here this visit was horrible room was not clean curtains was soiled manager was suppose to come up after checked in no one never showed caught house keeper in the hall she text manager to come up he came right away took pictures was told they would be up at noon no one never came til after 2 wasted my time don’t no if I will stay there next year so disappointed

the advertising showing a lot of pools and it is nowhere to be found, I guess it was only one and somewhere in the too floor. Just false advertisement in the pucture.

This hotel is great location but this is the only positive about this hotel ! check in is just chaos staff are just rude hotel needs a total revamp if location is what you want then go for it otherwise I would never recommend this hotel pool is terrible not enough sun lounges more negatives than positives rooms need updated

The size of the room was excellent and they accommodated our cat, Xena. Definitely would stay there again. No coffee pot, though Vegas has moved in this direction since Covid.

Tub & space

The views were exceptional and the room was clean and free of fragrance as requested. The beds were very firm, there was no soft option. Also the parking garage is very far away from the entrance, you have to walk a ways to get to the room.

The planet hollywood is going to ruin. They don't do anything maintenance on the property. All the escalator are broken. The room are showing their age. The room cleaner did not show my room after Saturday. I had to let the front desk to get them to clean my room on Tuesday. I will never go back to planet hollywood again
