Park MGM Las Vegas

Love this hotel for vacation. Best pools, restaurants, cabanas, and plenty to do here. Not to mention one of my family members had an emergency and was hospitalized hours before leaving and checking out in April this year. Not only did they provide an extension to our stay but they provided us dining vouchers. I cannot say enough about the security that took care of us, front desk staff, the valet and bellman that took our luggage to our vehicle. This is a place that you will not only enjoy dining and entertainment, but they treat you above and beyond. If we can safely return soon, we will book another premium suite. Thank you Park MGM for giving us the best times these past 2 years, but in the moment we needed your support and service.

Great location in the middle of Moab. We went on the river boat tour that they recommended on the app. It was interesting and it was nice to see the stars from the river. King size bed was comfortable. The only hiccup was the breakfast. They had three large international tour buses and they ate pretty much everything. I felt bad for the staff that was making it because they were trying their hardest to keep up. We ended up not eating there at all the next day since the breakfast was to late for when we were heading out of town.

Park MGM is the place to stay! You won't be disappointed!

We liked that it was a smoke-free casino. The Eataly had a wonderful pastry and coffee shop that was great for breakfast each morning. There is a tram to Aria and the Belagio that was very convenient. Will stay here on the next trip!

I was disappointed that our room didn’t have a fridge. In Vegas with the heat, you need to have a fridge for keeping drinks cold.

The hotel, casino, and rooms were great. The only thing missing was a fridge in the room. We like to have cold water in our room when we travel so that was the only negative.

*Comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom, 3 pools and a variety of food & drink choices. .*The room itself was clean and very spacious, I had booked thru Expedia and was given a handicap accessible room brianne requested., I got in very late and was exhausted so didn’t bother to request a change change. *There was closet and nightstands with an open space to store your items but no drawers. *There is no actual business center to put a boarding pass, There was as a Conference Center with a FedEx office with one working computers, but there are to use it. Would stay again!

We encountered a cleanliness issue with our first room, which was dusty enough to trigger a severe allergic reaction (hives) for my wife. However, the team promptly relocated us to a different room, and the difference was night and day. It looks like the rooms are equipped with built-in air purifiers, so the unit in our original room probably just needs a filter change or maintenance.

The room was very nice, two comfortable queen beds, Work table, flatscreen TV, comfortable bathroom. Location is super, especially as connected to several other MGM hotels and restaurants. This is an important positive feature! Our main purpose for being in the area was to travel and visit the Grand Canyon. We stayed at the park MGM on our way to and from the Grand Canyon. Perfect set up!

Decent location. Nightingale Suite was spacious. Room wasn't ready at check in time (not a busy weekend either). Lots of dust gathered around room. Wireless speaker in room needs an old micro USB cable to run and housekeeping doesn't supply one. The Eataly food court is a complete miss.

It is important to note that the rooms are on the small side, do not have refrigerators or microwaves. However, the room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are beyond comfortable. The bathroom door did have smudge marks where hands frequently grab to close the door. And for the life of me, I could not find an outlet in the bathroom to plug in my curling iron! Staff were helpful and always ready to assist and teach those new to gambling. This is non-smoking, which makes it top notch in my book. The resort does a great job posting signs to easily navigate through the casino, restaurants and the resort. I give the pool area a 10 out of 10 rating. The food was excellent and we enjoyed a good steak at Bavette’s and breakfast at Primrose was wonderful. There’s not a lot of late night options for food past 11 PM. One last note is that the resort is next to CVS and Target, which makes it nice if you’ve forgotten some minor things at home or would like to buy some alcohol at a lower cost to bring up to your room. We will be definitely staying at the park MGM again!.

While we did like our room, we had paid extra for a view of the Strip but we didn’t get that. We were disappointed with that.

Really wonderful stay at Park MGM. The smoke free casino/ hotel proved to be the best choice for my husband and I. Food options were also plenty and food quality and selection was impressive. Room was clean and consistently maintained throughout our stay. Pools and Daybed was a perfect retreat during our stay. Overall wonderful experience. Would stay here again!

We had a great time here. We chose MGM because it hosted Mary J Blige residency!!! I’m a huge fan so I wanted to be where she was. It also hosted her official after party which I also loved. The room and linen were clean and comfortable as well. There were weird artwork in the room but we dismissed it. Breakfast wasn’t included but there are several breakfast options on the strip with Denny’s right across the street if you’re on a budget. Overall, I would book again.

The only hiccup we had was trying to check in via the app, it didn't work but the front desk helped & had us on our way. Checking out with the app was very easy though! Also wished our room had a small fridge & microwave, would've stayed longer with those amenities. overall wonderful stay!

We started with not the best Checkin, the Welcome could be much better. Not very professional not very frindly We visited LV mutliple times and the Hotel Service was always outstanding, sadly not this time. The bar at the terace pool was grt, grt and funny service had a lot of fun. Pools and Pool bars are closing too early. Location is realy grt, middel of the strip all reachable by feet Rooms are bit smaler but fully ok. Casino is fine, service grt and very professional. Desk Service not very professional, We asked to get the parkin on the Hotel Card, and got it multiple time confirmed. But it doesn't work, we vistited the desk every single day with the same result, no exit with Hotel Card possible we had always to ring the desk, not very profesional. Eataly in the Hotel makes no sense, has nothing todo with Italy, to get a proper breakfast not possible, next day we went to Hard Rock Cafe was much mich better.

The floor in a room had obviously just been shampooed when we arrived and was still a little musty. A quick call down to the front desk got us moved just a few doors away. I appreciated the efficiency to which they handled the issue.

Nice size hotel. MGM Grand is huge, so I didnt care for that. The PARK was more manageable. The rooms were nice, the shower pressure was incredible! 3 pools and not over crowded. I wasn't impressed by Eatily food court but other restaurants and bar food and drinks very good.

Everything about Park MGM was exactly what me and my bestie needed. Especially loved that our concert venue was in the hotel.

I have one other complaint. When I checked in the person at the desk was rushing me and it felt a bit rude. Everyone else was great! The Italian food in the Eataly restaurant area was fantastic!!!!!

Loved the location and overall cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that it is a no smoking property. Staff were on the whole really friendly. There were always beds available by the pools which was ideal for keeping cool on hot days Small attention to detail is needed, particularly things like topping up the shower gel in the bathroom and hoovering the room. No kettle, coffee facilities or fridge are given in the room, but perhaps this is normal for an American hotel?

Hotel is clean, bed and pillows were very comfy. Staff is attentive. Rooms were clean. Hotel is clean and the non smoking aspect of the whole place is a major plus. Great food in the restaurants. We had a suite with 3 people. The pull out bed was not made, and we had to make 5 requests to get the appropriate bedding and pillows. Would have thought that would have been already taken care of.

I would definitely stay at Park MGM again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and conveniently located hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.

That being said I would still stay here again. The location was very convenient and right near a lot of restaurants and target for snacks. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly and when the in room snack bar was accidentally knocked over they had no problem helping me out with removing the charges from the sensor. I never used the pool but it looked nice and clean. There is also a handy tram that is free to the Bellagio. Overall it was a great stay.

We chose this MGM property because of the many positive reviews. We stayed for five nights. The room that was given to us was NOT the room we reserved so we had to move the next day (which was a huge inconvenience). We requested for a refrigerator for my medication which never came, even after inquiring about it EVERY DAY. I ended up creating a make-shift ice box using one of their dresser drawers, filling it up with ice every day. Needless to say, it made a HUGE mess. This is a dated hotel/casino. All the rooms have the same layout with very OLD carpet. I will not return and would not recommend.

Our stay was amazing. The only thing we wished the rooms had was a mini fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable tho.

The location was excellent. Right at the beginning of the Strip, making it easy to access everything. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient for our trip. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again on a future visit.

The room we were given was a conjoining one. We did not get a restful sleep because we can her them all night. I let the front desk know, unfortunately- they were unable to move us to somewhere else because they were full. They did waiver 1 night of resort fee to compensate. Outside of this, ParkMGM is always a good choice for a non-smoking hotel.

The hotel rooms were in very poor condition and appeared to be falling apart. Due to the condition of the room, I decided not to stay at the hotel and checked out immediately. The most frustrating part was the handling of the refund. The hotel manager personally confirmed to me that a refund had been processed. However, the refund never appeared. When I later contacted Expedia for assistance, Expedia reached out to the hotel, and MGM denied the refund request entirely, contradicting what their own manager had previously told me. I never stayed at the property, yet I was charged and then received conflicting information from hotel management. The lack of honesty, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel based on both the condition of the rooms and the way this situation was handled.

Over all not bad experience

The stay was awesome. We loved the hotel and the Eataly downstairs. Our toilet handle was broken though, but still kinda worked. Location is perfect and it's quieter than the other hotel casinos nearby. There was a lot going on, so parking could be difficult at times. Also, I probably wouldn't bother with the terrace pool, it costs around $250-500 to use, and the other pools are nice. It is the one on their website pictures though.

The pool area is clean and relaxing. Sometimes they dont clean the room if you're staying multiple nights. We then ask for some extra towels.

No refrigerator or microwave

- the room were dated - there was a 1970s lamp electrical cord adhered to the ceiling for all to see - dated furniture - no fridge (a lot of leftover food was wasted) - no microwave (had to eat cold leftovers) - no coffee pot - no pay movies option - no option to connect your own apps. I had an accidental food spillage on the Ned where liquid soak through the top layer to the bottom, I called housekeeping (again very nice and did not take too long to come to the room) for more clean sheets and duvet for the bed to be made over and they just brought everything in plastic bags and left it for me to do, so we just spread the clean sheets on top of the soiled and placed the clean duvet under the old so that could be next to our skin and chalked it up to “well it is what it is but we will not be back.”

Have stayed here multiple times and know what to expect. It's great for the price, although rooms are beginning to show some wear. Self check-in/out is a breeze, bell service is friendly, pool is nice, smoke-free casino is a dream and food options are plentiful. Tram to Aria and Bellagio is easy and helpful for getting down the strip. Would recommend and will stay here in the future.

Overall great place to stay but would have had a stronger interaction with the staff. The times I had it felt they were not likening their jobs. Shout out to Kimberly at the pool who was our server. She was the best.

My husband and I were pretty disappointed in the rooms... small and dated! The carpet was filthy, the table hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom was better than the whole room. The only thing I liked was no smoking in the hotel or casino and close to other casinos, other than that, they need a makeover. The food surrounds itself around Italian cuisine, got pretty tired of that as well..I like diversity. We did eat at Bavette's which is a well known upscale steakhouse and that was even mediocre. Definitely choosing luxury or affordability next time.

I was pleased with everything else. The self check-in process when quick and smooth. I had one question that was answered quickly by an employee. The dining choices were excellent. I enjoyed the casino as well.

My room was pretty small was not cleaned properly it still had garbage in it red solo cups in the bathroom the walls are pretty thin people next door were not loud but u can hear them talking all night will not stay in park mgm again.

Overall, we had a great stay and really appreciated the friendly front desk staff. I did want to flag one issue: our Do Not Disturb sign went missing on our first and second day and housekeeping ended up cleaning our room while the sign was supposed to be up. I recommend having staff check that room signs are present to avoid this happening to other guests.

Clean and big room! Bed was comfy, shower was nice, will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Vegas! There is a Starbucks right by the guest elevators that was perfect for breakfast every morning. Plus there's a free tram that connects you all the way up to the Bellagio to save you from walking in the heat.

Clean and quiet rooms with nice amenities on property. The A/C was pretty weak for a room in the desert. I didn’t like that the rooms had no coffee maker, no cups, nothing. This seemed to be an effort to get you to buy drinks from Starbucks in the lobby which would be typical high prices. Other than that, nice pools, free monorail to a few other hotels, clean non smoking property, modern updates, easy self parking for $20/day.

Jazz music early am only at pool, then rap started Loud music and fog horn in hockey areana kept us awake at night. No place to go for peace and quiet. Pool area opens too late to sit with coffee where it is quiet. No relaxation at all. Had to go out to the street bench fpr quiet but there was still music there. Great jazz music in am at pool until the rap started. Black, long hair on shower wall, yuck. No cups in bathroom. Too expensive to eat in Resteraunts, had to leave premises to eat. Drinks too expensive.

Park MGM is exactly what I wanted it to be. A calmer, quieter, clean hotel and casino, smoke free and located close enough to the fun. The room is very basic, almost too basic, the bathrooms are tight and meh, but, we chose the hotel because of the above mentioned benefits, not the room. We wanted somewhere quiet to rest and got exactly that. The pools are nice, nothing special but the service was great and food and drinks were good. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will likely be staying again.

It definitely didnt give the wow factor like the other places on the strip as it could use some more pazzaz in the Casino area and the pool wasn't so great. But for the price it was alright.

I wish we would have had a coffee maker and a microwave in the room.

Honestly a gem on the strip! Located in the central area has nothing to do with other old casino hotels. Park MGM is classy, clean and quiet. The staff everywhere is friendly and helpful (totally different from other hotels in Vegas!), no cheating, no hidden fee. NO SMOKING is the best decision, facilities are great, the vibe by the pool is elegant and quiet. No screaming kids, no drunken people. They have EATALY food court that offers amazing italian food choices. The daily parking fee gives you access to all other MGM hotels parking. We will come back here everytime we visit Vegas. Excellent choice! Bed and pillow too soft... But we found these problem in many places in the US. must be cause they are very "used".

I loved that the hotel was clean and smoke free especially for my daughter who is 18. It was central to many nearby attractions and hotels like New York New York. Check in and out was quick and efficient and toiletries provided were a plus. Oh and the Terrace pool was a perfect getaway when we had time to relax. Will definitely come stay there again. Mahalo!

The check-in and check-out processes were fast and smooth. However, the bathroom in the initial room was completely uncleaned; the sink was filthy and clogged, and there were still hairs in the drain, so I had to change rooms. The first room they changed me to was too far from the elevator and very noisy, so I had no choice but to request another change. After switching rooms for the second time, everything seemed fine, so I went out for dinner right away. When I came back, I discovered that the sink in this new room was also clogged. I had to wait for maintenance until 10:30 PM to get it fixed, which completely ruined my sleep. The saving grace of this stay was the VIP office staff. They stepped in and handled the issues professionally. While the room cleanliness, noise levels, and maintenance were highly disappointing for a returning guest, the excellent service from the VIP team made the situation understandable. This used to be a place I loved, but now I will have to seriously reconsider whether I should come back next time.

Terrible issues with late checkout and card usage. Paid for late checkout just for housekeeping to come at 11 asking why I haven't left yet. 15 min on hold with front desk for them to say I am good and it's paid. Just for 15 min later I get locked out of the room and elevators because my card deactivated. Que a 20 min wait in the lobby to get new keys. So much for a late checkout.

The room was nice, seemed clean. The tv had a broken cable though and couldn't use, so that was a bit disappointing but didn't need it much anyway. Had a great view of the MGM and bits of the strip. Did not interact with any staff, and mobile check in was convenient. You do have to use your phone as a key if you use mobile check in and don't request physical keys. The elevators also require a key to select a floor. It was a pretty nice stay though. You can also pre-pay for parking via mobile check in too.

Cat at the front desk was so helpful and sweet! Literally the only complaint is that the music by the pool was so lame. There was no vibe but other than that perfect!!

Over all the hotel room was clean, but when showering the water would leak out. We had to use a few towels to keep the floor dry. The room space was also a bit small.

I booked this without even realizing that the entire resort was non-smoking. Was so nice! In a strip of hotels that are hit or miss in terms of smoke, dated rooms, and questionable stains, Park MGM was beautiful, well kept and was perfect for a solo traveler like me!

The Park at MGM was a nice place to stay. My only complaint if any was at check in and check out they could not find my reservation without help from a staff person, probably because booked through Expedia. I was asked to upgrade at check-in for a better room, I passed and was met with no coffee pot, mini fridge and a “lesser” room for sure. Parking is $20/day in the garage. Very pricey. There are not a lot of food choices in this hotel. I would give it a 3.5 out of 5. Good things. Water pressure in shower is amazing, nice staff, safety.

Everything was adequate for our stay. We had trouble with check-in because they couldn’t find our reservation, but the lady in the VIP office helped us and we got our room. I wish there were cheaper breakfast options, but it is Vegas!

I couldn't believe how basic the room was. There was no refrigerator, no welcome bottle of water, no perculator, no drinking cups. The safe was useless because someone left it open but the door was in locked positio, the bath shower would not completely close so I had to call housekeeping.

Having been in and out of Vegas for over thirty years now, it’s sad to see the guest experience decline to what it is today. Room was just the same as it is today at a Super 8 motel. No glasses in the room. No coffee maker. No amenities of any kind whatsoever. The lighting wires are not even behind the wall. They are literally running outside the wall as if you were in a work garage. Room was simply white sheets. No bedspread. Nothing that felt like you were in Las Vegas or something else to make you feel comfortable. Then I got a bill for $18 (yes $18) for a bottle of water! There were no glasses. Not even plastic cups. Nothing else so I was literally forced to drink from the minibar. This is for me just how far MGM has fallen. Poor management or misappropriation of revenue has pushed MGM to literally steal money from their guests. $20 to self park the car. It’s literally sad to see.

Very nice to have a smoke-free casino. The room has appealing, modern decor, and it's a great touch to have the long couch under the window of the room for reading or lounging. Overall, a nice option for Vegas. It's a shame that there's no complimentary bottled water or even a basic coffee machine in the room. There's no reason why Vegas hotels should feel exempt from these basic amenities.

A few of the staff were especially helpful and generous. One thing to note is that late night the only option for food on the premises was a little 24 hr spot, Side Betty's and they don't have any dessert/sweets etc and pretty limited variety. There is a CVS right next door to the property though! Highly recommend a day by the pool and the menu there was surprisingly yummy!

Nice decor, good restaurants We paid for an upgrade, were put in a room directly next to the very loud "mechanical" room, then they moved us to a room worse than our original room and still charged us for the upgrade. Customer service has been non-existent.

The close proximity to so many sporting and entertainment venues was amazing what was nearby or just a free tram ride away.

Loved option for self or front desk check in. Valet parking was convenient, valet staff were SUPER NICE. Paying for valet was very easy via a machine outside that accepts all credit cards includes tip option. There is self parking too. Room and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. There is a boutiques shop, small convenience store, restaurants and casino on site. Overall very good stay.

Our room was clean and well maintained; however, we experienced several maintenance issues during our stay. The A/C was not working properly, and both the sink and shower were clogged. Unfortunately, despite reporting the problem, no one came to address or fix it.

The food was fresh however, they only offered bacon and sausage on certain days. There was always fruit, eggs, waffles, coffee& tea. The staff started clearing the food items before breakfast was over, so if you were late the food would already be gone.One lady in particular was slightly rude and would remove the food even if she saw you trying to grab something quick.

Loved that there was a fridge just for our stuff and then the one for purchasing alcohol, snacks, etc... would stay again and definitely do the suite.

Windows in the front of Park MGM bring in a lot of light and a view of the strip. Babette’s is a great restaurant/steakhouse and there is a great speakeasy type bar in the back of Babette’s . Third, it is a non smoking hotel and casino.

The room was very clean and quiet. The Eaterly area was great, it’s like a food court but all Italian. We had breakfast at primrose and that was delicious. Very central located.

Blige show which was wonderful finding our way around to some of the venues was kind of difficult getting lost in direction on which way to go but overall great experience. I would book again.

Parking in the garage and walking over can be a bit inconvenient, but it’s not a major issue. The on-site store is quite expensive, so it’s definitely better to prepare any essentials in advance before your stay.

Nice peaceful environment on room floors, affording a sensory break from the busy first floor areas and casino. Staff all cheerful and helpful, amazing with the sheer number of people they deal with.

It was so nice to stay in Vegas and not feel like you just tripped into a stale old carton of cigarettes. The reason I ultimately booked was because the whole place is smoke free. The room was comfortable and felt classy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And the restaurants were delicious! Crepes in the morning and wood-fired pizza at night. Not to mention the wide variety of Italian desserts and sandwiches at the ready. What could be better?

The property is very nice and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, although I did not interact with them much. There are few activities at the hotel other than gambling. Thus, I would conclude that this is not the best choice for families with children.

Check-in was seamless, and the lobby and casino smelled clean and fresh. We really appreciated the smoke-free environment, which made a huge difference compared to many other Vegas hotels. Our room was not ready until after 4 PM even though check-in was at 3 PM, and we did have to remind them, but once we got in, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Rooms are not huge, but definitely a good size for two people. We did pay an additional daily fee for a small refrigerator, which was a little disappointing, but there was ice available on all floors. The tram connection was extremely convenient and the location honestly can’t be beat. We stayed on the Stay Well/Restore floor, and looking back, I probably would not pay the extra money for that upgrade again and would rather spend the money enjoying more on the Strip. Housekeeping came daily with fresh towels, which was appreciated. Another big plus was having CVS, Target, and the ABC Store right outside the hotel for anything we needed. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Bellagio was a 20 min walk and Allegiant Stadium was about a 30 min walk. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was dirty upon check-in — stains on the upholstered chair, debris on the walls, and marks on the carpet. The phone was disconnected, forcing me to go downstairs in person to report issues. While I did that, the bellboy arrived and my husband had to stop to answer the door only for nothing to get resolved. Getting everything fixed took an unreasonable amount of time and required maintenance to get involved. To their credit, they did offer to move us to a different room, but by that point we were already late to our show and couldn’t afford to lose any more time repacking and switching rooms. The room was also small with no refrigerator, and the bold red decor was not relaxing. Park MGM’s common areas have a lovely soft green aesthetic — it’s a shame none of that carried into the guest rooms. Management offered a $50 food and beverage credit, which felt inadequate given we paid over $500 for the room plus a $100 resort fee at arrival — over $600 total for a stay that felt uncomfortable throughout.

We enjoyed our stay at MGM Park. We stayed on the Reserve floors , rooms were nice, clean and quiet. The front desk staff were exceptional and attentive during check in and check process . We were on the 10th floor and I will say in the 4 nights we were there I never had a hot shower, only warm, which was disappointing. And though the skyline was a great view overlooking the industrial room was not much of a perk. All that being said I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was immaculate. As the only smoke free hotel on the strip, the communal areas felt much cleaner and fresher than other hotels on the strip. Our room was fantastic- we stayed in the Nighthawk Suite and couldnt fault it. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. It was the perfect stay- I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The room was a good size and decently clean, some dust but nothing else off. Towels did have a pungent odor that smelled like they'd been sitting for a long time after the wash cycle, like cheese or mold. I was also surprised the room did not come with a refrigerator and only did for an additional fee. Never experienced that elsewhere. However, the hotel Casino floor is filled with really good restaurants and bars, a great atmosphere, close proximity to everything on the strip, and 3 pools + outdoor bar that was fun to hang at. Bed was comfy after a long day/night, and I would recommend this hotel to a friend if they were going to Vegas for all the pros I listed.

Paid way in advance for a room the was neglected, noise plumbing and a hazard that nearly caused injury to my grandchild. Only after two days of reporting problems was I moved to another room.

There were several issues. First, the pool/hot tub I used last time and really enjoyed was closed. I was told it was open until March. But it was already closed by February 26 when I arrived. Second, there were no robes in our two rooms as there were during our last stay. I didn’t bring one and don’t care to walk through public areas in a swimsuit. Finally, and most disturbing was a picture on the wall of one of our rooms. It showed a young, underage girl scantily clothed, who appeared frightened and unsure, and appeared to be being coaxed into a vehicle. I have a young daughter and given the concerns about trafficking of children, I feel the photo is completely inappropriate. It bothered me throughout my stay. I strongly encourage management to remove that photo from room 306 on Floor 10. This was our second trip to Las Vegas and the Park MGM. Given these issues, it is unlikely I will return. And, sadly, I feel it appropriate to warn other parents and families through social media that this is not a good hotel for families.

Otherwise, housekeeping hit or miss. A room without a fridge or a coffee maker made it feel like a 3 star hotel. Love that it is non smoking facility. Would love assistance with booking restaurant reservations as it is challenging to secure a res and a long online process.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a higher rating because the room lacked basic essentials like hot water for making tea and/or coffee and any sort of drinking glass. Drinking water was available for purchase at the “mini bar“, which consisted of room temperature bottled water (there is no fridge) and some bagged snacks.

Hotel is smoke free, which I love. We went for the NKOTB concert, which made it very convenient. Rooms are very basic, but location is great. Easy to go between Aria and NY NY.

Staff support was LACKING. We stood in like for 45 minutes to ask the front desk a question. We had a family emergency and had to leave a day early. The front desk told us they would refund the night we didn’t stay. We checked out and then we get an email saying no refund….even though the notes on our account showed they said we could have a refund the “reservations department” decided it didn’t matter what we were told by the front desk. No refund. I asked if they saw the notes and they said yes…..but it didn’t matter what the notes said. They had the final say and decided no refund. So now we are out that money. If we were told from the beginning we couldn’t have the refund it would be fine. But we were mislead and lied to.

Complete non availability of room at check in - agreed to compromise with single bed and couch : got to room and there was no couch to be had. Re- registered and was comped resort fees, then assigned a two bed room after a long talk with the front desk. At check out was charged for parking when I didn’t even have a car.

Great room - clean and quiet. Hotel is in a great location and had all we needed

Neat and clean, staff was very nice. Eataly was good. Overall we enjoyed it quite a bit and will be coming back.

My room was ready when I landed at LAS at 9:35am. That NEVER happens and it was Valentine’s Day Weekend too.

Could have used coffee maker and mini fridge in our room.

We called Shania and she took care of it immediately. She sent Edward up to pick up our bags, give us new cards and take us to our new room. We tried to tip Edward but he would not take it. He gave us a comp for food or drinks. New room was fantastic. Excellent service and we would stay there again!

Everything was great! Staff were helpful and very welcoming!

I have to say the room was just fine and very clean,Lucilia,Maria and Eva stood out with friendliness and kindness with the respectfully and polite manner made me feel comfortable and informed me of anything needed to reach out appreciate the accommodation for my 65 birthday was very memorable ❤️

Smoke free

We struggled a bit with the temperature/thermostat in the room. Customer service was phenomenal. We had an issue with our power going out in half the room, but the service man came immediately and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and offered a voucher for the inconvenience and to make my birthday a little sweeter. Not sure if I will return, but if I do, I’m definitely getting a more upgraded room to see if those basic amenities are included.

The room was clean, and the location was excellent

Ron, who checked us in was great! The room was clean, well-appointed, and nicely decorated. The bathroom and shower was excellent. On the downside, the mattress was very uncomfortable--lumpy and not soft enough. Blanket was too heavy.

Clean room and helpful staff

Very clean room, calm ambiance, clean floors, nonsmoking casino. Also, we love the free Aria Tram option! Everything about our stay was great! We love Primrose!!! Their food is fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. And the staff is so kind.

The room was hot because the heater was on to dry the carpet, which still wasn’t completely dry. It was probably dried to standards, but not mine.

Clean rooms, quiet atmosphere.

Hotel was very clean, love the no smoking venue. Rooms are clean, but can hear your neighbors between rooms fairly clear.

Good location. Clean, but small rooms. Single bowl bathroom sinks. The eatery was convenient for variation for onsite casual eating. Good value casino.
