Reviews
Guests have mixed feelings about their stay at the hotel. While some appreciate the cleanliness, location, and certain amenities, others express dissatisfaction with long wait times, hidden fees, and subpar room conditions.
- Central location with easy access to attractions
- Clean rooms and daily room service
- Long wait times for check-in and resort amenities
- Unexpected resort fees and overpriced services

For three days I called for shampoo and unfortunately I checked out and shampoo never arrived. I called multiple times got apologies assure me they will send someone over with shampoo but nope I have now checked out.
- 4/5
Nice, smaller in comparison to Cesars, MGM etc, great restaurants and bars, nice pool with free chairs (pay for umbrella and cabanas). Great location.
- 4/5
Great hotel to stay at!
- 2/5
Main pool closed, no caffeine in rooms, no fridges, no bathrobes, no shows, total and utter rip off like rest of Vegas! We will NOT be back. We will be sure to spread the word times 100.

location and pric2

Enamorada de él hotel la verdad, súper limpio, huele muy bien, las habitaciones impecable, y la ubicación increíble

Clean room nice staff
- 2/5
The hotel overall was “ok”. I enjoyed the casino area, food choices, and stores. The hotel room itself was very dingy. The bathroom door and the floor molding had paint coming off. The chair at the desk in the room had a stains on it. The room itself has not been maintained well. The room temp kept fluctuating and it would not stay cool. The shower water was extremely hot even on the cold setting. The fridge still had the last guests yogurt in it. The pool was closed down during our stay and when we checked in the clerk didn’t let us know it was closed. We had a great view of the pool area and Eiffel Tower but the windows were filthy. The elevator ride sounded like it would break down and one time the light was completely out so another guest used their phone so we had light. The hotel has great food options but due to the room itself I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 2/5
Wallpaper peeling off walls and A/C barely worked. Disappointing because this was a birthday celebration
- 3/5
They charge ridiculous prices for everything. The ice machine on our floor stayed broken the entire week. Our shower was not working on arrival.
- 4/5
When asked for extra comforter, was told blanket only no comforter. If you are traveling with family Vdara maybe a better option.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 3/5
I was surprised to know that the pool at Paris is open to the public. They do not require proof of stay at the entrance. The public also has access to the elevators and can access hotel floors. We didn’t know this before booking.
- 3/5
Hotel looks dated and rooms dated as well specially bathroom, gym was very small and some new machines but room was old and not great.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
great room and staff!!!
- 3/5
Rooms needed some cleaning and repairs.
- 4/5
Family friendly
- 5/5
Hidden gem . This hotel was better than the aria . Prime location. Clean room . And quiet. So impressed .
- 5/5
Loved staying at the Paris. Very clean and friendly staff. The pool was closed for the weekend so that was disappointing. Wish they would do a better job keeping the prostitutes out at night time and early morning. They are like vultures and annoying. They wait by the elevators and surround you trying to entice you. Super annoying and they are nasty !!!
- 5/5
Everything was fine excellent
- 5/5
The room, view, location and staff were great! Will come back a 3rd time for sure.
- 3/5
The rooms are kind of rundown nneed a makeover also got a room with the view but the windows where really dirty maybe not worth the money
- 1/5
The rooms were not clean properly the tub had Pubic hair and one of the beds had hairs as well they did changed our room. But for the price is not. Worth it wouldn’t stay again
- 1/5
And they off TV before check out three hours
- 1/5
Last guest customer left a pizza ate the fridge and wasnt cleaned Room 1695 Paper wall broken Room smells cigarretes Carpet old faded and dirty Pool was closed due to a guest dropped a broken glass Very bad experience Hotel didn't offer anything as a compensation
- 4/5
Find the drinks very expensive at the pool. Not allowed bring any food or drinks in so have buy there which is fine if wasn’t overly priced like it is.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean
- 4/5
Good vibes
- 5/5
Clean room , respectful staff , would stay again
- 5/5
We loved Paris. Very nice view, comfy bed, great pool.
- 2/5
The property was good and very conveniently located. The rooms were disgusting. Carpet was filthy, walls were dirty, ironing board was filthy and broken and overall felt like a motel room the way it was run down and smelt
- 5/5
Excellent staff…. Very helpful, check-in was fast, housekeeping was efficient, and gaming was amazing. AAAAA+++++
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel highly recommend
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff and has everything you need for your stay with great location.
- 5/5
Book the Versaiile tower. It’s redone. Nicer rooms. The Bordeaux tower is older.. overall great hotel
- 5/5
The dining options, bar, and breakfast were all quite expensive, but that’s somewhat expected in Las Vegas. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included, especially considering the overall cost of the stay. My biggest complaint was the mandatory resort fee of nearly $60 per night. I don’t recall seeing that charge clearly disclosed when booking, although it’s possible I may have missed it. Either way, it was an unpleasant surprise and significantly increased the total cost of the stay. Overall, I enjoyed the room, the comfort, and the fantastic view, but the extra fees and expensive amenities took away from the experience.
- 5/5
The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced and I travel often. What truly made this stay unique and memorable was the incredible the young guest service representative at registration. He was genuinely kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. His thoughtful service made my birthday celebration even more special, and he played a big part in making our stay unforgettable.
- 5/5
The only area for improvement would be the pillows, which could be softer and more comfortable. Additionally, the mattresses seem to have had a lot of use and are beginning to sag, so replacing them would greatly enhance guests’ comfort. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Todo
- 2/5
The pool was closed during our stay due to broken glass. While I understand that accidents happen and the closure itself was not the hotel’s fault, we had specifically paid for a late checkout so our family could enjoy the pool before leaving. When we explained the situation and requested a refund for the late checkout fee since we could no longer use the amenity we paid extra time to enjoy, our request was denied by the manager ROBERT. Customer service and flexibility in situations like this can make a big difference. While the pool closure was unavoidable, the lack of accommodation regarding the late checkout charge left us feeling disappointed as well as the cleanliness of the room.
- 5/5
Great food, shops and pool.
- 5/5
Excellent services, kind people. Thanks
- 5/5
Great central Strip location, hotel was clean. Large room, quiet, and very comfortable bed. Great choice of restaurants on site. Good rates for mid-week -part of Caesars Group - exceeded my expectations. Will return
- 5/5
Clean room and helpful staff
- 2/5
We had a bad check in experience, paid for room with a view moved three times before we actually got one. First person we went to was rude. Room was okay but suppplies not filled, sink was clogged,
- 5/5
I loved my trip to Las Vegas! Everything was beautiful and amazing. The city, the attractions, the hotels, and the atmosphere were all incredible. Everything was so well organized, and I had a wonderful time. I honestly have nothing to complain about. It was a perfect trip, and I can’t wait to come back someday!
- 5/5
Michael from front desk was very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Stay was very helpful and property is well maintained. Great value given location
- 5/5
Had a great stay at Paris Las Vegas. I had a king bed with an eiffel tower view. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a huge walk in shower and the view wss amazing. Perfect view of the strip and the bellagio fountains. The resort has some great restaurants. Alexxas is the go to for breakfast. Cafe Americano has very good food as does the beer garden which has a great rooftop view of the strip. I had a great time. I will definitely be back.
- 5/5
Great resort with beautiful rooms and the hotel is amazing and feels like the streets of Paris. Disappointed that when you rent a day bed they were out of drinks that we wanted and did not proved free water. You were given 24 oz free then you had to pay. We received better service and options at the MGM grand pool.
- 5/5
I have zero complaints , the property was amazing , the only thing I can say is that I got charged twice for expedia and the hotel for resort fees .
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Front desk lied about early check in and did not allow us to check in; however, I did it online and I was able to get a room at 9am.
- 5/5
good hotel, with a good atmosphere, one thing that bothered me was that the shower in the room didn't work
- 4/5
It was fine, nothing spectacular. Our room had a “view” of the Eiffel Tower but the windows were filthy. The pool closed at 6pm!! Staff was friendly. Easy self check in. And self parking is a reasonable price.
- 5/5
Great location, great pool, and great restaurants.
- 2/5
It is not a family friendly environment. Prostitutes were everywhere and very aggressive towards patrons. Homeless people also very aggressive towards patrons. Marijuana smelled through the entire casino. For the cost of staying at your property, I clearly did not expect to be stressed from the fear of feeling unsafe. What happens outside is one situation. What happens inside your establishment, is your responsibility. I come to Vegas once a year to play in the wsop. This was my 1st and last time I will stay at Paris. I will be back next year, but staying somewhere else. I will not speak favorable of your hotel. I now understand why the revenue is dropping so much. I'm a simple person, not with a tremendous amount of money. But when I do go somewhere, I expect to feel safe. It's people like myself that built that city, and will be people like me that quit coming there.
- 5/5
Our stay was great we were offered an upgrade for a lesser price. We were really impressed with MJ at the check in desk she was amazing helped us make the best choice. Our room was stunning however we didn’t receive housekeeping we called 2 days and finally on the second day they came. We visited the pool and ordered drinks but unfortunately an hour later we had to head back and our waitress said she forgot to even place the order. So that was a disappointment. However the hotel was beautiful and it was a pleasure to walk in the hotel and smell a rose scent made a difference since cigarette smell can over take us we would definitely visit again
- 5/5
Location was great. Front desk was very helpful.
- 5/5
Super safe hotel
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Room (we upgraded $279/night) for 2 night stay. And it smelled so bad like cigarette s oke the entire time Iin The room. One of the toilets was not working after 2 uses. No free coffee pods for the refrigerator. The water in the room was $17 for one bottle.
- 5/5
Good staff Nice casino Family friendly
- 5/5
This hotel was absolutely perfect. From the location to the atmosphere to the amenities. Highly recommend!
- 4/5
The casino was nice.
- 4/5
Enjoyed our stay but the room wasn’t very clean. Overall it was an OK stay.
- 3/5
Water pressure sucked. Dealing with the parking garage for self parking was a so dumb and took forever to figure out where to go, even just to get inside the building to check in.
- 3/5
The bathtub is not working.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
We had a great time. Maybe a vegetarian healthy restaurant wud be nice to have . More Scooters to rent.
- 5/5
Nice hotel & casino, convenient location on the strip
- 5/5
This room was extremely quiet. Beds were very comfortable, shower was exquisite. Loved our time here
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 3/5
Rooms are very outdated. Windows are filthy. The pool has terrible cocktail service; be sure to watch your Bill if you go to the bar because they overcharged us. We caught the error quickly. $40 for a tall mixed cocktail $23 for a short. Plus service fee. The best thing about the hotel was the Alessa Restaurant. Excellent food and service. The café is expensive but servings are very generous. Mona Ami Gabi is fair. Bobby's Burgers is expensive. Fries were mushy and not good. Milkshakes were great! Air quality is poor throughout the hotel but that seems to be standard. Casino is especially heavily laden with cigarette and cigar smoke.
- 3/5
Beautiful hotel ,helpful stuff , rooms outdated ,fixtures not working properly, shower heads definitely need updating. We have 2 rooms , both have same bathroom issues
- 5/5
I had a great time. The only thing I would change is the communication between the valet and the hotel staff. I ended up having to pay the valet as well as for self parking and I’m still waiting on being reimbursed. Valet contacted the front desk while I was waiting for my car and requested that the self parking fees be reversed and it’s been almost 3 weeks and I have not received any credits
- 4/5
Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, could use a good “spring cleaning”. Overall a decent room especially if you don’t spend much time in the room.
- 3/5
Las Vegas is overrated. The room was mediocre. Windows in my room were dirty.
- 4/5
Nothing is perfect. Nothing to complain about. Good value with an internal walkway to the Horseshoe poker room
- 5/5
Shouldn’t have to ask for the bed to be made everyday, it should just be done but everything else was perfectly fine
- 5/5
We have stayed at Paris 3 times we love it
- 5/5
The room was not dusted and there were bed essentials that had blood stains like the cover and pillow cases. Also the couch had some odd stains that made me not want to sit on it. Other than that the hotel is ok.
- 5/5
Our stay was perfect in every way- dreamy backdrop to an amazing vacation! The delicious on site restaurants were an added bonus! Location was perfect- walking distance to all the fun!
- 4/5
Paris Hotel and Casino is a beautiful place located in great spot in the Los Vegas Strip. Great amenities, nice rooms , lots of excellent restaurants. It is a very pricy place to stay but very nice.8
- 3/5
My experience was okay. I was dissatisfied with my room upgrade. The toilet water smelled a little. The bedroom TV didn’t work. Need some upgrades. I will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with lots of things to see and do. We even went to the top of the eiffle and the view was beautiful. The location is near everything and offers covered parking.
- 5/5
The staff was helpful. Great hotel that had it all.
- 5/5
I loved the layout of the hotel. I also loved the restaurants!!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Well located,I got the perfect view, nice room very clean.
- 5/5
Check-in was easy. We arrived earlier and put our bags in left luggage. We were looking forward to using the pool. It closed at 5pm. If we had been told that we would have checked in earlier. That was the only down point. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Good
- 3/5
Where we were put was quite the trek to casino, our bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would have wanted, tons of hair from previous occupants on floor and in shower. Our view was beautiful so that was a plus. Overall it was ok I was expecting more from the Paris but it was a decent stay and the price was great and was a great experience going with someone who had never been to Vegas it was the perfect hotel.
- 3/5
The place was good. Nothing to wow about. The only good thing is that it was on the strip.
- 5/5
Good price for in the middle of the strip
- 4/5
Every thing was amazing and soo good for the price ! Only issue I had was with housekeeping. She left 3 towels for 4 guests in the room. When I asked for a do not disturb sign she seemed annoyed I was asking.
- 4/5
Had a great time at Paris! Convenient location in middle of strip and the best part was the amazing pool.
- 4/5
best location
- 3/5
Unfortunately, the first day we were at the Paris, we were taking a nap after a long night of travel with no sleep. We had the do not disturb sign on the door and not once but twice hotel staff entered our room while we were sleeping. Once was to refresh the bar from the people that were in the room prior to us. This should have been done before we were allowed to enter the room. And the 2nd time was maintenance. WhenI spoke to the front desk about it they said they that was strange because they didn't have any maintenance requests for our room. Don't expect hotel staff to abide by the do not disturb sign on the door.

The receptionist was amazing!!
- 1.5/5
The casino The fat firm pillows
- 2.5/5
I liked that it’s central and conveniently on the strip Cleanliness was not good and did not like that their pool closes at 6pm
- 4.5/5
The room was a little dated with Worn carpet had worn furniture
- 3.5/5
Good environment Not honest and ethical about honoring agreement
- 4.5/5
Adrian was wonderful! Great location! Rooms were great & beds comfortable! N/A
- 2/5
It’s ageing and needs refurb I was put in a pet friendly room. When booking requested to be kept away. Everytime you went back to room you could hear dogs barking disappointing.
- 3.5/5
I was excited to stay at Paris Las Vegas, especially since it is part of the Caesars family of resorts. Having previously stayed at Caesars Palace and The Palazzo, I came in with high expectations. There were many positives to our stay. The location is fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. That said, there were a few areas where I felt the property could improve. The stairway leading to self-parking appeared to need some attention, and the carpet in our room could have been cleaner. We also noticed some wear and tear on the bed frame, and there was some buildup in the shower that impacted the overall impression of the room. Additionally, after housekeeping serviced our room, a cleaning brush was accidentally left behind. While this was likely an oversight, it did raise some concerns for us regarding attention to detail during the cleaning process. Overall, we enjoyed the convenience of the location and appreciated the kindness of the staff. With a little more focus on room maintenance and cleanliness, I believe the guest experience could be even better.
- 5/5
Nice open space for casino.
- 5/5
Stayed at the Versailles Tower next to Paris casino hotel, but connects by Skyway or Horseshoe casino. Parking lot is not far away just need to pass through casino which is always a beautiful site. Loved the pool, you can appreciate the Eiffel tower. Close to everything. The room was nice and spacious and very quiet. Cant wait to return.
- 5/5
We loved our stay at Paris. The bed was so comfortable. The room was quiet and had the best views of the Bellagio fountains. The cleaning staff were so kind and helpful.
- 5/5
The hotel was great, pool too. But the casino had some issues. Cocktail rounds were extremely slow and cashier was understaffed. It took forever to cash out. But the hotel part was great. Good clean room, good staff everything.
- 4/5
Had to change rooms due to faulty shower, but new room was better. Not bad for a mid grade property.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 2/5
The room was not in the best shape carpet worn and needed a vacuum. The room could use a facelift, paint chipping on the doors and trim. For the amount we paid for the room I would expect a much nicer room. Was not happy walking into the room.
- 4/5
We were in the Versailles tower and the ac in the hallway was way too cold. We were at the far end from the elevator and by the time we got to the elevator it was uncomfortable. Ac is great but be reasonable.
- 4/5
It was tired. Either renovate or tear it down
- 5/5
Staff was extremly friendly.
- 4/5
There was a lot of garbage that people left out near the elevators that needed to be cleaned up more quickly. But the biggest concern was the jacuzzi was not working for 5 days which is really unacceptable for a property of this caliber.
- 5/5
I was playing wsop great time.
- 5/5
It was so amazing!! Would definitely recommend staying here
- 5/5
Room was great only downside was cleaning supplies left in the room from Housekeeping
- 5/5
Paris Las Vegas exceeded all my expectations! Perfectly located in the center of the Strip — you literally cannot be in a better spot. The casino floor is always buzzing with an incredible vibrant energy that keeps you excited all day long. The interior design is absolutely stunning — one of the most beautifully designed casinos I have ever visited. The Parisian themed architecture and decor is gorgeous and makes you feel like you are actually in Paris. A must visit destination on the Las Vegas Strip!
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Beautiful room and property
- 5/5
Beautiful
- 5/5
All of the above. Poolside could have been served a little better. We paid for a premium cabana and not sure if we saw our waitress more than twice. The waitresses could be more diligent at pick up empty cups at the pool
- 5/5
Nice room and location.
- 5/5
Really nice hotel
- 5/5
hospitality was nice
- 5/5
It was good
- 4/5
Close to the strip and other hotels Keep up with the maintenance
- 4/5
In the middle of everything Confusing to navigate
- 5/5
Staff hospitality was fantastic, rooms clean, great choices for food. Nothing to complain about. Everything was great!
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 3.5/5
Very smokey because it was a small casino area. Our eyes burned, runny noses, itchy throats and felt tired all weekend after walking the the main floor.
- 3/5
Property is central to all the sites of the Strip and also close to monorail station. Rooms are decent. The hotel is showing its age. There is still the “Vegas” smell of stale smoke in the casino area. Check in and check out at the peak times is crazy.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 3.5/5
I liked the structure itself, the buildings and French vibe to the hotel. The architects paid close attention to detail with this property. I also really enjoyed the central location. The rooms are very large, literally 3 times the size of a typical Hotel room in the real Paris. The pool has limited hours, from 9am to 6 pm. There is a rush to get a spot near the pool at 9am, literally a line of dozens of guests. The reservation fees for poolside service spots and services are steep. The pool is relatively small with five active lifeguard's for a pool only 1 meter deep. Breakfast wasn't included in the room price but available in several areas near the casino. I paid about 50$ for a simple eggs and bacon breakfast with an orange juice and cup of coffee. There are better values that require leaving the property.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 4.5/5
Nice clean rooms. Great location on the strip. Only downside no coffee maker/fridge in room. And they only gave us 3 large towels for 4 people
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing hotel…everything we wanted to do and see…and eat was in the hotel! We had Vanderpump, Eiffel Tower and Mon Ami! It was amazing
- 5/5
No issues at all. Very fun & nice place to stay at. Paris is close by everything walking distance.
- 5/5
All around great experience love the hotel worth every penny
- 5/5
We just returned from a staying the Paris hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and we were able to pay a little extra to get into our room early. Restaurants were great, plenty of options on property. Perfect location as it is close to other casinos, shows, restaurants, and shops. Conveniently located next to a cvs pharmacy- great for picking up last minute essentials and snacks for the room. We splurged on a daybed cabana and it turned out to be one of the best days of the trip.
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
The staff was good. The economy has definitely hit Lass Vegas hard. The light fixtures everywhere were dusty. The place definitely needs dolled up. Our air conditioning squeaked the first day and all night , they did fix it. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 4/5
Pretty busy, but nice rooms, sweet view, great location.
- 2/5
Nono
- 5/5
So nice place
- 3/5
We enjoyed our stay however our shower for the past 2 days was only pushing boiling hot water, maintenance was twice to address issue, it was tough to walk around in 41 degree weather and then come back to a boiling hot shower
- 3/5
Location of the hotel is great, however the rooms are outdated and need an upgrade. Carpet in the room was dirty and windows were dirty. Bathroom is also in need of an update.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, easy to get around and we liked the pool.
- 3/5
Helpful staff
- 4/5
I’d stay here again
- 5/5
The staff we interacted with were all amazing. The room was clean and well kept. Our floor was quiet - I don't recall hearing other guests at all while we were in the room. The restaurants we tried were amazing. The themed "Paris" decor was beautiful and fun. We tried the restaurant in the "Eiffel tower" on a previous trip and it was a lot of fun, which is what led us to stay at Paris this time. I would definitely be happy to stay at Paris again.
- 5/5
Incredible service. Staff are very nice. The only thing that they should improve is to extract the smoke from the casino.
- 5/5
Beds are confirtable ,they need to update the towels alil worn out ,theres alot of restaurants inside to choose
- 5/5
Like the Paris Hotel

A
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and very helpful!
- 5/5
Hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Excellent location. I’ve seen previous comments about the mirrors needed to be cleaned and I agree. Also, there are about six to eight elevators to access the rooms for each tower, after you press the bottom and get an elevator, is very annoying and unsafe how fast they close on you. By the time you try to figure out which elevator is opening and try to catch it, is already closing for you. People try to help each other but there were a few times the elevator kept closing and had to step out which is very unsafe.
- 3/5
It was our first family stay in Vegas abd we wanted to stay in the strip. Location wise it’s great and centrally located with easy rideshare as well. Lots of places to eat inside, however having the casino spread out so widely and too many tourists it gets very congested as the hallways are too narrow. We stayed in the Bourdoux tower and had a great Eiffel Tower view, but speaking of the room..it was way below average and expectations. Very dirty, fixtures coming off lose windows that gave us a hazy view of the outdoors. Shower doors leaked water outside. Horrible room! Property is great, but I’d recommend the new Versailles tower for a better room experience.
- 5/5
Overall I was very satisfied with the value for the price. the location and transportation access were convenient, and the only downside was that there was a strong chemical smell in the room. The restaurant in Paris hotel that i would recommend is Mon Ami Gabi. Their French onion soup tasted just like the authentic French onion I had in Paris.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Wow this is a beautiful place i just added lots of pictures on google we got upgraded to a top floor suite with view of Eiffel Tower …. The customer service was amazing we loved this hotel and casino ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
- 4/5
Room didn't have a coffee maker.
- 3/5
Our room had a hole in the wall and chipped paint on the entry and bathroom doors.
- 4/5
No mini fridge in room unless you want to pay a fee every day which is ridiculous. Hotel room bathroom cleanliness when we arrived rated B, not spotless and found hairs on the floors. Housekeeping didn't always come every day like they were supposed to. All staff were very nice and helpful though, including check-in staff. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, and the view was decent for a Versailles Tower room, 2 queen bed.
- 5/5
I love everything in Paris!
- 5/5
It was clean but we found hair in the bathroom floor
- 5/5
Suites ,3 nites. Excellent rooms accommodations .
- 5/5
The room was clean and nice. The staff was super helpful when I had questions.
- 5/5
We had an amazing time. Wonderful place.

- 3/5
It was too difficult to open shower knob. We had to wait for maintenance to help.
- 4/5
Room dated, dirty baseboards , shower leaking . Beds was comfortable, room was spacious, location was stellar.
- 4/5
The room was back dated in bad shape…
- 3/5
The Paris is a nice place but very pricey for food, drinks, and entertainment . The pool was nice and refreshing.
- 5/5
The Paris is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. The energetic atmosphere is amazing and it’s placed right in the middle of the action on the strip.
- 5/5
Room with a beautiful view
- 4/5
Great location on strip. Pool is a bit small, not much seating. Pool music can be heard in room.
- 5/5
The casino needs a little fixing itself, but other than that it was a nice hotel. The casino ceiling has some patches that needs to get fixed. They tried cutting it with board so it kind of looks bad and then it looks like it also has some type of leak. First time staying here, rooms were clean, The only thing I could complain about, was finding hair in the shower, and maybe having the outside windows, clean to get a better view of the fountain and the Eiffel Tower, but other than that, everything else was clean.

Highly recommend. Food was outrageous!

This was a beautiful place to stay. It was quiet for being right on the strip. Our room was upgraded and was gorgeous. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Even the cleaning staff were happy and cheery! The front desk was very helpful with checkout and everything we needed. It was one of the cleaner casinos that we wandered through. The shops were cute, and all the food that we tried was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Have stayed here many times, I’ve the central location, I like the style of the architecture- the Eiffel Tower is great, and I like that it’s not too big
- 5/5
It was a great stay
- 2/5
It was a terrible experience. Shower door was not opening easily, water running out of the shower, vanity sink clogging and water running slowly. Air conditioning not working.
- 3/5
I didn't mind the long line for the check in, but I did mind the long line for the check out. Not sure why they don't dedicate a receptionist for check out only. So plan ahead if you are running tight to the airport. The bathroom sink drain was kind of clogged and the water in the shower took almost 10 minutes to get warm. I stayed only one night so I didn't have the time to ask for repairs. Besides that the unit was fairly cleaned. Great location.

My room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with great views and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The casino had a lively vibe, and there were plenty of dining options available, from casual meals to upscale restaurants. While some areas of the property could use a refresh, the convenience, atmosphere, and overall value more than made up for it. For anyone looking for a centrally located hotel with plenty to do on-site, Paris Las Vegas is a solid choice. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Stay was great! No complaints :)

We had a great experience for our night here!

The only thing I'd complain about is that the fridge still had food that was not ours. Its easy to get around the hotel. Needs some tlc. The door handle was loose.

First time ever staying there. The property was beautiful. Great location. I was staying on the 8th floor and the ice machine worked perfectly on my first day and for the rest of the week remained broken, told a staff member about it and he told me to just go to another floor for ice. Then on my last day our key cards to our hotel stopped working and my friend and I were stuck outside of our hotel room in our pjs so we ran to the front desk for help and staff member named Tyler was extremely rude to us telling us that we had to wait in line to be helped and I had to tell him that we were locked out of our room and he goes where’s your id, I need your id to get into the room and I was well it’s locked in the room with the rest of our stuff then with the most attitude ever tells us well security will meet you up there and I was confused because we didn’t get any information from me so I was like how are they going to know it’s me you didn’t even ask for my name and Tyler just says that security will figure it out so I just walked away done with his attitude. Mind you I had my best friend go back to the front desk for help because she had her id while I waited for security and she ran in to a couple of guest dealing with the same issue and was told that they were waiting for 30 to 45 mins for their card issue to be resolved….Tyler should definitely get more training on customer service, I’ve been staying at the Paris hotel for a week, I spent lots of money at this hotel and was made to feel like a criminal trying to break in a room, yes I get protocol. Tyler could’ve been nicer and I met a lot of extremely sweet and helpful staff there but the ice machine staff and Tyler left the bad taste in my mouth.
- 3/5
What I enjoyed most about the stay was the excellent location, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the overall atmosphere and crowd were pleasant, and the staff was very responsive whenever assistance was needed. These positive aspects made the stay enjoyable despite the issues mentioned below. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my stay. I had booked a room with a view, but upon arrival late at night, I was informed that the room was unavailable due to a payment issue. I agreed to stay in a non-view room; however, the AC did not work for two nights. While I appreciate the prompt response, the repair technician arrived around 4:00 AM and worked for about an hour, which significantly disrupted my sleep. Given these issues, I would appreciate it if you could review my stay and consider any compensation that may be appropriate. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Everything and everyone were wonderful. Exceeded our expectations! We will visit again.
- 5/5
I love this hotel, the price is really good and the rooms and property are beautiful for what you pay
- 5/5
Our room was upgraded and we had an awesome view! However, the room and property is starting to get rundown. The furniture and carpet had stains. The shower had slight mold on the grout. The staff was excellent and responsive.
- 3/5
Odd experience. Rooms were ok. Bahtrooms were very nice and bed was comfy. Main issues are that from check in to check out I didn't encounter a single hotel staff person. No one to ask questions to. Very little service provided. There was a function the day we arrived so the pool closed before we could even use it. No water filling stations or free coffee in the rooms. I guess this is a Vegas thing, but it was annoying. I would try a different hotel next time.
- 3/5
Found it odd that nobody asked us if we wanted to join the Ceasars casino club even after 2 days of gambling. The Effile tower restaurant was amazing. Excellent food and service.
- 5/5
Excelente el lugar
- 2/5
They charge you for everything and there’s a hidden resort fee per day
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice. The only problem that I had was that my room was not cleaned even though I asked them to clean it.
- 4/5
The prices at Paris for food are ridiculous. Room was only serviced once in my 4-day trip despite not having the occupied sign on for 2 separate days. Everyone was nice and helpful, property is centrally located on the strip and has a cool vibe.
- 3/5
The Paris has its charm and there were many things I was quite impressed with. The food available at the resort was great but pricey. However we were willing to try it out. The Fley Burgers didn’t disappoint. In addition, all of the cafes were good. I recommend getting water at the CVS down the block because we learned on night 1 that it’s between $11-15 per bottle at the resort. The casino was cool. My biggest complaint was the smoking and smell of it throughout the resort. The room wasn’t as bad.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
The room was fine and met our needs, but there was nothing unique or exceptional about the property. Overall, an average stay.
- 5/5
I’m only staying here from now on. Paris hotel was great! Very underrated hotel. The rooms were comfy. Great amount of restaurants to eat at. I took a dip in the pool, and it was nice. Definitely coming back!
- 4/5
Fountain view room was a waste of money because windows were so dirty you could barely see a great view. Carpets in hallways looking worn , need to be clean or replaced. Other then that we love this hotel and find it close to everything.
- 1/5
Check in took forever. Turnstiles were half full when we got in line. Dropped to one employee at one point and he spent over 20 mins w/ one customer. Eventually the line extended into the casino. Carpets were worn, wallpaper peeling. No soap in bathroom and body wash dispenser empty. Overall very disappointing.
- 3/5
Everything was good, nothing exceptional just simple. Gambling SUCKED. No machine paid anything.
- 2/5
The pool was a disappointment. Extra cost for wi-fi in the room, must bet maximum to get a free drink at the bars, made it feel like the hotel was trying to get every nickel and dime as opposed to wanting return business. Eiffel tower was a great view. Food was decent but pricey.
- 3/5
The Paris is a fabulous hotel with wonderful amenities. I stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the pool, restaurants, and gaming areas. The vast majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the reason I gave the hotel 3 stars was due to housekeeping. While I asked for housekeeping to clean my room and saw them in my hallway often, the housekeepers never actually cleaned my room or replaced the towels. I know they came into the room because they replaced a water bottle from the mini bar but left the beds unmade, dust on the entertainment center, and did not replace towels. To make matters worse, when I was looking over the room upon checkout I noticed that the bedsheets were visibly stained and dirty. It’s a nice property but the room cleanliness could use some improvement.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip. The things that annoyed me, such as people stopping in the middle of the walkway, talking on the phone on speaker, and leaving a mess on the restaurant tables, had nothing to do with the hotel, so it was not part of the review score.
- 3/5
However, there were several frustrating parts of the stay. Check-in officially starts at 4 PM, but by the time we waited in the extremely long check-in line, there was barely enough time to even enjoy the amenities. The pool closes at 6 PM, which feels far too early considering guests are just getting settled into their rooms after check-in. It honestly made the experience feel rushed. The additional fees were also frustrating. There is a $58 resort fee, and if you arrive early, you may have to pay to store your luggage, plus gratuities when retrieving it and having it brought to your room. After already paying resort fees, all the extra charges add up quickly. Customer service was also inconsistent. Some employees were fine, but overall, people were not very helpful or welcoming. The room itself was decent but nothing particularly impressive for the price. The location is the best part of the hotel, but overall the stay felt average and more expensive than the experience justified.

We had a great visit. Nice room great staff good price pool was nice, good pool drinks snd snacks. Staff was very helpful. Property was clean and maintained. Great location on strip. Easy self parking and check in
- 5/5
Overall the hotel was nice and beautifully decorated. Customer support service was super friendly and helpful. We were a little disappointed with our room upgrade. Bathroom had minor plumbing issues. Slow drainage from the bathroom sink two tears-on the bottom of the mattress and housekeeping was slow on on room cleaning.
- 4/5
Great location, friendly staff. Our room was quite clean as well. Lots of food options inside the resort and outside as well.
- 5/5
The maid was very helpful and maintained the room well. Also loved the location of the hotel super easy to get to other parts of Vegas, but the resort was just bug enough and had plenty of things to do on site. Recommend Mon Ami Gabi for brunch daily, food and service was on par with some of my favorite local restaurants in Texas
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
The room is good, but the carpet is not real clean. The hotel is beutiful
- 4/5
Only 2 issues: front desk manager would not come out to speak to us about not having internet first night. Mgr had front desk person have to relay all info. Second issue was windows were so dirty! We had view of pool but windows were so dirty couldn’t take pics.
- 3/5
We had an unfortunate event when we arrived the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and we had to call reception and get them to clean again and even after that there were still hair on the floor from the previous owners which made us doubt the overall cleanliness of the facility .
- 5/5
For me, everything was perfect.

- 1/5
had a horrible experience. Even after booking through Expedia, there were unexpected charges during my stay. The room was not clean, and the service was disappointing — I couldn’t even get glasses sent to the room. On top of that, the price gouging in Vegas is at an all-time high. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I will not be using Expedia or returning to this casino again.
- 4/5
This was my first time staying at this hotel. Valet cost $40 per day, and we could come and go as often as we needed, although we only took the car out once. The hotel is nice but noisy, with a lot happening. The crowd includes families and young people. The slot machines weren't the best because they weren't paying out much, but luckily, the Horseshoe is connected to the Paris hotel, and that casino is a little quieter. The Horseshoe also has an arcade if you have kids who want something to do. The Paris pool is nice but small; it's a basic pool. The gym is small but decent, with good machines and treadmills. The room was smaller than expected but still okay. I noticed that the rooms didn't smell bad or like cigarettes—they smelled clean. The pillows were very uncomfortable, but everything else in the room was fine. Don't touch the candy or snacks they leave in the room unless you want to be charged. There are many restaurants, but most were empty except for the one facing the street. We mostly ate at Cafe Americano; the food was good there, as well as at Bobby Burgers. Check-in was pretty quick, maybe 10-15 minutes; self-check-in is available too. Everything is expensive; a hot coffee costs about $7.99. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The Bellagio Botanical Gardens is across the street from the Paris hotel. The MM store is about 20-30 minutes away; we parked at the Excalibur hotel and paid $25 for parking. We also checked out the arcade there.

- 4/5
Air conditioning in room was limited to 68. My wife and I are cold sleepers so we slept poorly. No fans were available either. We had a hard time getting towels. Other than those we things the place was nice. The room itself was good. The staff were polite.

- 4/5
The staff was cheerful and always being helpful.
- 4/5
Very close to a CVS which was helpful when we were thirsty. I was traveling with a minor so could not order a soft drink or non alcoholic beverage from the bar after hours. We couldn’t find anywhere within a reasonable walking distance inside the hotel that was open. Note: No refrigerator in the room. Pillows were not comfortable. Bring a small fan to drown out the street noise. It was very loud in the Versailles Tower. Great price and beautiful lobby. Excellent location on the strip. Would stay here again.
- 3/5
Every thing else is good but 1 thing I don't like is the water bottle alchoho, candy and other thing roommate didn't know they touched and I got charged so much, I didn't expect to be charged for extra payment, so that makes me feel like next time I will look for a different hotel to stay
- 3/5
Rented a cabana premium. Despite being quite isolated, there was no safe, which made guests nervous and floor in and out was filthy.
- 5/5
Beautiful place to visit
- 4.5/5
Yes. There’s no hot water for coffee/tea
- 1.5/5
The overall appearance/ cleanliness was terrible. Submitted a formal complaint directly with hotel regarding issues.
- 2/5
Used towel in shower as no grab handles and slippery floor. Seasoned travellers but shower unusual with no user instructions. No facilities to make tea or coffee. Lots of noise from connecting room: better door or sound proofing needed.
- 4/5
Rooms were very clean. We only stayed one night so could have been a one off, but I was kind of shocked to walk out of my hotel room the next morning to over flowing trash cans. Good on the floor overflowing! The walls are also very thin so are late night neighbors woke us multiple times. It’s Vegas… but it did at one point feel like they were in our room.
- 3/5
the hotel is staff is friendly and helpful. However, the refrigerator is not cold enough and it takes a long time to get hot water for the shower.
- 3/5
Watch out for items in the room. Using the charger in the room would cost you $40 extra.
- 5/5
Great time and experience

It was okay. Bathroom sink was not drained well.. residency fee and parking per day was billed beside fee on this website.

- 5/5
Todo excelente, atención del personal, instalaciones todo impecable
- 3/5
Being completely honest, especially since I upgraded my room and paid even more than the already high price, I really didn't think the property was very clean. The elevators were VERY dirty and the video screen in the elevator didn't work to indicate which floor you're on. That may seem like no big deal but cleanliness matters in ALL areas of these hotels. The room was "surface" clean, meaning it felt like it was just hurried to be cleaned. Bathroom floors looked dull, not polished, dirty corners and carpets were worn out and felt like they were dirty. The baseboards around the room are all chipped and didn't look good. The staff was nice but definitely don't go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I did however like the restaurants they offer and had a few good meals at the property. With all this said....I probably WILL NOT stay there again. Very disappointed

Iv’e have the worst experience in your hotel. The room was dirty when arrived when I called the receptionist they sent the cleaning lady to check it out giving me mad looks for saying the room was dirty. The floor was dirty and never vacuumed for my arrival, the toilet seat was broken and moved side to side. I was put at the back building which took me 15 min walk with my baggage to get in and out. The room had no fridge and the drawers were broken. Terrible experience
- 4/5
Parking should be free for people who stay at the hotel.
- 2/5
The location is the best part of this hotel …. That’s it. We got a fountain view room and it was definitely on the smaller side but the main issue was the windows were so dirty we could barely see out of them. Then some of the outlets didn’t work and the water was lukewarm and didn’t get hot. It was just not worth the money in my opinion unfortunately. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful. Alexxas was amazing for breakfast! Probably won’t stay at the Paris again until it’s all updated.
- 2/5
The rooms need renovation. Don’t bother booking the Eiffel Tower view room, the glass is dirty, so the view isn’t worth the extra cost.
- 4/5
Excellent location on the strip! Check-in process can take a while (they could be more organized) but outside of that I think the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly!
- 5/5
Todo muy hermoso

This was our first time visiting and the stay was wonderful. Staff was very helpful

- 4/5
There was a bad smell in the room; the heater was very noisy and making sounds, and the pillows were not very comfortable.
- 1/5
I booked a room with a street view and they gave me a room with a view of a parking garage. I wouldn’t recommend here.
- 3/5
The first night we did have dirty towels still in our room which was unfortunate. They were crusty and questionable. After that small hiccup things were great, once we figured out the layout.
- 5/5
Me encantó
- 5/5
Such a beautiful room! Loved every minute in the hotel! The dining restaurants were so beautiful and unique! Loved the view I just recommend the windows are cleaned so the view of the Eiffel Tower can be enjoyed!
- 2/5
Front desk were rude overall. I asked for a coffee maker, as the site says to ask, and they told me it is strictly for upper guests only. I pointed out that their own site says I can ask and if any are available, one could be brought to our room. They would not budge. The . I asked if the resort fee could be waved b/c I am under going chemo and cannot use the pool during treatment. Again, I was told no. The resort fee is for internet use. Like what? My phone has internet. So odd. The room had a mildew smell, the online kiosk did not work to check me in. They require an 150.00 deposit for incidentals and extra 50.00 per day resort fee. The air was rampant in smoke and the hotel was just small overall. So disappointing for my second trip to Las Vegas. I will stick to and MGM hotel when I come to town for a show.

Great location and friendly staff!

Perfect location, food all near good areas the staff added good tips to get the best out of the day since we had a youngster with us gave us a good plan for all of us to enjoy.
- 3/5
TV video quality is average at best; check in check out is absolutely the worst with a bunch of useless people who hardly know anything and unable to help for most people. Queues are super long with each person taking looong time to check in and check out people. Parking garages card scans are horrible and most of them don’t work….everyone is frustrated how long it takes to get out of garages Overall mediocre at best

It was a very pleasant stay.

I loved the place
- 5/5
Loved the location and the food choices. Clean room and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable room, stayed many times and is always a great experience!
- 4/5
$8+ for a small coffee or bottle of water. Beautiful place though. Idk why they have to nickel and dime the little things.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay.
- 2/5
We upgraded rooms into a suite in the Versailles Tower, which was a mistake. The room was dusty and very unclean. And the Versailles Tower is not easily accessible. It’s pretty much in the horseshoe Casino not in the Paris casino. Well in Paris the restaurants are excellent and the ambience in the casino is great. It’s unfortunate about the room situation.
- 2/5
The room wasn't very clean when we checked in. Remnants of those who were there before us. But worst of all, the staff at the pool was not nice. You can't bring your own drinks in, that's fine, but to then demand for my ID when I want a water and Diet Coke makes no sense. Adrienne at the pool was very rude about it. And staying in the Versailles tower is a hike. The casino has a very distinct unpleasant smell. Location was fine.
- 2/5
The water pressure in the shower was very poor and the water was luke warm if that. There was hair in all corners of the bathroom floor. The fridge would not get cold. And the room temperature would not go below 68 - and the curtains were closed the whole time to keep the heat out. Did not like how on the casino floor smoking was allowed everywhere. There should be smoking and non smoking sections. The temperature on the casino floor was very warm as well. Prices for food was outrageous. The only good thing was there was taxis ready and waiting to take us back to the airport to leave.
- 5/5
Seriously love this hotel!
- 5/5
We were super pleased with our stay at Paris Las Vegas. The hotel is very nice, well‑kept, and has a great atmosphere. The location is perfect — right in the middle of the Strip and close to everything, which made getting around incredibly easy. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay over again
- 5/5
It was clean, nice, and elegant. However, it was difficult finding our room.
- 3/5
The express check in was rough we went to our room and the keys were not working, so when we came back down the one staff told us to get a new key in express so we did. Once we went back up they did not work again, we had to go down a third time and went to an actual person to check in and they helped us out- it did take three attempts. Once we got into our room our shower was not working.
- 5/5
Great - loved it for our anniversary.
- 3/5
Overall a decent stay aside from the $290 extra fees…. Welcome to Vegas apparently….someone puked in the pool so it was out of order for the day… wish there was something we could get back for not even being able to use the amenities.
- 1/5
y con la aplicación de Expedia es un problema por qué no cuenta con un número de teléfono para servicio al cliente en lo personal muy mala experiencia
- 5/5
We asked for a King bed and was given a room in the Versailles tower which was a distance from the casino. My husband has a heart condition. Room was comfortable but a little hike to get to. I would stay again but in the Paris main tower. For breakfast we had 2 coffees and 2 pastries for $48 seems a bit excessive even for California prices.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Bathrooms were updated with walk in shower and great toilets. If you know, you know. I love this hotel because the entrance to the check-in, from check-in to the rooms are all a short distance walk. Super convient and great restruant options. Will definitely stay here again!
- 3/5
A couple of the lamps in our room didn’t work. We called the front desk and let them know it took 2 days to bring us new ones and those ones didn’t work either. Also not a lot of food choices at the hotel. We have stayed here before and it was really nice but it seems like it is going downhill.

I wish we had an ironing board and a coffee maker but I guess that’s okay. The TV froze a few times too otherwise I’d give them five stars. I do like that it’s central in the strip.
- 3/5
The room was clean, refrigerator is really old, didn’t work that great. Shower pressure was almost too good where it hurt taking a shower, we just had to modify a little to make it comfortable. Lighting on the room was probably the biggest issue, not too much. Beds are hard, pillows are like potato sacks. Elevators are crazy during peak hours, took about 25 minutes to get to the casino floor from the 8th floor.

It was a good stay. Just the right size for us
- 4/5
The rooms were decent. Good for the price. I wish they had better lighting in the rooms though because they’re pretty dark. But overall it was a good experience for the price!

I eventually left early as I was getting a headache. This of course all occurred after driving all day at 10:00 p.m.. the parking lot was full so it takes an hour just to get to the front desk. The foyer was full of smoke you could smell the cigarettes. They gave us $50 for food for our nightmare. The burger from their chef inspired fast food restaurant came to $70 for two people. And the burger tasted similar to maybe Wendy's, nothing special. The place look like it had been destroyed nothing was clean in the foyer. The management was very rude and refused to acknowledge our issues. I wouldn't stay here if you paid me $200. I'd rather sleep in my car.
- 5/5
Conveniently located in the midst of everything
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, getting a little old. A few upgrades are probably due. But the staff was so helpful and the location is the perfect.
- 5/5
I loved my stay at the Paris hotel. It was my first visit to Las Vegas. I found the details of the hotel to be quite amazing. I enjoyed my entire stay.

Other than this, it's a nice property and in a good location. Would probably stay somewhere else next time due to room condition.
- 3/5
The hotel itself was fine… lots to see and do, clean overall… the room itself wasn’t bad either (though there were definitely some scuff marks and damaged wallpaper spots), but the bathroom left a lot to be desired because paint was peeling off the door, wallpaper was coming off the wall, the shower was okay-ish and had a separate tub that was really low and awkward. Just disappointing to have a bathroom that was in need of some updating/maintenance.
- 5/5
Good service, awesome rooms had a great time. We'll definitely want to go there again.
- 4/5
Nice room, clean, well-maintained, central to the strip, good value, great views and friendly staff.
- 4.5/5
Excellent location. We visited about 12 hotels and this was top 3 with Caesers Palace and Belaggio. This was best value for money. Really nice interior, good cafes etc. Great choice. Was all good
- 0.5/5
The hotel over charged me for my stay. It is diffivult to reach the billing department
- 4/5
Normal room, no noise and clean All was ok
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4.5/5
The room was spacious and the bathroom good. No breakfast, food in thr in-house restaurants very expensive
- 2/5
Disappointing

Location Staff at the check in counter
- 4.5/5
Central location on the main strip. You could walk everywhere, no need for transport. The pool area was very large with a nice safe atmosphere. Plenty of places to eat in the hotel. Hotel check in queue's were very long. Overall Las Vegas prices were very high for drinks and food. This was my first visit to Las Vegas, and is no reflection on the hotel, but i didn't expect to be overwhelmed by the stench of cannabis when walking on the strip from location to location.
- 5/5
I like that place because it is perfect location and everything was so good, clean, nice.
- 3.5/5
Loved the hotel and location. House keeping, didn't service our rooms and had to ask for clean towels
- 2/5
Negatives: terrible property/room upkeep and maintenance; ridiculous $130 night resort fee added on. Pool is only open from 9-6.; no coffee in room; television that required me to call front desk to reset it, which I did, and still did not work.
- 3/5
Cold showers
- 3/5
The public ladies room on the 1st floor was looked clean but smelled bad. They are cleaning but I think they are using dirty cloth to clean the bathroom.
- 5/5
Super place!!!
- 5/5
Everything was great. One note, if you buy a drink in the hotel, keep the receipt if you’re going to the pool or they won’t allow it be brought in. Other than that it was fantastic.
- 5/5
The one thing that needs addressing is the table in our room was wobbly and the top was not secure. Oh and the coffee pot didn’t work well at all. Thats it. Would not be a dealbreaker for a future stay!! We had a great time!!
- 5/5
Just one day of very strong smell form surge :(:(
- 2/5
The rooms were fine, they had fridges which some properties dont. If u need internet stay anywhere else. Only 2 users per room and i had trouble even connecting and when i talked to staff the just argued with me and told me im wrong. And charhe u $60 a person per day for the internet “resort fees”
- 3/5
Room was a bit outdated. I was disappointed in the service it was okay but not very friendly. Pool was fun. Prices on site were insane. It was my first time paying 10 dollars for a small water bottle. The atmosphere is amazing and so many options for food and experiences.
- 4/5
It was great the pool area is nice
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and willing to help
- 5/5
Amazing place but sooner or later its time for a remodel mostly the cabinets. Other then that great place and staff.
- 5/5
Great restaurants. Awesome decor.
- 4/5
The hotel is starting to feel a little run down in some areas, and a refresh would definitely improve the overall experience. However, the stay was still comfortable, and the great location and theme continue to make it a solid choice for a Vegas trip.
- 5/5
Location was good, rooms were good, they upgraded us so it was icing on the cake, super value for money

Management was not the greatest they offered an upgrade and changed the rate completely also was initially told parking was going to be removed from being checked in when we were dropped off as we were returning a rental then gave us the run around and still charged us after speaking with multiple representatives
- 4.5/5
Very vibrant environment. Nothing special.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4.5/5
Cool place to stay No coffee in room
- 5/5
Room was clean, fresh and as expected from what I booked. This review is purely on the property aspect as the restaurants and revenue aspects are very expensive and soon add up quickly. Room and resort fee total was very reasonable however
- 5/5
The staff goes out of their way to make sure that you feel welcome! The Versailles king room overlooked the fountain and was so large and comfortable. We were on the 72nd floor so our view over the strip was gorgeous!
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful and right in the heart of the strip. We had a great view from our room. The pool was big and had a great vibe, but pretty crowded. It was very hot so it was a great way to cool off even though everyone else had the same idea!
- 5/5
Great location and staff
- 3/5
Below average for the price
- 5/5
A great casino hotel. Amazing vibe. It is one of the older ones but room was still clean and fresh and no issues at all. Great value and fantastic location in the middle of the strip
- 4/5
It was nice
- 1/5
The shampoo container almost fell on my foot, they did not charge me the right amount for the room and when called they said they couldn’t send me my itemize, have to call the business line to try to resolve this. Expedia quoted me one price and they charged me another price ridiculously unhappy
- 5/5
Waitress was somewhat confrontational
- 5/5
Smell of cigarette is pretty bad in hallway.
- 5/5
Great casino and pool!
- 4/5
I stayed here with my family for a birthday staycation. The price for the time of year better than a lot of the other hotels on the strip. The best part of this hotel was Detroit the Brad Ron, but mostly Gordon Ramsay steakhouse. The biggest annoyance was the room key didn’t work for the parking garage leaving In-N-Out very annoying.
- 0.5/5
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! They will charge you so many unnecessary things like: nightly charge fee which is not even transparent or discussed during check in. On top of that you will have to pay resorts fee though you have already paid for the hotel booking fee!! Customer service wouldn’t help and is very rude to speak to on the phone. I will never go back to this hotel. Ugly inside out and should not be considered a 5-star with the kind of service. Also, they have no slippers and bathrobe. Everything
- 4.5/5
Beautiful hotel central and just perfect The resort fee and deposit but that’s the same everywhere in vegas!
- 5/5
We had an incredible stay at Paris! Our room in the Versailles tower was updated and clean. The food at the Eiffel Tower restaurant was superb. Excellent service all around - from the front desk, to housekeeping, to food & beverage.
- 5/5
The Paris was a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. We initially booked a room with a king bed but were given a room with two queens instead. We didn't end up moving but when we inquired about making a change, the staff were very accommodating and eager to help.
- 3/5
No me gustó, muy básico
- 4/5
Room and property wasnice and staff was helpful. TV kept going offline.
- 5/5
Clean and modern.
- 5/5
Staff was slow. Long waits for a simple black cold brew. Staff seemed to want to remind you about tipping them and then watched as you selected a gratuity. Seemed rather odd after not giving great service. Other than that, everything eas spectacular
- 5/5
Close to everything, quiet room
- 2/5
2. Drunk party across from my room I call security 3 times from 1am to 5am. The front desk woman told me they had it handled. Guess what?…they never responded. I never slept all night and when I went to check out the person said “well it’s Vegas” what a joke. Do not recommend staying here. I had 4 others in my party that had similar experiences. So MGM for now on. It’s just sad.
- 4/5
No coffee machine and no kettle!
- 2/5
Room was old. No refrigerator or safe
- 5/5
Amazing stay, easily my favorite Las Vegas stay.
- 5/5
Rooms are good size, clean, and comfortable!
- 3/5
Nice size room, but looking old. Shower, valves are old, function of the valves ok at best.
- 4/5
Everything was pretty good.
- 5/5
All good
- 3/5
There was a gross used towel left in one of the closets and the room had paint chipping off of all the doors
- 3/5
There were no hooks on doors to hang anything on...no shower cap...windows were very dirty...linens were clean..quiet...
- 3/5
Our room also wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The windows especially need attention — they were so dirty that it took away from what should have been a beautiful view. It felt like such a waste because the scenery was great, but the grime on the glass blocked it. Overall, some areas and staff were great, but the maintenance and room cleanliness definitely need improvement.
- 3/5
When we got back late at night hoping for a room change, we were initially denied, then eventually moved to the room directly next door, which somehow felt less nice than the original room. Overall, the experience felt more like a 2–3 star stay than what we expected from Paris Las Vegas. The pool area was fine, but nothing particularly memorable — especially compared to Caesars across the street, and nowhere near the level of the Venetian or Wynn. We genuinely expected Paris to be a significant upgrade from Treasure Island, but surprisingly TI ended up offering the better overall value and experience.
- 5/5
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool was beautiful and there were so many places to eat great food.
- 3/5
Our floor, 8th floor, and our room 850P, could use some updating. Everything felt a little old, our towels did not smell fresh.
- 2/5
Save your money and stay off the strip. Not worth the extra money to stay at any of these overpriced and run down Vegas hotels anymore
- 5/5
The casino was great to stay in. We were in the Versailles tower and it was beautiful. The pool was amazing as well, however, I was disappointed that it closed at 5:00 p.m. especially when it was 40° outside. I was also there with my son and I was disappointed that when he tried to have some fun in the pool he was told he wasn't allowed to splash and have fun. I understand Vegas. He's more for adults but kids should be allowed to at least have fun in the pool.
- 5/5
YES!!
- 5/5
Will stay here again.
- 5/5
Loved it would come again
- 4/5
Overall I was happy with the property, I was disappointed that I paid extra for a fountain view and only had a pool view. Other people in our group could see the fountain because they had a higher floor. I was assured when I checked in that I would have a fountain view. We were there for our wedding and that was the whole reason we chose that hotel and had 20 guests book their rooms there as well.

It is amazing at The Paris all the time

Muy agusto

Convenient. Has everything you need. In the center of everything without the chaos and overwhelming feelings of the other bigger hotel properties. Beautiful!!
- 5/5
My wife & I have stayed at the Paris several times in passed years. The decor is lovely. The location is excellent. We only wish the breakfast buffet would return.
- 5/5
Older Rooms but everything worked

Overall my stay was good. Not a fan of the smell pumped into the casino but I have a very sensitive nose. Restaurants were great!

Our toilet clogged 2 times, the smell coming from the bathroom stink the whole room. The service was quick.
- 4/5
Great location. Good variety of restaurants.

We had a short stay and this hotel fit our needs. Nothing over spectacular, slightly dated, but again, it did what needed to be done for an overnight stay. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Disappointed with the room. Mattress very uncomfortable needs to be replaced. Sheets not tucked and touching the floors, pillows smelled dirty. Room wasnt clean I dont think anyone even vacuumed.

The check in staff were extremely helpful and courteous!
- 5/5
I love the size of this hotel and available amenities, restaurants, and attractions. Its also close enough to other larger hotels that its an easy walk or cab ride away.
- 5/5
I was hesitant to book because of some of the negative reviews but booked reluctantly. I’m so happy I did. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean as well with great water pressure. We got upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of the pool and Effiel tower. We were fairly close to a lot of attractions, food and entertainments. Would definitely stay again.
- 2/5
I was completely shocked and appalled at the horrific smell of sewage in our room. We then also encountered something in the bed that bit us the whole first night. Upon going to the front desk to inform them of the issues they did move our room. Yet when asked if we could get bell service to assist in the room change we were informed that there was a substantial wait for that service. To say that I was less than happy with my stay would be a complete understatement. If a manager would like to call me I will gladly let them know everything that was wrong so that they can correct it for future service of guests.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly. Room was clean.
- 3/5
There was no coordination between reception house cleaning and staff. Before the said laundry is complimentary and then they said it has charges. Even water in room they said it’s complimentary and then at the time of check out they made a $777 bill and said you use mini bar. Such a thieves they are and promoting false advertisement.
- 5/5
We had the best time at Paris! Great location, clean rooms and lots of food options. We would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Pool had plenty of chairs and property was overall clean. Rented a cabana and you receive 4 margaritas with the rental but can’t drink them at the pool-needs to be allowed at the pool. Otherwise, great place to stay.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Everything and everyone was great.
- 5/5
The place was amazing and great!
- 5/5
Good location but very expensive to use bars and restaurants in the hotel. You get better value for money eating in local restaurants
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. Plenty to do and eat.
- 5/5
The casino was clean and our room in Versailles Tower was great
- 1/5
DUMP! The room was run down, banged up filthy. carpet was old frayed and dirty. Wallpaper curling up, windows to dirty to see through after paying an extra $60 for a view x 2. Towels and toiletries were a joke. Small old and minimal. I’m not complaining about the price; though it was ridiculous for this pathetic room. There was nothing fine or refined here! ! DUMP! I live in a nice home in Las Vegas and thought I’d enjoy a weekend stay…. I called the front desk upon check in to tell them my disappointment and they told me it had been a long time since they had done any renovations. Sad to say but a DUMP! PARIS LAS VEGAS IS A DUMP!
- 5/5
We stayed at Paris May 14-16 as we came to Vegas to see No Doubt and it was a great stay. They allowed us to check into our room as soon as we arrived (around noon) which was a great convenience . We will definitely come back!
- 5/5
great
