Reviews
The Mandalay Bay hotel receives mixed reviews, with guests appreciating the cleanliness of the rooms and the variety of amenities, but expressing frustration over hidden fees and poor customer service. The resort fee, parking fees, and charges for using the mini fridge or moving items on the table are frequently mentioned as negative aspects.
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Variety of amenities, including a pool, restaurants, and a casino
- Hidden fees, including a resort fee and charges for using the mini fridge or moving items on the table
- Poor customer service, with slow check-in/checkout and unhelpful staff
- 3/5
Unfortunately it was just a very slow process for check in. We upgraded our room and they said it would be a couple mins and it was over an hour. We had a show that night so had we known it would take long we would have kept the original room

I didn’t like the charge for refrigerator use

We had a wonderful stay at Mandalay Bay and would definitely return. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The highlights for our family were the beach and pool area, which were absolutely fantastic, and the aquarium, which was a huge hit. Both added so much to our experience and made the resort feel like a destination all on its own. My only complaint was the Pack ‘n Play that was provided. It appeared to be an older model, and the mattress pad was very hard with very little cushioning. It wasn’t comfortable enough for our baby to sleep in, so we ended up not using it. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend Mandalay Bay, especially for families looking for plenty of fun activities right at the resort.
- 5/5
The bed was comfortable and there was no reason to leave the property for entertainment food or fun

Great time wonderful stay

Great stay & staff were amazing

The elevator is slow and always crowded.
- 5/5
Loved the amenities, clean rooms, great customer service and the pool areas were great!
- 5/5
The room was real clean comfortable the staff was pleasant no breakfast bar only thing I thought the resort had free breakfast and the spa was pleasant all n all I give it 4 stars.

Great stay
- 4/5
The cover to the door scanner to my room was broken. Some faded furniture and dust bunnies. Looked like someone stole a picture off the wall in the bathroom. There were exposed hooks. I’ve stayed at Mandalay Bay several times and have always had a good time. This trip was no different. The above is just nit picking. Overall, Mandalay Bay has always been a favorite. I love the pool area. I did fall hard on the slippery concrete by the lazy River sustaining injury to my right thigh area. The staff was great as was house keeping. I do miss the buffet and very much dislike the resort fees and paid parking.
- 3/5
I had booked two rooms under my name. It was a massive headache since they were both in my name. Wasn’t able to do early check-in even. Requested they be next to each other. Our flight was delayed 4hours. We got there at 6. The rooms are supposed to be ready at 3. It was saying they weren’t ready. Finally got to the front of the line and she tells me that two rooms with king beds aren’t available anymore. Even though I had booked it several months ago and confirmed 3 days prior to the trip. So we ended up with a room with two queen beds and not adjoining to ours. The least helpful hotel we have ever stayed in with fulfilling reservations.
- 2/5
Was in a room with a door that went to an adjacent room. Could hear the neighbors even speaking at a normal tone.
- 5/5
Everything is good
- 5/5
The staff was friendly The beach wave polls and lazy river were great my grand baby's had so much fun
- 5/5
The room was very nice and the maids were very fast at cleaning the rooms. The swimming pools were awesome. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and information.
- 5/5
Beautiful pool area and plenty of amenities!
- 5/5
Clean, spacious room
- 5/5
Mandalay is spacious and upbeat. My room and its bathroom were comfortable, modern, and luxurious. The restaurant options aren’t as dynamic as some of the other places on the Strip, but I liked them all the same.
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff was friendly. Pool was nice.
- 1/5
Just terrible at
- 3/5
No complimentary water tea or coffee anymore and can’t put your stuff in your room ridge without a charge
- 4/5
Awesome resort. Very friendly staff. Only challenge I have is even though there is a lazy river you have to purchase your own floats. Floats are not provided which I think is odd
- 5/5
Mandalay has great amenities and a beautiful beach and pool area great restaurants. It is a fantastic place to vacation.
- 5/5
The check-in process needs work as the wait time is unacceptable. The room was amazing view was great.
- 5/5
It was a great stay. Only upset was our rooms not being ready at 4pm. We specifically scheduled our flights to arrive after checkin time hoping we could check in to our rooms a little after checkin time which was at 3pm. I booked three rooms total, one in my name and 2 in my son’s name for him and my other son. The hotel thought we double booked so they cancelled the second room. They did fix the issue by giving us rooms, but it was another 30 mins at the counter I didn’t not expect.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
They charge me twice for parking
- 5/5
Room was clean
- 5/5
The biggest downside was the pool experience. It was disappointing to have to pay extra for chair rentals and even to rent an inner tube for the lazy river. Our shower also had some mildew that could use attention. Aside from those issues, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.
- 5/5
Tram was convenient. Room was clean. We got in a little early and were able to check in which was super convenient.
- 4/5
Ice machine did not work
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Beautiful environment. The room was lovely. Obviously, a great place for families, with the pools jam-packed with kids. Staff are especially welcoming.
- 5/5
Would stay again.
- 5/5
You never have to leave the property! Every great restaurant, club, show, and great pools are right there.
- 4/5
clean room and the pools were the best but hardly any jacuzzi and needed more directions and overnight parking fees
- 5/5
Love that you still have clerks helping you check in instead of just computers.
- 4/5
The man made beach was cool. I liked the fact that you really did not need to leave the property at all. Loved all the different choices of restaurants.
- 3/5
Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Everything else was great
- 3/5
While we understood flying on at 8:30 am meant we’d most likely have to wait for a room, just tell us don’t come back until closer to checkin. Zion, an associate who was there told us without merit that she was able to check the status of our room and housekeeping was on it. Two hours later, Zion left (probably have us that erroneous information knowing she’d be gone when we came to inquire). Another associate said there was no way she’d know that..room progress cannot be tracked. When our room was eventually available we went to retrieve our luggage and found out Luis never scanned the claim ticket into the system so that when we tried to retrieve our bags they we’re technically lost and nobody where they were stored. This again added to our delay of getting to our room as there were over 500 bags stored and they had to review them individually. The beach clubs are a joke with young men working them with the sole objective of hitting on women. They were rude and condescending to us (a slightly older gay male couple) definitely a homophobic vibe. Positives…once you go to the Mandalay restaurants food and service were amazing. Checkout Noodle Shop, Citizens, Seabreeze cafe, Border Grille. Definitely worth it to pay $25 for the Premium gym as the cardio center was subpar.
- 3/5
Well there was a leftover bar of soap on the bath tub..
- 5/5
Everything was great! I would definitely stay there again. It exceeded expectations.

Over priced everything. $16 dollar Doritos says it all.
- 5/5
Lovely stay
- 4/5
Room service late at night
- 5/5
Had an amazing stay!! I went they specifically this time for the pool, lazy river, and wave pool! They do have an air pump to pump up your own tubes, they do not supply tubes, buying there can be expensive so bring your own! Not bigger than 48 inches . Swingers golf was lots of fun! Indoor miniature golf awesome !! Food at hotel amazing so many choices!
- 5/5
The casino and lobby area are always clean. Room was clean. The pool area is very kid friendly.
- 3/5
Lack of service after several requests to fix television.
- 3/5
Booked reservation for Mandalay Bay but room was actually The W hotel in a tower opposite Mandalay lobby and pool area and Mandalay elevators. Digital check in doesn’t say this and you spend an hour making keys and not knowing why your keys don’t work in Mandalay. Hot tubs are always full of kids at 8:00am don’t plan relaxing there. Good luck finding parking redemption for locals. Room was nice and clean and nice food options. Check in not active until right at 3pm.
- 2/5
At check-in , I had to wait for 30 minutes for the computer to reboot- but that could be over looked except for our experience at the pool. We went to the pool where I was turned away because my card wasn’t a W. I was told I was only allowed at the lazy river and the wave pool area. My daughter has issues with loud crowds- and the W pool was more calm and quiet. You made us feel like we were lesser- if I had known ahead of time or if there had been signage we would not had been embarrassed. It was humiliating-
- 3/5
Very overpriced. I’ve been all over the world and have been in many 5 star hotels and this by far was the least value for the money. I’m not sure if it is the the value proposition for Las Vegas now but it was disappointing
- 3/5
What I liked is that there are clear signs to go to the places. Very very expensive, I didn't like that

Room wasn’t ready for 2 hours after 3pm check in. What’s the point of a 3pm check in if you aren’t going to have the room ready. While waiting for room to be ready we went to check out bag. Concierge sent us to baggage check and we waited 30 minutes for anyone to come take bags.
- 1/5
Bed was horribly hard. Both the front desk and the manager were rude and literally offered zero resolutions. Will not be staying there again.
- 5/5
very beautiful property
- 2/5
The pools are disgusting! Too many children.
- 5/5
Great stay and experience
- 1/5
The hotel is outdated. The rooms need attention.
- 4/5
Which brings me to the hidden down side of the entire stay. Mandalay is going to charge you for literally everything!!! Even a coffee made in your room that was once free little part of the ( already HIGHLY PRICED) room, morning coffee was crazy expensive so we just ran down to Starbucks. MB is crazy expensive! Loved Seabreeze, beautiful restaurant with wonderful window views and really good breakfast. As far as staff, MB should take pride in their BERNICE who helped us with chair reservations and truly made us feel at home there. And also KRISTY for massages pool side at the cabanas, she also went above and beyond to make us comfortable hospitable and all about customer service. That goes for both Bernice and Kristy; they could give classes on Hospitality.you made difference!!!
- 5/5
The room was huge and bathroom had a shower and an oversized tub. Pool area was fun. Several areas to choose from for relaxing at the pool.

Over all experience was quite warm. We enjoyed the different types of cuisine offered by Mandalay Bay.
- 4/5
The room was a bit dated, but clean.
- 5/5
Exceptional service and room was really nice. Only concern was having to walk to twin tower for check in.
- 5/5
I had a wonderful time during my stay
- 5/5
Enjoy our stay for 4 days
- 4/5
The property was beautiful and I loved the convenience of being able to check in and out on my phone without hassle.

The pools wore very nice

- 4/5
We had a great stay.
- 5/5
The only bad thing about the hotel is bottle water costs, and is very expensive at 16-24 per bottle. You may be charged if you touch it.
- 4/5
Pay for umbrellas in the pool side is not nice and price is excessive
- 4/5
The pool deck ( at the W pool) was not picked up at all. We arrived about 3pm. There were many abandoned towels, empty drink glasses, crushed beer cans, lying everywhere. Clearly, there was nobody assigned to maintain the pool deck. Additionally, virtually no shade. I expected there to be umbrellas everywhere. It was nice, but I’ve been to way nicer.
- 5/5
Was having issues with logistics when we checked in. I did not know that the room I booked was in another building which is at the W building. The girl at the front desk, Angela, saw I was struggling because everything we planned is in the main building. She resolved the situation by moving our room reservation to the main building in an upgraded room which probably what was available at that time. I just want to take this opportunity to thank Angela for being so helpful. You made our stay really special. God bless you.
- 5/5
Beds were soft. Bathroom was great! Easy to get to our room.
- 5/5
I've always stayed on the other side of the strip, but we were in Vegas to see BTS at Allegiant Stadium so we opted for Mandalay Bay, and loved our stay! The hotel was accommodating, modern, clean and we had nothing but the best help and service from everyone there. My little girl LOVED the lazy river, wave pool and beach, and we had a great time lounging during the day. The location was great - the only tricky thing was finding the parking garage behind the hotel - which was quite popular because of the BTS concert across the street - but it worked out great in the end.
- 5/5
Easy access to pool area great live bands at night in the casino
- 5/5
Little far from the strip but taxis, etc. were readily available to take you anywhere.
- 4/5
The bell worker who took care of our bags unfortunately ruined our experience at Mandalay Bay. Not only did he miss to explain the luggage process—which made us confused, but put our bags under the wrong ticket. It took a whole hour just to retrieve and get our bags. In the future, we hope to see Mandalay Bay with much kinder and welcoming workers.
- 4/5
Hair in the shower like it was never cleaned. Minibar with sensors, prohibited personal item storage in the fridge are unnecessary bad feeling generators.
- 3.5/5
Good
- 5/5
Nice and clean. The phone didn’t work for us to call in room service.
- 3/5
One irritation is the mini bar setup, and the automatic charges if an item is disturbed or accidentally jostled.
- 3/5
We booked and found ourselves relocated to the "W" It was under construction and smelled of an awful musky order which made it hard to breathe. The casino was nearly empty for the entire 3 days we were there. Not much in dining that was convenient. Given another opportunity I would have selected to stay somewhere else on the strip.
- 5/5
Perfect!
- 5/5
Exceeded expectations
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue we had was the ice machine on our floor stopped working and you are not able to get to any other floors. Luckily I had a friend on another floor that was able to help me out. All in all my stay was great and very enjoyable
- 3/5
Need some remodeling
- 5/5
The room was clean but you can tell this is Vegas post pandemic.

Couldn’t find a cafe to just sit and relax. Closed at 2pm and tried to find food at 3:30 was impossible besides the food court. Hotel room seemed to be kind of dirty and run down. Bathroom looked dirty You pay a lot for the amenities as part of the resort fee and than had to pay for float tubes or lounge chairs.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was great and wait staff was very accommodating. Front desk staff was not the friendliest. Gave miss information on parking and paying to park, which lead me to wait in a long line to talk to them about crediting my room the parking she charged. Had two rooms reserved on the same confirmation and were floors apart from family.
- 4/5
Location was wonderful, grounds and amenities are amazing and well-kept. The pool area is wonderful, the only complaint I would have is that you have to pay $30 for a tube if you want to use it on the lazy river, which I thought was a bit excessive considering how much we paid to stay here, and other resorts provide the tubes. The room itself was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. The views from the window were amazing. We didn't gamble, but went to a lot of the shops and restaurants and they were all fantastic. I love the free tram that takes you in a loop from Mandalay to the Luxor to Excalibur. Checking in was very difficult and I waited in line for a ridiculous amount of time. The self check-in did not work, in fact it wouldn't work for everyone in line, and we were all told we needed to see an attendant. There was one person working the front desk at this massive Hote,l and there was a line of about 50 people. We were in a hurry to get checked in so we can change as we we're in a bit of a hurry to get to an event that evening. If you want a fridge to keep drinks or food in while you're there the only thing in the room is the mini bar fridge. When I called to ask if we could have it cleaned out to use it they said no but they would bring a fridge up for us for an additional $30 a night. Again I found that to be excessive considering the other hotels / resorts we stayed in gave us one for free. I do feel the staff were somewhat rude and very short with people when someone had a question or was looking for directions or help.
- 5/5
Spacious, clean, and comfortable room, easy check in and check out experience, amazing service from all staff. The pool and lazy river are super fun, border grill brunch is the best, and the Michael Jackson ONE show was epic
- 5/5
Love the Michael Jackson show was amazing.
- 3/5
It’s disappointing to pay to stay at the hotel, but unable to get a pool chair because they oversell day passes to non-hotel guests.
- 2/5
Better customer service needed
- 5/5
Everything is great
- 3/5
Our room was clean. However, we would have been charged $25 if we even opened the refrigerator. We were not allowed to store any of our food/drinks in their fridge in our room. Nice place but they nickel and dime the crap out of their guests.
- 5/5
Nice rooms and very clean
- 5/5
Pool is amazing! Pool floats are expensive. Pack a doughnut float and have them inflate for you.
- 4/5
We stayed in the tower behind the main building, which was a far walk to/from the main lobby and pool area. One pool needed your room key for whatever odd reason. The sand was awful and hot. Had to constantly wash your feet off. Lazy river was very small. No shady spots except the umbrellas you pay for. The room was very nice though and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had good food everywhere we ate (House of Blues and Citizens Kitchen).
- 5/5
This place is beautiful!! The pool area with lazy river and ocean wave pool is awesome! Easy to get food and drinks right there! Lots of different areas to relax! We brought our own tube! They have an air station near the lazy river! Our room had an awesome view of the pool! We took the tram to Excalibur and walked to Rainforest Cafe! We lived how you were near all the excitement but it’s the last resort on the strip. So it’s easy to get to and park! We had ice cream for dessert there! Lots of shops and goodies! We also went to the Shark Reef Aquarium! Really well taken care of! Worth going to see! In all… we really LOVED this place, the amenities and location!
- 4/5
No soap on bathroom sink, we need to go to shower room and use bath wash for cleaning our hands.
- 5/5
This is my second time staying here while attending a concert at Allegiant Stadium. The convenience of walking to and from the venue is worth every penny spent on the room, which is a very large, clean room with huge windows. I also enjoyed walking inside from the Mandalay to the Excaliber indoors so that I could avoid a bit of the sun, as I was walking lots further up the blvd. 10/10.
- 4/5
OK
- 5/5

- 4/5
The hotel and room were good but the room was a bit old. The bathroom sink was clogged and making a loud noise every time we used it. Some light bulbs were also out. Other than that, good stay and good staff.
- 3/5
toilet was extremely loud and woke up others in room. No coffee for guests in rooms; you have to pay for everything!
- 4/5
The positive is that it was clean and the tram was nice to get a few blocks up the strip.
- 5/5
It was a nice stay we had a really good time
- 5/5
The room mostly clean. They could’ve cleaned the bathtub better.
- 5/5
Loved the tub and the water gets so hot!! We really enjoyed the pools and this can be a full day activity. We only stayed one night and wished it would have been more. We booked a couple more 2 day stays!!!

You only get discounted rooms or resort fees comped if you are gold tier rewards members but not for military or veterans. Even though the rewards program says you get resort fees waved and 10%-20% discount but I received none on this visit.

- 5/5
Great resort to stay in for business or pleasure with the family!
- 4/5
I like that the bathrooms do not echo out into the hallways after a buffet binge
- 5/5
We paid around $25 for the W Mandalay Bay. Is the West tower all by itself and it was phenomenal. The rooms have a separate living room and a room with the beds. Two bathrooms and a huge tub and standing shower. The bed was firm and the sheets were soft. I didn’t think it would be this amazing. It is far always from the noise and most of the families with small children. You do walk a little to get to the pools and the Starbucks is close by(so is the entrance to the shoppes that connect you to the Luxor. I cannot give this place enough praise, parking was $20. If you want to avoid the line you can download the app and pre check, they have a machine at the lobby where you check in and scan your room key. You can go to the main lobby but that’s across the casino. Hope it helps!
- 5/5
Mandalay Bay was very nice and the room was very clean and modern.
- 3/5
The blonde waitress at Tailgate was beyond terrible. We would have spent more money had she ever come by or even could be found. Worst service ever from her and there was barely anyone in our section. Thank you to Sergio at Tailgate for picking up her slack with everyone around us. Sergio was amazing and extremely helpful and attentive. He should replace her because his customer service skills are amazing. Would not go back to Tailegate again if we had have her again.
- 5/5
Awesome pools for all age ranges!
- 4/5
Clean. Check in took forever- did mobile first but after thirty minutes without a room I went through the line. Parking is far from check-in.
- 5/5
Love the pool area definitely will come again. The room was nice and clean. Didn’t like that I had to wait till 4:45pm to get into my room. But I understand it takes time for the housekeepers to clean the rooms. Plenty of things to do while waiting.

Check-in and check out was quick with the self check-in station. I like how close the hotel is to the Allegiant Stadium, if you are watching a concert/game at the stadium, this is one of the best options for stay. Room was clean except the bed smells like mildew.

Nice views !!! Nice

Was here for BTS. Very convenient and walking distance to Allegiant Stadium. We originally booked Mandalay but upon check in they said we would be staying at the W. Which planned out because it was closer to the area where you walk out to head out to the stadium. Room and bathrooms were clean. We encountered minor issues (our fault for not reading the sign on fridge that it would charge us if it were used/touched) We brought our own drinks to put in the fridge to cool only to find out that it was full of beverages. It triggered the sensor and we were charged so we called and explained and they credited the amount back. Another issue was some crackling/grumbling noise. I thought it was fireworks from outside. This was at night and it was hard to sleep because it was ongoing. No idea where it was coming from. We opened the door and you can also hear it from the hallway. We endured it until we eventually fell asleep. 2nd night it was gone! Overall it was a good stay. We would stay here again!

It's a Vagas hotel, good stay
- 2/5
I messaged them many times, because I have few questions to ask, but unfortunately none of them response to my message.
- 4/5
It's an old property and although it's maintained well, you can still tell, however the rooms are large, love that they have a bathtub and a shower. What I don't like is the fact that the fridge is full with drinks and snacks and the prices are Las Vegas outreages prices, they even charge for coffe liek $17 if I recall well. And if you touch or try to put anything of yours in the fridge on top of a beer canister or make any space, you basically can't because they will charge you the price of the bottle that has been touched, it's on sensor. In other words you can't use the room coffee or fridge without a charge.

I liked the view, bed, bathtub, and enough elevators. - The keycard didn't work in the garage. I had to go to the front desk twice after we were told by the self-check-in assistant that we were scanning the card incorrectly. - There were not hand towel racks. - There was no fan in the toilet room. - The sensor for the self-snack bar felt non-reasonable and scammy. - The convenience store didn't have any price tags. It felt very scammy. They were trying to charge me $16 for a bag of Doritos.

When we arrived to check in, the front desk initially told us that we had a room at Mandalay Bay, but that it was not yet ready. We waited for several hours, only to receive a call saying there was an issue with our credit card. When we returned to the front desk, they informed us that there was no credit card issue after all—and that we did not actually have a room at Mandalay Bay. We were then redirected to the W Hotel instead. We had been on the property since noon, and it took nearly four hours to sort out the confusion. To make matters worse, we had specifically booked a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival at the W Hotel, we were given a room with only one king bed. Our request for the room type we reserved was denied, and the staff refused to make a change. The poor service continued during our stay. When we requested extra towels and bedding, it took more than three hours for them to be delivered. Overall, the entire experience was disorganized, frustrating, and disappointing. I strongly recommend carefully reviewing your room type and hotel designation before booking to avoid a similar situation.
- 5/5
I stayed on the 56th floor and had selected a street view, but I was assigned a pool view instead. The room was clean and comfortable. However, I noticed that two cans in the minibar were already empty, and those items ended up being charged to my room on the last day. I wanted to ask about it in person, but the line at the front desk was very long. Instead, I contacted the hotel through the app and checked out using the app as well. They promptly adjusted the charge. Overall, it seems like the hotel is moving toward a more convenient and streamlined digital system.
- 3/5
on the plus side, i was able to get into my room before check in time.

Clean room, didn't really interact with staff that much, would stay there again. Enjoyed my spa day.

Clean room.stuff nice but some was rude I lost my Apple Watch and ask her if she has somebody found it but she ignored me like she didn’t see me.
- 4/5
All was good, clean and I had no problems. EXCEPT the check-out. A line of 20, 10 windows, 3 employees. It took me about an hour. Other than that, it is better than the Luxor. I had a great time
- 4/5
Great property. The beach pool area is great, but very crowded and hard to find a chair…no shade available.

We were able to check-in earlier than expected, room and bathroom was spacious, most of hotel staff provided great customer service. Hotel restaurants were good, but always busy so long wait to get in. Front desk clerk asked what kind of room we wanted (close/far to elevator, low/high floor) then gave us the opposite of what we requested. Our bathroom had a stink smell sewer smell and the tub made loud gurling noises constantly even though we never used it. Whenever we tried to call Guest Services for assistance no one answered. At first our TV did not work and then another nite the remote didn't work when we tried to turn off the TV at 1 am. We were overcharged extra nite of parking and when I called Mandalay they told me to call Billing dept ph # and when I did they told me to call Mandalay to resolve and then the person hung up on me. We paid about $450/nite and value was not worth it.

I made a reservation with a 3pm check in. I needed to go to the room to change for a wedding at 4pm. I was informed that a 3pm check in does not get you access to the room, they couldn't tell me when I would have access and suggested I get dressed for a wedding in the lobby bathroom.
- 5/5
Room was cleaned and towels were replaced daily.
- 5/5
Close to Allegiant stadium and very friendly staff.
- 4/5
Close to the Allegiant Stadium, as we were there to watch a concert The double sink situation in our room was not draining well.
- 2.5/5
I lkie the the overall look of the place is well kept I absolutly hated the money pinching expirience of the sensor coffe, and water. I agree with the money for the Bar. But after coming from a Long trip and having to padi $18 for a bottle of water was ridiculos! I felt, that, I was charge at every corner. Scared of moving that entire area, not to mention that I had left overs from the restaurant Noodles downstairs and could not even use the refrigerator.

I have stayed in other hotels in vegas over the years and i must say this was probably one of the least pleasurable.
- 5/5
I stayed with my dog and the staff was so helpful!
- 5/5
Clean and great amenities. The best hotel close to allegiant stadium if you’re going to a show there!!
- 4/5
The only minor issue was that one of the pillows appeared to have makeup stains on it. I contacted the front desk and requested a replacement, but unfortunately did not receive one. Thankfully, there were several additional pillows available in the room, so it did not significantly impact my stay.
- 4/5
Room itself was clean. Front desk helpful. Pool situation was not great. Sand was terribly hot. Not much shade available. Felt more like waterpark set up ... more for kids. Not an elegant poolside experience at all. Coffee in the room ... shouldn't have to pay for in room coffee.
- 4/5
Beautiful property once you get checked in....which is the HARD AND CONFUSING part and why I dropped it by a star. I also hate paying a $50.00 per night resort fee when I didn't use the pool, etc. It's a nice property and clean but they need to do a MUCH better job with check in. The automated check in SHOULD work fine but many of us could not get it to work. I needed the help of someone working the floor....THEN I needed to get on another line to have my keys made (the easiest part of the whole process). Parking is not close so we did valet...the whole check in process needs to be revamped. I hated the property by the time we got to our room but then the room was very nice and clean and comfortable. Like I said....check in is the real issue!
- 1/5
The security at this place is terrifying and considering pressing charges!!
- 1/5
Very disappointed they give us the wrong room people were already staying in the room don’t understand how they messed up, we were expecting a nicer room and that didn’t happen this was one the worst experience I had experienced.
- 4/5
Room was nice and had everything needed. Although would’ve been nice to have a microwave and room in the fridge to put something in there. The fridge already had drinks available if they were wanted (soda, water, and wine (one of the wines looked like it was open already however)). Didn’t like to have to walk across the casino floor to get to the room and front desk. Parking was easy once you knew where to go. Had to call to get directions to the parking garage. Staff was very helpful with this. Would’ve been nice to have the directions to the garage prior to going. Unfortunately the street in front of the main entrance to the parking garage was closed for part of a few days so had to go around to get in (not their fault). Room key didn’t work for parking (not sure if it was supposed to) due to this had to pay every single time we left and came back. Can’t find my receipt after checking out (although my email could’ve deleted it if it was sent there). There was a little noise from someone playing loud music (we got the mountain facing view) otherwise it was pretty quiet except if people were in the hall near the room which didn’t happen much.
- 5/5
Only bad thing is the price. Everything is super expensive.
- 3/5
The room was very clean, however, upon check in, I wasn’t told my room was in the M hotel. I had to wait 45 minutes to finally ask if the room was ready since I didn’t receive a text. The room next to us had their TV on loud and couldn’t sleep very well. I was also told parking was added and paid for, however, upon leaving, I had to pay again to leave parking lot.
- 5/5
I really liked the app check in. I checked in when I was on my way and as soon as I got there, went straight to my room. Very convenient. There was a couple of very small things that we needed in the room and one call to concierge and they took care of it. Really fast. The rooms were super nice and very spacious. Loved the rooms.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 4/5
Long lines just to ask a simple question Nobody informed me about my room been ready when got there Idk no so hot experience!! Nice hotel, just need more people to help out
- 4/5
Very nice property and room. The only issue that was very annoying is that our room key would not open the garage gate. Three new sets of reprogrammed keys were issued to us, all with the same issue. From what I could tell it wasn't just us either. Many people I talked to complained about exactly the same thing. This needs to be resolved. Otherwise, everything was very nice.
- 5/5
Comfortable and clean. The pool is amazing. Staff were super nice. Will stay there again.
- 4/5
The location right next to the Allegiant stadium There was no fridge to keep drinks cold. They only had the fridge stocked with need to pay stuff .
- 5/5
All amenities are well kept and clean. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were clean and the view was amazing of the strip. There was always only one elevator running at a time. Had to wait for another if many people waiting as was the case as there was a concert the first 2 days of our stay.
- 4.5/5
Room was big and well equipped. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. One little hiccup was that the toilet had foam stuff and didn’t seem cleaned. I had to late in the evening clean it up. Yuck! But I did enjoy my stay!
- 4/5
The room was on the 24th floor and offered a great view. It was comfortable, clean, and provided a pleasant stay overall. Guests should pay special attention to the minibar and refrigerator policies. If you accidentally touch or move any items without consuming them, it is best to contact the hotel promptly to make sure no charges are applied.
- 4/5
Plug in for phone wasn't working properly
- 5/5
We had a room with a view of the Strip, and the view was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. Watching the lights of Las Vegas from our room was an unforgettable experience. The pool area was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and family-friendly. The staff was professional and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you, Mandalay Bay, for a wonderful vacation. We look forward to returning soon! The only minor issue was that the mini fridge was fully stocked with hotel beverages and wine, leaving no space at all for guests' own food and drinks. As I was traveling with my child, additional refrigerator space would have been greatly appreciated.

We had a bad experience staying here! Long check in lines, when we got to our room it was dirty and the cleaning person asked us why we were not checking out so she just started making the bed. She did not offer any compensation for an almost $400 night!Ugh
- 4/5
Regarding the rest of the Mandalay Bay Complex, there were some pro's and con's. The food was great overall but some spots were a better fit for us than others. Our favorite dinner was at The Social. Flanksters had amazing ribs and if you're looking for a sports bar it's probably a win. The SeaBreeze Cafe was a great breakfast and better than our room service the previous day. The pool was fun and we rented a gazebo on the far side because we thought it would be quieter but unfortunately there was a loud set of speakers nearby. The staff was awesome and checked on us regularly. The wine in the can was a good value and became my drink of choice for the day. It was too windy to use our umbrellas but the lazy river was really fun!
- 3/5
We were all very confused about the fridge situation. There was a sign on the fridge that said if you wanted to have space for personal items in the fridge to call the front desk and they would remove some of the things taking up space in the fridge. The whole fridge was full of the stuff they try to make you buy. Everyone knows that the hotels food and drink are on sensors and if they are moved then you have to pay for them. Well we called the hotel to make sure they came and moved them so we wouldn’t be charged, however they said that they will not do that but will bring a small fridge for our personal items but it would be $35 per night. The whole thing felt like a scam. Other than that , everything else was ok. We were all really frustrated by that.
- 2/5
The stay was ok. The room was clean, but shower and sinks would clog when using them. “Housekeeping” came to the room at 11:45pm kept knocking for 5 plus minutes. I kept saying we don’t need their services. The guy was insisting to open the door to give me a bag. I tried calling the front desk to verify, but the phone didn’t work! Overall bad experience stayed up the rest of the night incase someone tried coming in while my family was sleeping.
- 3/5
They close the pool way too early, 7pm in the summer is silly, most likely they want you in the casino gambling. They charge 20$ for the bottles of water in the room and don’t know how much for the coffee, not even a couple complementary ones. 8$ to buy the same bottle of water in the lobby stores, which is still way too much. Pool cabanas were $800 a day when we were there, also ridiculous.
- 5/5
Excellent access to landmarks. Will definitely come back.
- 3/5
The pools were nice they close at 6:00 pm so plan your day I wish they had a floor plan so I could navigate to find a restaurant and locating where various places are was hard ex elevator tram it’s a large place

Our stay was actually good but the only problem we encountered is our room key card doesn’t work going out of the parking so we end up paying the parking fee which is actually paid for th 2 nights we stayed.
- 5/5
Room was good size for my sister & I, clean & good beddings, our complaint is the refrigerator was full of products for sale, there was no room for our water, etc.
- 5/5
the rooms were great. spacious and clean we stayed on the side of the W. it's a bit of a walk to the pool but the rooms were worth it. The only thing that was a bummer was we came for the lazy river and the water was ice cold. not even my 8 year old could get past it. Breakfast at the House of Blues was perfect. Quick and delicious. They have a kids breakfast which was amazing. Staff was super nice and helpful.
- 4.5/5
Location is closed to the venue where I was going. Also the tram to go to the strip is a plus. Easier to get to the strip The facility needs to upgrade the electrical system in the room. It is convenient that the lamps have electrical outlets and easy to just plug my charger but they are non existence because they don't work.

Great pool!
- 2/5
The staff didn’t want to help at check in or answer questions. The refrigerator was stocked with their beverages and we had a very difficult time for anything of ours to go in. Food prices in the facility were extremely high. Just for 2 blt’s and 2 drinks 88.00 before a tip.
- 3/5
We are did hotel hopping and for the price we pay here I think its not worth it. Its old, furniture in the rooms are worn out. The shower handle is gross, we just checked in at fountaineblue and its a game changer, if u have a toddler or baby, this is not a place for u. They dont have fridge and microwave for kids (for milk) that they can let u borrow. U cant use the fridge coz when you touch anything from there u will pay for it. Only thing i like in this place is seabreeze breakfast is so good.
- 5/5
We both liked it.
- 5/5
Room was clean, spacious, and bed was very comfortable. Elevator was quick even with the large crowd after the concert.
- 5/5
I had to rent a scooter at the hotel and everyone involved in that process was very helpful and professional.
- 5/5
Check in was seamless we didn’t opt to check in online we went to the front desk, no line at time of arrival, property clean and ate at citizens (open late) which was handy coming from a concert. Taxis readily available outside of the hotel, getting uber or Lyft was easy too. Tram is connected to Excalibur and Luxor.

The place is beautiful and closed to everything.

We loved our stay here! Super convenient to get every on the strip and close to get onto the freeway! The pool was amazing, however disappointing it was only open till 6. The restaurants are fantastic and room was very clean!

Location was close to the Allegiant Stadium. One of the sink drains in the bathroom was plugged and drained slow. Front desk was called for assistance, they sent someone right away to fix it. The slow drainage was somewhat resolved, but afterwards the sink made an awful noise all night long for the rest of my stay. It was difficult to ignore. Also terrible lighting in the bathroom and the shower temperature was extremely difficult to regulate. There was only blazing hot or freezing cold.

The hotel was pretty good! BIt’s really just Vegas in general, it’s never worth all the up charges and extra expenses. Just too darn expensive now days. Won’t be vacationing in Vegas again anytime soon.
- 3/5
However, regarding the hotel services and amenities, there were a few disappointing things. If you plan to use the lazy river, I’d definitely recommend bringing your own pool float. The ones at the hotel were extremely overpriced — $25 for a kids-sized float and $30 for an adult-sized one. The room amenities also weren’t great. There is a fridge, but it’s fully stocked with motion-sensor drinks, so there’s basically no space for your own drinks or food. If you actually want to use the mini fridge yourself, they charge $35 per day, which honestly feels ridiculous.
- 3/5
The inside of the resort smells like cigarette smoke.
- 5/5
My experience was great! Very clean and comfortable rooms.
- 2/5
Pool is important to our trip. Was not pleased with the offerings. For the only free pool, the lounges are packed like sardines. No space. Sand is too hot to walk on when going from the chair to the pool in your bare feet. You cannot get an umbrella for those needing sun protection unless you pay an absurd fee to be in the first couple of rows. Cabana and other prices at $500 minimum a day are ridiculous. My wife was solicited by a Tailgate Club desk guy to try that club with a free admission offer. My wife pressed him on any charges. He said none. We walk over there, wait at two check points, then ask us if we wants chairs at $50 each, so $200 for the day. If you are going to hit your guests over the head left and right, the basic pool offering should be better. I will not return to the this resort.

The location and the tram to Excalibur and Louxor I will not go back there : from the check in to the check out I did not feel welcome and I barely interacted with the staff on site. Everything was digital and confusing. The digital check in was confusing. I spent 15 minutes trying to check in on my phone before realizing I could do it at the lobby. The worst experience was the food. I paid extra for the 100 dollars food credit but none of the restaurants where the card was available were opened when I needed them. The credit was not valid for the mini bar, market or the room service. Another bad experience was the digital minibar : everything you moved is billed and I was too scared to use it to store water I bought outside the hotel. In addition the signage to the restaurants was confusing. Other bad experience : the safe in the room was not working.

Great location for a concert at Allegiant Stadium Our shower was slow to drain. Also, there was a coffee maker in the room but you had to purchase a coffee kit from the mini bar for $16 to make coffee in room. Most places have free coffee in room.

I had an ada room that worked out that really well. I was able to get around and in to resteraunts very easily The elevator doors close to quickly i always had to have someone holding open the door for me. Everything was fine until issues with the toilet. It wasn’t flushing right when checked in thru out the nite it got worse. Had to have a maintenance person come at 3am which seriously disturbed our stay.

Parking is difficult on busier days such as concerts and games but otherwise great hotel. Good pool and easy access to tram
- 3/5
No small refrigerator. The ice machine in our floor wasn’t working. It takes a long time to answer the phone. The check out feature isn’t working on the tv. For the price that we pay which is almost 600 dollars a night, I should have stayed in Luxor which charge less more than in your hotel.
- 1/5
The room itself also felt quite outdated, and the bathroom door would not close completely, which added to the discomfort. What was most disappointing was the lack of on-site management support. When I raised concerns about the noise, there was no front desk manager or guest relations manager available to properly handle the situation or assist with resolving the issue. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the importance of comfort and quiet during a hotel stay.
- 5/5
The beach was amazing! Loved the ease of the tram to get north on the strip, great experience overall!

Room was great with a perfect view of the BTS fireworks. Thank you 💜

Overall a very pleasant stay, easy to check in and out. Room was clean.
- 1/5
The hotel did not respond to me when I could not sleep because my room was next to all the airconditioners for the ENTIRE " W Las Vegas hotel". The staff member did not help nor give me a refund but said she would send up some EAR PLUGS! I am paying over $700.00 US dollars for this horrible nosiy room . I Have contacted them for a refund no response. Do not stay at the W.
- 2/5
For the amount of money we spent two stay 3 nights it was worth what you would pay to go on a cruise! There really wasn’t much benefit other than the pool that comes with the room. Their fees are outrageous and everything was expensive! I feel like for the money we will just stay far away from Vegas in general. We came for a concert which is likely part of why it would be costly but it’s better to save your money and just go to Disney at this point. The room wasn’t that clean and the staff treats you like cattle.
- 5/5
There is only 1 rideshare at Mandalay Bay and also easy access from the W. The one by the Convention Center is no longer available . . . a disappointment if you need to go there or that area of the property.
- 1/5
Mobile check-in was not working for me. Arrived at 4:30pm to check-in and there were zero staff to help me put my guest’s name on the reservation. Everything was done via machines with zero interaction from hotel staff. Arrived to our room and noticed that not even water or the k-cup coffee was free. Coffee in room cost $16. For the amount I paid for this room I cannot justify ever staying here again. Our room was also connected to another room with guests who we did not know. Although we kept the connecting door locked, there is a big gap underneath and we could hear every thing from inside their room, every conversation. Terrible room for the amount that k paid.
- 5/5
Front desk staff polite and helpful, rooms clean, all bathrooms kept clean and stocked.
- 3/5
The room was nice, but didn’t care for their little refrigerator set up that they had all of their own amenities in there so you had nowhere to put anything to keep it cold if you bought something elsewhere. Overall, I am not sure if I would stay there again. I would probably choose somewhere further down the strip, as I just don’t feel like it was worth the price.
- 5/5
I absolutely love this place. It’s kid friendly. Love the lazy-ish pool.

When using the online check in kiosk, it did not inform us we were at the W hotel so we walked all the way to the elevator with our luggage only for the keycard not to work. We then had to check back in line and ask a human and they informed us we are in the W hotel so we walked the other way with our luggage. Very exhausting. The W hotel didn’t having any coffee machine or water The TV channels with movies was disabled. “Error code” cannot even load Netflix on there because the TV is very outdated. The ceiling lights in the hallways show Cockroaches trapped in the light fixture making me feel “icky”. At least clean that up. Bathroom floor had a few strands of long hair which housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning. Lastly, the headboard of the bed had some stains. Dried white stains. Just terrible terrible experience

Called expedia and spoke to front desk… No one could help!
- 5/5
Clean room and excellent hotel! Very friendly staff too! Would love to come again!
- 1/5
The hotel was disgusting, nothing you would expect paying almost $400 a night, maybe $100. The glass shower door was detaching from the ceiling and would sway every time the door was opened, wallpaper was peeling from the wall and coated in dirt and scum. Dirt and dust bunny's hanging from the walls, built up dirt on the baseboards, yellow gunk built up on the toilet and behind it. Trash was in the room from the prior guest. When housekeeping entered for the day, our trash was overflowing and yet it was not touched. I took pictures of the filth, but the front desk manager refused to look at the pictures and acted like I was the problem for being upset, stating she could switch rooms if I had an issue. I attempted explain to her that clearly the issue was systematic and if she would look at my pictures, but she refused. She ended up telling me I could check out or switch rooms, before walking away. It was so bad that if I would not have paid $800 for 2 nights and had unloaded three small children and all of our belongings, I would have checked out. I originally booked the rooms because of the beach and aquarium but after checking in and getting changed, the ONLY pool for anyone not an adult, the beach, was closed due to sound check. No other pool option was available. Try explaining this to three young children after dressing them for the beach. The aquarium was also closed, so the entire purpose to stay in this particular hotel was pointless.
- 5/5
Check in was easy and Michael was very friendly and informative. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned daily for our stay which is appreciated. The choices of restaurants on site is very good.
- 3/5
To many hidden charges. Paid more then what I was told. In the room the toilet area was never moped or clean. Urine around the toilet floor. Was looking forward to spending the day at the pool beach area. The life guards keep using the Whistle to get people to get in to the cool water Immediatelyafter entering the beach area. Can't stand around they said. You must get pass the blue line. Beach chairs with shade start at $250 dollar just to have shade. What the . NOYE to self. Do your homework. Double charge for resort fees.
- 4/5
Overall happy with the property but saw many other hotels that seemed nicer. Would go back but would be interested in staying somewhere else first. Housekeeping + guest services staff were excellent. Front Desk staff were mediocre. We had to wait over 2 hours to check into our room upon arrival while paying for a Panoramic Two Bedroom Suite and the staff offered no comps until we requested that our parking get comped for the week. The previous guest had requested late check out which was 3pm, the same time we are told we can check in. They should really review their late check out policy to not inconvenience new guests checking in. High roller or not - treat all guests equally when it comes to checking in/out. Make your late check out policy 1pm not 3pm to give staff ample time to turnaround the rooms without infringing on the next round of guests. Wasn’t a pleasant way to start our stay.

It started from the people on the phone and it went down to even housekeeping. Everyone gives such excellent and helpful service. Definitely would stay here again.

The swimming pools facilities are excellent.
- 5/5
Beautiful property and pools! My daughter had a blast! Very clean and nice staff!
- 5/5
Best stay ever and the pool is amazing
- 4/5
Clean room, great pools, good hotel overall. a bit far from the middle of the strip, so always needed an uber or cab. Walking is an option but far. Tram is limited hours and just takes you to Excalibur. Cheap store across the street to save on essentials.
- 3/5
The casino dealers were rude for sure,
- 4/5
To have paid that much money, there should have been a self-check-in. After a long flight, I had to wait 40 mins in a line to check in. They had no wheelchairs for my mind, and the bathroom wasn't clean in my room
- 5/5
Stayed for a single night but the rooms were clean. Used the cardio gym and has good equipment. Nothing crazy but gets the job done. Casino downstairs doesn’t smell like smoke.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff. Good experience
- 5/5
Water stations and great shops. Salon comes with spa privileges. Use them.
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel and room. Staff was not helpful. Check-in was a nightmare as they did not give specific details where to find me room. Literally sent me to wrong tower and walked 15 minutes. Other than that it was great.
- 4/5
I did, however, experience an abrupt front desk reservationist who when I went to walk over, abruptly said, "I'm not open yet!" I simply walked away. Even another front desk agent looked over and seemed surprised at her reaction. Self check-in is also not that easy and I basically ended up helping myself when a staff member was unable to. He said he had to go get his tablet. When I finally finished on the machine, he immediately said, "Oh, I'll get you the room number" and acted as if he helped all the way through. It was late, as I was returning from a long tour w/ my bags and had to wheel them through Excalibur, through the Luxor and into Mandalay Bay, over carpeting and up and down escalators. In short, I was VERY tired. After I was "helped" to get my room, he directed me to go through the casino again to get to the Mandalay W. When I asked if someone could help me with my bags, he replied, well, I guess if you bring your luggage to the bell station someone will bring your bags when they are able. It was after 10pm and I was truly exhausted so just did it myself. My room card was not activated and... I also had not eaten and called the front desk to see if I could order something light to eat and I was directed to order online. When I did so, nothing could be delivered until the following morning. I, therefore, went back out again to find something to eat before heading back to my room and collapsing from exhaustion.
- 5/5
Wonderful resort, beach, pools, food, room all excellent
- 5/5
Great place for small children! The shark aquarium was awesome!
- 5/5
Check in super easy. No contact check in, make your own keys. Wave pool is huge with plenty of seating. The room was a perfect size. 2 chairs and desk chair. Big plus for me was a soaking tub. All of us took a bath just to use the bath. I took the longest and from bathroom to room was very quiet to relax.
- 3/5
Now the bad, what expedia doesnt tell you or maybe its in fine print is you will be charged another $60ish dollars for their "Resort Fee" once you check in so the price online is not the actual price you will end up paying. The city of Vegas or the hotels have some crazy racket where you must pay additional fees for your room which is crazy. We only stayed one night so I am not sure if thats a one time fee or a daily rate which would add up fast. Just a heads up for anyone looking to book on expedia, the price there is low for a reason you WILL end up paying more upon arrival.
- 5/5
Check in/out was easy and fast.
- 2/5
5 star hotel and no frigid in the room no coffee machine so poor room
- 3/5
Also, they did not have coffee in the room like EVERY other hotel in the world. Come on. Anyway, It was a short stay.
- 1/5
Waiting to be checked in and checked out was the worst. I waited in line for over an hour to check in. Mobile check in wasn’t working at that time
- 5/5
Great room, very large, and I love the Mandalay beach. But the staff is not helpful
- 5/5
I recently stayed at the Mandalay Bay, and I can’t say enough about it! The hotel boasts absolutely gorgeous pools—On top of that, the staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I left feeling refreshed and truly taken care of—can’t wait to go back!
- 5/5
Room service was quick Staff / Front desk was friendly
- 5/5
I like the fact I don’t have to wait in line to check in or out . I just download the MGM apps n check in then I can just go enjoy the pool bell desk just hold my luggages. Then I get a text that my room is ready just print out key card.. so convenient
- 5/5
I will definitely be staying again

The Electronic Daisey Convention was in town and I've never seen so many pierced, tatooed, purple hair freaks that weighed over 300lbs in my life.
- 4/5
- 3/5
What we didn’t appreciate about the amenities is the fact that if you touch something you got charged for it whether you used it or not. I had to dispute the charges so they would take them off my bill. You have to be very careful. You can’t touch anything in the fridge or you’ll get charged.
- 3/5
Overall average. Rooms were dated. Service was average with nothing outstanding. Pool service was too slow to rely on. Ok property but would not stay again.

The hotel was beautiful on the south end of the strip. The only issue was a room was a mile from the elevator but the rate was great. The signs in the hotel for directions should it be a little more clear. They stop in the middle, and then we kept wandering and didn't know where to go. Overall, the hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The refrigerator was fully stocked. However, when we put some of our leftovers in there, we were charged for using soda that we did not open. Fortunately the front desk refunded those charges.

- 4/5
Long lines to check in and out but the staff was very accommodating. Could not check out in room or at kiosk before 5am. Again staff accommodating on phone.
- 4/5
No one to speak to to get help, everything automated. Pools closed early and didn’t provide tubes for lazy river (had to purchase your own). Concert on our first night had blasting music at pool until last midnight and we weren’t informed about it. Otherwise, room was great
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff. The restaurant opening and closing times weren’t the best for being in a casino. Many didn’t open until 4 and closed before 1am

Me encanta

Was very nice. Staff very accommodating. Plenty of food choices and close to everything.

I believe respect goes both ways, and I tried to approach every interaction with kindness and understanding because the staff are human too. As the saying goes, you get more with honey. Because of the excellent customer service and how accommodating the team was, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful, clean, and great location. Excellent spa
- 4/5
It was very clean No microwave in the room it has a fridge but not for personal while you stay it is only for mini bar so you are not allowed to open if you do you have to pay nothing is free
- 4.5/5
Lovely room with amazing view of the strip. Comfy beds and very clean. The pool areas are amazing. Shower head was a bit low! Being charged for in-room coffee felt a bit mean
- 5/5
Close to everything, taxi was available 24/7. Great location, clean rooms. Don’t like not having a fridge in a room. There was a fridge, but stocked and if you moved items out were charged. I’d prefer just to have a mini fridge offered with things I can stock on my own rather than pay 15 dollars for redbull and water I could have gotten cheaper and stored myself.

Location, view, clean and spacious room. They were very strict at the beach pool. Too much David Hasselhofs

- 5/5
Clean and well kept. Staff were very welcoming. Pools, the room, and dining options
- 5/5
Great time
- 1/5
Avoid this hotel at all costs. Completely over crowded, there is one elevator to get to most of the rooms so waiting in line at the desk to check in took an hour and then it was another hour waiting in line for the elevator to get to our room. This happened almost every time we left the room. The pool was decently fun but again, completely over crowded. There are better properties to stay at in Vegas. The restaurants on the property are also ridiculously over priced. The sushi restaurant on site cost more for one dinner than our entire stay at the hotel.
- 5/5
Everything
- 4/5
$16 for coffee in room. Not allowed to store anything in fridge as it was only for guests to purchase high-priced items. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide free coffee in the room. Very disappointing.
- 3/5
While all the checkboxes whould be marked ✅️(cleanliness), staff, amenities..etc, the pool area is disasterously crowded, no umbrellas at all or very rare, booking all kind of stuff, such as shaded areas and cabanas is over over priced, drinks and food at the pool area really overpriced. For lazy river, you have to "buy" thevyubes, yes, you read it correct, buy the tubes. They are not available right there for use, like everywhere else in the world. You cannot even rent them, you have to buy the tubes. Wave pool is a joje, very mild, although only kids above certain height and adults are allowed. Will never try that place again.
- 5/5
While attending a convention at Mandalay Bay the hotel offers everything that you may need or want.
- 5/5
The pool area is our favorite....the restaurant choices are great
- 5/5
Clean hotel
- 2/5
Parking to check in area poorly marked. Check in took a long time/slow staff and long lines. Parking and check in took more than a hour. Finally arrived at pool which is why I chose the place to find it closed early for an event. I saw a family in elevator and the small children were very sad about that. There was no prior notification pool would close early. There was a loud party in the room next to mine and guess very thin walls? Overall I’m sad they didn’t value the guests more.
- 3/5
We did not realize the awesome pool CLOSED AT 6pm!! Not helpful after a day’s drive to get there. The SMOKING INSIDE THE CASINO was UNBEARABLE!! The Border Grill was delicious and we had a great wait staff! The prices were a bit high.
- 4/5
The property is amazing but large and crowded. We checked in at 5:30 and it took an hour for them to get us a room. Otherwise we had a perfect stay.
- 3/5
The rooms were super nice. Only2 pools and the lazy river were open and the water was very cold. Also we booked at Mandalay Bay and got put at the W so we had to walk quite a way to the pool. Also there is no shade unless you pay $200 to $400 so you can have an umbrella chair.

Tener cuidado con el minibar, ya que descuentan de tu tarjeta de crédito más de 200 dólares por consumo del minibar, supuestamente por error y toca estar llamando y esperar a que te devuelvan el monto que sacan de la tarjeta de crédito.

Place was clean and spacious. Location is a bit confusing. Far from convention center.
- 4/5
Very large place. Our TV picture was not working properly. Also you can't use the fridge because it's stocked with items you have to pay for.
- 4/5
Great location, one of the few casinos in Vegas that's easy to navigate. Close proximity to the conference center. Great dining options. Very friendly staff. Resort fees are non optional (I guess this is the trend at every resort these days). Resort fee was 50% on top of my room rate. Paid self parking (used to be free, even Valet was free before Covid). I was there for business and didn't have time to use any of the facilities, would be happy to pay resort fee if I was using the resort. This is an unfortunate trend at Vegas casinos these days.
- 5/5
First time at the hotel and our favorite so far.
- 5/5
Staff upgraded us because our room type wasn’t available. Nice stay.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing. Wilbur at the front desk took immediate and excellent care of us when something went south during the check-in process. Sometimes things go wrong, and it is telling when a hotel embraces the opportunity to make up for something that goes south on a guest. Could not have a higher opinion of this hotel. Thank you, Wilbur.

when you charge over $500 / night and you charge me $18 for a bottle of water and $16 for in-room coffee i have to unpack from some crazy wrapper that feels like you don’t me to have the coffee, and drink it from a paper cup i have to ask myself what is hospitality beyond sameness and a room and a spot like this. to me it misses the mark and feels like it doesn’t matter because it’s Vegas. sure.
- 2/5
I love that they allow dogs, but they charge an outrageous amount for each one: they charged us $100 a day per dog! My dogs are Chihuahuas; they don't bother anyone or make a mess, so I feel that $100 a day is excessive! $100 for the entire stay would be fine, but $100 *a day* is simply too much. I felt ripped off 😢
- 3/5
Everything was great about our stay except for the life guards at the pool and the manager need to be trained in customer service. When we asked the lifeguard next to us the quickest way back into the hotel we received the response "the way you came in" and we asked if he could just point us in the direction and he just repeated himself with a disgusting tone. We called the manager over to chat with him and he was less than apologetic, also very crass. As the manager was speaking to us the lifeguard was making gestures to us behind his bad like cutting his throat and mocking my husband and I. We spent almost $800.00 poolside that day and this was the treatment we received at the end of the day. Very disappointed with the treatment by the pool staff.
- 3/5
Hotel was as advertised. the check in process was a pain and it took 4+ hours for my room to better ready.
- 5/5
Plenty of restaurant choices. The Noodle House was our favorite. Staff was very kind and helpful. The room, bathroom and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The casino is a little smokey, but we didn't mind it too much.

Everything was great but paying for an umbrella every day when its 110 degrees is not normal. It is way too hot to not have enough for even 1/5 of the people. On top of having to be there before opening to even have a decent spot. Pool hours should be longer 8am to 8pm would be great.

Room was not ready at mid night, they were still inspecting and cleaning when check in is guranrtee at 3PM, after waiting for the room to be cleaned, asked to wait for night time system update to be completed. Every night during the night time system update takes 20-40 min and no one can check in. they offered drink coupon but after treavelling 20 hr and at 2AM, i just want to rest in the room. While waiting in the lobby i did not feel safe. Also when i lost my key card, they were not able to reproduce new key card as their system was down at that moment. Serious prblem wth your system

Stayed one night to attend a concert at Allegiant Stadium. It was so convenient as it was directly across the street. The street is closed due to the event, so getting there was even more easy and convenient. Room was nice and clean.

Wonderful, excellent refreshing. The breakfast was outstanding and staff made my weekend.

Good for family
- 5/5
Only issue was I wasn't able to check out through the TV or self check out in the lobby. The lines were too long to check out. Also, make sure not to touch the drinks inside the fridge because you will be charged once its moved in any way ($16 for a soda can). Tried to call to get it taken off (because we never opened the drink) and was on hold for 20 min and couldn't get a hold of someone to talk too.

The bed sheets and blankets were loud when you moved, there were things on the counter that if moved or touched you would be charged (kind of didnt know that until I read the signage) fridge was stocked with things but you couldn't touch and if so you would be charged. Also no fridge or microwave in the room for your own stuff. First time to Las Vegas and really wasnt expecting it to be like that in the hotel.

It was clean and close to where we needed to be. The pool area was great and where we spend most of our time when we weren't at the volleyball tournament. Staff we interacted with were nice. Easy check in and check out. Everything was great except the self check in. Still ended up waiting in line. We loved the lazy river!!
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay immensely! The pool was awesome and casino was spacious and open. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and bars we tried on the property. We did the aquarium as well as Swingers mini golf and had so much fun! Our only “complaints” were with the room itself: plugs were loose and didn’t work on the table lamps, someone had put a half empty Coke Zero on the mini bar from their stay, and our water closet’s light went out the last day causing the toilet area to be completely dark with the door closed. All in all great value!!
- 5/5
We had been to many hotels on this trip so floor and room numbers became confusing. We usually use furniture on floors and in halls to help us navigate to our room. In the W, floors 25 and 28 have the same chair/furniture and the hall have similar pictures situated in the same place. We were in 28910 and I accidently tried to open 25910. All lodging we have been to provides free coffee. $16 for 2 cups of self-brew coffee - really!! Even Motel 6 give you free coffee and some type of pastry. Access to the Mandalay Bay self-parking is at Luxor self-parking - unnecessarily confusing.
- 5/5
Convenient location, nice pool for the kids
- 4/5
Everything was excellent except for the noise related to construction
- 3/5
The room was nice and rest of the casino and restaurants were good. The pool area, which is supposedly a draw of this resort, was a terrible experience. The resort is evidently selling pool day passes to the general public, and consequently the entire pool area is horrendous. A total circus, overcrowded, no space for a hotel guest to use the lazy river, no chairs open, totally over run by the outside community. I probably will never stay there with my wife again, and I’ve been coming to Vegas for literally 40 years. If you sell day passes and insult your paying hotel guests, you will lose respect and business to loyal travelers. My wife and I went down to the pool for 20 minutes, we were disgusted and we left, on a vacation we waited 6 months for. Do better.

Long wait times to reach staff to come clean it up. Lazy river was so full of people, it wasn’t worth being in it. Beds and size of room were great, but we won’t be returning.

Debes rentar tu sombrilla con antelación, de lo contrario con el sol intenso de la Vegas no te sentirás muy a gusto, ya que la piscina no tiene mucha sombra.

The room was excellent and roomy! The 30th floor where I stayed had a leak coming from somewhere. The carpet was squishy wet while walking to my room #108. But maintenance was working on it. Other than that, I would have liked a microwave. And a refrigerator would of been nice. I didn't care for the mini bar. Too Expensive!

Excellent pool for kids, very clean property and friendly staff.
- 5/5
The staff was all phenomenal, especially the gentleman who checked us in and the bellhop who helped us upon check out. The room was clean, pool was a little bit cold considering how hot it was outside. It was pretty kid friendly as well which was nice for our family.
- 4/5
Very difficult to check in bc the front desk lady was beyond rude. They couldn’t find my reservation and complained that’s because I booked through a 3rd party(Expedia). I called 2 months prior to have my room connected to our other party who had their own rooms. I was assured that a note was placed in the account. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was beyond rude and said no such note was there. When I told her I had called 2 Months prior she basically accused me of lying. Very bad first impression to have this person be the point person to welcome guests. In addition, not enough sun chairs for the amount of people they allow into the pools.
