...I have stayed here before and was hoping for a better experience...staff said I didn't have a reservation, but for some reason - they had some visibility since they acknowledged it...and dingy old rooms...just wont go there again or suggest, despite it being convenient for my work trips...just garbage...

A peaceful, quiet, and clean environment; everything works perfectly. Excellent air conditioning. I think the parking lot outside could be cleaner.

I liked staying at this smaller property. It was easier to come and go with my kids as opposed to a big hotel on the strip. Just wish our room was cleaner, the floor was really dirty and turned our feet black, yuck.

I am still waiting for the $100 damage insurance charge that was billed to my card. I would appreciate it if you could look into what is happening with that refund.

I like thos property a lot. It wasn't super busy to get in and put of the parking lot. If you need a place in vegas abd dont want to deal with the strip traffic and fees book here. (No pool here so keep that in mind) besides that everything was top notch.

The female staff was horrible. There was a male at the front desk that was helpful but nobody else care about the needs of the guests.

Perfect place clean quiet organized had everything I needed for my EDC weekend would stay here again.

Easy to locate, staff very helpful and welcoming Looks like cleaning was rushed the shower curtain was filthy and made me not want to step into the bathroom unless absolutely necessary.

Dog barked all night. No staff was on duty to report it to. When I finally wa able to report, I was told that the dog wa owned by a long term tenant and that his needs took priority over all other guests

Stated they had pans to cook. Had to go down the street to buy some. Housekeeping never cleaned the room. Found food in the refrigerator left behind by someone else. States it has a pool but didn't state it was another hotel with the same name Quiet area

Construction woke us up at 6 AM two days in a row. When we talked to the manager, he claimed that everyone was notified about the ongoing construction when they booked their stay (I talked to two different people before checking in and was not notified of anything). We asked to be moved to a room that wasn’t under a construction zone but he said that he didn’t know what rooms they were working in. How is a manager not aware of this when it should be in their system and the crew has to be given room keys to work? We had to get a refund for the remainder of our trip and move to a different hotel.

This place is a little scary front desk lady was super nice and the only normal person I saw the whole time I was there. Lots of screaming yelling people trying to get into my room. Only booked it cause I need a place for one night and that was that.

The manager Ena, who worked 3pm to 11pm, was terrific. Attentive, caring and competent. She was the one bright spot in an otherwise dismal stay. The hotel is not merely dirty, it is filthy. The hallways are covered with litter, the floors are disgusting, the cabinets are nauseating and the beds are ancient and brutally uncomfortable. The sheets and towels all need to be replaced. There were no regular chairs to sit in. All around failure. The place is inexpensive, buf does it need to be a health hazard as well?

nice area close to a grocery store and 711,staff is friendly,rooms are ok, they are renevating, over all is good and worth it, I stayed 3 weeks here, and they have a BBQ in the back

The staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for more towels and got them no problem. My rating reflects the condition of the room itself. The walls were dirty, you could see dirt streaks on them and it was all over the room. The microwave and TV were really old, early 90s/ 2000s. I will say the linens were washed and smelled clean.

I booked a room with a mini kitchen, couch and king size bed. The gentleman at the front desk put me in a room with just a bed and a TV that didn’t even work. Got the room changed to the correct room. Pretty sure he was trying to rip me off.

Place wasn’t too bad, staff was friendly, and rooms are clean. Loved the full size fridge and the sound proof rooms, very quiet place to stay. Only downside is they have one way in and thats in the main entrance, are room was towards the back where an emergency exit was located, would of been nice to enter and exit from that entry. But overall it was a great stay.

I didn't realize until the day after I arrived that there was a Transit that hang around that area but it's no different than anywhere else she goes so I just dealt with it.

Parking was free. The stove worked fine. The comforter is too thin. It felt cold on bed. The air conditioning was too loud to keep it on during nights. The refrigerator was loud, too. We didn’t have good sleep.

Well I didn’t know where to begin. Everything from the smell of the hotel, to the the toilet getting clogged with barely any toilet paper, to the air conditioning not working properly. This place is a dump. Ran by greedy dumps. I went down asking for a plunger and was waiting in a long check in line on New Year’s Eve and only 1 person Down there working. That’s horrible planning from a business standpoint. How do you only staff one person in the front desk on the busiest night of the year just doesn’t make sense. So after countless tries we gave up and continued our New Year’s Eve plans cuz I’m not waiting 1 hr and a half for a plunger. We come back at like 2 am and still no one at the front desk to help us with a plunger. We’re drunk at this point and just want to use the bathroom and go to bed but unfortunately we couldn’t cuz the toilet clogged with the first flush prior to leaving for the New Year’s Eve festivities. So short story we had to check out and go around 9am ish. We left the toilet clogged but we got charged $100 dollars to unclog a toilet. That’s absurd and horrible business practice. I called the hotel an the Indian guy helping me was rude af, yelled at me, and claimed that I broke the toilet when it just clogged. The overall state of the room was terrible. There was mold on the wall, bathroom was dirty, and there was ROACHES. I will never stay here again!!!

Loved that the room had a microwave!! It’s a good place to stay if you’re going to be in Vegas for a week or more . Not to far the strip.

We got there to have a few surprise charges. I had clearly stated in my reservation we had our dog but then got there and they added a $25 pet fee. We also had to leave a $100 deposit. We also asked about the breakfast that was on the site and were told they don’t do that. Only coffee and tea. There wasnt coffee ready until after 7 (they had said 6:30). Also our door didn’t work well at all.

For a last minute stay I have to say the room was great. It had a full size fridge and a small stove top with a sink. Very comfortable. The tv was small and super low. They also offer dishes if needed. Would recommend 👌

This hotel had a horrible smell, especially in the hallways. The room was not very clean, and had a very firm bed. The refrigerator was very loud, and there was so much loud construction noise all night, it kept me up. The front desk people were nice, but overall we were not happy, and wont stay here again.

Had a great stay. Very friendly service. Great price Probably going to stay there again next business trip. This is not the place if you're trying to impress your lady by bringing her to Las Vegas, but its great for avoiding the strip.

Reported and supposedly they came up to clean but tub is damaged and needs to be resurfaced and reglossed. In addition, the toilet seat, was broken. When you sit, you jiggle around. My elderly mother almost fell! Was also very odd that front desk rep said she couldn’t check me out and return my deposit until she checked my room. I’m 40 years old and have never had my room “checked” in order to leave and be checked out/get my deposit. Also false advertising with “free breakfast” when you only offer coffee and tea.

Key card didn't always work at the front door, street in front of the place was disgustingly busy, not a good place for walking dogs anywhere near it. It was more like a cheap apartment with permanent residents. Definitely would not recommend for anyone bringing pets who needs to walk their dogs.

Came for SEMA Show 2024 on a Thursday night. Outside sign you can tell used to say Extended Stay but a cover says Main Stay now. Room was subpar. Dirty clothes hangers with long hair hanging from hangers and closet hanger bar. Bath towels had dark stains here and there. Bed was creaky and sunken down barely a cushion. I was here for a week. It was very quiet and comfortable. If you are looking for quiet and a great nights rest, this is the hotel.

Liked pricing. I reserved a 2 queen bed reservation and had a detailed description with price. The receptionist said I only have a single bed reservation and would not give me the room I reserved without increasing the price.

The filthiest room I have ever been put in. Cleaned filth off the toilet seat before using, kitchenette visibly dirty, did not even use shower the place was so gross

Literally the most ghetto, crack head style hotel i have ever see . There’s no phone, no workers, no one at the front desk. Homless people sitting right by the entrance smoking and haning out all day. The room and actually entire hotel smells absolutely horrible. Our room wasnt even clean. The floors were sticky, there was garbage in the drawers, stains all over the walls. Would not recommend

Misleading. The bed was awful and i couldnt sleep. This hotel needs a major update. The room smelt musty. The cleaning was absolute bare minimum at best. Top of my list for the worst hotel ive ever stayed at.

Noise from planes taking off, and ambulances was high. Place has not been well maintained nor seen a good cleaning for some time. I wouldn’t say don’t stay there, but rather that it has limitations.

Grab & Go breakfast doesn't qualify as Breakfast included. This hotel is old, dirty and worn. You could see the spots on the carpet & house keeping left dirty towels in our room. There was no ice vending machine and the handicap button only opened 1 side. The only bright spots wwre the 2 women who greeted us that evening and that morning & the hotel was quiet and full of hard working people. Upgrades desperately needed and the prices need to stay the same because the surrounding neighborhood is not that appealing. Glad we only stayed 1 day.

There is no way that this room had been cleaned except the sheets and towels. There were crumbs everywhere. There was something resembling fecal matter on the floor between the two beds. There was something yellow on the bathroom counter. The room was supposed to be non-smoking as was the entire floor but the hallway reeked of someone currently smoking. The room smelled of old cigarettes and smoke.

The amount of parties and people congested in each room was unbearable. I checked in and checked out five minutes later And this hotel still charge me cancellation fee of $. and I had a handicap person with me planned to stay in the room. There is a case opened To receive the balance Of my cancellation charges. Completely mismanage this hotel needs to be audited by the health department and also by the corporation itself, and I will never recommend and never stay at this hotel chain again.

Neighborhood is not the greatest, the room was a solid 4/5 some stain around the hallways and carpet, but the bed was comfortable and the A/C was cold

Me gusto este lugar por que tiene cocina, refrigerador y microondas, muy limpio, solo se descompuso el aire acondicionado y fui al lovi para desirles y el tecnico no estaba disponible pero la recepcionista y los de ahi fueron muy amables y me cambiaron el cuarto por uno mucho mejor, tambien pedi una cafetera para cafe y me la intalaron y me dejaron el cafe y las tazas muy amables, 100 % recomendado, el hotel es viejito pero tiene lo necesario a precio muy economico,

Actually we just got the key and opened the room and smell was very bad in the room. We immediately informed to the front end office and cancelled the room because of uncleanable room and bath room.

THIS HOTEL ADVERTISED THAT HAD A POOL AND IT DOESN'T please dont lie to your guests we checked out early because of this

I stayed 2 nights on separate dates within the same week and the first time we checked it during the day and the lady that checked us in was super friendly. In the other hand when we checked in last night nobody would answer the lobby door, phones or anything. After half hour a guest let us in the lobby to check in. We then waited 10 minutes and nothing. I was on the phone with Extended Stay and they couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the hotel either. The young female employee finally came out of a guest room close to the lobby, did not apologize whatsoever and looked at us like we were an inconvenience. Mind you it was 2 tired senior citizens staying with me and it it was around 9:30 PM so not too late in the night. I will not be staying here again even though it was convenient to be across the street from the hospital.

It was dirty inside and grounds, trash everywhere they had no kitchen utensils or dishes, no maid service without extra charge. Very disappointing.

The kitchen and bathroom are dated and run down. Hallway carpet was dirty and trash not picked up. The bed sheets were clean.

The room was filthy. It had not been cleaned properly after previous guests. There were empty whiskey bottles in the cupboard and live cockroaches on the counter top the webt in every direction when we turned the lights on. We didn't eat the free breakfast the following morning because of it. We wouldn't have stayed but had already paid online, driven 12 hours. It was late and we were exhausted.

Comfortable place to crash for a couple nights. Staff was very helpful with check-in process and getting us a room despite arriving past their designated check in time for no-show. Two-stars because staff was not at all lenient during check out and caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety and panic banging on our door for the entire 20-30 minutes it took us to pack after waking us up. We were trying to extend our stay during those minutes and were told everything was booked up and unfortunately that only made them look worse because if they really were that booked up then there should be no reason for them to target our room and essentially threaten to kick us out when there was evidently plenty of other rooms for them to clean and prepare if they truly had a full house. Can’t help but wonder if it was because they figured out we were a gay couple and I’d hate for that to be the case but the way we were treated at check out was unnecessarily aggressive and rude and its a shame because we would have given a good review otherwise

I appreciate the receptionist who welcome us very late. However, many strictly conditions. No cleaning room when living under 14 days (as the cleaner told me). Smart key not working many many times. Old structure and furniture. Bathtub couldn't keep water inside. Extra $25 fee plus tax(?) for pet without notice on app or in beginning. Not included pool as app details.

Thought it was closer to strip. If you rent a car it's fine but you will need uber or bus if not. It is in a shady area. Lot of homeless people and not clean looking. Although our room was clean.

I wouldn’t recommend this property there was also no pool at the location to be found. To selling points where the breakfast and pool we didn’t wanna stay at the casino to avoid mustiness but this establishment was sticky and musty all over. I’ve been to motels that feel exactly like this not worth the stay. They lie about the amenities.

They don't provide you any paper towels, sponges for the kitchen, you have to ask the front desk for every single kitchen utensil. I brought my own cast iron pan to cook on and they don't provide spatulas. Not all extended stays are like this. I've stayed at some where you tell them you would like some kitchen accessories and they provide you with the whole tub of everything you might need. I am aware that this is Vegas and that in general people are going to make things dirty and gross there but regardless of how fast people make your carpets dirty you need to have them cleaned. I had to wear flip-flops in my room the entire stay. And the bottom of my flip-flops are white rubber and they were gray from how dirty my room floor was from walking through the sidewalk and hallway carpet. I also had to use my own wipes to clean the switches and the plates on the walls. This place is not much different than a lot of the other hotels around Vegas that I've been to. If you just need a place to sleep I didn't have any bad experiences in that regard. I just cranked the AC down and put on my sound machine. There is a lot of dogs in this hotel and a lot of barking. The owners don't care about waking you up.

Not the best hotel to stay at. The location is in a sketchy part of town. You can’t get to the front desk unless you push the access button for wheel chair. One of the elevators was stuck and wouldn’t open on the second floor. Front desk lady there didn’t care if I was there. The air conditioning unit is really loud and shakes . Don’t be fooled when they advertised ‘ free breakfast’. It’s really packaged pastries and coffee. There’s no front desk person early morning.

The hotel was pet friendly which was the only plus. But there was dog feces everywhere in the grass areas, it’s like the grounds are not cleaned by workers or hotel guest with pets. The room smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, the bathroom floor had a water puddle, and the tub faucet ran the entire time. The drawer of the night stand was full of previous hotel guest trash/personal belongings. Extremely disgusting. Definitely not worth the $150 we paid for 1 night.

They were having a maintenance issue when I was there causing the fire alarms in the hallways to beep which I could hear in my room, they were trying to get it fixed. I didn't care for the fact that I had to request a coffee maker for my room (or dishes or pots). And that their "breakfast included" was a small, prepackaged muffin and coffee or hot water for tea... not even a hot cocoa option. However, the staff I did come in contact with were pleasant and professional.

Poor service. Light bulbs out, couldn’t get a hot shower, the kitchen faucet leaked, elevator was dirty….

Lots of available parking if driving a rental car and the city bus runs right next to the property. A couple of food places are near by and hospital directly across the highway.

Staff was a little rude, a lot of drug activity going on. Also, a lot of noise in the evening leading up to the early morning sound like kids running around above. My head continues throughout the night. Had to catch a flight back to Detroit in the early morning. I will not stay here again.
