    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. My room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

    When we originally arrived, we were given a room that reaked of piss with visible stains on the carpets. The bathroom was dirty and I was honestly baffled at first when we entered thinking “oh god do we really have to sleep in here?” Thankfully they switched us into a new room, but that honestly made us doubt how clean the hotel was. New room was much better, if that was our original experience I would have rated it higher.

    Room was discuss, bed was comfy, it became a little too cold at night, shower was nice but needs to be upgraded, should be a light above the mirror as you enter, it was quiet indoors but noisy outdoors, maybe windows are too thin, views are nice and it's very reasonably priced, we'll stay again next time.     Woke up in the middle of the night to find a bug crawling on the pillow. Pulled off he sheets to see bed bugs. We left immediately. Spoke with management and was told we would be refunded. When I called the next day they had no record of it even though we showed pics. Sent an email with a photo and never heard backs it was a nightmare and they don’t care. Do not recommend!

    I have videos and photos showing exactly how upset and aggressive her attitude was from the very beginning. At no point did she try to be helpful or handle the situation professionally. What made it even worse was that after being treated so poorly, the moment I finally reacted, she tried to turn it around and say that I had an attitude, when her behavior is what created the entire situation from the start. The hotel itself is also extremely disappointing — dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected. The entire property feels rundown and uncared for. Nothing looks like the photos online, and it honestly feels like management has completely stopped caring about the condition of the place. It’s unbelievable how badly this place ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. Between the terrible customer service and the condition of the hotel, this has easily been one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I would absolutely never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

    It was a pretty good hotel the breakfast was good. They had bagels, muffins and orange juice. The pool was warm and peaceful at times, but blame the crowd and noise due to EDC weekend. The room had a distinct smell that we couldn’t describe the entire time while there. Overall, the beds were clean and comfortable they had a microwave and fridge in the room which was very convenient

    Surrounded area had shopping center many restaurants easy access to freeway. Outseide Property was clean though. We did arrive for Breakfast at 10 min. Til 9:00 a.m. Breakfast hours are posted Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. I arrived to Breakfast at 10 min. To 9:00 after serving ourselves. My wife wanted a cup of Hot water for her oatmeal as i approached there kitchen staff i asked for a cup of water. The Breakfast lady then pointed her finger at the Hours of operation i was shocked then I replied mamm it's not even 10 after 9. She then rudely pointed in the direction of the hot water. After finishing our Breakfast i approached the front desk to report my concerns but to be given excuses of a language barrier the lady was hispanic as I am also. The excuses then proceeded with it was hard to believe since she's the nicest lady on there staff. So I proceeded to leave. The next Morning I decided to skip breakfast due to our previous day experience. My reason to come down to the front desk was to ask for a few extra towels. The lady at the desk returned with the oldest set of towels faded blue pink and a dingy white color. I was very dusty satisfied but proceeded to return to my to shower to see our tub was plugged. I then returned to the front desk to show photos when an ugly confrontation with the front desk lady where profanity was used during the argument when I felt offended by her words she then denied it and proceeded to tell me I had to leave the property. Here is the proof of towels and clogged tub.

    Our room was gross. It had old laundry stuffed behind our garbage can and hair in our shower/bathroom. The hot tub was foggy and dingy so we did not dare get in it. We’ve stayed at La Quintas before but this one is not one we recommend.

    The breakfast was ok. I didn’t realize it was next to I-11 so it was pretty loud at night. Something to be aware of. One thing I was frustrated with was I put hand towels on the floor due to them being dirty and they wouldn’t give me new towels and kept hanging the same dirty ones up again which was gross.

    Would not give me more than 3 towels for a family of four without a trade in towel. Was unable to check in until 3:45 because rooms were not clean.     we enjoyed our stay over all. the staff can do a better job of acknowledging and greeting guests. maid on 4th floor, was watching and listening to cell set up on counter and no response after we greeted her good morning! pillows were flat, bed was firm and uncomfortable but the tv was nice. the elevators are rough riding and the door track was dirty..we would stay again because it's near our family and reasonable rates!

    The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay, which I appreciated. However, the room felt outdated and not very clean. The bathtub looked either dirty or heavily stained, and the sheets appeared very old. The gym also had some issues, the air conditioning was broken and only a fan was available, which made it uncomfortable to use. The water in the gym was empty for quite a while before someone replaced the gallon, and the dispenser itself could use an update. Overall, the staff was kind, but the property could really benefit from better maintenance and updates.

    Friendly service, convenient location for a big soccer tournament. Hotel is in pretty rough shape physically. Rooms are pretty run down. As long as you know what to expect coming in, you won’t be disappointed. It was quiet and there seemed to be plenty of help if needed so that was a plus.

    The room was clean and check in was simple. The only reason I knocked it down one was that I called at 11:13am to request early check in. It was very noisy in the back ground so I could barely hear the female worker on the phone. She then proceeded to sound very irritated with me and put me on hold after numerous questions to only come back and ask the same questions again and tell me to call back later. It felt unprofessional and made me feel like I was burdening her.

    The beds are not comfortable. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. One bed is only a double. The other bed has a queen mattress on top of a double size platform. Inside the room looks old and dingy. The bathroom doors have pulls for kitchen cabinets. There is no bathroom fan. The breakfast was very bad. The food they serve tasted very low quality, GMO type. They use styrofoam plates and bowls. I have a small dog & was charged a daily dog fee but the dog waste bag dispenser was always empty. The cleaning people were unfriendly. Although the front desk people were very pleasant and helpful.

    We had no heater in the room. All rooms were full so they couldn’t put us anywhere. They didn’t offer a discount or anything we had to ask for extra blankets so needless to say we didn’t sleep in the other room. It had a heater but no thermostat so it was 100° in that room and that person could not sleep and that triggered their dementia. So absolutely horrible. Would never stay there again.

    There were about 6 people that I could see running the whole hotel, which could be the biggest problem. They were all working very hard and they were extremely helpful and friendly. However, on first notice, was there was a hair clip under the sink area in the bathroom. No vacuuming done lately. I had paid extra to bring our puppy along and he had made a small mess so I grabbed a towel to clean the floor. More than puppy mess came up! It looked as if this floor had never been mopped! Disgusting filth. It made me wish I hadn’t taken a shower in the bathroom. And I wondered about the linens. I will probably not be returning.

    The sink was filthy and there is black mold in the bathroom. The property looks worn out. It’s not being cleaned properly. Dust and grime everywhere. Even the headboard and the elevator was filthy.

    I cleaned the drain area under the long metal plate in the shower as the shower wouldn’t drain… it was disgusting. There was mildew all Over around the shower. The bathroom in general needs an actual cleaning. Front desk staff was kind enough. The elevator by the front desk broke on our first night there and remained broken as per the cone and sign that remained through our stay. The elevator next to our room at the end of the hallway worked the whole time so we enjoyed that…. The hotel smelled of marijuana every evening. Seems strand as I had to sign a contract stating I wouldn’t smoke in my room or be fined yet the hotel was lit up every night. We had stayed at this hotel a few years back and it was a much better experience. If this is the new la Quinta then the rates should be much much lower as this was only a step above a motel 6.

    They have two elevators and long way between. I had a suite which I thought I never mind. The furniture needs to be refurnished because the cushions on the chair and loveseat was flat. Very uncomfortable. Bed needed dusting but the bed was very comfy and I liked the pillows. Need to check carpets that are visible to us need to be clean of dust and buildup. I have pic’s

    I picked this hotel because it had a hot tub and parking. I have arthritic knees and needed one for all the walking on the strip but when we got there, the hot tub was broken and not available. Some of the entry doors on the sides and ends were unlocked 24-7 which is a safety concern as was one of the doors to enter the pool not working. We had 2 rooms, one had a leaking pipe in the ceiling and both had slow/clogged drains in the bathroom, but aside from those, the stay was pleasant the and rooms were nice. Need more places to set soap and shampoo in the shower. Only 1 little tray to hold soap and nowhere to put shampoo. Maybe needs a hanging shower cady.

    the location was fine. We wanted to use the pool but it was dirty had a lot of debris. No hair dryer or lock in restroom. A little outdated, we had a hard time opening our room door, the keypad would not take our card we had to jiggle it a few times for it to work each time and the handle was also hard to open.     The staff was super friendly and tried to help out the best they could. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the TV box was missing. They replaced a TV box and gave us a van of air freshener to get ride of the smoke smell. It didn't work there was a cigarette burn mark on the carpet. The staff helped with coupons for a local restaurant. I wa impressed with the staff but the cleaning was terrible. I was outside with my dog and someone walked up packing his luggage. He showed a video from his room where there was knife marks on the furniture and blood stains and something else. We tried to get ride of the smell but no avail. It affected my COPD. Please make sure housekeeping does a better job.

    The staff on front desk was friendly. Clean budget hotel. Limited breakfast options and street to entrance difficult to see. Forms a cul-d-sac. Getting back on the main street can be a challenge.

    I loved this hotel. It was easy for me to early check in they had rooms ready and cleaned. I loved the shops less than 10 mins away like Walmart and in-n-out haha. Also breakfast the next morning was Amazing.

    The biggest disappointment was that the pool was closed — something we weren’t informed about until after checking in. We specifically chose this hotel because of the pool, and had we known it was unavailable, we likely would have booked somewhere else. Additionally, one of the exterior access doors was broken, making it inconvenient to get to our room. A smoke detector in a nearby room also chirped nonstop for the duration of our stay, which made it hard to relax, especially at night. We appreciated that the basics were covered, but the lack of communication and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

    The jacuzzi wasn’t open and the air conditioning in the fitness room was broken (90 degrees!). The a/c unit in my first room rattled and was super noisy. The front desk quickly and kindly moved to another room close by. She also offered to give me a discount due to the amenities not working. The 2nd room a/c was much better but the bathtub was chipped and not very clean. There were bite marks (from dogs) chewing on the bathroom counter.

    Was very unhappy with this property. I stay at la quintas often, this ones hot water wasn't working, the pool and hot tub was drained which really upset me since i was picking up my son and i planned on letting him swim. There was no notification about the pool. Tried to call the front desk in the morning about the hot water and find out breakfast times phone didn't work. So called from cell phone put on hold and never returned to the call. Had to have someone go down and the front desk looked like she couldn't be bothered or didn't like her job. Never had this experience at any other of their properties.

    This hotel was absolutely filthy. Our room, specifically the bathroom looked untouched as far as cleaning goes. One of our pillows had what appeared to be a fresh blood stain on it. The hallways were filled with trash from other guests. No air conditioning in the hallways. Barking dogs on our floor. Only one elevator and it was extremely slow. The pool was out of order. We checked at after 3 hours and went to a different hotel. Staff was very understanding about our decision to leave and approved our refund- just about the only positive. My advice: spend a little extra money and stay somewhere cleaner & nicer.

    Horrible stay: the only king room available for dogs was next to a section eight voucher room with four toddlers and a baby and 3 adults. They left their dirty laundry next to our door along with their trash with 48 hours of arguing and toddlers screaming.

    The elevators were a little bit sketchy sometimes and were rundown, but everything worked appropriately. There was a hole in the downstairs first floor ceiling in the hallway with a major water spot underneath it that could have been molding, but I saw no evidence of any issues in the room with that. We also had one towel in our room that did not have a good smell and still have the appearance of having dried blood on it but everything else in the room was well taken care of and maintained. We lived the dog relief areas.

    Many areas of disrepair and were dirty. Description of property does not match the reality. It was dirty is many places and lots of damaged areas. Was charged parking fee 10.00 day, when it clearly states free parking. Bed was comfortable. Towels were thick and soft. Typical breakfast as expected, but nothing spectacular.

    We spent a week there, pool-out of commission, the bathroom doors were absolutely disgusting covered in-Lord only knows, we didn’t have TV for 3 days, and I was recovering from surgery, so we spent all of those days without!!! Maid Service didn’t even attempt to get anything for us, or even ask if we needed anything!! Neither did the Young Girls at the desk. (which were very rude and acted annoyed when my Son would have to go up to ask for towels, washcloths, etc. Believe me Ladies, it wasn’t an inconvenience to you for him to have to come get Everything that the maids should have been dropping off daily!!

    The room was nice and clean but the room keys would not work more than one time. Upon each time going back to front desk to re-magnetize the card to the room, it would work one time and fail each time after. Many had same problem and we were all waiting in line for our cards to be redone and nobody was at the desk for a while so we had to all wait to get back into our rooms

    The room on the other hand was unsanitary. Walked into room and was hit with the smell of mold. Furniture in setting area was stained tattered and dirty. Blood on walls and chair. Bathroom had mold and was not clean. There was no way we could stay there due to the mold as I was having a severe reaction and was nauseous. Expedia contacted the hotel and we were provided a full refund and made reservation at another hotel outside of Expedia.

    Main floor bathroom was without tissue and toilet paper. Soap was someone elses bar and not a dispenser. The temperature in the workout room was 85 degrees ( the outside temp at that time was only 75). The shower floor was filthy and stained. The rest of the room was fine. Breakfast included zero protein. Wouldn’t stay there again.

    The door handle was questionable. The handle flopped down and had to be “reset” in order to gain entry into the room. The security latch metal plate was barely attached to the door. It seems like it’s a known issue as it looked like there had been work done on the door. The room…spacious and that was nice. But everything was nicked or dirty or repaired. The doors and walls need to be cleaned. And the furniture. Ewwww. I’ve seen better cleaner chairs for free on the side of the road. The yellow chair was gross…it has stains and dirt and is frayed. Pretty sure there was two dried up blood spots on the arm. The couch was a bit better, but still I covered the seating part with towels. I was unwilling to walk barefoot anywhere in the room. The area around the hotel needed some picking up as well….and cleaning. These issues aren’t daily cleaning issues but long term use issues. The location is ok. But to be honest I don’t think I’d stay here again unless I knew it had been renovated or something. It just felt unclean and gross.

    Front desk clerk was very unfriendly, and extremely rude. I explained I chose because of location and they had a hot tub. When I was checking in , she told me it (hot tub) was unfortunately under repair indefinitely, then offered no solution as far as customer service. Only a horrible attitude. What ever happened to customer service? I am still waiting on a refund.

    The paint that's been peeling in the elevator for some time now. The smell in the hallways and room need improvement. Maybe reglaze the tub.....i didn't take a shower or bath due to the condition. I went to a friends hotel to bathe. The 1st floor amazing, looked good and smelled good. Staff AMAZING!

    Never again… this place was not very clean. The bigger problem was that they didn’t have a room ready at check in and it would only be 30 min wait. After an hour they still didn’t have a room ready and when I said I’d be at the pool, they surprised me by telling me that the pool was down for maintenance. That was the last straw. I had to cancel and go next door to the Hampton Inn.
