After a two-week road trip, the Hyatt was the perfect last stop before returning home. We loved the noon check out time and the breakfast was very good.

Room was very clean. the room was very nice and everything seemed new. Free parking, for Vegas is a plus. Overall great stay. I plan to make this my go to hotel when in Vegas.

The location, services and the beds and pillows are comfortable Nothing

They went above and beyond. Our grandkids were with us and we had a 7 am flight. The front desk put two beautiful breakfast to go bags together for them.

Very clean, great staff, loved the complimentary breakfast. I’ve stayed at this hotel before. It’s my go-to whenever I’m in Vegas. It’s not on the strip but it’s close enough to get there quickly.

The hotel is perfectly situated, with convenient access to the highway and the casino. A special shoutout to the staff incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, an amazing experience beautiful property, excellent ambiance, outstanding location, and definitely a place I would return to!

The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly / room was very nice - we loved it / pool & spa were clean and pleasant / noon checkout time is great (even though we did have to leave much earlier) Nothing to complain about whatsoever!

Yes, breakfast was good and always fresh. I was not happy that breakfast closes at 9:00 AM on weekdays. I'm sure it's great for business people, but not good for people who just want to relax. We had to go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast.

The hotel was modern, comfortable and the rooms are a nice size. I appreciated the quieter location away from the chaos of the Strip and just south of the airport. There is a pool and lovely sitting areas in the lobby. Nothing-

We had a very late check-in and sent a message to say we would be in after midnight. We got an answer back confirming. Everything was excellent and we really appreciated the noon checkout. There is nothing to dislike about this property.

If the hotel had contacted us prior to arrival, I would have booked elsewhere. My son is 6’4” and cannot sleep on a pull-out couch, which is where I am currently writing this review from. I am nearly 50 and have a cervical spine injury (C3/C4), yet I am now the one sleeping on the pull-out. At check-in, the front desk attempted to justify the change by pointing out that the room has a “kitchen,” which consists only of a mini-fridge and microwave. We are staying one night and did not need a kitchen—we needed two beds. The most frustrating part of this experience is the lack of advance notice. This change was made without our consent, leaving us with no opportunity to make alternate arrangements. We were also informed the change was made due to us booking through hotel.com, a third party. My recommendation is to call ahead (day of) at this hotel to ensure you have the correct room.

Very clean! Safe area, locked entrances, staff very generous and helpful. If you need to check out at noon but your flight leaves later and you would like to go out for the day they will store your luggage! Amazing continental/breakfast buffet style. The breakfast time could be extended till 10am instead of 9am and the pool could stay open until 11 or 12. Considering the hot weather it was nice to sit out there and swim at night. However they are out there at 10pm telling you it’s closed.

The staff was great, attentive and knowledgeable in all areas of the hotel and property My Heating unit needed to be fixed almost every day of my stay.

Sister ate breakfast everyday and said it was delicious. Also had lunch and dinner prepared by staff. Loved the Mock Sirley Temple they prepared for her. the only thing that I did not like was the office chair in room. Arms did not adjust.

The person who checked me in was great!! Super helpful. I cannot praise him enough. The room was clean and quiet. I love the walk-in shower. Tubs are disgusting so thankful there wasnt one. Breakfast was great as well and easy check out.

What a great surprise after a long day of driving! We found the Hyatt House Silverton on the Hotels.com app and are so glad that we chose to stay there. Not only was the hotel new, clean, and well-appointed, all of the staff was super friendly. It’s just off the freeway, but not so close that it feels like a travel hotel. It’s definitely going to be our go-to hotel when we travel through Las Vegas.

The nicest staff in Vegas, maybe anywhere? Truly, such sweet, thoughtful people. My boyfriend and I travel to Vegas often and don’t care to stay on the strip, especially with our dog. Hyatt Silverton is always our spot, and walking in is like walking into a family home. Everyone remembers us and treats us with such kindness, as well as our dog— he is always so happy to see them and they him. We wind up spending so much time at the lobby bar just to hang out with the staff haha. Can’t recommend enough.

The Hyatt Place Silverton was a good choice for us because we were just staying one night because of departing to the airport the next morning. Prices were good. No resort fee and no parking fee.

My only issue in this property was the wi fi connection didn’t work in my room, and I think they should install better showers running water with more pressure, hotel is clean, new, very friendly stuff, and nice breakfast.

As a big stickler for cleanliness, I have to give this hotel 5 stars. The room was spacious, clean, modern and up to date, bathroom was spotless and up to date. Staff were cleaning daily and very easy to access. Customer service was excellent, complimentary breakfast was very good and nice variety. I will definitely return to this hotel when I visit Las Vegas in the future. I highly recommend.

It exceeded all my expectations. Nice location, awesome bed, yummy breakfast and everything I wanted.

I kept having to change my key card. Service was good rooms were smaller than they seemed in the picture.Janet the supervisor of Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was good, but not organized well. You don't put plates, forks and spoons right next to the hot food. They should be at the start of the line the toaster should be where the bread and bagels are.

Our room smelled liked cigarette. Contacted the front desk and they weren’t able to compensate our inconvenience. They switched our room but it was a downgrade from what we paid for. We were inconvenienced by having to change rooms. It would have been nice if management would have comped us a room for future stay. Apologies are nice but it doesn’t fix the problem after traveling and wanting to check in to a nice room to relax but to be disappointed with a cigarette smelly room.

Every time I’m in town to check on my rental properties I stay here, it’s off the strip but still so close to many options—and the hotel is clean, staff very hospitable and friendly, and the free breakfast is a plus. My husband and I joke about the real reason we stay here, their breakfast oatmeal is the best hand down!

It’s in a quiet and safe area. Perfect location for us, everything was 10 minutes away, to Henderson, Enterprise, the strip etc… Many great options for food and everything is close by. Most importantly it’s very clean, we were really happy with the cleanliness.

The room air/heat unit was very noisy, also the outside highway and freeway noise was very bothersome. It sounded as if a window was open. I wasn’t sure if the noise came into the room through the windows or A/C vent.

The staff here was amazing- from checking in to departing. Front office mgr Grayson Southard was just super pleasant to work with and helped us will all our needs to make this trip very comfortable. Definitely worth every part of our stay.

Hotel met all my expectations for a clean comfortable environment, comfortable room, good breakfast, and a competitive price.

Front desk manager allowed an unauthorized person to walk into the hotel, access the elevators and my room without permission. I told them the person was unauthorized and stole a key but the front desk manager walked the person through the hotel and to my room for the unauthorized access. Im still accounting for what is missing

Excellent stay at the Hyatt Place in Las Vegas. Clean and comfortable rooms, staff were incredible, breakfast every morning was excellent. Plenty of free parking and free wifi....but the best benefit is the hotel is 100% smoke free AND ZERO resort fee.

If you don't like staying in a casino hotel while in Vegas, this is the place to be. Easy access to freeways I-15 & 215. Ample Free parking, and waking distance to Silverton Casino if you need to gamble. Good free breakfast. Relatively new hotel so no maintenance issues.
