Pleasant experience overall

Completely disgusted with this hotel. The entry is deceiving, but as soon as you go towards the rooms it felt as if I was in a scene from the American Horror Story. The walls were dirty, the siding was falling off, the floor in the hallways literally felt mushy along with a pungent musky smell. The room was the size of a tuna can and from the decor to the fire sprinklers I don’t know when the last time this hotel was updated. Our children wanted to leave right away and described the smell as wet dog. When I checked out an hour after checking in the staff didn’t even question why I was not staying the night. I booked at Home2Suites immediately going to dinner and was out of there as soon as we were done.

It was a very clean facility , staff was friendly and breakfast was very pleasant My brother had booked couple days before us however the pool wasn’t working he had to get another hotel by the time we were heading to our stay we called the hotel and was assured pool would be working however it was not so we had to pay day passes at another hotel to get pool access , pool was back up the day of our check out day

Breakfast was crazy busy with tons of people and no room for the family to sit. The rooms are okay not huge not small but will do. The staff where very friendly and able to help even when there was an issue through my booking agency they did all they could and fixed it for me. There is a lot of homeless in the area just outside of the parking areas. $20 for parking was a bit irritating when I was not told there was a fee for parking as well.

Check in was at 3:00PM. We arrived around 3:45PM. There were no clean rooms available. We could not get into our room to change for our reservations at a show. I was told that they would call me when the room was ready. It did not happen. We got back to the hotel around 10:45PM. We had already checked in and paid. We were told to just pick up our keys. We got our room and it was not what I had reserved. It did not have a roll-in shower. It had a tub and the sink was outside in the bedroom. Not convenient at all. The breakfast food was either old or too greasy.

The staff tried. The room was weirdly put together in terms of the sink being outside the bathroom, but the biggest issue was cleanliness. We found masks and a variety of hairs multiple times, and our bath clearly was not restocked even after cleaning. Disappointing stay, although the front desk staff did try to be helpful, you can’t really fix dirty.

Dusty dirty around the refrigerator... a splatter around the toilet, and carpet needs cleaned or replaced.. also the security lock was broken and didn't provide an extra layer of security... i should have taken pictures but we were ther for a funeral... we weren't thinking about it.

My daughter and I were very happy with our stay at Hyatt Place on Paradise Road near the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. It seemed newly remodeled. It was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet, and it included a free breakfast in the lobby area. We were surprised at how quiet it was at the hotel, given its proximity to the airport. I turned on the auto fan (just in case), which made white noise, and slept like a baby! We would be happy to stay there again if we return to Vegas! :)

We arrived at 4:30 pm and had to wait 15 minutes for a room to be available. When we did get to our room there were pretzels on the floor when we walked in. The tv was in a weird place and made watching it awkward. The sink would gurgle whenever you flushed the toilet. It could’ve been worse but definitely could’ve been better.

Location was very good for RTC transfer also 35 mins walking to planet Hollywood. A night deposit is taken out upon check in and parking is $20 per night. There is an excellent pizza place across the street. Breakfast is great with variety. Overall a good experience

Additionally, he seemed unfamiliar with how online reservations work. Despite our repeated clarification that we had booked two rooms, he insisted there was only one. After making us wait about 15 minutes, he finally located the second reservation. Overall, the staff’s behavior left a very poor impression.

Nice stay and really ideal for families because it had two beds and a hide a bed. The breakfast was good overall but the eggs were powered eggs so they were not good. But they still had a nice selection of breakfast items. Overall I would stay here again.

Good rooms overall, clean. Pool was a bit cold and not super well-kept, and the breakfast kept running out of food and seats so it wasn't very convenient. Also, I thought that I read somewhere that they had an airport shuttle, but they do not, so I was a little disappointed. However, desk staff were amazing and super helpful with everything that we asked. I would stay here again!

This was a nice hotel, just a quick Uber ride to/from the airport and the strip. It was a good value for the price, especially for our particular short visit. We thought there was hotel bar and we were told it will be open soon, but we really didn't need it anyway. We just thought it was mentioned in the hotel description. The room was clean, spacious and fine for our needs.

Very basic hotel. We thought we were staying at the other Hyatt Place in Silverado Ranch, but during check in, they told us we were booked at the Hyatt Place location by the airport! That was NOT the area we wanted to stay in! We were forced to have to stay at that ugly location with the run down facilities. I would have never spent that much money for this hotel! Good location, easy parking, friendly staff The hotel is dated and rooms falling apart. The toilet leaked (and took multiple calls to reception over 2 days to be fixed), parts of the room not clean, breakfast very average. No running water at all one morning!

The breakfast situation wasn't great. The breakfast buffet was nice but the space didn't accommodate how many people wanted to eat. And when the hotel creates a line for breakfast, it means that people need to wait to even enter the room. Other hotels allow you to mill around the breakfast space, picking what you want. Will this not work there?

We had good time, breakfast food was very good, place is clean, and personnel is courteous. We liked the fact of having free parking and being close to the strip at a reasonable price.

I went out and came back to find that the room hadn't been cleaned. The Wi-Fi is very slow. Breakfast service is slow, the line is too long, and there is no common toast or bagels at all. There were bugs in the room, and the bathtub drains poorly so the water doesn't go down well.

The worst Hyatt Place. I stayed many Hyatt place in many different states and cities. This one is the worse one. Too old, not clean, small room, low quality, and the place looks not safe at night time.

When we check in, they told me breakfast was 7:00 am to 11:00 am. We went at 10:20 it was no food and I had kids with me. We had to spend money eating somewhere else.

My shower made this high pitch noise whenever I used the hot water. The TV was placed in a very awkward place for me and my friend to watch.

The only good thing from this facility was the fact that it was close to the Thomas Mack Center where I was to attend a very important ceremony. Where do I begin... I am going to let you all know right now. This hotel is not a casino, exclusive resort, or anything remotely close. PLEASE BE ADVISED... This place had the audacity, nerve, and gall to CHARGE FOR PARKING... $20 DOLLARS/DAY. Now I undertand that this is Las Vegas, however, nowhere that I saw prior to booking did it say I was to be paying for parking. Had I known this, I would have avoided renting a vehicle and saved myself a significant amount of money. The area where this is located is not on the strip, it is removed (hence the reason I chose it). The individual at the counter notified me of this at the time I was cheching in. I was surprised and well, in good old tired customer service delivery, the individual just served attitude. The employee is not the hotel owner, which I also get, however, rudeness does not help when the customer is now in a position where they have to fork out more money for a hotel that leaves a lot to be desired. It is not my problem that parking has to be monitored (seems people who are not staying there tend to try and use the lot), and their approach to mitigate it is to charge hotel guests. There should be parking provided with room reservation. Also, this parking is not valet, they offer that "service" separately, but it is not what I was being charged for. This hotel is not even a five star, yet it has the nerve to act as such. The room was adequate, nothing spectacular, sheets were of doubtful cleanliness, and the mattress was not sleep worthy. The back pain from how stiff it was is the souvenir I took. The towels had a slight smell to mildew, and the halls reeked of that plant that is not tobacco (not sure I can write it on here). Won't even entertain giving input to their "breakfast" offering as it was food and nothing more. Mediocre stay, and well nothing will be done of this, the only satisfaction I can now take is informing others of this hotel's operation and service delivery.

Felt at home. Tbe hotel was full yet we had alot of space to enjoy our stay. Staff profesional and available to assit at alktimes. Highly recommend

Hotel staff were nice and friendly. The hotel lobby really needs to not smell like covered up cigarettes. You will hear the airplanes since you’re close to airport area where planes begin to make their descent. Breakfast buffet was okay but much appreciated. Beds are a little firm and pillows where not great.

Staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms felt like other Hyatt's. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Breakfast was free and hot every morning.

The beds were comfortable, if a bit small. The pull out bed was bearable. The pool was fantastic. The location was excellent for easily accessing the Strip and parking was easy and reasonably safe and well lit. The breakfast was fantastic, however be sure to double check the time it is served. Alex, who checked us in on a Sunday, informed us breakfast was until 10:00am, but as the next day was Monday it was actually only until 9:00 and all but one of our party missed breakfast because of this. It is posted, but who reads the signs posted by the cafeteria when checking in? This was a huge disappointment as the complementary breakfast was a deciding factor in selecting this location. However, there is a Dunkin Donuts right across the street if you suffer the same fate.

My family and I were displaced after our reservation was unexpectedly canceled, despite being reassured before traveling that we could update our payment method at the hotel. It was a “pay at the property” reservation. This incident set off a chain of misfortunes. SMH.

Although I had paid through hotels.com, Hyatt took the liberty of charging the room under my credit card as well (which was supposed to be for incidentals). Therefore double charging me for my stay. After having to clarify with the staff, manager, and hotels.com, they told me they would refund the second charge (I’m currently still waiting for the refund). However, they added another $30 incidental charge on my checkout day due to “systems error” per their manager.

Extremely over priced for what you get. We paid $500 for 2 nights for a very basic room. On top of that they charge $20 a night parking, which was only disclosed after it was too late to cancel the room. The beds were kind of gross and there was a used bandaid stuck to the wall above our headboard, so clearly the rooms aren't cleaned that well. Insane for the price we paid. The breakfast is pretty basic especially compared to other spots we've stayed in the past. We only booked here due to it's location to the Mack, but we will stay somewhere else next time we're in vegas. The only bright spot was the staff was really friendly, but friendly isnt worth $600.

Great location near UNLV and the airport. Roos are great size and the staff especially Deanne were awesome. Breakfast is free and good but this year they didn’t change the menu daily like in the past.

Quick check in and check out. Free breakfast is good. Quiet hotel and a nice break from the bright lights and casino noise.

Everything was ok. Except for breakfast. I know they serve complimentary breakfast, but I did not expect they would serve the exact same thing every day. We were there for 4 days and it would have been nice to wake up to something different. By the 3rd day my family was done with eating there, so we went elsewhere. Had to spend additional $$$ I was not counting on. This is the only Hyatt I have stayed in that does not change breakfast daily. Will not be staying here again if I need to stay for more than one day.

I really like this place is clean, safe, the staff really friendly. The breakfast is complete the employee Silvia was friendly she cleaned my table and we had a great talked .

I requested housekeeping for all the days and my room did not get cleaned at all, I called the front desk 3 times and they kept on saying who did you talk to it, ok will do it Tomorrow and it never happened, they never apologized. The breakfast was very basic, the hotel was at full capacity and they were unable to keep up with the food, to the point where they only have cereal and bread available for long periods. The property was dirty and very noisy.

We would not stay here again. After checking in, we wanted to check out. The hotel is in an area with several unhoused individuals. It looked like shady activity was occurring a couple blocks from the hotel. We have lived in a major city and understand that sometimes these individuals can be unstable. We have young children who are not adapt on how to act in these situations. One woman was roaming the lobby shortly before the breakfast opened. We worried about our car overnight given the area. They don't seem to have security for the parking lot, but charge a fee to park ($20). Lots of signs that parking is at your own risk. The hotel interior corridors were dimly lit. It was odd and unsettling. The vent in the room was filthy. I took wipes to clean it. It also had peeling paint. The TV did not work well. It only had one kid channel, Cartoon Network. By the time we got to the room it had Adult Swim on. The shower took forever to get luke warm. It never got hot. The shower was out of shower gel, so the only soap was the bar soap they give for hand washing. The hotel was also very close to plane traffic, which actually didn't bother us. It may bother others though. The breakfast was okay. The one good thing was the beds were comfortable. I am unsure if the location was good or not. We did not want to be near the stip. We ended up being closer than we thought. Yet, we would not be close enough to walk to the strip.

The property was nice, no complaints.The location to everything I wanted to go to (The Strip and getting picked up by tour agencies) was 8 mins away in car, but 30 to 32 mins walk which forced us to spend a lot of money on Uber. Although I have no complaints about the hotel and the stay. Next time, I will just get a hotel at the Strip.

We only stayed one night, but enjoyed our stay. The area was busy and had some transients walking around but otherwise was fine. It is conveniently located near the strip with convenient stores nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

The room itself was fine, the roaches (2 that we saw in the restroom) were not.

PLEASE save your money and do not stay here. I have stayed at several Hyatt’s before and this location needs a lot of help. homeless, ANTS and urine smell is surrounding the property. I had to request a refund for the hotel because i was not about to have my family stay in that hotel. just to get a refund from the manager it took so much because he was refusing and his only solution was the check out the room before checking in? absolutely not! when staying at a HYATT you are thinking you’re staying at a clean and safe place. why would i check a room out before checking in ? All in all don’t stay here and stay at the Hyatt Silverton Village. Better and FRIENDLY staff, CLEAN, and SAFER!

Awesome stay with my family on memorial day weekend. Ricardo and the staff went above and beyond. I traveled with three other adults and two minors, we were able to book a spacious room. There was plenty of parking and Hofbraeuhaus just accross the parking lot. Gym was a bit small but clean. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating especially Brian at the front desk!! We were very pleased with our stay!!

The team were so friendly and helpful. They attend to the needs of their customers. Despite the difficulties and challenges they face in each customer, they remain calm and respectful.

Reserved and paid extra for room with king size bed and pullout couch... got room with two double beds instead. I was then told by front deak staff that room availability is dependant on "inventory" at the time of check in. Then why allow some to request a room type, and then have the audacity to charge more for it? I was told I would have to speak to the manager in the morning to discuss a refund for the premium cost of the king bed room, but we had an early flight out and the manager was not there when we checked out, so I guess I'm never going to see that refund.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient amenities the staff's attentiveness, the quality of the breakfasts was spot on!

Parking is not free. Building looks dirty. The TV did not have a good selection of options. The room was not modern and looked dated. Extra fees charged.

Great stay. Everything we needed for our group, including breakfast. Close to airport. Alex was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. He helped me with a complication at Checkin. Overall, it was a great stay. Not fancy, but met all our needs.

Overall it was good the only problem was on my first day theres no water. The hotel room was clean and the breakfast is also nice. thank you hyatt we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent sray and perfect location. Service was speedy and friendly. Roon was clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Free breakfast was good and effecient. Nice pool and perfect location. Price was unbeatable.

The beds were terrible and need to be replaced. You rolled to the center on 1 of them. The other bed was slanted to the right. The airplane departures were unexpected. Thanks for the free earplugs! The room and lobby was humid in April and had a slight older smell.

Excellent stay

Hotel was very nice. Staff was nice. There was yelling by the pool at 5am, and lots of noises from the airplanes. Other than that it was good.

Just a quick pit stop while driving back home. Easy parking, clean and comfortable room.

Food choices are great but not much going on in that area. Near airport if that is what you want
