We liked that it had a casino next door and the music and the customer service was great.

I didn’t use any amenities but the staff was helpful and the hotel was good for what you paid for.

if you are looking for something cheap this would be it. it is not in the best side of town. you also won't get good cell service. The bathtub in my room would not drain. so it had standing water. and i didn't even use the bath at all. i wanted a non smoking room. they put me in a smoking room. it was noisy at night.

Had a good time. Loved no resort fee and no pet fee or all the other charges the bigger hotels have. Very affordable and I was able to spend my extra money on my kids having a good time. Con : Beds could be bigger. But a good place to stay especially for the price.

We had a great time there. They were accommodating with my pet. The food was ok but it was far enough from the main part but very close it was like a 6 min to freemont and 10 from strip. Has a Casino and coffee Cafe and some cheap eats. I will definitely stay again. One con someone left their dogs in room all day and they barked constantly at every noise. Very annoying. But besides that had a good time.

I told the front desk that I wanted to cancel my reservation, but they still charged me. This is unacceptable. The room that was advertised online is different from what we witnessed in person. We specifically requested a Non Smoking room and yet we were placed in a Smoking room. I booked far in advance and the total for our stay was $880.00 plus the $50.00 for the deposit. I booked at The Strat on the same day and that did not cost me an arm and a leg. In fact, I only paid $530.00 for the same duration, but with way nicer rooms. This place has lost their mind charging $880.00 for a 3-day stay. I hope the Hotel Jefe staff sees this because ya'll ripped me off and ya'll did not even refund me my money after I told the front desk that I did not like my room.

The front desk staff was pleasant. The room was very basic but clean and quiet on a Tuesday night. The entrance felt dingy, the hallways smelled like smoke, and there were no extra amenities like a hair dryer or tissues. The shower had good temperature and pressure, but the shower head was strangely low on the wall. We were just traveling through and had no interest in the casino.

The room walls are very thin. Guy in the next room decided to start making business calls on speaker phone at 4 am. He never stopped. The walls were thin enough that he might as well been in our room. While his habits were not the fault of the hotel, the very thin walls are their issue. Front desk gave us a tokens for free coffee in the morning. We went to the bar to get that. While I am not fussy about coffee and believe any coffee will do, this coffee was awful. Either it was brewed a week ago and sat or there was something truly wrong with it. We delayed checkout to stopped back into the room to throw it out. I cannot remember EVER doing that to a cup of coffee before. If there were no other options, yes, I would stay there again. If there was another option within 100 miles or $100 price point, I would go elsewhere.

Booked and prepaid for a non smoking room. Was put in a smoking room, as all the non-smoking rooms were sold out at the time I checked in. Essentially reservations aren't honored; why book/pay in advance. Also, all hallways smell terrible and are smoky.

Everyone is nice. Accommodating for a quick trip into town to visit family. It’s nice that the casino is separate from the hotel rooms.

I do miss the coffee by the check-in counter tho :)

Rooms are clean. The shower head has very low pressure. Not into gambling but looks like a good plethora of gaming machines. I dont drink alcohol so cant tell you about the bar area in anyway. The staff is very helpful when asked questions

This place is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed. I was better off staying at Circus Circus hotel would a have been a lot cleaner. Front counter staff had an attitude like they hated their job. My room was on the 3rd floor and the hallway smelled pretty bad. The room bed sucks like they really needed new mattress. The restroom was nasty. The wall look like it had blood on it and dirty The bathtub 🛀 was old that all they did was paint it very poor job. The tile wall had so much dirt buildup poor tiles were cracked and if you walk barefooted, you can literally stab your toe. I will never recommend anyone to come here much less myself ever again. I wish I could get a refund

We arrived to find that the computers were not working and so they couldn’t see our reservation. Thankfully I had my printout from when I made it and they went ahead and put us in a room. While my reservation was for two queen beds, the room we got was two double beds. Also there is one way in to the rooms and despite all the signs saying “ABSOLUTELY NO MARIJUANA SMOKING”, the smell of marijuana was so strong we all felt like we might get a contact high. The staff was great, overall the room was nice, and the facilities were good…but you just can’t make other people follow rules. Also parking is EXTREMELY LIMITED…

From the outside it looks old, which it is. Enter and you hear Mexican music (which I am totally ok with). The parking lot is clean, the entry is secure and clean. On the floor the machines are new and clean also. The flooring is clean and new. The only real difference I see is that you have to get your own snacks and drink. The carpet and flooring throughout are newer and clean. No trash, drunk people or psychotics in the hallways. No additional charges (parking fees, "resort fees"). The neighborhood is not great but nice. I saw a Panda Express, Subway and min-mall across the street. The parking lot was clean and orderly. The staff was well trained (don't worry all spoke English well). They had good recommendations for the area. They had GREAT food specials - full meals for $6! Bottom line I wound definitely return.....good job!

If you Don't know, the bartender, you will not be served.No matter how much you play at the machines , and if you do get served and ask for a bloody mary , it will come out like s**** because she does not know how to make it casino service was very poor could not get my second room until after 5 o'clock.Service on the casino floor was just outright terror the only good thing you can say about this casino was the restaurant had decent food.Really good staff and friendly in the restaurant. The rest of the casino really needs to learn customer service. And just how to be nice

trucker hotel

It was ok,plumbing was a problem but was ok generally speaking, but was not the most comfortable. The last time we stayed there one of nike clothing bags full of nike clothes was stolen off our car roof of the car during our check in period.

We check in with the kind lady at the front desk. She was personable and pleasant. Enjoyed the process with her. Zero complaints about her professionalism or anything. She did perfect. We get our room keys and go up to the 3rd floor and discover a massive cloud of weed smoke in the entire hallway. If that’s your thing, cool. Not ours. We do not smoke at all. So walking into our room we notice all the cigarette or whatever burns on the furniture, the dents in the headboards, the literal stench of just gross that was in the room, not just the weed smell from the hot boxing in the hallway but from previous stays. Just smelled disgusting. Not a smell I wanted my kids to breathe in nor myself. Absolutely not a smell I would want to soak into our clothing and hair. It was gross. I almost cried. The crowd on that floor was something I’d never ever bring around my family. Reminded me of those my meth addicted brother in law hangs around. So after about 15-20 mins I said we are out of here. Walked downstairs and handed them my keys and advised them we were checking out. Asked about a refund because I did not book a smoking room and never would have. Was basically told no. We had 3 nights booked. Left there and found somewhere else to stay for the duration of our trip. Just super disappointing.

Overall the stay was pleasurable but the bathroom condition was leaking at the sink at the toilet was malfunctioning.

It’s in a bad part of town with a lot of homeless. My dashcam caught someone checking for unlocked doors in the parking lot. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The toilet barely flushes and the shower was dirty with hair stuck on the wall. They have in room WiFi but don’t display the password anywhere. The in room phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t even call the front desk. The whole place reeks of marijuana, even though they have a sign saying it’s prohibited. If you can tolerate these things, the price is great. I didn’t mind, but I also feel my 3 star rating is fair.

The Casino itself is good. The bar has slow service even if not busy. The food was not bad but not far from expected from pub style food. Theres signs that say no marijuana use but you can smell the weed down the hall. On day we were leaving you could not smell it. Maybe a patron. One night you could smell it into our room. One of the nights arrived and there was people drinking and partying in the parking lot.

Room was a nice size and clean. Hotel is way off the strip so its very quiet. The casino is awesome. A+ Hotel!!

Left over hair all over the bathroom. Chipped tile in tub. Room smelled strongly of dog and some perfume that was trying to cover it up.

Room didn’t feel super clean. Is a hotel for truckers & people with pets. No overhead lighting in the room it was hard to see. The lamp by the bed didn’t seem to work. Tv was fine. Didn’t use the fridge. People were arriving all hours of the night partying in the hallway & doors slam shut there. Room smelled a little funny I couldn’t place the smell. Overall good value.

Check in was fast. They had a pool and dog walk area. The restaurant had great daily and nightly after 10pm deals. Wings snd drinks were on point. If you like to gamble they had few machines.

The staff member at the front desk Tuesday night had me wait five minutes to check in because she was counting her till, and there was no other staff member to check me in. Plus she was not very welcoming when she finally decided to check me in. I don't plan on coming back to this hotel.

The room was fine but it was at the end of the long hall and on the second floor. We did bring our dogs but generally the pet floors are on the first floor. Probably would not stay here again. We don’t gamble.

Super disgusting. Room itself was put together fine, this isn't a problem with the cleaning staff but motel management/ownership. Photos completely misrepresented the property. The mix of perfume and cigarette / marijuana smoke as you enter the main hallway to the rooms was an overpowering stench. The shower had nowhere to place the seemingly useless soap that was supplied, but it did have a working vent so it was better than nothing. I would, under no circumstances, stay at this property ever again.

Room clean, staff nice, check in and out smooth. Casino and restaurant on site. Pool clean. Smoking and pets allowed, didn't smell anything. Water pressure in bathroom low but hey. Close to local amenities like 711, Eateries. About a 15 minute ride from strip, Fremont and Area 15, Ubers around $15-$25.

Cleanliness was good, hotel and room. AC was loud and rattled all night though. Staff was friendly and answered questions. Liked the food and drinks in restaurant. Did not know ahead of time about the revealing lingerie outfits of the waitresses. Made it a little awkward and uncomfortable for my spouse.

Communication started out before our stay and it went really well. They had quick responses but never addressed ths question I had until the end. Upon arriving at the hotel they were confused and not fully informed about my conversation with someone. They ended up changing me to a room I did not pay for or request. I reserved a 2 bed room with smoking and pets allowed. They put me in a 1 bed handicapped room with no dogs allowed. I had 3 people in my party and 1 had to sleep on the floor. Upset & Angry to say the least. They didnt offer a rollaway bed either.

It's an older property ut i would definitely stay again everyone was really nice. A bit far from the strip but we still enjoyed ourselves. The best part was the mattress was very comfortable.

The issue I had was that, the bed in my room were hard, I asked the staff to accommodate me they said that couldn’t do that. Hotel Jefe is a great hotel, I love how clean the rooms are, I love how well kept the property is. I will definitely be back.

The fantastic customer service from the staff they are very nice and professional! The rooms were clean the beds comfy and the atmosphere was relaxed and calm. There's just one thing I have a lil irritation is the channels they need better and more selection of what to watch not everyone has Netflix and they can improve there for sure oh and maybe add a blow dryer and bathtubs too. I need to relax was hoping to soak in a tub. Overall they are good. I'll be back for sure soon. Thanks ojos locos.

I was initially disappointed in the room. It had a peculiar smell and my asthma wasn't very happy with it. I opened the window and tried to air it out. I thought the beds were disappointing too, until I laid down. They were actually quite comfortable. We were in Vegas because my father had died and were going to his funeral. The check in process was rather time consuming and the signage told me that folks likely made the hotel their home, since it was clearly posted that you have to stay away for 5 days before you could stay there again. There was also signage telling folks they couldn't wear gang insignias at the hotel. Kind of a red flag for me. I warmed up to it after going to the tiny casino for a drink at the bar with my daughter. The staff was kind and their dress rather "missing"....but I guess that's the zeitgeist of the hotel. Should be more male folks for us female patrons. IJS

The room, was a room. Some place to put your head. Not great and not in a safe neighborhood. If you are looking to put your head down and leave every morning this is the place but if you are looking to relax and have down time at the hotel, go someplace else. The staff was friendly and the housekeepers really tried their best to keep this place up.

The property was okay but the hallway to our room had an incredible overwhelming odor of fried food. The carpet had stains all the way down the hallway to our room. There were random clothing items laying in the hallway and when we got to our room it smelled so badly of bleach and something we couldn’t identify we had to open the window just to be in it. The tile floor was tacky but it may have been whatever cleaning product they used. The room was bare bones but the tv worked. The beds were clean but it looked institutional, a sheet and cover tucked over a mattress and nothing more. The pillows appeared new so that was a plus. The walls are thin. You can hear everything, in the hallway, on other rooms, outside, everything. There were people lingering on the property that didn’t seem to be bothering anyone but it did not feel like a place you would want to be after dark. We booked our stay because previous reviews had said it was clean and quiet. The one staff member we met was nice though.

There was a shooting just outside the parking lot. There was three different fights throughout the Friday night when we checked in. I did not stay the full my full reservation. We check out the next morning we left early. I asked for a receipt and they said it would be emailed to me. I just received the emailed I was still charged for the full stay.

Best part of our stay was the large parking lot for truck and trailer. Our waitress couldn’t speak English and food was sub par. The walls were paper thin and could hear our neighbours throughout the night.

The room was clean, good location and staff, the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the noises that sometimes made the sleeping impossible for me. Other than that everything was great.

Water pressure wasnt the best either. WORST PART: a man walking into our room while we were watching tv in bed!!! Like what?! Had to put a chair under the door just to feel comfortable sleeping since the dead bolt wasnt on the door

Staff was friendly. Area was sketch. I didn't like it was a "cash pay hotel" as well. The room was old and had a funny smell. Didn't feel "clean". Felt more like a hostel/ prison cell. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping under the covers. Wall outlets were coming out the wall, I felt like bugs/roaches could just come through the wall. Carpet felt mushy like... moldy or old wet. I wore slippers.

The room was clean and all was well. But we were suppose to have an accessible room and it was not. The bathroom was so small that I could not get my walker in. The shower was not accessible by any means. It was not accessible. There was only a high spigot that didn’t move, no grab bars, no shelf of any kind to put toiletries on, no bathmat. We reserved the room months before and the man at the desk confirmed our reservation was for an accessible room. We will not stay here again.

We got a non smoking room but the room was smelling very strongly of smoke and some cleaning substance to try to cover up the smell. The ground was very sticky (probably from the chemicals they sprayed to try to cover up the smell) and my shoes kept sticking to it while I walked. I had paid for a two night reservation and I immediately left the room and went to the front desk for a refund. The front desk associate, Patricia, was nice and said I had to contact expedia and then expedia would call the hotel so we could receive the refund. Expedia called the hotel and then notified me that they would have to talk to the manager, Tessi in the morning. The next day, Expedia notified me and said Tessi would not give me a refund. Terrible room experience, poor customer service, waste of time trying to get a refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I was surprised how bad it was as the rating for the hotel was not that bad. I would rather sleep in my small car than stay at this hotel. I dont like to do reviews and this is my first one - I just wanted to help others not make the same mistake!

Pet friendly is great, front desk staff are very nice, security is nice. All staff are very friendly. The casino didn't pay out much but who knows why. The machines are modern and make lots of noise and have flashy lights if you like that sort of thing. No card tables though. The restaurant is mainly Mexican pub food. PRO TIP: Much cheaper beer at the casino bar than at the restaurant. The problem we had was that they promote a sexist atmosphere, with gals barely clothed, always looking uncomfortable, and even at 6am when you go get a cup of coffee you have to talk to a young gal wearing basically just her underwear. We are older, faithful people who don't believe in misogyny and would prefer a family friendly atmosphere. Nothing on the photos on Expedia / Google showed this type of atmosphere or we would not have booked a room here. If we had kids with us we would have cancelled our booking. Otherwise this is a good place and nothing operationally wrong with it. Just a cultural difference with the restaurant servers that wasn't advertised at all.

Was a little nervous, because I’ve never stayed here. As a matter of fact, I’ve never heard of this place before. But was too tired to drive home to Utah, so I got this last minute from late flight from Memphis. Casino and cigarette smoke in the lobby was concerning at first, but once I left the lobby it went away. Room was nice and spacious. No frills. Affordable.

Easy check in process, the deposit wasn't expensive, and I got my deposit back the day of check out. I loved the eucalyptus shampoo btw! Room was clean and bed was comfy. I also loved that they had Netflix available, if you have an account.

Its a budget hotel, no high expectations. The room was clean and had a fridge. I had a smoke free room and did not smell any odors at all.Laundry room has the microwave if needed, if you need a hair dryer you can get one at the front desk. Beds mattresses aren't high quailty but I had no problems sleeping. Personally, I will definately stay

Went to eat at Ojos Locos restaurant SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE chicken wings were bomb, margaritas were great, we got sat right away then waited about 30min before having to go up to the hostes to let her know that nobody has came up to take our drink order, by that time we ordered food and drinks, then we had to wait another 30minutes for our food and never got checked up on after they brought us our food. We then ordered the CHURRO ICECREAM and had to wait another 30+ min and a complaint later we got the icecream it was half way melted but the churro was at least good. Manager wasn’t very helpful kept making excuses as why the servers couldn’t wait on us, but the entire time we watched multiple servers chilling on their phone or laughing away with one another.

Cleaning service was nice. The restaurant has good food and specials. But the walls are very thin I could hear the neighbor yelling and screaming at his girlfriend. I could hear people shouting in the halls.

Had a great work stay at Hotel Jefe at the Ojos Locos Casino. Wonderful Employees and Management both in the Hotel and the Casino. Ultra clean rooms, super hot showers and the Housekeeping Team was so nice. A highlight was both the food and Team in the Cantina in the casino which made my work stay absolutely fantastic. Every dish the Team recommended and got me to check out was totally off the charts DELICIOUS!

Front desk not so friendly. Hotel it self needs to be more appealing to the eye the only thing that I really like was the elevator. Bathroom was dirty I had forgotten to pack my hair dryer hotel did not have one. Would not recommend the casino area was nice and clean.

I stayed here with my almost 14-year-old chocolate lab and was harassed by four different security guards. One of them said,” get that beast on a leash.” he was on a leash, he can barely walk, he has got tumors all over him, and I was picking up his diarrhea. And the security guard had the nerve to say that. The next day I was walking my dog in the bushes along the out door areas, and a security guard said there’s a little dog area over there. And I said I know there weren’t poop bags there the other day and I let them know when they restocked it so thank you. He’s like well you you know you shouldn’t be here and I said excuse me, is this an off-limits area for pets? And he said well it’s just not best. I continue to challenge this because I’m just walking my elderly dog so he can relieve himself. Then this security guard called me a “bit$h and a di€k” so I reported him. The Security supervisor was very nice to me, the hotel manager Joe was extremely nice to me. They refunded me that night and I canceled the following night so that I got that refund but it was 830 at night and I wasn’t gonna go try to find another hotel so he let me stay that night and I was reimbursed. Joe, Damian and Montse were all very helpful, understanding, offer their apologies and friendly.

We stayed 5 nights and didn't get free coffee for breakfast until tge last day. We were not given clean towels toiletries toilet paper or anything throughout our stay and we were unable to use the wifi until day 2. The TV also only had 5 channels and there was no working vending machines on any floors

This place is no good

Initially given a single bed instead of two double beds as booked Hotel had the wrong information. The room amenities could be improved. There was no microwave or coffee maker as indicated in the photo very very basic not a problem. Room price was reasonable. Staff was friendly casino was adjacent and a restaurant however, the restaurant was not open in the morning for breakfast so you would need to plan accordingly.

Inexpensive hotel, but nice nonetheless. Smaller, but worth the money. Expect what you pay for.

It starts with the front door into the lobby, was like walking into a warehouse, also a keycard metal door up into the rooms. The carpeting held down in places with duct tape and stained painted walls must have been installed decades ago, was gloomy and depressing. Luckily the room was much cleaner. Was hard to get a good night's sleep with the noisy antiquated air conditioner that delivered a musty smell. As the clerk stated I had an upgraded room. I would hate to see the base rooms. The hotel was built without any sound deadening materials as I could hear the freeway next door. So the price I was quoted and paid wasn't the full price when checking in, I also had to pay a separate check-in fee and deposit which wasn't disclosed. the restaurant attached served good food but was so noisy with slot machines and loud music that you couldn't carry on a conversation. The hotel showed a good rating, and the pictures seamed nice. But sure was disappointed for the whole stay.

My second, if you choose not to heed my warning, is to bring the following items along with you: 1. A plethora of socks - The hotel room carpets are so extraordinarily FILTHY. NEVER walk around barefoot. Three steps in and the soles of your bare feet are darker than the days that loom ahead for this great country. 2. Bring earplugs! We were woken up by the gosh darn FIRE ALARM at 3 in the morning. You know what we were in town for? A gosh darn music festival that we had to be up for IN TWO HOURS! We were exhausted. No explanation was given. No apologies issued. They made us exit the building in the dead of night and then ushered back in not even 30 seconds later. 3. Melatonin - NO. SLEEP. TIL. BROOKLYN! Just kidding. The fire alarm went off again 30 minutes later. 4. Xanax - BECAUSE THE FIRE ALARM KEPT GOING OFF AND NOW MY HEART WON'T STOP RACING 5. Omeprazole or Tums - Because the food is admittedly, deliciously greasy. 6. Health insurance - For the hearing loss therapy The good parts about this hotel? There's a 7-11 located very conveniently across the street :) For when, you know, decide to buy beer to get blackout drunk to forget the fact that you decided to stay in this one-step-up-from-a-brothel. My final piece of advice? Don't even bother coming to Las Vegas if this is the only place you'll afford. They call it Sin City because you're offending God's eyes by staying in this hotel.

We were told we booked a smoking room but my reservation said a smoking free room. On the second night there the fire alarms went off twice in middle of the night. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This property is convenient to visiting family that still lives in the area.

I was here for a quick overnight. I had a non-smoking pet friendly room. I have absolutely no complaints. Room was nicely appointed, TV worked well. I had read some not so glowing reviews prior to booking, but I haven't seen anything to complain about. Front desk ay check in was courteous and friendly.

Had read on reviews that there was no coffeemaker in the room, but had a pleasant surprise to find not only a coffeemaker, but a brewer with filters, micro and mini fridge. Two biggest minuses... Though the non smoking room was indeed smoke smell free, and there were designated smoking areas, the common areas just couldn't avoid the invasion of smoke. Understandable, but unfortunate. Room didn't quite match the picture on the website (eg. no soap shelf in the the shower, ha), but the king size bed was very comfortable, and the room clean. Our stay was enjoyable.

Area is in good location however sketchy homeless people nearby felt unsafe. Very dirty elevator and hall of hotel. Stained carpets. Staff was kind but windows did not keep loud noises from outside and I was in the 3rd floor. Very uncomfortable stay. Will not be staying there every again.

We checked in, saw the room and, because we were placed in the farthest room from the elevator on the 2nd floor; we decided not to stay. My husband has knee issues and cannot walk that far. I asked mgmt for a refund and was refused because we had booked through a 3rd party. Not in a good neighborhood either

I loved everything about this little hotel/restaurants/casino combo. Everything was shiney! The parking lot is well lit, has security patrol and cameras. The halls in the hotel have cameras. The restaurant food is DELICIOUS! They welcomed my dogs and even provided a little fenced dog park. I didn't leave the property during my stay, there was no need to go anywhere else!

Very friendly staff. If you like casinos without all the hustle and bustle of the strip this is a good place.

The staff here are friendly and have a sense of humor, the room was clean, but there's a visible gap at the bottom of the room door that bled light into the room at night. Likewise, the curtains did the same thing, I had to rearrange chairs to hold the curtains closed against the wall. The room had a strong chemical odor, but it wasn't overbearing and it made the room feel a bit cleaner. The bed was okay, the sheets were very clean and had no visible staining or critters, so that was a relief. However, I'm not the intended demographic and that was evidenced by the other guests and hotel staff, but I was certainly made to feel welcome, so good job to their staff. I probably wouldn't stay here again just because it's really out of the way from most things that a person does while in Las Vegas.

Loved this hotel. The attached casino, 2 bars, restaurant, music, service, event center.. great atmosphere! Were able to party, have a good time and then walk to bed where it was surprisingly very quiet. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean

I didn't realize that this hotel seemed more geared towards the spanish group of people as they played spanish music in the casino and most of the workers were spanish. Nothing against any of it, I just don't speak spanish and felt out of place. The hotel was nice and we weren't happy in our first room and asked for a different room as the bathroom didn't look very good. They put us in a newly remodeled room and we were happy with it. The price was right and we were just looking for a place to lay our heads for the night and this worked for that purpose. The beds were very comfortable.

If you need a pet friendly place to stay that’s not too far from the strip or downtown Vegas this is a great place to stay. Good food and good looking girls in bikinis at the restaurant. Deff pointed more towards the Mexican culture but overall still great place to come and stay with your pets. Also they have smoking rooms 👍

The room was cleaning yet I found hair around a towel. Shampoo stains too. Bathroom fan was falling out. Hardly any outlets. No iron or blow dryer. Water went out and I wasn’t aware. Thankfully my event was later I was bothered. Woke up to no water.

Was traveling and needed a place for overnight and the price was cheap. The room was as plain as it could be. No microwave, coffee maker or even a blanket…just a sheet and cover. AC worked well, and the bed was soft which is all I cared about. Hot water and good pressure so I was clean and ready to move on. This is a 2 star or low 3 star place. Dingy halls and elevator. If you just need a place to crash, this works but no way I would stay for more than one night. Huge parking lot for trucks and people towing which is also what we needed

The hotel was clean, not packed so it was fast checking in

Once we informed him that we had a booking, he then repeatedly told us that our room was "not ready." We waited for over an hour past the official check-in time of 3:00 PM. During this extended wait, we observed the same manager checking in other guests and, notably, accommodating a walk-in customer by finding them a room right away. This stark contrast in treatment, coupled with his initial hostile demeanor and refusal to acknowledge our reservation, felt deeply personal and discriminatory. We were ultimately forced to seek alternative, safer accommodation because the environment felt unwelcoming and prejudiced. We later contacted Expedia regarding this unacceptable situation, and they informed us that they had no policy in place to address such hostile or discriminatory encounters and would not provide a refund. This entire experience was distressing and unacceptable. The hotel's manager displayed severe unprofessionalism and apparent bias, and Expedia failed to support us in a critical situation. We strongly advise others to be aware of this concerning conduct.

There was vomit - not cleaned on the bed frame’s side on the second bed. There were police arresting somebody in front at night.

I just don’t like getting a room that is on the backside of the building because you can hear the traffic from the freeway. But other than that, everything is amazing.
