Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its historic charm, excellent staff, and convenient location on Fremont Street. However, many guests find the rooms to be small, outdated, and noisy, particularly due to the proximity to Fremont Street and thin walls.

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great location on Fremont St and within walking distance of a lot of venues, restaurants casinos and entertainment in general. The Apache is an old hotel and that gives it that old Historical Vegas charm. There was no fridge in the room such an inconvenience as I was there two days. The elevator stopped working that was connected to the parking deck. Lesson learned, be more attentive to the listed amenities. Parking was free, so a big plus for the downtown area.

Was clean and they respected our sign to not disturb. It was a hauted Hotel and I didnt see anywhere in booking website when I got it.

None Prostitute was all over boulder hay and in casinos. Playing machine with no $! Faking the playing machine. 3 came up to me and wanted to sleep in the room as I'm looking for my room! The temperature was triple digit and the pool was closed. I will not book this place again. I booked a Hotel apache for 2 days and no resort fees and my deposit was refunded 1 day or less! I got a refund for my deposit for 1 2 night at Arizona Charles and I had to book it again from Thursday to Friday today! 2 deposits I haven't got back!! Resort fees were a surprise to me because I wasn't expecting it before booking the app only showed the price of room and tax and frees was excluded. This is not my first time booking a Hotel. Is not a hotel is a motel!! I want parts refund at least! I won't even give stars for this dump!!

The location was nice, some of the games that I like were on site, I didn't like the parking experience, not enough spaces and the hassle of trying to get out the gate. In the am housekeeping was loud, they didn't disturb my door but the laundry and room checks was disturbing. Not being seated at the cafe until the whole party was present pissed me off, no concern with the comfort of the guest.

None of the rooms are quiet due to the proximity to the Freemont Street Experience. Building is very old, furniture was dated. They do offer no resort fees and free parking. Shower fixtures were very nice. Staff was friendly. They tend to push the "haunted" narrative, probably great if you want a ghost hunting experience, was not a good choice for business travel.

I would recommend staying away from this hotel unless you like having staff taking inappropriate photos of you. Reported it to security and nothing was done. It seems expedia condones that kind of behavior because they also have not taken action regarding the event. I was just trying to check in to the hotel and one of the cleaning staff started taking photos of me from behind, flash on and everything. Felt very violated and uncomfortable the whole stay because of that. Room had a really bad aged smell too.

For the price the Apache was a real good deal. There was a spooky vibe to the place but clean. We arrived very after hours like 3am but security checked us in and next day we officially checked in at 7am. We did not try the food there but parking was easy and casino was good.

Room was quiet during outside events. (Fremont Street) Have stayed 2 times now. Like the place. Need to freshen up the paint. My room was a dingy yellow, and not befitting the niceties of the room. The overhead light needs to be upgraded. Was very dim and outdated

- 2/5
Disappointing
- 3/5
The room was far too noisy. I could hear everything from Fremont Experience, and once that finally quieted down, I could still hear the guest in the next room snoring. It made it very difficult to get any rest. When I asked front desk for a room away from the noise they claimed they were booked. Not a happy birthday weekend to remember.
- 4/5
Check-in was fun, my neighbors were loud during the day (sound barrier 2/10) but gone or quiet when I went to sleep. Beds aren’t the best, not a luxury hotel, but still good enough for a tiered traveler with an itch to gamble.
- 5/5
Great location and staff. Loved how detailed the staff was in telling me check out, the deposit and policies. Airport bus stops at the side. Room basic but clean. No resort fees. No view from the window, no fridge in the room. Fremont street noise but I learned to sleep through it

Like how the room had a theme that fit the name of the hotel. Something you would expect if you were staying in a western saloon! No comment!

I arrived early and i called to see if they would be able to get me a room earlier then check in time due to the fact in was attending a concert that I had to be at around the check in time which was 4pm. I paid a fee to get my room earlier so I would be able to go on about my day. The hotel had a weird smell to it when you first walk in from the parking structure. It would've been great if they had an elevator in the hotel that led to the parking structure.

- 4/5
Good deal with easy access to Fremont St. older and not a lot of amenities, but room was spacious and clean. Would have liked pillow options…they were all to big and and firm for my liking.
- 4/5
Great location right on Freemont st. The room was cozy and straight out of a western. The staff, security, and dealers at Binion's Casino below were all awesome. Fix your parking validation system for hotel guests. Just give us free parking. Do not make us go and hunt down attendants or bartenders to have our parking validated. On top of that you need to prove that you have been gambling there or are staying there so they will validate your ticket.

This was my worst hotel stay EVER! This property is right on Freemont St. and has very thin walls, and NO sound barrier from everything going on around. We unfortunately were given a room in the top corner of the building on Freemont St., right in front of a concert stage outside. The noise was so LOUD and UNBEARABLE until well after 3 AM. Then, our next door "neighbor", who was probably trying to drown the sound out, turned their TV all the way up, which just added to the uncomfortableness of our room. They left the TV up and on all night. We finally remembered we had some ear plugs in our bag and were able to get a little bit of sleep. We were just travelling back home after a family funeral. We were looking for a place to shower & sleep so we could get back on the road early. This hotel was offering a special pricing & rave review, so we decided to give it a try. Even though I was so tired of driving, we really wish we would have just pushed on home, we would have been there and asleep long before 3 AM. NEVER AGAIN will I stay here.
- 4/5
Perfectly adequate place. Great location. NOT fancy. The fridge was working fine but decorative handle missing and pretty beat up. The room was large but weirdly empty of furniture! No hangers in the closet. We did enjoy the view from our window and did not have noise issues. The stairs were to the rooms were worn and dirty.
- 3/5
No breakfast menu air conditioning was good the room was clean but the bed is so uncomfortable that you can’t get rested well enough staff were friendly and was pricey for the bed not to be comfortable overall it’s ok

We walked in a couple months ago through the hotel and really liked the vibe in there so I decided on our next trip to book it. However, I had no idea this was a haunted hotel and was surprised when we checked in. It was a little freaky finding out the day of check in, but the staff was great. First time saying on fremont.

- 4/5
Rooms were clean. AC worked great. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant located in the casino, the food was great! Fremont street is right outside the casino. Location was great. They also comped our $25 parking fee.
- 4/5
It makes a squeaky noise when we walk anywhere through the room. The bed was slightly comfy it just throw me off. Cause it has a gap on the bed the frame bed and the mattress that made the pillow go down there. It would be nice if you guys add a mirror in the room beside the one in the bathroom
- 4/5
Rooms: FABULOUS Style! Art deco solid wood, Premium room! But had NO microwave or coffee maker which most hotel rooms have.
- 2/5
Small room, definitely old but works for a night. Not necessarily comfortable but safe and inexpensive with no resort fee.

Its old and run down compared to the rest of the more popular hotels in las vegas.

The hotel’s location, inside of Binion’s, is great! My room had a huge scratch on the floor and the grout around the tub was black. Other than that, my room was very small, but nice. I would appreciate it if the hotel would provide bottled water in the room. No resort fee is also a big plus.

Stayed room 270. The room was extremely smoky during night time; I guess the building itself is very old and does not keep sealing the room. I noticed the door was not aligned with the door trim so I could see the huge gap as well. The smoke odor was dangerously strong, but the staff there was not able to help me since they were all gone during nigjt time, and I couldn’t find anybody to help me to get a temporary room that I could move. I decided just stay whole night out of the hotel. It was the worst hotel I stayed in my life. It’s non smoking room, but also they stated they’d charge $500 if I smoke in the room. Is this some kind of joke? Plus, it is right beside of Fremont St. Loud music pierce the window and won’t stop until next morning as well. Tap water tasted like rust and barely able to brush my teeth in the room as well.

It was a 1 bedroom, 1 Bathroom hotel room. It was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. I was only there for 1 night but I enjoyed being there. The staff was helpful and polite. The hotel is right next to the Fremont Street Experience. I liked that I could walk right to it from out of the hotel. Free parking garage right next to the hotel too with lots of space to park in.

The property is pretty well used but decently kept up. It’s in a nice central location to the Fremont experience. roof service is very very nice. I left a note for housekeeping to bring me a new iron when I came back from visiting Vegas I saw that the maid had brought me a new iron and she even drew a smiley face on my note. My room on the third floor was extremely cold. I had to switch rooms but other than that the Apache and the whole idea of it being haunted was cool. I just really would rather my room not be so cold.

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely accommodating. The bed was not the most comfortable and you heard alot of noise from hall the strip etc. For the price we paid it was a very good deal.
- 5/5
Great everything
- 2/5
$100.00 security deposit I didn’t know til I got to the front desk
- 4/5
Th receptionist had trouble finding my reservation . Called management to figure it out
- 3/5
Room was noisy - 2nd floor overlooking Fremont St.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 1/5
I end up not checking in ask for a refund and got told there is no refund that is robbery unfair treatment I wouldn't want anyone to stay at this hotel front desk was not very nice actually rude and use wrong choice of words
- 3/5
Look It's the old Binions and you're staying here for nostalgia with Haunted Rooms potentially? The rooms were clean, and the cafe food was great. The building is obviously older, but parking is free once you check in, you're right on Fremont and there is no resort fee. Full disclosure, you're right up against Fremont st experience so if you're a light sleeper this probably isn't the hotel for you as there is sound stage right outside the Hotel and they are going until early in the Morning.

Love the old style charm and history

Great hotel amazing atmosphere
- 1/5
The staff refused to help me.
- 3/5
It's an older hotel that has renovated, basic rooms. It was clean but loud all night so we had to run the fan to cover the noise. Our toilet didn't flush so we had to fix the flush lever arm several times. Parking was only $5 but the elevator didn't come or didn't work so we carried our bags 3 floors. It's in the middle of action if that's what you want.
- 3/5
Super old.. shower was super tiny in our room
- 5/5
Breakfast could more healthily variety. Overall stay was relaxing
- 5/5
Was very pleased with the full stay and staff at this location. Price was outstanding when compared to on strip, while minutes from the strip.
- 3/5
Place was good. A little old but that’s ok.
- 4/5
Parking safe ,,,,i didn't have no breakfast
- 2/5
Cons - Often times there is no one at the front desk as it is mainly a casino. We required a new blanket after finding a dirty one in the room and after phoning down to get said blanket, there was no one down there. Room had windows but you could not see out of them. Entire building is older and smelled musty and like cigarettes even in the room Loud - to be expected on Fremont street but be aware Not the worst budget option but would not stay there again
- 4/5
Nice to be right on Fremont and
- 4/5
What breakfast??
- 5/5
Great support from staff ( at Check In ) Love that Parking was included. Convenient location
- 4/5
It was decent with friendly staff.
- 4/5
Room was clean and very inexpensive which is what I needed on basically a 10 day West Coast Trip where I would be in Vegas a total of 4 Days on 2 occasions during. There is no resort fee and you can get free parking with a players card. Full disclosure, you are literally on Fremont St a couple of steps out of the Casino with a stage right outside the hotel. If Bass and music up until the wee hours of the morning bothers you, this is not the Hotel for you. If this is your first visit I suggest staying on the Strip and taking one day to come down to Fremont. After you have stayed on the strip, then come stay on Fremont as they have 3 live stages with Djs and Music.

This bro was a gift for one of very good friends. And he loved it! It was close to everything he needed to do and never needed a car.
- 5/5
This place always good
- 5/5
Room was spotless. Staff was courteous.
- 5/5
It was a fantastic
- 4/5
I just love bunions. I love it that its old and that it’s haunted even though I’ve never had an encounter. It’s just a great nice old hotel. If binions was a bar, it would be a dive and I love dive bars!
- 5/5
The room was clean and cute !! The windows were lovely and shaded the room nicely. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and fully stocked. Each person at the front desk was personable, eager to assist and helped us expeditiously. For the record, I neither saw nor heard anything when in the room, other than snoring which may or may not have been a ghost.....the jury is out. Ghost or guest it wasnt loud or annoying I just happened to hear it :-D A+++++
- 5/5
They let me check in at 1 after I had a very rough night and morning and REALLY needed to rest. Check in wasnt technically till 4. Saved my butt. Thank you Hotel Apache and staff.
- 5/5
The room was clean and had everything you need. It was nostalgic and had some cute touches. It was right on Fremont Street, so it was a little loud, but it didn't bother me at all. If that is an issue, make sure to bring earplugs. It was the perfect location. I enjoyed staying there very much.
- 5/5
My room at the far end of the 3rd floor of Hotel Apache was the quietest stay I've ever had on Fremont. It was clean and charmingly retro, harking back to the 50s era, yet fully equipped with all the perks, including shampoo, lotion, conditioner, hair dryer, iron, mini-frig and lock box. Loved the antique telephone and radio that still worked! Towels were soft, not scratchy. Great quality for low rate plus free parking. Did not see any ghosts. Will return.
- 3/5
Cool hotel. Clean rooms. Only complaint was the noise out on the street. Also, no coffee.
- 5/5
The main bar service was hit or miss, but the machines were fun & paid. The Cowgirl Up bar & licker up rotating bar were fun & great service. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Excellent as always.
- 2/5
The room was little cold , so I wanted on air conditioning but it’s didn’t work. Regarding, other nice lady on front desk took care of extra blanket. Overall, it’s ok hotel, but I won’t stay there again
- 5/5
Cute place with lots of history.
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Clean. Will stay again.
- 5/5
clean room, convenient walking distance, binions cafe best meals in vegas

- 3/5
Staff on the first day were fine. Room was good and no problems. When checking out the staff were disinterested and quite rude to us. Also, still not recieved a refund for our security deposit. Also a guy working the front bar was rude and disinterested in serving us so we just walked away and got drinks elsewhere.
- 3/5
We stayed in the original hotel section. Haunted is publicized but no uncommon occurrence observed. Room was old and dark, clean towels and bedding. No ckear window to allow natural light in. Noise from Fremont St is present but we consider this as part of Fremont Experience. Gaming floor is older and dark. Service is great. Many locals present during our time there. Air conditioning needed run constantly.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Clean room...absolutely amazing staff ! Will definitely be back
- 1/5
The receptionist was super helpful getting us a different room at the North tower of 4 queens, which was updated.
- 3/5
This was a very old room. No dresser, full mirror, coffee maker, vanity space, can’t see out of the windows, the closet was so narrow you couldn’t hang any clothes and the bathroom only had room for one person. If you’re looking for a clean room with only a bed, bathroom absolutely no extra frills, this one is for you. Oh and don’t forget it’s haunted. We found out after our experience the first night. The hotel was built in the 30’s, so there’s no telling who or what we experienced, but it was obvious.
- 3/5
Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms are EXTREMELY outdated.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect.the room was clean.it was really quiet in the room.the area was great.the employees were wonderful.no complaints at all. 100 percent .perfect
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Did not see breakfast availability
- 5/5
Stayed for Halloween and it was a good stay for the night. Would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Temperature was great. Shower was surprisingly nice; it’s not always like that in remodeled older buildings. I’ve stayed other places in Fremont and it’s always loud but this was probably the quietest place we’ve stayed even despite its nearness to The Fremont Street Experience.
- 1/5
Very loud environment no sleep. Payement initially went through but upon arrival we were informed that our room was no longer reserved. Luckily a room was available right next to the strip loud music played throughout am hours poor sleep.
- 5/5
Room was nice- small but clean and comfy for being such an old hotel. Nice small details like an old phone and radio. Bathroom was clean. AC kept room comfortable. TV was great with lots of movie channels available. Front desk staff was super nice! Would definitely stay here again
- 4/5
The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Clean room, hot shower, and the ghosts didn't bother me while I slept. Location cannot be beat - especially the Whiskey Bar! Will definitely return!
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
The hallways in this hotel are very dark, maze-like, and old. The room itself was clean, relatively updated for an old buidling, but without much natural light given the location near Fremont Street. The noise was reasonable. The bathroom was very clean and new -- a pleasant surprise. Staff extremely friendly and love the history here.
- 4/5
Only issue we really had was finding parking before even entering the hotel
- 5/5
Everything was so good!!
- 4/5
Good breakfast, lots of options. Friendly, efficient service. Will stay there again.
- 3/5
Room was cold, bed was squeaky and cold. Heater didn’t work. Was clean and staff was nice.
- 4/5
place was decent and clean . I will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
I would definitely stay here again....
- 4/5
.
- 3/5
Noisy rooms in 250 and 263 otherwise rooms were good, you can hear the Fremont street experience until 0200.
- 1/5
I wouldn't stay at this property again for free. The music from Fremont Street is so loud. I wasn't able to go to sleep until it ended around 3 AM. The rooms were old and outdated. The beds were soft and it was in a terrible part of town. Other than that, it was a great experience. I would give it a zero star, but you can't on Expedia.
- 5/5
It was good
- 5/5
I have reviewed this hotel, and I will simply say that this is my go to hotel when I'm in Vegas, as it is the best in overall satisfaction and it is indeed my number 1.
- 5/5
Bed was a little rough for my liking. Bit thats more of a personal choice. It was nice for an old hotel, only complaint really would be the noise outside the window of AC units or what ever what it was on the roof.
- 4/5
for the VERY inexpensive price, a good room. only downside was that I got upgraded (for free) to a better room (nicer bed).. but it was on the end of the building facing fremont st. So.. til VERY late at night it was booming music and light show. Not sure when it ended (past midnight).. but luckily - I crashed anyway.
- 4/5
Room needs to be updated. Our stay was okay since we just needed the room to sleep one night.
- 1/5
I got
- 2/5
Very, very noisy. Beware! Many rooms directly face the downtown entertainment area.
- 3/5
This property was okay. The Rooms are small like a Dorm.
- 5/5
Awesome place cool vintage pool
- 4/5
Old hotel, but clean. Would stay there again.
- 4/5
This is a great budget hotel. Cafe is good. I would rate it higher but it is old. It was just what I needed for the weekend. Freemont street is sensory and entertainment overload. I like it better than the strip.
- 1/5
Had one light bulb working , couldn’t get blankets just all sheets they had no staff at night the room smelled like BO left that hotel and got another one
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Could hear all the noise from outside. Too loud.
- 5/5
Been to Vegas many times. First time staying downtown. I LOVED it. Very "old school" experience (I'm 63) and no resort fees. My kind of place!
- 5/5
For the price it’s an amazing deal.
- 5/5
100% RECOMMENDED!
- 4/5
Nice place, a bit dated though. Great diner
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, check in host Ashley was very sweet..
- 5/5
It was affordable, close to Fremont Street and had a very well priced bar area.
- 4/5
Its outdated safe doesnt open !
- 5/5
I love the "haunted" vibe of this 1932 hotel
- 5/5
Very impressive
- 5/5
Great downtown stay
- 5/5
Nice rooms at a reasonable price and NO RESORT FEES!!! Has a reputation for being "haunted" but I have never experienced anything like that...YET!!!
- 5/5
Yes, you can hear the Fremont Street Experience, but it's not obnoxious and part of thr ambience.
- 5/5
Room & restroom were clean. Location was great. Very convenient. Building is old but well kept for its age.Good stay for the price.
- 4/5
It was ok for the price
- 5/5
Place was amazing. Rooms are a little small but who goes to vegas for the room. It was super clean and comfortable. Kinda loud at night during the weekend but its vegas and on Fremont. Also hear someone talking on my room. I love haunted places.
- 4/5
Our stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay downtown
- 5/5
Very nostalgic, loved it
- 2/5
Paper Thin Walls, I could hear my neighbors ( one in particular ) talking to his entire family every day and night, very clear and loud conversations. The walls are dirty, scratched, a bit dirty, marks, and damage, I took pictures. The quality of the rooms is okay back in the age of the western days, but super outdated for modern times. $60 more for the main stripped makes sense now! Food was great tho, breakfast and dinner areas were great! Security guards were C**ts. And casino are a bit unprofessional or just don’t care about poc. Anyways, I would not recommend, even for the price.
- 5/5
It was a great place. Definitely going back again
- 5/5
It was a great hotel great history.
- 5/5
It is an older hotel. But the room was very nice and very clean. I’m not actually a huge fan of Las Vegas. But once I was in my room, I was away from the noise and bright lights and I was very comfortable.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Nice place
- 2/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Nice hotel!
- 5/5
Good for Las Vegas comparison
- 4/5
Very nice room that takes you back in time. The only drawback to this room was that the Fremont street experience was outside and the noise was very loud from the second floor all night.
- 5/5
Just in middle of Fremont Street. Best place
- 5/5
Room was clean, shower was hot, A/C was cold. Location is convenient for everything. The mattress certainly wasn't brand new, but overall, you get a lot for what you pay.
- 5/5
The room was small one queen bed. The room was emaculent, resembling a spa. I would definitely return
- 5/5
Was a simple room that was comfortable
- 4/5
Good for the money
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, small but clean
- 4/5
Hotel is at good price but did not know was haunted. Other than that everything was ok
- 2/5
It was not a quiet stay, you can hear the music outside extremely loudly. I don’t recommend if you want to sleep.
- 5/5
Amazing experience!
- 4/5
If you want a BASIC hotel for one night in Vegas (Fremont Street) this is for you!! Very clean and exceptional customer service!!
- 5/5
I liked the historic nature of the hotel and it was clean. Not kid friendly.
- 5/5
Amazing stay everything went smooth
- 5/5
The ghost of the Apache got me drunk as heck and it was a blast.
- 5/5
Lovely, historical decor sets a great mood too.
- 5/5
Had an amazing time
- 5/5
The employees are polite and professional and I appreciate it.
- 3/5
Clean room.. but a little noisy on the freemont side
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 5/5
Great hotel for the price
- 4/5
First time staying. Overall a good stay. Good location.
- 2/5
Spooky
- 5/5
The front office staff was super friendly! The food options were amazing inside the hotel! Super conveniently located in Fremont where it was easy to walk around. Great atmosphere and the room was very clean and love the vintage feel to it. Thank you to the ghosts for not disturbing our stay :)
- 5/5
My stay was amazing although I lost my id
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
they are going for what it was like back in the day type of vibe. i think it works, its definitely old, but very clean and modern
- 5/5
Its a unique spot. I really liked the vibe. I felt like it offered a lot for only $40!
- 5/5
Wonderful would stay again
- 5/5
Not overpriced and staff is fantastic
- 5/5
Love this place
- 5/5
Loved the location, and a very clean property all of the staff very friendly. Our only gripe was that there was no long mirror or a chest of drawers for our week stay.
- 3/5
It's an old hotel and isn't pretty, but for the price, and a trip to Vegas, it has the essentials. It's a cheap place to sleep and they don't trip if you play cheap nickel machines and milk the cow drinking the free drinks as long as you tip here and there. If you want a quick, cheap trip to Vegas to do a sports event and have a place to drink cheap to celebrate, look no further. It's right on Freemont too.
- 5/5
Clean and convenient
- 5/5
The fourth time I have stayed at Apache. As always clean and convenient to all of Fremont Street
- 5/5
Unique
- 2/5
Terrible place to stay ! Run down and smelled horrible !!
- 3/5
Outdated. But clean. Small rooms. Noise is TERRIBLE. Thumping. Loud music nonstop at all times.
- 5/5
- 3/5
Binion's is a fairly old property, and I know these rooms have been "redone," but they didn't go all out. They are very sparsely decorated. They are decent-sized, but they are all hard floors and have bare walls, so it echoes a bit. You're also right above the activities on Fremont St, so it gets loud about noon and stays loud until very late. Thus, the earplugs. But it is clean and cheap. If you need to go bargain basement, it's not horrible.
- 5/5
I loved this hotel. It was comfortable and cozy. I wish it had a smart tv but overall it was a wonderful stay. Next time in Vegas will stay again.
- 5/5
Great big room and the largest bathroom in all downtown Vegas.
- 1/5
The bed was hard as a rock and two small pillows. Not comfortable at all. It sounded like a night club under my room, hearing bass music all night long. Terrible experience.
- 5/5
Love Apache!
- 3/5
Close convenience to all the attractions we were doing
- 5/5
Customer service
- 5/5
Clean with friendly staff.
- 5/5
👍
- 1/5
When i arrived for check in room was not ready they asked me to come back in 1 1/2 later. When i came back the front desk didn't even remember me & they still didn't know if the room was ready. Finally when we gor into the room we were very uncomfortable the rolm was filthy we were there for 5 min & decided to leave. We want a refund.
- 5/5
Room was spacious but right on the mall so the noise was a bit much given we were only 2 floors off the street. amenities were great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend getting an inner room and something off the streets so the noise doesn't scare the ghosts off.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 4/5
Pool area was amazing and clean with a lovely view. Location was great.
- 5/5
We had a great time!
- 5/5
Everything above and beyond was fantastic!!!
- 5/5
Great hotel. Only issue is that the noise from Fremont is too high. I'll stay again.
- 5/5
Place is always good
- 5/5
I like everything
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean , the people who work in housekeeping need a raise . They cleaned my room to perfection and were able to accommodate me in any way I needed accommodations. I appreciate them . They truly made my stay worthwhile . They need raises .
