Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the hotel's central location and cleanliness, but have mixed feelings about the staff and amenities. The transition to self-service kiosks for check-in/out has received criticism.
- Central location
- Cleanliness
- Self-service kiosks replacing staff
- Lack of certain room amenities (e.g., coffee maker, microwave)

Our 2nd time staying here & looking forward to staying again in the future. Great location and great price point.

Loved the texting feature for real time information. Hotel was clean! Loved using the Paris pool. Beware Vegas is INSANELY EXPENSIVE. Won’t be returning anytime soon. Live and learn.

One day, the maid made up my room, but forgot to vacuum it. I called up housekeeping to have somebody come up and vacuum, but they never showed up. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Room was large. Location is exceptional. But the little cleanliness was okay, some details were disturbing. Nothing.

Location is one of the best on the strip. Security is lacking in doing their job, given the history of things that have happened at the property you would think they would tighten up security. Several times I saw security just standing around socializing in groups of 4 or more at night instead walking around.
- 5/5
Perfect location right in the middle of the strip. I have a granddaughter that is going to UNLV which was the reason for my recent visit & the horseshoe was a great place to stay! Free breakfast would have made the stay even better.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Very pleasant experience
- 3/5
I wouldn’t stay at the Horseshoe again. Check in at 4pm was strict, 3:58 and you pay 20.00 extra. I waited till 4pm on the dot and they said “your room is not ready yet.” Curt front desk workers- not helpful or cordial. Two people can use the internet, more users and you will pay. I wasn’t impressed.

The location of the hotel, center strip. Everything was just fine
- 5/5
We have stayed at the Horseshoe several times and we keep coming back for the following reasons: clean room, friendly staff, love that we can use the Blu Pool and the Paris Pool, centrally located on the strip, good food options, and bottom line just a great hotel!
- 5/5
Downsides is we had a room for 3 for they only allow 2 devices to sign up on the wi-fi. Wasn’t an issue for us but might be for others.
- 4/5
nice and clean
- 5/5
The horseshoe provides a good value for being in the heart of the strip and being connected to the Paris resort is a plus.
- 5/5
Very comfortable room

Having coffee pot in room would have been nice-

I really like the location of the hotel I paid extra for a room with a South Strip view, but the room I received faced the parking garage instead. When I raised the issue with the front desk, my concern was dismissed, and I was told that this was the correct room. The staff member I spoke with was arrogant and provided poor customer service.

The room was good size suite, but water In the shower would go very slow that would cause it to drain slow so we had to shower quick also our bed was right next to the ac vent and would blow directly on our bed, and would be freezing, when a/ c would be off would feel very stuffy and warm.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Plan to stay here again soon.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the results of our trip the rooms are very clean staff are really friendly and it’s family friendly to stay at and the bars are really good and great service
- 5/5
Great service for the price. Has restaurants and food court on side. Pool is quiet and perfect for enjoyment. Also has an arcade, mini golf, and bowling . Ask for a sphere view in a higher floor and you will enjoy your room even more.

So the hotel room is larger than your newer modern rooms. Everything was clean and in working. The A/C worked beautifully. The bathroom was remodeled so it looked nice. The Vanity base cabinet was worn and chipped but the counter and amenities in the bathroom were excellent. I don't mind the furniture being worn so long as the room is clean and everything works. I will stay here again. I was on the 12th Floor.
- 4/5
Rooms are big and comfy. AC could have been better.

Friday June 5 at table 12 around 11pm to 1am Saturday, The poker room had a conflict between 2 players and threats of fighting occured. One 75yr old woman asked a bunch of swearing making threats and gestures. A nicer patron asked him to leave her alone and apologize and it escalated to more threats. The floor did not call security and escorted the wrong person out and did nothing. Sweet Jesus!!!
- 3/5
I called prior to my arrival asking for an earlier check in than 4pm and they said no problem. When I arrived it was $22 charge to check in early. Not. A big deal but just seemed like you were getting nickel and dimed. For the price I would stay again but with tempered expectations.
- 5/5
Staff is very friedly, location is excellent, few steps from Boulevard.
- 5/5
Super convenient for my poker needs.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was great and the room was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

- 5/5
Horseshoe Las Vegas is my go to casino hotel on the Strip and it never disappoints! 🎰✨ Location is absolutely perfect — Paris Las Vegas right next door and Caesars Palace just steps away making it the most walkable and convenient spot on the entire Strip.
- 5/5
The location is simply perfect — right in the heart of everything with Paris Las Vegas next door and Caesars Palace just steps away. Walking to virtually every major Strip attraction is effortless and incredibly convenient.
- 4/5
Rooms were very nice and big, clean and great views. I would recommend staying on the south sides, not on Flamingo, lots of sirens throughout th day and night, but not horrible. Although the view of th Sphere is great as well as other strip hotels. You can use the Paris pool as well. Would stay here again.
- 5/5

Staff here are excellent. Their AI concierge is actually helpful which was a nice surprise. My only complaint is the blu pool. Half of it was closed I’m guessing not enough life guards? Otherwise great hotel ideally located.

No coffee machine or microwave. These are not cost saving measures - but convenience for most people. I get it - make money. But from this customer - first time this happens to me - and will be the last. I would rather stay on the other side of strip - and take taxis to WSOP next time. Thanks but no thanks. Steve Wabnitz

It was great stay. Good and clean rooms. Parking is on Paris, we kept having to go around a couple of blocks before we found out exactly where to go. That was my only issue.

Elevators are rickety (not my favorite) and one jammed on one of our rides. Reeks of cigarette (no surprise, it’s a casino) Beds are rock hard. Pool closed at 5pm???? You can’t take a luggage cart from the lobby up- huge downfall for us Oh my gosh it took 15 min from floor 12 to get to our car on level 6 in the parking garage… unless there was a faster way (which there wasn’t) it was kind of insane. I don’t gamble and was really looking forward to the pool, so when we checked in at 5 and found out at 6 that it was closed it was a huge bummer. Bathroom was nice enough and beds were clean. For price and location I’d give a 5/10

the room was spacious and clean. definitely can see the renovations completed. parking was a hassle for this trip. upon check in, we were told we couldn't park in the garage due to it being closed from 3pm to 7pm, therefore we asked where else we could park. we were given the "I don't know". because of that we had to use valet at $40 a parking, then when garage opened, we were charged at $25 a night. the room key did not work at the garage parking. We did bring this upon check-in, nothing was done. we were told we could get the valet parking on them, but we were still charged. Then at check-out, I informed them of the parking, nothing was done. Also, the smell of smoke and marijuana was in our non-smoking floor.

The best part of this hotel is its central location. It’s easy to get to both sides of the strip if you’re walking and it has a stop on the monorail which is helpful. The hotel itself is nice, the room was large, the beds comfortable (good pillows too) and were quiet. Fridge is available which is always a bonus to store drinks and water. I was happy with the stay.
- 2/5
We had requested a room closer to the elevator for my elderly mom and that request was not accommodated. Also, the check-in agent did not give any information regarding restaurants and what was open, etc.… My mom is on a walker so it was problematic walking around, trying to find open restaurants. Usually when you check in there is some thought given about the amenities and what is open when and where… Comparable to New York, New York and other properties we have stayed at this was below expectations. Also, the resort itself doesn’t really have any moderately priced sitdown dinners… We were directed to a restaurant that had $46 burgers so that really did not fulfill what we were looking for. The gym was hidden in the basement and dark and a little bit dank compared to what it could be and seemed like an afterthought. We also did not love that. There is no security on the elevator meeting. Anybody from the casino can go to any floor at any time.
- 5/5
Love this hotel. Perfect location. Clean and well maintained.
- 1/5
This was particularly bad. Beyond already having to pay for parking, (and it being very difficult to find the EV chargers - literally had to exit and reenter the garage from a different entrance to end up at the correct level) it's a very long walk first to the check in desk, then to the room elevators. At check in the employee mentioned "late check out is available, $10/hr just let us know anytime before 11am" I call in the morning to request, and they tell me over the phone it's $20/hr. I push back, they refuse to honor the price and tell me to talk to a manager at the front desk. So I waste my time going to the front desk and waiting in line, and then it's $10/hr. Employee admited that they charge different rates if it's at the front desk vs over the room phone. So, they already nickel and dime you for everything, but then on top of that try to charge even higher rates for the convenience of using the phone vs going to the front desk. Not sure if every Caesar's property is like this but I imagine so. Room key didn't work to exit the parking to top it off. Terrible.
- 4/5
We liked the room. The inside was nice and quiet, the outside not so much but that's not the hotel's fault. I didn't like having to pay more to check in early. Then when we waited until 4pm to check in, they only had 2 people checking everyone in which made the wait very long. It's one thing to not allow people to check in early because the rooms aren't ready, but that wasn't the case.
- 3/5
Zero about the actual arrangement made with booking. I said my wife needed to be close to elevator and that we needed a king got double queens. The atmosphere at our Paris dinner next door was great but how you burn my chicken on Alfredo! Zero compensation for anything! Everything about what I did!

My husband and I had an accessible room over Memorial Day weekend. The shower curtain was dirty in the room. It was pink at the bottom. The refilled body soap dispensers had excess oozing out the side. The elevators did not look clean. We waited 30 mins while in line to check in and there were about 50 people ahead of us. We couldn’t check in when we arrived, and had to leave our bags. The lines at the front desk were long all weekend. We weren’t able to get out room until later that night. We called the front desk for more toilet paper and towels, it took over an hour for them to send someone up. The person who brought it up was apologetic.
- 5/5
Exelent service
- 3/5
The front area from the valet reeks of heavy air freshener, possibly to off-set cigarette smoke. The staff is very friendly and very helpful but, out of the 5 days we were there, housekeeping only cleaned our room once. We had to ask for towels and TP.
- 5/5
Everything from check in, food options, cleanliness, location and proximity to Everything was great. We called ahead as we woild be arriving very late to check in and they made a note in my account so that everything would go smoothly. The rooms are large for not being "suites" which was great. The location is perfect to get around without having to drive and pay the crazy parking fees all over the strip. There was access to the monorail which was a huge bonus. We will definitely be back. We really enjoyed our stay. Also, they had great prices for it being memorial day weekend.

I like that it has been there for a long time. I like that I was able to upgrade to th 24 th floor for only $15 / day. We had a great view of the Sphere!! It was not very clean however.

In the middle of everything. You can walk across the street to the store. Hotel coffee $8. $2 cross street No pool as stated on website. Had to go to the sister resort just to get in the pool

Small reception and little staff with long line waiting. The fixture and room are not welly maintained. The pool is good but close at 5pm. Not worth 4-star in compare with Paris hotel connected. The exist of self parking car parking always with exit problem with no staff on spot to help. Booked for 4 people room but only 2 devices allowed with free wifi

Horseshoe is always a safe bet. It’s good value for the money and is central on the strip. Lots of good food right out front and across the street from Caesar’s Palace and Bellagio if you want a nicer restaurant or steakhouse. Solid hotel.

Unhelpful staff and they don’t refund me a charge they said they would at the pool. Do not stay here. Elizabeth at the front desk does not know the rules of the hotel and she and her manager are not helpful. Waited for someone to get our checked bags forever cause the attendant wasn’t there. Will not be coming back. Poor excuse for “hospitality”
- 5/5
No clerks. Check in with your phone or kiosk by scanning a QR code fast and machine printed out key cards!
- 3/5
Poor communication about associated parking and check out, nearly got stuck in the corresponding horseshoe garage. The plumbing went haywire, dirty bubbles were forming in sink while using shower, after fixed by maintenance, cleaning crew was to tidy up, didn't show up for two days, had to call for services, towels, trash pick up, and the staff was hesitant to admit there was a problem or inconvenience, saying these things happen, no way they could predict the issue, so almost saying in tone and approach that it was my issue, not wanting to deal with such things on my vacation. I had to insist on credit, and the room, tissue, towels had an odor. The beds, shower, and general accommodations were generous in size, and comfort, but I did not feel special, like the other time I had stayed there, was a bit disappointed about the fall of standards. It is a great location on the strip, and I really liked the hotel for the price point and general feel in the past, they just need to tighten back up.
- 5/5
Clean room, decent location on the strip
- 3/5
Upon checking in on the front desk employee not really helpful, unprofessional and rude, because we try to check in early with a addition fee, so we spoke to her and she said that when we book online that we book it as assigned upon check in but were trying to telling her that we did booked two beds, but she keep on saying it’s not two beds, and she said they fully booked and keep it arguing about it, then after all the bad attitude she gave us, and she decides to gave us the double bed that we originally booked. Worst costumer service.

Got a room with a tub but once we got in the room the drain didnt work so water couldn't stay in. Hotel is in a great location and for the most part the rooms are nice.

Room and staff were fine. Even though we had non smoking floor, everywhere in the building smelled of cigarettes.
- 4/5
Too much air freshener in the lobby. It’s like a heavy cologne.

location good, lively yet safe, no riff raff that i noticed, nice staff at laugh factory, great comics like bill dawes he was the best. outdoor market was cool. open late. really good deal given the location and amenities. pool was nice but only half open? staff wasn’t accommodating about even an hr of late check out when not full and weekday. the ac would keep shutting off in all positions. the staff said no free water, they don’t give out water but could buy at stores and when i asked if there were water starting the front desk staff said no. i corrected her as there is one i realized in the gym… not great food options but close by at neighboring paris and caesar’s and outdoor market next to horseshoe. why wasn’t the deep end of the pool open? made it feel like too many people in smaller area and who knows if they’re all peeing in the pool you know?
- 4/5
The room was much bigger than expected, and had an extra large bed. Everything was clean and the room was cleaned daily. It's in a great location on the strip, and actually connects diretly to The Paris hotel (you can access their swimming pool). Sometimes the elevators took a while to arrive, especially late at night / early in the morning. The check-in queues were quite long as well.

A great value for the center strip location. Our double queen room was spacious and clean. The mattress and pillows were great. If you want a more serene pool space, the Blu pool was quite nice, and the poolside service was great. Direct access to Paris and a short walk to Caesar's, Cosmo and Bellagio. If you need restaurants in the casino, there are limited options. That said, it's a short walk to Paris where there are more options available.

There was a remodel of Horseshoe from when it was Bally‘s. The model looks great. The rooms are very spacious, clean, well maintained. The entire casino and hotel are very clean and look nice. I definitely would make this my main hotel coming to Vegas. And not to mention it’s right in the middle of everything so easy access to anywhere you need to go on the strip.

We upgraded our room and it was nice. Could have been cleaner though.
- 3/5
Cons: Waiting nearly an hour in line to get checked into our room. Getting locked out of our room as our keys stopped working and having to wait 35 minutes in the freezing hallway for maintenance to come change the battery in our door as well as making 2 long hikes to the front desk to tey to get this taken care of. Very inconvenient! Being charged for parking when we had no vehicle. Pool was beautiful, drink prices at the pool bar.....outrageous!

This was our first time staying here and it was a good experience. It's right off the strip and it has a connection to the Paris which was convenient. Staff was nice and helpful.
- 4/5
Prime location on the strip. Nice pool to relax at.
- 4/5
Check in was a nightmare. Other than that everything else was great
- 2/5
I’m hoping management reviews this feedback and possibly reaches out with an opportunity to restore confidence in a future stay. I’d definitely be open to giving the property another chance.
- 5/5
Good room quiet nice spot
- 4/5
Above average
- 4/5
The hotel it’s ok for the price. Very well located and easy to go everywhere. I will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
I really appreciate the Horseshoe Casino for it's approximate location on the Las Vegas strip. I'm an heavy metal concert go'er. And love the fact that I can walk to any of the venues where my favorite group's are playing. H

Solid property for the price. Had a very enjoyable stay.

We came here with good mind but the girl in front is talking rude and i order my doordash food that food came in lobby and i went to lobby my food is missing and when i talk with front desk girl she is gossiping for me at negative point and when i tell her to call your manager beacuse my food is missing then she didnt even contact then but when Manager came out, she’s like OK we can’t help him because DoorDash is a third-party gap and when I called DoD dash DoorDash is saying it’s a responsibility of Hotel friend then I told them OK. Can you show me the recording so I will know the Dasher has taken it or someone else has taken the no we are not writing you the recording you can go and contact whichever you want to even my room. I especially told there was no service for my room and when I went out and someone came in my room, giving me the cleaning service OK and my rubber bands are missing at that time. Then how should I get my full money back and there was refrigerator is not working there
- 5/5
Chek in mal atención
- 2/5
The room was small. Bathroom was old with cracks. The vending machines on 17th floor didn’t work. The housekeeping took an hour to give us towels because she was solo for night shift. The hotel needs to be updated. Also check out is at 11 am and check in is 4pm. Late check in and early check out compared to other hotel. First and last time here.
- 5/5
Greqt time. Perfect location on strip. Everyone was helpfull. Professional everything was good. Great food options. Friendly dealers drink girls and Bartenders. Room was nice.
- 4/5
Staff very friendly and professional. The room was nice but the hallways leading to the rooms were outdated. It use to be Ballys and the Ballys red theme is present in hallways. It’s maintained well but could use a makeover. The hotel and casino overall is a good value. My only complaint during my stay was the pool wasn’t open everyday and I had to go to the Paris pool which was an inconvenience.
- 5/5
We had a great time. Great location, great rooms and a very accommodating and friendly staff. We had a small problem and it was quickly taken care of. Brooklyn, the front desk manager is amazing! Highly recommended!!
- 2/5
Security was lacking
- 5/5
I was very satisfied with this property. From check in To check out, the staff was pleasant and courteous. I felt safe and comfortable to move about without worry or concern. The rooms are spacious enough for two. The refrigerator in the room is very convenient, and the view of the sphere and LinQ made for a good night sleep. Within steps away from CVS, restaurants and entertainment for your convenience. I highly recommend this property for its reasonable rates, central location, great views, and extremely welcoming staff.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, clean room with nice shower. Bad check in as has been said many times before. Great location on the strip and nice room views.
- 3/5
The walls are thin and our neighbours were up all night. When I called the front desk to ask for a room change they just said it would probably be the same in another room. With so many options I won’t be staying there again.
- 5/5

- 5/5
The only thing They charged up extra

Check in was slow; the machines did not work. The lines were long and the room I paid for was not the room I stayed in; no upgrade! Room was clean and worked for one night stay.

I booked a five night stay for EDC and was incredibly happy with my experience! Everyone was so nice, the room was very clean and spacious. There were two things that I think might bother some people. First, the bathroom cabinet looked like it needed a fresh coat of paint - some chipping that made it look like an older hotel. It didn’t affect my stay AT ALL though. Second, I was on the 25th floor facing Flamingo street and could hear the traffic, sirens, (pool music during the day), etc. as if I were actually outside. So the windows are thin. Maybe it’s not as loud on another side of the hotel. I just used earphones and fell asleep to my usual guided meditation. Easy fix and wow was that bed comfortable! Anyhow, those things were hardly a bother to me as the rest of my experience was fantastic! I was even able to get a little jog in, and putz the stores when done. The hotel is so close to so many sights and shops. And what I didn’t feel like trekking to, I just used their monorail. I’m definitely staying there again!
- 3/5
Staff not the most friendly. Hotel fairly noisy as our room had adjoining doors to 2 other rooms - not ideal. VERY expensive - much better quality in Vegas

I really enjoy staying here, when I am in Vegas

- 5/5
Great experience!
- 3/5
a staple of vegas and super affordable compared to others, are getting what you pay for tho.
- 5/5
Everything great
- 4/5
It was a reasonable price. We have paid extra for the view and it was ok but nothing special. The furniture in the bathroom was really dated and heavily scratched all around. The room itself was in a good condition. The restaurants in the hotel are expensive but quality was not good so we usually walked to another hotel nearby for the breakfast or dinner. They charge $20 for a self parking.
- 5/5
Parking was a little far.
- 3/5
Location was excellent, upgraded room overlooking the sphere and high roller was fun except the room windows overlooking were so dirty it ruined all the pictures, disappointed in that. Pool was just OK super far walk from the room and not scenic at all but still felt refreshing on a hot afternoon.
- 5/5
Hotel room and view were great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Little booking issue with room at checkin but the staff cleared it up and all good. The pool was nice with a great view, although closes way too early (5 or 6pm). Overall, really enjoyed my stay and will be back.
- 4/5
Room was clean very comfortable. For a simple room was very pricey.
- 5/5
The A/C would only allow down to 68° and we usually set ours at 65° during EDC weekend due to the day sleeping we do.
- 4/5
I was pleased with the room it was very comfortable and roomy I will definitely go again
- 5/5
Very happy with our stay. We booked 3 rooms and had no problems. We had an issue when checking in due to us not realizing that each room needed its own payment for resort fees, per day, but the staff was able to explain clearly and I understood. We also made a mistake when adding the amount of vehicles per room (we added all to one room, then added extra ones per room, so we paid for more than we actually had) but the staff was able to refund us what we needed. Thank you Horseshoe for your amazing hospitality. I always make an effort to stay here or the Paris for this exact reason.
- 5/5
I enjoyed spending my vacation at this hotel.
- 2/5
The rooms are outdated and dirty And the hotel is old
- 1/5
You’re parking facility is very unprofessional and extremely expensive.
- 4/5
The location was excellent and within our budget
- 3/5
If this property were cleaner it would be such a great value. Check in kiosk was simple and seamless, room view was nice and pool is decent. Liked the proximity to Paris. But I had to report a dirty shower and when they came to clean it again it was still dirty with hairs. No thanks. Too bad because overall it could be a great value for a great location, but a dirty bathroom is a deal breaker.
- 2/5
I booked a strip view, but the room was pool view and was disappointed
- 5/5
Beds Were The Best Part! Like sleeping in a cloud
- 4/5
Great place to stay if you there for concerts. The location is in the middle of all major venues, definitely will stay there again.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great time and great location
- 4/5
Great location and room was comfortable.
- 5/5
I hadn’t stayed in a casino for a while and it’s hard not to have in room coffee in the morning.
- 4/5
It was a good stay especially for a casino style hotel. Resort fee is a bit overboard since it’s not a resort but overall it’s a nice place to stay.
- 4/5
Spacious rooms, budget friendly. Connects to Paris Casino and monorail. Food court and arcade in the lower level are great for those traveling with children and young adults.
- 5/5
Wipe down the surfaces, Somebody nutted on the pleather seats. But then again, that's pretty much expected in Vegas.
- 5/5
Loved our stay
- 4/5
I am a local live in Summerlin was very disappointed from check to no pool
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
I was impressed with the room. I live in Las Vegas but I live in Summerlin which makes it hard when you are managing a convention on the strip with long hours. The location was impeccable.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and family friendly except the restuarants didn'r have vegan or dietary restriction options.

It was very expensive for what we got but the room was nice
- 1/5
Front desk was a terrible.
- 5/5
A good stay
- 4/5
First of all the room was wonderful and so was the location. The room was large and nice but a little beat up. So many places are walking distance since it's mid strip. Now the negative all over the casino they advertise 5 dollar domestic tap beers so I decide to have one and after ordering a Blue Mood which is a Coors product brewed in Colorado the bartender says that ill be 13.50 so I ask what happended to 5 dollar domestic beer? he lies to me a says Blue Moon is an import. Now I can afford 13.50 but what customer likes being lied to? Another scam lying scenario was by the pool, I know drinks get expensive at the pool so I ask the bartender how much for 2 mixers and he says 43 dollars I say ok and when I looked at my credit card receipt it was 43 each, since I ordered 2 drinks he basically lied about the price. The moral of the story is go to other places to eat and drink if you don't want to be scammed. I would definatly go back since I liked the room and loved the location but watch out for getting scammed
- 4/5
Everything was good. I had no issues.
- 4/5
Clean room and casino. Great shops and dining. The elevators need work and more staff at the hotel check in counter.
- 5/5
Clean Room.
- 4/5
Convenient location. Good slots. Left my sunglasses at the Paris pool and neither hotel were helpful in finding them.
- 4/5
The property is surface level clean but not deep cleaned. It is also an older property so there is chipped painted in the bathrooms etc. its location is amazing! The pool is nice. The staff was helpful. It was very affordable for the location.
- 1/5
The location was convenient and the room itself was okay, but next time I’d probably do a bit more research and choose a non-smoking hotel instead.
- 5/5

Hotel was clean. Property was clean reeked of cigarette smoke throughout the casino floor and lobby. Door outside of the hotel room was dirty. Should have been cleaned after cleaning the room.
- 5/5
Perfect spot on the strip and to visit the sphere
- 3/5
Also they do not clean your room unless you requested which I thought was strange
- 1/5
May 9th- may 11th. Did not like the stay at all for me and my family. carpets were dirty, mirrors dirty, no tp ready for us and we found old drinks and old food in the fridge.. they told us they were gonna get a manager to come look at the room but instead a cleaning lady comes and starts cleaning while me and my family were just sitting there.. all of this happened when we first got into the room… 👎👎
- 5/5
We got in late and tried to get the same floor with family. It was already all booked and so without question, we were given the next floor above and upgraded to a King Suite. It was a nice birthday surprise. We had a great view! Everyone from valet to housekeeping were very nice!
- 5/5
I would stay here again. Housekeeping was prompt, it was a great location
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. The rooms are very large and roomy. Very happy with our stay
- 4/5
Very clean hotel and accessible to the strip. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is there was not a coffee pot in the room and getting a cup of coffee in the hotel or surrounding areas cost $7-$8.00 a cup.
- 5/5
Air vents in the bathroom need to be added!
- 2/5
The room was hot always. I couldn’t lower the temp past 68 and slept poorly. It was also very loud since the hotel was right on the street.
- 5/5
Didith at the front desk was quick and efficient with our check in and a great face of Horseshoe Casino and Hotel. She was thoughtful, kind and friendly!!!
- 5/5
It was a good stay just be aware of these crazy resort and parking fees that are crazy
- 3/5
Not worth the price.
- 3/5
My overall experience of the horseshoe was OK I would’ve said great. It’s just the elevators get really really busy and when it came to housekeeping, I had to call them about six times throughout the day from 9 AM all the way until about 8 PM in order to get somebody to come to my room to clean it housekeeping was in the hallways all day and after repetitively calling I was informed there was nothing they could do besides bring the amenities we needed up to the room however, when I did go out and come back about an hour later, it did look like somebody had finally gotten into the room to clean it it just sucks it took that many phone calls, and that much effort to get one thing done.
- 4/5
The bathrooms were a bit uncomfortable. The door and the lock could be improved. It always felt like it was open.
- 3/5
Get to ur room was sometime a 20 min wait and they’re wifi not the great
- 5/5
Good location. Large, clean room. Excelent view to the Sphere.
- 4/5
Room was spacious. We got a high floor which allowed for a nice view of the mountains and some of the strip. I asked for at least a couple of extra pillows that never came and the lines at the check in were always long. The iron board was broken. The housekeeping was questionable.
- 4.5/5

Loved our stay. Double bed rooms are big! Close to everything

This hotel is very clean, at the strip, has great food and downstairs is the casino. Can easily get to places really fast and has great staff
- 4/5
Great hotel in the strip
- 5/5
Clean room, staffs were friendly, convenient location. I was happy with overall stay!
- 4/5
This property is dated as compared to other Vegas properties. But it was priced right and comfortable. Additionally, the location on The Strip is excellent.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
The Hotel and Casino are good, and the location is very good.
- 5/5
Proximity to strip
- 5/5
Clean, spacious but parking lot entrance is very complicated to find.
- 5/5

Resort fees are super high and prices everywhere were wildly outrageous. No wonder Vegas is a dying city. They are nickel and diming themselves out of business. I won't be back anytime soon. At Horseshoe, I had two pretty frustrating experiences. 1. I booked my initial stay through a 3rd party site. While there I opted to add an extra night and to ensure I could remain in the same room, I dealt directly with the hotel. They charged me a high rate for that additional night and the same room was less than half the price when I checked on Expedia. The person I worked with said there was nothing they could do. Terrible service. How can a 3rd party offer a better deal than the property itself? 2. I checked in on day 1 at 7 pm and by 12 pm the next day, both my key cards had stopped working. To address the situation the front desk suggested I wait in a check in line that was legitimately over 30 people long. I asked to speak to a supervisor who helped me quickly but the first person I spoke to was rude and treated me like I was the problem. I guess I got lucky when I checked in. There were only a few people in line. Through the rest of my stay, the check in line was consistently over 30 people long unless it was early morning. Overall the hotel was fine but wouldn't recommend it if you are impatient. Vegas as a whole is no longer a viable proposition.
- 5/5
I had a nice big room that was newly remodeled. The price is right and the location is good.
- 5/5
Clean rooms great access to other attractions and casinos. Parking was easy check in and out process was easy and simple. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Lack of signage in parking structure and non working escalators
- 3/5
The location was excellent right where you have access to everything on the strip north or south and has a monorail station. Food court area & massage were great. It's connected to the Paris hotel so you can easily walk between the two and see all their food and stores. There is clearly a noticeable difference between the amount of smoking in the Horseshoe compared with Paris hotel Horseshoe is very stuffy. 2 sets of staff at the Horseshoe hotel and parking. Hotel staff was good but not great. Parking garage staff is rude and piss poor. Hotel keys don't seem to work in the parking garage like it's supposed to so it's horrible trying to leave the parking. You have to press the button and call and wait 5 minutes and get rude staff that have to verify the room and name. It gets a little tiring when you are here for a week and have to go through this every day and have places to go. Horseshoe says the parking is contracted out but they are ultimately responsible for anyone that they pay to represent them. Room cleaning was done daily but a few times we weren't left with any new wash cloths & towels so had to call for those. Don't understand cleaning the bathroom and taking the used towels but not leaving any clean ones. The ADA doors don't always work so getting wheelchairs and scooters through sometimes have to be done manually. Not a lot of power plugs located in room to use, maybe 3 total throughout the room. It's only a 3 star hotel so I guess you get what you paid for.
- 4.5/5
Costs are too high. Meals at the restaurants are too expensive. I paid for resort fees twice. Didn’t know what I paid before coming to the hotel. When I got there I was charged resort fee again. I show it to the lady at the hotel, was charged again for the resort fee.
- 4/5
Everything, Location, Price , the staff was very polite Nothing, Everything was Great
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 4/5
The dust and uncleanliness of the room
- 4/5
Room needed updating
- 4/5
They should say that the pool is only open on weekends
- 3.5/5
Location was good. I picked this hotel because we did three tours and they picked up at the Horseshoe. Checking in via kiosk was quick and easy while the line for checking in with a person was always long. Definitely use the kiosk! There is a CVS next door and an outside food court area next door. We were very happy when we found the food court in the basement, though. It was much quieter there. The casino smelled much worse than others we strolled throug, with lots of smokers. We had a small fridge in our room but no other amenities. The bathroom is poorly designed and a lot of water leaked on the floor from the shower. We had an issue with the AC, but when I texted them the next day, it was immediately repaired.
- 5/5
Valet parking should be free or discounted to the hotel guess
- 3/5
Paying for parking should be taken off if you’re a guest the hotel itself already expensive and the quality of the rooms needs to be better and more new and better look. There wasn’t enough staff at the front when we tried to check out there was only 2 and they were chit chatting while there’s a long ass line of people tried to check out so they should just add self check out on TV in the rooms. We were in a rush so we left and called in to check out. My concerns are in the other box
- 0.5/5
There was a receptionist who behaved as if she owned the hotel. When I arrived, she did not respond to me properly, and her attitude was dismissive. Whenever I asked questions about my room, her responses felt unhelpful and indifferent, which I didn’t appreciate. Other staff members were fine, but my overall experience was negatively affected because of the reception staff.
- 0.5/5
had to leave a day early for a emergency forgot a few things in the room tried to talk to front desk they referred me to lost and found no answer and no call backs from them they suck!!
- 3.5/5
The location..the accessibility of food..my incidental hold got released quickly Wifi was limited to two people only. We had three people in the room. That was greedy to make 15 a third person pay 15 dollars a day to use the wifi

The Monorail has a stop allowing for quick transport up and down the strip.Outside the front of the lobby there are many stores and food options. A indoor route to the Paris lobby has stores and other food options.

The drapes looked old. The overall lobby and Casino looked pretty good. We did not try the food. We also do not appreciate paying for parking when we were overnight guests. We are locals and we beleive that if the Las Vegas Casinos want to increase business from local residents, we should receive totally free parking at all Casinos. I have had dozens of friends in Las Vegas discuss the same thing. Everyone is very unhappy about paying for parking and many will not go to the strip becasue of it. We miss the days of free parkinng and valet. Thank you. Marisa Bruhn

Nice room, quiet even though the hotel is on the strip. Good access to many attractions. Food options however, either very expensive or the usual food court.
- 3/5
The hotel and staff were ok. Be aware that an extra $50USD is held per room, per night as a security deposit. This is on top of resort fees and taxes Expedia tell you about. It is refunded post stay, just be aware you won’t have access to those dollars so budget accordingly
- 3/5
The room was ok. However, the cleaning crew left a lot to be desired. I only saw them once my entire stay. I received no free WiFi password. I would think with the type of money people spend, small things like WiFi would be complimentary.

We stayed here many times, great location was remodeled maybe 3 years ago but maybe needs a little touch up. Otherwise always recommend to stay in the Versailles tower.
- 4/5
Nice rooms, wish it was smoke-free in casino, great location.
- 4/5
Outdated, but otherwise okay.

This place is immaculate.

The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. The walls in and outside of the bathroom (including the ceiling) had dried material on them. Appeared to be organic material, possibly food, vomit and/or blood. The shower door does not have anything to prevent the bathroom floor from flooding, so the towel to stand on was soaked and useless. The bathroom floor was obviously not clean and that was easy to see whenever the light was on, highlighting streaks of who knows what. Te absolute cheapest and worst toilet paper know to man. The thermostat, when set to 70 degrees, would barely turn on, but when it was set to 69 degrees it would run for extended period of time without stopping. The exterior windows are filthy making the view much less appealing. The television reseting to the very start of the hotel page every time you turned it on was extremely annoying. I stayed here when it was still Bally’s in 2019 and it has gone downhill in a bad way. Cheap doesn’t have to be dirty. I will not be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Large rooms. Great amenities good housekeeping

It was amazing the view of the sphere the decor the casino the atmosphere worth the money thanks.

the room is clean . The stuff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. Would like to stay there again!

Bathroom wasnt even cleaned when we got their hair everywere had to wait for them half a hour to clean. They overcharged us and wouldnt even give us a free dinner or night for all the caps they caused will not use them again!
- 2/5
We stayed here when it was Ballys and it was so much cleaner. I have pictures if those need to be submitted.
- 5/5
We were extremely pleased with our stay at Horseshoe. The rooms were clean. The casino was fun and spacious. The bartenders were friendly. The location is fantastic for easy access to everywhere. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was just as good and lively as most of the casinos on the strip we visited. A warning for newcomers- EVERYTHING is twice as much along the strip than it is in “real life” so be prepared.
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 5/5
The room was well maintained and clean. Good view. Very convenient for the tradeshow. My only complaint is that you do not have coffee in the room. Having to get dressed to go down to the lobby and wait in line while half asleep for my first cup of coffee is not ideal.
- 3/5
All great other than rotten food in our fridge
- 5/5
Clean room, professional staff especially in the poker room
- 5/5
it was excellent

Our stay was okay. The hotel staff and security are very nice. The hotel room was okay. The bathroom vanity needs to be repainted. There were paint missing in many places. It made it look cheap. The bathroom door needed to be cleaned badly. Visible dirty hand prints and blood drip. The shower was great. The beds were fairly comfortable. We had a great view. The bathroom smelled like sewer in the morning. But we do feel safe at the hotel.

Double charging. I stayed in 2 days and charge me 3 days for parking. No personal hegienw such as toothpaste. They charge resort fee even when you don’t use their resort facilities.
- 3/5
For 2 days stays no one clean the room
- 3/5
The room was very nice, the self check-in was easy. The casino area is very nice. The only downside is that everything is very very expensive, the food, the idiotic resort fee, parking, and the table minimums. It’s not the Vegas I remember.

Everything was excellent!! I will stay with you again! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was good
- 4/5
Room was clean, room temperature was good as well. Staff we interacted with were very pleasant. Could smell smoke and weed in the bathroom when we arrived, which was a little disappointing.
- 1/5
Everything feels neglected, including the rooms and staff. There wasn't any guidance for newcomers, and the staff was often late in attending to requests. The shower is the worst in bathrooms. Those have to be replaced with new ones with optional force levels to take a good bath.
- 5/5
Staff vety friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Nice stay overall at Horseshoe Las Vegas. The room was clean, but the windows need exterior cleaning and the furniture could be updated to give it a fresher feel. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel offers good amenities in a great Strip location. Overall, it’s a solid hotel with plenty of potential to improve and offer an even better guest experience.
- 5/5
large rooms, great view

Clean

It was an ok hotel. Would i stay there again probably not. Had some issues with billings that were resolved. The room wasnt cleaned until we complained. Difficult to get a drink by the waitress while we were playing. She never came back!! Had 1 drink brought to me in the 4 days i was there. Not the vegas that i knew and remembered. And there was a cockroach that landed on my cousin at Guy Fieris restaurant😳oh well. I still had a good time in vegas.

My room was fine but my daughter and her family were up all night because of a party going on in the room next door. They asked for a different room and were told the hotel was sold out (this was on Thursday night). They asked for security to come up at midnight to ask the guests to lower the volume. The front desk said they would need to come downstairs for any complaints. So they went downstairs (after having to get up and get dressed). They were told that security would be up to address the noise problem. They didn’t come up for another HOUR.
- 5/5
The room was very nice, well kept and suited my needs.
- 5/5
Low cost, location
- 4/5
The staff is excellent. Amenities are great. The room service was good the first day but then didn’t work the next day. The hotel is dated in the decor and you can tell the carpeting is older but overall comfortable and in the middle of everything with a great view of the High Roller ride and the Sphere!
- 4/5
I was very impressed by this newer hotel from downtown that moved to the strip. The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable. It was a very nice hotel The only thing I did not like about it was the price for parking overnight which most of them have.
- 5/5
Love the view of Sphere from our room

It was perfect . Thank you

The ride service that we ordered was NOT great as they could not accommodate my husband since his returning flight was at 7am. He had to be awake all night for the driver to pick him up at 3am and take him to the airport at that time. He said he wants to be picked up later in which he was told that could not happen. We will never use the ride service again.

When we checked in at the kiosk we asked the attendant about the rooms and they said there is only one bed. They did not offer to help correct it and blamed me for the error. She was unhelpful and brushed us off
- 3/5
The rooms were great. Clean. The parking was good until you wanted to leave. That’s the one thing that would not want me to stay there again. Staff was nice . But I feel like I should have been compensated for the parking issue.
- 3/5
I booked the strip view but when i checked in they gave me a parking view . Hopefully they check next time
- 5/5
great
- 5/5
Yes, everything was great
- 5/5
great room for the price, much cheaper than surrounding hotels with access to the strip and mono rail. We had a great view of the sphere out our balcony window.
- 3/5
During the stay there was maybe one staff member that was nice and friendly. Everyone else didn’t smile and were not very friendly. Room was clean. Walls were thin. We heard a lot of noise next door and in the halls all hours of the night.
- 3/5
Yes, definitely was courteous , staff was friendly,... !
- 5/5
Amazing
- 3/5
Amenities - why do none of these rooms have AC, or a thermostat that goes below 68. A mini fridge on the strip is great but a microwave would be awesome. Rooms in general were mostly clean but every towel we received had a brown spot on it somewhere. Location is great, central on the strip, most rooms have a pretty alright view. Improvements could be made but overall I would stay again.
- 5/5
Hotel offered all the amenities you’d want. Room had great space.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly, the cleanliness was impeccable.
- 4/5
We were offered an upgrade with a view of the Sphere. The room was large enough for my daughter’s family to hang out with us comfortably. We were missing a tv remote and it was delivered to us shortly after reporting it.

Everything was amazing

Staff was nice. Room had 2 mini fridges which was a plus.

My room was fine. My stay was fine. I don't appreciate being charged an extra fee and being told that I checked out late when I checked out way before. Check out time was 11:00am I was gone by 5:30 a.m. there's no way to mistake that and just by collecting the room key they can check that,so that leaves a bad taste for me
- 4/5
Easy check in, room made up even though I didn’t request. It was very nice to return to the room to find it serviced.
- 5/5
Rooms are large, staff is friendly, and the vibe fits. Horseshoe isn’t trying to be luxury — it’s practical, straightforward, and easy to navigate. The Laugh Factory is now here, and it fits the demographic perfectly: real entertainment without the mega‑resort theatrics. The location is the real advantage. Everything is walkable from here. The Strip in 2026 is far more pedestrian‑friendly than people assume, and if 20k steps and stairs are part of your daily routine, you’ll be right at home.
- 2/5
Was there for 4 days 3 night not one day did they clean the room
- 3/5
We we arrived we asked for an upgrade, there was two rooms and we wanted to be close, they were so far apart couldn’t have been any further apart! Asked to be by the elevator again the farthest away it could be! I think it was the person checking us in didn’t seem to have any idea of what they were doing!!!!
