Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Vegas Stadium District

The location was extremely convenient for arriving late at the airport and getting directly to sleep. The hotel is modern with nice facilities, comfortable linens, and spacious rooms and bathrooms. We were pretty impressed by the free breakfast in the morning as well- good variety even for vegetarians. Overall, we would recommend this hotel for anyone just stopping in for the night and heading out of town. Our cons below would not prevent us from staying here again as I'm guessing much of them had to do with just 1 of our specific rooms. As we were checking in late around 1am, the front door was locked. There was a sign saying to use the intercom to call the front desk, but no instructions on how to do this. We were tired and frustrated by this until someone finally noticed we were there. A clarifying sign would be helpful as I tried several times to dial 0 on the phone and it wasn't working. We requested two rooms near each other- 1 king and 1 with two queens. They accommodated our request to be adjoining, but this meant switching to 2 rooms with two queens and we weren't notified this would be the case. It would've been nice to have been asked which option we would have preferred before getting to our rooms. On top of this, the door handle would only work if pulled up (not down), which caused some additional confusion and a call down to the front desk. Lastly, one of the queen beds seemed to have some broken springs such that it collapsed in slightly and made a loud thunking noise every time you rolled over. We were so tired and leaving early the next morning that it ended up not mattering much in the end, but these are some thing the hotel could work on.

I liked that the hotel is close to the strip. It was very clean and quiet. No smoke smell anywhere. I love the size of the room! And though we didn’t use the kitchenette it was very nice! We also didn’t use the pool or gym but both looked great and were not busy. And the breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. Coffee was always available. My FAVORITE part of our stay were the daily interactions we had with the front desk staff, David! He was just a joy.

We’ve stayed here before. Good breakfast, easy walk to the strip, friendly staff. Even had a personal welcome message to me on the TV.

Nothing very special about it. I didn’t like that the staff did not empty my trash or pick up dirty towels after asking them 2x I ended up collecting all the trash and bringing it to the desk at 1am after returning. My husband carried out the towels himself. I was told by staff they would send someone and I ask 2 times later to find out I was not even on the cleaning list. I also said I found a used bandaid in the bathroom so I know the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly.

The breakfast was perfect and did it's job with good and filling options. Hotel is a 10 min walk from the stadium and 5 min walk from fast food chains which is perfect. The suite is big and comfortable. Only missing a kettle really. Would've been nice with a kettle.

Room was spacious with fridge and microwave woven, so it was comfortable for us to make baby foods. Room was very neat and clean. Location is a bit far from downtown, but good for the people who chose to avoid downtown chaos.Complimentary breakfast was good. I requested room for upper floor, so that my infant can get a better view of the surrounding.Unfortunately I was not able to get that although I checked continuosly for three consecutive days with the staff for the vacancy on the upper level floors. We stayed there for 7 additional nights through Priceline package booking.

The desk service was not professional to me and it actually hurt my feelings because I wasn’t expecting a person to be so unprofessional to me. Besides that, the room was nice and clean. It fully accommodated my family and me. The breakfast was nice, and we made the best out of what we could given the initial experience with the desk service.

Our room had a horrible musty and moldy smell. The front desk attendant when we checked in was so unkind and not friendly. She didn't smile once or use a kind tone with us. Breakfast was ok. Hall walls and carpets were filthy

Our stay at the hotel was overall decent, but the room was a little dirty, with some splatters on the doors and walls. However, the staff was very helpful and truly went above and beyond to assist us with some of our other needs, which made a positive experience.

The room was clean but my room accomodations was horrible one bed and only one pull out couch I was traveling with a family of 6 and my room did not offer a pull out bed. They all stated that they sold out the room and that's what all they could tell me

This is our go to hotel every time we head to Vegas. Spacious room & kitchenette is a big plus.

Staff full professional and amicable. Shuttle takes you to the airport and after 2 pm to New York hotel and Aria. Rooms are Clean and comfortable 6 persons can sleep easily. Proces are unbelievably… Will come back every time i will be in Vegas. Just one mile and a half from the Strip..

We just returned from an amazing one week stay in Vegas at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Vegas, Stadium District. The front desk staff led by Michael went above and beyond making sure that our stay was enjoyable and relaxing! They always had a smile and a friendly greeting with each passing. The kitchen staff managed by Ungo provided us with a free Hot breakfast every morning which included eggs, sausage, English muffins, toast, waffles, cereal, Coffee/Tea and a selection of Juices. The shuttle service which included stops to both the Las Vegas Strip and to the Airport was readily available and the shuttle driver Marvin was CRAZY HILARIOUS!! Close to the strip but far enough to make it a much more quiet and relaxing environment. The pool was well maintained and even the pool boy was up for some friendly conversation. If you're planning a trip to Vegas we highly recommend staying at this quiet little gem just off the strip ... tell them that Angel and Kevin sent ya! (p.s. We also suggest that you take a ride on the High Roller Wheel! Select pods offer an open bar during the amazing 30 minute ride!)

Elevator was not working. Asked for someone to take the trash and bring towels and no one came. Some of the staff was rude.

Good location, close to the strip. Breakfast is ok. Stayed there for a week, and I can confirm that the housekeeping is sub standard. Did not make the beds, always left 3 towels for 4 guests, did not mop, etc. Very noisy air conditioning unit.

The room is clean, the staff served us very well. When we wanted to extend for another day, the room rental fee doubled and sadly we had to move out.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was close to Allegiant Stadium which is why I chose it since we were in Vegas for a Raiders game. My stay here was so nice. The room was clean and it has a little kitchen, perfect for reheating left overs. Staff was super friendly , especially Nacole. Breakfast in the morning was really good and staff kept it tidy and full . I originally chose this location because it said it was an 8 minute walk to Excalibur but that is not true . But it was still worth the stay .

I was searching for the room and selected one but unfortunately didn’t notice and checked out from the site after the midnight. I went to the hotel with my family and there was no room available. There isn’t a way to book a room from midnight onwards. I had to hop around 3 hours with my kids to find a place to crash.

Had an amazing stay at home2 suites, room was clean and great size for the family. The staff was amazing and helpfull, tanesha the front desk was amazing and also the technitian that helped with the A/C unit for help he was so professional aswell. Breakfast was super delicious

Even Google Maps had trouble explaining the convoluted directions to get to the property so be prepared. Take note of the $20 parking fee. The nightly rate was higher than expected given that hotels on the strip are going for well under $50/night.

Convenient location, very quiet, super helpful staff. Breakfast is pretty good. Had a hard time setting the room's air conditioner to my preferred temp - it kept returning to the default. Matress is too soft and clumpy.

Rooms need a deep cleaning, could be cleaner. Sink had a sewer smell when running water. The toilets could be updated, they seemed old. Went to a concert near by at the Allegiant Stadium which made this hotel convenient but would not book again. The lady that checked me in was nice enough to switch my room but I still was not satisfied with the cleanliness.

Our sofa bed was broken but it’s ok, staff tired. We did not stay for breakfast, they had coffee in the lobby which was a big plus! I do Recommend the facility

We’re nice little hotel in walking distance from the strip. Quiet, without casinos, swimming pool just outside. Kids were delighted. Good breakfast with fair choice of food.Only downside, we had to pay 20 dollars a day for parking, which seems a rule around the strip area of Las Vegas.

As a MVP member of MGM Casinos, we get free parking in their garages, so we parked at Excalibur and walked to and from each day. What a disgusting money grabbing shitshow. They have a big parking garage you have to pay for each night but it was nice knowing the car was safe in there verses out on the street somewhere. The hotel was very nice and clean.

They were rigid about checking in exactly at 4pm w no wiggle room to check in earlier, but that's not a deal breaker. The rooms were modern and well maintained. The great aspect was these are suites w couches and kitchenettes w a full size fridge. The room also includes a smart tv that allows you to log into your Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube accounts. The location is accessible via public transport which is great for saving money on rideshare. It's accessible and close to two gas stations, fast food, and a Starbucks all in walking distance. The free breakfast buffet was fantastic w many great choices for a fulfilling breakfast. I definitely recommend Home2 Suites for anyone visiting T-mobile Arena and Allegiant Stadium.

Love the location for the stadium and clean breakfast was great only negative thing i can say its that the're a bit of confusions when finding the correct entrence because they share parking with another hotel. Other then that is great

Love the location for the stadium and clean breakfast was great only negative thing i can say its that the're a bit of confusions when finding the correct entrence because they share parking with another hotel. Other then that is great

Our breakfast cook was the best! Very family friendly! We went to a graduation & got back to hotel late, kids wanted to swim but we had 10mins left before pool was closed. Kids got in pool before closing time & hotel was kind enough to give us more time. Will book this hotel next time we're in town.

I chose this property since it was close to allegiant stadium and I was going to a concert there. Of course rates were higher because there was a big event going on. When I tried to check in early (after noon), they told me there would be a $50 charge to try to check in early. They had the rooms available, but you would have to pay $50. I was not going to pay higher than what I had already paid for the room, so we had to sit in the lobby until 330 and wait to be checked in with no extra fee. They said they were charging the extra fee because they were extremely busy that weekend. So not only are they charging the consumer more for the hotel room since it’s a busy weekend, they are charging $50 just to try to check in early. No way! Won’t get my business again.

My stay in Vegas was superb, in walking distance of the strip and Allegiant Stadium. Stephanie was really helpful and has a great character for customer service. The only 2 issues that we had was that on hotels.com they don't inform you about extra fees that the hotel with hold on your card, so that was kind of a surprise for us because other hotels do have that written in their fees& policies and the other issue was the air-conditioning keeps turning off after 2 or 3 hrs after asking a couple of times for maintenance we heard the night before we check out that the whole cooling system has a problem, but other than that the hotel was comfortable.

Staff were nice and friendly, property and rooms were clean, I would stay again but only if I had no other options. The beds were hard as rocks and the pillows felt like lumps of cotton in a bag with empty spaces, so it was hard to get comfortable. Not sure if it was because we had a room that was adjoining , but you could hear your neighbors conversations very clearly, definitely need better insulation or sound proofing. Parking is an additional fee per day which I don’t remember being informed of that when I booked.

Easy access to T Mobile Arena

Wanted a hotel which was walking distance to Allegiant Stadium but also accessible to the strip and downtown etc. This fit the bill perfectly. Was clean and modern with decent breakfast included. Allegiant is a fifteen minute walk. Downtown is a quick 10 minute Uber, as is the strip. It’s also quiet as away from all the strip madness. Has a gas station across the road and a couple of fast food places just up the road. Would recommend if you are looking for somewhere quieter or need to get to and from Allegiant Stadium on foot.

My stay was great! Really close to the strip, allegiant stadium and the t-mobile arena. Staff was very attentive and the breakfast options were great. Some construction going on around the area but didnt really affect me. It was a great stay overall. Would definitely come back again.

When my family and I went at 9, we had to wait about 20-30 mins for the staff to finish cleaning the pool to be used. Other than that the place was amazing, great staff, very clean and well kept. Very healthy breakfast. Will come again.

Good stay. We came in really late so we had to knock in the door hard to get inside to check in. Stay was nice and staff was accommodating. Room deposit is a ridiculous.

The facility is modern, well maintained, comfortable, spacious inside suite, and breakfast is incredibly delicious with lots of options (toast, muffins, bagels, fried & boiled eggs, sausage, sausage patties, 3 cereal options, fruit, yogurt, milk in a small carton, coffee, tea, juice, and lots of nuts like cranberries, raisins, walnuts, etc.). A great place for families and couples.

We stayed at this place for two night. The room was not serviced one time. I asked the front desk for more pillows and was told I would have to talk to housekeeping in the morning. I spoke with housekeeping (they were in my hall but did not service my room) and they told me to speak with the front desk??

Parking is NOT free. You have to pay $20 per night. Hotel is clean and spacious for a party of 6.

The room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable. Did not know about the 20$ a day for parking, also you can walk over to the strip from there , wasn’t able to check in early had to wait until the original check in time

The receptionists that I spoke to at check in and the next morning were very friendly. The breakfast was good and glad there were options. I love how spacious the room was with plenty of counter space, however there was still hair left in the shower and sink. Also when I opened the bath towel there was hair. Not all the buttons worked on the tv control and there were very big dark stains on the desk chair. Because of construction the 18 minute walk to the T-Mobile Arena turned into a 42 minute walk, something that should be looked into if you’re staying here.

Rooms is nice the mattress was terrible not comfortable woke up with shoulders aching.

The room was clean and spacious. The hot water never really got hot nor was their a good water pressure so the showers weren't great. It was walking distance of the strip and the football stadium. They never replaced towels or tidied the room. Breakfast was mediocre but typical. It worked tho and was great for sleeping

We loved the room. It's spacious and clean. It has a kitchenette with big fridge, dishwasher, utensils, plates and separate sink. Close to Vegas strip although not really walkable. Area feels safe even at night. Good choices for breakfast. Just maybe they can have a separate line for the waffle maker.

I spent over 10 hours trying to find a good place to stay in Vegas and ultimately chose Home2Suites. The wife and I could not have been happier with our selection. Very clean and new facility. Staff was great. We have traveled a lot and this place was pleasantly different from any we have ever stayed at before. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The breakfast was a little different each day as we stayed 8 days which was nice. The exercise room was right by the front door, very convenient. You read all the bad reviews on other properties in Vegas but I really can't think after 8 days of staying here that I have anything negative to say. Like I've said, we have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and when you find a good one it really stands out. I will say we met the general manager because I wanted to congratulate him on really running a tight ship. Trust me, if you are looking for a safe, well managed, newer hotel and when you leave you don't want to, then look no farther. After having spent over 10 hours on line looking for the best hotel, looking back on our experience, I would definitely without a doubt, choose this hotel again. Safe and happy travels.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 5! The free breakfast was always delicious and the staff we so friendly. Parking was NOT included in the initial cost. It was a surprise additional $15US per day. It’s a five minute walk to the Vegas strip. Lots of options for food and shopping. Will come back again!

I really loved my stay with them. Me and my mom went on a girls trip and it was her first time in Las Vegas. When we arrived we were happily greater by the concierge she was friendly and welcoming and she gave us water and snacks. They also have good breakfast and a great waffle station. 10 out of. 10 would stay again. It’s away from the strip but not too far like a 12 minute drive. Good for family’s

The only thing I disliked was that their was no free parking I called to confirm my reservation and confirm my deposit they told me it was 25 a day when I showed up it was 100$ but besides that everything was great

Overall stay was good. However I had no room cleaning service during my stay. Staff was nice, however upon check in the agent was occupied with what appeared to be a personal call.

This was a last minute booking. The Home2Suites south gave my room away while I was in the air traveling to Vegas. They used some lame excuse about trying to call me. I gave this hotel an okay rating because you must pay for parking.
