One from desk clerk was really condescending. He is hanging on to the tiny man bun fad. It's a horrible look and he walks around like he's the king of the world. He needs to be reminded that he works at a hotel.

Clean, welcoming, great selections available for breakfast. Only complaint about our room is that the mattress was way too soft. I still would recommend this hotel.

The continental breakfast was the best. The beds were horrible! The carpet smelled so bad like some one had been smoking non stop cigarettes. The bathroom could have been cleaner! I hated the whole stay. I will be emailing the GM! Also no steaming networks on TV. Listen to me don't waste your time and money!

The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially Erin. She was great and as much as I pestered her with questions, she was always helpful and had a smile. The place was clean and I would recommend it if you wanted to stay away from the strip as I was visiting family.

This is a nice hotel with a lot of nearby businesses. If you are looking to get off the strip but still enjoy Las Vegas, it's a great place to stay.

Everything about this hotel and my stay was wonderful. I did not want to get out of the bed, it was more comfortable than my own bed. I'm glad I stayed here, I'd definitely stay here again & I definitely have NO complaints about my stay & this hotel, it was super relaxing.

The room was clean. However, they did not clean it during our stay while we were gone all day on Saturday so we did not have new towels or clean sheets. The air-conditioning was broken and the fan in the bathroom also was broken so when we showered, our room was like a sauna, it was miserable to sleep at night. Just an overall bad experience.

Being that my family had a really bad start to our day, the staff here made us feel welcomed and appreciated. They were so kind and patient! Made my family and I feel so happy and assured us that everything will be just fine. They made sure we felt safe, comfortable and gave us peace of mind.

Clean and breakfast was good. In a nice area with shopping close by. Multiple rooms next to us with 10 plus kids in each room . Appeared to have no parental supervision and just let the kids run up and down the halls all hours of the night. They were throwing balls against the wall and screaming while slamming doors. 2 long nights of NO SLEEP!

There was no iron in our room and ice machines only on 3 & 4floors was inconvenient. But overall that didn't lessen the quality of our stay.

Decent hotel. Room was very clean. Check was easy. Parking was very limited and a little sketchy - I was worried about parking my car here because of the lighting, layout of the lot, and the (kind of bad) neighborhood. I had to park in the lot of an adjacent business and hope for the best.

Key had to be made twice. Good thing I had 2 keys. When using key after 11pm to into hotel lobby from outside it doesn’t open door to your room. Used 2nd key to get in. Great location. Near soccer fields at James Regional.

I had a great stay! The location was very convenient, close to both downtown and the airport, which made getting around easy. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was great. Overall, a really solid experience — I would definitely stay again

The room and building were very clean! Staff were very nice and professional and quick with checking in and out. Be careful ; as we were leaving we saw a car in the parking lot getting a bashed in front windshield repaired. Unsure if it was a road rage incident or attempted robbing. Nice area, just be alert.

A beautiful hotel with very polite and respectful staff. The hotel is very clean and quiet, offers a solid complimentary breakfast, the area around it is very nice and safe. There are a number of good places to eat at in the vicinity and it’s not far (by car) from the Strip. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this little gem of a hotel!

Check in and check out were quick and easy. The strip was not on our agenda for this trip but itself only about 10 minutes away. This was a great hotel and brought back memories of my short time living there. I'll definitely stay again.

They are trying to keep eco-friendly by providing pumps of shampoo, body wash, location, etc. which is fine. However, we went out of the body wash the second day of our stay and they said they didn't have any body wash left and they would have some one deliver soap bars for us and they never came.

The rooms are a bit dated, the lighting in the bathroom over the sink is inadequate and the in room complementary coffee only had two pods and insufficient cream and sugar. The complex and room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was decent and close to many amenities.

The heat and AC unit made a lot of noise you couldn't control the AC or the heat and I noticed this electrical issue that is not right it looks like it had been done in Mexico here's a photo of it bug bugs

The staff was friendly and helpful every single time. Their breakfast has good choices and plenty of them, their hours were also excellent. The room was quiet and it helped to be on the first floor. The pool was clean, parking was easy (even for and RV), plenty of places to visit for food near by. Everything seemed close by. Loved it!

It was away from the strip so the wibe was not there and also the dining option were very limited around the hotel.

Frank at the front desk was amazing very helpful and gave great recommendations for areas to visit and dining.

Quiet and safety.

The front desk rep Frank was great. He made our stay really nice. He was friendly, professional and a pleasure to speak to. He was very helpful, we needed to wash clothes and he made it very simple.

Elevator was down had to climb 3 flights of stairs...security was outside bc there was alot of homeless people around and it wasnt a real clean lookomg area. Hotel seemed clean tho.

Very loud AC, no smart TV, and small rooms.

We had to change rooms almost 2 times. First room the AC would make a loud noise. In the 2nd room the AC would not cool and we put it the lowest possible and it was not cold enough. We thought it was because of the high temperatures close to 118 but my family was in another room and their AC was working fine.

I’ve stayed here before, and when my plans unexpectedly changed, I decided this was the perfect place to stay again.

The hotel is super clean and pleasant, the staff are super attentive. Very different from the hotels in Vegas, this one doesn't have a horrible smell of cigarettes and this is great for those traveling with families.

Overall this was a decent stay, just a one nighter on the way to Cali. Its fairly easy to get to, and the area around it is okay. Check in was easy and parking was good. My son decided to try and hide and jump scare us and ended up finding a bug and a french fry. We asked to borrow a vacuum and all was well. The breakfast was good and the gym was nice as well.

It's just what you need for a quick, clean, inexpensive stop-over in Las Vegas. Nate was at the front desk when we arrived in the late evening with four tired grandsons (all under the age of 6!). He took special care of us. Good practical value for the money, close to supermarkets and places to eat and refuel.
