I liked the location and how walkable it was for me. Breakfast was typical and I found there were plenty of options. The room and building itself were pleasant as expected. I think it’s just a Vegas thing but I wish there was a few airport shuttle, even if it was only free at checkout to confirm it’s available solely to guests.

Anthony was great! Kept his composure with the mass check ins/sold out status for BTS/Memorial weekend and remembered the guests. The hotel was clean and maintained. The rooms are super quiet and the black out shades worked almost too well! Beds are comfy and really appreciated the walk in shower. Breakfast was good with a welcome amount of options. It was super convenient to the strip, airport and a decent walk to Allegiant stadium. Would definitely stay again especially for events at Allegiant.

Nothing We booked this hotel about 2–3 weeks before our trip. Our reservation was confirmed, and everything seemed fine. However, when we arrived to check in, we were told that there were no available rooms and that they do not accept reservations from Booking.com. They sent us to another hotel, which was completely unsuitable for us, especially since we were attending a conference nearby. Thankfully, Booking.com helped us resolve the situation, and we were able to find another great hotel close to the conference location. But the fact that a confirmed reservation does not actually guarantee you a room is extremely disappointing after a long trip. So if you decide to stay at this hotel, I strongly recommend contacting the hotel directly in advance to confirm that your booking is truly valid.

Breakfast was good. The high winds Sunday evening knocked out power briefly and so the elevators weren't working. My room was on the 5th floor so I had to climb the 5 flights of stairs. The good news was once I got to the room powere was back on for everything. The bad news was the next morning the elevators were still not working and I had to carry my suitcases down 5 flights of stairs.

Good price. Close to the Las Vegas Strip. Views of MGM Grand, Luxor and Mandalay Bay hotels. Ample parking. No resort tax. Complimentary breakfast. Good sized room. Complimentary parking would have been nice, instead of $20 per night, but I'm sure this is competitive with hotel parking in general for Las Vegas.

The person who checked us in was kind to my kiddos. The hotel staff was accommodating to my family needing two rooms on the same floor. The breakfast was great, clean facilities and nearby to MGM hotel and airport.

Spacious room with 2 double beds. The bed was too soft - the mattress made an indentation when I lay on it. But overall, I slept well because I was exhausted Missed breakfast due to an early check-out. One thing that stood out - I really did not like that I had to personally register my vehicle by scanning a QR code, after the front desk staff had just accepted my driver's license as verification to check in. I guess it was too much of an extra step for personnel to complete this task. That is exactly why robots are beginning to take over.

Rooms were clean, food was free and good, the outdoor pool was so nice I wish it was hot enough to use it when we went. Would stay there again!

When I was got back to the hotel after visiting the strip, I discovered that the room I had was mistakenly given to me. I had to have security wake up the people in the room I was probably given just to retrieve my stuff

We had a brief stay before an early flight: the hotel was perfect, clean, safe, easy access, well updated. We wished we were staying longer to take advantage of the amenities—breakfast and the pool.

My stay at the Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations, I went with my young daughters and it was a great experience this hotel is wholesome. From check in the person who greated us was so nice! felt so welcomed from the start. Our room was clean and spacious lots of room to store clothing and hooks to put bags up. Breakfast was great they serve fresh food options and everyday is different, we loved that. Distance to the strip is walkable!

The hotel was okay but the cleaning people would come in and clean but they really only took out trash and make beds. We could tell they did not vacuum or mop the bathroom floor. At the pool there was never towels. It was ok but not the cleanest.

The hotel itself was very nice. The pool was a little oasis where you could relax. My family of 5 got a room with two queens and a pull-out sofa bed. The queen beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was truly awful. It was like laying on springs. When I mentioned it to several different staff members, they gave us extra pillows, comforter and a tic to try to make up for a toasted mattress. We ended up having to use the cushions from the couch to lay on top of the mattress. My son had a very uncomfortable sleep for 4 nights. New mattress is needed here.

Great spot close to the Strip. And easy access to the airport. Hotel itself wasn’t anything fancy, but it met our needs. The room was more spacious than we thought but the sofa bed was too thin and was uncomfortable to sleep on. The pool was a real highlight and the 24/7 access to the gym was great. Overall very satisfying stay.

The room was fine, it was very warm in the elevators and hallways. The warm breakfast items were not hot or fully cooked tasting, and the fresh fruit was not fresh. The area around the hotel is dotted with motels that people live in. While I felt fine definitely felt needed to be more aware. The staff at the desk were always friendly though.

My family and I enjoyed the visit to The Holiday inn. The facilities and the staff weere very friendly and helpful. The Outdoor pool was great and we were in walking distance to thw strip. The free parking was very helpful. We enjoyed the free breakfast every morning with a good Cup of coffee.

It's a pretty safe hotel. They don't let anyone in, unless they have the access card. When I accidentally went out to party, I didn't close the door to my room well. When I arrived the next day, everything was fine. I had my documents and my money; everything as I left it.

Paying for the parking was not something we accounted for in our budget. But did like walking distance to MGM and top golf.

The staff were really helpful and quick to bring up a crib for our baby. The area is okay, but it’s a little sketchy (which comes with the territory when stopping in Vegas, I suppose). The breakfast was good. Our bathroom floors were not mopped very well but other than that the room was clean and cool.

Staff was not polite. In fact sometimes rude. Front desk staff should at a minimum say hello and look at you when answering questions, not continue to stare at their computers. This happened on two different days two different people. And they should really quality control the appearance and clothing of the staff. Finally, the breakfast buffet stops at 0930 even on weekends - seems unreasonable for Las Vegas with plenty of night activities. It should adapt rules to its location.

Holiday Inn express on Tropicana is a hidden gym. Can’t be the free breakfast buffet. The location is right off the strip. Staff was very nice. Rooms were very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a good one night stay at Holiday Inn. We left early morning so didn’t have the chance to eat bf but the staff gave us bf on the go bags for each member of my family. That was super nice of them. I really liked the hotel. It was clean and well kept and the hotel lighting was really nice. There are motels on each side of this beautiful hotel and people living there gave me negative vibes. Overall I rate this hotel 5/5.

Walking distance to strip (near MGM Grand). Theres a Dennys, steak n shake nearby for food. Area was fairly safe but there were interesting people nearby specially at night. Comfortable bed, free breakfast was a plus.

The rooms are clean! Lisa at the front desk was amazing, but the ‘ breakfast’ left alot to be desired. We got down at 8:30 to nothing left but a few pieces of turkey sausage and cold cereal. The oatmeal wasn’t done and they never brought anything else out.

Smooth check in. Staff was courteous. Romm was very spacious and had a comfortable stay.

Afternoon Checkin staff is awesome. Mr.Rashad went beyond service expectations. I’m surprised why he’s not in management position.Im sure in due time both will receive promotions..

Spacious, good breakfast set up and fresh coffee all day. Room felt a little dirty, curtains and door were greasy and blankets were torn on both beds, kind of hard to sleep when you are getting stuck in the holes of the blanket. Pool and gym were clean and common areas were well kept as well.

No shade or smoking area outdoors

Rooms were great, but they charge extra for parking. But I guess it’s Vegas

Location was convenient for us. It was a bummer we had to pay for parking on top of the rate but that's Vegas for you.

Beautiful property and overall well maintained. When we first checked in there was a problem with the cleanliness of our room, it hadn't been vacuumed so there was dog hair all over the floor and chaise lounge. They were kind and immediately had it taken care of. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Very convenient to and within walking distance to the strip without the resort fees. The pool and spa area was very nice as well. We will likely stay here again on our next visit.
