The hotel is praised for its convenient location, particularly for events at the Sphere and its proximity to the strip. Guests appreciate the spacious, clean rooms and the friendly staff. However, there are consistent complaints about the aggressive timeshare sales pitches and some issues with maintenance and cleanliness in certain areas.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to the Strip via the Linq. 2 minutes walk to the Sphere. Very safe, always staff walking around or in the buggy's keeping an eye on everything. Security on the main entrance gate, and all other gates on the complex were very secure. Good to have the kitchen facilities and a full size dining table and sofa area. Only negative was controlling the air conditioning across the whole apartment. One bedroom was hot and the other was cold!

The room was beautiful and clean, my only issue was the door it slams shut and is heavy so it can really do damage. Also more Umbrellas at the pool but other then that it was awesome.

There are no ice machines on property. I did not see any at their store either. You would basically have to buy some at the grocery or convenience store off property. We only stayed one night and did not know this before hand. The air conditioning was capped at 68, but our bedroom windows faced the sun and it became very hot in the bedroom overnight with no ceiling fan to help. I would recommend to the property to either change the thermostat settings or add a fan to the bedroom. The curtains are blackout but they do not cover the whole windows. All night there was light shining in, and morning was hot and bright. (We like a completely darkened room to sleep). It’s possible getting a bedroom facing west might have been different. I would recommend to cover the entirety of the windows in the bedrooms. Otherwise this is a nice place to stay for more than one night, as you can bring your food and drinks and there is room to relax with family/friends. Several pools and spas and amenities to use.

The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. Location was great and easy to get to everywhere. At checkin, they hit you with a time share pitch. Guys, we're travelling across the world, we're off a long flight, we don't need this BS. We also don't want to spend any of our holiday sitting in a sales pitch. Unless you've paid for our room and flights, you have no right to pull this on us. On another note, we booked a villa with a sofa bed for 3 people, and the sofa bed wasn't made up for us. Strange to have to pay so much to set up the bed ourselves.

A second gal arrived a few minutes later and was up and running in less than 5 minutes. I paid the balance that I owed and given keys that had to be activated at another desk across the lobby. The sole purpose of that desk was to entice you to go to a 90-minute timeshare presentation. After about 4 or 5 no’s, we got our parking pass and our activated card keys. The room itself was clean and roomy. The layout was a bit odd. The toilet was in a room with a door but there was no door to close between the bathroom and the rest if the unit. Fine for the two of us but awkward if there were others using the hide-a-bed. The pools looked ok and we used the one closest to us twice. The area was quiet and easy walking to the Sphere (cool facility) and The Strip (not our idea of fun). For location alone, we would stay here again but we don’t have any desire to return to Vegas.

My adult daughter & I were in Las Vegas for the No Doubt Sphere experience, and I chose for us to stay here due to its close proximity to the venue. The Check-in staff were friendly & fast getting us set up in our unit. You can opt for a classic hotel key card or a key bracelet. Parking is included with stay, a plus with many spots close to each building. The 2-bedroom 2-bath suite was a beautiful space, clean, fully amenity stocked, a modern kitchen, and felt like being home away from home. We were able to safely walk to the show. The only negative was the Check-out procedure. There was no signage to indicate the easier process of dropping keys into bins on the counter, etc. It was really busy, so I waited in line just to be told that all I had needed to do was drop the keys on the counter. Super frustrating! Either have a dedicated Check-out clerk or a counter designated for Key Drop-off with clear signs. Otherwise, a wonderful stay & we'll come back here again.

This is our go-to hotel when staying in Las Vegas. The suites are spacious and excellent, and its location a couple blocks off the strip and right next to Sphere is great. Friendly folks (just be prepared for a light initial pitch to get you to buy into vacation packages), great rooms and amenities, secure. I also appreciate that it's not a casino.

Location is good. Didn't realize it is a time share property. Only 2 people at the check in desk. Took forever. But second desk to get keys had 5 people. That is where they try to get you to a salesperson and to a meeting. They said we were in a building that was recently remodeled. Maybe 10 years ago. Flooring was cracking. Door looked like it was melted. Door molding had finish nails sticking out half an inch. No bath towels. Just hand and face towels and pool towels. Just poor workmanship in general and not that clean.

Excellent place to stay but check-in took way too long. Staff was very pleasant and helpful but had to stand in line to get checked in for almost 30 minutes. Location is great and the villa are excellent. Clean and comfortable, kitchen well stocked and nice to have a washer/dryer. Would be nice if they could put in an elevator instead of having to climb up three flights of stairs with luggage.

Room clean and comfortable I am writing to share some feedback regarding a recent stay booked through your platform. While the overall experience was pleasant — the room was clean, comfortable, and the property was quiet and enjoyable — there were a few issues I feel need to be addressed. First, during check-in, the receptionist forgot to provide our room number, which meant we had to call the front desk from the building to get that basic information. No explanation was given regarding the breakfast benefit included in our reservation either, which added to the confusion from the start. The most frustrating issue, however, relates directly to how the breakfast information was presented on Booking.com. The listing clearly stated that "breakfast was included," which any reasonable guest — especially a family — would interpret as breakfast for all guests in the reservation. Only after contacting the hotel directly did we learn that the benefit was, in fact, limited to a dining credit equivalent to breakfast for just two guests. Our family had five people, so this discrepancy was not only misleading but caused unnecessary stress and confusion. I would strongly encourage Booking.com to work with this property to update the listing to something more accurate, such as "breakfast credit for two guests" or "breakfast partially included." Vague descriptions like "breakfast included" create false expectations and directly impact the guest experience, particularly for families and larger groups. The hotel staff did eventually clarify the situation, and I appreciated that. However, clearer communication upfront — both from the property and on the platform — would make a significant difference. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements in how included benefits are described on your platform. Thank you.

This is primarily a time share and because we were not owners we were placed in the very back of the property, and it was a bit of walk to even get to the front. Also it was about a 15 minute on top of that to walk to the strip, so around 20-25 minutes to get to the strip after walking from back of property. There is also a lot of kids there when we were there and no dedicated adult pool or areas so had to share which was not very relaxing. The room itself could have used some better cleaning, sink did not drain, air flow into the bedroom was not great and there was duct tape on the edge of the floor. For the price compared to others in the area I did not think it was worth it.

**My Review – What I Liked at Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort** I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Desert Club Resort. One of my favorite things was how spacious the rooms were — it felt more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. The beds were comfortable, and having extra space made the trip more relaxing. I also liked the pools and outdoor areas because they gave a resort feeling and were nice for relaxing after a busy day. The location was another big plus since it was convenient and made it easy to get around and visit attractions nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the resort felt clean and organized. I also liked that there were activities and amenities available, which made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience because of the comfort, location, and relaxing atmosphere. I would consider staying here again in the future. What I Didn’t Like: None — everything was fantastic! I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms, atmosphere, amenities, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again.

Its really close to the sphere Fist the check in took a long time, the staff keep telling you to go to a presentation because they want to sell you a time share... they almost force you to accept and sign... it took like 30-40min to finally get the keys, keep sending text to rate the stay, and they did'nt even bother in do the housekeeping for the time we stayed, at the check out they tell me because we are not going to do the presentation it will be a penalty fee of 40 bucks for a thing in the firts place i did not want (they keep talking and talking so they confuse you and very much "force" to accept to do the presentation, we couldn stay for it, our party was aready leaving, i explained that but the fee will be kept)... so the overall price was expensive for a holiday inn vacation club ... will not stay at this hotel again. Add.

The hotel is family friendly . The restaurant inside the hotel has a good menu and the food was delicious. There is a pool inside each complex . The villas are spacious. The staff are helpful. The location is not ideal coz you need to drive to get to the strip and the parking there is redoculously expensive. The hotel has a strange rule that they clean the room for a fee !!! We thought it was very annoying and very unsustainable for a hotel. There is no elevators in the buildings so you need to carry your luggage . The hotel rate should be lower and more competitive given the mentioned inconveniences. The pool was not cleaned one day of the stay.

LOVED the location, amenities, the Gold Mine menu and prices aren’t too bad! The room was very comfortable and the parking was great! Me and my partner booked a 3 night stay, we were VERY disappointed with the TV not working with it only having 20 antenna channels and not being able to cast a visual screen only audio. They have NO daily house keepers, our room only had 1 toilet paper roll! They try to FORCE a timeshare, with ALL of the sales representatives taking NO as an answer. The person I spoke with was very unprofessional, I felt forced upon and offer which made me and my partner so uncomfortable. The front desk receptionist offered us this deal for a win of $150/cash which came only in a digital gift card that you can’t even use in many places since you cannot input or use because of a PIN #. So, the gift card reward was to talk about a time share for 2-4 hours, you cannot walk out or you won’t receive your $150. The hotel was generally expensive. Over all it could’ve been so much better with several easy improvements from the hotel in general.

Convenient to the Sphere. Golf cart shuttles to the building you were staying in. Shuttle driver Les was AMAZING! We called the property because we were delayed due to travel circumstances out of our control. We told them we would be arriving a day later. They were unwilling to adjust our date of arrival and said we would still be charged. We weren’t happy, but said fine as long as we still had our reservation to check in the next day. The hotel front desk staff said that wouldn’t be a problem and we could check in anytime the following day. Well, we arrived earlier than normal check in time the next day to find out our entire reservation had been cancelled and we were charged the no show fee, even though we had called and made arrangements. They said they could reinstate our existing reservation after talking to management, but we would be in a smaller room (at the same price) and would have to wait an hour for the system to recognize it, which would actually be the regular check in time. We were already exhausted and stressed out due to flight cancellations and changes. This didn’t help. It took over 2 hours to be able to check in and get to our room. We missed our prepaid window reservation ($80) at the Eiffel Tower restaurant because of this. You can’t take luggage to the restaurant and we needed to get ready and dressed up. That meal was to celebrate our belated Anniversary and my 50th birthday. We finally were able to get a room and get checked in. We didn’t eat that night. Was too upset and it pretty much ruined my first night in Vegas ever.

The gal that checked us in is probably the nicest person that’s ever checked me into a hotel. The bellman was very nice, and they were willing to hold our bags while we went around town after checkout. This place is good for families as you have more room to spread out. Nice price point for the amount of space we got.

Nice property and very comfortable. Be forewarned—when you go to the “Vacation Station” to get your room key activated, you will be given the hard sell to attend a time share presentation. I had to say no thank you several times before I could get my key activated. Not a great first impression.

Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Some stuff was not visually appealing. One of the hot tubs was blocked up with both yellow tape and orange barricades and hat about a foot of dirty water in it. Not huge deal but again, not appealing while you point next to it on vacation. Very close to the sphere so ideal for that. I would stay again though

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Don’t be misled by the “included” breakfast. Upon arrival, it turned out that only a $10 credit per person is provided for breakfast. That amount doesn’t cover even a single dish, so anything over $10 must be paid out of pocket. Moreover, we arrived for breakfast at 9:30 A.M., but were not allowed in and were told to wait because there were no available tables (the restaurant is very small). We were seated after 30 minutes. After we finished eating, they refused to accept our breakfast credit and made us pay the full amount, claiming that we were supposed to have eaten before 10:00 A.M. My family, friends, and I are completely disappointed. We have never encountered such unfair treatment at any hotel. It’s frustrating that Booking provides misleading information about the “included” breakfast.

Loved the location, the amenities and of course the villas! The check-out time! 10 am is too early and also the staff wasn’t cooperating in providing complimentary late check out, although thought being a genius member would help with that but it didn’t! Since usually a lot of flights are red eye - 10 am check outs are very inconvenient.

Rooms are a bit dated but clean and spacious. Be aware that there are walk-ups without elevators, up to potentially 3rd floor. We were on the second floor and surprised there was no elevator - it was a bit of an issue as my wife is recovering from knee surgery and if there was a warning about the walk up, I did not see it. At least we were second floor and not third. Overall we liked the place as comfortable, spacious, clean, friendly staff and good proximity to walk to the Sphere practically next door. We had a strange master room with a bathroom (including shower) completely open to the main room (no door! - that's odd!). Also, the shower was an old style jacuzzi tub with a poorly installed glass door that was hard to slide across and the bath edge was very high and challenging, almost dangerous, to step over. I waited in line a long time to a frequently understaffed counter to ask for a stool to help. They misunderstood and sent us an in-shower chair (not helpful). I did not want to wait in the long line again to ask to speak to somebody about this. I would not book this with Expedia again as I was not given any IHG points and could have received those and booked the same room directly with IHG.

I enjoyed the location of the housing. It was not on the strip, but not so far that you felt you weren't in Las Vegas. Having The Sphere right next to us was beautiful. The room was really nice and spacious. Having a family of 4, it was plenty of room. Having a full kitchen with provided utensils was helpful to save money and even spend some time. The master bedroom's shower did not work properly. When you turned the water on, the lock would not engage completely which would cause was to come out the bath spout and the shower head. That caused the water to get cold quickly.

Great price for the quality of room - clean, quiet and a welcoming retreat from the craziness of the strip. Ate at the onsite restaurant and hung by the pool which made for a great day. Your monies stretches here. It wasn’t the most ideal place for us. It was however right across from the Sphere which was literally the reason for our visit. I called ahead of time to check if they allow early checkin. When I checked in, front desk sent me an sms to alert with updates regarding the room. After 3 hours waiting in the lobby, we finally decided to abandon ship and left our luggage then walked to the hotel across the street to get refreshments. I got the text our room was ready an hour before the checkin time. So it was a good thing we left. So color us shocked to find our 2 bedroom villa not entirely clean. We waited all that time for what exactly. Our shower was dirty. The toilet seat in the hallway bathroom had a smudge of lotion. So the first thing I ended up doing after unpacking was tidying up. I could list all the little things they can fine tune, but I feel like they already know. On a positive note, we had a washer & dryer so we came home with no laundry.

We stayed here when we went to a concert at the Sphere because we didn’t want to deal smoke and crowds in a casino. We liked it! Quiet area, full apartment, 8 minute walk to Sphere and 15 minute walk or 5 minute rideshare to casinos/strip. 5 pools, and hot tubs at many of them. There is a restaurant and bar at the main entrance, but it closes early and has pretty basic sort of diner-ish food - good for breakfast or lunch and a quick drink, but not for dinner or late night. The only things I didn’t like about this place are that the hot tub closest to our room was broken, and there were no good restaurants in walking distance. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

You can walk to the Sphere. There are multiple pools, and a fun little bar/ restaurant on site. The entire apartment is very, very small. It is a time share property, but Holiday Inn rents out empty rooms on booking platforms. We were placed on the second floor in the very very back of the property, which is a long long way to the lobby. You cannot walk to the strip in a decent amount of time unless you get assigned a room near the front of the property. The shower and sink are open to the bedroom, not in a seperate bathroom with the toilet. It gave little privacy. The location of the property was perfect to access the Sphere and is only a 15 minute walk from The Strip. First bad review through booking.com. This place is extremely tired and our toilet didn’t work and we had to manually flush it the entire stay, in addition to this the shower head didn't work properly and the bath didn't drain. The worst part was the pressure from front‑desk staff to attend a Holiday Inn “presentation” - good way to unsettle your guests after long haul flights and just said yes to get away. Then when checked bank card they had put a charge on it! When I tried to cancel was told that was informed of this - absolute rubbish and to be lied to and spoken over the top of really got me going. Overall, a frustrating and sub‑par stay I wouldn’t repeat.

I booked this property specifically because I used the “Breakfast Included” filter on Booking.com. We were two families with around 8 people, so breakfast was an important factor in choosing accommodation. After arriving at Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort, the front desk informed us that breakfast was NOT included for our reservation and claimed it only applied to a different room category. The problem is that this was never clearly disclosed during booking. The listing appeared under the breakfast-included filter, and the booking page itself showed breakfast included. Even after sharing screenshots and contacting Booking.com support multiple times, nothing was resolved. This feels misleading because customers naturally rely on the filters and information displayed during booking. If breakfast only applies to certain room categories, that needs to be made very clear before payment. The only positive part was the excellent location between the Strip and Sphere, which was very convenient. Overall, disappointing experience due to misleading listing information and lack of support resolution.

The suite was very good and well stocked with what was needed for an extended stay, lacking only a toaster. Every suite came equipped with a washer and dryer which was great. Unfortunately our washer did not work which we found out after starting a load. The maintenance staff went above and beyond to replace the washer within the hour, even transferring our wet clothes from one to the other. Great service!

Bed was comfortable, unit spacious and well appointed. The furnished kitchen was a big plus and much appreciated. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was also a winner, close to the Sphere. Overall, the unit was great! I personally think that there should be an elevator when guests are booked on the 3rd floor. I was very surprised (and displeased) when I found out that we would have to lug 40 lb suitcases from ground level way up to a 3rd floor unit. Granted, staff eagerly assisted with this, but even they shouldn't have to participate in that. I'm quite sure Holiday Inn Club Resort brings in enough revenue to be able to afford an elevator for 2nd and 3rd floor units. I also think the property should be more forthcoming with informing guests that they will be on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

Please note there are no elevators at this property and we were on the 3rd floor so that was not fun. The staff was not helpful at all during our stay and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Only the bartender/server Jonathan was exceptional! We needed a few small creamers for our coffee in our suite and had to go down three times because they charge $1 for four mini containers…obviously we didn’t think we would be charged, so had to go back upstairs and get $1 then went back down and there’s tax so had to go back up and get a dime for the tax..it was nearly 30 minutes and six times up and down the stairs…ridiculous!! The 2bd/2ba room was nice but that’s about it!

Beds were super comfortable and location very close to Sphere and Tuscany Suites was exactly what we were looking for. Our room had a large bathtub that made up for lack of acceptable hot tub. Pools were small. Only one hot tub was working and so many people were using it. No way was I getting in there.

I liked having a kitchen, being near the Sphere, walking the grounds, having access to several pools, and the good service in the Gold Mine Bar and Grill. The use of card activation as a way to bring an unsuspecting guest into a sales interaction left me disappointed. I wouldn't have objected if the girl at check in would have clarified that a sales presentation accompanies the key activation. In addition, the people making the sales presentation didn't clearly state what they were selling until almost finished. This sort of manipulative rather than straightforward sales presentation left me with a negative impression which tarnished an otherwise nice vacation.

This is a nice quiet option if you are going to the Sphere. It is literally next door! we could see the sphere from our balcony. It was peaceful and quiet ..totally opposite from the strip which I liked. We had a full kitchen, separate bedroom and fireplace. The AC worked great in the living room but was slightly warmer in the bedroom. This was fine in April but might be an issue in the Summer. There are several nice pools to choose from and there is a decent bar/restaurant on the property. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The check in staff was really friendly .I knew they would send us over to the timeshare desk after check in to activate our keys but overall we were able to walk away from there pretty quick. . The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the time share folks repeatedly called our room our first morning there. It woke us up.. Also the check out is super early ...10 am unless you pay a late fee. If I had booked as an IHG member it would have been free so I'll be sure to do that next time.

We enjoyed our unit - full kitchen with all essentials provided was really helpful. The bed was very comfortable. I loved having a balcony to sit out on. I would choose this condo again over any hotel in the area. I really liked that it felt like a private community and wasn't completely over run by tourists. I believe there are 6 pools in total. The one located near our condo had a broken hot tub but it was so hot that I didn't care at all. Also, as a guest you can use any of the pools and hot tubs so keep that in mind. All the staff members we encountered were extremely friendly. We could walk to Sphere in about 5 minutes so very convenient location. On-site restaurant was just okay. Nothing special. It is much cheaper than other restaurants around so we didn't break the bank. Cons: 1.) Our condo could have been swept better upon our arrival. 2.) Our tub drained very slowly so you had to stand in water while showering. 3.) Balcony chairs are very uncomfortable. I had to put a a folded towel down in order to sit comfortably. All in all we had a pleasurable stay and we would definitely return in the future.

Very close and ideal proximity for walking distance to “Sphere.” Was perfect for our concert needs. It is a time share so they wanted to pitch a sale the following day, for an hour of our time. Just declined, as not interested. Not real high pressure, but persistent. Perfect location, a stretched block off the Strip. We booked tours with included transportation pickup, from other hotels, nearby. They were within a mile walking distance, by design. The Strip isn’t pedestrian or traffic friendly. Streets aren’t true and blocked by properties. Expect to walk out of your way a bit, to reach certain destinations. Our stay included a $50 food credit, per day. The food at the hotel bar and grill, and the service, was very good! The mini mart and coffee bars on site were a bit pricey, but reasonable and expected, while traveling. Met our needs for drinks, snacks and batteries. Our room was very clean, and had every amenity, including a gas fireplace we never even had a chance to enjoy. The bed was terrific. The room was like a very nice apt. It was roomy and had a walk-in closet, some toiletries, shower and soaking tub. It had everything we could have needed, and pools. We could view the Sphere from our room. It did have blackout drapes and balcony. Would be very nice for a time share property, if interested. Our room was quite close to the entrance. Made coming/going easier. Check in/out was convenient. Staff was great. My wife and I WILL BE BACK, and highly recommend to others.

Check in was horrible, our room wasnt ready till 445 pm, i was told to line up by the lady was seperating us from check in, when it was my turn the front said this is only for IHG. I was thinking to my self what was the point of seperating us to three diff lines when we are not even going to follow it, other people got thru before me and lined up on the back of other line. While checking in they said room was not ready when it was past 4 30pm, they said they will text me in couple mins. Did not receive a text the only reason we finally got to check in is when I politely went in the 2nd confirmation check in and asked them about the room. They called again to be checked. But i guest the pressuring helped because no reply was made and they did not bother but to let us go to the room. So far the stay was okay loud and rowdy upstairs tho. Only reason I would come back here is because its next to the sphere

Keep in mind if there are 4 guests staying in a villa with 2 bedrooms, only 2 guests are allowed the " free" meals which is equivalent to $25. each .Which mean for a 2 day stay, we had a total of $100. Credit to use towards getting food at the restaurant. The other 2 guests pays for thier meals. Good thing is you can use it towards am or pm meals( not just breakfast). Restaurant is small but food was delicious. The tv in the 2nd bedroom didn't work. But the place was designed well. Full kitchen, nice living room where we could all sit comfortably. Great security in place. Had to have brackets to be scanned to even get into property, to get into pool/ hot tub area. Place was clean & well maintained. And the Sphere was literally a short walk away! ( maybe 5 minutes ). We would stay there again.

Not ADA compliant. I requested to be located next to an elevator due to my mobility issues. I feel if the staff had read about my issues I never would have been put on the 2nd floor. Then I had to go back to request a 1st floor room and I was given a hard time about that. I was put in 19-103. There was handicap parking but no ramp for me to be able to get up the curb!!! Jay from the timeshare thing told me a credit would go to my room. I specifically said I didn’t want anything else charged to my room because I had a budget. The next morning my bank card was charged! First of all, he said one amount and then it turned out to be a different amount but none of that money was supposed to hit my card!!! HE SAID IT WAS TO BE CHARGED TO MY ROOM AND NOT MY CARD!! I came here for my birthday. I will NEVER stay here again! People with me said the same thing!

We were repeatedly encouraged to attend a timeshare presentation and were assured there was “nothing to buy” and that we simply needed to listen. Based on those statements, we agreed to attend. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely negative. When we declined the offer, we felt humiliated, intimidated, and pressured. The representative’s body language, tone, and comments made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I was physically shaking from stress — something that has never happened to me before. No guest should feel threatened or intimidated for saying no. I would strongly caution others that if they are not comfortable with high-pressure sales tactics, they should not attend, as our experience was that “no” was not respected. Additionally, the condition of our room was unacceptable. The bathtub contained small black hairs throughout. The sink had dried hair inside it, and the toilet had dried toilet paper stuck to it. The towels were heavily worn, discolored, and rough — far from the clean, white standard expected in hospitality. This experience fell far below acceptable standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and guest treatment. We request that this matter be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

The toilet in the master ran every 5 minutes. Reported a cockroach. The master headboard needs to be replaced. Stacking pillows up against it doesn't work! The staff was great, helpful, responsive. The villa we stayed in 17-106 is "tired". Overall, would probably stay again because of the convenience to the Sphere - that was the best!

All staff encountered was very pleasant and courteous. The unit was spacious for 4 of us. The master bath sink area wall didn’t look all that clean and the shower was quite weak. There is no door or curtain for privacy separating the shower/ sink area from the bedroom, so that’s a bit odd and takes coordination if not a couple and staying in the Mstr bdrm. About a 15 min walk to hotels and attractions right behind the Sphere. Otherwise it was comfortable accommodations and a good stay for a few days.

We agreed to go to the Vacation Club Sales Meeting on Saturday at 1130. We are on vacation, we show up at 1125, sit waiting for almost 10 minutes before we are taken to out meeting. We are asked if we are members, we reply no and are told, I only talk to members, I’ll be right back. After 20 minutes of waiting we get go to the desk and tell them we are leaving, that we’re on vacation and we don’t want to waste time sitting there. We ask the receptionist to note our attendance as we do not want to be charged the missed appointment fee. I am being charged the fee! I would like that charge reversed.

The room was definitely not in good condition. The toilet barely flushed and we had to fix the chain in the tank twice. The king headboard was covered in some sort of plastic material that looked as if a cat had used it as a scratching board on both sides. The bathroom sink hot water handle needed to have a big push to get it unstuck each time we used it. On the other hand, the staff were very kind and helpful. The golf cart drivers came promptly and were courteous. If the resort rooms had a good update/refresh the service aspect would make it a much higher rating.

The location of this property is excellent, especially for seeing a show at Sphere. Also very convenient to get out to the strip. Staff members were great - the guys out front helping with bags and giving us a ride back to our building were EXCELLENT!! Our experience with the Concierge was the only area that we felt was lacking. The guest bathroom in our suite should be updated with a new shower floor - it was cracking, peeling up, and discolored....I think it was clean but that shower made it appear as 'less than'. Also did not appreciate the call I received from someone asking me - very aggressively - to come in for a Time Share pitch....I was on vacation and only there for a few days so I really didn't want to give up a few hours for a sales pitch.

The two stars were for the only redeeming qualities. The overall attention to detail was lacking. Example-a used towel was hanging over our railing leading to the second story of our building for 2 days. Also, if you’re going to pitch us to come check out how to join the vacation club, don’t put us in a terrible room. If the front desk who assign the rooms know you’re going to pitch the club (you have to get your room keys activated by stopping at the vacation club desk) then make sure the rooms are up to par. The gentleman that would drive you from the front desk to your room were very help and pleasant and the location.

This resort is okay due to having a kitchen and living room with enough space. But there is very limited choices to eat around the resort and the pools are very tiny. It’s not your typical luxury hotel. Another downside is that it is expensive. They charge a resort fee and then they don’t disclose at time of booking anywhere that you will be also charged an “incidental fee” of $115 more that is automatically charged to your card when you check in. They claim it’s a hold and can take up to 30 days to get it back after you check out. Beware when booking this resort if you have your budget already calculated or looking for a typical hotel, it’s more of a community apartment building type of atmosphere. You have better choices along the strip for the price you pay.

Literally had a complete one bedroom apartment all to myself in Building 17 with all the amenities; living room with large couch, a working gas fireplace, eat-in kitchen with full sized fridge/freezer & ice maker, separate bedroom with blackout curtains, and a private balcony. Each apartment is accessed directly from outside, but the property is gated with security guards. I also had a great view of the Sphere from outside my door. Atmosphere is quiet with lots of families and senior couples staying here. Complex is large and spaced out. Each building has 3 floors. No elevators, so ask for a 1st floor ground level room if you have limited mobility. Pools and hot tubs were open, even though I didn't swim. I also saw an activity room for kids with a pool table and other games. The strip is about a 10-15 minute walk. I'd usually walk there from my room, and then take a ~$12 uber coming back. I didn't bring a car, but if I did, I could've parked it right outside my room, which is better than at a garage in the hotel/casinos on the strip where it takes 15 minutes walk to/from the car. This was my first time staying here and I didn't know what to expect, but overall I have zero complaints.

I asked if there was a unit on the first floor because my husband and I have mobility issues. The guy who checked us in said there was none available. So we just carried our suitcase to the second floor. When we walked to the dark unit the light did not work. The cabinet door is broken. The room was not adequately prepared. The sofa bed was open as if it was used. So I walked back downstairs and went to the front desk to let them know of the situation. The front desk guy offered to move us to another unit and miraculously there is a unit in the first floor right across the next building. The positive thing I can say is it’s close proximity to the Sphere about 8 minutes walk, 20 mins walk to the Venetian, Pallazzo.

A little put off by the sell sell sell feeling from the manager and the other staff people….manning the vacation station…where you had to go to get the room keys. An interesting mix of hotel and time share type atmosphere. Owners are served first. The location was good. Especially for The Sphere, an easy walk. It’s off the strip, no casino, and no bar…all which were big pluses in our book. The room itself was good, furniture a little worn and maybe not the cleanest. But had a nice layout with deck, kitchen, living room and bedroom/bathroom Pools were convenient. I think this is a great property for a longer stay, with the suite set up. A shorter stay, ours was two nights, was ok.

I booked this place solely for the two bedrooms and full kitchen. It was also the plan to get away from main noise from The Strip like music etc. But what we got instead was tons of running and stomping from the floor above us very late and very early. Worse, whenever people around us took a shower, the noise from the running water in the pipes was so loud it was scary. So loud we had to turn up the tv. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised since this is just apartments turned “hotel.” At least regular big hotels have super thick floors and walls so you don’t hear this kind of stuff! Despite how nice the square footage was, we will not be staying here again.

    1. The telephone was not working. 2. The towel hanger in the bedroom broke and fell. 3. The glass bathroom door was tight and my kid screamed for help. It took 2 of us to open it. 4. The jet control in the spa was jammed and the maintenance would replace it next day. And finally, we took a Vacation tour for 90 minutes. And during the tour, the toilet flooded the apartment and damaged many items on the floor. The tour director took the details of our experience, but did not seem to act on it. We finally abandoned the tour, rushed back to our room. We then had to change our room. The hotel downgraded us to another room since we insisted on a room that was newer and renovated and during the conversation we were told that Signature rooms have never been renovated. The hotel staff gave us our resort fee back and an extended checkout till 4 pm. But this did not compensate for the horrible experience we encountered with 2 seniors and 2 small kids. Our plans had to change. Very poor and unacceptable.

The check in process is a disaster. We arrived on an early cross-country flight and alerted the check in desk to our request for early check-in. She sent us to another desk for key bracelet to access the pool prior to our room being ready. Neither desk offered us towels for the pool. Then we waited all day until the regular check-in time of 4 pm. I was never text that our room was ready and when I stood in line at 4 pm to check-in, it took about 20 minutes as "OWNERS" kept joining the lines and moving to the front of the line. This was a very bad experience and nearly the whole day was wasted for us.

The fireplace didn’t work, the tub did not have enough hot water to fill it, the light in the kitchen kept flickering, and do not go if formula 1 is going in town…can’t walk anywhere and traffic is a nightmare! Staff was okay, but we had some issues with things coming up missing when delivered.

I had very many pros and not many cons to report! The staff at this resort was unbelievably friendly. From the moment we checked in early to the minute we left we had the best customer service. We stayed in a two bedroom signature suite and it was extremely clean. I would say the only con to this location is the fact that there is no elevator. While it wasn't on the strip, it was easy to get to the strip (except during F1 construction). Prices for food and beverage were fair compared to any other hotel on the Strip. I would definitely stay here again

To start I had booked and paid for a 2 rooms villa. Instead, I was given two different king rooms next to the busy main street. When I booked it said breakfast included and instead I was given $150 property credit that could be used at their very small and super busy restaurant. Also I didn't like they were trying to sale timeshare at the time of registration. Also, if you’re not an owner at this property, you wait and wait to checking because they help owners first even if they got there last. There's so much construction going on it's hard to go anywhere.

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were great, very friendly and prompt. We were a party of six, however only had hand towels and washcloths for four. The two pools/hot tubs closest to our building (#21) were closed. 1 for renovation, and the other one for repair...one of them did open our last day but the hot tub did not work. The pool chaise's are cool, but need a good scrub. The pool deck of pool #1 is terrible, crumbly with loose stone, hard to walk on barefoot. Also, at least one of the bedroom lamps with usb ports does not work, and the 6 amp service isn't enough to charge devices. The Formula One event being set up created an obstacle for walking anywhere, and it was dangerous for pedestrians to navigate. I realize this is not the property's fault, however wish we had known prior to arrival.

Property description mentions a shuttle, there's no shuttle. The warning about the formula 1 construction could have been more detailed to include the extreme noise during very early weekend hours, construction also made travel to and from the property extremely difficult. Boasting about the property's 5 pools is a bit misleading, should be more descriptive to explain most of the pools belong to the separate buildings and aren't for all guests to have their pick of which pool to use. Also found it very rude and inconsiderate to have the room phone ringing several times with people trying to rope us into a vacation deal or whatever they were offering. Room was large, that's the best part. Probably won't be back

2-bd condo was clean and in great condition. Loved having a balcony, a full kitchen, a sitting area, and a washer and dryer. The pool at our building was demolished, so we had to walk to another building. Also, our ground-level condo was not ready at the time of our 4pm check-in, so we had to settle for a 3rd floor condo. LOTS of stairs!

Despite being passed over a few times during check-in for other guests waiting to do the same (what's the point of having a line then?), the room itself was comfortable and clean. However, we did not have an ironing board - which we needed - and we contacted the front desk a few times to request one. Each time there was an affirmative response, but no delivery. We first tried phoning and spoke with a courteous staff member, but no ironing board was ever delivered. We then tried responding to a text from the hotel twice, but an ironing board was never delivered. The overall experience was good, though a few aspects of our stay could have gone better.

Stay was overall really good. Was very disappointed during check-in no one told us our food credit was good for ALL meals and not just breakfast. This caused me to spend money instead of using my food credit that I didn’t need to spend. Very displeased that this happened due to staff not communicating properly.

I really liked the proximity to the strip from this location. It was a quick walk and I appreciated that there was security onsite, making it feel more protected. There was the early morning construction noise from the nearby parking lot in preparation for the F1 event, but I know that is out of the teams control and I don’t fault them for that. I would definitely stay here again.

Shower water was luke warm at best. Reported this to staff, who supposedly fixed the issue, but the water temperature was the same for the duration of our visit. We were in the very back building, which was quite a distance from the lobby. Called for a ride and help with our luggage to the lobby to catch an early flight. Never showed up. We had to walk and carry all our luggage to the lobby to catch a taxi. Had one breakfast at the small restaurant on the property. It was fine. Nothing special. Our stay was just OK. I would not stay here again.

The Holiday Inn staff were friendly and welcoming. They try to scam you into watching a presentation to buy into their vacation ownership properties and offering you $300 in cash and/or credits. Fine. I can say no. I learned that booking through Expedia instead of Holiday Inn limits their ability to manage your reservation. I won’t make this mistake in the future.

Hotel was nice. We had two bedrooms. Wasn’t aware there was a washer/dryer until the last day. Would have been nice of someone told us (it’s on the back patio in a closet). Check out was 10AM- which is super early and an hour earlier than most check outs. I called to see if we could have an extra 30 min to get our things together (finish up the laundry- we discovered the last night) they said no. It wasn’t like I was asking for 3 extra hours. Kinda upset about that because it wasnt a big deal at all. They could have accommodated that small amount of time. Many other places to stay in Vegas. Will adventure to another site next time we go. We were right in the road so it was super old cars and highway noises property could invest in some better glass- windows and sliding door. Pool was clean. We did not eat at this site. Staff were overall great. Polite and accommodating.
